- 1:50Speaker 4: National pie Day.
- 1:51Speaker 1: Oh yeah, how's your.
- 1:54Speaker 3: National king Day?
- 1:56Speaker 4: And today this day and history menace.
- 1:58Speaker 3: Yes, it was today and twenty thirteen, great year that
- 2:03Speaker 3: the US Armed Forces lifted the ban on women serving
- 2:06Speaker 3: in combat. Now, uh we We've mentioned something similar before
- 2:11Speaker 3: when we were talking about like how some of our
- 2:14Speaker 3: friends in the gay community were not psyched when they
- 2:17Speaker 3: legalized gay marriage, like damn it, because that that that
- 2:21Speaker 3: they were using that to not get married. They were
- 2:24Speaker 3: using that same hand.
- 2:26Speaker 1: You know, I love you, but we can't.
- 2:28Speaker 4: We can't.
- 2:28Speaker 3: It's just how the laws are. And you know, women
- 2:30Speaker 3: were like, cool, I don't have to go into combat.
- 2:32Speaker 3: I know I would love to. I would be the
- 2:35Speaker 3: first one out there. And then all of a sudden
- 2:37Speaker 3: like okay, well.
- 2:37Speaker 4: We left it.
- 2:37Speaker 1: Oh damn it, I don't want to.
- 2:40Speaker 4: Like dude, sometimes things just work in your favor.
- 2:42Speaker 5: Yeah, some.
- 2:45Speaker 3: Do, some do, but in general it's like, you know, no,
- 2:49Speaker 3: thank you, I want to be better to not.
- 2:51Speaker 1: What was that one chick that's super famous with the
- 2:54Speaker 1: sword Jane No.
- 2:57Speaker 3: Shira wonder Woman.
- 3:00Speaker 1: John Yeah, I have no idea, yep.
- 3:04Speaker 3: Die Like fourteen, we saw the tie going into the
- 3:07Speaker 3: AFC NFC championship games this weekend between dumbass Tyler and
- 3:12Speaker 3: Gina who knows nothing about sports. Tyler who claims to
- 3:15Speaker 3: know everything about sports.
- 3:15Speaker 1: I can't break five hundred.
- 3:17Speaker 3: So yeah, we'll see, right, So we'll see if we
- 3:20Speaker 3: can get maybe a winner with the championship weekend. Unfortunately,
- 3:24Speaker 3: Greg's forty nine ers they are They are not in
- 3:27Speaker 3: the NFC Championship game, but they are in the news. Greg,
- 3:30Speaker 3: and I don't know if you'd seen anything about this.
- 3:32Speaker 1: Probably not.
- 3:33Speaker 3: I'd heard about this a few weeks ago, and now
- 3:35Speaker 3: I guess the league is actually investigating it. With all
- 3:41Speaker 3: the injuries of the Niners seem to have all season, right,
- 3:44Speaker 3: so people chalked out to bad luck. But there's one
- 3:47Speaker 3: theory out there that's picked up some steam, and users
- 3:50Speaker 3: had pointed out that there's this electrical substation by the
- 3:54Speaker 3: team's practice facility and their stadium.
- 3:56Speaker 6: I only heard about the substation. I didn't know it
- 3:59Speaker 6: was tied to that.
- 4:00Speaker 3: That may be the reason why the team is constantly
- 4:03Speaker 3: hurt because of exposure to electro motive force.
- 4:07Speaker 1: Electromotive force MS five G.
- 4:10Speaker 4: Is that what that is?
- 4:11Speaker 7: I mean, if they're if their bodies are full of
- 4:14Speaker 7: like magnets, I suppose there couldn't be.
- 4:17Speaker 3: Uh, so you know it's like, I guess, is it
- 4:19Speaker 3: kind of the same thing? And like people talking about
- 4:21Speaker 3: like you don't want to buy a house near a
- 4:22Speaker 3: high tension power lines is a old wives tangle, which
- 4:25Speaker 3: is true, like all gives you cancer? Wouldn't there be
- 4:28Speaker 3: an abnormal number of people who work on these lines? Yeah,
- 4:32Speaker 3: like with cancer, cancer cluster stories were all wrong.
- 4:34Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 4:35Speaker 3: Anyway, experts shot down the theory, saying it's nonsense. But
- 4:38Speaker 3: now the forty nine ers themselves are not ruling anything out.
- 4:40Speaker 3: They announced that they are going to investigate, Yes, the
- 4:43Speaker 3: EMF theory there it is, General manager of the Niners
- 4:46Speaker 3: John Lynch, saying that even though the theory has been debunked,
- 4:49Speaker 3: the team has been reaching out to anyone and everyone
- 4:52Speaker 3: to see if a study does exist that could prove
- 4:55Speaker 3: the theory is correct.
- 4:56Speaker 1: Yeah, so they can finally move their stadium because they've
- 4:59Speaker 1: made a horrible decision.
- 5:00Speaker 7: Yeah, just in case it's a Santa Clara is nowhere
- 5:03Speaker 7: near downtown.
- 5:04Speaker 4: No no, no, no, it's super far away, not.
- 5:07Speaker 1: That you want to be in downtown San Francisco.
- 5:09Speaker 3: But still now, he added, that a lot of games
- 5:11Speaker 3: have been won at the stadium ever since it opened.
- 5:13Speaker 3: But they're not going to turn a blind eye to
- 5:15Speaker 3: this conspiracy. Okay, they're gonna they're going to examine everything.
- 5:19Speaker 1: Not only is the location terrible, it just sucks in general.
- 5:22Speaker 1: It's the worst stadium that I ever went to. And
- 5:24Speaker 1: it's like obviously one of the newer ones.
- 5:27Speaker 3: A goofy lopsided or something.
- 5:30Speaker 1: Yeah, it's the worst. Really.
- 5:33Speaker 6: Yeah, I haven't even been what I had not been.
- 5:38Speaker 6: I haven't been to an NFL game in god, what
- 5:42Speaker 6: was the last Okay, see, this is another piece of evidence.
- 5:45Speaker 6: I think they haven't been in the.
- 5:48Speaker 3: Supporting supporting my feeling that this is not going to
- 5:50Speaker 3: be difficult for Great to quote care less about football, Yeah,
- 5:54Speaker 3: because I don't go to games. You don't go to games,
- 5:56Speaker 3: like they're like, you don't ever I'll ever hear you
- 5:58Speaker 3: talking about the games or like in other words, it's
- 6:02Speaker 3: not Uh, it's not something I ever hear you talk about.
- 6:05Speaker 3: Like you're not going to games.
- 6:06Speaker 8: You're not he's watching them though you're watching your team
- 6:09Speaker 8: every Sunday.
- 6:10Speaker 6: I'm trying, but now I'm legit trying to remember the
- 6:12Speaker 6: last game I went to God, I don't know.
- 6:16Speaker 1: It has to be at their old stadium, and it's
- 6:18Speaker 1: so pricey and Greg's so cheap, so there's no way
- 6:20Speaker 1: that's happening. This is getting free ticket.
- 6:21Speaker 3: It is the one time he did go to the game.
- 6:23Speaker 3: And uh, somebody sent me a picture of Greg at
- 6:26Speaker 3: the game and he's like drinking wine. I didn't go
- 6:30Speaker 3: to that game. There are other people from the show
- 6:32Speaker 3: that went, but yeah, I didn't go.
- 6:34Speaker 4: But I'm like wine a football game, wine anywhere, wine
- 6:38Speaker 4: at a funeral, birthday party, absolutely anyway. So they're looking
- 6:44Speaker 4: into it.
- 6:45Speaker 1: That's so dumb, so dumb.
- 6:47Speaker 4: And again, okay, so say that's true. What happens do
- 6:50Speaker 4: they do they do they.
- 6:51Speaker 3: Move the substation or do they or do the Niners
- 6:53Speaker 3: move demolish stadium. It's probably cheaper to move the substation,
- 6:56Speaker 3: I would think. By the way, the substation on Google
- 6:59Speaker 3: Reviews has one star.
- 7:00Speaker 1: No move the stadium.
- 7:02Speaker 3: Eight seven seven forty four. Woodie Friday check ins on

- 8:27Speaker 3: Snow White and War of the Worlds. They lead everybody
- 8:31Speaker 3: six nominations. I didn't even think they were still doing
- 8:33Speaker 3: the Razzies.
- 8:34Speaker 5: It's fun.
- 8:35Speaker 3: I kind of felt like that was like a like
- 8:36Speaker 3: a nineties nineties early two thousands.
- 8:39Speaker 1: People kind of got over the kitch element of it
- 8:41Speaker 1: is what I thought too.
- 8:41Speaker 5: Like Sandra Bulleck would win for speed and stuff like that.
- 8:45Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 8:45Speaker 3: Anyway, so, yeah, snow White, which I didn't see, no,
- 8:48Speaker 3: I remember people bitching about it.
- 8:49Speaker 1: Yeah, and then War of the Worlds. Yeah is that
- 8:53Speaker 1: the ice Cube one?
- 8:54Speaker 4: Oh yeah?
- 8:55Speaker 1: Yeah, right now one?
- 8:56Speaker 5: And the bad four percent rotten getting up there?
- 9:02Speaker 3: Yeah, didn't they with the other War of the World
- 9:04Speaker 3: didn't They was Steven Spielberg who did one tom Cruise.
- 9:07Speaker 4: Yeah, okay, I was just saying that it was a
- 9:09Speaker 4: long time agot already.
- 9:11Speaker 1: Uh yeah.
- 9:11Speaker 3: So they were joined by the Electric State, Hurry Up Tomorrow,
- 9:15Speaker 3: Star Trek Section thirty one. Those are all for the
- 9:18Speaker 3: Worst Picture of Worst Actor Award.
- 9:22Speaker 4: The nominees were a Dave.
- 9:23Speaker 3: Dave Bautista for In the Lost Lands, Jared Leto for
- 9:27Speaker 3: tron Ares ice Cube for War of the World, Scott
- 9:31Speaker 3: Eastwood for Alarum. Sure, yeah, am, I'm not I've not
- 9:38Speaker 3: heard of that movie, and The Weekend for Hurry Up Tomorrow.
- 9:42Speaker 3: Worst Actress Award nominees were Ariana Debos for Love Hurts,
- 9:47Speaker 3: Milo Djokovic for In the Lost Lands, Natalie Portman for
- 9:51Speaker 3: Fountain of Youth. I don't know any but this seems
- 9:53Speaker 3: like one maybe that you would have seen. Greg Rebel
- 9:55Speaker 3: Wilson for Brideheart. I watched the trailer, but I have yet.
- 9:59Speaker 4: That seems like would be a.
- 10:00Speaker 1: Great su Wait, Love Hurts? Which category?
- 10:03Speaker 4: Do you go? Love Hurts? This is for Worst Actress Award?
- 10:08Speaker 1: Oh? Really? I love that movie?
- 10:10Speaker 3: Well, I guess you were the leaders.
- 10:12Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 10:13Speaker 3: Find all the nominees online. The newest deductees in the
- 10:17Speaker 3: twenty twenty six Songwriters Hall of Fame were announced Gene
- 10:20Speaker 3: Simmons and Paul Stanley of Kiss Really, Atlantis, Moore Set Yeah,
- 10:24Speaker 3: Sammy Big Fan, Kenny mother f and Loggins.
