- 0:17[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know what it is about this music.
- 0:20[SPEAKER_00]: I know, right?
- 0:22[SPEAKER_00]: I'm the thing every week.
- 0:24[SPEAKER_00]: It's as inconsistent as the team is.
- 0:28[SPEAKER_02]: Ha ha ha ha.
- 0:29[SPEAKER_02]: Good one.
- 0:30[SPEAKER_02]: Robin's starting out on a bang.
- 0:33[SPEAKER_02]: I tell you.
- 0:34[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going.
- 0:36[SPEAKER_02]: Once up Robin, what's up everyone?
- 0:38[SPEAKER_02]: This is tea time with Robin.
- 0:40[SPEAKER_02]: I am tea.
- 0:41[SPEAKER_02]: She is Robin.
- 0:42[SPEAKER_02]: We are here.
- 0:44[SPEAKER_02]: What is good?
- 0:44[SPEAKER_02]: What is good?
- 0:45[SPEAKER_02]: What is good?
- 0:46[SPEAKER_02]: Um, how are you?
- 0:48[SPEAKER_00]: Good, life is good.
- 0:50[SPEAKER_00]: It's always good when the bills win, right?
- 0:53[SPEAKER_02]: I know, it's as long as it gets to go, right?
- 0:57[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, we don't like the yo-yo.
- 0:59[SPEAKER_02]: OK, bills, muffler bills.
- 1:02[SPEAKER_02]: We don't like the yo-yo.
- 1:03[SPEAKER_02]: But what we do like is that we want 26 to 7, the muffler bills with the impressive win.
- 1:10[SPEAKER_02]: It's December, football.
- 1:13[SPEAKER_02]: And I love this time of the year.
- 1:14[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not going to lie.
- 1:15[SPEAKER_02]: I do.
- 1:16[SPEAKER_02]: because it's like right around a corner, it's the playoffs.
- 1:21[SPEAKER_02]: Also two in December, the Buffalo Bills have shown you that they can win, and they play their best football in December.
- 1:31[SPEAKER_02]: So I have a question for you.
- 1:35[SPEAKER_02]: Do you think the bills have played their best football yet?
- 1:40[SPEAKER_00]: Oh hell no.
- 1:43[SPEAKER_00]: I hope not.
- 1:45[SPEAKER_02]: I know.
- 1:46[SPEAKER_00]: I guess I've got what you did.
- 1:49[SPEAKER_02]: We're in trouble.
- 1:50[SPEAKER_00]: Oh hell no.
- 1:52[SPEAKER_00]: Love it.
- 1:53[SPEAKER_02]: Let me re-work.
- 1:53[SPEAKER_02]: Let me re-work at that then.
- 1:55[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:56[SPEAKER_02]: Do you think any part of the games that they play, the winning games?
- 2:05[SPEAKER_02]: Can you take any of those games feel good about this offense, about this defense and
- 2:14[SPEAKER_02]: and play their best football in December and January and hopefully in February.
- 2:19[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 2:21[SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely.
- 2:22[SPEAKER_00]: They have because of what we were just talking about.
- 2:26[SPEAKER_00]: They haven't played their best football this season.
- 2:30[SPEAKER_00]: They've been inconsistent.
- 2:31[SPEAKER_00]: They've had a good game.
- 2:32[SPEAKER_00]: They've had a bad game.
- 2:33[SPEAKER_00]: They've had an uptime.
- 2:34[SPEAKER_00]: They've had a downtime.
- 2:35[SPEAKER_00]: First is the offense that is the defense.
- 2:38[SPEAKER_00]: I do think getting Ed Oliver back.
- 2:43[SPEAKER_02]: Do we know when he's coming back today?
- 2:44[SPEAKER_00]: Say no.
- 2:46[SPEAKER_00]: and early on they were talking he'll be back in time for the playoffs and then he was tossing his kid around and I'm like is this good guys he's lifting the child up he's rowing the child in the air right
- 3:06[SPEAKER_00]: I'm making the bills watch it.
- 3:08[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, just be very careful with the baby.
- 3:13[SPEAKER_00]: And you.
- 3:14[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you.
- 3:15[SPEAKER_00]: So I think it will make a tremendous difference.
- 3:19[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 3:20[SPEAKER_00]: When it ever comes back.
- 3:22[SPEAKER_00]: And I part of me and I hate to be this kind of fan, but I do think sometimes.
- 3:28[SPEAKER_00]: wistfully.
- 3:29[SPEAKER_00]: I wonder about what what would this defense be like if we hadn't been injured.
- 3:38[SPEAKER_00]: He, you know, he's such an incredible asset to the team.
- 3:42[SPEAKER_00]: I can't wait till he comes back next year.
- 3:45[SPEAKER_00]: I can't wait.
- 3:47[SPEAKER_02]: You, and the fact is, and listen, we're not whining because we all, injuries are, well, Robins right now, okay, whining.
- 3:53[SPEAKER_02]: We all know that injuries is part of this game, 100% part of this game.
- 3:59[SPEAKER_02]: But the fact that,
- 4:01[SPEAKER_02]: point and we've seen it against Kansas City and you're seeing what this difference could be with Hoyt in there and you had Ed Olive, they still had Ed at the time, right?
- 4:10[SPEAKER_00]: Or did Ed, it was like, please, what that is?
- 4:14[SPEAKER_02]: Or did Ed get injured?
- 4:15[SPEAKER_02]: I think Ed was injured.
- 4:18[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know, I can't remember.
- 4:19[SPEAKER_02]: So many defensive players went down.
