- 1:08a bipartisan group of lawmakers in Lancaster and York Counties up in arms. The
- 1:12project would be located in Chanceford Township. It would be a pump storage hydro
- 1:19electric facility. Supporters say it would provide dozens of high skilled technical jobs forever
- 1:23and prevent blackouts like those that have plagued Texas. Opponents say it would be
- 1:29ugly and destructive and forcibly displace farmers and homeowners, with most costs born locally
- 1:34but most benefits enjoyed elsewhere. A special election in Bucks County Tuesday determines who
- 1:42takes control of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. In the House, Democrats currently
- 1:47hold a one oh one to one hundred lead, and a Republican victory there
- 1:51in Bucks County will put the House in a deadlock. The Bucks County seat
- 1:55has historically favored Democrats. I'm Ryan Daniels and you're up to date with Radya.

- 3:32John Schaeffer has that story. State lottery and gaming officials report these states
- 3:37six casinos saw nearly eight and a half percent drop in proceeds in January compared
- 3:43to the same time last year. The casinos generated one hundred and fifty three
- 3:46point two million dollars from slot machines and table games last month, a decrease
- 3:51of about fourteen million dollars from January twenty twenty three. The casinos contributed more
- 3:55than sixty three million dollars to the state in January, but that is down
- 4:00more than ten and a half percent from a year ago. The Hartford County
- 4:03Sheriff's Office is releasing a sketch of a suspect and the murder of Rachel Morin.
- 4:08The thirty seven year old mother of five was found dead on the mon

- 4:19followers to take a look and share the sketch. Police previously said crime scene
- 4:25DNA matches an unidentified suspect in a March home invasion and assault in Los Angeles,
- 4:30California, a thirty five thousand dollars rewards being offered for information leading to
- 4:34an arrest and conviction. Okay, Maryland leaders have a plan to support older
- 4:40Marylanders and those with disabilities. The state will participate in the Partnership Accelerator,
- 4:46which will help medicate eligible residents residents in Baltimore City. Let's see if something
- 4:50costs less but people are happier with it, that sounds like something to look
- 4:56into, and that is metas Share. Maybe you've heard switching to metash share
- 5:00to pay for healthcare can save many families up to five hundred bucks a month,
- 5:03and that is huge. But it's also true that people are way more
- 5:05satisfied after making the switch to The members satisfaction rate for meta share is double
- 5:12that of the typical health insurance plan. Double meta Share works too. It's
- 5:15been around for thirty years. Members have shared more than five billion dollars of
- 5:19each other's bills. People love having telehealth and a huge nationwide PPO network.

- 6:23This station is not responsible for injuries. This is Wayne Alan Root,
- 6:28Raw and unfiltered with America's favorite conservative rock star, direct from the entertainment capital
- 6:32of the world, Las Vegas. What time is it? It's time war
- 6:38War. Here's your host, one hundred percent raw truth, one hundred percent
- 6:44American made the warrior, Wayne Alan Root. Anya Mark gets that. Let's
- 7:02go, ladies and gentlemen. This is the USA Audio Network. The show
- 7:06is raw and unfiltered. Your host with the most is Wayne Allen Root.
