Latest / The Paul Barron Crypto Show / Midterm Countdown ⏳ Tokenization Leaving U.S
Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Midterms could be affecting how the crypto markets lay up.
- 0:02Speaker 1: And one other thing is happening, and that is tokenization.
- 0:06Speaker 1: Is it on a countdown for maybe leaving the U.S.?
- 0:09Speaker 1: Before we do that, I want to thank our sponsor.
- 0:11Speaker 1: That's iTrust Capital, where you guys can get into your
- 0:13Speaker 1: own crypto IRA, cryptocurrency stocks, gold and silver, all available
- 0:17Speaker 1: over on iTrust Capital. One account, unlimited possibilities. This is
- 0:22Speaker 1: one of the platforms they've been around for quite a while.
- 0:24Speaker 1: You guys can go over and use them. If you
- 0:26Speaker 1: have a current IRA, you can transfer that. If you
- 0:30Speaker 1: want to start a brand new IRA, you can also

- 0:36Speaker 1: It's going to give you a $ 100 funding reward to
- 0:38Speaker 1: get started. And you're going to have to start tax
- 0:40Speaker 1: planning soon. And IRAs are one of the diversification things
- 0:43Speaker 1: that you should be doing. to set yourself up for success.
- 0:46Speaker 1: I want to start with this. And that, of course,
- 0:48Speaker 1: is where the market sensitivity is. And it is very
- 0:51Speaker 1: sensitive right now as we look at where the stock
- 0:54Speaker 1: market is holding. And this just dipped into the extreme
- 0:58Speaker 1: fear this morning. So we've already seen a significant amount
- 1:02Speaker 1: of fall off in the S & P 500. And
- 1:05Speaker 1: also it has affecting crypto as well. When you look
- 1:08Speaker 1: at that, we are now hitting 34. Last time we
- 1:12Speaker 1: had pushed into that was around August. So this is
- 1:15Speaker 1: a concern overall, but I think a lot of people
- 1:18Speaker 1: are looking at what's going on in the midterms and
- 1:20Speaker 1: trying to kind of come to an understanding that once
- 1:24Speaker 1: this is over, maybe there's an upside to it or
- 1:27Speaker 1: maybe things get a little crazy. And I think that's
- 1:30Speaker 1: the question that we're trying to answer is where does
- 1:32Speaker 1: it go from here? One thing that is for sure
- 1:35Speaker 1: is that we are seeing a continuation of the bleed.
- 1:39Speaker 1: And that is $ 3. 4 trillion coming off of the AI
- 1:42Speaker 1: stocks in October. You can kind of see the numbers here, guys.
- 1:45Speaker 1: These are pretty amazing numbers. In one month, Intel down 43%,
- 1:49Speaker 1: Corwi 37%, Nebius 36%, Sandisk 33%. You can see it. Dell,
- 1:50Speaker 1: which had been flying, is now down 22%.
- 1:52Speaker 2: SK Hynix, 19.8%.
- 1:52Speaker 1: Point Bing and even Micron at 17.8% down in October.
- 1:55Speaker 1: So definitely not a good month. for the AI trade.
- 2:09Speaker 1: And how does this start to move from here? I
- 2:12Speaker 1: think everybody is trying to understand. And there's one thing
- 2:15Speaker 1: that starts to correlate to what's happening in this market,
- 2:19Speaker 1: and it correlates to big tech. Well, if you look
- 2:22Speaker 1: at the Senate race right now that's giving big tech
- 2:25Speaker 1: the chills, it is this one right here with Sherrod Brown.
- 2:27Speaker 1: There's a few things I want to highlight in this article.
- 2:30Speaker 1: It's a high-stakes gamble for Silicon Valley Titans that is
- 2:34Speaker 1: making some of the tech world very nervous, and that's
- 2:36Speaker 1: in reference to this, mainly because Sherard Brown, a victory,
- 2:40Speaker 1: could undermine crypto's vaulted political operation and offer a new playbook,
- 2:45Speaker 1: which could get very concerning around the issue with AI
- 2:50Speaker 1: data centers. And I'll talk about that in a second
- 2:52Speaker 1: because I think this may spin two ways, even if
- 2:55Speaker 1: the Democrats win, both the House and the Senate. And
- 2:58Speaker 1: then last up was this right here. This is definitely
- 3:01Speaker 1: the most important race, at least in this current landscape,
- 3:05Speaker 1: in terms of dictating the attitude towards tech and crypto
- 3:09Speaker 1: for the next Congress. And then, of course, by Ron Hammond.