- 4:22[SPEAKER_02]: Um, but you've seen what that
- 4:29[SPEAKER_02]: Michael, who ate in there with, who else somebody else went down, but it doesn't really matter, but those two people alone is just, it makes this defense, it makes Sean McDermott, it makes Bobby Babbage, do different concepts when it comes to this defense, and it looked good when it happened.
- 4:50[SPEAKER_00]: They have a lot more options.
- 4:53[SPEAKER_00]: And do what they can do with that flexibility for sure.
- 4:57[SPEAKER_00]: So yeah, I can wine and I'll wine about stuff like that because it does hurt your team and you can't replace that kind of talent.
- 5:11[SPEAKER_00]: No, you can get either can come in and sub and whatever whatever, but you're not.
- 5:15[SPEAKER_00]: This guy's truly unique.
- 5:17[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and that's why they got him because they've seen what they haven't seen in him.
- 5:24[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 5:26[SPEAKER_02]: All right, and they said they were trying to get them earlier, so, you know, and the buffalo was the place for you, honey.
- 5:34[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, for sure.
- 5:36[SPEAKER_02]: Um, but in this big win, again, 26 to seven big noobs, the defense, see me get a bunch of defense, the defense showed up and Bernard had two turnovers, but not his plan on a different level right now.
- 5:55[SPEAKER_02]: and he looks good doing it.
- 5:56[SPEAKER_02]: And Kurt, I've been for it, where did I say, but my bad, my bad, my bad, my bad first.
- 6:01[SPEAKER_00]: My first is playing our conference between the two.
- 6:05[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, yes.
- 6:05[SPEAKER_00]: We'll talk about that later.
- 6:08[SPEAKER_00]: Wait for it.
- 6:09[SPEAKER_00]: Holy crap, what, who put something in his weedies?
- 6:14[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know, but continue.
- 6:16[SPEAKER_00]: Please.
- 6:17[SPEAKER_00]: Continue.
- 6:17[SPEAKER_00]: Holy moly, woo.
- 6:20[SPEAKER_00]: He was all over the place, wasn't he?
- 6:23[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
- 6:24[SPEAKER_02]: It came out that they did put him if he was playing zone.
- 6:29[SPEAKER_02]: He was with um, he could make up, make up if he was with man.
- 6:34[SPEAKER_02]: He was still with him.
- 6:36[SPEAKER_02]: So they're giving him the option or giving him that.
- 6:40[SPEAKER_02]: Listen, you want to be the elite cornerback.
- 6:43[SPEAKER_02]: We're going to pair you with these elite.
- 6:45[SPEAKER_02]: Why receivers?
- 6:46[SPEAKER_00]: You sure the hell didn't disappoint, did he?
- 6:49[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 6:49[SPEAKER_00]: No, not at all.
- 6:50[SPEAKER_00]: Not at all.
- 6:51[SPEAKER_00]: He was all over the place in earlier this season.
- 6:55[SPEAKER_00]: I kept thinking, oh, you know, he's, you know, got the big money and okay, what's things are just kind of rolling along with him, but I didn't want to be too judgmental because there was so much instability at the position on the other side and tray white wasn't playing well and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah
- 7:19[SPEAKER_00]: that is a big part of the pie here.
- 7:23[SPEAKER_00]: We're doing for all the people in this bugs me because there was a certain percentage of the fan base that was completely nasty about how Tray White was playing and blah, blah, blah.
- 7:38[SPEAKER_00]: And it upsets me because Tray White has given the best part of himself.
- 7:44[SPEAKER_02]: I think too much love is a patch, oh there's.
- 7:49[SPEAKER_00]: in my better um you are frozen right now well that's not good there you go there you go you're back you're back got it and back i don't want to be frozen uh i think you saw her it's okay um where was god you're good
- 8:14[SPEAKER_02]: No, she's frozen, just like our weather.
- 8:18[SPEAKER_02]: Our weather is frozen, Robin is frozen.
- 8:21[SPEAKER_02]: She's back, I think now.
- 8:23[SPEAKER_00]: Well, no, I'm not frozen or not.
- 8:25[SPEAKER_00]: I'm still going to say whatever I think.
- 8:27[SPEAKER_00]: There you go.
- 8:28[SPEAKER_00]: And go ahead.
- 8:30[SPEAKER_00]: I can tray white has been ridiculed unfairly.
- 8:36[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm glad to see that his play has stepped up and the boobards are backing off.
- 8:44[SPEAKER_00]: Now you're frozen.
- 8:45[SPEAKER_00]: Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
- 9:12[SPEAKER_02]: All right, she's gonna come back then.
- 9:15[SPEAKER_02]: What's up Sandra, I'll read some of your stuff, go stop Sandra, how you guys doing, how are you doing?
- 9:19[SPEAKER_02]: What's up Scott, I'm with you.
- 9:21[SPEAKER_02]: I'd like to two back sets.
- 9:23[SPEAKER_02]: I love the fact that I running backs really, really did well in this game.
- 9:28[SPEAKER_02]: The fact that James Cook, Ray Davis, Ty Johnson, they did a fabulous job in this game.
- 9:38[SPEAKER_02]: The fact that we ran the ball,
- 9:40[SPEAKER_02]: Um, the most in that stadium tells you that not even that this offseason everybody was planning about the fact that we should not let James Cook.
- 9:54[SPEAKER_02]: We should not sign James Cook.
- 9:55[SPEAKER_02]: And now just imagine just imagine not having James Cook.
- 10:00[SPEAKER_02]: What would we be?