- 7:11And Wayne will in fact be here in exactly sixty minutes. My name is
- 7:15Lee Elsie, thanks for joining in. On Fridays, I get a chance
- 7:17to hang out with you for the first hour. Christopher is in his normal
- 7:20spot down there in Dallas, Texas, and he's pushing all the buttons and
- 7:25he's making it all go. Couldn't do it without the great Christopher. I've
- 7:30talked about this before in the past, talked about honor, loyalty and all
- 7:34that encompasses that. Now, that's incredibly important in your everyday life. Right,
- 7:40honor, loyalty, friendship, and people that you trust. I'm talking
- 7:44more in a sense of honor and loyalty from America towards its citizens, and
- 7:50America and its politicians towards you and me, the pillars of a community that
- 7:58build a strong community, ensuring that we stand united to face challenges foreign and
- 8:03domestic. We always turn to leaders, politicians in particular. Now, politicians
- 8:11are no different than you and I flesh and bone and blood, sweat and
- 8:16all of that. And as I've said a million times in the past,
- 8:20I really believe that most of the politicians begin their treacherous journey their first step
- 8:28being one of a noble costs, and eventually get derailed along the way,
- 8:31either getting sucked into the massive machine or getting corrupted by power. But unfortunately,
- 8:39the ones that are able to rise above the devastation of increasing amounts of
- 8:48power, they end up getting unfortunately corrupted. The reality is that we find
- 8:54ourselves in times of dishonesty and opportunism that is rampant, and it's infiltrated spaces
- 9:03that once thrived on trust and integrity. Now, back in the beginning of
- 9:07this whole process, back before any of us were even future flickers of light
- 9:13in some great great grandparents's mind, you know, we had men who got
- 9:18together and built a political system really unlike anything that's ever been and it's been
- 9:24able to stand the test of time. And I'm hoping in the beginning,
- 9:26I think, in the beginning, and I've said it over and over again,
- 9:28through divine intervention, those men got together with similar ideas built a system
- 9:33that we currently live on. And I'm got a bank on the idea that
- 9:37they all had values and integrity and they were loyal to each other and they'd
- 9:41honor. I feel like now there is no honor. I can't trust anyone.
- 9:48There's no integrity in Washington. None. Thirty is years, twenty years,
- 9:54anyway in this genre of radio, I've dedicated myself to Constitutional Principles,
- 10:05working hard to support its values and that mission, and I've made great allies
- 10:11along the way, sharing my commitment to those principles, trying to sort of
- 10:18turn back the hands of time. Yet, as much as I value all
- 10:22of these relationships that we've built and the strong people that we try to surround
- 10:28ourselves with, we understand. I understand that the growing number of forces that
- 10:35are acting against all of us grows. It's not shrinking, it's grown,
- 10:39and it's fueled by ignorance. Unfortunately, it's fueled by selfishness. Where are
- 10:46the souls of virtue that we desperately need? Where are the people that we
- 10:52can trust? These questions they I think they strike at the core of our
- 10:58struggle. You can't be oblivious, can't live through apathy. Otherwise eventually,
- 11:09this amazing machine of independence and freedom will it will die. I'm not saying
- 11:16it's going to die during our lifetime, but when you can no longer trust
- 11:22those who are in charge, and you can no longer trust the process,
- 11:28it's you know, it's really the beginning of the end. And isn't that
- 11:33way We are the beginning of the end. Our fight is not just against
- 11:39opposing ideologies, but it's against a culture that prioritizes self interests over the greater
- 11:46good. It's the one reason why I wanted to run for office, because
- 11:50I wanted to go up and in this case it would be Hardford and just
- 11:52stand there and say, no, none of this is going to be for
- 11:56me, none of it. I don't care whether I have a second term.
- 12:01I just want to see if we can break apart or at least instill
- 12:03in some people that this is the way it's supposed to be. No self
- 12:07interest, nothing self serving, That self indulgence, it's the kryptonite that is
- 12:15killing America. We are Superman, but self indulgence, narcissism, it's killing
- 12:22that superhero. True honored demands that we uphold our commitments and stand firm to
- 12:28our convictions. These values now seem to be overshadowed by a political environment that
- 12:35rewards deception, rewards manipulation, and that's something you have to address that on
- 12:41can't allow our values to be compromised by individuals who seek personal gains. Right,
- 12:48the political landscape has become infested with those words that hold zero weight promises
- 12:56that are empty actions that betray the trust of the people. How many times
- 13:01do you want to throw up in your mouth when you hear politicians just spew
- 13:07talking points, garbage, nothing like nothing behind their words. There's just nothing
- 13:13there. That's what this administration is all about. Just feeding the sheep that
- 13:20follow it, making them fat and happy for the time being, so they'll
- 13:24cast a vote again, so you'll retain that power that you have right now.