- 3:12Speaker 1: We're going to have him on tomorrow. He'll talk a
- 3:14Speaker 1: little bit about that. And remember, this is because this
- 3:16Speaker 1: was under the Senate Finance Committee. And this is kind
- 3:19Speaker 1: of the, I won't say the do-boy for Senator Warren,
- 3:23Speaker 1: but for the most part, yes, he has been the
- 3:26Speaker 1: puppet of Senator Warren. And I think this will only continue.
- 3:30Speaker 1: So watching that race is a huge issue right now.
- 3:34Speaker 1: As you look at the Senate race, 74%, highest it's
- 3:38Speaker 1: been ever, of the Democrats taking the Senate and running
- 3:43Speaker 1: a full blue wave across both the Senate and the House,
- 3:47Speaker 1: which would put the Trump administration reeling in trying to
- 3:51Speaker 1: deal with how the Senate and the House would go
- 3:54Speaker 1: to market basically in D.C. around the things they're going
- 3:58Speaker 1: to do to run Congress over the next several years.
- 4:02Speaker 1: So you've got that, and then you have the U.S.-Iran
- 4:05Speaker 1: deal being dumped into the market. And that, of course,
- 4:09Speaker 1: changed things up because US Iran deal and manufacturing data
- 4:13Speaker 1: was beating expectations slightly up today. And the big one
- 4:18Speaker 1: was really oil, and I'll show you that in a second,
- 4:20Speaker 1: that started to do a pivot based on just hearing.
- 4:23Speaker 1: And again, this is maybe the 12th deal that we've seen.
- 4:26Speaker 1: I want to go to a clip real quick. This
- 4:27Speaker 1: is Mike McGlone, and he's talking about being very careful
- 4:31Speaker 1: around a post-midterm rally. Take a look.
- 4:34Speaker 2: When everybody says the same thing for the same narrative,
- 4:36Speaker 2: be careful. And that's the key thing I'm worried about
- 4:38Speaker 2: is for this week right now, our macro Mondays is
- 4:42Speaker 2: not as important. But next Monday's macro Monday is going
- 4:44Speaker 2: to be very important. The bottom line is, will the
- 4:47Speaker 2: S & P 500 be down from where we are now?
- 4:49Speaker 2: If it's down... That's the beginning of, upon me, potential
- 4:53Speaker 2: biggest reset of a lifetime, just normal reversion. Now, we've
- 4:56Speaker 2: pretty good significant peak in precious metals. They've just got support.
- 4:59Speaker 2: We've got to support. We've had a significant peak in cryptos, Bitcoin.
- 5:03Speaker 2: They've got to support levels. We all know the housing
- 5:05Speaker 2: market's rolling over significantly, certainly with mortgage rates at a
- 5:09Speaker 2: three-decade high. Energy looks like it's probably just peaked very significantly.
- 5:15Speaker 2: Natural gas is a great indication for that. So that's
- 5:18Speaker 2: a deflationary force. The bottom line is if the stock
- 5:21Speaker 2: market ends this week down, it's a go with. It's significant.
- 5:25Speaker 2: If it goes up, I don't really know what to
- 5:27Speaker 2: change or what to do. So maybe guide me a little.
- 5:30Speaker 1: All right. So some things you could look at, and
- 5:32Speaker 1: I've got a couple more clips here that will show you.