- 10:01[SPEAKER_02]: But Robin is back.
- 10:02[SPEAKER_02]: We're going to get back in the fence right now.
- 10:05[SPEAKER_02]: Um, but yeah, you were saying I was saying we were saying,
- 10:09[SPEAKER_02]: tray white has also stepped up.
- 10:12[SPEAKER_02]: He has.
- 10:13[SPEAKER_02]: He looks good.
- 10:16[SPEAKER_00]: He looks good.
- 10:18[SPEAKER_00]: You know, it doesn't look like he did when he was a rookie, but he's also a very wise guy.
- 10:23[SPEAKER_00]: There are very many schemes that he hasn't looked at.
- 10:27[SPEAKER_00]: And at this point, I think he's been a tremendous asset.
- 10:31[SPEAKER_00]: And I was shocked to be honest with you.
- 10:33[SPEAKER_00]: This is a good time to bring it up.
- 10:36[SPEAKER_00]: Jerry is slay?
- 10:37[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 10:38[SPEAKER_02]: I know.
- 10:40[SPEAKER_00]: I will shut up.
- 10:42[SPEAKER_00]: Me, tell me more.
- 10:43[SPEAKER_00]: What do you think?
- 10:45[SPEAKER_02]: I just think that he's just a debt piece.
- 10:47[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I think he's better than Igor.
- 10:49[SPEAKER_02]: I'm eager and got released, but I think Igor will come back on the practice what.
- 10:53[SPEAKER_02]: Listen, they were trying to get slay back to Philly.
- 10:58[SPEAKER_02]: But the bills had them and smashed him up before Philly could get them.
- 11:03[SPEAKER_02]: So we played dirty a little
- 11:06[SPEAKER_02]: Hey, I'm not mad.
- 11:08[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not mad.
- 11:09[SPEAKER_00]: So you play with the waiver wire, you know, that's the risk.
- 11:15[SPEAKER_00]: Dems the risks.
- 11:16[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, I don't think that he plays before trade because like I said, trade trades have been doing well.
- 11:23[SPEAKER_00]: No, it was just kind of a surprise move.
- 11:25[SPEAKER_00]: I, it wasn't something that I expected at all, but I'm not opposed to it for any reason.
- 11:32[SPEAKER_00]: um, depth is always good.
- 11:34[SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely.
- 11:35[SPEAKER_00]: They must have enough eyes on him to know that he might be able to contribute in our defense, because the bill's defense is, it's corners a hard position to learn.
- 11:50[SPEAKER_00]: And there's a lot of responsibilities on the back end.
- 11:53[SPEAKER_02]: So, so let's, let's continue on
- 12:00[SPEAKER_02]: It might be an uncomfortable conversation that we might need to have in Bill's mafia, and I'm ready to have the uncomfortable conversation.
- 12:08[SPEAKER_02]: Check Lawson is set, Thompson, I'm sorry.
- 12:12[SPEAKER_02]: I'll say that all the time, because it's a check, and you know, it hasn't proved this defense.
- 12:18[SPEAKER_02]: You can see it.
- 12:20[SPEAKER_02]: There's stats out there, you can see as well.
- 12:24[SPEAKER_02]: We're not gonna go on the stats out of it.
- 12:26[SPEAKER_02]: We're gonna do the eye test.
- 12:27[SPEAKER_02]: And you can see that when he isn't, this defense is much more improved.
- 12:35[SPEAKER_02]: From week to week, no disrespect to Bernard.
- 12:39[SPEAKER_02]: We know he's the captain, but he's hurt right now.
- 12:44[SPEAKER_02]: And if you're hurt, I would rather have Shack in there.
- 12:48[SPEAKER_02]: And the fact that he stood up last week,
- 12:52[SPEAKER_02]: And addressed the team and was asked about it and he just said he just put people on notice and he's going to keep it in house and I respect that.
- 13:04[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't hear that.
- 13:05[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 13:06[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 13:07[SPEAKER_02]: They asked them.
- 13:08[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I need such a know.
- 13:09[SPEAKER_02]: I'm just going to keep that part of it in a house.
- 13:16[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, he's a thumb up for sure.
- 13:17[SPEAKER_00]: even more respect.
- 13:19[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 13:19[SPEAKER_00]: This is in an inevitable move.
- 13:23[SPEAKER_00]: It's a move that I think needs to continue.
- 13:27[SPEAKER_00]: No matter where Bernard is at in the healing process.
- 13:33[SPEAKER_00]: And I get that you have an optics problem because your captain is not playing as well as the guy that came up from behind you,
- 13:45[SPEAKER_00]: There is a place for Bernard, if he wants a role on the team, wouldn't it be better to put him on the week side?
- 13:54[SPEAKER_02]: And since we're using base defense more, someone said that and I forgot what Potta was listening to and I said that's only right.
- 14:05[SPEAKER_02]: That's only right.
- 14:08[SPEAKER_01]: make sense.
- 14:09[SPEAKER_02]: But I get he gets bundled up in the plate and he's a small frame.
- 14:15[SPEAKER_02]: It's going to see he's not big enough.
- 14:17[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 14:18[SPEAKER_02]: So you want that and yet we all know Shack is
- 14:22[SPEAKER_02]: 30 something years old and you know his prime is his prime, but he's reading that deep that offense so fast and he's going up the field like it's just you just want that guy like like Scott said you want a thumper in there and that's what it is.
- 14:40[SPEAKER_00]: That's what he is.
- 14:41[SPEAKER_00]: That is right.
- 14:42[SPEAKER_00]: He's an absolute thumper.