- 13:28But really, nothing that you do or nothing that you say, holds
- 13:33any weight nothing. And by the way, in some cases, Republican leadership
- 13:41is equally as tainted as Democrat leadership. In some cases, we have to
- 13:46break this corrupt system somehow, demand leadership that upholds standards of honor and loyalty.
- 13:54Loyalty to you, loyalty to me, not loyalty to their bank account,
- 14:00not loyalty to a position of power, loyalty to the Constitution of the
- 14:05United States, loyalty to freedom, loyalty to liberty. Stand against all of
- 14:09these fake people who infiltrate our ranks, and we have to work tireusly to
- 14:15root out dishonesty that plagues our political system. By the way, this kind
- 14:20of change isn't easy. You have to have courage, you have to be
- 14:26resilient. You're gonna get knocked down when you stand up against this. We
- 14:30must remember that our loyalty should be to the principles of the people that we
- 14:35serve. If you're a politician, God, people are giving you an amazing
- 14:45amount of trust when they vote for you. I mean they're going out of
- 14:48their way to cast the vote for you to represent them. And time and
- 14:52time again were let down and we're the only ones that can stop it.
- 15:00And we build the political culture that values honor, loyalty, friendship by putting
- 15:03the right people in, by putting people who live their life by that code.
- 15:09I have those people on my show. I mean regularly. Everybody gets
- 15:13a chance to come on. But if you're a regular, I truly believe
- 15:20you serve with honor and dignity. And we can create a future where the
- 15:24worth of a politician's word is simply measured by their actions and trust is once
- 15:33again a cornerstone of our political landscape. You know, we can overcome all
- 15:39of this, but we have to have again. I'll go back to the
- 15:43word of courage to stand up for your convictions and speak and act in such
- 15:50a way to change things. And just to go back one more time to
- 15:56the founding fathers what they gave up in building this amazing nation. They were
- 16:04willing to pledge their life, their fortunes, and their sacred honor to build
- 16:11this country. And some of us, I mean, aren't really willing to
- 16:15do much of anything to fight for that freedom that we have. So as
- 16:21much as I'm pointing my finger at politicians, and I am pointing my finger
- 16:26directly at unscrupulous, lack of character driven politicians, I'm also pointing my finger
- 16:33at the electorate, at the average everyday citizen who lives their life through apathy,
- 16:40doesn't care, really, you know, what is going on out and
- 16:45around the world, and only cares about their inner circle. And if it
- 16:48doesn't affect them specifically, they don't want anything to do with it, and
- 16:52they only vote for what affects them specifically and not the greater good. There's
- 16:56a problem there as well. It's dual edge of sorts, and I don't
- 17:02know, you know, that's something I don't know, man, I don't
- 17:03know if you know you can rectify that on a grand scale. I hope
- 17:07you can. I don't know. Maybe morality and freedom are two entities that
- 17:15can't coexist. Maybe morality needs extreme structure, otherwise it falls by the wayside.
- 17:26Because people will always vote in their self interest, just like politicians.
- 17:32Eventually, even though they may start out taking those steps in the right direction,
- 17:37Eventually, self interest always, you know, win that fight, unfortunately
- 17:41for most. Anyway, all right, we've got to take a break.
- 17:47We'll come back again. My name is Lee Elsie, filling in here on

- 23:04USA Audio Network, Raw and unfiltered. I'm LEELC filling in the first hour
- 23:08here for Wayne Allen Root, and I want to do something unconventional for the
- 23:15radio. I want to play you some audio from Ben Lesser, who is
- 23:18a Holocaust survivor. And this is not easy stuff to listen to. This
- 23:22is really tough. In fact, if you have a young child in the
- 23:26car, you might want to either turn it off at least for a little
- 23:30bit. This is why we fight for our Jewish friends. And on the
- 23:36fifth day of occupation of the city of Curaco, a truck pulls up to
- 23:41the gate if you lived in a three story building, and they started to
- 23:45bang on the gate, and the super came running out. Well, but
- 23:49all they want us to know is but the Jewish people lived. And there
- 23:53was another young couple on the other side, Jewish husband and wife to the
- 24:00mother gave birth to an infant little boy two months earlier, and they came
- 24:07breaking down the door and beating us, pistol bipping as we were in bed.
