- 0:00SPEAKER_00: Okay, no script, no nothing.
- 0:02SPEAKER_00: It's always about solving problems.
- 0:04SPEAKER_00: Whenever you have a business, that first question is where are you positioned online?
- 0:10SPEAKER_00: Do you have a website?
- 0:12SPEAKER_00: I'm sure you probably do.
- 0:13SPEAKER_00: What do your Google reviews look like?
- 0:15SPEAKER_00: What do your other online reviews look like?
- 0:17SPEAKER_00: Are you behind other people that are in your industry?
- 0:21SPEAKER_00: And I know that we never want to just keep our eye on what other people are doing, but in some cases, you can probably fix that reputation management score without much difficulty.
- 0:31SPEAKER_00: And it's probably because you're not reaching out to people, and it's probably if you are asking people to review you, you're not doing it in the way where you can also be a little self-protective from uh negative reviews and those sorts of things.
- 0:44SPEAKER_00: But having a reviews management is important.
- 0:46SPEAKER_00: Also, with that, what is your online appearance?
- 0:50SPEAKER_00: Where are you posting?
- 0:51SPEAKER_00: Do you have your particular places that you like to post content?
- 0:55SPEAKER_00: And what type of content is it?
- 0:57SPEAKER_00: Is it more of an educational spin?
- 0:59SPEAKER_00: Is it more self-absorbed?
- 1:00SPEAKER_00: Is it about your latest trip to Kabul?
- 1:03SPEAKER_00: Or is it about something that actually the actually help the people that are trying to hire service providers or the product or whatever it is you happen to be selling?
- 1:13SPEAKER_00: Is it something that's going to help them make better decisions?
- 1:16SPEAKER_00: And then with that, what kind of uh what kind of content is it?
- 1:21SPEAKER_00: Is it video?
- 1:22SPEAKER_00: Is it image?
- 1:23SPEAKER_00: Is it some kind of a podcast?
- 1:24SPEAKER_00: Are you syndicated in those realms?
- 1:26SPEAKER_00: And then let's say person does reach out.
- 1:28SPEAKER_00: Where do they go?
- 1:29SPEAKER_00: How does that work?
- 1:30SPEAKER_00: Do they call you?
- 1:31SPEAKER_00: Do you have a form on everything?
- 1:33SPEAKER_00: Do you have somewhat of a more interactive AI tech app that is going to interview them and talk to them and get their information?
- 1:40SPEAKER_00: And what if they respond at a time when you're unavailable?
- 1:44SPEAKER_00: Maybe you're with clients, maybe you're asleep, maybe you're doing something else.
- 1:48SPEAKER_00: But what's going to end up happening to their information and how quickly are they going to be answered?
- 1:54SPEAKER_00: Now, I know that AI people say, well, it's not perfect and it skips and it messes up, it's pretty good.
- 2:00SPEAKER_00: And in fact, in a lot of cases, not that we're trying to fool anybody, because that's the wrong way to approach it if you want to have an AI system put in your business and then have me set it up so it lies and it says it's a human being.
- 2:12SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's not going to work.
- 2:14SPEAKER_00: That's just going to be horrible for your business once people find out.
- 2:17SPEAKER_00: But if you're honest and up front, and if the AI has all your FAQs, all of the facts about your business, all of the information and the things that you want it to have, uh price of whatever service you provide, how it works, how they can book on your calendar, and have them book on your calendar, offer you, uh offer that person, the user that's interacting with the AI, of course, when you're not available and when your staff isn't available, but have them interact with them and say, you know, we have a few slots coming up.
- 2:48SPEAKER_00: What's like the best time for you?
- 2:49SPEAKER_00: Let's start there.
- 2:50SPEAKER_00: And then it says, well, Friday at two is pretty good for me.
- 2:54SPEAKER_00: Okay, well, he's not available at two, but at three o'clock he can.
- 2:57SPEAKER_00: Would you like me to book that for you?
- 2:58SPEAKER_00: Then they get their information and it's all set up by AI.
- 3:01SPEAKER_00: The other thing that people are very much very much missing out on is on the social media channels when you are posting this content that we talked about, more evergreen is probably better.
- 3:13SPEAKER_00: But also timeliness is good too.
- 3:15SPEAKER_00: If you have content that has to do with spring, for example, with what you do.
- 3:19SPEAKER_00: Maybe you're in real estate.
- 3:21SPEAKER_00: Maybe spring is a time when a lot of sellers start to list in typical years, but maybe this year is different because of interest rates or because of the economy or because of something else.
- 3:29SPEAKER_00: A timely post like that isn't a bad idea.
- 3:32SPEAKER_00: But where do those people go?
- 3:34SPEAKER_00: If they look at your post and there's no avenue for them to reach out to or to get something, to get something more of value, that's also somewhere you're missing opportunity.
- 3:44SPEAKER_00: So you want to give something a value in everything you do.
- 3:47SPEAKER_00: How is that going to happen?
- 3:48SPEAKER_00: Well, you could use different forms, you could use a different lead generator, you can use an AI-infused lead magnet, which is really, really cool because they'll be able to respond with a particular word.
- 3:58SPEAKER_00: You've probably seen this respond deal or respond report or DM me with this particular word.
- 4:04SPEAKER_00: The reason why that's set up is that's an automation I'll put in place.
- 4:07SPEAKER_00: So when they do respond, the workflow takes care of it.
- 4:10SPEAKER_00: So if you have 150 people responding because we've structured an offer that's so unbelievably fantastic and it really gets, and it's really valuable.
