- 0:26Speaker 1: Bark on a coaching search for the second time in
- 0:29Speaker 1: three years now. Dennis Allen out Darren Rizzy will interview
- 0:34Speaker 1: for the job. But my goodness, the reports are flying
- 0:36Speaker 1: fast and furious. On his black Monday around the NFL,
- 0:39Speaker 1: Ross Jackson, Louisiana Sports dot Net. He's our Saints guy.
- 0:42Speaker 1: He's been all over it today, joins us. Now, how
- 0:44Speaker 1: are you, man, Hey, buddy?
- 0:45Speaker 2: Doing great? Doing great? Yeah, it's a whole other season
- 0:48Speaker 2: all of a sudden.
- 0:49Speaker 1: Man, And I seem like every time I refresh Twitter
- 0:52Speaker 1: or the re or the website or our Louisiana Sports
- 0:55Speaker 1: Net text chain, you've got another name. I think you
- 1:00Speaker 1: start with a big picture question. Then we'll go in
- 1:01Speaker 1: some nuance about each candidate. Yeah, what can you tell
- 1:05Speaker 1: us about the process as a whole as far as
- 1:09Speaker 1: how this is likely to play out of the next
- 1:12Speaker 1: day's weeks, et cetera.
- 1:14Speaker 2: Yeah, So what I would expect is and the first
- 1:16Speaker 2: thing that I'll say is that do not expect a
- 1:18Speaker 2: head coach to be named very quickly. And that's just
- 1:22Speaker 2: not really just a New Orlean Saints thing that's going
- 1:24Speaker 2: to kind of be around the NFL. There's a couple
- 1:27Speaker 2: of different dominoes that you're looking at falling, and there's
- 1:29Speaker 2: only so much you can do in terms of the
- 1:31Speaker 2: NFL schedule, in terms of what it allows you to
- 1:33Speaker 2: interview coordinators or people that are already on working with
- 1:37Speaker 2: other teams that are in the playoffs, And of course
- 1:39Speaker 2: those are going to be amongst the most desirable names,
- 1:41Speaker 2: because well, they're in the playoffs and they're with good teams,
- 1:43Speaker 2: and they're good coordinators, and so that's typically the way
- 1:45Speaker 2: it's going to work out. So what you should expect
- 1:48Speaker 2: is to continue to see these requests for interviews over
- 1:52Speaker 2: the course of the next few days, throughout this week,
- 1:55Speaker 2: next week, getting into the thirteenth of the month, you
- 1:58Speaker 2: can do some virtual interviews with guys that are co
- 2:00Speaker 2: in those playoffs, and then after that it's going to
- 2:03Speaker 2: kind of go radio silent in terms of some of
- 2:04Speaker 2: those guys up until the nineteenth and until those teams
- 2:07Speaker 2: are eliminated. So it's gonna be a little bit of
- 2:09Speaker 2: a gap of a week in the midst of all that.
- 2:11Speaker 2: I would also expect God.
- 2:12Speaker 1: No, no, no, no, I'm sorry ahead that you're done.
- 2:14Speaker 2: Yes. I would also expect that when it comes to
- 2:16Speaker 2: Darren Rizzy, who will be an internal candidate, that very
- 2:20Speaker 2: likely they will have an interview with him over the
- 2:22Speaker 2: course of the next week. Another guy Mike Vrabel who
- 2:26Speaker 2: can be in you know who could be interviewed immediately,
- 2:28Speaker 2: but that you're still looking at them. The Saints spending
- 2:32Speaker 2: this next week reevaluating the team, evaluating their staff, and
- 2:35Speaker 2: figuring things out. Darren Rizzy will still be a part
- 2:37Speaker 2: of that. That's going to be a key cog in
- 2:40Speaker 2: the wheel in terms of the mechanism of hiring this
- 2:42Speaker 2: next head coach is to understand where they are and
- 2:45Speaker 2: what things need to change, and so that will be
- 2:47Speaker 2: a part of that timeline as well. Is that evaluation
- 2:49Speaker 2: period over the course of.
- 2:50Speaker 1: This week, so I guess there's clear of the deck.
- 2:52Speaker 1: Do we think there's any chance that Darren Rizzy gets
- 2:55Speaker 1: the job.
