- 0:37Speaker 5: should I say yow?
- 0:47Speaker 6: We're gonna have to do it morning?
- 0:48Speaker 3: We we yo, but then we also how okay, but
- 0:53Speaker 3: but I'm not.
- 0:55Speaker 5: Yeah, and we don't have to. I mean, but you
- 0:57Speaker 5: gotta yo, fair yea, yeah, yeah, dare all right?
- 1:02Speaker 6: Good?
- 1:02Speaker 4: Okay, fair enough, fair enough. He didn't want to know.
- 1:06Speaker 3: Hey, look I appreciate his reason. He's like, I'm not
- 1:09Speaker 3: in the wolf pack. I feel like a poser. Honorary though.
- 1:13Speaker 7: Yeah, I mean, yeah, honorary.
- 1:15Speaker 6: But I mean sure the producer on TV before.
- 1:17Speaker 3: That's true, okay, I mean talking about it earlier, I said, nobody,
- 1:20Speaker 3: and I mean nobody could crash out at six forty
- 1:23Speaker 3: seven am like Moose used to.
- 1:24Speaker 6: Yeah, when something wasn't working.
- 1:26Speaker 5: You see me now at six forty five am, JS,
- 1:28Speaker 5: I'm not supposed to be awake at that time.
- 1:30Speaker 7: So when I'm awake. It's it's a big crash.
- 1:34Speaker 3: You know, we always talk about you not You're still
- 1:37Speaker 3: not a morning person now, you know me, Dude, you're
- 1:39Speaker 3: here like at six.
- 1:41Speaker 6: Twenty last month or two then about.
- 1:45Speaker 3: Six forty Okay, every day you're here and you're ready
- 1:47Speaker 3: to go. It's my point, yep, but you're still not
- 1:49Speaker 3: a morning person right now.
- 1:52Speaker 6: Moose.
- 1:52Speaker 5: Never got there either. Yeah, it's probably won't ever get there.
- 1:57Speaker 6: It's hard to it's hard to read. Never got there.
- 2:01Speaker 4: But I am, like, compared to me in the past,
- 2:05Speaker 4: I'm a morning person. Like at one point in my life,
- 2:07Speaker 4: this wouldn't have wasn't possible. It wasn't at all possible.
- 2:11Speaker 4: I told you I rewired my Were you late ever
- 2:13Speaker 4: in green? Like just you know by one time I
- 2:15Speaker 4: was late. I was late to one meeting? Yeah in
- 2:18Speaker 4: six years? Pretty good, Yeah, good ratio.
- 2:20Speaker 6: I had one, had one.
- 2:21Speaker 4: It was on a Saturday morning too.
- 2:23Speaker 3: I had one where the power went out and my
- 2:27Speaker 3: phone went out. Plugged it in the night before as
- 2:30Speaker 3: like you know seven percent or something, yep, so plugged
- 2:33Speaker 3: the phone in, power went out. Didn't have a whole
- 2:35Speaker 3: home generator, and so my phone died and so the
- 2:41Speaker 3: alarm didn't go off, and I woke up at like
- 2:44Speaker 3: we had to be there at seven, and I woke
- 2:46Speaker 3: up like at six thirty seven, and I was probably
- 2:50Speaker 3: seventeen seconds late. Oh man, Now it was like a
- 2:55Speaker 3: forty minute drive and I and I made it close.
- 2:59Speaker 6: I made it close.
- 3:00Speaker 4: Fly. I was, oh boy, levitating to the facility.
- 3:03Speaker 6: But it wasn't too bad.
- 3:05Speaker 3: You made it, you know, like small fine or something,
- 3:09Speaker 3: because I've never been late before. But having to tell them,
- 3:13Speaker 3: like the excuse, like I know this sounds made up.
- 3:15Speaker 4: I know it does. I'm sorry, but this is what
- 3:18Speaker 4: it is for real. It's like my dog gave me
- 3:20Speaker 4: homework exactly. That's what I felt, like what happens to you? Actually,
- 3:23Speaker 4: Nor was like literally.
- 3:25Speaker 3: Laughing at it, like you weren't mad because I've never
- 3:27Speaker 3: been remotely close to them.
- 3:28Speaker 6: Late Mon was late in the season. I woke up
- 3:31Speaker 6: like eight twenty two.
- 3:32Speaker 4: This is Saturday, so we had eight thirty so late
- 3:34Speaker 4: late meeting because it was a Saturday.
- 3:36Speaker 6: So and I'm not trying to be funny.
- 3:37Speaker 3: You probably lived being a green Bay, probably somewhere close.
- 3:41Speaker 4: Yeah, everything in Green Bay, no matter where you are
- 3:44Speaker 4: ten minutes away. All right, usually it's seven. Uh so
- 3:47Speaker 4: I like wake up and my alarm did what it
- 3:50Speaker 4: was supposed to. It was going off. It just didn't matter.
- 3:55Speaker 4: It did the job, a job by body. It was
- 4:01Speaker 4: just like, no, it's not gonna work today. I'm sorry.
- 4:04Speaker 6: And uh yeah.
- 4:05Speaker 4: I was like sprinting through the parking lot and it's
- 4:07Speaker 4: like probably zero degrees, throwing on my shirt, flip flops everything.
- 4:13Speaker 6: I was fine. I ended up being five minutes.
- 4:15Speaker 4: Late, so I got there thirteen minutes from the moment
- 4:18Speaker 4: that I was Yeah, which is crazy. How quick you
- 4:21Speaker 4: can get out the door when you got to get
- 4:22Speaker 4: out the door? Yeah, Paradi normal driving too fast for
- 4:25Speaker 4: weather conditions.
- 4:27Speaker 6: Flashers on.
- 4:28Speaker 3: Who gave you the all all your flashes are on
- 4:30Speaker 3: in the rain here, So who gave you the hardest time?
- 4:33Speaker 4: M probably your peers for sure. No, I got I
- 4:38Speaker 4: got yeah, fine, yeah, yeah fine, yeah, you can't remember
- 4:41Speaker 4: what it was? Not too bad, man, But that was
- 4:45Speaker 4: the one time I think, thank god, it was like
- 4:48Speaker 4: my it was probably my third or fourth year. It
- 4:51Speaker 4: wasn't my first year. Thank god.
- 4:55Speaker 6: Can you imagine me in late your first year? That
- 4:59Speaker 6: just kidding. He never earned the road to be late.
- 5:02Speaker 4: Except that one time it was like, we had a
- 5:04Speaker 4: guy get cut because he was late to a meeting.
- 5:06Speaker 4: He was like undrafted dB, yeah, practice squad guy whatever.
- 5:11Speaker 4: A week before that, Aaron Rodgers was late to a
- 5:14Speaker 4: team meeting and he get cut and he was complaining.
- 5:20Speaker 4: I was about to say another word. He was complaining
- 5:22Speaker 4: in the locker room.
