An 18-year-old in Kansas, Daniel Hawkinson, faces voluntary manslaughter after allegedly shooting and killing 19-year-old Joshua Soden during a heated confrontation on a road at dawn. The incident followed a chaotic underage party where scuffles broke out, and Hawkinson reportedly got into a fight. As both teens left separately in trucks, Soden pursued Hawkinson, believing he’d assaulted a female friend.