- 2:56Speaker 2: I would certainly say that there's a chance. I don't
- 2:59Speaker 2: know how likely it is. I don't know that he
- 3:01Speaker 2: would necessarily be entering as the favorite. But if you
- 3:03Speaker 2: look at the jobs that are available, and some of
- 3:05Speaker 2: the guys that we already know are amongst the top
- 3:06Speaker 2: of the list for New Orleans, Mike Rabel feels like
- 3:09Speaker 2: a really good fit for a team like the New
- 3:11Speaker 2: England Patriots, who kind of surprised everybody by opening up
- 3:15Speaker 2: a head coaching search this weekend. A guy like Aaron Glynn,
- 3:17Speaker 2: who's way on top of the list for New Orleans,
- 3:19Speaker 2: we're sure, is a guy that could also be looking
- 3:22Speaker 2: at that New York Jets job as a guy that
- 3:24Speaker 2: was drafted by the New York Jets number twelve overall
- 3:27Speaker 2: as he came into the league. And so if you
- 3:29Speaker 2: start to see some of those top candidates go away,
- 3:32Speaker 2: then all of a sudden, like Darren Rizzy just keeps
- 3:34Speaker 2: moving up the list. And I'll be honest, I don't
- 3:36Speaker 2: think that you have to go very far down the
- 3:39Speaker 2: list to find Darren Rizzy's name in the first place,
- 3:41Speaker 2: and so I don't think that it would take that
- 3:43Speaker 2: many coordinators, former coordinators, or former head coaches to get
- 3:46Speaker 2: hired away elsewhere in order for Darren Rizzy to reach
- 3:49Speaker 2: the top of that list. So I wouldn't close a
- 3:50Speaker 2: door on that just yet, especially if the Saints are
- 3:53Speaker 2: going to kind of incrementally rebuild this team over the
- 3:55Speaker 2: course of the next few years, where they could probably
- 3:58Speaker 2: enter the coaching search again in a couple years if
- 4:00Speaker 2: they needed to or find success with him. He's a
- 4:02Speaker 2: guy that he could feel comfortable with, so I wouldn't
- 4:04Speaker 2: rule him out. But I think that there are still.
- 4:05Speaker 1: Going to be some names up above Ross's five jobs
- 4:08Speaker 1: open when you look at salary cap, quarterback situation, cap situation,
- 4:12Speaker 1: roster situation. SIVEN debate while the Saints is the worst
- 4:15Speaker 1: job open, like, we don't need to go like we
- 4:16Speaker 1: can you we can universally agree that of the five,
- 4:20Speaker 1: this is the fifth. Make the case for why the
- 4:24Speaker 1: Saints even though it's the fifth of the five. Make
- 4:29Speaker 1: the case for why this would be appealing for a candidate.
- 4:32Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, it's all relative, right, You can you can
- 4:35Speaker 2: be the fifth of five championship winners and still be
- 4:37Speaker 2: a championship winner. So it is a relative thing. So
- 4:40Speaker 2: I think that when you look at New Orleans, one
- 4:41Speaker 2: of the big things is patients, and I think that
- 4:43Speaker 2: you're going to find that New Orleans Saints, to a fault,
- 4:46Speaker 2: have shown that they will be patient. And so I
- 4:48Speaker 2: think that that's something that operates pretty well for guys
- 4:51Speaker 2: that are entering this head coaching search who are either
- 4:54Speaker 2: first time head coaches or coaches that couldn't make it
- 4:57Speaker 2: happen somewhere else, which is going to be about one
- 4:59Speaker 2: hundred percent of the coach which is that they interview.
- 5:01Speaker 2: It's going to be one of those two categories. That's
- 5:02Speaker 2: what happens during these coaching surgeons. And so I think
- 5:05Speaker 2: that the patients of the organization and the fact that
- 5:07Speaker 2: their salary cap is kind of in the situation that
- 5:09Speaker 2: it's in sixty three million dollars over going into next year,
- 5:12Speaker 2: that you're basically going to get a built in free
- 5:14Speaker 2: year to where you know you're looking at that as
- 5:19Speaker 2: a part of what you're doing, not where you could
- 5:21Speaker 2: end up in a New York job. Excuse me, New
- 5:23Speaker 2: England Patriots draw Mayo type situations where you get one
- 5:26Speaker 2: year and then you're done. So I think that those
- 5:28Speaker 2: are the That's one of the biggest selling points. I
- 5:30Speaker 2: think the other biggest selling point is and I know
- 5:32Speaker 2: that a lot of fans aren't going to like hearing this,
- 5:34Speaker 2: but the New Orleans thinks have stable ownership, They have
- 5:37Speaker 2: a stable general manager. Now is that general manager going
- 5:40Speaker 2: to make the right decisions? He is going to be
- 5:41Speaker 2: evaluated the course of this offseason as well. It's one
- 5:44Speaker 2: of the reasons why he's going to be a big
- 5:45Speaker 2: part and you know, outside of his job description be
- 5:48Speaker 2: a guy that's going to be at the top of
- 5:50Speaker 2: the list in terms of this coaching search, is because
- 5:52Speaker 2: he gets evaluated in the midst of all this as well.