- 14:44[SPEAKER_00]: And the other thing is he has the right kind of instincts for the position, no offense to Dorian Williams, but that is not his strong suit.
- 14:54[SPEAKER_00]: No, but shack is.
- 14:57[SPEAKER_00]: And here's the other thing he can do and should do in my opinion, they need to draft not one but two linebackers in this.
- 15:06[SPEAKER_00]: And one of them needs to be in the earlier rounds.
- 15:10[SPEAKER_00]: like a high level linebacker, need, really need it.
- 15:16[SPEAKER_00]: And shack in that position could mentor a new guy coming in.
- 15:23[SPEAKER_00]: And I think I'd listen to him talk on one bill's live the other day as a presence about him.
- 15:29[SPEAKER_00]: He gets it.
- 15:31[SPEAKER_00]: He's a good leader and it impresses me even more because I hadn't heard what you just said that he said, you know, I had my words.
- 15:38[SPEAKER_00]: I'll leave it at that.
- 15:40[SPEAKER_02]: for him, right?
- 15:42[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, for sure, for sure.
- 15:43[SPEAKER_00]: Or ship in some leadership.
- 15:45[SPEAKER_02]: I'm all for it.
- 15:46[SPEAKER_02]: I hope no one's video is glitching.
- 15:50[SPEAKER_02]: If you are, we apologize.
- 15:52[SPEAKER_02]: I hope not.
- 15:53[SPEAKER_02]: Again, I'm in, if you didn't know, I'm in the attic, but I do have a Wi-Fi connection that's like sitting.
- 16:00[SPEAKER_02]: What is it?
- 16:03[SPEAKER_02]: Did it fall?
- 16:05[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, it might have fell.
- 16:07[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe that's why.
- 16:08[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe that's the problem.
- 16:10[SPEAKER_02]: You know what, hold on Ron, I'm going to speak to the people, Ron, real quick.
- 16:15[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to write that for me to speak to the people, watch out.
- 16:19[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 16:20[SPEAKER_00]: So we were talking about Bernard and Dorian Williams.
- 16:24[SPEAKER_00]: I do want to back up the train a little bit and give Dorian William some flowers because Dorian Williams has found his place
- 16:33[SPEAKER_00]: in the bill's defense in my opinion.
- 16:36[SPEAKER_00]: Dorian Williams is used in specialized situations.
- 16:42[SPEAKER_00]: where his talents are most utilized.
- 16:47[SPEAKER_00]: And they are doing it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do it to do
- 17:10[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, so that now he said, good, good, good.
- 17:12[SPEAKER_02]: Sorry.
- 17:13[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, good.
- 17:14[SPEAKER_00]: OK, so you can start talking.
- 17:16[SPEAKER_00]: Because I was just blabbering.
- 17:18[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, you're good.
- 17:20[SPEAKER_02]: Even Malano, she said, our Scott said that he's fine.
- 17:23[SPEAKER_02]: He's making everybody better on that side.
- 17:27[SPEAKER_02]: So I'm not live at her room.
- 17:28[SPEAKER_02]: And that's what you want.
- 17:29[SPEAKER_02]: Because Malano, like,
- 17:31[SPEAKER_02]: Don Gainesback, few Gainesback, we're like, oh, it's Milano.
- 17:35[SPEAKER_01]: He said this.
- 17:36[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and his Pittsburgh game, I thought he played, he played much better.
- 17:39[SPEAKER_02]: And thank you, John, please like and share this.
- 17:43[SPEAKER_00]: Go ahead, thank you, John.
- 17:45[SPEAKER_02]: And like this video, it gets us right there.
- 17:48[SPEAKER_02]: I appreciate you, appreciate that.
- 17:49[SPEAKER_02]: Thank you, thank you, for sure.
- 17:53[SPEAKER_02]: Let's switch over to the offense, because, hey,
- 17:57[SPEAKER_02]: Well, the offense, the wrong game, this heavy run game by James Cook and Davis and the sprinkle enough time, sprinkle some time, it looked good, thank you Joe Brady.
- 18:11[SPEAKER_02]: First of all, yes, thank you broke from Joe Brady for sticking to something that worked.
- 18:18[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, and it was funny because
- 18:27[SPEAKER_00]: that they weren't changing the plane and Cam Hayward apparently was complaining and saying aren't you all guys going to run anything different in L.A. Anderson told her why why should we it's working real just fine the way why would you that's just like in the Dallas game in a Dallas game in a suit was it two years ago maybe then ran and ran and ran and ran why what
- 18:53[SPEAKER_02]: Thank you so much to suit you.
- 18:55[SPEAKER_02]: No, we're not doing that.
- 18:57[SPEAKER_02]: Well, it did come out that cook shared a message to the linemen.
- 19:00[SPEAKER_02]: He said, I text the I text these guys both today when I woke up and just told them I trust them and I believe in them and let's go do it.
- 19:09[SPEAKER_02]: Let's go get this way, which I thought was incredible.
- 19:13[SPEAKER_00]: It is incredible and it's something I didn't necessarily expect from a guy like James Cook.
- 19:19[SPEAKER_01]: I know, right?
- 19:20[SPEAKER_00]: laid back and quiet, but I think we're seeing and I love this about him, but I think we're seeing the best version of himself.
- 19:31[SPEAKER_00]: He's playing free and.
- 19:34[SPEAKER_00]: And we're going to get into this in more detail, but he also recognized as how important it is to have that offensive line in front of him because they flow right like he's has vision his vision is extraordinary it's extraordinary no matter where he lines up the offensive line creates creases and he sees him and he just goes.
