- 0:01Hey, hey, hey, and welcome to this week's edition of Terry
- 0:07Messenger's Genius Zone. And this is the place and the
- 0:11space where you are going to have so much magic poured into
- 0:17your life through the many coaches, healers, and leaders
- 0:21that I bring on the show. And you know what?
- 0:25This day we have a very special guest.
- 0:29Now this guest happens to have a degree in psychology even though
- 0:36she has gone on to doing very powerful energetic healing and
- 0:42also criminology. So she is a trauma informed
- 0:46heart healer with this background in psychology and
- 0:51criminology. Her personal journey herself is
- 0:55through grief, through physical trauma, through chronic illness,
- 1:00and even a earth shattering car accident that changed the
- 1:07trajectory of her life until she transmuted that into her power.
- 1:14So how would you like to transmute your pain into your
- 1:18power? How would you like to have a
- 1:22healing done on your heart? Now, Hannah will tell you that
- 1:28this is something that is not often discussed, but this is
- 1:32something that will be discussed on our show right now.
- 1:38Hello, Hannah. Hi, so lovely to be here with
- 1:42you. And where are you gorgeous lady?
- 1:46I am in the UK in Worcestershire and yes, it is where the sauce
- 1:50comes from. Westchestershire sauce.
- 1:53It's actually one of my favorite sauces, I tell you now.
- 1:58I guess we ought to tell people to stay to the end because
- 2:02there's going to be a special transmission, a heart healing
- 2:07guidance from you, where you're gonna gently open up our heart
- 2:12space and really give a beautiful healing.
- 2:15So I'm just gonna let all our viewers know they will be
- 2:20obviously seeing this from the moment that our podcast drops.
- 2:25And I can't wait to go through everything with you.
- 2:29So how hard must have it been as a 13 year old girl to find your
- 2:37father in such a compromised and fatal position when you're
- 2:44making him a simple cup of tea and then you walk in to that.
- 2:50How does a person get through that?
- 2:54And can I ask what was it that you were able to kind of like
- 3:01discover was the catalyst of maybe your father's legacy, if
- 3:07you will? So what it had done for you, you
- 3:11know, Fast forward to now. Yeah, I mean, it was, it was
- 3:16really tough. I mean, it's a tough age anyway.
- 3:19And then going and experiencing some kind of earth shattering
- 3:24grief as as losing a parent, you know, that's hard at any age,
- 3:29but when you're 13 and you're just kind of learning about
- 3:32yourself and learning who they are as people, it completely, it
- 3:35completely changed my world. As it would, as it would.
- 3:39And yet you know, it's given you wisdom like nothing can ever
- 3:45take away the grief of losing someone that you love.
- 3:49And that's something I always like to say as a disclaimer
- 3:54because, you know, sometimes when you're doing work like
- 3:57yourself, so the work that you do now, the work that I do, it
- 4:02is healing the heart and especially in your field because
- 4:07that is your specialty. So even when you are healing the
- 4:12heart, you know, it doesn't take away from the grief that that
- 4:18was a really hard situation in your life, wasn't it?
- 4:23And yet, you know, obviously the healing that's come out of it
- 4:29for you and the fact that you were able to go through so many
- 4:34different elements. But then did it didn't stop
- 4:38there, did it? I mean, you just had to really
- 4:41go on and show the world that you are the superhero in this
- 4:47movie and you're here to conquer the world.
- 4:51And so you had a rather epic car accident and that broke your
- 4:58back. Can you tell me about that?
- 5:02Yeah, I mean, that was another really tough moment in my life.
- 5:06You're just driving along and you don't expect these things to
- 5:08happen. I wasn't going very fast.
- 5:10It was an adverse camber. There was mud on the road and I
- 5:14just all of a sudden I could feel it in the wheel and I, I
- 5:17knew that whatever was going to happen, I I couldn't control.
- 5:21So in that brief moment, even though it's one of the most kind
- 5:24of earth shattering moments in my life, it was almost also one
- 5:29of the most peaceful and profound spiritual moments in my
- 5:32life because I, I knew in that in that moment and I look back
- 5:36at it and it feels like it was minutes, but it was literally
- 5:39just seconds. I knew that there was nothing I
- 5:42could do. So I just said a prayer.
- 5:44I put my faith in God and I said, you know, whatever is
- 5:47going to be will be just try and try and get me through this and
- 5:51I relaxed. Wow, how does someone find the
- 5:56time? Do you see what happens here
- 5:58though? I just want to make conscious
- 6:00competency about this. You literally expanded time.
- 6:04So time literally changed and you even managed to pray.
- 6:11Yeah, yeah. Gosh, and I mean, this came
- 6:15after your father's, you know, incidents, so he was probably
- 6:20just watching over you as your guardian Angel.
- 6:24And for you to be able to tell yourself something like that is
- 6:30absolutely phenomenal. So it doesn't surprise me that,
- 6:36you know, your life cracked open.