- 5:35Speaker 1: maybe the bullish potential signals to watch for, but also
- 5:38Speaker 1: some of the things that are a bit more concerning,
- 5:40Speaker 1: like what McGlone was talking about, oil and energy being
- 5:43Speaker 1: one of them. Whether or not we've hit the peak,
- 5:45Speaker 1: I think is still a question mark, but oil plunged
- 5:48Speaker 1: another 7% down, 98 a barrel, Brent falls five. So
- 5:52Speaker 1: all of this, especially around what's going on with the
- 5:55Speaker 1: negotiation in Iran. I think still a lot of people
- 5:58Speaker 1: are concerned that there might be something happening after the
- 6:01Speaker 1: midterms of how the U.S. is going to deal with Iran.
- 6:04Speaker 1: So are we still in a potential where that could
- 6:07Speaker 1: cause a major hit? If you look at oil over
- 6:10Speaker 1: the long haul, this was the big dip right here
- 6:14Speaker 1: that everybody is talking about. You would think that the
- 6:15Speaker 1: market would have responded much more positively. The one thing
- 6:19Speaker 1: that did respond was gold up 2%, also following right
- 6:23Speaker 1: there with oil. And if you look at silver coming
- 6:27Speaker 1: up 3%, these are the kind of things that McGlone
- 6:30Speaker 1: was kind of getting at. Other things that kind of
- 6:32Speaker 1: play into this, speaking of gold, there's Peter Schiff talking
- 6:34Speaker 1: about it, and that is in reference to his thought
- 6:37Speaker 1: that this is a manipulated oil market for the financial
- 6:40Speaker 1: gain of insiders, especially around the advanced knowledge of some
- 6:45Speaker 1: of these positions that the U.S. is posting around Iran.
- 6:49Speaker 1: Imagine if you're an oil trader. And you've got insight
- 6:52Speaker 1: to that. This is like a money printer for you
- 6:55Speaker 1: because we've seen nothing but whipsaw after whipsaw that has
- 6:59Speaker 1: affected the oil market and, of course, that affecting the U.S.
- 7:02Speaker 1: gas prices. Let me go to a tweet here because
- 7:04Speaker 1: this is where it gets a little crazy. This is,
- 7:07Speaker 1: of course, Tucker Carlson claiming that Netanyahu has somehow put
- 7:12Speaker 1: some pressure on Trump to possibly put the United States
- 7:16Speaker 1: within days of launching a nuclear strike on Iran. This
- 7:20Speaker 1: is the kind of thing that I think starts to
- 7:22Speaker 1: really get crazy. And if you read this, I think
- 7:25Speaker 1: more of a rant. But the point is, is this
- 7:27Speaker 1: rant got 60 million views right there, guys. So it
- 7:31Speaker 1: is something that I just think when you look at
- 7:33Speaker 1: where the sensitivity of the markets are right now, you
- 7:37Speaker 1: look at what is happening right now with the midterms
- 7:40Speaker 1: and whether or not that does go to a blue
- 7:42Speaker 1: sweep and what's happening in Iran, along with the macro
- 7:46Speaker 1: pressure globally, things could get a little unusual. Now, the
- 7:49Speaker 1: market's still saying, well, listen, if we get the midterms
- 7:52Speaker 1: and we get the Democrats in, I think the market
- 7:54Speaker 1: is pricing that in and maybe in a position where
- 7:57Speaker 1: it's only going to go up from there. I'm concerned
- 8:00Speaker 1: more around could something unusual happen that puts more pressure
- 8:04Speaker 1: on the market? And I think McGlone was right in
- 8:06Speaker 1: that last clip, is that next Monday, the end of
- 8:09Speaker 1: this week's closing is going to be critical for the
- 8:12Speaker 1: markets going forward. Speaking of that, you've got critical things
- 8:16Speaker 1: happening in Israel right now, and that is the fact
- 8:18Speaker 1: that we've got a different potential party taking the lead again.
- 8:23Speaker 1: And this has been one of those weird things. It's
- 8:25Speaker 1: been swapping back and forth. You can kind of see
- 8:27Speaker 1: there on the chart of it going back and forth
- 8:31Speaker 1: between Ezenkot and Netanyahu. And I think the point behind
- 8:35Speaker 1: this could be correlated, call me crazy, correlated to the midterms,
- 8:40Speaker 1: finding out who wins, understanding how to deal with the
- 8:43Speaker 1: United States, because obviously Israel is significantly tied to the
- 8:47Speaker 1: U S in terms of strategy and potentially going forward
- 8:51Speaker 1: on how the policy is going to be met with Israel.