- 19:58[SPEAKER_00]: And we are so blessed.
- 20:01[SPEAKER_00]: And I was one of those people that did not think that the bills would extend him.
- 20:06[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm sure darn glad they did.
- 20:11[SPEAKER_00]: And I think you're frozen again.
- 20:12[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, God, no.
- 20:18[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, Sandra says, Shavers was blocking like crazy.
- 20:22[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 20:23[SPEAKER_00]: He absolutely was blocking my crazy.
- 20:25[SPEAKER_00]: He always blocks like crazy.
- 20:28[SPEAKER_00]: And that's something that I think we need to be more aware of in terms of his contributions to the team.
- 20:36[SPEAKER_00]: Because he hasn't been seeing a lot of receptions, but his blocking ability is really good, really, really good.
- 20:48[SPEAKER_00]: The other shout out I want to give when we're talking about the offense is we must give a shout out to Ray Davis because early in the season Ray Davis was not looking like he was going to be a good backup running back to James Cook and all he did was sit back and bite his time and do his thing.
- 21:17[SPEAKER_00]: And once he got a chance in special teams to start returning some of those kicks, it was like, okay, he's kicking in.
- 21:24[SPEAKER_00]: And so whatever was going on with him, and we talked earlier in the season that it might have had something to do with his weight loss that he was on a big weight loss thing, they recommended.
- 21:39[SPEAKER_00]: that he takes some pounds off after the season last year.
- 21:43[SPEAKER_00]: And I thought he looked a little ineffective in the early part of the season, but he certainly stepped up to the plate now.
- 21:51[SPEAKER_00]: And Ty Johnson, I kind of hope that we see him get more opportunities.
- 22:01[SPEAKER_00]: He's getting a few receptions in a game.
- 22:04[SPEAKER_00]: You know, he's getting a few chances in a game.
- 22:06[SPEAKER_00]: That's not enough.
- 22:07[SPEAKER_00]: I'd like to see them throw more to the running backs like they really don't use that.
- 22:16[SPEAKER_00]: Outlet enough, in my opinion, in James Cook, now we all know early in his career, he had fumbling issues.
- 22:24[SPEAKER_00]: And he's fumbled recently, so that always makes everybody feel like, oh, oh, but for the most part, he's cleaned that up.
- 22:35[SPEAKER_00]: And he can be such a powerful outlet.
- 22:38[SPEAKER_00]: If he just gets
- 22:39[SPEAKER_00]: into any kind of open space.
- 22:42[SPEAKER_00]: It's a touchdown.
- 22:43[SPEAKER_00]: So, and everybody knows it.
- 22:45[SPEAKER_00]: He's tough to defend.
- 22:47[SPEAKER_00]: He's quick.
- 22:48[SPEAKER_00]: He's extremely quick.
- 22:49[SPEAKER_00]: Has great vision.
- 22:52[SPEAKER_00]: And I don't know what to tell you.
- 22:54[SPEAKER_00]: Well, there she is.
- 22:55[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know what's going on.
- 22:58[SPEAKER_02]: Let me see.
- 22:59[SPEAKER_02]: Let me see.
- 23:00[SPEAKER_02]: Let me see.
- 23:01[SPEAKER_02]: I think we'll have to listen to me talk.
- 23:04[SPEAKER_02]: Sorry.
- 23:05[SPEAKER_02]: I had to switch over to my other laptop.
- 23:08[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know what the heck is going on.
- 23:14[SPEAKER_00]: I hope this works.
- 23:18[SPEAKER_00]: We were talking about Ray Davis.
- 23:20[SPEAKER_00]: I was given a big old shout out to Ray Davis and saying that we probably should give Ty Johnson a few more touches and that the running backs as a whole should be utilized more in the passing game.
- 23:35[SPEAKER_02]: No, for sure.
- 23:36[SPEAKER_02]: Like, they're gonna need for them to do that in this game.
- 23:40[SPEAKER_02]: So...
- 23:42[SPEAKER_02]: And you know, it was, it was good to see it was so good to see that they use three of the, of the, of the, of the, why, receivers.
- 23:49[SPEAKER_02]: No, I mean, the, I mean, the, I mean, the running backs, not just James Cook alone, even though James Cook was the one, ultimately having more touches, but it ranked Davis looked good.
- 23:59[SPEAKER_00]: Finally, I was talking about earlier in the season, remember when we were at talking early in the season about how he was told to lose weight.
- 24:09[SPEAKER_00]: and that we wondered about whether or not that was an issue.
- 24:13[SPEAKER_00]: And he does look like he's parked up a little bit.
- 24:17[SPEAKER_00]: So he's still fast.
- 24:20[SPEAKER_00]: He's still fast.
- 24:21[SPEAKER_00]: He's fast enough.
- 24:22[SPEAKER_00]: Quit messing with his weight.
- 24:24[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, please.
- 24:25[SPEAKER_02]: Please.
- 24:26[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not far ready.
- 24:27[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not ready.
- 24:29[SPEAKER_00]: But what's on your shoulders?
- 24:32[SPEAKER_00]: We have to talk about turnovers.
- 24:36[SPEAKER_00]: Robin, we have to talk about turnovers.
- 24:39[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know what's going on with this team and why all of a sudden, when last year, it didn't happen.
- 24:46[SPEAKER_02]: But this year, it's like every game they're having a turnovers.
- 24:50[SPEAKER_02]: Like what are we doing?
- 24:54[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it's a lack of concentration for one thing.