- 6:39And I always say that's where the light comes in, when a
- 6:43person's life is literally cracked open and the physical
- 6:48pain that must have happened to you in a very deep and emotional
- 6:54way, so almost like a silent scream no one could see.
- 6:59And yet it was a loss of identity in one way.
- 7:04And yet that fractured self, that cracked open who you are
- 7:10today becomes your power. So at what point of life did you
- 7:18actually come across these, you know, powerful healing
- 7:23modalities and specifically the heal method, which we will talk
- 7:28about and go through a bit later, But at what stage did
- 7:33that happen and tell us about that experience?
- 7:38Yeah. I mean, I think going through
- 7:40any kind of accident like that, it does, it completely changes
- 7:43your life and you have to learn to kind of live again.
- 7:47And it came a little bit later, actually, when I was there,
- 7:51later diagnosed with ME and chronic fatigue syndrome, which
- 7:55literally again threw my life into disarray.
- 7:58But by this point I'd already mastered kind of living with
- 8:01pain, learning to live with pain rather than fight against it.
- 8:05Very similar in the way I'd kind of integrated grief into my
- 8:09life, learning to live with it and that you don't get over it.
- 8:13It just becomes a part of who you are.
- 8:16And that left me wanting more. You know, I've done as much as I
- 8:21could with traditional medication.
- 8:23So I, I looked outside of the kind of the main healing, well,
- 8:31like physical healing. And then that's when I found
- 8:34Reiki and started to explore energy healing and working with
- 8:37the heart and bringing in those kind of spiritual, spiritual
- 8:43side along with the scientific side.
- 8:45And that's how kind of my heal method then became.
- 8:49I love that. And so if I can just bring to
- 8:52our listeners the competency of your consciousness of what
- 8:58you've just said. So you chose to surrender.
- 9:01That's what I'm hearing. And that's such a powerful thing
- 9:05to do. And through that surrender
- 9:08because you kind of like suddenly in your feminine
- 9:11energy. So in that feminine energy,
- 9:15that's where we call in all these, I guess you know, what
- 9:19we're really called to do. I mean, quite often our genius
- 9:23zone. That's why we call this show the
- 9:25genius zone, you know, because it is derived from our biggest
- 9:29pain that becomes transmuted into our greatest power.
- 9:35And you can obviously see yourself that you learned so
- 9:40much about this. And you also talk about, you
- 9:45know, how that weakness became courage and the act of rewriting
- 9:53your story where you could lean into the grief and find your
- 9:58gifts. But you know, how does a person,
- 10:02what would you say to a person that is going through grief?
- 10:07You know, what is it that can help them to learn from what's
- 10:13going on? Can you kind of encourage or,
- 10:17you know, help that person? I mean, I guess it would depend
- 10:20on what stage of the grief it is as well.
- 10:23But what are the kind of like the the stages of going through
- 10:28that acceptance? Do they have to identify or how
- 10:31does it roll? I would say the first step is
- 10:34just try not, don't put a timeline on it.
- 10:37There is no time and grief. Everybody grieves in their own
- 10:40way and it's a very personal experience.
- 10:43So don't compare the way you're grieving to the way somebody
- 10:47else is grieving. And that you just have to
- 10:49surrender into it and allow yourself to feel whatever comes
- 10:53up. But don't hold on to those
- 10:55feelings. Acknowledge them.
- 10:57It kind of. Allow them to.
- 11:01Move through you and not get stuck in those those feelings of
- 11:05guilt or pain. You know, that's very powerful
- 11:09right there, Hannah. Allow them to move through you.
- 11:14So this is something that our listeners may not necessarily,
- 11:18not all of them may understand. There's a lot of coaches and
- 11:21healers that do tune into this, but for those who may not
- 11:25understand, when you say let that pain move through because
- 11:30that is key, can you talk me through that?
- 11:35Yeah, I think more often than not we get stuck in these kind
- 11:39of negative energies because they are really heavy and we are
- 11:42feeling saddened down. But it's just allowing yourself
- 11:46to to feel other things as well and not feel bad.
- 11:50You can be joyous and grieving at the same time.
- 11:53You know, these things can coexist together.
- 11:56And finding a way to to balance your energy however, works for
- 12:01you, whether that's through prayer or meditation, through
- 12:04energy healing these crystals, any kind of cleansing ritual.
- 12:11Yeah, yeah, I do. I do agree with so much you've
- 12:16said, especially about there's no time.
- 12:20What is time anyway? It's just man made right.
- 12:24And I remember my husband saying when he lost his wife, he'd been
- 12:30on a journey. His previous wife, he'd been on
- 12:34a journey with her for some time, probably longer than a lot
- 12:38of people knew. So he was going through grief
- 12:43before she passed. And that does happen, definitely
- 12:49does happen. Then when she passed, then the
- 12:54kids were in grief and he knew, but because they were still very
- 13:00young, you know, I think there was that certain amount of
- 13:03protection. So he'd already moved through
- 13:06that grieving, but the kids had just started.