- 8:53Speaker 1: So many things happening right now. Let's take a look
- 8:56Speaker 1: at this. This of course is Trump coming out saying
- 8:58Speaker 1: is going to be Mr. Veto. If the Democrats do
- 9:01Speaker 1: take control of Congress. And that is the key thing.
- 9:05Speaker 1: He says he'll block every damn bill passed until they
- 9:08Speaker 1: give up and make a deal. He also agreed with
- 9:10Speaker 1: Elon that the democratic sweep could leave the country. may
- 9:14Speaker 1: be forever destroyed. These are the kind of things coming
- 9:17Speaker 1: out of the White House right now. President Trump also
- 9:19Speaker 1: promises to protect Elon if Democrats threaten Tesla and SpaceX.
- 9:24Speaker 1: So apparently they've got a pass right now. Speaking of that,
- 9:27Speaker 1: there's further passes being handed out with the president making
- 9:30Speaker 1: it clear he'd consider pardons for his staff. So this
- 9:34Speaker 1: is already, it sounds to me like a White House
- 9:37Speaker 1: administration that has conceded defeat. or at least understands that
- 9:43Speaker 1: there's a high probability that this is going to occur.
- 9:46Speaker 1: And this does start to change things for sure, I think,
- 9:50Speaker 1: going forward in the markets. And the real question is,
- 9:53Speaker 1: are we going to go up or are we going
- 9:54Speaker 1: to start to see some sideways action through the end
- 9:56Speaker 1: of the year? I think if we get a Dem
- 9:58Speaker 1: sweep and there's no funding business, then we may have
- 10:01Speaker 1: an opportunity here for a market recovery. But those are
- 10:04Speaker 1: the key terms right there, guys. Other things that concern
- 10:08Speaker 1: me around a market recovery is what's happening around all
- 10:11Speaker 1: these hacks. So you've got ZachXBT saying there was an
- 10:14Speaker 1: EU entity. now suspected of losing $ 106 million from multiple
- 10:18Speaker 1: centralized exchange accounts on November 1st, just this day. And
- 10:23Speaker 1: you've got a variety of different hacks coming on, and
- 10:25Speaker 1: it's several of them. I'll just show you some of them.
- 10:27Speaker 1: This was Brazil's top crypto exchange. This was Mercado. They
- 10:31Speaker 1: confirmed a security breach. Then you had BTC Pay server.
- 10:35Speaker 1: This one is a big one because BTC Pay, just
- 10:38Speaker 1: so you understand, this is where merchants are operating. Think
- 10:41Speaker 1: of this as the stripe for crypto, in essence, or
- 10:45Speaker 1: one of. And it'd be like Coinbase Commerce or something
- 10:49Speaker 1: where those wallets would become potential targets of hackers because
- 10:53Speaker 1: these are the wallets of retailers who might be using
- 10:58Speaker 1: Bitcoin or other payment processors out there for these kind
- 11:01Speaker 1: of things. This is a big one because it does
- 11:03Speaker 1: start to put a little bit of a thwart in
- 11:06Speaker 1: retail adopting crypto as a payment source if these kind
- 11:09Speaker 1: of issues start to continue to happen. All right, so
- 11:12Speaker 1: let's just jump over. And I want to go to
- 11:14Speaker 1: this tweet because this is the point that I'm getting at.
- 11:18Speaker 1: Because there are some signs here that the market could
- 11:20Speaker 1: be nearing a bottom. There's equal weight there on the
- 11:23Speaker 1: S & P. You've got yields and oil falling. How
- 11:26Speaker 1: long is the question? You have some fund managers positioning
- 11:30Speaker 1: near extreme risk off. And that's the key. And then
- 11:34Speaker 1: you have crypto barely declining despite its biggest heist.
- 11:37Speaker 3: All right.