- 5:55Speaker 2: But look, the things aren't in a situation where they
- 5:57Speaker 2: have a bunch of turmoil and turnover and things like
- 5:59Speaker 2: that like other franchises. Young coaches, coaches, they couldn't make
- 6:02Speaker 2: it work elsewhere. They want to see that. They want
- 6:05Speaker 2: to be a part of that. And I think the
- 6:06Speaker 2: last thing is this is a team that's looking to
- 6:09Speaker 2: rebuild and that is looking to overhaul over the course
- 6:12Speaker 2: of the next few years. No matter how much they
- 6:13Speaker 2: tell you that they're not. That's the goal is to
- 6:15Speaker 2: get better. In order to do that, you're going to
- 6:17Speaker 2: be making personnel decisions. So you have a real opportunity
- 6:20Speaker 2: here as a new head coach coming into this situation
- 6:23Speaker 2: where you have good salary cap outlook in the future
- 6:27Speaker 2: within the next couple of years, and so then you're
- 6:29Speaker 2: looking at the opportunity to be but to rebuild this
- 6:31Speaker 2: franchise exactly, rebuild this exactly the way that you want
- 6:34Speaker 2: to see it rebuilt.
- 6:36Speaker 1: I just saw this too, Josina Anderson, Like, I was
- 6:39Speaker 1: just it's funny how quickly this goes row ye. I
- 6:44Speaker 1: was just going to ask you about like the the
- 6:48Speaker 1: candidates that the Saints have requested, like you've already reported
- 6:51Speaker 1: Joe Brady Kellen Moore. Well, Josina Anderson just tweeted the
- 6:55Speaker 1: Saints of requested permission for Giants assistant head coach and
- 6:59Speaker 1: offensive coordinator Kafka.
- 7:01Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 7:01Speaker 1: So, by the way, as soon as we're done, you
- 7:03Speaker 1: can go write that one.
- 7:05Speaker 2: I'm on it.
- 7:06Speaker 1: I'm sure you are ex So we should hang up
- 7:08Speaker 1: now so you can go right it for Louisiana's Ports.
- 7:10Speaker 1: But let's go through the candidates that we know the
- 7:13Speaker 1: Saints have are have reported requested. So let's start with Braid,
- 7:17Speaker 1: with Joe Brady and Kellen Moore. Maybe just tell me
- 7:22Speaker 1: why it might say? Why your reaction? Why do you
- 7:24Speaker 1: think it might make sense?
- 7:26Speaker 2: Yeah, those are guys that fit the trend of the NFL,
- 7:28Speaker 2: which is to go and hire the big, young, right
- 7:30Speaker 2: offensive minds. Joe Brady of course was with the team
- 7:33Speaker 2: before twenty eighteen or twenty and seventeen, twenty and eighteen
- 7:37Speaker 2: as a as an offensive assistant before of course heading
- 7:39Speaker 2: over to LSU and winning a national championship there in
- 7:41Speaker 2: twenty nineteen. And he has sort of the offensive wonder kid,
- 7:47Speaker 2: wonder kid type of a label. And of course I've
- 7:49Speaker 2: seen a lot of success with the Buffalo Bill, so
- 7:51Speaker 2: I think that he's the guy that could make sense
- 7:53Speaker 2: for New Orleans. Kellen Moore is an interesting one because
- 7:55Speaker 2: he shows the team going away from its from its
- 7:59Speaker 2: kind of comfort zone. It's not really he's not really
- 8:01Speaker 2: about it. That's been super connected with New Orleans outside
- 8:03Speaker 2: of Derek Foster, their running backs coach. They were together
- 8:06Speaker 2: last year in with the Los Angeles Chargers, and so
- 8:10Speaker 2: or in recent years of Los Angeles Chargers. But same
- 8:12Speaker 2: thing right twenty thirty is us a thirty six year
- 8:15Speaker 2: old guy, young wonder kid type, you know, has worked
- 8:19Speaker 2: with some great quarterbacks all that. I think those are
- 8:21Speaker 2: two guys that just kind of fit the trend of
- 8:23Speaker 2: what the NFL is looking for in those young offensive lines.