- 5:24Speaker 6: Can you yeah, thumbs up? You can say it if
- 5:29Speaker 6: it's like a verb, as long as we get permission
- 5:32Speaker 6: from Luke. Yeah, I mean Luke's and big thimbs up
- 5:35Speaker 6: back there, and he gave it. He was complaining. I'm
- 5:37Speaker 6: gonna say complain.
- 5:39Speaker 3: N Moose's normal host that he works with, says that
- 5:42Speaker 3: all the time in the show.
- 5:44Speaker 6: That's how I that's how I know you can say it.
- 5:46Speaker 3: Yeah, I got literally how I know you can say that.
- 5:50Speaker 4: Sorry. No, he was complaining about, you know, things not
- 5:53Speaker 4: being fair.
- 5:55Speaker 6: Who did it? Well, Yeah, life's not fair, my guy.
- 5:59Speaker 6: That's the world.
- 6:00Speaker 4: We don't play.
- 6:03Speaker 6: That guy that was.
- 6:03Speaker 3: Late last week might be in the history of football
- 6:07Speaker 3: not the best quarterback, although he's one of them. He's
- 6:10Speaker 3: the best thrower of the football that we've ever seen
- 6:13Speaker 3: in this game.
- 6:14Speaker 6: He can be five minutes.
- 6:16Speaker 4: Late and like, newsflash, if you're one of these people
- 6:20Speaker 4: that thinks that everything in life is fair, then you
- 6:24Speaker 4: you got a lot to learn about life.
- 6:25Speaker 2: Shout out to him though, for taking the shot.
- 6:28Speaker 6: I respect it.
- 6:28Speaker 2: I respect it a little bit. He's like, if I'm leaving,
- 6:31Speaker 2: he is, he has to leave too.
- 6:33Speaker 3: I've told this story. I've told this story like a
- 6:35Speaker 3: thousand times. But anytime a conversation like this comes up.
- 6:38Speaker 3: Just to back it up, We're watching tape and we
- 6:41Speaker 3: got a running back in there who's running a choice
- 6:44Speaker 3: route and he makes the wrong decision. There's a bad
- 6:47Speaker 3: route in norv is hammering him thinking it's Darren Sprolls
- 6:51Speaker 3: hammering him.
- 6:52Speaker 4: Spros, Wait, wait, what do you do? You gotta do this?
- 6:55Speaker 1: What?
- 6:55Speaker 4: The linebacker goes out, You gotta cut in.
- 6:57Speaker 3: You got to go to see him, and Phillip's gonna
- 6:58Speaker 3: hit you down the hash Hey, coach, that's LT.
- 7:02Speaker 4: Helliver out.
- 7:02Speaker 6: LT moves on to the nus yob It just moves
- 7:09Speaker 6: on to the next play.
- 7:10Speaker 3: Next, and there's Rolls is a borderline Hall of Fame
- 7:13Speaker 3: guy himself as a returner. He was on the Old
- 7:15Speaker 3: Decade team Hellver out elt go some next play not
- 7:20Speaker 3: everybody plays by the same set of.
- 7:21Speaker 6: Rules, right, Sorry, guys, you make your own breaks. But
- 7:24Speaker 6: Aron Rodgers late last week last week.
- 7:26Speaker 4: Come on, Oh, you're right, let's cut him. It's a
- 7:31Speaker 4: great point. We have to step in. It's a multi
- 7:35Speaker 4: billion dollar organization. We have to be fair, Flinn. Next
- 7:39Speaker 4: man up, Aaron was late?
- 7:41Speaker 6: What's not being clear? Next man up? Oh? That poor guy.
- 7:48Speaker 3: And I know he probably felt like pretty passionate about
- 7:52Speaker 3: that too, you know what I mean.
- 7:53Speaker 4: And Aaron was probably like late because he was like
- 7:55Speaker 4: in a training room, gooding treatment.
- 7:57Speaker 3: Probably yeah, oh that actually happens more than you think.
- 8:04Speaker 3: Anywho's Yeah, I don't fun. I don't know where that
- 8:07Speaker 3: came from. Squirrel seeing summertime at OTB anytime. So Moose,
- 8:13Speaker 3: I'm glad we have.
- 8:14Speaker 6: You here today.
- 8:16Speaker 7: Thanks, I'm glad to be here.
- 8:17Speaker 5: Yeah, no reason, just in general, like we we like you. Yeah,
- 8:19Speaker 5: I appreciate that, guys. I like y'all too, like you.
- 8:21Speaker 3: And look, this is probably a better version at nine
- 8:24Speaker 3: o'clock and not six forty five.
- 8:26Speaker 6: I would have seen no, I mean, yeah, absolutely, now
- 8:28Speaker 6: you know what I'm saying.
- 8:29Speaker 7: You do get the six forty five version tomorrow.
- 8:31Speaker 6: That's true. We'll cross that bridge when we get there.
- 8:33Speaker 7: We're not there yet, we'll get there.
- 8:35Speaker 3: But I did want to pick your brain on LSU
- 8:38Speaker 3: baseball and the transfer portal. Now, they haven't really lost
- 8:41Speaker 3: any names that have been surprising to any of us
- 8:44Speaker 3: as far as their players that have gone in the
- 8:45Speaker 3: transfer portal. Maybe Maverick Rizzy maybe, but he's looking to
- 8:50Speaker 3: do something bigger and you know, probably be a weekend
- 8:54Speaker 3: starter somewhere and probably not gonna get that opportunity here
- 8:57Speaker 3: at LSU. So the guys leaving not really the concern.
- 9:01Speaker 3: The guys coming in. That's going to be the thing
- 9:04Speaker 3: we I hustle all summer long. I know there's you know,
- 9:07Speaker 3: obviously there's a player from Gonzaga that there's an article
- 9:11Speaker 3: on Losing Sports dot net that you can check out
- 9:13Speaker 3: right now. But first off, like, what are you expecting
- 9:15Speaker 3: LSU to do in the transfer portal? And maybe who
- 9:18Speaker 3: are some of the top targets that fans can kind
- 9:20Speaker 3: of pay attention to to see if they end up
- 9:22Speaker 3: becoming Tigers.
- 9:23Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean the positions of need are pretty clear
- 9:27Speaker 5: in my mind. I mean, corner outfield for sure, you
- 9:29Speaker 5: can if you want to get a centerfielder you can,
- 9:31Speaker 5: but we'll see if they allow or give William Patrick
- 9:34Speaker 5: the opportunity to earn that spot. I think they'll give
- 9:35Speaker 5: them opportunity to earn it. I don't think it's it's
- 9:38Speaker 5: his right. So you can see some very versatile outfielders,
- 9:41Speaker 5: but you definitely need corner outfield. Losing Stanfield and Brown
- 9:44Speaker 5: for sure. That's two positions as opposed to as opposed
- 9:48Speaker 5: to one, you have good athletes that you can ye.