- 13:10So it was very difficult to comprehend about time.
- 13:13And then and, and my husband is very like, he's very quantum
- 13:18thinking and all that sort of thing.
- 13:20So in terms of going to a seminar, like how Long's a piece
- 13:24of string, everybody is going to be different.
- 13:28And the, the fact is that, as I said before earlier on the show,
- 13:33it never makes a grief moment good.
- 13:39It's just that we remove it at some point, which is what you're
- 13:44helping people do, remove it from the body.
- 13:48And you had chronic fatigue syndrome and obviously you
- 13:52understood about how those layers just peel back and you
- 13:58talk about an ever evolution of layers as well that we just
- 14:03constantly go through. So what is it that you can talk
- 14:11to me about in terms of, you know, the chronic fatigue
- 14:14syndrome and what you did to really get through that?
- 14:20It's really kind of about honouring your body and
- 14:24honouring yourself. And I think modern life was so
- 14:28pushed to be busy all the time and I'm on the go all the time.
- 14:31And it's really just surrendering to that higher
- 14:34power in the universe and just allowing yourself to be and
- 14:38knowing that rest is productive and rest because quite often we,
- 14:42we think there was rest of doing nothing.
- 14:44But rest is so important for the body And so healing and just
- 14:49really listening to what your body is trying to tell you and
- 14:53being guided by that rather than your mind.
- 14:56And we're, we live so much in our mind.
- 14:58It's almost kind of feels quite alien sometimes to try and drop
- 15:02into our bodies. Oh yeah, absolutely.
- 15:07And so true as well. So everything you've just said
- 15:12just resonates so well. And of course, your healing
- 15:16method, which I know you've done a lot of study, a lot of
- 15:19research. You've, you know, you've worked
- 15:22with a lot of great people, a lot of great thinkers, and then
- 15:25you've got your psychology background behind you and all of
- 15:29the things. And there's a big sacred alchemy
- 15:33of grief that you're dealing with.
- 15:35And you know, I feel also that even with your chronic fatigue
- 15:40syndrome, that was just your body crying out Forrest, like as
- 15:45much as this is I I believe that.
- 15:47Do you believe that like people have things and really it's
- 15:53happening for them like a GPSAG? PS: That's kind of guiding them
- 15:59to their ultimate destiny. And I mean, if we didn't have
- 16:03that, how would we know what we needed to do?
- 16:06It's like driving a car and not knowing when the petrol is low
- 16:10or, you know, when the oil is not there.
- 16:13You know, we need the gauge, we need the science.
- 16:16So our body is fearfully and innately brilliant how it's
- 16:22made. So, you know, I'm kind of really
- 16:27leaning into the fact that your chronic fatigue syndrome was,
- 16:31was just a cry for you know what, Hannah?
- 16:34This is your time, girl. This is your time to just rest
- 16:40and heal because you are called to do a brilliant work, work
- 16:44with the world. And that's what we're going to
- 16:47talk about next. And I just want to remind our
- 16:50listeners as well to stay to the end because there's going to be
- 16:55a very powerful little segment that Hannah is going to share to
- 17:00heal that part of your heart. So let's talk about your
- 17:06methodology that you've learned and the many great thinkers
- 17:10you've learned through. And it's healed, but I don't
- 17:13want to take your Thunder away. So I'm going to get you to start
- 17:16off with the letter H for Heal. I love acronyms, by the way.
- 17:21What does that stand for? Yeah.
- 17:24So H stands for Healing the Relational Wings because
- 17:28everything is about a relationship, whether that's a
- 17:31relationship with somebody else or a relationship with
- 17:33ourselves. And when we're in grief, we're
- 17:35grieving that loss of connection to whatever it was that we
- 17:40loved, you know, that we were passionate about, whether that
- 17:43be a person, a relationship, you know, your job, a pet or or a
- 17:48part of yourself. Yeah.
- 17:50And I guess it's everything about what you've talked about
- 17:54here, recognizing how pain from the past continues to kind of
- 17:59make me through those relationships too, isn't it?
- 18:02Because this is something that I know I'm dealing with every day
- 18:07because as ANLP practitioner, trainer and hypnotherapist, it's
- 18:14like everything that we're doing today is from where we came
- 18:19from, from the past. But it doesn't have to stay that
- 18:21way. The good things, yes.
- 18:23The way we learn how to walk and talk and read and write and
- 18:27drive a car and do all the things.
- 18:30But we don't have to stay locked into the pain just because that
- 18:36was something that, you know, was in our past.
- 18:40So what this beautiful lady does, Hannah the holistic
- 18:45healer, is she helps you to reclaim your power through
- 18:51forgiveness, compassion, and also the grief that a lot of
- 18:57people, even coaches, healers and leaders in this I'm not
- 19:00talking about. So the next one is E.
- 19:04What does E stand for? So E.
- 19:07Stands for expressing pain and anger.