- 8:26Speaker 1: Do you have any thought on Kafka. I know that's
- 8:28Speaker 1: brand new, but any thought there.
- 8:30Speaker 2: Yeah. I mean he's the guy whose name has been
- 8:32Speaker 2: around for quite a while. I mean he ended up
- 8:34Speaker 2: getting some of those interviews in the recent past with
- 8:37Speaker 2: other teams. He's been a name that is continuously kind
- 8:40Speaker 2: of filtered in and out, and I think that one
- 8:42Speaker 2: of the reasons why is that he is you know,
- 8:45Speaker 2: he's got the former player former you know, he's got
- 8:49Speaker 2: the quarterback experience, all those other things. He's also not
- 8:51Speaker 2: only been with the New York Giants, but in the
- 8:54Speaker 2: recent past he was the quarterback coach for Patrick Mahomes.
- 8:56Speaker 2: He was the passing and coordinator I believe for that
- 8:58Speaker 2: team too, and a couple of electrifying years in twenty
- 9:01Speaker 2: in twenty twenty one. So I think that those were
- 9:03Speaker 2: things that made him a candidate in New York as
- 9:05Speaker 2: an offensive coordinator, and now he's been in New York.
- 9:08Speaker 2: I'm sure he's learned some lessons of what not to
- 9:10Speaker 2: do while there, and it makes a pretty solid candidate
- 9:13Speaker 2: going into future head coaching searches as well. I think
- 9:16Speaker 2: that he's a guy that also, if I'm not mistaken,
- 9:18Speaker 2: kind of checks the Parcels tree box. He has the
- 9:21Speaker 2: Andy Reid connection there too, and has been a part
- 9:24Speaker 2: of a big market and so I think all those
- 9:26Speaker 2: things make him a guy that teams are going to
- 9:28Speaker 2: want to talk to over the course of this offseason.
- 9:30Speaker 1: He's Ross Jackson Louisiana Sports dot Net of course locked
- 9:33Speaker 1: on Saints podcast as well. Get him on Twitter at
- 9:35Speaker 1: Ross Jackson, NOLA. Okay, let's talk about some of the
- 9:38Speaker 1: rumors that we've heard over the weekend. The John Gruden
- 9:42Speaker 1: thing was thrown out there. How much validity to do
- 9:46Speaker 1: you think there is to the John Gruden talk.
- 9:49Speaker 2: I think there's validity that he's going to get. Looks
- 9:51Speaker 2: it's gonna be one of those things where like one
- 9:53Speaker 2: team jumps the shark and says, yeah, okay, we'll do it,
- 9:56Speaker 2: We'll interview John Gruden, and then because the one team
- 9:58Speaker 2: did it, every other team goes okay, it's okay to
- 10:01Speaker 2: do it now, and and they I'll go out and
- 10:03Speaker 2: do it. I expect that that will be the case.
- 10:05Speaker 2: I think I'll get a flurry of those phone calls,
- 10:08Speaker 2: and so we'll see exactly which way it all goes
- 10:10Speaker 2: for him. But I wouldn't be surprised if maybe his
- 10:13Speaker 2: re entrance to the NFL is and immediately back as
- 10:15Speaker 2: a head coach. That would be out of the ordinary,
- 10:17Speaker 2: regardless of any means of dismissal and leaving and resignation
- 10:23Speaker 2: and all these other things. Obviously, like the emails are
- 10:25Speaker 2: a huge part, there's a lot of baggage when it
- 10:26Speaker 2: comes to that. I think though, that where the Saints
- 10:30Speaker 2: kind of probably aren't a good fit for him is
- 10:33Speaker 2: that they're a team that's kind of already in a
- 10:35Speaker 2: little bit of turmoil, right, like a lot of change
- 10:37Speaker 2: overcoming for this team. Are they really in the position
- 10:41Speaker 2: to be able to absorb all of that controversy, all
- 10:44Speaker 2: of that baggage. I don't know that they are. But
- 10:47Speaker 2: there's validity in that teams don't mind rolling the dice
- 10:52Speaker 2: on a guy like my, a guy like John Gruden
- 10:56Speaker 2: if other teams also aren't worried about rolling the dice
- 10:59Speaker 2: on John Gurden. So we'll see where it goes, but
- 11:01Speaker 2: I think it'll be a floodgate situation.