- 9:51Speaker 7: Athletes figure it out, as people often say.
- 9:53Speaker 5: So outfield's one, specifically on the corner a third base
- 9:56Speaker 5: is extremely intriguing to me. And then your middle endfield.
- 10:00Speaker 5: You know, you'll wait and see what happens with Steven Mila.
- 10:02Speaker 5: I mean the draft deadline, I believe is August the
- 10:04Speaker 5: first to decide if you're signing or coming back. So
- 10:06Speaker 5: you got a long way to go before you actually
- 10:09Speaker 5: know that decision. You know one what he's going to do,
- 10:12Speaker 5: and even on August first, you might not know. I
- 10:15Speaker 5: want to be able to be draft as nuts. So
- 10:19Speaker 5: middle endfield preferably shortstop because those guys can obviously play
- 10:23Speaker 5: normally second and third if you need them to. Uh,
- 10:25Speaker 5: if you want to go get a third basement specifically,
- 10:28Speaker 5: that's fine. You mentioned Mikey Bell from uh Gonzaga, who's
- 10:31Speaker 5: a two time Conference Player of the Year, has been
- 10:34Speaker 5: awesome for the Zags, but is a draft risk, like
- 10:36Speaker 5: a big draft risk in July.
- 10:38Speaker 7: I mean we've seen that with LSU obvious, Yeah, I
- 10:42Speaker 7: mean a.
- 10:42Speaker 6: Couple of guys and it's like actually moving to the draft. Yeah.
- 10:45Speaker 5: So I mean, like that's just it's like the high
- 10:46Speaker 5: school class, right, It's just a risk that you take.
- 10:48Speaker 5: But you're not gonna not go out there and try
- 10:50Speaker 5: to get the best player possible on the chance that
- 10:52Speaker 5: they show up.
- 10:53Speaker 7: So he's obviously very intriguing.
- 10:55Speaker 5: Probably not not a glove first guy, but not a
- 11:00Speaker 5: not a liability in the field, but definitely could swing
- 11:03Speaker 5: the bat if you're looking at outfield. I mean Jason
- 11:06Speaker 5: Watchs from Tulane has been a name that's been floated
- 11:08Speaker 5: out there.
- 11:09Speaker 7: So I mean those two it's interesting to me too.
- 11:12Speaker 5: Jake is first base, because say you don't hit what
- 11:15Speaker 5: you necessarily want to in the portal. Mason Brawn has
- 11:17Speaker 5: shown that he could play some corner outfield, so would
- 11:21Speaker 5: you potentially consider that, maybe try to teach I don't know,
- 11:24Speaker 5: say Omarsna first base.
- 11:25Speaker 7: You saw him over there a little bit. You saw John.
- 11:27Speaker 5: Pearson at first base a little bit last year, so
- 11:29Speaker 5: I think you have some options there, and you're bringing
- 11:31Speaker 5: in a couple in your recruiting classes, in your high
- 11:33Speaker 5: school class as well.
- 11:34Speaker 7: And then it's starting pitching.
- 11:35Speaker 5: And I really should have started there because that was
- 11:38Speaker 5: your number one thing this year that you had to
- 11:40Speaker 5: replace losing Anderson.
- 11:42Speaker 7: Iinsen you replaced it.
- 11:43Speaker 5: It just didn't take the same jump, And to be honest,
- 11:46Speaker 5: expecting them to take that same jump was really unfair
- 11:49Speaker 5: because you don't go from an era of twenty seven
- 11:52Speaker 5: to the number three pick in the draft very often.
- 11:55Speaker 5: That's just not a thing that KATEA. Anderson is going
- 11:57Speaker 5: to be in the major leagues after the All Star
- 11:59Speaker 5: break probably, So like that.
- 12:01Speaker 6: Just tearing it up too.
- 12:02Speaker 7: And I mean, no, he's a great farm system for
- 12:05Speaker 7: a great team.
- 12:05Speaker 6: I'm a no.
- 12:07Speaker 7: I mean they have good pitching. Can he swing the bat?
- 12:09Speaker 7: That's what a real problem.
- 12:10Speaker 5: But anyway, this is in a Red Sox segment, So
- 12:14Speaker 5: I mean starting pitching. You look at Birdie Tross players
- 12:16Speaker 5: obviously the name that everybody's talked about here lately. Elbow injury,
- 12:19Speaker 5: not Tommy john internal brace, which is about four to
- 12:22Speaker 5: six months instead of eighteen months for Tommy John's that's great.
- 12:25Speaker 5: He was in Fayetteville yesterday though as well. He'll see
- 12:27Speaker 5: Tennessee State, all those schools from Thibodeaux originally yeah North
- 12:32Speaker 5: in Northwestern State. The injury happened early April, if I
- 12:36Speaker 5: remember correctly, and he was shut down then, so four
- 12:39Speaker 5: to six months could have him back obviously twenty three seven,
- 12:41Speaker 5: So you're gonna see the big programs on him. And
- 12:44Speaker 5: then I know a name that we threw out at
- 12:46Speaker 5: the very end of AFR yesterday as well, was I
- 12:48Speaker 5: Landon Hood, also from Gonzaga. Freshman of the Year in
- 12:52Speaker 5: the conference this past season. Sixteen appearances, four starts was awesome.
- 12:57Speaker 7: Up to ninety six.
- 12:58Speaker 5: That's a guy who's gonna be a high priority and
- 13:01Speaker 5: wanted by a lot of teams. So they're fishing in
- 13:04Speaker 5: the big pond right now as you would expect, and uh,
- 13:07Speaker 5: they're gonna be in for some battles. How like I think,
- 13:10Speaker 5: I think tross player is the big example of that,
- 13:12Speaker 5: right How often do you see a kid from Thibodeau
- 13:15Speaker 5: and not say that he won't end up at LSU,
- 13:17Speaker 5: But how often do you see a kid from Thibodeau
- 13:18Speaker 5: who grew up here his whole life, probably worshiped LSU baseball,
- 13:22Speaker 5: show up on campus for unofficial and then go, actually,
- 13:26Speaker 5: I'm gonna go see some other schools in the conference too, right,
- 13:29Speaker 5: Like you're you're in that, you're in that group where
- 13:31Speaker 5: they're all in high demand.
- 13:32Speaker 3: It's always Yeah, that's a big advantage for LSU, certainly
- 13:35Speaker 3: to have somebody from this state that doesn't really matter
- 13:37Speaker 3: where you're at in the state. You grew up going
- 13:39Speaker 3: to the box, watching games at the box, wanting to
- 13:41Speaker 3: play in the box.
- 13:42Speaker 6: So I do think that is a big advantage for them.
- 13:46Speaker 3: Do you think it's advantage for LSU that they've had
- 13:48Speaker 3: this extra time not making the postseason?