- 19:09And like you said, just then, like grief brings up old wings
- 19:13and it kind of stacks itself. So whenever we lose one thing
- 19:16and then we we're grieving something else, it can bring
- 19:19back all of those emotions from the previous one.
- 19:22So the more losses you get, the kind of deeper you can fall down
- 19:25into into a spiral. But it's about allowing yourself
- 19:29to feel whatever feelings you're feeling and knowing that they're
- 19:32valid for you and that feelings are just feelings.
- 19:35They're neither good nor bad. And anger and pain are things
- 19:39that we kind of attribute as negative, but they don't
- 19:42necessarily have to be. I mean, anger can show how
- 19:45passionate and how much we cared for something was.
- 19:48And the same with with pain. It shows, you know, our level of
- 19:51connection to to that person or to ourselves.
- 19:55But we the problem happens was when we try to hold on to those
- 19:59emotions and they get stuck in our energy field and stored in
- 20:02our bodies. Even, you know, if there's tight
- 20:04muscles and everything is interconnected.
- 20:06So it's just allowing you to move through that and don't know
- 20:10that you can. Joy and pain and sadness and
- 20:14anger can all coexist at the same time.
- 20:18I can remember doing a, a very feminine kind of divine healing
- 20:25with a woman in the coaching space, and she hasn't been in it
- 20:29as long as I have. And you know, but she was one of
- 20:33these ladies who she just kind of knew.
- 20:37She just cottoned on to the whole essence of how to make
- 20:41money and she she just knew how to make money, but she did it in
- 20:47her divine feminine, right? That's what she was.
- 20:50She was always teaching on the divine feminine.
- 20:53And I remember when I decided, well, gosh, I've been around
- 20:57five times longer than she has. And I know that I heal people
- 21:02like yourself and probably better than she does, but she
- 21:08just really knew a lot about the divine femininity.
- 21:13And one of the things that we did was we had to express our
- 21:18pain and our anger through kind of like she promoted yelling
- 21:23into a pillow or, you know, just letting it out and letting the
- 21:30body kind of cry and weep. What's your thoughts about that,
- 21:34Hannah? Yeah, I think that's really
- 21:36important thing to do and you've got to find what way works for
- 21:39you, whether that be screaming into a pillow or hitting a
- 21:42pillow or just kind of having a little bit of a rage dance or
- 21:46screaming in the words. You've got to.
- 21:47You've got to find a way to express it.
- 21:50Yeah, I'm just picturing as you're saying that as long as
- 21:55it's kind of like in control, like, OK, I'm going to go into
- 21:58my room and I'm going to punch up my pillow and this is what
- 22:02I'm going to do. And yeah, so I feel like if you
- 22:07know and you make a deliberate intention, there is absolutely
- 22:12nothing wrong with owning your feelings as Hannah has really
- 22:18been speaking on. So a what does A stand for?
- 22:22So A stands for accepting your new reality and acceptance is
- 22:25such a massive part of grief because you've been thrown into
- 22:30a world that you never anticipated in and learning to
- 22:34just go with the flow and accept what the universe has destined
- 22:39for you and that things change and we want to naturally kind of
- 22:43control things. We are humans aren't control
- 22:46freaks. And when we can't control things
- 22:49that causes us, you know, disarray.
- 22:53But the we can't control everything in our life.
- 22:55So it's about that kind of again, like letting go and just
- 22:58accepting. I hope you can take notes.
- 23:03It's take notes guys, because you know you're getting this for
- 23:06free. Oh my gosh, and by the way, we
- 23:10will have all Hannahs contact details in the show notes.
- 23:14So be be aware that you can contact Hannah and discover, you
- 23:21know, the healing and all of the things.
- 23:24And I believe you even will offer like a a discovery call
- 23:29with people so that you get to know them and they get to know
- 23:33you. And obviously this show, that's
- 23:35what it's all about. It's really about, you know,
- 23:39letting people know who you are and you've really been so
- 23:43vulnerable in sharing so much in your world.
- 23:48And so people get to know you from this podcast.
- 23:52And then to hear all of your wise gold Nuggets, plus to
- 23:57experience a little bit of your magic at the end, which I will
- 24:01remind people to stay to the end to listen to, is absolutely
- 24:05incredible. But yeah, that's been probably
- 24:08one of the latest things that I've really come to know about,
- 24:11and I can't agree with you more. It's like the acceptance, the
- 24:16whole acceptance, just that letting go.
- 24:20It's like neuroplasticity in motion.
- 24:24And yeah, it's just a presence, isn't it?
- 24:28It's just a choice. And of course, last but not
- 24:31least, we have L. What does L stand for in the
- 24:35word heal? So Al is learning to live and
- 24:38love again because life doesn't end with grief.
- 24:41And just because you're moving forward doesn't mean you've
- 24:44forgotten. And you're not honouring
- 24:45whatever it was that you lost and whatever it was that you
- 24:49lost, whether that's part of yourself or another person, you
- 24:51know they would want you to to carry on living.