- 10:27Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 10:27Speaker 3: They all made the list, but they're all gonna be
- 10:29Speaker 3: joined by the headliner this year's class Taylor Swift, you guys,
- 10:32Speaker 3: who had thirty six, becomes the second youngest living inductee,
- 10:36Speaker 3: only behind Stevie Wonder, who I guess was thirty two
- 10:39Speaker 3: when he got inducted. Now, to get into the Hall
- 10:41Speaker 3: of Songwriters, first commercial release song needs to be at
- 10:44Speaker 3: least twenty years old. And Taylor Swift's first hit, which
- 10:47Speaker 3: is called Tim McGraw.
- 10:48Speaker 5: Yes, I love that song.
- 10:50Speaker 8: Never heard of that, so it was because she started
- 10:52Speaker 8: out on country, so that was on country radio.
- 10:55Speaker 4: Anyway, So that's twenty years old. I guess this year eligible.
- 10:59Speaker 3: When we told told you and we talked about you know,
- 11:01Speaker 3: William Shatner was eating a bowl of cereal while driving.
- 11:05Speaker 3: It's another one of those we've been had because it
- 11:07Speaker 3: was all part of a Kellogg super Bowl commercial. Talk
- 11:14Speaker 3: about talk about something that used to be a lot
- 11:16Speaker 3: of fun, used to be really cool, like you would
- 11:18Speaker 3: watch the super Bowl and then but now it's like
- 11:20Speaker 3: when you watch the super Bowl, they've already been released online,
- 11:23Speaker 3: but it takes all the fun and excitement.
- 11:25Speaker 1: So I still get surprised.
- 11:26Speaker 3: But see everybody, and I don't necessarily care about spoilers
- 11:29Speaker 3: per se, but man, people get really upset and been
- 11:32Speaker 3: out of shape about oh, don't spoil it. See that
- 11:36Speaker 3: was the thing with the super Bowl you looked forward to.
- 11:39Speaker 3: It's the one time you looked forward to commercials, Jim.
- 11:42Speaker 6: Is something I've always thought and I've never vocalized it,
- 11:45Speaker 6: but I I think if you get excited about commercials
- 11:48Speaker 6: in the super Bowl, I think that's pretty gay.
- 11:51Speaker 4: I think it's gay.
- 11:51Speaker 6: Yes, because and here's my theory, because super Bowl is
- 11:58Speaker 6: something that are typically most men look forward to, and
- 12:02Speaker 6: most men watch the wives and the girlfriends would watch
- 12:05Speaker 6: it with them. Why because I like watching the commercials.
- 12:08Speaker 6: You know what, if you're a dude and you're excited
- 12:10Speaker 6: about the commercials.
- 12:11Speaker 3: Kind of get you know, if you're only excited about
- 12:13Speaker 3: the commercials, I think it's an added element to the
- 12:15Speaker 3: super Bowl because it just makes it a more complete thing.
- 12:17Speaker 1: Right.
- 12:18Speaker 3: So, uh, you have the game itself, which, of course,
- 12:21Speaker 3: like I care about the game more, yeah, you know,
- 12:25Speaker 3: but the pure spectacle of it. But because everybody seems
- 12:28Speaker 3: to really put their best foot forward, probably just because
- 12:31Speaker 3: of the cost, right, and then there was always like
- 12:34Speaker 3: some you know thing or surprise where people are be
- 12:36Speaker 3: talking about it like it was it was an added
- 12:40Speaker 3: element to something.
- 12:42Speaker 6: You were all these high production value things that now
- 12:46Speaker 6: I think are they're never that great anymore.
- 12:49Speaker 1: Whether you're spoiled or not.
- 12:50Speaker 3: I will see it's gay if you're only too for
- 12:54Speaker 3: their commercials.
- 12:55Speaker 6: Right right, It's it's kind of like being excited about
- 12:57Speaker 6: the puppy bowl.
- 13:00Speaker 4: That's like, yeah, And by the way, Greg's allowed to say.
- 13:05Speaker 1: That, I'm allowed to say that.
- 13:07Speaker 4: He knows.
- 13:07Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 13:08Speaker 3: Oh, congratulations to uh Vanna White.
- 13:10Speaker 4: By the way, you.
- 13:10Speaker 1: Got she she's wondering why she's.
- 13:13Speaker 3: Been with this dude for more than twelve years and
- 13:15Speaker 3: she finally made it official and got married. But at
- 13:17Speaker 3: that point, like why bother?
- 13:18Speaker 1: That's what I was thinking.
- 13:19Speaker 5: Is this like an inheritance thing?
- 13:21Speaker 1: Or I don't know.
- 13:22Speaker 4: I think I told you like my wife and I
- 13:24Speaker 4: sat next to her on a plane.
- 13:26Speaker 1: Oh yeah, and you said she was super nice.
- 13:27Speaker 4: She was so nice. She was so sweet. And then
- 13:31Speaker 4: when we got to Vegas, like she hung out there
- 13:34Speaker 4: and was like just sitting there chatting as if like,
- 13:36Speaker 4: you know, we didn't want to bother, you know, but
- 13:39Speaker 4: she was just so she was so sweet, sweet as.
- 13:41Speaker 5: The words, A super nice yarn.
- 13:45Speaker 1: That's right, she's a yarn.
- 13:47Speaker 8: Gamea's Choice Lion brand about this.
- 13:50Speaker 1: She created it herself probably.
- 13:52Speaker 3: She said one of the things she likes to do
- 13:53Speaker 3: when she's in Vegas is just kind of walk up
- 13:56Speaker 3: behind somebody who's playing a Wheel of Fortune slot machine,
- 13:59Speaker 3: that would be, and put put her hand on their
- 14:01Speaker 3: should and go good luck.
- 14:04Speaker 4: Turn around.
- 14:05Speaker 3: It's Vana White, that would.
- 14:08Speaker 4: That's pretty cool.
- 14:09Speaker 1: Oh, I don't know that song locked in the Closet
- 14:11Speaker 1: with Vana White?
- 14:12Speaker 3: Locked in a closet with that song?
- 14:15Speaker 1: Yeah, that's a lyric.
- 14:16Speaker 3: Oh, it's a lyric.
- 14:17Speaker 1: Uh machine gun?
- 14:20Speaker 8: Yeah, mar Kelly, Well, Nelly has this mentioned Vana White
- 14:23Speaker 8: in his song. That's not the line. Nelly is first
- 14:28Speaker 8: class and next to Vana White.
- 14:29Speaker 4: But what's the song menace?
- 14:31Speaker 1: It's weird? Al Yankovic, Oh, I would have never I thought,
- 14:35Speaker 1: what's the song stuck in in Closet with? All Right?
- 14:40Speaker 3: Well, somebody textas asking, Hey, did you guys see or
- 14:44Speaker 3: get a chance to check out the trailer for the
- 14:46Speaker 3: new he Man movie Masters of the Universe, which I
- 14:49Speaker 3: meant to because I liked he Man. Back when I
- 14:53Speaker 3: was a kid, we had Castle Gray Skull. Yeah, that's
- 14:55Speaker 3: the thing. Like my lesbian sister and I we had
- 14:57Speaker 3: all the he Man stuff. We should have know she'd
- 15:02Speaker 3: want Shira. What was the cat thunder Cat? That's the
- 15:07Speaker 3: whole thing is let me think that floated around what
- 15:12Speaker 3: was it called battle Cat?
- 15:13Speaker 4: Battle Cat, That's what it was. Battle Can Who is
- 15:16Speaker 4: the bad guy? Skeleton?
- 15:18Speaker 9: Thank you?
- 15:19Speaker 10: When we had Castle Gray school and I always had
- 15:20Speaker 10: to be Skeletor because I didn't get to.
- 15:22Speaker 4: Remember the little ghost guy? What was the little ghost guy?
- 15:24Speaker 1: I'm thinking, wasn't it forgetting his name?
- 15:26Speaker 4: Kind of looked like what were the like, not the
- 15:29Speaker 4: not the sand people, but he looked.
- 15:31Speaker 3: Like a Java.
- 15:32Speaker 4: He was a little wizard guy orco orco.
- 15:37Speaker 1: Or orco.
- 15:39Speaker 3: Yeah, but this is a live action movie. It's gonna
- 15:43Speaker 3: be in theaters on June fifth. I haven't, uh, I haven't.
- 15:46Speaker 3: I haven't watched the trailer yet. Sorry.
- 15:49Speaker 1: Looks like every other superhero movie, does it. I mean,
- 15:52Speaker 1: it's like sour or whatever.
- 15:53Speaker 3: It's to be like maybe a little bit more like
- 15:54Speaker 3: kind of campy and fun as opposed to, you know,
- 15:57Speaker 3: taking it self serious.
- 15:59Speaker 7: Have something that like the Thorn movies doom. But you
- 16:02Speaker 7: can always go back and watch the Dolph Lone conversion.
- 16:04Speaker 4: Yeah, all right, well let's see what else we got
- 16:06Speaker 4: going on, Greg Glory, you.
- 16:09Speaker 1: Got for us?
- 16:10Speaker 3: Well, you know, I like old people news. So there's
- 16:14Speaker 3: a news for old news.
- 16:17Speaker 4: About sometimes Greg. He says that, but it's really news.
- 16:20Speaker 1: For old people lines.
- 16:22Speaker 6: Okay, all right, Well this is news about an old person,
- 16:25Speaker 6: mel Brooks, who fan rules ninety nine years old. So
- 16:29Speaker 6: there's this new documentary about him, and it's called mel
- 16:32Speaker 6: Brooks the ninety nine year Old Man. And he talks
- 16:35Speaker 6: about how he lived to become ninety nine, and he
- 16:37Speaker 6: said it's one thing.
- 16:39Speaker 1: Laughter.
- 16:39Speaker 6: He laughed a lot with his friends, so I thought
- 16:41Speaker 6: that was cool. His best friend was Carl Reiner. He
- 16:45Speaker 6: lived to be like one thousand.
- 16:47Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 16:48Speaker 6: And then so he says that laughter is amazing and
- 16:51Speaker 6: hearing people laugh at something you created is what keeps
- 16:53Speaker 6: him alive. And I didn't know this about mel Brooks.
- 16:56Speaker 6: He is an egot winner.
- 16:58Speaker 4: Oh no, oh yeah, what does that mean again?
- 17:01Speaker 5: It's uh, Grammy, Tony and.
- 17:06Speaker 6: Emmy, Oh okay, emmy Grammy. I thought it was a
- 17:09Speaker 6: bet award and then behind just a ton of legendary movies.
- 17:14Speaker 6: So of awards, the Oscars this year adding a new category,
- 17:19Speaker 6: and that would be achievement in casting.
- 17:22Speaker 5: You know that's good because if you have bad casting,
- 17:25Speaker 5: the movie's gonna blow.
- 17:26Speaker 6: And then in twenty twenty eight they're adding a new category,
- 17:30Speaker 6: Stunt Design. And the reason it's noteworthy is because since
- 17:34Speaker 6: nineteen forty nine they only added two new categories, so
- 17:37Speaker 6: now they've gotten two new coming up. Those two latest
- 17:40Speaker 6: ones were Makeup and Hairstyling, which was in nineteen eighty two,
- 17:43Speaker 6: and Animated Feature in two thousand two.
- 17:46Speaker 5: And next year there'll be eighty seven nominees for.
- 17:49Speaker 4: Best Pictures That Changed Too.