- 13:52Speaker 6: I would have to imagine it's.
- 13:54Speaker 3: Beneficial compared to last year with I mean, Jay's winning
- 13:58Speaker 3: the national championship and like that night he's doing nothing
- 14:01Speaker 3: but recruiting.
- 14:02Speaker 5: Yeah, benefit started getting to start before the portal even
- 14:06Speaker 5: officially opens, rather than starting on June twenty second, when
- 14:09Speaker 5: it closes in eight days.
- 14:10Speaker 7: Yeah, no, for sure, there is.
- 14:12Speaker 5: I mean, it gives you a lot of time for
- 14:14Speaker 5: eval and that that sort of thing, and yeah, it
- 14:18Speaker 5: got I think what it did most is it got
- 14:21Speaker 5: it allowed them to get their roster in order from
- 14:24Speaker 5: this past season. Have those exit meetings a little earlier,
- 14:27Speaker 5: have the decisions made of who you know, who's gonna
- 14:29Speaker 5: come back, who's leaving, whose priority, all of those things
- 14:32Speaker 5: where you could really make your board earlier know what
- 14:36Speaker 5: you needed, not that they didn't already know what they need,
- 14:38Speaker 5: but know what they needed, and then attack it bam
- 14:41Speaker 5: June first, right when the portal opens, looking.
- 14:44Speaker 3: Forward to seeing what they do, I mean more time,
- 14:46Speaker 3: and you're going to have certainly a lot of eyeballs
- 14:49Speaker 3: on you what you do in the portal because last
- 14:51Speaker 3: year you didn't hit on well any of them, Yeah,
- 14:54Speaker 3: any any player that you brought from somewhere else. And
- 14:58Speaker 3: so it's going to be a very very stressful probably
- 15:01Speaker 3: portal season for L s U Baseball. But it could
- 15:03Speaker 3: be very beneficial too if they press the right buttons.
- 15:06Speaker 3: Looking forward to it, Flynn real quick, because you were
- 15:10Speaker 3: so dynamic in that segment. Uh, Northwestern State is in
- 15:13Speaker 3: what city? Mm hmm, no, what city spelled Nacotish.
- 15:22Speaker 4: I don't know if a lot of people can do
- 15:23Speaker 4: this all right in a T c H I t
- 15:30Speaker 4: O c h e S. Let's go.
- 15:34Speaker 2: I don't know that's a that's impressive.
- 15:36Speaker 6: Well n A t c h I t O c
- 15:39Speaker 6: h E S.
- 15:39Speaker 5: I don't know if I could have done that, and
- 15:40Speaker 5: I've lived here my entire I'll be very honest with.
- 15:43Speaker 3: You, to be fair, this man drives from Tyler, Texas
- 15:46Speaker 3: to batasion goes through.

- 18:49Speaker 3: All right, welcome back in oh TB here live from
- 18:53Speaker 3: the Raizor Kain Studio uh Tayte. We throw our receiver
- 18:58Speaker 3: one tierless on the screen now just for our listeners
- 19:03Speaker 3: that are just tuning back in and for Moose since
- 19:06Speaker 3: he wasn't in the room. This is only one receiver
- 19:09Speaker 3: from every team, so like George Pickens would be very
- 19:12Speaker 3: high on this list, but Ceedee Lamb takes the Cowboys spot.
- 19:16Speaker 6: So receiver one across the league.
- 19:18Speaker 3: We're putting them in tiers, all right, So let's go
- 19:20Speaker 3: ahead and throw it back up there.
- 19:22Speaker 6: You can full screen it for a little bit there,
- 19:23Speaker 6: Tay Tay, Thank you, sir.
- 19:26Speaker 3: We've added a couple of names since the last time
- 19:28Speaker 3: we revisited this. We put Courtland Sutton in the Sea.
- 19:32Speaker 3: We put the Slim Reaper DeVante Smith in the Bee.
- 19:37Speaker 3: Any other names that we've added since.
- 19:39Speaker 6: Scary Terry.
- 19:40Speaker 3: Scary Terry is in the Bee tier as well. So Moose,
- 19:46Speaker 3: our tiers a good tier. Our b Tears's got some dogs.
- 19:51Speaker 3: There's no doubt about it.
- 19:52Speaker 4: Actually, I mean still there's there's an a receiver that
- 19:54Speaker 4: I want to move.
- 19:56Speaker 6: Moose. I just feel about our tier list.
- 20:00Speaker 7: It's good so far. Uh where'd you start?
- 20:04Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 20:05Speaker 1: Uh?
- 20:06Speaker 5: Do you have a question? Malik Neighbors? Is he on
- 20:10Speaker 5: there somewhere?
- 20:13Speaker 6: Yeah? No, No, No, that's if he was, then he probably
- 20:17Speaker 6: be right next to Nico.
- 20:18Speaker 7: That's what I was thinking. Uh, okay, I just I
- 20:20Speaker 7: didn't see him.
- 20:20Speaker 5: Sorry, I was looking for the the blue jersey in
- 20:23Speaker 5: the great pants.
- 20:24Speaker 6: You don't want to get from you this one right here?
- 20:27Speaker 6: A J. Brown? A J. Brown?
- 20:31Speaker 4: Where do you want to move him, which is interesting
- 20:33Speaker 4: when he did put him at one is Stefan.
- 20:36Speaker 2: No, no, no, he's not with anyone.
- 20:40Speaker 4: Man the A J.
- 20:42Speaker 6: Brown.
- 20:42Speaker 7: Thanks tough, because I mean, in fact, you almost have
- 20:44Speaker 7: to go back to his Titans days.
- 20:45Speaker 5: I mean he just especially down the stretch here at
- 20:47Speaker 5: the end of his career in Philly, there wasn't a
- 20:49Speaker 5: lot there, not, not really a comment on his ability there.
- 20:53Speaker 5: And he's definitely got the ability of a top wide
- 20:55Speaker 5: receiver one in in the NFL. And think he's gonna
- 20:58Speaker 5: get that opportunity obviously would right maythorhim the football Now, man,
- 21:03Speaker 5: that's is that the one you wanted to move Jake?
- 21:06Speaker 7: I want you want to move him down? Okay, that's
- 21:08Speaker 7: Cosyle I figured.
- 21:10Speaker 3: I mean.
- 21:12Speaker 5: I say that about his career. Is the end of
- 21:14Speaker 5: his career in Philly. He's had four straight we're a
- 21:16Speaker 5: one thousand yard season. But nevertheless, we also said that's tour.
- 21:21Speaker 4: We also said that as of June fourth, twenty twenty six,
- 21:26Speaker 4: who is the best? Yeah, so you can look back
- 21:29Speaker 4: a little bit to give you kind of a parameters
- 21:32Speaker 4: on how you think he'll do this year, but we can't.
- 21:34Speaker 6: We're not judging.