- 24:12Five am in their hands. They had opened sex and they were screaming,
- 24:19throwing all your valuables. They're beating up my father. We heard this
- 24:25terrible screaming from our neighbor's apartment and this is what we saw. This monster
- 24:33was holding the infant by its legs and swinging it and yelling to the parents,
- 24:41make them shut up. Parents are yelling the daughters our baby, our
- 24:47baby, don't hurt our baby. With a smirk on his face, you
- 24:51can see he was enjoying what he was doing. He smashes the baby's set
- 24:57into the doorpost, killing it instantly. It's the memories that won't leave me.
- 25:04I get nightmares seeing that screaming infint in that sudden silent and what came
- 25:11out from me, said my God. That night, after the left they
- 25:17went from house to house around without all the Jewish people put them in trucks
- 25:23and took him to the forest and the men would give them shovels. They
- 25:30dug a ditch and everyone was shot. Thousands of people were all shot.
- 25:36Birkenham Is all the killing was being done. Wasn't broken out. They opened
- 25:40the gate, it was still nighttime and they yelled, leave all your belonging
- 25:47where it is, don't pick anything up. Women and children to the right,
- 25:52man to the left, and I'm holding onto my sister, my sister
- 25:56Goldie, a little brother Tully, and we're being just pulled apart, never
- 26:02to see each other again. My sister and my little brother went directly through
- 26:07the gas chambers. When we came to the barrack, the student eldest that
- 26:12the man in charge of the barrack walks out. He was a Polish inmate,
- 26:18and he says, ah, you Hungarian Jews, you think you hear
- 26:22on vacation. Thank you again. You see those chimneys, those ashes start
- 26:30flying. Those are your mothers, your fathers, your brothers and your sisters.
- 26:34And if you don't behave and do exactly what you're told, this is
- 26:40how he's gonna wind up. Ashes. I couldn't believe me and my sister,
- 26:45my little brother, Ashes. This is the twentieth century, I said
- 26:51possible. Imagine being taken away from your home as a child, you know,
- 26:55your parents, separated from your parents, and then holding on to your
- 27:00or your brother's hand as a child, probably seven eight years old, and
- 27:03then being ripped apart, only to realize later on that that was the last
- 27:08time you'd ever see your sibling. So when we look back at history and
- 27:15we think about what happened to this group of people, and then we think
- 27:21about what happened again on October seventh and their response to it. The Israeli
- 27:26government's sole purpose is now to protect the citizens so atrocities like this they don't
- 27:32happen again. And to think that there are people on college campuses right now

- 36:16piece. He's down there at the Heritage Foundation right now and we're chatting.
- 36:21This is the first time I think we've gotten a chance to talk to Tony
- 36:23Connect Tony, good morning. How are you, man? I'm absolutely stellar
- 36:28for being in the nation's capital. How are you? I was gonna say,
- 36:30Man, it's like a cesspool down there. Man, you must you
- 36:34gotta like take multiple showers a day just to keep the stank off. You
- 36:37would think that's why I usually spend my time in Indiana, where the air
- 36:40is cleaner and the people are nither. Yes, you know, going to
- 36:45Washington, I don't know if I'm sure this isn't your first time there,
- 36:49But I mean, when you go to Washington, there is this sense of
- 36:52inspiration about the founding fathers. I defy anybody not to feel that when they
- 36:57go there. But you know, you just up over the line and you're
- 37:00in like Slumville, USA. It's really, it's really an interesting dichotomy.