- 17:52Speaker 3: Little note on the mel Brooks documentary The ninety nine
- 17:54Speaker 3: year Old Man that Greg was just talking about. It's
- 17:57Speaker 3: in two parts. First part was last night and then
- 18:00Speaker 3: the other one is tonight, and it includes interviews with
- 18:04Speaker 3: David Lynch and Rob Reiner. Cool so timely interviews from beyond.
- 18:12Speaker 4: Menace.
- 18:12Speaker 1: What you got? Well, have you guys been following the
- 18:15Speaker 1: Glambot drama that's been happening in the past couple of days.
- 18:20Speaker 1: Clambot so Glambot aka slave Bot. It's on the red carpet.
- 18:24Speaker 1: It's this special camera that does like slow mo where
- 18:28Speaker 1: all the women they're in their dresses and they spin
- 18:30Speaker 1: around and it's a yeah spinning basically yeah, and it's
- 18:35Speaker 1: it's been popular for a number of years. But the
- 18:37Speaker 1: guy that helps run this special camera, he always posts
- 18:42Speaker 1: his interactions with stars on social media, and the latest
- 18:46Speaker 1: one was with Jennifer Lopez and he boasted that one,
- 18:51Speaker 1: and it didn't go over very well because Jennifer Lopez
- 18:54Speaker 1: basically said nothing to this guy. And usually all the
- 18:56Speaker 1: interactions are like back and forth, very nice, ye people,
- 19:03Speaker 1: She's usually so cool.
- 19:04Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 19:04Speaker 1: People start going crazy saying j Lo's a biac whatever,
- 19:07Speaker 1: blah blah blah. Right, everybody has that story. Okay, so
- 19:10Speaker 1: that starts taking off, but then a couple of days later,
- 19:13Speaker 1: like not so fast. The Glambot guy, they allegedly he's
- 19:17Speaker 1: not so nice himself, and all these emails start getting
- 19:20Speaker 1: leaked out about his interactions with people asking to rent
- 19:24Speaker 1: the Lambot for like a wedding and like venues and
- 19:27Speaker 1: stuff like that, and these interactions, if they're true, they
- 19:30Speaker 1: are pretty douchey, right.
- 19:31Speaker 5: Well, I don't think so.
- 19:32Speaker 12: Uh.
- 19:33Speaker 1: Well, he's basically like they're just asking him straight up
- 19:35Speaker 1: for what the price is for the rentless camera, and
- 19:38Speaker 1: he's like the interactions look like basically don't even ask,
- 19:42Speaker 1: you can't even afford it.
- 19:43Speaker 10: Well he's been They're saying like, hey, can we write
- 19:46Speaker 10: you for my wedding? And he's like, okay, Just so
- 19:48Speaker 10: you know, this is a you know, super special, you know,
- 19:51Speaker 10: crazy camera. It requires a whole team. It's a it's
- 19:54Speaker 10: not a cheap thing that sounds like something you're interested in.
- 19:56Speaker 1: Let me know, yeah photo booth. So the interactions that
- 19:59Speaker 1: got leaked, the person keeps on saying yes, okay, cool.
- 20:02Speaker 1: You know the person asking is a multi millionaire that
- 20:07Speaker 1: can't afford it. But anyway, so they're going back and
- 20:09Speaker 1: forth and a lot of other people are coming out
- 20:11Speaker 1: saying like this guy's not that great or whatever.
- 20:14Speaker 13: So but the uh.
- 20:18Speaker 4: Dude's not cool?
- 20:19Speaker 1: Yeah, I know you know what I mean. So so
- 20:23Speaker 1: well here's the thing. The conspiracy theory is, wait a minute,
- 20:28Speaker 1: this guy burned j Lo. So j Loo's camp is
- 20:31Speaker 1: coming back and having all this stuff come out about
- 20:34Speaker 1: the blambot guy that he's a.
- 20:35Speaker 4: Dude dude for a guy who doesn't like drama.
- 20:38Speaker 3: I figured this out because like, you love all this
- 20:40Speaker 3: reality show stuff, but the reality show stuff you like
- 20:42Speaker 3: is this stuff that includes a lot of drama and
- 20:44Speaker 3: a lot of like people going after each other.
- 20:46Speaker 4: So it's like, you like drama, just not what it
- 20:49Speaker 4: involves you.
- 20:51Speaker 1: I like to figure out. I like listening to all
- 20:54Speaker 1: the size of all the stories.
- 20:55Speaker 3: Yeah, he's an investigator, like a Wendy Williams type drama.
- 20:58Speaker 3: You like all that kind of like how she wants
- 21:00Speaker 3: to she.
- 21:01Speaker 4: Wants to the t.
- 21:03Speaker 5: Yeah, spill the T.
- 21:04Speaker 1: I'm not like, I don't like take sides on anything.
- 21:09Speaker 12: I know.
- 21:09Speaker 1: I just like hearing all the different size and all
- 21:12Speaker 1: the different angles. That's why I like the conspiracy theory stuff.
- 21:15Speaker 3: Yeah, all that.
- 21:16Speaker 1: But you know, so I'm not sticking up for a
- 21:18Speaker 1: glamdbot guy and saying, like always a great guy, say
- 21:21Speaker 1: he's a woman.
- 21:22Speaker 3: No, no, because Menace has been very much on record, like, dude,
- 21:26Speaker 3: he hates strip I hate. But like whenever he talks
- 21:28Speaker 3: about the stuff that he's getting into or the stuff
- 21:30Speaker 3: that's like hitting his radar and that he's following along,
- 21:32Speaker 3: he's following along with beef between j Loo and the
- 21:35Speaker 3: guy runs a.
- 21:35Speaker 1: Camera you can starting around three thousand dollars. Yeah, but
- 21:43Speaker 1: not this special glambot.
- 21:44Speaker 3: I watched I heard a clip from Big the movie
- 21:49Speaker 3: Big with Tom Hanks, and I'm like, oh, I haven't
- 21:51Speaker 3: watched that movie in a long time. So I went
- 21:53Speaker 3: back and I watched Big and it's fun. And I go,
- 21:55Speaker 3: wait a minute, because remember they were trying to find
- 21:57Speaker 3: the Zoltar Michelle. Yeah, And so it got me, bude,
- 22:00Speaker 3: can you rent like old like stand up arcade games
- 22:04Speaker 3: because remember And so I found a place that does,
- 22:07Speaker 3: and I'm like, would be so cool to have like
- 22:09Speaker 3: the Pole Position game.
- 22:10Speaker 4: I love that game.
- 22:11Speaker 3: That's like one of my favorite arcade games. So I
- 22:14Speaker 3: found a place that has Pole Position and you can
- 22:16Speaker 3: rent it. Ah rip, it's two hundred and thirty dollars
- 22:19Speaker 3: a day.
- 22:20Speaker 5: What you gotta do it?
- 22:22Speaker 4: Like?
- 22:22Speaker 12: What do it?
- 22:23Speaker 3: I wonder how much it is to buy one? Could
- 22:26Speaker 3: you find one?
- 22:27Speaker 10: There's this awesome arcade in Minnesota. We went to called
- 22:29Speaker 10: can Can Wonderland and it's a giant arcade and it's
- 22:33Speaker 10: only vintage eighties.
- 22:35Speaker 4: Oh that's cool.
- 22:36Speaker 5: You would have loved it.
- 22:37Speaker 6: Yeah, one of those places where you pay to get
- 22:39Speaker 6: in and then the games are exactly cool.
- 22:42Speaker 1: Love that. I know where there is a Zultar machine.
- 22:44Speaker 1: By the way, I don't know who owns it, but
- 22:46Speaker 1: if you ever go to Crypto Arena, if you look
- 22:49Speaker 1: into the VIP suites, somebody has a VIP in the
- 22:53Speaker 1: has a zultarchol in their suite.
- 22:56Speaker 3: Yeah, I think it'd be coold like whatever that game
- 22:58Speaker 3: would be for you. Like for me, I just loved
- 22:59Speaker 3: just member going to the arcade. I would dump just
- 23:01Speaker 3: dumb quarters into that pole position. Yeah, it was britt
- 23:07Speaker 3: Gina grad what you got.
- 23:08Speaker 10: Well, Billy McFarland's back in the news with another stupid idea,
- 23:12Speaker 10: So you fire festival. He's saying he's gonna jet ski
- 23:16Speaker 10: fifteen hundred miles from an island near Honduras to Venezuela
- 23:21Speaker 10: and let people live stream the whole thing.
- 23:22Speaker 3: Every time his name comes up, I immediately get him
- 23:25Speaker 3: confused with Seth McFarlane.
- 23:26Speaker 5: I mean that's understanding.
- 23:27Speaker 3: So I think, oh, the family guy, dude. And then
- 23:29Speaker 3: you hear like, oh, we once jet skid. I'm like,
- 23:31Speaker 3: wait a minit, No, that's the different guys, the.
- 23:32Speaker 4: Other guy exactly.
- 23:33Speaker 10: And he told page six, I expect to be the
- 23:35Speaker 10: first American to arrive since capturing Maduro. And he adds
- 23:39Speaker 10: that he will be supported by a boat nearby because
- 23:41Speaker 10: he's going to sleep on land every night everyone, and
- 23:44Speaker 10: he hopes that eventually throwing an event in Venezuela will
- 23:47Speaker 10: be the you know, the promotion for this for his
- 23:50Speaker 10: new company, right, so everybody get on board with that
- 23:53Speaker 10: live stream. Oh and sorry, he he he needs this
- 23:56Speaker 10: money to pay restitution for fire Festival.
- 23:59Speaker 3: I've only seen some pieces of interviews with that dude,
- 24:03Speaker 3: and it's amazing to me that anybody ever gave him money.
- 24:06Speaker 4: Ever.
- 24:07Speaker 1: Well, his initial idea, I say again, was pretty good.
- 24:11Speaker 1: That but he just comes like he comes off so
- 24:14Speaker 1: doky and stuff.
- 24:15Speaker 4: Dorky do she like? And people said, oh, yeah, how much?
- 24:19Speaker 3: Yeah, you don't handle the right Yeah, like the fact
- 24:23Speaker 3: that he he must be really slick. I mean obviously
- 24:25Speaker 3: never been in a pitch meeting with him, and he
- 24:27Speaker 3: was trying to get something out of you, but as
- 24:30Speaker 3: he was all in on this, yeah, dude, it's just like, dude,
- 24:32Speaker 3: how did anybody? How did he get any money from anybody?
- 24:34Speaker 3: That's the question for your birthdays?
- 24:43Speaker 1: Were she was like, and you know you don't do.
- 24:48Speaker 4: So here's a question. Why was she a Tiffany amber Theson?
- 24:51Speaker 4: And then why is she just now Tiffany Theson with
- 24:54Speaker 4: somebody why that name.
- 24:57Speaker 1: Yeah, that's usually why when you're early in the.
- 25:01Speaker 8: In the union for the lost.
- 25:03Speaker 4: Time the other way around though, Yeah, for the longest time,
- 25:05Speaker 4: was she Tiffany Amber Theeson was?
- 25:07Speaker 1: Yeah, was the same thing with Michael J. Fox and yea, yeah,
- 25:11Speaker 1: but Michael J.
- 25:11Speaker 3: Fix like he he added the J I believe or
- 25:14Speaker 3: he did something because there was already a Michael Fox.
- 25:17Speaker 3: So yeah, Michael J. But she took out Amber.