- 21:35Speaker 5: Okay, all right, So we're doing this just on like
- 21:38Speaker 5: the first few weeks of OTA's basically, you could take
- 21:41Speaker 5: like I know, I'm yeah, I wouldn't I wouldn't mind
- 21:44Speaker 5: moving him down to the BA tire.
- 21:48Speaker 7: I yeah, I just I tend to agree.
- 21:50Speaker 5: I mean, I think if he goes out there and
- 21:52Speaker 5: has a you know, fourteen hund yard season or thirteen
- 21:56Speaker 5: twelve hundred yard season with the Patriots this year, I
- 21:58Speaker 5: think you can really talk about moving him up because
- 22:00Speaker 5: if that's the case, they're probably gonna win a lot
- 22:01Speaker 5: of football games too.
- 22:03Speaker 2: All Right, So y'all, y'all all want I'm moving down?
- 22:05Speaker 6: I do, do you, Flynn, I'm I'm for it, Okay,
- 22:09Speaker 6: all right, he down.
- 22:12Speaker 4: I kind of like having that the three as the
- 22:15Speaker 4: A up there because they're, like, I think, they're in
- 22:19Speaker 4: a little different category.
- 22:21Speaker 8: We talked about this briefly. I'm good with leaving it
- 22:25Speaker 8: the way it is. I know y'all talked about moving
- 22:27Speaker 8: somebody from down.
- 22:29Speaker 2: I think it's hard.
- 22:30Speaker 6: I'm I'm good with the way it is.
- 22:32Speaker 4: But if y'all want to move somebody down, I'm okay
- 22:34Speaker 4: there too. I'm okay with I like it the way
- 22:36Speaker 4: it is all right, let's get to it, Moss. Mister Chris,
- 22:43Speaker 4: I think Chris lave is be tier. I think he's
- 22:47Speaker 4: closer to than he is.
- 22:50Speaker 5: Yeah, I would agree, But I think I think B
- 22:53Speaker 5: tier is probably the right spot for him right now.
- 22:56Speaker 5: Although I I mean, Flynn, you and I and Taylor
- 22:58Speaker 5: we're talking about this in the top our break. I mean,
- 23:00Speaker 5: I think I'm a little higher on him than you maybe,
- 23:04Speaker 5: but I just don't know if he's done enough yet
- 23:10Speaker 5: to be a Tier one. It's a good group, I mean,
- 23:13Speaker 5: I think I think I think B is where he be.
- 23:16Speaker 2: Yeah, he's a.
- 23:17Speaker 6: Good list B he is a group that I'd roll
- 23:19Speaker 6: out there with.
- 23:22Speaker 7: I don't know. I was really impressed with him a
- 23:24Speaker 7: year ago. Uh in New Orleans.
- 23:27Speaker 6: There's a lot but nothing around him.
- 23:28Speaker 5: It's not to say didn't have areas to grow in
- 23:30Speaker 5: still as your number one wide receiver. And I think
- 23:33Speaker 5: the competition with Jordan Tyson that that brings in is
- 23:36Speaker 5: hopefully just going to push him even more to do that.
- 23:39Speaker 7: But that's the right spot for him.
- 23:41Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 23:41Speaker 4: There's a couple of guys on this list that I
- 23:43Speaker 4: think are teetering on C that I think with could
- 23:46Speaker 4: easily go to B and after this year, and I think.
- 23:49Speaker 5: It's oh yeah, Sutton, Yeah, Yeah, I think if B
- 23:56Speaker 5: gets back to what he was, is that rookie.
- 23:58Speaker 6: Sure, if someton has.
- 23:59Speaker 8: One more good year, man like he's, he's gonna get
- 24:02Speaker 8: a little bit more recognition.
- 24:03Speaker 6: Now wat is gonna take a lot of yards and
- 24:05Speaker 6: catch it away from him. Yeah.
- 24:07Speaker 4: And how about one thing that I think Mike created
- 24:10Speaker 4: some some good, healthy debate when this gets posted is
- 24:14Speaker 4: kind of oh, how they've kind of fallen as DK
- 24:17Speaker 4: Metcalfe in the sea in the Sea tier now looks
- 24:22Speaker 4: the part Jake you kind of mentioned it. It's kind
- 24:24Speaker 4: of a one trick pony a little bit now. That
- 24:26Speaker 4: trick's really good, really really good trick, but just didn't
- 24:30Speaker 4: have the production.
- 24:31Speaker 6: He was graded as the forty first best receiver last year.
- 24:35Speaker 8: Yeah, I mean, if you asked me to move up
- 24:37Speaker 8: a seed tier receiver to be it's probably not DK
- 24:39Speaker 8: metcalf on that list.
- 24:40Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 24:41Speaker 3: Someone was asking about Rome and Donesday. He was forty
- 24:45Speaker 3: six a year ago. So he's on the D list
- 24:48Speaker 3: as of right now.
- 24:49Speaker 6: Now. Wandel Robinson is on.
- 24:51Speaker 2: C Dude, He's been quietly really good.
- 24:55Speaker 4: He has been.
- 24:56Speaker 6: There's gonna be some people to push back on that
- 24:58Speaker 6: because they're just not familiar with me.
- 25:00Speaker 4: All right, Okay, so let's kind of take a step
- 25:04Speaker 4: back and let's look at the teams that have a
- 25:08Speaker 4: really good number two and where we're throwing them right now.
- 25:12Speaker 4: George Pickens, where's.
- 25:14Speaker 5: George George's A yeah, George, as far as two's are
- 25:19Speaker 5: on this list.
- 25:20Speaker 6: If he was on this list, George on this list.
- 25:24Speaker 6: There's no doubt.
- 25:25Speaker 4: He was third in the NFL receives fourteen hundred yards
- 25:28Speaker 4: last year.
- 25:28Speaker 6: That is wild to say, Yeah that.
- 25:32Speaker 4: In the NFL, the Dallas Cowboy is Dak Prescott is
- 25:38Speaker 4: going to have what two of the top nine receivers.
- 25:41Speaker 6: Yes, maybe who want a playoff game this year? It's like.
- 25:47Speaker 4: Jamison Williams. It was ninth in the NFL in receiving.
- 25:52Speaker 6: Two's. Yeah, this list, I almost had twelve hundred yards receiving.
- 25:56Speaker 8: I would put him, I would say, I'd put him be,
- 25:59Speaker 8: but be he'll be higher on that beat here, but
- 26:02Speaker 8: I'd put him in.
- 26:03Speaker 6: I think he's safely.
- 26:04Speaker 5: Yeah, that's right. I'd have him like up there with
- 26:06Speaker 5: with Ted McMillan and A. J. Brown and the beat here.
- 26:15Speaker 6: Any other names you want to Jayleen Wattle.
- 26:18Speaker 8: Oh, Jalen wattle Pie, just because he's been kind of
- 26:22Speaker 8: all over the place in Miami.