- 37:06But listen, you wrote a piece California school system sued over falsified history about
- 37:12Israel Hamas War. So I'll just throw the general question and ask you some
- 37:16other ones what prompted you to put this together. I was a teacher and
- 37:22then an administrator for several years. Education is something that's very special to me.
- 37:28My parents took exceedingly good care of me. I never had to rely
- 37:31on the teachers' union to pick up the slack. And so when I see
- 37:35parents ostracized, I see students that are ostracized by a district because the school
- 37:40has some type of political agenda, it makes my blood boil. And so
- 37:46when I get stories like these from parents, I do my due diligence.
- 37:50I check all of the information things like that, and what I end up
- 37:52discovering is usually a lot worse than what I started out looking for. And
- 37:58that was the case in this California school district. Just exceedingly disgusting stuff.
- 38:01So highlights some of this stuff for us that you found out you got it.
- 38:06So the school system in California made the decision to employ a teacher who
- 38:12looks like one of the hippies that tells you how to avoid rapids in Gatlinburg.
- 38:16And it's just to paint the picture, you know, of a long,
- 38:19kind of blonde, ponytail guy who looks like he has eighty seven different
- 38:22favorite kinds of coffee and they're all dirt. This guy who spent time at
- 38:29a November school board meeting less than a month after the Hamas atrocities in Israel,
- 38:35telling parents, teachers, administrators of the district he was going to teach
- 38:38about neo colonialism and no one was going to censor him. Those are his
- 38:45words. And then he teaches this three day lesson in which he says the
- 38:50word hamast I think once or twice, according to the slides that we obtained,
- 38:53and demonized Israelian Jewish people for what he said was colonizing the land.
- 39:00And of course that's beyond consensical because no historical data was provided, just a
- 39:07lot of left wing articles about how bad the West is and how bad the
- 39:10Jews are. Incredible that that was taught to students. Now, how did
- 39:14you get that? How did you get the footage of him teaching that class.
- 39:19So I don't have footage of him teaching that class, but I did
- 39:22get the slides and the presentations, and I did get footage of him telling
- 39:25the school board because those are recorded that he was teaching that and like a
- 39:31lot of teachers, he explicitly wrote down every single point that he was making
- 39:37in the slide presentation hosted on school servers. This was sent to me by
- 39:42parents familiar with the situation. So you mentioned in your sort of one sheet
- 39:47here when we're talking about the consequences of the war, and one of the
- 39:52slides that you had just referenced explained. Can you explain that to everybody how
- 39:55there's such a stark difference from one side to another. Yeah. So the
- 40:00issue here is that it's not a situation in which students are given kind of
- 40:04the geopolitical update, which is a state standard in California, where you say,
- 40:07here's what's going on, here are the different sides at play, which
- 40:12is fair play. If you're going to talk about current events as a history
- 40:14teacher, then you should discuss, you know, here's what one side says,
- 40:17Here's what the other side says, here's what the objective situation that we
- 40:22have is and then leave it at that. In my personal education opinion,
- 40:25I would say leave it at that, because once you start playing the commentator,
- 40:30you take sides and you distort the events as a teacher talking about current
- 40:34events. So what he did instead is he, for example, had a
- 40:38slide series on all of the things the Israeli government had quote unquote done to
- 40:43the Palestinians. And then he followed that up with questions that we're very leading,
- 40:46like don't you think that Israel's a really big, bad place. Don't
- 40:51you think that bb net and yaho is hurting people? Nothing about the you
- 40:54know, leader of the Hamas organization, Nothing about the election of Maas into
- 41:00power in the early two thousands, nothing about any kind of regional history.