- 25:21Speaker 8: But it could just be that now she doesn't need
- 25:23Speaker 8: it like that person drop Billing would still be Tiffany Ambertheeson.
- 25:27Speaker 3: Anyway, saved by the bell. Beverly Hills nine O two one. Oh,
- 25:29Speaker 3: she's fifty two today. Mariska Hartique Artak how do you TARGETA?
- 25:37Speaker 3: From Law and Order SVU is sixty two. Tito Ortiz,
- 25:41Speaker 3: the Mixed Martial Artist UFC Hall of Famer is fifty one.
- 25:44Speaker 3: Richard Dean Anderson, the original mcguiver is seventy six. Julia Jones,
- 25:49Speaker 3: who is Lead clear Water in the Twilight Movies, is
- 25:51Speaker 3: forty five. You got Robin Zander from Cheap Trick who's
- 25:55Speaker 3: seventy three, and Chelsea Sully Sullenberger who saved.
- 25:59Speaker 4: All those people.
- 26:00Speaker 3: The emergency landing on the Hudson River back in two
- 26:02Speaker 3: thousand and nine, all of a biography when his plane
- 26:05Speaker 3: hit that flock. Speaking of Tom Hanks, Tom Hanks played
- 26:07Speaker 3: him in that movie Sally. Yeah, he's seventy five years
- 26:10Speaker 3: old today. And then your partner birthday today is Princess Donna. Oh,
- 26:16Speaker 3: and today's birthday.
- 26:17Speaker 4: Girl.
- 26:17Speaker 3: She has sat on more faces than a parasan glasses
- 26:20Speaker 3: five hundred and seventy two fine films, including Demon Seamen.
- 26:26Speaker 3: She was an expert guide to the g Spot. Also
- 26:29Speaker 3: Bitchcraft Volume one. She was in Big Trade, Destroys All
- 26:33Speaker 3: My Holes. Oh, how about See six Girl, Massive Orgy
- 26:38Speaker 3: from Hell. Yeah yeah, and then who could forget her
- 26:40Speaker 3: unforgettable role in princessco.
- 26:42Speaker 12: Peepee and Her Panties, My Children, princessco Peepee and her pantings,
- 26:50Speaker 12: A Princess Donna, who's forty four years old today.
- 26:53Speaker 3: And that's your Parno birthday, your celebrity birthdays and a Friday.
- 26:56Speaker 3: Look what's happening around the world of entertainment.
- 26:59Speaker 12: This is what you.
- 27:04Speaker 4: Were talking about the the mel Brooks documentary The ninety
- 27:07Speaker 4: nine year Old Man, talking about like how they get
- 27:09Speaker 4: to be.
- 27:09Speaker 3: Ninety nine, right, Yeah, how you live that long?
- 27:12Speaker 4: Yeah, he laughed. There's a new study from Harvard.
- 27:18Speaker 3: I've been there, and they say that the secret to
- 27:21Speaker 3: longevity Gray, Yes, and this is what I've been saying
- 27:25Speaker 3: for years. No one ever wants to listen to me.
- 27:27Speaker 3: But it's having variety in your exercise, dude, medicine. I've
- 27:33Speaker 3: been preaching this true. I mean, that's how we stay And.
- 27:37Speaker 1: He's still a point where it's annoying.
- 27:39Speaker 14: I know.
- 27:42Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 27:43Speaker 3: Yeah, mixing up the types of exercise you do maybe
- 27:46Speaker 3: just as important as how much you work out. So
- 27:49Speaker 3: they followed more than one hundred and eleven thousand adults
- 27:52Speaker 3: over the age of thirty. They found that those who
- 27:53Speaker 3: did the widest varieties of activities from you know, walking,
- 27:56Speaker 3: the weightlifting, the gardening, had a nineteen percent lower risk
- 27:59Speaker 3: of dying early.
- 28:01Speaker 5: Damn.
- 28:01Speaker 3: But isn't that just staying active general, and it keeps
- 28:04Speaker 3: you active because you're doing different things and maybe not
- 28:06Speaker 3: getting bored and burnt.
- 28:07Speaker 4: Out, right, people who go up the stairs.
- 28:10Speaker 3: Yeah, and this is hey, through activity, Hey, workout health
- 28:14Speaker 3: nut people, this is where you become real annoying, right,
- 28:17Speaker 3: because someone who's just say walking or just making it
- 28:20Speaker 3: a point to just move.
- 28:22Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 28:23Speaker 4: Not not good enough. It's never good. Whatever you're doing,
- 28:26Speaker 4: it's wrong. It's fine, not great.

- 29:21Speaker 3: Were talking about uh, the chick who wrote the Little
- 29:24Speaker 3: Doctor Pepper thing for two days yes, and then and
- 29:27Speaker 3: then Gina was telling us a little bit more about it.
- 29:32Speaker 4: And did they give her anything for that?
- 29:37Speaker 9: Oh?
- 29:37Speaker 1: I'm sure they have to on her post. All these
- 29:40Speaker 1: other brands jumped in like Buffalo Wild Wings and Denny's
- 29:43Speaker 1: are like, we're gonna need one of these.
- 29:46Speaker 10: I was, I was ahead of my time because when
- 29:48Speaker 10: I was in fourth grade, I made up a jingle
- 29:50Speaker 10: for KFC and there was no one to tell.
- 29:52Speaker 4: Back how to go.
- 29:54Speaker 10: You remember, Yeah, Oh, I like that Kentucky Fried Chicken
- 29:57Speaker 10: with that crispy crunchy batter to enjoy with eleven herbs
- 30:01Speaker 10: and spices and their service is the nicest though. I
- 30:03Speaker 10: like that Kentucky Fried Chicken and who who could have known?
- 30:06Speaker 3: No one reached out to me, and it sounds goofy
- 30:09Speaker 3: enough they would use it pretty good. So, uh, you know,
- 30:15Speaker 3: the original post from the Doctor Pepper Chick, I mean
- 30:19Speaker 3: sounded you know. I have a theme song for Dr
- 30:21Speaker 3: Pepper and it goes like this Dr Pepper by Bee.
- 30:25Speaker 13: He is good.
- 30:26Speaker 4: Then they jazzed it up for the official Pepper Bay
- 30:29Speaker 4: Bee is Good.
- 30:31Speaker 3: It's the same thing remaining with with Gena's KFC song.
- 30:36Speaker 3: And I got to give a shout out to Vaughn.
- 30:39Speaker 3: Vaughan did a great job on this von our video producer. Yeah,
- 30:44Speaker 3: so you might have seen a little clip of it
- 30:46Speaker 3: on our social media as part of the new video
- 30:50Speaker 3: that they had posted on Instagram, you know, as we
- 30:53Speaker 3: were talking about this Dr Pepper girl anyways, So, but
- 30:56Speaker 3: Vaughn did like a full song. Yeah, there's just a
- 31:00Speaker 3: little clip that you saw on our social media after show. Yeah,
- 31:04Speaker 3: here's Gina jazzed up genus KFC jingle, KFC, feel free
- 31:09Speaker 3: to reach out to Gina.
- 31:10Speaker 10: I like that Kentucky Fried Chicken with that krispy cunchry
- 31:14Speaker 10: batter to enjoy with eleven IRBs and spices, and their
- 31:17Speaker 10: service is the nicest. So I like that Kentucky Fried
- 31:19Speaker 10: Chicken and who kinds with that fisty cunchy batter to
- 31:21Speaker 10: enjoy with eleven IRBs and spices and their service is
- 31:24Speaker 10: the nicest.
- 31:25Speaker 5: So I like that Kentucky Fried Chicken.
- 31:27Speaker 11: Oh, I like that Kentucky Fried Chicken with that krisky
- 31:30Speaker 11: cunchy batter to enjoyed with eleven iran spices and their
- 31:34Speaker 11: service is the nicest. So I like that Cay Fried Chicken.
- 31:43Speaker 4: Von Vughan killed it on that more of that Holy
- 31:48Speaker 4: we punched the van over there, Vana, Dude, that was
- 31:51Speaker 4: that was really good man, fantastic, Yeah, thank you, thank you.
- 31:55Speaker 4: Think it took a few hours to get it done,
- 31:57Speaker 4: but it was really fun to do that for a Gina. Yeah,
- 32:00Speaker 4: I overheard it, Like as I was walking out of
- 32:03Speaker 4: the office yesterday on the way home, I'm like, wait
- 32:06Speaker 4: a minute, I said, dude, keep it under wraps. I
- 32:08Speaker 4: wanna I want to vail. That's too good just to
- 32:10Speaker 4: kind of just throw it out there.
- 32:12Speaker 5: So good, KFC, you know where I'm at, and you know,
- 32:15Speaker 5: break off a piece, no kidding. That was amazing.
- 32:19Speaker 1: Yeah, the ending is the best. With the chicken, I
- 32:21Speaker 1: like that Kentucky.
- 32:22Speaker 10: Fried chicken with that Krispy crunchy batter to enjoy with
- 32:26Speaker 10: eleven IRBs and spices, and their service is the nicest.
- 32:28Speaker 5: So I like that Kentucky Fried chicken.
- 32:30Speaker 10: And who comes with that fristey punchy batter to enjoyed
- 32:33Speaker 10: with eleven IRBs and spices and their service is the nicest.
- 32:36Speaker 5: So I like that Kentucky Fried Chicken.
- 32:38Speaker 11: Oh, I like that Kentucky Fried Chicken with that krisky
- 32:41Speaker 11: punchy batter to enjoyed with eleven irves and spices, and
- 32:44Speaker 11: their service is the nicest. So I like that deep
- 32:48Speaker 11: Fried Chicken.
- 32:52Speaker 4: So good?
- 32:53Speaker 3: The backup singer so good?
- 32:55Speaker 1: Yeah, did you jump in?
- 32:57Speaker 4: Unbelievable one, pretty good, pretty right stuff.
- 33:00Speaker 3: And so anybody at KFC at the Woody Show at
- 33:05Speaker 3: Gina Grad thank you. On social we'll have a discussion
- 33:08Speaker 3: where people will talk to our people will work it out.
- 33:10Speaker 14: That's the Woody Show.
- 33:14Speaker 3: Okay, So you guys know we're doing a meetup Woodie
- 33:16Speaker 3: Show meet market M E E. T.
- 33:18Speaker 9: Right.
- 33:19Speaker 3: Oh yeah at Brewery X in Anaheim. It's not until Saturday,
- 33:22Speaker 3: February twenty first one to give you guys plenty of
- 33:25Speaker 3: heads up. I told you we were working on some
- 33:27Speaker 3: other things that are going to happen there. Like, the
- 33:29Speaker 3: main point of this is just we haven't had something
- 33:32Speaker 3: for a while where you know, everybody from the show
- 33:34Speaker 3: comes out and you just get the show up. There's
- 33:36Speaker 3: no like ticket, there's no big thing. It's just come
- 33:39Speaker 3: have a drink. Let's just yeah, let's just meet up. Yeah, yeah,
- 33:43Speaker 3: say what's up? A little little social gathering in this
- 33:45Speaker 3: Brewery X place is supposed to be dope. I've not
- 33:47Speaker 3: been there, and Menace has been there. I'm looking I'm
- 33:49Speaker 3: looking forward to seeing it. It's very famous in the
- 33:51Speaker 3: are yet we also hadn't done anything in Orange County
- 33:54Speaker 3: for a while, so we want to make sure that
- 33:55Speaker 3: we got down to Orange County because OC matters, as
- 33:58Speaker 3: everybody knows. Oh yes, and so we're gonna have a
- 34:01Speaker 3: lot of cool stuff that we're given away. We're gonna
- 34:02Speaker 3: be doing other stuff, but something I was working on
- 34:05Speaker 3: and I finally got the confirmation on this.