- 11:03Speaker 1: The other one that was sort of rumored here is
- 11:06Speaker 1: David Shaw, the former Stanford head coach. This was interesting,
- 11:08Speaker 1: so James Slater of NFL medi he was certainly reputable
- 11:12Speaker 1: side two sources that the Saints were going to interview
- 11:14Speaker 1: David Shaw. Nick Underhill, who also of course is very reputable,
- 11:19Speaker 1: reported that the Saints wouldn't, in turn interview David Shaw.
- 11:23Speaker 1: What what can you tell us Ross? Then? What would
- 11:25Speaker 1: be your reaction to Shaw's a potential candidate?
- 11:27Speaker 2: Yeah, I think Shaw is a potential candidate, is a
- 11:29Speaker 2: good candidate. I think he's I think he's a solid candidate.
- 11:32Speaker 2: I wouldn't be surprised if he turns out to be
- 11:35Speaker 2: one for some team and everything like that. New Orleans
- 11:38Speaker 2: Saints included it could be a situation to where, you know,
- 11:41Speaker 2: one one report came from the intent to interview, while
- 11:45Speaker 2: another report comes from, Hey, that's not necessarily happening right now,
- 11:49Speaker 2: but that doesn't mean that it couldn't happen down the road.
- 11:50Speaker 2: Like there's there's a bunch of reasons why these types
- 11:52Speaker 2: of things can conflict. But I think that when you
- 11:55Speaker 2: look at what it is that a guy like David
- 11:57Speaker 2: Shaw brings you is to get his experience with quarterbacks.
- 12:01Speaker 2: His experience is an offensive mind. He's worked with guys
- 12:03Speaker 2: like Andrew Luck, who is you know, the one of
- 12:06Speaker 2: the greatest quarterback prospects coming in too in the NFL
- 12:12Speaker 2: at any point, and then now has experience with Sean
- 12:15Speaker 2: Payton and the Denver Broncos. Like there's some connective tissue
- 12:18Speaker 2: there all of a sudden, So I wouldn't be surprised
- 12:21Speaker 2: to see an interview potentially happen or there to be
- 12:24Speaker 2: some interest. I think as a candidate, he's a solid candidate.
- 12:27Speaker 2: I don't know that this is his cycle to actually
- 12:30Speaker 2: get a job, but sometimes this is also about get
- 12:33Speaker 2: him in, have the interview, keep tabs on him for
- 12:35Speaker 2: maybe something else or a future need at a later time,
- 12:38Speaker 2: and at least opening up his opportunities within.
- 12:41Speaker 1: The NFL A couple more quickly. He's on Twitter at
- 12:43Speaker 1: Ross Jackson, Nola, Louisiana Sports Done Nett locked on Saints Podcast.
- 12:47Speaker 1: If you're not listening to Ross every day, why not
- 12:49Speaker 1: if you're not reading him every day, like why not?
- 12:51Speaker 1: This is like the best time with the season being
- 12:54Speaker 1: what it was, This is the time when things are
- 12:55Speaker 1: actually really interesting right now. Okay, you mentioned Aaron Glenn
- 12:58Speaker 1: early in this conversation, and I guess too, Why does
- 13:03Speaker 1: Glenn make sense? Then? The other part is why would Glenn,
- 13:06Speaker 1: who is going to be very desirable, want New Orleans?
- 13:11Speaker 2: Yeah? Man, that's going to be a really interesting one
- 13:14Speaker 2: to watch, because, like I said earlier, I really think
- 13:16Speaker 2: that Aaron Glenn is going to be I wouldn't blame
- 13:19Speaker 2: him for being very tempted and intrigued by that New
- 13:21Speaker 2: York Jets job. Either, It's not every day you get
- 13:23Speaker 2: to be a guy that could potentially be a head
- 13:25Speaker 2: coach of the New York Jets. For all their ineptitude
- 13:27Speaker 2: as of late, it's still very history franchise. And so
- 13:31Speaker 2: I think the thing that you look at in terms
- 13:34Speaker 2: of looking back at why would erin Glenn want New
- 13:37Speaker 2: Orleans knowing that the Jets are available? It's like, look,
- 13:39Speaker 2: that's not going to be that's tough competition for New Orleans.