- 24:54And you can honour their memory by living life to the full and
- 24:58grasping every experience. Life is all about experiences
- 25:02where we're born and we're going to leave at some point and we
- 25:05don't know how long that's going to be.
- 25:07So it's just about making the most of every single little
- 25:10moment and finding the tiny glimmers of joy in everyday
- 25:14life. We kind of almost running on
- 25:16autopilot all the time. So it's just noticing the birds
- 25:20singing or the bright sunlight, the flowers, you know, all those
- 25:23kind of a smile, a connection with a friend, those little
- 25:28moments of what life is all about.
- 25:31Yeah, and I think we forget to do that, don't we?
- 25:35And, you know, just being present and getting into our
- 25:39sensories and like you say, hearing the birds and
- 25:43experiencing the smell of the roses, so to speak.
- 25:47And so Hannah is really your guide for grieving through even
- 25:53those invisible things that you didn't even know that you were
- 25:57dealing through. And you know, this is what
- 26:01Hannah will do. She will help you to, you know,
- 26:04deal with grieving through your identity because sometimes your
- 26:08identity can change or you lose yourself as a result of massive
- 26:14changes that may happen. Like you heard Hannah's story
- 26:18about, you know, discovering her father at the age of 13, the car
- 26:23accident, dealing with chronic fatigue syndrome.
- 26:27You know, how important do you feel, Hannah, by the way, that
- 26:32you somehow, or rather through all these painful experiences,
- 26:37you are actually able to find your real self?
- 26:41Yeah, completely. I mean, I wouldn't be sat here
- 26:43talking to you being the women I am today without the things I've
- 26:46gone through. And I feel it has kind of like,
- 26:49it's almost like opening the blinkers from a horse and that
- 26:51you just get to see life from a different perspective.
- 26:54And it really gives you that kind of 1st for experiencing
- 26:59everything and that deep empathy and just wanting to guide others
- 27:04and know that they're not alone. Because I think one of the
- 27:06hardest things of grief was we don't talk about it.
- 27:08Grief is invisible. So you feel very isolated and
- 27:11very alone. And it's something we don't talk
- 27:14about. And if we don't talk about it,
- 27:16we're never going to be able to, to let people know that they
- 27:19aren't alone. So it's just about finding your
- 27:22community and knowing that even if you're not ready at this
- 27:25moment, but at some point when you are ready to open up, there
- 27:28will be somebody out there who's who's knows exactly what you're
- 27:31going through. And can I ask also with the kind
- 27:36of healing work you do, so we know you can help people to deal
- 27:41with those, those elements of their grief, of identity, of
- 27:46their health. So it's not been seen of broken
- 27:50timelines and disappointments and relationships and all that
- 27:53kind of stuff. So what do you feel is for the
- 28:00person out there that's kind of really suffering with their
- 28:03health? I've heard this a lot.
- 28:05I, I see it on my social media platforms, people talking about
- 28:10how sick they are all the time and banging on about their, you
- 28:14know, their life in that way. And I think to myself, I'm not
- 28:19going to comment. I'm not going to say anything.
- 28:22I'm just going to shut my little mouth.
- 28:26What would you say though? Can I ask you, the specialist
- 28:30here with, you know, when there's health issues?
- 28:34Because you know, when I think about it, the people that I do
- 28:39see, because I do care and love for them as well, you know, How
- 28:46has grief shaped their health and what would you suggest for
- 28:51them? I think grief can be
- 28:53all-encompassing because it gets us to a point where we're so low
- 28:56we then do neglect self-care and taking, you know, eating
- 29:01properly and getting enough sleep and rest and all of these
- 29:04things are so important. We can't kind of disassociate
- 29:08the the body. We need to think of the mind and
- 29:10the body and the heart and our spirit and our soul all as one.
- 29:13And it is, yes, about sharing those experiences, but not
- 29:17wallowing in them and not getting stuck in that pain.
- 29:20It's about then finding a way to move through.
- 29:23And you've got to have kind of like that bit of hope and faith
- 29:26that you're being guided to something bigger and better.
- 29:29I know that if I hadn't been through what I've been through,
- 29:32I wouldn't have the empathy and kindness and wouldn't have put
- 29:36me on this healing path, running my own business and helping
- 29:39guide others, which I absolutely love.
- 29:42And also the freedom that goes with it because you've gone
- 29:46from, you know, locked into that element of where you were to, to
- 29:51being in the freedom of where you are now.
- 29:54So there's there's always every clan has a silver lining, right?
- 29:58Yeah. Definitely, Yeah.
- 30:01I love what you do and you offer heart LED spiritual healing,
- 30:06which we're about to experience. And yeah.
- 30:11And I guess look, if you want to speak, if you need, sometimes
- 30:16when a person does a modality, like in the last podcast, which
- 30:21you happened to watch, I said to her, why don't you just wait
- 30:26until the end and feel into it? Especially because she was
- 30:30clairvoyant and she was, you know, very intuitive and things
- 30:34like that. So we didn't have to kind of
- 30:37like pre empt to everything. But it was more about let's just
- 30:42tap into who we're talking to out there and who's gonna be
- 30:47listening and then decide and and let that come through.
