Speaker 1: you a very deep and profound mystery. I seek to

Speaker 1: answer a few questions tonight, questions that many of you

Speaker 1: have asked, probably without answers, and tonight really is a

Speaker 1: journey to the experience of liberty. I want to show

Speaker 1: you something from the scripture that will bring you to

Speaker 1: the experience of the liberty of the saints. God wants

Speaker 1: to help us see through the lens of scripture tonight,
13:41
Speaker 1: why many well intentioned born again believers never live to
13:46
Speaker 1: experience the victorious life that is in Christ. Genuinely save
13:52
Speaker 1: believers who are frustrated, discouraged. They live defeated lives under
13:58
Speaker 1: the clear n mistaken reign of darkness, infirmities, and all
14:03
Speaker 1: kinds of things, the vicissitudes of life. There is an explanation.

Speaker 1: When a believer who is genuinely saved fails to project
14:12
Speaker 1: through his or her life the victory that is in Christ,

Speaker 1: there is an explanation as to why such a state

Speaker 1: is possible. Allelujah. The beauty and glory that comes with

Speaker 1: the faith life, the beauty and glory that comes with

Speaker 1: the spirit life, is hardly visible in the life of

Speaker 1: many believers, and this has misrepresented God in many degrees.

Speaker 1: So we have professing Christians genuinely saved for many, but

Speaker 1: their lives is hardly a reflection of the glory of God.

Speaker 1: And it is difficult for men to desire to know God,

Speaker 1: to learn him, to love him, and to serve Him.

Speaker 1: If your life were the only vista through which people

Speaker 1: would see and know God, many people will turn away

Speaker 1: from the God of the Bible, because your life, for

Speaker 1: many believers has failed to become a picture that attracts

Speaker 1: people to Jesus. I'm teaching tonight on the ministry of light.

Speaker 1: The ministry of light. We look at a few scriptures

Speaker 1: very quickly as God grands us grace. First John eight

Speaker 1: thirty two. This is Jesus speaking, and he makes a

Speaker 1: very profound statement John eight and verse thirty two. He says,

Speaker 1: and ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall
15:39
Speaker 1: make you free. Hallelujah. Now I will talk a bit

Speaker 1: more on this, but up front, to explain something to you.

Speaker 1: There are two components to this statement. The second component

Speaker 1: is not your responsibility. The second component is sustained by

Speaker 1: God's integrity. But the first component is your responsibility. He says,

Speaker 1: and ye shall know the truth. And if it is

Speaker 1: the truth, indeed that you know, are we together programmed

Speaker 1: within that truth is the power to bring you liberty.

Speaker 1: Second Scripture Osia, chapter four and verse six. I like

Speaker 1: you to shout the first two words that you see,

Speaker 1: never said those who are under the sway of the devil.

Speaker 1: I'm not ashamed to call them my people. Regardless their state,

Speaker 1: they are still my people. The prodigal's son met his

Speaker 1: son in the rod and the death that his life.

Speaker 1: He still called him my son, and the son still

Speaker 1: called him my father. But that did not change the

Speaker 1: state of the boy. He didn't change the fact that

Speaker 1: he was already feeding with swine, probably unhealthy, defeated and weak,

Speaker 1: and yet he called the father my father. The father

Speaker 1: identified him even in that state, as a son. So

Speaker 1: it was not a question of whether he was son

Speaker 1: or whether he was father. It was that there was

Speaker 1: a tragic situation, and he says, my people, let's finish

Speaker 1: the scripture, even though they are my people. Are you

Speaker 1: ready for the next two words? Now? Are destroyed? Ready?

Speaker 1: Want to go? What kind of a statement is this,

Speaker 1: my people? You would think the kind of person owning
17:44
Speaker 1: up to these people the next two words should not

Speaker 1: follow such a statement. When God says my people, you
17:51
Speaker 1: expect what looks like God to follow after my people.

Speaker 1: It's like a biloonnare speaking and says, my son, you

Speaker 1: would owns a bank. You would want to think owns

Speaker 1: a company. Then he says, my son is a miserable beggar.

Speaker 1: Does that statement make sense not with the credibility of

Speaker 1: the person speaking in this example. So he says my people,

Speaker 1: and you would think what will follow that statement is
18:18
Speaker 1: a greatly favored my people, representing me in power and wisdom.

Speaker 1: But he speaks by the spirit true the prophet, and

Speaker 1: he says, my people, even though they are my people,

Speaker 1: he says they are destroyed. That sounds to me like
18:34
Speaker 1: some sense of irresponsibility on his part, But he gives

Speaker 1: the reason why they are destroyed. If he just said

Speaker 1: my people are destroyed, we will charge God for not
18:43
Speaker 1: being faithful as a father. But he gives the reason.

Speaker 1: They are my people. I do not want them destroyed.

Speaker 1: I do not want them defeated. It is not in
18:54
Speaker 1: my plan for them. My character negates my children being
18:58
Speaker 1: in that state, he says. But they are still destroyed

Speaker 1: in spite of my fatherhood, in spite of the fact

Speaker 1: that I am an epitomy of love. They are destroyed,

Speaker 1: and he gives the reason. Let's finish the scripture, it says,

Speaker 1: for the lack of knowledge for the lack of knowledge.