- 24:57[SPEAKER_00]: And always being aware that the other team is trying to take the ball away from you
- 25:06[SPEAKER_00]: from time to time.
- 25:07[SPEAKER_00]: Tea is the queen.
- 25:09[SPEAKER_00]: I agree.
- 25:11[SPEAKER_02]: Joe Robin, we have a special, we have a special, a special listener or a watcher.
- 25:18[SPEAKER_02]: Who day?
- 25:18[SPEAKER_02]: Who day?
- 25:19[SPEAKER_02]: Whatever.
- 25:20[SPEAKER_02]: It's a baby.
- 25:21[SPEAKER_01]: It's a baby.
- 25:23[SPEAKER_01]: Who day?
- 25:24[SPEAKER_00]: How do you who day?
- 25:28[SPEAKER_02]: How are you doing?
- 25:31[SPEAKER_00]: I'm loving it.
- 25:32[SPEAKER_02]: We'll work larger here.
- 25:34[SPEAKER_00]: We're glad you're here, Joey, and I'm telling you what, we are stoked for this game coming up because we need to get the Bengals bad Jews you out of our system.
- 25:45[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, and we are and and stick stick around because we're going to talk about, you know, some storylines and some key not nope.
- 25:51[SPEAKER_02]: Nope.
- 25:52[SPEAKER_02]: Nope.
- 25:52[SPEAKER_02]: We're going to talk about some winning points when it comes to the game against.
- 26:02[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, to turn over, we've been having several this season and the one, he hit his knee.
- 26:13[SPEAKER_00]: And the bulk came out and you're just like, you can't make this shut up like, no, but if we remember last year, the number of turnovers was fairly low, like way below average.
- 26:26[SPEAKER_00]: And so I think it's kind of like a regression to the mean, you know, it's just going back to the normal amount of turnovers that most teams have in a given year is we were so spoiled last year.
- 26:36[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, we had what eight.
- 26:38[SPEAKER_00]: for the whole year, and it was ridiculous.
- 26:41[SPEAKER_00]: So I think that that's part of the game, but I don't like to see the turnovers that happen due to lack of concentration.
- 26:49[SPEAKER_00]: Right, the turnovers you can't avoid, but I don't like the lack of concentration.
- 26:55[SPEAKER_00]: And some of them, some of the interceptions, I think this year that Josh is throwing,
- 27:01[SPEAKER_00]: He's a little bit more cavalier with the ball than he was last year at last.
- 27:07[SPEAKER_02]: I think this, that one against the gay David throw.
- 27:10[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, personally, I thought gay didn't fight for that ball because it was right there.
- 27:18[SPEAKER_02]: I like,
- 27:19[SPEAKER_02]: If it was a 50-50 ball and that wasn't a 50-50 ball, but you have to want it more than that person.
- 27:25[SPEAKER_02]: And for me, it was just like, Gabe, did you not want to get it?
- 27:30[SPEAKER_02]: Or, you know, Art not just didn't look right.
- 27:33[SPEAKER_02]: So I want to put that on Josh, even though we threw the ball, you have to fight for that ball.
- 27:37[SPEAKER_02]: You have to.
- 27:38[SPEAKER_00]: Well, that leads us right into our next topic, doesn't it?
- 27:44[SPEAKER_00]: Tackling.
- 27:46[SPEAKER_00]: Did it?
- 27:47[UNKNOWN]: Wow!
- 27:48[SPEAKER_02]: They did well in this game.
- 27:49[SPEAKER_02]: Tackles in this game was key.
- 27:53[SPEAKER_02]: In Miss Fortacles.
- 27:55[SPEAKER_02]: Incredible, wasn't it?
- 27:57[SPEAKER_02]: Fortacles, because we are known, the bills are known on their somit garment to have some bad tackling.
- 28:07[SPEAKER_00]: You know, and that's, that, that confounds my mind because that's something that you would think a Sean McDermott team.
- 28:14[SPEAKER_00]: I know that he would not tolerate that in any way, shape or form, but you're right.
- 28:22[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, it's been historically a problem, but it's nice to see them follow through.
- 28:28[SPEAKER_00]: And who was I listening to someone talking about tackling?
- 28:32[SPEAKER_00]: And it was about how this game was different.
- 28:35[SPEAKER_00]: because they were challenged this week in practice.
- 28:40[SPEAKER_00]: to follow through on their tackle.
- 28:42[SPEAKER_00]: It wasn't just like you do a half-assed tackle, right?
- 28:46[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 28:48[SPEAKER_00]: You make a semi-effort.
- 28:50[SPEAKER_00]: No, you have to go all the way through the tackling process.
- 28:55[SPEAKER_00]: And that's why, and it's true, if you would look and see, a lot of times it wasn't that the guy was in a wrong place, he just couldn't bring somebody down because he wasn't tackling properly.
- 29:08[SPEAKER_00]: So seeing the, the more focused view of tackling, I hope they stick with it.
- 29:17[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 29:17[SPEAKER_00]: I really, I hope they keep that in emphasis because they need to.
- 29:22[SPEAKER_02]: And you know, you can only, you can only do so much when it comes to tackling and season because you're not really supposed to tackle in season, but in the bottom line
- 29:37[SPEAKER_02]: Basically, basically, basically, I mean, show me what you want.
- 29:44[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, for sure, for sure.
- 29:46[SPEAKER_02]: I apologize because I just out of the loop because of the freaking my wife.
- 29:53[SPEAKER_02]: I don't even know what happened.
- 29:55[SPEAKER_02]: Thank you.