- 4:19SPEAKER_00: I'm not talking about some BS that's just thrown out there, but a really valuable offer, and they we we tell them to DM the business deal on the Facebook page or Instagram or wherever they're coming from.
- 4:30SPEAKER_00: That automation takes care of that.
- 4:32SPEAKER_00: It gathers the client's information, it then structures and puts together the report, and it depends on how automated you want.
- 4:40SPEAKER_00: If the report has to be timely, pulling on particular data, then we can set up something in N8N, which is a workflow generator, basically having the inquiry done, the report put together, and then sent.
- 4:51SPEAKER_00: But usually the things that we're giving a value are something that are somewhat static.
- 4:55SPEAKER_00: It was prepared, it's evergreen, and it gives them some kind of information that they're looking for.
- 5:01SPEAKER_00: So when they respond, it generates all by itself all the way through because it's been automated and set up.
- 5:07SPEAKER_00: Then you come in the morning or whenever you look at your leads, or whenever you want to get the notification, and you have new booked appointments that are in your pipeline, your opportunities.
- 5:16SPEAKER_00: It starts to fill up.
- 5:17SPEAKER_00: And for those people that have come in that aren't ready to hire you to do whatever you do best, right?
- 5:25SPEAKER_00: They're not ready to hire you.
- 5:26SPEAKER_00: Then what they end up doing is the sequence, then I set it up so it takes care of them.
- 5:31SPEAKER_00: That's how everything should be taken care of.
- 5:33SPEAKER_00: Then your past clients, all of them, should be kept in contact with.
- 5:37SPEAKER_00: And if you've dropped the ball on that, all that can be automated and set up too with AI integration.
- 5:42SPEAKER_00: So all of that's done.
- 5:43SPEAKER_00: So you have a complete business.
- 5:45SPEAKER_00: So your job then becomes just going to appointments and maybe making a few notes about the interactions where everything is and to keep the system updated.
- 5:54SPEAKER_00: That's it.
- 5:55SPEAKER_00: And the updating of the system that's becoming more and more easier as AI develops more, that the simplicity of that process is ridiculously easy as well, if it's all set up right.
- 6:06SPEAKER_00: So that's really kind of the onboarding sequence because I need to find out how things come in, how leads come in.
- 6:13SPEAKER_00: Is it a phone call?
- 6:14SPEAKER_00: Is it an email?
- 6:16SPEAKER_00: Is it some kind of social media interaction?
- 6:18SPEAKER_00: Are you doing some kind of a meta campaign?
- 6:20SPEAKER_00: And then if you're doing some kind of a meta Facebook or Instagram, or even the open the new open AI campaigns with Chat GPT, you know, how much are you spending on these and what's your return look like?
- 6:32SPEAKER_00: And is there some kind of a fail-safe system or a checks and balances system, if you will, where you have a particular ad going out, but you're getting crappy leads, bad leads, tire kicker leads, people that aren't really interested, but every once in a while you get a good one.
- 6:47SPEAKER_00: Having a protocol or some kind of a pixel or a cappy protocol in there that identifies why that one lead was different than all the rest, then that makes your return on investment a lot higher.
- 6:59SPEAKER_00: Your ad spin goes down because the leads you're generating, while it's costing you the same, they're more accurate in nature for whatever reason.
- 7:07SPEAKER_00: And that's how you basically we have an opportunities pipeline.
- 7:12SPEAKER_00: And in that pipeline, whenever the leads are good, whenever they're the ones that actually work out, they get put into a different section, a closed section.
- 7:20SPEAKER_00: And then that communicates back with Meta and these other systems and lets them know, okay, this lead, for whatever reason, was just beautifully perfect for the business.
- 7:29SPEAKER_00: Then it's going to look for more of those.
- 7:30SPEAKER_00: Very, very smart.
- 7:32SPEAKER_00: But all of that in place, then you really have nothing else to do.
- 7:36SPEAKER_00: The only thing that changes for you in your business is the content that you're posting and how you're posting it, and also making sure this is another thing that's very important.
- 7:45SPEAKER_00: Search engine optimization was still very important, but that was the thing that everybody kind of hinged their bet on up until the development of artificial intelligence.
- 7:54SPEAKER_00: Only been three years, folks, for artificial intelligence since the unveiling of Chat GPT.
- 7:59SPEAKER_00: But right now, the artificial intelligence, it's more conversational, it's more QA.
- 8:04SPEAKER_00: So whenever people are interacting with it and they're asking about a particular business, it's no longer giving, you know, page one of Google or page two of Google.
- 8:14SPEAKER_00: It's no longer giving those types of results.
- 8:16SPEAKER_00: Typically, it's going to maybe mention a few.
- 8:19SPEAKER_00: And then also you'll notice, depending on which one you're using, it might also also give a YouTube video reference.
- 8:25SPEAKER_00: Well, how do you get positioned there?
- 8:26SPEAKER_00: That's going to be with answer engine optimized content.
- 8:30SPEAKER_00: So QA's, FAQs, conversational type approaches in the content stream itself.
- 8:36SPEAKER_00: And also with the website, there's schema protocols, there's different things that can be put together.
- 8:40SPEAKER_00: This has all become very low-hanging fruit when you hire that right person to be able to put it together for you.
- 8:47SPEAKER_00: But there's a lot of questions to ask for any business, whether they just want some voice AI chatbot that's going to talk to people on their website about their business services, or they want something completely filled out end to end that takes care of everybody all the way through the system.
- 9:03SPEAKER_00: And it all starts with just having that AI audit done for you.
- 9:08SPEAKER_00: When you're ready, you can find me more, Connor with Honor.com.
