Franklin County Could Get Free College | Columbus News
Columbus State Community College is pushing to make college tuition free for all Franklin County residents — starting next fall — by asking voters to approve a new property tax levy this November. If passed, the 10-year plan would cover full tuition for new high school grads and offer discounts to everyone else, regardless of income or high school background.