- 29:57[SPEAKER_02]: So crazy, but we're going to spill the tea, but what we're not going to do.
- 30:01[SPEAKER_02]: I think that's the last thing we had to talk about was tackling right.
- 30:04[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and you don't have to put up the music and all that if you're afraid of the lender.
- 30:09[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I'm afraid of my lose you.
- 30:11[SPEAKER_02]: So I don't want to put the music up, but what I want to try to bring you here.
- 30:15[SPEAKER_02]: I want to see if I can get into my other one.
- 30:19[SPEAKER_02]: My other.
- 30:23[SPEAKER_02]: See, I can, but I'm afraid, let me just do this.
- 30:26[SPEAKER_02]: Well, we have ability, most ability.
- 30:29[SPEAKER_02]: So normally, we would have music.
- 30:33[SPEAKER_02]: And today we're not.
- 30:35[SPEAKER_02]: But Robin's gonna spill her tea first, and then I'm gonna go after.
- 30:39[SPEAKER_00]: Hmm.
- 30:39[SPEAKER_00]: I wanna talk about dirty players.
- 30:43[SPEAKER_00]: I wanna talk about, in the TM, spilling the TM dirty players.
- 30:47[SPEAKER_00]: I'm sure that many people,
- 30:49[SPEAKER_00]: listening to this podcast, heard or saw the video where Cam Hayward was talking about why he was upset with Josh Allen, and while that nonsense went on between the two of them, and he was complaining about Josh Allen neighing him.
- 31:10[SPEAKER_00]: Even though, if you just type in just in
- 31:14[SPEAKER_00]: in Cam Hayward.
- 31:16[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, my yes.
- 31:17[SPEAKER_00]: Pull up a little clip of him savagely beating Justin Herbert in the gut.
- 31:27[SPEAKER_00]: The dirty playing stuff really gets to me.
- 31:32[SPEAKER_00]: The dirty stuff.
- 31:33[SPEAKER_00]: The really dirty stuff gets to me.
- 31:36[SPEAKER_00]: And I get being tough.
- 31:39[SPEAKER_00]: but being dirty and just physically trying to hurt someone that there's no place for that in the game.
- 31:49[SPEAKER_00]: And there shouldn't be players to be protected from that.
- 31:51[SPEAKER_00]: And he can win all he wants that quarterback's get a lot of protection, but there's a reason that they get a lot of protection because we saw what used to happen to quarterback's when they didn't get all that protection.
- 32:03[SPEAKER_00]: They got creamed.
- 32:06[SPEAKER_00]: And so this is, you know, this is different and I will, I'm just going to say it because we're going to be coming up on this and so here's a little prelude for all of you, you can expect to hear me really power rant when it comes to the New England Patriots and their dirty little coach that play
- 32:28[SPEAKER_00]: tells us players to play dirty because that's what they do and I won't.
- 32:35[SPEAKER_00]: I'll save it for the next time.
- 32:37[SPEAKER_00]: Cray me a river, hey, wait a minute.
- 32:42[SPEAKER_00]: Most of not fine.
- 32:44[SPEAKER_00]: What?
- 32:48[SPEAKER_00]: Most of not fine for that, Sandra?
- 32:54[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 32:55[SPEAKER_00]: I'm talking about dirty players.
- 32:57[SPEAKER_00]: I can, you know, if you looked at that Patriots game, there were some dirty stuff going on.
- 33:03[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm very concerned about the Buffalo bills having to play them because I think they're going to try to injure somebody.
- 33:13[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, also to when it came to, when it came to, and it was early on in the season when we played when we played the Patriots,
- 33:25[SPEAKER_02]: That's what I'm going to, I'm going to lay my head on, is the fact that we play them early, and I think this is a different team.
- 33:32[SPEAKER_02]: And also, I, yes, there are different teams too.
- 33:36[SPEAKER_02]: But the one by three, I think that this is the better build team.
- 33:43[SPEAKER_02]: Now, then we were, when we play them in earlier in a season,
- 33:47[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not that it will make a difference unless New England falls flat on their face like we seen it happen with Miami Miami was leading the division for games ahead of us and fell flat on their on their on their face.
- 34:01[SPEAKER_02]: Not saying that Mike Rable is that is is a Michael a Mike with Daniel.
- 34:07[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not saying that, but things happen.
- 34:09[SPEAKER_02]: Things happen.
- 34:11[SPEAKER_02]: So I'm not counting
- 34:14[SPEAKER_02]: Listen, this is this is playoffable right now for the bills and they need to step up and show out and speak enough stepping up and showing out now we can move past we can move past this piece of experts deal with game and move forward to the bangles and what what would the bills need to do in order to get this win against the bangles.
- 34:37[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 34:39[SPEAKER_00]: I'll start.
- 34:41[SPEAKER_00]: And I say this week, but I'm going to say it again, you run the ball and stop the run.
- 34:49[SPEAKER_00]: Those are your keys, especially in December, especially when weather is an issue, especially when you have a quarter of a million issue on Sunday, it might.
- 35:00[SPEAKER_00]: It might.
- 35:01[SPEAKER_00]: It might.
- 35:01[SPEAKER_00]: And bottom line is Burroughs is a talented quarterback.
- 35:06[SPEAKER_00]: So you want to keep him off the field.
- 35:11[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah, all of them and he you know what and I'll give them this yeah for sure he's he's an Aaron Rogers a younger version of an Aaron Rogers who can read defense who can calculate like this guy is gonna go here this guy like he's really good at that.
- 35:31[SPEAKER_00]: I'll give him that for sure he's just not that durable
- 35:36[SPEAKER_00]: But then you also have to consider that he doesn't have an offensive line that's very good in front of him.