- 11:37Speaker 1: And I would agree with that one. Those are the
- 11:39Speaker 1: ones that I do agree with. And then you have
- 11:41Speaker 1: stocks near the bottom. We just looked at the list
- 11:44Speaker 1: of October declines. I mean, these are significant in terms
- 11:48Speaker 1: of the AI trade. And it's moving into a midterm
- 11:51Speaker 1: cycle while all of that is happening. So the probabilities
- 11:55Speaker 1: for an upside at least are lining up. I want
- 11:58Speaker 1: to go to a clip here by Tom Lee that
- 11:59Speaker 1: explains this.
- 12:01Speaker 2: You're not jumping up and down like sometimes you do,
- 12:04Speaker 2: but you still think maybe 8,200 by the end of
- 12:08Speaker 2: this year.
- 12:09Speaker 3: Yeah, I think you do.
- 12:10Speaker 4: OK, I do think markets are going to exit the
- 12:13Speaker 4: year strong, but they have been struggling, you know, like
- 12:17Speaker 4: underneath the surface.
- 12:18Speaker 1: It's been a real battle.
- 12:19Speaker 4: And I think everyone I speak to is nervous about
- 12:23Speaker 4: one of many things, right? The war, AI spending, the
- 12:27Speaker 4: debt markets, the Fed, inflation, midterms. And I think The
- 12:33Speaker 4: markets held up really well in the face of all that.
- 12:35Speaker 4: I think markets in some ways prefer gridlock because then
- 12:38Speaker 4: you don't have too much policy creep. But I'm going
- 12:42Speaker 4: to take the contrarian view that House Democrats will support
- 12:46Speaker 4: AI post-midterms because it does bring money to their communities.
- 12:51Speaker 4: So I think it's sort of an important voting issue today.
- 12:54Speaker 4: But I think at the end of the day, it's
- 12:56Speaker 4: good for jobs and it's good for the economy.
- 12:59Speaker 1: All right. So a couple of things that he hit
- 13:01Speaker 1: on there is, yes, there's a lot of macro headwinds.
- 13:05Speaker 1: You do have some interesting timing, though, that is lining
- 13:08Speaker 1: up with midterms. And I think that's been almost architected
- 13:11Speaker 1: by the way markets play out. And then you have
- 13:14Speaker 1: the AI trade, which could be a big deal. And
- 13:16Speaker 1: I think that still has a play. going forward. And
- 13:20Speaker 1: I think he's right. I think the Dems win. There's
- 13:22Speaker 1: going to be a little bit of an about face
- 13:25Speaker 1: on it. Maybe not because it's good for the communities,
- 13:27Speaker 1: but I believe corruption wins, unfortunately. You look at this
- 13:31Speaker 1: right here. Bitcoin's last three cycle bottoms came shortly after
- 13:35Speaker 1: midterm elections. You had the 2014 cycle bottom 71 days later,
- 13:39Speaker 1: 39 days later in 18, and then in 22, 13 days.
- 13:41Speaker 1: So That could be a signal as well if you
- 13:48Speaker 1: consider the potential here. And that's not all. Look at this.
- 13:52Speaker 1: S & P 500 returns in November. This is following
- 13:56Speaker 1: the midterm elections. The 21 out of 21 hits, guys,
- 14:00Speaker 1: were positive. That's a pretty insane record. Now, granted, you
- 14:04Speaker 1: could say, well, we're in for one that could go
- 14:07Speaker 1: the other way now just because of the odds alone.