- 26:23Speaker 6: Not his fault.
- 26:24Speaker 8: I think he's gonna be awesome with bo Nicks and Denver,
- 26:27Speaker 8: with that intermediate passing game they have.
- 26:29Speaker 2: I think he's gonna be great. I may go be
- 26:32Speaker 2: for Wattle. I like him be or see though I.
- 26:35Speaker 7: Was kind of I was gonna have him in that
- 26:37Speaker 7: same like beat here range as Chris Lave.
- 26:40Speaker 4: Would Michael Pittman be above d here Uh?
- 26:45Speaker 6: Would he be in the C.
- 26:48Speaker 2: Last couple of years have been rough?
- 26:52Speaker 6: Oh?
- 26:52Speaker 7: T Higgins, that's a good one. Yeah, T in the
- 26:55Speaker 7: C B, he's frank.
- 26:59Speaker 3: Making T Higgins over lad Over wandell Over Wilson.
- 27:04Speaker 2: If he's in the C, he's very very top of
- 27:08Speaker 2: the sea.
- 27:08Speaker 6: If he's in he's right now he's in B.
- 27:11Speaker 3: So another conversation, just like we have with Dak Prescott
- 27:13Speaker 3: having two A receivers. Joe's got an S and a
- 27:17Speaker 3: firm B for me.
- 27:18Speaker 2: So pretty much Yes, exciting.
- 27:28Speaker 4: Oh Davantae Adams of where's he going?
- 27:30Speaker 6: He led the NFL, He's got to go he's got
- 27:32Speaker 6: to go.
- 27:34Speaker 7: He's gonna go in the stage.
- 27:35Speaker 6: Fifteen touchdowns.
- 27:36Speaker 7: I keep forgetting about that until everyone brings it up.
- 27:40Speaker 2: I'm like, they did touchdown? Did I don't think played
- 27:45Speaker 2: all seventeen games a receiver. I agree?
- 27:49Speaker 6: I agree.
- 27:50Speaker 7: I don't know how you can argue against it. Watching
- 27:53Speaker 7: run on film last year.
- 27:54Speaker 8: Yeah, and think about that, Matt he had all of those.
- 27:58Speaker 8: We had fourteen touchdowns last year. His fourteen touchdowns last
- 28:02Speaker 8: year with Puka Nakua the target monster next to him,
- 28:06Speaker 8: hit fourteen touchdowns on sixty catches. Almost a third of
- 28:12Speaker 8: his catches went for a touchdown. It's wild because or
- 28:15Speaker 8: fourth or fourth of his catches. You got to think
- 28:17Speaker 8: about when you get into the red zone. Pokas so physical,
- 28:21Speaker 8: I can do so many things in blocking. They have
- 28:24Speaker 8: to put two people on him. So you're talking about
- 28:26Speaker 8: doubling somebody that's not DeVante Adams in the red zone.
- 28:31Speaker 6: How fair is that true?
- 28:35Speaker 4: Good point.
- 28:36Speaker 9: I'm feeling pretty confident about this year. I'm feeling confident
- 28:39Speaker 9: that DeVante would be in the eighty eight year. So
- 28:42Speaker 9: Stafford has an S and an eight tier and No.
- 28:49Speaker 6: Two A's that very easily one could you can make
- 28:52Speaker 6: an argument for the stier.
- 28:54Speaker 4: Is are the Rams going to have maybe the two
- 28:56Speaker 4: best defensive linemen to play in the last two decades.
- 28:59Speaker 8: Due there's there's a chance he might come back. Aaron
- 29:04Speaker 8: Donald might come back.
- 29:05Speaker 6: You know what's crazy.
- 29:06Speaker 8: Nobody shut it down. They've been asked and they've danced
- 29:09Speaker 8: around it. Nobody shut it down.
- 29:11Speaker 3: But you know what's crazy ist he would only have
- 29:12Speaker 3: to play like twenty five snaps again. Yeah, I know,
- 29:15Speaker 3: because they've got Braiden Fisk, Poniford, Kobe Turner already on
- 29:20Speaker 3: the defensive line now, Aaron Donal Aaron Donald.
- 29:23Speaker 6: But they wouldn't need five years old.
- 29:26Speaker 3: Yeah, hey give us twenty five, Yeah, twenty bad out
- 29:30Speaker 3: of hell third down place.
- 29:31Speaker 6: He's in that middle of a normal five year old.
- 29:34Speaker 5: No, I mean he's not, I understand, but I mean
- 29:37Speaker 5: in the conversation at least, conversation for greatest defensive tackle
- 29:41Speaker 5: of all times, the conversation for greatest pass rusher of
- 29:45Speaker 5: all time.
- 29:46Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 29:46Speaker 8: And when Donald retired, it wasn't because he had fallen
- 29:49Speaker 8: off a cliff like Aaron Donald was playing in the
- 29:51Speaker 8: high level.
- 29:52Speaker 3: Yeah, it was kind of I'm good and won Super
- 29:54Speaker 3: Bowl it's like, I'm good I'm gonna go work out
- 29:56Speaker 3: with knives.
- 29:57Speaker 4: Tired of dominating the other best players in the world. World.
- 30:00Speaker 2: Yes, I'm gonna tust something else I'm good at.
- 30:05Speaker 6: I would just like, I don't know what the odds are.
- 30:07Speaker 6: I don't even know if you can get odds in
- 30:08Speaker 6: June on this, but I would.
- 30:10Speaker 3: I would take a flyer on Byron Young being potentially
- 30:13Speaker 3: NFL Deepensive Player.
- 30:14Speaker 6: Of the Year. If you're looking for like a long odds,
- 30:18Speaker 6: you know, hey, let me turn five dollars.
- 30:20Speaker 2: Into have a lot of one on ones next year.
- 30:22Speaker 6: He's gonna have.
- 30:23Speaker 3: And he had twelve sacks of last year. He could
- 30:27Speaker 3: have fifteen and a half sixteen and a half sacks
- 30:29Speaker 3: this year.
- 30:31Speaker 4: So I'll wrap I'll kind of wrap this Alave talk
- 30:34Speaker 4: up because we've we've mentioned this in the past. We're
- 30:36Speaker 4: talking about his contract extension.
- 30:38Speaker 6: Talking at the end at the end.
- 30:39Speaker 4: Of the season last year, Chris Alave would be one
- 30:43Speaker 4: of the best wide receiver twos oh yeah out there. Yeah,
- 30:48Speaker 4: and that's kind of where his his body tight straft
- 30:52Speaker 4: Jordan Tyson eight overall and that's what that's his style
- 30:55Speaker 4: of play to me is more suited to a wide
- 30:59Speaker 4: receiver too.
- 31:00Speaker 6: In a wide receiver one.