- 13:43Speaker 2: But I think that for Glenn, maybe the thing is
- 13:45Speaker 2: the connected isssue that he already has here. Of course,
- 13:46Speaker 2: he was a defensive backs coach. Finished his career as
- 13:49Speaker 2: a player here in two thousand and eight, and again
- 13:52Speaker 2: you're looking at a team that would be able to
- 13:53Speaker 2: provide him as a first time head coach a lot
- 13:55Speaker 2: of patients and a lot of time to build what
- 13:57Speaker 2: it is that he wants and a lot of the
- 13:59Speaker 2: things that he wants to do on defense. A lot
- 14:01Speaker 2: of the players in per personnel wise and the roster
- 14:04Speaker 2: here already know what that is and how to do it,
- 14:07Speaker 2: not a lot of translation all those other things. He
- 14:09Speaker 2: would have leaders probably for another year, some collection of
- 14:12Speaker 2: guys like Tomorrio Davis and Tyron Matthew and Kim Jordan,
- 14:15Speaker 2: whoever makes it the twenty twenty five, those guys would
- 14:18Speaker 2: be able to kind of help to translate his system
- 14:19Speaker 2: to guys because they would already have the experience. Yetta
- 14:22Speaker 2: got it. So I think that there's just the symmetry
- 14:24Speaker 2: there makes it an easier transition and then a patient transition.
- 14:27Speaker 2: But I think he's going to be really tempted by
- 14:29Speaker 2: what the Jets have to offer.
- 14:31Speaker 1: Is there any name we haven't talked about yet that's
- 14:34Speaker 1: worth mentioning as of now?
- 14:36Speaker 2: Well, certainly we should talk about Matt Naggie, shouldn't we?
- 14:39Speaker 1: Ah, God, I did forget about it? Like that you
- 14:43Speaker 1: want to talk about a Freudian slip, Like just omitting
- 14:47Speaker 1: Matt Naggi from this conversation unintentionally says everything that needs
- 14:51Speaker 1: to be said. Right, Okay, Matt Naggie, give me thirty
- 14:54Speaker 1: or you can take sixty if you need it, but
- 14:56Speaker 1: hopefully no more than that.
- 14:58Speaker 2: I won't need sixty that. I think you look at
- 15:01Speaker 2: Matt Naggie as like a micro rable light, somebody you
- 15:04Speaker 2: bring in to be a figurehead, head coach that builds
- 15:06Speaker 2: a culture and then perhaps you can maybe sell that
- 15:09Speaker 2: culture at a later time, but somebody to kind of
- 15:11Speaker 2: help guide you through your rebuild and then try to
- 15:13Speaker 2: be like a lesser version of what a guy like
- 15:15Speaker 2: Mike Brable is if you want somebody another candidate though,
- 15:18Speaker 2: that can be a culture builder for you and potentially
- 15:20Speaker 2: be a long term option. Miami Dolphins defensive coordinator Anthony
- 15:23Speaker 2: Weaver is definitely a guy to watch, at least in
- 15:26Speaker 2: this coaching cycle. He might not be a fit for
- 15:27Speaker 2: the New Orleans Saints, but somebody's going to get a
- 15:29Speaker 2: job eventually. Former player has the gusto to get everybody
- 15:34Speaker 2: kind of riled up, generate buy in, all that kind
- 15:35Speaker 2: of stuff. So if I'm New Orleans and I'm looking
- 15:37Speaker 2: at Matt Naggie and I'm looking at Anthony Weaver, I'm
- 15:39Speaker 2: leaning a little bit more towards Anthony Weaver, even though
- 15:41Speaker 2: he's on the defensive side of the football, because not
- 15:43Speaker 2: only would you be able to generate that buy in,
- 15:45Speaker 2: generate that culture, and build something that's a little unique
- 15:48Speaker 2: with him, you'd also get somebody that's going to bring
- 15:50Speaker 2: you a really, really unique approach to your defense, which
- 15:52Speaker 2: I think the Saints get a little bit of a
- 15:53Speaker 2: refresh there.
- 15:54Speaker 1: Ross Jackson, I'll let you
- 15:56Speaker 2: Go right Thank you, Thanks Budding Briguy for having you