- 41:05It was very leading garbage. And that was the part that didn't even mention
- 41:07the United States. When he got to the United States, he starts posting
- 41:10all of these pictures and quotes from hyper progressive squad members like Corey Bush and
- 41:16AOC and Andre Carson from Indiana. Although we hate to climb in and all
- 41:22of these goobers for lack of a better term, right, nothing from the
- 41:25right or hey here's why we support Israel enough. Just one sided. Either
- 41:30you call for a cease fire or your evil super mega hitler. Tony Kanadas,
- 41:36our guest investigative calumnists the Daily Signal, has a peace out. He's
- 41:39also attached to the Heritage Foundation, and we're lucky another friend from the Heritage
- 41:45Foundation. We have a growing number of them, and we appreciate their time
- 41:47and diligence and effort and so many different causes, and this is certainly,
- 41:52certainly one of them. I never can get an answer for this. You're
- 41:54a smart guy. What is it with the idea? What is the reason
- 42:00in your estimation behind the hatred directed and specifically at Choose. I would say
- 42:07that in a world in which people in the West largely do not have real
- 42:13problems, in a world in which largely you can be fed, you can
- 42:16be entertained panem At Circuss to quote the Latin people need some kind of purpose,
- 42:22They need some kind of something to do with their time to feel like
- 42:25their lives are worthwhile. And they're not in church, and they're not actually
- 42:30you know, spending time with their families. They're not doing anything of use
- 42:31for their community. So they find these progressive advocacy trains to ride on so
- 42:37that they can feel like, oh man, I'm actually doing something. The
- 42:40problem is these progressive advocacy loops. Whether it's critical race theory, diversity,
- 42:45equity and inclusion, whether it's the LGBTQ two IA whatever numbers and letters you
- 42:51want to flap on it movement, or whether it's this anti Semitic anti Israel
- 42:54movement, they all come from these kind of conspiracy theories that there is some
- 43:00evil, shapeless, faithless illuminati, right wing white man that is putting you
- 43:06down. Because again, otherwise, there would be no reason for these organizations
- 43:10to exist. We enjoy equal rights in the United States. We enjoy a
- 43:15lot of privileges and protections based on the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
- 43:19So these things come up because authors like Paula Frere, the Brazilian philosopher,
- 43:23and a lot of other neo Marxist philosophers in the late nineteen hundreds created this
- 43:29kind of oppressor versus oppressed dynamic so that people could eternally be fighting. It's
- 43:34very Maoist actually in its practice, and that's where the anti Semitism comes in.
- 43:37Because what's the oldest oppressor versus the oppressed dynamic in history. Oh,
- 43:43there's this secret group of Jews woooo and they control everything woo. And so
- 43:50old hate finds a home again. Not because it's intricate and it's intelligent.
- 43:54It is truly the lowest common denominator when it comes to these baseless, nonsensical
- 44:01conspiracy theories. That's brilliant, a brilliant assessment, and it just makes me
- 44:06think, as you're talking about it, I'm thinking to myself, it's all
- 44:08fueled by the white suburban housewife with their Black Lives Matter sign on their front
- 44:14lawn to make themselves feel bad, right, I mean, it's just over
- 44:15and over again, you know. Okay, so what happened with the school
- 44:20system. What was the result of your investigation? So the school system has
- 44:23done what a lot of school systems do, and that is they shut their
- 44:25mouths. They tell the staff, hey, do not talk to anyone ever.
- 44:30You know, you forward all of these media requests to the district.
- 44:32And then when media like yours truly reaches out to the school and says,
- 44:36hey, would you like to provide a comment on your crappy staff, then
- 44:38they don't respond. And this is a serious issue actually that we're facing right
- 44:44now is that school boards believe that if they just hugger down and shut off
- 44:46the lights like a house that doesn't want trigger treaters to attend, then they'll
- 44:52just walk by and we'll forget all about it here in a couple of weeks
- 44:54and everything will go back to normal. Well, thank god, the attention
- 44:58span of the American is increasing and people aren't forgetting these kind of horrible flights
- 45:04and this terrible policy. And so while there hasn't been anything yet that has
- 45:09occurred, I believe that the situation will likely result in this teacher either being
- 45:16suspended orm asked to resign, and you'll end up seeing a lot of changes
- 45:25in the public school systems over the next couple of years, because if you
- 45:29don't, then the parents are just going to leave. Listen, it was
- 45:31really great get a chance to talk to you. So where can folks find
- 45:34out more about you? Is there a website specifically to you? I know
- 45:37I can direct them to the Heritage Foundation, but what about you? You
- 45:40can find the radio show that I host in Indianapolis on ninety three WIBC over
- 45:45at Tony Kinnett dot com. A's k I N N E T T.