- 31:01Speaker 4: That is why there's so much debate, so much back
- 31:04Speaker 4: and forth, so many question marks that people have. Now
- 31:07Speaker 4: the stats are number one, Oh for sure, the stats
- 31:11Speaker 4: are number one wide receiver.
- 31:12Speaker 6: I got it. But there's just something. There's something you
- 31:18Speaker 6: can't put your finger on it.
- 31:18Speaker 3: As well as we've found out talking this list out
- 31:21Speaker 3: with all these different people, you can have those stats
- 31:23Speaker 3: and be a two a two because you are. There's
- 31:27Speaker 3: a lot of teams that have two guys that deserve
- 31:30Speaker 3: to be in that number one conversation.
- 31:32Speaker 6: All right, I think I think we feel pretty good
- 31:36Speaker 6: about the list, all right.
- 31:38Speaker 3: Before we take this break, though, I do want to

- 32:35Speaker 3: pa LA Group dot com, more OTB. When we come
- 32:39Speaker 3: back here live from the Raisincaines Studio. Off the bench,
- 33:29Speaker 3: all right, welcome back in no TV e't here live
- 33:32Speaker 3: from the Raise of Kine Studio.
- 33:36Speaker 6: I said we probably wouldn't talk about it, and I'm
- 33:38Speaker 6: not going to. But no, you're not not at all
- 33:43Speaker 6: hearing Coach Saban sitting in front of like politicians and
- 33:51Speaker 6: hitting them with the eye. It's pretty good, all right.
- 33:56Speaker 3: He's going over the rosters and the money and how much,
- 33:59Speaker 3: and he's you know, trying to everything fixed. But think
- 34:02Speaker 3: about that, like a room full of politicians guys that
- 34:05Speaker 3: you know, powerful guys, a lot of egos. I'm not
- 34:08Speaker 3: saying it's a thing, like a bad thing. Like a
- 34:11Speaker 3: lot of professions, you have to have an ego. But
- 34:14Speaker 3: he is straight up just hitting them with the lecture.
- 34:18Speaker 3: Like the guys are coming out and I'm like.
- 34:22Speaker 4: Been in that room before, Yeah, I've been, I've been
- 34:24Speaker 4: you guys.
- 34:25Speaker 6: He's a little bit more subdued.
- 34:27Speaker 3: You might be a congressman, right, you might be a senator,
- 34:30Speaker 3: whatever you are. You're not exempt from the eyes. No,
- 34:34Speaker 3: you're getting them. You're not the most powerful man in
- 34:36Speaker 3: the room. No, okay, here you are.
- 34:38Speaker 4: It's Nicholas.
- 34:41Speaker 6: Is sabing.
- 34:44Speaker 4: Yeah, there's not a lot of rooms that he's going
- 34:46Speaker 4: to walk into that he doesn't just dominate with aura.
- 34:51Speaker 3: He is like, as y'all know, he's not a very
- 34:53Speaker 3: big human being. He's just not He's not a big fella.
- 34:58Speaker 3: It would be so funny, and I was one doing
- 35:00Speaker 3: it too. We'd be in the Lawton room about to
- 35:03Speaker 3: have a team meeting. Everybody'd be like slouched and just
- 35:05Speaker 3: like sitting however or whatever. That man walk into the
- 35:08Speaker 3: room and the biggest person in the room would just
- 35:10Speaker 3: sit back in a chair and sit straight up. Yeah,
- 35:13Speaker 3: So like Marcus Spears Herman Johnson didn't matter.
- 35:17Speaker 6: Corey Webster.
- 35:19Speaker 4: Yeah, you ever like been around somebody that just feel
- 35:23Speaker 4: their presence, And it was very intense.
- 35:26Speaker 3: You can almost hear him walking up the little ramp
- 35:28Speaker 3: there to the lot room. Then coaching ator's passing. Now
- 35:31Speaker 3: fellas tying to pass the doughnuts down to the end
- 35:35Speaker 3: of the aisle. Coach Savans about to come in, all.
- 35:40Speaker 10: Right, coaching Oh that nasty ass orange juice they gave
- 35:43Speaker 10: us so bad. It was awful, like it's thought even
- 35:46Speaker 10: it was water sugar orange, that's what it was. Yeah,
- 35:49Speaker 10: but then it was like kind of carbonated a little bit. Yeah,
- 35:53Speaker 10: it's trash, and it wasn't great. It wasn't like a
- 35:56Speaker 10: great palate cleanser too, a Krispy Kreme donut.
- 36:00Speaker 6: No, it wasn't.
- 36:02Speaker 3: And it was also remember that meeting was at five
- 36:05Speaker 3: forty five, so it's like, not only am I having
- 36:09Speaker 3: these donuts with this horrid arrange juice, I'm about to
- 36:13Speaker 3: get my ass chewed at five forty five in the
- 36:15Speaker 3: morning on Monday.
- 36:17Speaker 6: Yep. It's not a great way to start your week.
- 36:22Speaker 6: Not very intense, man.
- 36:24Speaker 3: Yeah, God, that Monday morning meeting was you'd feel like, man,
- 36:28Speaker 3: I made three or four plays. I'm about to get
- 36:30Speaker 3: like a little at a boy. Right, Nope, those three
- 36:33Speaker 3: or four plays aren't being shown. Here's these six plays
- 36:36Speaker 3: where you sucked. It's usually worse after a win.
- 36:41Speaker 6: That's what I'm saying.
- 36:42Speaker 3: Like you'd be feeling good, like you go on the
- 36:44Speaker 3: road and be Florida and oh four and you're like, ah,
- 36:47Speaker 3: you suck.
- 36:49Speaker 6: Here's why.
- 36:50Speaker 4: Like that first off season that I endured, the fourth
- 36:56Speaker 4: quarter program in the Winner was the by far the
- 36:58Speaker 4: worst one that was before you got here, because it
- 37:00Speaker 4: was right after national championship and it was like it
- 37:04Speaker 4: was like, all right, uh, y'all didn't win it. They did,
- 37:08Speaker 4: and I need to remind y'all the y all are mine? Yeah,
- 37:12Speaker 4: like y'all, we need to get y'all back down to earth.
- 37:15Speaker 4: And my god, did he ever there was there was
- 37:18Speaker 4: always in fourth quarter program, always trash cans throughout the
- 37:22Speaker 4: sort for people to throw up him.
- 37:24Speaker 6: There was like fifty of them all around and they
- 37:27Speaker 6: got used. Was that harder? Was that fourth quarter program
- 37:30Speaker 6: harder than that summer? Because that summer else people like
- 37:34Speaker 6: that were there talk about that summer too. That was
- 37:36Speaker 6: the thirty two one too. That was when Benny wasn't
- 37:38Speaker 6: winning and he started over.
- 37:40Speaker 4: When he started training, I would say it was definitely
- 37:42Speaker 4: it was harder because like for the the workout part
- 37:45Speaker 4: was harder because it was outside. Well, it was all indoors.