- 34:08Speaker 4: So you know, I told you.
- 34:10Speaker 3: About that band, Dogma Society, who just I saw the post.
- 34:14Speaker 3: I'm like, wow, did these five kids in a garage
- 34:18Speaker 3: create the indie rock song of the year? Up and
- 34:20Speaker 3: coming band played a couple of songs see it all,
- 34:23Speaker 3: but anyway, good reaction.
- 34:25Speaker 4: People really seem to to like the music.
- 34:28Speaker 1: Anyway.
- 34:28Speaker 3: I reached out to him, I said, Hey, would guys
- 34:30Speaker 3: be interested in playing this little get together we're doing
- 34:32Speaker 3: and they said, yes, dude, Dogma Society will be playing
- 34:38Speaker 3: at our meetup. And it works out for them too,
- 34:42Speaker 3: because they're getting ready to go out on their first
- 34:44Speaker 3: like for reals tour with that band Alex Sucks, which
- 34:47Speaker 3: will be in La at the l Ray in March.
- 34:50Speaker 3: I forget the exact date on the top of my head,
- 34:52Speaker 3: at sometime in March, but uh, they're going out on
- 34:55Speaker 3: the road starting I think like a week or so
- 34:57Speaker 3: after our event, and so it's a good perfect warm
- 35:00Speaker 3: up for them, like a good like kind of like
- 35:02Speaker 3: a rehearsal Prodaccey said, you guys just got to show up, man,
- 35:05Speaker 3: just show.
- 35:05Speaker 4: Up and play, and oh that's gonna be so good.
- 35:08Speaker 3: And again this is free. Yeah, so come out and
- 35:10Speaker 3: see this, this new band that I think is cool
- 35:12Speaker 3: that I think you guys will like Dogma Society and
- 35:15Speaker 3: have some drinks with us and win some prizes.
- 35:18Speaker 1: Perfect.
- 35:18Speaker 4: Yeah, huh.
- 35:19Speaker 3: They're gonna be at the l RA March twenty fifth.
- 35:21Speaker 3: March twenty fifth. Our event is Saturday, February twenty first
- 35:25Speaker 3: Brewery X. Three to five pm is the little window,
- 35:29Speaker 3: the official time. But we'll be there at three. I
- 35:32Speaker 3: can't tell you when we'll leave.
- 35:33Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 35:33Speaker 3: It ain't gonna be fun, sure, it won't be five. Yeah,
- 35:36Speaker 3: we're gonna we're gonna be hanging out. But yeah, that's
- 35:38Speaker 3: the that's the new little wrinkle for our our get together. Yeah,
- 35:41Speaker 3: the ban Dogma Society and talking up and hyping up
- 35:44Speaker 3: and everything else.
- 35:44Speaker 1: They're gonna be.
- 35:45Speaker 4: There and playing and the event is free. Free Morgan
- 35:50Speaker 4: on scale one to ten. What would you give the
- 35:52Speaker 4: Woody Show? I want to say six to seven, but
- 35:55Speaker 4: I'm sticking with six. Nohow, And we go right to
- 36:01Speaker 4: Gina grad who's got the trending news headlines.
- 36:04Speaker 10: Well, the biggest winter storm in years is hitting half
- 36:07Speaker 10: the country today, and while authorities are telling everyone to
- 36:09Speaker 10: be prepared, the temperature in some of the places in
- 36:12Speaker 10: the north are supposed to be so cold that people
- 36:14Speaker 10: are being warned about exploding trees.
- 36:18Speaker 5: So that's how it, Yeah, exploding trees.
- 36:21Speaker 10: This happens because the sap and the trees freezes and
- 36:24Speaker 10: it causes the trees to just snap. And it's not silent,
- 36:27Speaker 10: but it does sound exactly like a gunshot and can
- 36:31Speaker 10: cause heavy ice filled branches to fall, cause a ton
- 36:34Speaker 10: of damage, power outages.
- 36:36Speaker 5: So how cold does it have to be for exploding trees,
- 36:39Speaker 5: you ask?
- 36:39Speaker 10: Well, experts say it happens when tempts go down to
- 36:42Speaker 10: like negative twenty, which is gonna happen in some places.
- 36:45Speaker 5: So careful for those exploding trees.
- 36:48Speaker 1: I heard limbs falling from the ice, but I didn't
- 36:51Speaker 1: know they would explode.
- 36:52Speaker 3: Look, yeah, I'm looking to see if Frankie McDonald, Oh,
- 36:56Speaker 3: he has to have thoughts. But now to ask me
- 36:59Speaker 3: to sign in Instagram. Menas has this thing signed up
- 37:01Speaker 3: in such a weird way. I can't it's so funny. Well,
- 37:04Speaker 3: please enter your login information, and I have the information
- 37:08Speaker 3: that Menace gave me, and for whatever reason, it's he's
- 37:10Speaker 3: got it set up, so lockdown.
- 37:12Speaker 1: Yeah, I can't hack it, but I can't.
- 37:15Speaker 3: I can't even get into it.
- 37:16Speaker 1: H So forget names.
- 37:18Speaker 4: I found his account, but now I can't even get
- 37:20Speaker 4: into it.
- 37:20Speaker 1: Yeah, forget.
- 37:21Speaker 5: Franky has to say.
- 37:22Speaker 10: Well, TikTok has announced that they've finally completed this deal
- 37:25Speaker 10: to spin off its operations in the US. So they
- 37:28Speaker 10: say they'll put rules in place so that our data
- 37:30Speaker 10: has protected, the app software secure, the algorithm can't be misused,
- 37:34Speaker 10: the content is monitored, so they are less security risks.
- 37:37Speaker 10: TikTok's Chinese parent company they'll keep twenty percent of the steak,
- 37:41Speaker 10: and three American companies will each split fifteen percent of
- 37:44Speaker 10: the steak. So long story short, TikTok isn't going anywhere,
- 37:47Speaker 10: and by the time we meet back here, we'll know
- 37:49Speaker 10: which teams are going to be in the Super Bowl.
- 37:52Speaker 10: The AFC and the NFC Championship games are Sunday, and
- 37:55Speaker 10: the Broncos and Patriots are up. First kickoff is at
- 37:57Speaker 10: three pm Eastern noon Pacific on c Yes. The game
- 38:01Speaker 10: is in Denver, but New England is favored by four
- 38:03Speaker 10: and a half points. After that, it's the Rams and
- 38:05Speaker 10: the Seahawks playing for the NFC title at six thirty
- 38:09Speaker 10: eastern three thirty Pacific on Fox. That game is in
- 38:12Speaker 10: Seattle and the Seahawks are a two and a half
- 38:15Speaker 10: point favorite.
- 38:15Speaker 1: All right, your prediction?
- 38:17Speaker 3: Uh, well, I want I would like to hear, yeah,
- 38:20Speaker 3: because we have a tie.
- 38:21Speaker 4: Still, Oh you.
- 38:22Speaker 1: Want to hear from the experts.
- 38:23Speaker 4: Between Gina and dumbass Tyler.
- 38:26Speaker 5: It just goes to show you have to be really
- 38:28Speaker 5: smart and no football.
- 38:29Speaker 3: Yeah, absolutely, game, absolutely, So let's get your prediction first,
- 38:34Speaker 3: between Denver and the Patriots. Gina grad.
- 38:39Speaker 5: Uh, well, here's the thing.
- 38:41Speaker 10: I feel like their outfits are very similar, and I
- 38:44Speaker 10: like them both, but I like orange a little bitter
- 38:48Speaker 10: than red. I'm gonna say Broncos.
- 38:50Speaker 4: I guess the Broncos. Yeah, all right, it's a bold pick,
- 38:54Speaker 4: is it? Yeah, dumbass Tyler.
- 38:57Speaker 9: Yeah, I'm gonna go New England because Denver starting quarterback
- 39:00Speaker 9: as a broken ankle, so he's not playing.
- 39:02Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, what'd you say the points spread was on
- 39:05Speaker 4: that Gina four and a half?
- 39:07Speaker 1: Four.
- 39:07Speaker 4: I'm surprised it's only four and a half.
- 39:09Speaker 9: I think it's because Denver's defense is actually that good.
- 39:13Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean lose their quarterback, yeah.
- 39:15Speaker 9: Jared Stidham who used to play for the Patriots.
- 39:17Speaker 5: Oh yeah, everybody knows that.
- 39:18Speaker 1: Okay.
- 39:19Speaker 4: And then in the the NFC game again, it's the
- 39:22Speaker 4: Seahawks at home taking on the Rams.
- 39:27Speaker 10: Well, it's funny because I have no dog in this fight,
- 39:31Speaker 10: and yet I still can't decide. Here's the thing, I
- 39:34Speaker 10: as you know, I've I've been on record several times
- 39:37Speaker 10: now saying how much I enjoy the neon green in
- 39:40Speaker 10: the Seahawks uniforms, and I am gonna have to stick
- 39:45Speaker 10: with them because I really do like that little pop
- 39:47Speaker 10: of green.
- 39:48Speaker 3: Okay, Okay, because you like the pop of green.
- 39:51Speaker 5: Yeah, I've always liked that. When they changed with anything.
- 39:53Speaker 4: Else, Okay, I don't know anything else, dumb ass, Tyler.
- 39:57Speaker 9: I had the Rams getting all the way to the
- 39:59Speaker 9: super Bowl. They've been good and I'm not changing it
- 40:02Speaker 9: now they're gonna win.
- 40:03Speaker 3: There's a difference.
- 40:05Speaker 1: Here we go again.
- 40:07Speaker 3: Well, yeah, I mean how would we break that time,
- 40:14Speaker 3: But you have completely different picks.
- 40:19Speaker 4: But who cares.
- 40:19Speaker 5: We'll just keep letting it ride.
- 40:21Speaker 3: I think it's gonna be. I think it's gonna be
- 40:23Speaker 3: the Patriots and the Seahawks in the super Bowl. And
- 40:26Speaker 3: I think that the Seahawks win the Super Bowl because
- 40:30Speaker 3: not because of the Green pop. I just again, I've
- 40:33Speaker 3: said it last a couple of weeks of these playoffs,
- 40:35Speaker 3: the think the Seahawks just seem unbeatable.
- 40:38Speaker 4: Yeah, like they're scary good.
- 40:40Speaker 3: For the longest time this season didn't seem like any
- 40:43Speaker 3: one team kind of stood out, like it's being like,
- 40:46Speaker 3: oh wow, I wouldn't want to wouldn't want to face them.
- 40:49Speaker 4: But now that team is the Seahawks.
- 40:51Speaker 1: I don't. I don't, dude, I don't.
- 40:53Speaker 4: I don't think anybody beats them. But we'll find out.
- 40:56Speaker 1: We're gonna and there's big money on the line.
- 40:58Speaker 5: Oh dude, Yeah, I've missed that. Twenty bucks. Ever happens well.
- 41:02Speaker 10: The FBI says they've launched an investigation into the death
- 41:05Speaker 10: of late Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Ursay. He died last
- 41:08Speaker 10: May at sixty five years old, with the cause of
- 41:10Speaker 10: death being cardiac arrest caused by pneumonia and heart issues.