- 35:43[SPEAKER_01]: And that's very, very funny about it.
- 35:47[SPEAKER_00]: But yes, I mean bottom line.
- 35:49[SPEAKER_00]: But our issues with Bengals, you know, we have them.
- 35:54[SPEAKER_00]: It's, there's history with this team.
- 35:57[SPEAKER_00]: And there should be a fair amount of animosity.
- 36:01[SPEAKER_00]: that these guys show on the field because the games have knack on well against the Bengals in recent years.
- 36:08[SPEAKER_00]: And so there's every reason why they need to kick their butts and show who's boss.
- 36:20[SPEAKER_02]: Right, I'm with you, I'm definitely with you.
- 36:24[SPEAKER_02]: I said that,
- 36:27[SPEAKER_02]: Let me pull it up because I'm so behind it.
- 36:29[SPEAKER_02]: I need, I need the bills to be physical at the line of scrimmage.
- 36:32[SPEAKER_02]: I need them to play like they played against Kansas City to be a bully.
- 36:42[SPEAKER_02]: Like if almost play like they played with with with with the Pittsburgh Steelers, they played bully wall.
- 36:47[SPEAKER_02]: And I like the way they play like that because when they when they play like that, it's like not a guaranteed win.
- 36:53[SPEAKER_02]: What you're just telling them that you just can't push me around and I need them to do that.
- 36:57[SPEAKER_02]: The line of scrimmage.
- 36:59[SPEAKER_02]: I need to get a pressure on words.
- 37:01[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know about listening.
- 37:04[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I'm sorry.
- 37:05[SPEAKER_00]: That's that how conference right.
- 37:06[SPEAKER_00]: You have to play bully ball with that whole conference, right?
- 37:10[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, yes, yes.
- 37:18[SPEAKER_02]: They were saying I've seen somewhere that you can't blitz burl because he will kill you in the blitz.
- 37:26[SPEAKER_02]: you have to do something, you have to put some, you can't just allow them to sit back there and pick wherever they want to, where he wants to take chase, Higgins, the second, he's back there now.
- 37:39[SPEAKER_02]: He's with, oh, that tight end, they're running back.
- 37:42[SPEAKER_02]: So, there's a lot of combinations.
- 37:46[SPEAKER_02]: It's a lot of combinations.
- 37:49[SPEAKER_00]: If you wanted to trigger our fan base,
- 37:55[SPEAKER_00]: Just ask this question.
- 37:58[SPEAKER_02]: Oh boy, what's the question?
- 38:00[SPEAKER_00]: What would Josh Allen be like if he had the receivers the Bengals have?
- 38:06[SPEAKER_00]: I know.
- 38:08[SPEAKER_02]: Robert, why do you want to do that to our fan base?
- 38:12[SPEAKER_02]: I'm sorry.
- 38:12[SPEAKER_00]: Why do you want to do that to our fan base?
- 38:16[SPEAKER_02]: Sorry.
- 38:17[SPEAKER_02]: I'm telling you, let them tell us.
- 38:19[SPEAKER_02]: Josh has never had a wide receiver.
- 38:21[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not a good, right receiver.
- 38:25[SPEAKER_02]: So I'm not robin I'm not going there with you because I know someone's going to be in a comment in saying this and I don't I don't want it to be closed for an up shit I see I see I see but all you know I know and then T you don't like twice that I know we need to know here for us, but I don't know about today.
- 38:52[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
- 38:53[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, I'll say to him, I'll say to him, I'll say to him, I'll say to him, I'll say to him, I'll say to him, I'll say to him, I'll say to him, I'll say to him, I'll say to him, I'll say to him, I'll say to him, I'll say to him, I'll say to him, I'll say to him, I'll say to him, I'll say to him, I'll say to him, I'll say to him, I'll say to him, I'll say to him, I'll say to him, I'll say to him, I'll say to him, I'll say to him, I'll say to him, I'll say to him, I'll say to him, I'll say to him, I'll say to him, I'll say to him, I'll say to him, I'll say to him, I'll say to him, I'll say to him, I'll say to him, I'll say to him
- 39:19[SPEAKER_02]: I hope he plays.
- 39:20[SPEAKER_02]: Can Kade needs to play in this game because that's where the bills I think will have an advantage.
- 39:28[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, absolutely.
- 39:29[SPEAKER_00]: And we need Kade to play.
- 39:32[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 39:35[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 39:36[SPEAKER_02]: And speak of injuries.
- 39:39[SPEAKER_02]: Joy both said probably won't play in this game.
- 39:42[SPEAKER_00]: Probably not.
- 39:44[SPEAKER_02]: And Joel and Josh Palmer probably won't play in this game either.
- 39:49[SPEAKER_02]: Probably not I don't know I'm an arc and sit it's always right.
- 39:59[SPEAKER_02]: I'm good.
- 39:59[SPEAKER_02]: I'm good.
- 40:00[SPEAKER_02]: I'm good on Bernard.
- 40:02[SPEAKER_02]: No offense Bernard.
- 40:03[SPEAKER_02]: I your guys playing better and I'm good with you not playing.
- 40:10[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, hate to say it.
- 40:12[SPEAKER_00]: But you have to be encouraged.
- 40:14[SPEAKER_00]: Come on tea.
- 40:18[SPEAKER_00]: You
- 40:20[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, I am.
- 40:21[SPEAKER_00]: Cole Bishop, don't you think he's like, he's starting to show the things that we drafted him to do.