- 14:10Speaker 1: But a 21 for 21 of positive S & P
- 14:11Speaker 1: 500 returns, pretty significant. Look at these numbers, though. I mean,
- 14:17Speaker 1: some of these were crazy. 1998 up 24%. Unbelievable. 15%
- 14:22Speaker 1: in 22. 2018, 8. You can go all the way
- 14:26Speaker 1: back even into the 80s at 25% in 1982, which
- 14:29Speaker 1: was during one of the biggest inflationary periods and interest
- 14:34Speaker 1: rate hikes that were happening to American people ever in
- 14:37Speaker 1: the history of commerce. Other points I want to hit
- 14:40Speaker 1: on right here is what happened with Binance, because this
- 14:42Speaker 1: is the update right now. Binance users holding any of
- 14:45Speaker 1: these 10 tokens can independently verify their balances on Binance
- 14:50Speaker 1: and are backed a minimum of one to one. They
- 14:52Speaker 1: are using zero knowledge to basically do this. The point is,
- 14:56Speaker 1: is that CZ is not concerned at all. In fact,
- 14:59Speaker 1: he tweeted this 12 hours after the withdrawals resumed only 2.1
- 15:03Speaker 1: percent net outflow. So people are feeling as though they
- 15:08Speaker 1: are safe. 98% choose to stay. Speaking of where the
- 15:12Speaker 1: market could be going, here's Matt Hogan. He talks about
- 15:15Speaker 1: his strategy on how we could actually come back. Take
- 15:18Speaker 1: a look.
- 15:19Speaker 3: And again, the ability for Binance to make users whole
- 15:22Speaker 3: is another sign that this industry is maturing. I'd also
- 15:25Speaker 3: add that I think a lot of the pullback today
- 15:27Speaker 3: was not, in fact, driven by this hack exclusively, but
- 15:31Speaker 3: also by the broader risk-off appetite. And in fact, I
- 15:33Speaker 3: think in a week, you'll see prices have moved beyond
- 15:37Speaker 3: this and recovered from this. At least historically, hacks haven't
- 15:40Speaker 3: had a huge impact on the long-term trajectory of prices.
- 15:43Speaker 3: I expect that to be true here as well.
- 15:45Speaker 1: All right, so a couple of things there. I think
- 15:47Speaker 1: price does get impacted. That hack did impact Bitcoin. In fact,
- 15:51Speaker 1: it pulled it down under 80K. So I disagree with
- 15:54Speaker 1: Matt with that. Now, does this mean that that was
- 15:56Speaker 1: a good pullback based on the impact of a hack? Sure,
- 16:00Speaker 1: I would agree with that, is that it could have
- 16:02Speaker 1: been a lot worse. It wasn't. And crypto was very
- 16:05Speaker 1: resilient in general. I think the key here is going
- 16:08Speaker 1: to be how the market plays into macro scenarios, obviously
- 16:12Speaker 1: the midterms. I'm still concerned about what's going on in
- 16:15Speaker 1: the Middle East and with energy prices. All of those
- 16:18Speaker 1: correlated coming into the end of this year is the
- 16:21Speaker 1: key factor. I think that has more bearing on if
- 16:24Speaker 1: we're bullish or not after the midterms than anything, probably
- 16:27Speaker 1: not so much the hack. Speaking of being bullish, you've
- 16:31Speaker 1: got to consider where RWAs are going to be and
- 16:34Speaker 1: just tokenized securities in general. You've got 50 major U.S.
- 16:37Speaker 1: companies now opposing to have their stocks tokenized on the
- 16:42Speaker 1: OKEx and ISIS planned exchange. And there's major names in here, guys.
- 16:46Speaker 1: You just look at it. IBM, Dell, Nike, Intel, Nvidia, Oracle, Costco, Verizon.
- 16:52Speaker 1: The list goes on. 50 of them, including Microsoft, JP Morgan.
- 16:57Speaker 1: And I think the concern right now I have is
- 17:01Speaker 1: if we continue to see this pushback from major companies,
- 17:05Speaker 1: What happens if we start to see a contagion effect
- 17:08Speaker 1: of nobody wanting this in the U.S. and it pushes
- 17:12Speaker 1: tokenized stocks offshore? That's the concern that I think everybody
- 17:17Speaker 1: is worried about. All right, just so you guys know,
- 17:20Speaker 1: the OKEx Ice deal, it had a 30-day notice period.