- 41:13Speaker 10: But Erse was a known drug user and had allegedly
- 41:17Speaker 10: relapsed and was taking opioids and ketamine injections around the
- 41:21Speaker 10: time he died. So now the FBI is looking into
- 41:23Speaker 10: the doctor who gave him all this stuff in his
- 41:25Speaker 10: final months. And they've already started talking to people who
- 41:28Speaker 10: knew Ursay in Indiana, And now they're in La where
- 41:33Speaker 10: he died and where his doctor happens to live. And
- 41:36Speaker 10: the cults are now run by Ursay's daughters who say
- 41:38Speaker 10: they're aware of the investigation, but they haven't been served
- 41:41Speaker 10: a subpoena. They haven't even been contacted by the FBI,
- 41:44Speaker 10: So we'll see what happens there. And finally, the Wall
- 41:47Speaker 10: Street Journal released their annual rankings of the best and
- 41:50Speaker 10: worst airlines in the country, and there is a shake up,
- 41:52Speaker 10: you guys. The rankings are based on stuff like complaints,
- 41:55Speaker 10: baggage handling, tarmac delays, on time arrivals, cancelations. For years,
- 42:00Speaker 10: Delta had the number one spot as the best airline
- 42:02Speaker 10: in the game, but they've been dethroned by Southwest.
- 42:07Speaker 3: Yeah, and I thought it was pissed at Southwest because
- 42:11Speaker 3: they think, now between the signs themselves charging for bags,
- 42:16Speaker 3: they're going to have extra leg room, seats, all these
- 42:19Speaker 3: things like, oh, well you're now you're no different than
- 42:20Speaker 3: anybody else, right, yeah, well this is also.
- 42:23Speaker 10: Well they're mad, but that doesn't you know, they still
- 42:25Speaker 10: were on time and they you know, they still got
- 42:27Speaker 10: you where you were going.
- 42:28Speaker 5: And here's something you wouldn't have guessed. The number two
- 42:30Speaker 5: spot Allegiant, Allegiant Allegiant.
- 42:34Speaker 4: Okay, well I never heard.
- 42:38Speaker 10: You ever hear about them, but pound for pound, yeah,
- 42:40Speaker 10: after that it's Delta Alaska and another chakra at number five.
- 42:44Speaker 5: Spirit.
- 42:45Speaker 10: On the other end of things, Uh, the worst airlines Frontier,
- 42:49Speaker 10: And that's what he's been saying, American.
- 42:52Speaker 4: There you go.
- 42:53Speaker 5: Yeah, I've only heard.
- 42:55Speaker 4: I've only had good experience like Spirit.
- 42:58Speaker 5: Get that, I've had remarks experiences with.
- 43:01Speaker 1: My brother in law. Try to take the same Frontier
- 43:04Speaker 1: flight like three times.
- 43:05Speaker 3: Yeah, all of my most horrific flight experiences all come
- 43:09Speaker 3: with American.
- 43:10Speaker 12: Huh.
- 43:11Speaker 3: I mean like just the worst from just incredible long
- 43:16Speaker 3: delays or cancelations or combine that with just terrible customer service.
- 43:21Speaker 1: It's the same destination though.
- 43:22Speaker 10: No, see this really worries me because I was about
- 43:25Speaker 10: to cash you know how, one of my New Year's
- 43:26Speaker 10: goals is to use points to travel. I was about
- 43:29Speaker 10: to cash in a bunch of American Advantage points to travel,
- 43:32Speaker 10: and I don't want it to get screwed up.
- 43:34Speaker 5: I'm scared.
- 43:35Speaker 4: I mean, if it's points, if you have it.
- 43:37Speaker 5: But I still got to get where I'm going.
- 43:39Speaker 12: I know.
- 43:39Speaker 4: But still it's like you think, you know, if you're
- 43:41Speaker 4: not using cash.
- 43:42Speaker 5: Yeah, but I earned these points. I don't want to
- 43:44Speaker 5: waste them somewhere I'm not going.
- 43:45Speaker 4: To get You will get there eventually.
- 43:48Speaker 1: Yeah, I think.
- 43:49Speaker 4: I think I told you.
- 43:50Speaker 3: American Airlines still believes that I'm sitting in Oklahoma City
- 43:53Speaker 3: waiting waiting to get rescheduled for a flight that got
- 43:57Speaker 3: diverted there. We got diverted to ocal home of city
- 44:00Speaker 3: Land and they just still have yet.
- 44:02Speaker 1: To hear from them because they were supposed to rescheduling.
- 44:06Speaker 5: Yes, insane, Yeah, you just decided to move.
- 44:08Speaker 3: It took hours to get anybody on the phone to
- 44:10Speaker 3: get talk to them in the first place. So I
- 44:12Speaker 3: ended what I ended up doing, I ended up just
- 44:14Speaker 3: saying forget it. I mean, because they weren't getting back
- 44:17Speaker 3: to me. I had to get the hell out of there.
- 44:18Speaker 3: I was with my wife and my kids, and we
- 44:20Speaker 3: ended up booking on you know what it might have been.
- 44:23Speaker 3: It might have been Allegiant.
- 44:25Speaker 1: Oh yeah, I think it was. I remember they're good Allegiant.
- 44:28Speaker 3: Yeah, and you know what that they were great Yeah, yeah,
- 44:30Speaker 3: because they were going where I was going. It was
- 44:33Speaker 3: direct and it was available. Yeah, because there wasn't a
- 44:36Speaker 3: lot of options out of Oklahoma City.
- 44:38Speaker 1: I do fly American a lot, and I don't have
- 44:41Speaker 1: any issues. Only that one time member. We were supposed
- 44:44Speaker 1: to meet up for a concert and you and Greg
- 44:47Speaker 1: flew before me.
- 44:47Speaker 4: Oh yeah, we're the only ones who got there.
- 44:50Speaker 1: Had a later flight, and.
- 44:51Speaker 3: Yeah it was delayed, delay canceled, delay, delay canceled. The
- 44:55Speaker 3: next morning, delayed, and they're like forget it.
- 44:56Speaker 1: I was like, stay here, guys, have fun.
- 45:00Speaker 3: Like American because they have silver planes, and that's my
- 45:03Speaker 3: safe color.
- 45:04Speaker 5: You have a safe color.
- 45:05Speaker 1: All planes should be silver. See, he never flies anymore
- 45:08Speaker 1: because they don't have silver.
- 45:10Speaker 3: The ones I fly were silver. Yeah, like twenty years ago.
- 45:13Speaker 4: That's like, OK, yeah, it's been it's been. It's been
- 45:17Speaker 4: a long time. You know.
- 45:18Speaker 1: I'm at an airport like every other day.
- 45:20Speaker 4: I agree.
- 45:20Speaker 1: Yeah, they're painted gray.
- 45:21Speaker 6: Now, Okay, the last time I flew American I could,
- 45:23Speaker 6: it was probably five years ago, and it was a
- 45:26Speaker 6: silver plane.
- 45:26Speaker 3: It was gray.
- 45:27Speaker 4: They haven't had silver. They haven't had they haven't had that. Like,
- 45:31Speaker 4: it's not blue and orange, is my PanAm Right?
- 45:35Speaker 1: It's not like Frilly And.
- 45:37Speaker 3: Then again neither our Southwest plans. They're not blue and
- 45:39Speaker 3: orange anymore either. Now they're blue, red and yellow. Most
- 45:43Speaker 3: of the fuselage is all blue and then the tail
- 45:46Speaker 3: has like the red and the yellows and stuff, or
- 45:47Speaker 3: sometimes you get a themed one like animal.
- 45:51Speaker 1: Yeah, it should just be silver. That's it.
- 45:55Speaker 5: That's what's going on. How about this guy?
- 46:02Speaker 1: This guy, yeah, he just looks shop like a like
- 46:08Speaker 1: a marshmallow.
- 46:09Speaker 4: Yeah. His name is Menace though he's kind of like
- 46:12Speaker 4: a menace in the streets. The show Welcome Back, it's
- 46:21Speaker 4: winter guys. Oh yeah, and two cult big time winter storms.
- 46:27Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 46:28Speaker 4: Frankie, uh, Frankie McDonald, everybody's favorite weather man.
- 46:31Speaker 3: Got h This is frank McDonald.
- 46:33Speaker 14: My own team say. He's a lot of the city
- 46:34Speaker 14: going to heavy snow's head towards Missouri on Saturday, Janubury
- 46:39Speaker 14: twenty four, twenty twenty six. It's gonna bring a lot
- 46:41Speaker 14: of snow in Kansas City and surround there. School He's Springfield, Missouri, Seaward, Missouri,
- 46:46Speaker 14: Jefferson City and Saint Louis is gonna bring lots of
- 46:48Speaker 14: soil mixed precipitation. The streets, world, higways, the Ariston Hiway
- 46:52Speaker 14: so be snow covered, especially Kansas City, and it's around
- 46:55Speaker 14: the area slow as well. Make sure to wear your
- 46:58Speaker 14: winter gear because it's gonna bring really dangerous strive conditions.
- 47:02Speaker 14: And if your furnis is a heap, popstad to keep
- 47:04Speaker 14: you warm, drank a lot of gravy, wait right, keep
- 47:06Speaker 14: you warm. And if you're shovel snow scoop, snowboard, snow plows,
- 47:10Speaker 14: salt falk story squall day fair, stayt hevy snow stay warm.
- 47:15Speaker 1: See all right?
- 47:16Speaker 3: Yeah, get your green tea, your red tea, your white tea. Ready,
- 47:20Speaker 3: your snow shovels, your snow scoops, your heath sumps, really
- 47:24Speaker 3: be ready.
- 47:25Speaker 5: He's the only weather person I really trust. Right, he's amazing.
- 47:28Speaker 3: Yeah, and he is also much like a heart radio
- 47:30Speaker 3: guaranteed human. Yes, so that he is not falling into
- 47:34Speaker 3: this whole AI travel No, he won't do it.
- 47:37Speaker 4: Yeah, but this this this storm.
- 47:38Speaker 3: Man, if you're traveling, if you're in these areas, of course,
- 47:41Speaker 3: but like even if you're traveling anywhere, it's gonna berible.
- 47:45Speaker 3: It's gonna be problem because there's some places where it's
- 47:47Speaker 3: more about ice than snow. And they're talking about an
- 47:50Speaker 3: inch plus of just ice and that landing on uh,
- 47:55Speaker 3: you know power lines that will knock out patch Just
- 47:58Speaker 3: the weight of that knocking out the power and stuff.
- 48:02Speaker 1: Lots of sleet, yeah, yeah, all the grocery stores in Texas.
- 48:06Speaker 1: The water's gone.
- 48:07Speaker 4: What people do?
- 48:08Speaker 3: Yeah, pretty crazy. They were talking about exploding trees.
- 48:13Speaker 4: It's the first I've heard of this.
- 48:15Speaker 3: Yes, yeah, in my entire life, I saw something about
- 48:17Speaker 3: exploding trees.
- 48:18Speaker 4: And it's because like the weather has to get down
- 48:21Speaker 4: to what'd you say, negative twenty?
- 48:24Speaker 3: Yeah, negative twenty. They canceled Winterfest in Green Bay because
- 48:28Speaker 3: it's going to be too cold for Winterfest. Sounds like
- 48:31Speaker 3: a joke, yeah, And they were saying like, yeah, it's
- 48:33Speaker 3: gonna be like minus thirty minus forty with the wind chill.