- 30:52But you know, with this heart LED spiritual healing, do you
- 30:57require AII guess a person like myself here, for example, where
- 31:04you'd like to ask questions or are you able to just take us
- 31:07through that beautiful divine energy?
- 31:11I mean, yeah, I can just take you through the divine entry.
- 31:14Obviously, when you do have a 1:00 to 1:00 session, it does
- 31:16involve talking through it with me, which gives you a deeper
- 31:19level of healing because we're able to like, address those
- 31:22specific issues for yourself. But you can still get a really
- 31:26deep level of healing just by listening to it without and
- 31:29replying, you know, in yourself rather than having a
- 31:32conversation with me. And I'm very kind of intuitively
- 31:36level. I always use my intuition in my
- 31:39practice and and really every session is different because I'm
- 31:42guided by the client and what they need and what the heart
- 31:45shows us. Can I ask you a question then?
- 31:49I mean, this is a I've been asking you questions the whole
- 31:51time, but this is a personal question from me to you like as
- 31:56it like me being the client for a moment.
- 31:58Can I be the client for a moment and ask you a question?
- 32:01OK, so you know, I mean I won't go into my story.
- 32:05I'm sure everybody that listens to my podcasts knows my story,
- 32:08but I have a husband who got out of control diabetes that led to
- 32:13vascular dementia. He's non verbal and he can't
- 32:15walk today. So they call dementia the slow
- 32:19goodbye. So that's grief every single
- 32:23day. I have found the magic in a lot
- 32:32of it because number one, I've created a TikTok channel for
- 32:35him. So go follow us, Ian and Terry
- 32:37Messenger. So he has now a TikTok channel.
- 32:42He is a chiropractor and his patients miss him.
- 32:45This time last year he was still serving them.
- 32:48So it's it's almost like, well, here we are today.
- 32:53And you know, I have had to take myself through so many of those
- 33:00elements of your heel method. So I can vouch that it's true.
- 33:06What would you do? What would you say or where
- 33:09would you sort of begin with with a person like myself with
- 33:14with that kind of complex issue? Is there any tips you could
- 33:19perhaps give me? I think it's like recognizing
- 33:22that you're almost going through lots of different types of grief
- 33:24at the same time, because there's that anticipated grief
- 33:28because you know what's kind of coming.
- 33:30And then there's the grief of losing your relationship, which
- 33:33is a separate kind of grief. And the grief of for him losing
- 33:37his freedom and his business and knowing that it's grief is, is
- 33:43not a very multi layered. And I think it can be, it can be
- 33:48really difficult when it's dragged out for that long time
- 33:50because then you've also got the grief afterwards as well.
- 33:53But it's about learning to just find the little happy moments in
- 33:58life and then and but also then allowing yourself to be sad and
- 34:02that it will take, it will take time.
- 34:07Gosh, it's so on point. So on point, it's like you are a
- 34:11specialist on the topic of this. I mean, unless people knew
- 34:16about, you know, this kind of vascular dementia, you know, in
- 34:21in younger people, it's like, you know, the slow goodbye, all
- 34:25of those elements. And yes, the, the grieving of
- 34:28the relationship, the grieving of the loss of his role and his
- 34:32independence and his freedom. And then not to mention what's
- 34:34going to come. So you hit the nail on the head,
- 34:37girl. And then the happy moments.
- 34:40Yeah. Well, you know, I, that's what I
- 34:44live for. I live every day for one smile
- 34:49or one, you know, he'll do something that's familiar, like
- 34:52a wink of the eye. Or he'll do something familiar.
- 34:56Something will come. And yeah, so I, I take from
- 35:02that, but I'm just going to allow myself to enjoy this part
- 35:06of the segment that you've got to give right here in relation
- 35:11to the heart healing transmission.
- 35:14So is there anything you require from me or the audience before
- 35:20we begin? No, I think.
- 35:22If you're listening at home, just make sure that you're
- 35:24somewhere where you can be relaxed.
- 35:26Sit. Down or lie down and just allow
- 35:28yourself to enjoy the process. Excellent.
- 35:31All right, so let's start. Let's begin.
- 35:36So over to you, Hannah. So I just want you to say make
- 35:40yourself comfortable taking a nice deep breath in and then
- 35:47gently breathe out. On this second breath in, I'd
- 35:51like you to close your eyes and then slowly breathe out.
- 35:58And on this third breath, with your eyes closed, I just want
- 36:00you to look up, imagining you're looking at your mind's eye in
- 36:04the center of your forehead. Take a big deep breath out.
- 36:12And as you breathe out, just gently allow your eyes to relax.
- 36:18Feel that relaxation from the tip of your head to the bottom
- 36:22of your toes, slowly going through your body like a wave.