- 45:49And then if you're a masochist, you can follow me over on Twitter x
- 45:52at the tonas T H G T O in US. What time do are
- 45:55you? On the air? Seven pm every weeknight. We cover all the
- 46:00nonsense and well, at least we try to break it down for the average
- 46:02guy who actually did something for a living. What is the world of Indiana
- 46:06politics? How does that? You know? Does it affect you as it
- 46:08touch you? Indiana's Republican Party is a very mediocre it's languished under not having
- 46:17to put up a fight, and so what you see in Indiana is a
- 46:21lot of kind of pseudo neopolitical corruption that kind of comes through property taxes and
- 46:25really high gas taxes, and so it's trying to keep that side in line
- 46:30while also slapping the left wing goobers who said, whoa, what Indiana really
- 46:32needs is transgender children. So it's it's kind of a two front war.
- 46:37Dude, it was great talking to you. I hope we can do this
- 46:39again, man. I think your rising store certainly in the heritage world and
- 46:44beyond. So I appreciate your time today and best of luck. All right,

- 53:12Welcome back USA Audio Network. Raw On on filtered special guests joining us
- 53:15from the Heritage Foundation and he is going toe to toe with the anti Trumper's.
- 53:19Kyle Bronson is joining the program. Kyle, thanks for coming on.
- 53:22I appreciate it. Thanks for having me on. How are you? I
- 53:23appreciate you coming on, man, So fill us in. What are you
- 53:25doing? What's going on? Talk to me? Yeah. So we're at
- 53:28the Heritage Tradition Overside Project. We submit a bunch of open records request of
- 53:31government to come and let the American people know what their government's up to.
- 53:36Last April a year ago now, we submitted two records requests of an at
- 53:38DA Albert Bragg's office. First, the first one is looking into communications he
- 53:45had with the Body Justice Department DC, Democrats, the establishment here in Washington
- 53:51about prosecuting Trump. You know, he's on trial now Manhattan. By his
- 53:53office wanted to see what sort of the the Body Justice Department of the Weabini
- 53:57DOJA and Democrats here in Washington we're telling him about the case. And the
- 54:00second one is about basically Bragg got a whole bunch of free and or low
- 54:06cost legal help from some of the biggest law firms in the world, white
- 54:09shoe law firms to prosecute Trump, and so we requested those communications over a
- 54:15year ago. We sued Bragg last June and they've been Bragg's office has sort
- 54:20of been dragging his feet and giving us records. They're saying they have thousands
- 54:23of records potentially responsive records to Stiff through which leads us to believe that there
- 54:28were many communications with DC Democrats about prosecuting Trump, and you know, hundreds
- 54:34of records about with the law firms on the legal help. And so we
- 54:37wrote a letter last week to the Judge Basic who was saying, enough is
- 54:38enough, let's get let's get these records out there, because Donald Trump is
- 54:43currently sitting in a Manhattan courtroom in a politicized case that is clearly election interference.