- 17:23Speaker 1: So it was filed on October 3rd. That's going to
- 17:25Speaker 1: push it in here to the beginning of November. This
- 17:28Speaker 1: could also get a 30-day exemption. So this could push
- 17:31Speaker 1: it all the way up to November 22nd. if the
- 17:34Speaker 1: SEC sees this as a potential problem and changes maybe
- 17:39Speaker 1: the date. And I think this is more something to
- 17:43Speaker 1: watch than almost anything right now in the market, especially
- 17:45Speaker 1: around tokenized treasuries. So keep a very close eye on
- 17:49Speaker 1: how that's going to play out. Now, these are the
- 17:52Speaker 1: companies that are actually at least not opposing, but they
- 17:56Speaker 1: haven't just said, hey, yeah, we want to. But the
- 17:58Speaker 1: point is they have not objected or at least not yet.
- 18:01Speaker 1: And you've got Apple, Amazon, Tesla, Netflix, Palantir, a handful
- 18:06Speaker 1: of others, Coinbase, Obvious, Circle, Robinhood. And I think these
- 18:10Speaker 1: are companies out there that understand how this could benefit
- 18:13Speaker 1: their business. But more importantly, maybe it sets the rest
- 18:18Speaker 1: of these companies up to maybe change their mind. Now,
- 18:21Speaker 1: all of this is pending on two things. One, how
- 18:24Speaker 1: does the performance of tokenized treasuries work? in terms of
- 18:28Speaker 1: actually getting this done. If OKXI actually goes out and
- 18:32Speaker 1: succeeds with this, that will be a major bellwether. And
- 18:36Speaker 1: I think the other factor is just whether or not
- 18:37Speaker 1: the market itself starts to adjust and we see an
- 18:40Speaker 1: upward trend come off of what could be moving into
- 18:45Speaker 1: at least an upswing on the market in general. Speaking
- 18:49Speaker 1: of what's happening overseas, you've got HSBC's Hong Kong dollar
- 18:52Speaker 1: just launched the stablecoin RedCoin. It hits 50,000 users in
- 18:56Speaker 1: its first week. We reported this last week is that
- 18:58Speaker 1: Hong Kong is continuing to accelerate as is Asia, Japan,
- 19:02Speaker 1: and many others who are moving quickly into tokenized treasuries.
- 19:08Speaker 1: Stablecoins used as denominated assets for almost anything you want,
- 19:12Speaker 1: including integrating into a lot of commerce. So things are
- 19:16Speaker 1: changing in Asia while the U.S. is still very slow
- 19:19Speaker 1: to react with no real action coming off the Clarity
- 19:23Speaker 1: Act and now pushback from Wall Street. around tokenized treasuries.
- 19:28Speaker 1: South Korea is trading ONDO like the rest of the
- 19:30Speaker 1: world missed the memo. It's now 62.5 times its overseas
- 19:35Speaker 1: share on October 31st. This is the biggest gap among
- 19:39Speaker 1: 52 different tracked tokens out there. So again, South Korea,
- 19:43Speaker 1: another major mecca where we're starting to see activity. The
- 19:48Speaker 1: real question, I think, does Asian... is one I've asked
- 19:50Speaker 1: many times, does Asia become the crypto mecca of the
- 19:53Speaker 1: world going forward? Last up right here is going to
- 19:56Speaker 1: hit the market in a big way. One way or
- 19:59Speaker 1: the other, it could be that Anthropix Q3 revenue right now,
- 20:04Speaker 1: which has surged dramatically to nearly $ 17 billion from $ 1. 4
- 20:09Speaker 1: billion last year, and it's getting ready to hit the
- 20:12Speaker 1: open stock market. The real question will be, what is
- 20:15Speaker 1: the valuation of this company? Does it exceed the $ 1. 4
- 20:19Speaker 1: trillion that was targeted and start to exceed and accelerate?
- 20:23Speaker 1: Because if it goes above that, if we see a
- 20:24Speaker 1: $ 2 trillion or higher, that's a very, very bullish scenario
- 20:29Speaker 1: for the market in general. It means the AI trade
- 20:31Speaker 1: is backed If it sucks in underneath that, that's the
- 20:35Speaker 1: question that I think everybody's going to be asking, is
- 20:37Speaker 1: the AI trade finally over? We're going to be watching
- 20:40Speaker 1: this very closely, so stay tuned. If you like this video,