Speaker 1: It is amazing that Satan is not mentioned as the

Speaker 1: primary reason for their state or destruction. It just says

Speaker 1: for the lack of knowledge. He Father says, because thou

Speaker 1: hast rejected, That means it was offered. You cannot reject

Speaker 1: what was not offered. Am I right on that? If

Speaker 1: I offer you some meal or refreshment and you say no,

Speaker 1: thank you, it was offered, but you rejected it, even

Speaker 1: if to your detriment. So here he explains for us

Speaker 1: something very profound, that number one, they are my people.

Speaker 1: But number two, their current state is that they're perpetually

Speaker 1: living destruction. And he says the reason is because of

Speaker 1: lack of knowledge. And just before you question God and say,

Speaker 1: but they don't have the capacity to know by themselves,

Speaker 1: he says, because you have rejected knowledge, that means at

Speaker 1: some point knowledge came to you. It came through men,

Speaker 1: it came through vessels, and you of your owner card,

Speaker 1: you rejected knowledge. Are you ready for the third scripture?

Speaker 1: Thank you Jesus. Many have rejected knowledge to their detriment.

Speaker 1: Efficients for eighteen having the understanding darkened? Who's understanding the

Speaker 1: understanding of the believer? His understanding is darkened. What is

Speaker 1: darkness the absence of light? Because the Bible says that

Speaker 1: result of that state, so the believer is saved, born again.

Speaker 1: But there is a condition, and that there are consequences

Speaker 1: to be in that condition. The consequences that you are

Speaker 1: alienated from the life of God. You know what that means.

Speaker 1: You are robbed off from seeing the potential that is

Speaker 1: in that life. It is through the ignorance that is

Speaker 1: in them because of the blindness of their hearts. Now,

Speaker 1: let me tell you the truth. The ratio of Christians

Speaker 1: and church goers who are frustrated, oppressed, discourage seems to

Speaker 1: me to outweigh the racial of believers who are working

Speaker 1: in the experience of victory. That if you take a

Speaker 1: statistical sample of people within church, generally with no biases,

Speaker 1: and you actually gage them as touching the matters of

Speaker 1: victory and a life of meaning, you are going to

Speaker 1: find out that for the most part, the believers faithful

Speaker 1: ratio of those working in the experience of the victory

Speaker 1: it outweighs those who are genuinely working in the experience

Speaker 1: ministry is beyond giving salvation. The word salvation comes from

Speaker 1: may have beginning from the standpoint of salvation, but that

Speaker 1: should be in abundance, amplified. Will say, in its fullest

Speaker 1: or in its fullness. So many believers are unable to

Speaker 1: experience the liberty that is in Christ. And let me

Speaker 1: tell you the truth. If this is not addressed, and

Speaker 1: if believers do not know why, sooner or later many

Speaker 1: people like it is already happening across the body of Christ.

Speaker 1: People are getting frustrated as to why my prayer life

Speaker 1: seems to be there for many. I'm coming to church,

Speaker 1: perhaps a worker, how long will it take me to

Speaker 1: see the faithfulness of God in my life? Did God

Speaker 1: design a system that for more than half of my

Speaker 1: life I will not have an opportunity to testify that

Speaker 1: God is good? Let me tell you the truth. If

Speaker 1: believers cannot see the faithfulness of God captured within their lives,

Speaker 1: they will begin to delve to the corridors of compromises,

Speaker 1: and they will begin to fall away from the authenticity

Speaker 1: of their faith pursuit. But there is an answer. Tonight's

Speaker 1: teaching six to bring you that answer. If you are

Speaker 1: in this place and you honestly know that there is more,

Speaker 1: you have not enjoyed the victory that is in Christ.

Speaker 1: I wanted to listen very carefully. It is an age

Speaker 1: long mistake in our approach to understanding the things of God.

Speaker 1: This has evolved into a system that has perpetually kept

Speaker 1: believer us in defeat. May God grant us understanding in

Speaker 1: the name of Jesus Christ. Let's talk about the dynamics

Speaker 1: of liberty. How did God design for the saints to

Speaker 1: work in the experience of liberty? Because the scripture we

Speaker 1: read said ye shall know the truth, and he told

Speaker 1: us that light, which also is truth, like from Scripture,

Speaker 1: talks of illumination, talks of knowledge, talks of revelation, talks

Speaker 1: of understanding. Everything that enlightens, everything that makes manifest, everything

Speaker 1: that reveals and dominates darkness is called light allelujah. And

Speaker 1: the Bible tells us that light is associated with liberty.

Speaker 1: But the administration of that liberty is where many believers

Speaker 1: are found wanting, and that includes many, many of us,

Speaker 1: men and women of God scattered across the body of Christ.

Speaker 1: Because like you will be learning, it's an uncomfortable truth.

Speaker 1: But believer us, within any organization, any ministry, at the

Speaker 1: messy of the knowledge, the limited knowledge, or the excellency

Speaker 1: of the knowledge of the priests that serve them truth.

Speaker 1: Are we together now? Believers will always be at the

Speaker 1: messy of the extent of revelation of the ministers that

Speaker 1: serve them truth, so that my limitation can be replicated

Speaker 1: in thousands and millions of people in a moment. This

Speaker 1: is the implication of being the mouthpiece of God. In

Speaker 1: one moment, you can bring liberty to millions, and in