- 54:49He's got a gag order against him. He can't even talk about the
- 54:52case or risk getting fined. And he's also off the campaign trailer kind of
- 54:55sitting in Manhattan every day. And so we need to see what Alvin Brad
- 55:00is up to, what is the level of coordination with the DC Democrats and
- 55:04the Weaponi's body DJ And also kind of get to the bottom of the free
- 55:07legal help or low cost companies. Office got some of the biggest law firms
- 55:10in the world. When you get breaking some news here, the judge gets
- 55:14set a hearing for a few weeks from now to sort of get to the
- 55:17bottom of what delay is here. Okay, so when you out of the
- 55:20posit development there, when you get into one of these situations, and I
- 55:22really appreciate you spelling that out for us, when you get into a situation
- 55:25where you request this kind of information and then they drag their feet like they're
- 55:30dragging it now. I mean as an attorney, as somebody who is a
- 55:32novice in this area of law, but I mean just as a human being.
- 55:37My first my first inclination is that they're getting rid of some of this
- 55:39evidence. They're figuring out a way to remove it or you know, bleach
- 55:44it out if you will. From a Hillary Clinton standpoint, I would be
- 55:47nervous about that. And then if that's the case, how other safeguards against
- 55:51that or No, We do a lot of work at the federal levels.
- 55:52We have over over eighty federal lawsuits for these open records on a number of
- 55:57topics. Now, so each each teristics are base requires you as a government
- 56:00employee to keep your records like that's a crime to delete record potentially. So
- 56:06when I was in the Trump administration, I had to archive everything and do
- 56:08work on you know, basically be above board and if there's evidence of that
- 56:13we're seeing now in some of the NIH and COVID cases where an official was
- 56:17basically telling people to email them on Gmail to avoid sort of these records requests.
- 56:22So he's he's in a lot of hot water now. But but you
- 56:24are required as a public and government employee to maintain your records, and so
- 56:30there are some stiff penalty for not doing that unless you're But historically you've always
- 56:34found there's some kind of a trail I said pay per trail, but really
- 56:37not a pay per trail. There's always some kind of an electronic trail that
- 56:39can eventually catch these guys, right, Yes, yes, that's that's that's
- 56:44that's that's correct. But the issue that we're running into is oftentimes you have
- 56:46to sue to force you know, people's hands in forking these records over and
- 56:53so it's it's a it's a big barrier to entry, right road headers foundation.
- 56:58I'm a lawyer, I in congressional oversight for ten years. I sure
- 57:01of know where some of the bodies of arried. I know what's looking for,
- 57:04right, and chances are we requesting something we know there's something there,
- 57:06right. But for some of the average tenigent or even some journalists that don't
- 57:08have the infrastructure or experience, there's a real challenge for them to get uh,
- 57:14to get to get directors to kind of find out what the government's up
- 57:15to. Kyle Bronson is with us. We appreciate him very much to spelling
- 57:20some of this stuff out. We don't have a lot of time today,
- 57:21but let me throw one other topic at you real quick. I mean you
- 57:24mentioned weaponizing the judicial system. You believe that it's been weaponized, right?
- 57:29Oh, yeah, it's it's I mean, we've we had a weaponization symposium
- 57:32two weeks ago now at this point here at the Harris Commission in DC.
- 57:36We put a lot of it on a Twitter page at overside pr to go
- 57:38put check it out. But we had we had, you know, Senator
- 57:42Grassley come and discussed, uh, whistleblower protection and how whistleblowers have been attacked.
- 57:45Senator Ron Johnson from Wisconsin discussed how you know he was censored for for
- 57:51publishing COVID data FBI whistle blower. You know, a former FBI agents who
- 57:55you know saw that the Justice Department was in probably targeted Catholic for Karen school
- 58:01board games. Because we had a whole day of programming and disgusting how government
- 58:07law enforcement, academy, Archite school, the spensorship regime coming out of COVID,
- 58:13and how how the left is hijacking many institution of the society and weponarchic
- 58:17against Emily the charity as welf who every day in there. So I got
- 58:22to jump in. We're running out of time. Kyle Bronson's Heritage Foundation.
- 58:24You can find out more about him and his work at Heritage dot org.
- 58:29Take a look at that. We're always lucky to get a chance to sit