- 36:28And you can imagine that you're stood at the top of a beautiful
- 36:32golden staircase, and the staircase has 10 steps, and
- 36:38you're going to gently and slowly just start to walk down
- 36:42the staircase, one step at a time.
- 36:47And every step you take, you just relax that little bit more,
- 36:52going slightly deeper into yourself, feeling the tension
- 36:58melt away from your muscles and just allowing yourself to be.
- 37:06And as you get to the bottom of the staircase, a golden door
- 37:11appears in front of you. You're going to step through
- 37:15that door and it takes you on a journey inside your body until
- 37:23you find yourself standing in front of your beautiful beating
- 37:28heart, the portal to your soul and the wisdom of every lifetime
- 37:35you've ever lived. A doorway opens into your heart
- 37:41and you can see the heart chambers.
- 37:47You step through this doorway into your heart, knowing that
- 37:50you are safe and you are supported and and that nothing
- 37:55bad can ever touch you whilst you're protected inside your
- 37:58heart. And when you get inside your
- 38:03heart, you notice that there's a younger version of you standing
- 38:08there and they're crying and sobbing and they feel not enough
- 38:17or too much in some way. You take them by the hand and
- 38:25you asked them who is the person that made you feel this way and
- 38:33that little version of you. They point to the other side of
- 38:37the heart chamber and there on a chair you can see the person.
- 38:45He was the root cause of you not feeling enough, remembering that
- 38:51you are completely safe and they cannot re hurt you whilst you're
- 38:56inside the heart. And you then ask that little
- 39:03you, you ask them, why is it that this person hurt you?
- 39:16And they will tell you about a time in their life that this
- 39:20person made them feel not enough.
- 39:25Just allow yourself to see that memory now and allow that little
- 39:38you to express all of the feelings that you've been
- 39:41holding onto. Express that pain, express the
- 39:46anger, express any hurt, and just see those feelings flowing
- 39:56out of you. Now, this person is the root
- 40:05cause of your not enoughness and we're going to heal that.
- 40:12So I want you to envision the chords of pain and not
- 40:19enoughness attaching you to that younger you and on to that
- 40:24person that caused this root wound and just notice.
- 40:30What do these chords look like and notice how many of them can
- 40:37you see? And then just notice where on
- 40:44your body are they coming from and what do you think it's
- 40:49trying to tell you from the position of these chords?
- 40:56And along with those pain chords, if it feels right for
- 40:58you, I also want you to see love chords attaching you to yourself
- 41:04and that person because love and pain can coexist and notice.
- 41:10What do these love chords look like?
- 41:14How are they different to the pain chords?
- 41:19How many of the love chords can you see and where on your body
- 41:25are these coming from? Are they coming from the same
- 41:28place as the pain chords or a different place?
- 41:35Then in a moment, you're going to pull all of those pain chords
- 41:39out one by one from the root, from yourself and from your
- 41:44younger you and from the person that caused that wound.
- 41:48And each time you pull them out, I want you to say either in your
- 41:53mind, out loud, whatever feels best for you, I'm letting go of
- 41:56the pain and leaving only love. So just take a moment now and
- 42:01pull all of those pain cords out from the root and say each time
- 42:06I'm letting go of the pain and I'm leaving only love.
- 42:25And once you've pulled all of those chords out, I want you to
- 42:29say I am taking my power back now.
- 42:38And now all those pain chords are gone.
- 42:41You feel a warm fuzzy electric feeling inside.
- 42:45You feel your heart, your soul, your energy expanding.
- 42:51And you look at the love chords, if you had love chords as well,
- 42:55left, and they start to double and triple in size before your
- 42:59eyes, getting thicker and stronger.
- 43:04And you have a deep sense of peace and safety and acceptance
- 43:08for yourself, for the past and for that person.
- 43:14You know that it was never your fault.
- 43:18You have always been enough, yourself and your younger you
- 43:24now come together in a warm and loving embrace.
- 43:29And a bright, brilliant white light surrounds you both.
- 43:33And this white light is filled with particles of peace and love
- 43:36and acceptance. And as these little particles of
- 43:40peace and love and acceptance flood through your body, they
- 43:43fill up those areas where the pain cords were attached,
- 43:47rebuilding you with peace, love, acceptance.
- 43:54And that bright white light picks up anything that doesn't
- 43:57belong in your body. All of those feelings of pain,
- 44:00sadness, hurt, all of that trauma, all of those feelings
- 44:05are not enough, and it takes them out of you now.
- 44:10And it also removes that person that caused that pain for you.
- 44:16And as that brilliant bright white light starts to fade, you
- 44:20sit down in the empty chair in the heart chamber.
- 44:24It's just you and that little you left now.
- 44:27And they are smiling and laughing and they run up to you
- 44:30and give you the biggest hug. And they are so happy because
- 44:35you finally gave them a voice. You had the power to set them
- 44:40free. You are the change maker.
- 44:45Want you to then say in your mind or repeat out loud a few
- 44:49little things to that little you.