- 48:36Speaker 1: Ye same.
- 48:38Speaker 3: Yeah, starting in Texas and Oklahoma, system will spread snow, ice,
- 48:42Speaker 3: and sleet from central New Mexico into central Virginia tomorrow.
- 48:46Speaker 3: We'll push you into the northeast on Sunday. The forecast
- 48:49Speaker 3: snow accumulation calls eighteen inches in some areas, wind chills
- 48:53Speaker 3: zero ago. Wind chills expected to get as low as
- 48:56Speaker 3: fifty below zero in the upper mid West, where exploding
- 49:01Speaker 3: tree advisories have been issued.
- 49:04Speaker 1: Yeah, good god.
- 49:06Speaker 3: Eleven states have already declared states of emergency. Chicago Public
- 49:09Speaker 3: schools have canceled all classes after school activities because of
- 49:14Speaker 3: the forecast windshows there as low as minus thirty five.
- 49:17Speaker 4: Jesus, it's like.
- 49:19Speaker 1: It's like jeezus.
- 49:21Speaker 6: Obviously it's an extreme, but I still just can't fathom
- 49:24Speaker 6: how people like winter. Winter it sucks. I love it,
- 49:29Speaker 6: Oh yeah, exactly.
- 49:30Speaker 5: I mean this is cozy.
- 49:31Speaker 3: This isn't just your typical winter thing. But liking winter
- 49:35Speaker 3: is an alien concept to me. It's so convenient. It's
- 49:39Speaker 3: so is it that you like winter or is it
- 49:41Speaker 3: the people like seasons?
- 49:43Speaker 1: Either way?
- 49:44Speaker 6: But how okay, so winter is one of the four seasons,
- 49:47Speaker 6: how could you like it? How could anybody like it?
- 49:49Speaker 8: I like winter, I do, I like being cozy.
- 49:51Speaker 5: I love wearing sweaters.
- 49:52Speaker 1: I love you can go skiing and sledding. There's activity.
- 49:55Speaker 4: You're just telling us about your scarf game yesterday.
- 49:57Speaker 6: Yeah, that's true. When it's cold, I like to wear
- 50:01Speaker 6: but that's for warmth. It's not because I can't wait
- 50:04Speaker 6: to wear a scar.
- 50:05Speaker 4: So I don't.
- 50:05Speaker 3: I don't know I've tried wearing a scarf before. I
- 50:08Speaker 3: don't know if I've ever been warmer because of a scarf. Like,
- 50:11Speaker 3: I don't remember my I never, I never. I never
- 50:15Speaker 3: noticed my legs being cold. I never noticed my neck
- 50:18Speaker 3: being cold. You have a high threshold for cold. I
- 50:21Speaker 3: will notice my my ears, my nose, my hands, and
- 50:25Speaker 3: of course my feet because I had frostbite and all
- 50:27Speaker 3: ten of my toes and my feet. My feet are
- 50:30Speaker 3: super sensitive to cold at all.
- 50:32Speaker 5: But if your neck is cold, it kind of goes
- 50:34Speaker 5: down your shirt.
- 50:35Speaker 3: But see, I don't, I don't ever remember, like, man,
- 50:37Speaker 3: my neck is cold. Really Yeah, I've always thought like
- 50:40Speaker 3: people wore scarves for like the fashion of it.
- 50:43Speaker 6: I think for me it's probably psychological, like it's just
- 50:46Speaker 6: yet another layer and I don't just wrap it around
- 50:49Speaker 6: my neck. I do the whole thing where you make
- 50:50Speaker 6: like a loop and then you stuff it through like
- 50:54Speaker 6: so that way it's more like a turtleneck.
- 50:56Speaker 13: Right.
- 50:56Speaker 1: So going back to the exploding tree thing real quick though,
- 51:00Speaker 1: because I looked it up on uh YouTube, I'm like,
- 51:03Speaker 1: I've never heard of this. I want to see a
- 51:05Speaker 1: video of it. And there's like several reports saying, yeah,
- 51:08Speaker 1: the whole exploding thing is just a little overblown. They're
- 51:11Speaker 1: not going to you know, be I don't know a
- 51:14Speaker 1: bomb going off on them. They kind of just like, yeah,
- 51:17Speaker 1: they kind of just like crack rap.
- 51:18Speaker 4: We said that.
- 51:21Speaker 1: In a report.
- 51:21Speaker 3: Yeah, just but it'll startle the crap exactly.
- 51:24Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 51:24Speaker 5: I've been making a ton of scarves, so I'm happy
- 51:27Speaker 5: to pass them out if anyone's interestedly. She has I
- 51:31Speaker 5: got sick, I got sin, I have ombre, I have
- 51:33Speaker 5: solid color. You just tell me what you want.
- 51:35Speaker 3: She she posted some picture of herself. She was wearing
- 51:38Speaker 3: some hat the cheep.
- 51:40Speaker 1: But guess it was like a headband or something.
- 51:43Speaker 4: Had She looked like she was on her way down
- 51:45Speaker 4: to like a No King's rally or sometimes if you
- 51:50Speaker 4: told a if you told, generate a photo of someone
- 51:53Speaker 4: looks like they're going down to some kind of protest
- 51:55Speaker 4: totally solid.
- 51:57Speaker 5: Yeah, by seventies.
- 52:00Speaker 4: It's like you did.
- 52:01Speaker 3: They're like the giant windshields, these glass and you look.
- 52:06Speaker 4: I felt great, miserable, but I feel like, if it's
- 52:14Speaker 4: going to be cold, I wanted to snow. Yeah, yeah, cold,
- 52:18Speaker 4: just to be cold.
- 52:19Speaker 5: All sucks the barren tree.
- 52:21Speaker 3: You rather have cold and snow than cold and rain everybody.
- 52:25Speaker 3: Of course, rain sucks when.
- 52:27Speaker 5: The Black winter, as they say, is so depressed.
- 52:29Speaker 3: Wind is the worst wind because it doesn't matter hot
- 52:32Speaker 3: or cold. Wind ruins everything.
- 52:35Speaker 1: Yes, especially when you're fat and your wearing a T
- 52:37Speaker 1: shirt because it just sucks in on your whole fat gut.
- 52:44Speaker 4: It's like cold all right, Cold and wind worse, painful, hot, uncomfortable, hot,
- 52:51Speaker 4: but windy worse rain, rain, okay, rain, but wind yeah
- 52:58Speaker 4: your face. Yeah, snow, but when it's wind makes everything worse.
- 53:04Speaker 4: We're not talking about a breeze. Breeze is different. We're
- 53:06Speaker 4: talking about wind.
- 53:07Speaker 1: Has this ever happened to you where it's like so
- 53:09Speaker 1: many it's even harder to breathe. Oh yeah, it hurts
- 53:12Speaker 1: you take in any area.
- 53:14Speaker 5: Yeah, it's like going in too fast.
- 53:17Speaker 3: Well again, just just to just keep an eye on everything,
- 53:20Speaker 3: you know, if you're if you're traveling somewhere, because even
- 53:24Speaker 3: though like the place where you are and the place
- 53:27Speaker 3: that you're going seem to be okay, like that plane's
- 53:30Speaker 3: got to come from somewhere to get there, right. And
- 53:32Speaker 3: if the whole system's jacked up because planes can't get
- 53:35Speaker 3: out of this place or that place, it's a that
- 53:38Speaker 3: that's where you get screwed.
- 53:39Speaker 10: That's why they're doing free cancelations and stuff to dissuade
- 53:42Speaker 10: people from even trying.
- 53:43Speaker 3: This is also why, you know, we've had this conversation
- 53:45Speaker 3: about you know, people will you know, go out of
- 53:48Speaker 3: their way to avoid a particular airport or what like
- 53:51Speaker 3: I always want the direct flight always.
- 53:54Speaker 4: I don't care, like I will deal with.
- 53:56Speaker 3: An inopportune time of departure whatever rather than take the
- 54:01Speaker 3: connecting flight, especially this time of year.
- 54:03Speaker 1: If they.
- 54:06Speaker 13: Look what is.
- 54:15Speaker 3: And we're into another new hour insensitivity training for a
- 54:18Speaker 3: politically correct world.
- 54:20Speaker 4: Woody, Greg Menace, Guini grat Sea Bass. We got Sammy
- 54:24Speaker 4: Morgan is here.
- 54:26Speaker 3: Phones are open eight seven seven forty four. Wood He
- 54:30Speaker 3: texts us check in over to to nine eight seven.
- 54:33Speaker 3: Failed stories coming up for you this hour, And I
- 54:38Speaker 3: I think Menji hates us.
- 54:43Speaker 1: Yeah, no, I check in him with him every morning.
- 54:46Speaker 1: He seems cool.
- 54:47Speaker 4: I think he hates us, really, Menji.
- 54:50Speaker 1: I'm not getting those vibes old on Yop, can you
- 54:53Speaker 1: hear it?
- 54:53Speaker 4: Okay, So all right, I don't Menji is not.
- 55:01Speaker 3: I think he's probably more a passive aggressive person, right,
- 55:05Speaker 3: Like he's not just gonna like kind of outwardly just
- 55:07Speaker 3: attack somebody, yeah, or get back. I think he's gonna
- 55:10Speaker 3: be that guy kind of just subtly, yeah, I kind
- 55:13Speaker 3: of you know. Yeah, So he did something that not
- 55:17Speaker 3: even Sea Bass would do.
- 55:20Speaker 1: That's good, hooking up with a bunch of gross chicks.
- 55:26Speaker 1: I've never done that.
- 55:27Speaker 4: No, no, no, no, And so I didn't. I didn't
- 55:30Speaker 4: witness this myself. This is something that Sammy experience.
- 55:36Speaker 3: Yes, So you know, okay, you know, like a just
- 55:38Speaker 3: before before you get in the store, you know, when
- 55:41Speaker 3: when you're when you're pets mad at you, like your
- 55:43Speaker 3: cat might like, you know, crap in a shoe or
- 55:46Speaker 3: they'll they'll do they'll do something to show you they're
- 55:49Speaker 3: just pleasure.
- 55:51Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 55:52Speaker 8: So I was walking up to the coffee machine and
- 55:54Speaker 8: Menji had got there just a little bit before I did,
- 55:57Speaker 8: and he had put a cup down, and I know
- 56:00Speaker 8: there were no more cups left, so kind of jokingly,
- 56:02Speaker 8: I said, oh great, thanks Menji, and he said what
- 56:05Speaker 8: I said, you took the last cup, And he said,
- 56:07Speaker 8: I had to go all the way downstairs to get
- 56:09Speaker 8: this cup. And I'm thinking, you didn't bring up the
- 56:12Speaker 8: whole sleeve of cups with you. We're all going to
- 56:14Speaker 8: need to come in here and get coffee.
- 56:16Speaker 4: And he brought up one.
- 56:17Speaker 3: Cup, one cup. One yeah, wow, one cup went all
- 56:21Speaker 3: the way downstairs. Yeah, to bring back one cup.
- 56:24Speaker 1: Is little passive aggressive?
- 56:27Speaker 4: Yes?
- 56:28Speaker 3: Yeah, okay, this is news to me. How would that
- 56:31Speaker 3: not be passive aggressive?
- 56:34Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 56:34Speaker 7: I can tell you it's it's either passive aggressive or
- 56:38Speaker 7: just thoughtless. He's not He's not that type of product.