- 37:51Speaker 4: The fourth quarter program right summer is like outside Now.
- 37:54Speaker 4: That day there was specific days there was that day
- 37:56Speaker 4: there was a double forties test workout day we had
- 37:59Speaker 4: to do two forties, which was like, nobody tells you
- 38:02Speaker 4: when you're a freshman, don't run these fast. Yeah, fur
- 38:07Speaker 4: base wondering like you run a forty at the beginning
- 38:09Speaker 4: of the summer to see what your speed is. And
- 38:11Speaker 4: everyone's like, all right, I'm gonna run trying, I'm gonna
- 38:13Speaker 4: show these coaches how fast I am gonna run a
- 38:15Speaker 4: four to five. Well, what you don't know is like
- 38:19Speaker 4: when you do a thing on Thursdays called the forties
- 38:21Speaker 4: test where you got to run ten forty yard sprints
- 38:25Speaker 4: with ten seconds rest in between, and every time there's
- 38:29Speaker 4: a percentage of your your the time that you did
- 38:32Speaker 4: at the end. So if you ran a four or five,
- 38:34Speaker 4: like your first one's got to be like a four
- 38:35Speaker 4: four five. Not on your tenth one, it can be
- 38:38Speaker 4: like a four to two, but it better not be
- 38:40Speaker 4: that far off or you've failed to work out.
- 38:43Speaker 3: Yeah, if you run really go on that first day,
- 38:46Speaker 3: your average has to be very similar to that time
- 38:49Speaker 3: for all time.
- 38:50Speaker 4: All the vets were like, yeah, we'll time at the
- 38:52Speaker 4: beginning of the summer, I'm gonna run a four to
- 38:54Speaker 4: nine run five.
- 38:56Speaker 3: Nobody tells you that when you're young and dumb, though, yeah, thanks,
- 38:59Speaker 3: you guys appreciate that.
- 39:01Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 39:01Speaker 3: Not only real quick last story would take a break
- 39:04Speaker 3: as the bench coming up. Not only did he start
- 39:07Speaker 3: off you know that one ten test because Benning wasn't
- 39:09Speaker 3: winning the races. There was a training camp practice like
- 39:11Speaker 3: old too, a day's old to a day, not this
- 39:14Speaker 3: new to to day stuff. Old two days where we
- 39:17Speaker 3: used to have this big tent in between fields and
- 39:20Speaker 3: we would have you know, hydration, and we have fruit
- 39:25Speaker 3: and we were on period like seven eight.
- 39:30Speaker 6: And so we've been in practice and now we we.
- 39:34Speaker 3: Took a little too long eating some fruit under this
- 39:36Speaker 3: tent during training camp and he was kind of like,
- 39:37Speaker 3: all right, hurry up on the field and like, you know, guys,
- 39:40Speaker 3: feel like real quick, get the last pill of the
- 39:42Speaker 3: orange and throwing, you know, because South Louisiana today and
- 39:46Speaker 3: he said, all right, that's it started over. We're thinking
- 39:51Speaker 3: start the period over that we just came from. Obviously
- 39:54Speaker 3: you know, okay got this one. So he was like, inside, run.
- 39:57Speaker 4: The whole effing thing back out the gates.
- 40:01Speaker 3: Yep, we had to go back out the gates, run in,
- 40:05Speaker 3: do our stretching lines, stretch, do the whole eight nine
- 40:09Speaker 3: periods over again.
- 40:10Speaker 4: We had to start the holding from where we get
- 40:13Speaker 4: off the bus. Yeah.
- 40:14Speaker 6: We had to go off the Prdue field out on
- 40:16Speaker 6: the parking lot and walked back in golly, and the
- 40:20Speaker 6: assistant coaches even were like, yo, yea, can we not?
- 40:25Speaker 6: Are you serious right now? All right?
- 40:28Speaker 3: And then they had to clap and cuss, because that's
- 40:29Speaker 3: what you gotta do after you figure out what's going on.
- 40:31Speaker 6: It's clapping, clapp and cuss. Even even Conchran it's.
- 40:34Speaker 3: Like, no, no, no, no, no, great times, great times,
- 40:41Speaker 3: good clean fun, good clean fun.
- 40:43Speaker 6: We're good and they're going for us. Shoot, timboys had
- 40:46Speaker 6: the times of their lives out there. They know what

- 42:58Speaker 4: Did anyone ever talk back to Saban?
- 43:01Speaker 6: I don't remember.
- 43:02Speaker 4: I don't remember a lot, not like now. Saban always
- 43:05Speaker 4: had like his handful of guys that were his guys
- 43:08Speaker 4: that they could at least speak speak to him, speak
- 43:12Speaker 4: to him.
- 43:12Speaker 6: I have conversations with him. I couldn't.
- 43:14Speaker 4: Yeah. I think Marcus Spears actually stopped him in a
- 43:22Speaker 4: team meeting when he was asking one of our teammates
- 43:25Speaker 4: to do something.
- 43:28Speaker 6: You can't even tell you. I can't, you can't tell
- 43:31Speaker 6: the story.
- 43:32Speaker 4: I think spears, Spears and Seaweb, Corey Webster that was
- 43:36Speaker 4: that's probably this is this is this is going too far?
- 43:39Speaker 6: I asked the bench. Matt WA's Jake's middle name.
- 43:43Speaker 4: I know this.
- 43:45Speaker 6: And I'm not even stalling for time right now. That's
- 43:48Speaker 6: a good question. Thank you for asking, Jacob Troy, Thank
- 43:56Speaker 6: you to you. You had it the whole time.
- 44:00Speaker 3: Look at you shut out Wikipedia Hashak asked the bench
- 44:05Speaker 3: who was the one player that Saban was always ragging on.
- 44:08Speaker 6: There's always one Joe with I used to get bad
- 44:11Speaker 6: and I never understood because.
- 44:15Speaker 3: Worked in bought Off and just for some reason, coach
- 44:19Speaker 3: Saban was always riding Joe that I never understood it.
- 44:25Speaker 4: I think a lot of things some of the things
- 44:26Speaker 4: were like emotional, but a lot of it was controlled emotion.
- 44:29Speaker 4: A lot of things were calculated too, I do know,
- 44:31Speaker 4: like learning from I think Maroochie told me at one
- 44:33Speaker 4: point after Saban had left, it was like Saban was
- 44:36Speaker 4: always very calculated on who he went after. Like they're
- 44:38Speaker 4: in fourth quarter program. He's like, I'm gonna go I'm
- 44:41Speaker 4: gonna go after this person today I'm gonna be relentless
- 44:44Speaker 4: on him.
- 44:45Speaker 6: It's just people that thought needed it. It was right.
- 44:50Speaker 6: Sometimes it wasn't the bench favorite boy band or all