- 44:52I love you unconditionally. You are so important to me.
- 45:01I am so sorry for what you went through.
- 45:07It was never your fault. You are always safe now.
- 45:16I will always protect you. You will never be alone again.
- 45:26I will always be here for you. You are loved more than you'll
- 45:33ever know. You are more than enough.
- 45:41We are healed now. And they look up at you and they
- 45:47nod their little head as if to say, I'm ready now.
- 45:50And their little body slowly starts to integrate with your
- 45:52body. And as their tiny little heart
- 45:55starts to integrate with your heart, your heart's become one
- 45:58and whole. And it sends an explosion of
- 46:02loving enoughness throughout your body that breaks down any
- 46:06energetic walls that were surrounding your heart.
- 46:09You let go of anything that was stopping you from loving
- 46:11yourself, from believing you are enough.
- 46:15It's completely removed from your mind, heart, body, and
- 46:18soul. Your heart is free.
- 46:21Your heart is wide open to receiving all of its desires,
- 46:26and it feels incredible. You look around that chamber one
- 46:30more time and you see a version of you who looks like you, but
- 46:33they're slightly different. It's your higher self and they
- 46:37tell you you are safe and supported and they are so proud
- 46:41of you for what you've done. Today they turn to you and they
- 46:45give you a piece of guidance that's going to help you move
- 46:48forward in your life. Right now, just take a moment to
- 46:51accept this guidance from your higher self.
- 47:04You easily remember this guidance when you come back.
- 47:08You walk out of that heart chamber and you notice that the
- 47:11wall around your heart is gone and you're not that little you
- 47:15anymore. You're strong.
- 47:18It was never your fault. You are more than enough and you
- 47:22can deeply love and accept yourself unconditionally.
- 47:25From this point onwards, you go back through that golden door,
- 47:30stepping back into your body, feeling whole, feeling
- 47:40transformed, finally feeling enough.
- 47:44You know that you have the power to choose, and you choose
- 47:48yourself. You choose to love yourself
- 47:51unconditionally and know that you are more than enough, you're
- 47:55always safe and the power lies within you.
- 47:59That whatever you've been through your heart is more than
- 48:02capable of growing back stronger and more resilient than ever
- 48:06before. Knowing that you can pass that
- 48:09love and kindness on to others in your life and for yourself as
- 48:13well. Knowing that you are special,
- 48:17you are loved, and that the universe has amazing plans for
- 48:22you. You have faith in the divine,
- 48:26faith that you're on your path, and you listen to those little
- 48:31nudges and those guidance from yourself every day.
- 48:35You're free. Free to love yourself, free to
- 48:38believe in yourself, and now your heart's free.
- 48:42You've opened up those floodgates to receiving more of
- 48:45all the good things in your life.
- 48:48And as you come back to your full awareness, you'll instantly
- 48:52feel more confident and more enough, knowing that you have a
- 48:56deep desire to be more loving for yourself and for others
- 49:00around you. So feeling whole, feeling
- 49:04transformed, on the count of 512345, you clean your eyes.
- 49:15Take it away. Wow, wow, wow.
- 49:20We just got a full heel heart session there.
- 49:24Oh my gosh, Hannah, you are so incredibly generous, gifted, and
- 49:32you know I can't thank you enough for that.
- 49:35I don't know about everybody else listening, but I feel so
- 49:39expanded so, but I still have to ask you the same question as I
- 49:43ask everybody else. It's just a quick answer, but I
- 49:47just want to give you the opportunity to do so.
- 49:50Everybody that comes on the show, they kind of warm up and
- 49:54then they hot heat up and then they get to the end.
- 49:57And then of course then when you are off the show, you think, oh,
- 50:02I would love to have shared that.
- 50:04Is there anything you would like to share with a person out there
- 50:11that is praying for your service right now?
- 50:14What would you say to them? I think you've said it all, but
- 50:17I'm still going to ask. I would just say that however
- 50:21you're grieving is the right way for you and trust yourself,
- 50:24trust your intuition and you know where to find me if you
- 50:28want to have a chat. There's no strings attached.
- 50:30You know, I, I only work with people if I feel it's right.
- 50:33But I'm more than happy to have that conversation with you to
- 50:36give you a little bit of guidance and see if we're the
- 50:38right fit for working together. That is absolutely beautiful.
- 50:42So check out Hannah's contact details in the show notes.
- 50:47And Hannah, thank you so very much.
- 50:50I am very grateful for what you've given to me and the wider
- 50:55audience and the expanded audience and the audience that
- 50:59it's going to reach between now and whenever this podcast falls
- 51:06off, which is however many years away.
- 51:08So thank you so very much and I can't be more grateful for
- 51:13everything that you have imparted.
- 51:17Thank you so much for having me. It's been absolutely wonderful
- 51:20here chatting to you today, and I really hope you listeners
- 51:24found some solace in those words and just know that you're not
- 51:28alone.