- 56:43Speaker 15: Yes, I am thinking of myself right now because I
- 56:47Speaker 15: did not sleep at all. So that's why I'm going
- 56:50Speaker 15: to full right, Okay, So is it thoughtless or I'm
- 56:56Speaker 15: just not I hadn't had a cup of coffee. I
- 57:00Speaker 15: saw there were no cups. I'm like, oh, I know
- 57:02Speaker 15: there's more cups downstairs, So I just go downstairs. I
- 57:05Speaker 15: get a cup and coincidentally, Sammy is there.
- 57:09Speaker 3: Wait a minute, So cups. You know you mean more cup.
- 57:13Speaker 15: There are more cups down right, not bring more cups up?
- 57:17Speaker 15: So yeah, yes, I am guilty of that.
- 57:19Speaker 3: We're like where he would go downstairs to get the cups.
- 57:22Speaker 3: He could have just got the coffee right there, because
- 57:24Speaker 3: there's like the coffee downstairs.
- 57:26Speaker 4: Just got the coup cup, brought it back up to
- 57:29Speaker 4: this coffee stage, like the coffee variety that they have
- 57:34Speaker 4: here upstairs.
- 57:35Speaker 1: They have better, better flavors. Okay, just ask the straight up.
- 57:38Speaker 1: Then do you hate us or what I do? Not
- 57:40Speaker 1: hate you? Guys?
- 57:41Speaker 4: Now?
- 57:41Speaker 1: Are you mad at us?
- 57:45Speaker 12: No?
- 57:45Speaker 15: Bred just slung the mic away from the Okay, maybe
- 57:50Speaker 15: maybe maybe Sammy.
- 57:52Speaker 1: Now, but you are you?
- 57:56Speaker 4: Are you mad at us? You guys know, no, there's nothing.
- 58:01Speaker 1: Well it's literally the answer.
- 58:03Speaker 3: Okay, we were up because I will say we were
- 58:05Speaker 3: trying to do the The intention was pure. We were
- 58:08Speaker 3: trying to do a nice thing with the whole love
- 58:12Speaker 3: connection thing. Okay, honestly like we were trying to do
- 58:15Speaker 3: a nice thing. Uh you know, get you and dumbass
- 58:18Speaker 3: Tyler dates, which we're working on Tyler's date. I meant
- 58:22Speaker 3: to check it on updates, you know, because weren't reaching
- 58:25Speaker 3: back out to the couple that we talked about getting
- 58:29Speaker 3: their shots, so anyway to keep it focused. Here we were,
- 58:31Speaker 3: we were trying to do a nice thing. And then
- 58:33Speaker 3: he came in as we were going through you know,
- 58:35Speaker 3: people who were hitting us up about oh, I'd be
- 58:37Speaker 3: interested in going on a on a date with Manjie
- 58:39Speaker 3: and Tyler, and he goes, well, there's you know, there's
- 58:42Speaker 3: breaking news here. He's back with his X and we
- 58:44Speaker 3: and our reaction was, oh, man, now again, this for
- 58:51Speaker 3: the record, nothing to do with her personally. It was
- 58:54Speaker 3: just it was just more about like the idea everybody
- 58:56Speaker 3: knows somebody who went back on a relationship or you know,
- 59:00Speaker 3: like yeah, and most of the time it doesn't it
- 59:03Speaker 3: doesn't turn out great, you know, And we didn't know
- 59:06Speaker 3: the circumstances of how that happened. Wasn't just because we
- 59:09Speaker 3: were doing this now of a sudden like oh no, no, no, no, no, no,
- 59:12Speaker 3: you're not doing that, you know. And then you know,
- 59:15Speaker 3: mend you such a nice guy. We weren't sure, We
- 59:17Speaker 3: weren't quite sure what was going on, but we're looking
- 59:18Speaker 3: out for him as a as a friend. Yeah, right,
- 59:21Speaker 3: so I know she's mad at us.
- 59:23Speaker 5: Oh, for sure.
- 59:24Speaker 4: Oh yeah, because at Alter Ego, at Alter Ego.
- 59:28Speaker 3: Uh, I think everybody except for Vaughn, Like everybody else
- 59:32Speaker 3: got dirty looks.
- 59:33Speaker 4: Oh yeah, I think Vaughn was the only one that
- 59:35Speaker 4: didn't get a dirty look. Yeah, she told Tyler be
- 59:39Speaker 4: nice to him. So here's the thing. I'll say this.
- 59:43Speaker 4: I get it. If I'm her, I'm mad at us too.
- 59:46Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm not gonna be a fan.
- 59:48Speaker 3: Yeah, because you could say, you know, oh, it's nothing personal,
- 59:51Speaker 3: but like when it's you, I could see where I
- 59:53Speaker 3: could see where you would take that as personal, even
- 59:55Speaker 3: though there is no there is no personal aspect of.
- 59:59Speaker 4: This at all.
- 59:59Speaker 3: Is just based on the idea of going back with
- 1:00:02Speaker 3: the next forget you for yes, exactly, forget you for
- 1:00:05Speaker 3: a second.
- 1:00:06Speaker 4: But when it's you, you can't do that that I understand.
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: If I'm her, I'm not gonna be nice to.
- 1:00:10Speaker 4: You at all.
- 1:00:11Speaker 12: No.
- 1:00:11Speaker 10: No, wouldn't you at least appreciate that the people that
- 1:00:13Speaker 10: the person you love works with are trying to look
- 1:00:15Speaker 10: out for you.
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: No, no, no, because everything he knows about me. Wait, Benji,
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: why didn't you see what do you mean in say anything?
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: That she came up with this narrative that she came
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: running back because we put him, uh, you know, up
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: for sale on this. We said that she came. We
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: said that number of times, so that would definitely upset her.
- 1:00:38Speaker 3: Yeah, I think, I said, I understand, I understand her
- 1:00:40Speaker 3: hating us. I understand her being mad as totally. Now
- 1:00:44Speaker 3: Menji with the perspective that he has and knowing us
- 1:00:47Speaker 3: and knowing that we were looking out for him, like,
- 1:00:48Speaker 3: I wouldn't expect for him to hate us unless he's
- 1:00:50Speaker 3: under strict instructions to hate us. And then the whole
- 1:00:53Speaker 3: coffee cup gate.
- 1:00:55Speaker 4: Coffee cup gate, you can see, you can see where
- 1:00:58Speaker 4: we're connected. You can seehere we're connect dots here. Yeah, well,
- 1:01:01Speaker 4: we just want to find out what we're dealing with.
- 1:01:03Speaker 4: Do we have to worry about being poisoned?
- 1:01:05Speaker 6: It's the equivalent of like when the paper towels run
- 1:01:08Speaker 6: out and you take a new roll out and instead
- 1:01:10Speaker 6: of throwing away the holder thingy and replacing it, you
- 1:01:13Speaker 6: just grab one paper towel.
- 1:01:14Speaker 3: Which people around here do, which they do.
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: It's along that line.
- 1:01:18Speaker 3: I said, even Sea Bass wouldn't do such a thing.
- 1:01:20Speaker 3: When three rolls, when the printer and the copy machine
- 1:01:25Speaker 3: is out of paper? What a Sea Bass do? He
- 1:01:27Speaker 3: brings up fresh reams of paper. Now does he write
- 1:01:31Speaker 3: courtesy of Sea Bass on the ream of paper?
- 1:01:33Speaker 12: You bet?
- 1:01:34Speaker 7: Not only do I stock the not only do I
- 1:01:36Speaker 7: stock the printer, but I bring up an extra bonus.
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: Pack that has my name on it.
- 1:01:41Speaker 3: He ma.
- 1:01:42Speaker 4: He makes sure to write on the package of the
- 1:01:44Speaker 4: paper courtesy of Sea Bass, just so we all know
- 1:01:47Speaker 4: that he's the one that.
- 1:01:48Speaker 6: But it's a good system around here that they keep
- 1:01:50Speaker 6: the paper nowhere near any print.
- 1:01:52Speaker 4: But it's not like it's not like he only brought
- 1:01:55Speaker 4: the three sheets of paper that we're gonna be able
- 1:01:57Speaker 4: to print whatever he needed. No, No, he brought a
- 1:02:00Speaker 4: whole ream of paper for everybody, courtesy of Sea Baths,
- 1:02:03Speaker 4: much like you very so of cups.
- 1:02:05Speaker 7: Well, I think what we're focusing on here, or keying
- 1:02:08Speaker 7: in on here, is there's a certain type of person
- 1:02:11Speaker 7: I've identified over the years. It's a low functioning adult.
- 1:02:14Speaker 7: And they're just not and I don't mean slow adult,
- 1:02:17Speaker 7: I mean lower function they're just who is this? In
- 1:02:21Speaker 7: this case, this would be a type of activity, the
- 1:02:23Speaker 7: person who just brings their own coffee cup when they
- 1:02:25Speaker 7: could have brought the whole sleeve. It is someone who
- 1:02:28Speaker 7: is just foggish. They just know what they have to
- 1:02:32Speaker 7: do and what's and I'm not it's a part of
- 1:02:34Speaker 7: being selfish. They know what they need to do, but
- 1:02:36Speaker 7: they're not thinking of the big picture at all, even
- 1:02:38Speaker 7: though the big picture in this case is just a
- 1:02:40Speaker 7: stack of cups.
- 1:02:41Speaker 10: But this is kind of a catch twenty two because
- 1:02:42Speaker 10: for people who are like, don't hook me until I've
- 1:02:44Speaker 10: had my coffee, like you really just kind of not.
- 1:02:47Speaker 5: You're like on autopilot until you get that.
- 1:02:49Speaker 7: It should be automatic. That's the thing your autopilot should be.
- 1:02:51Speaker 7: I'm getting the whole stack of cups.
- 1:02:53Speaker 3: Morgan through the question out there, and we didn't because
- 1:02:55Speaker 3: everybody was asking questions. But I think it's an important one.
- 1:02:57Speaker 3: Why didn't you sleep last night?
- 1:02:59Speaker 15: I did sleep last night because I went to go
- 1:03:02Speaker 15: to the to the theater to watch Frankenstein yet again.
- 1:03:07Speaker 15: Nominated for eleven Oscars, Thank you very much.
- 1:03:10Speaker 5: Isn't on Netflix.
- 1:03:11Speaker 4: I thought it's gonna be way more entertaining answers. So
- 1:03:14Speaker 4: that that's it.
- 1:03:15Speaker 3: When you say I didn't, you mean you didn't sleep
- 1:03:16Speaker 3: at all, or you just got less sleep than normal,
- 1:03:19Speaker 3: less sleep last. Okay, all right, when you say I
- 1:03:21Speaker 3: didn't sleep last night, that also uh sinuates that man.
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: Trouble all night.
- 1:03:29Speaker 5: Yeah yeah, trouble in paradise Frankenstein again and it is streaming.
- 1:03:36Speaker 15: Yeah, you want to see my my ticket. I'll bring
- 1:03:42Speaker 15: out my movie ticket right now. Wow off girl, believe Yeah,
- 1:03:52Speaker 15: it's not cool either way.
- 1:03:53Speaker 5: He did.
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: He didn't hate us before, now he does. Yeah.
- 1:03:55Speaker 7: I run into a lot of these types comic con.
- 1:03:58Speaker 7: These are just like loaf again, low functioning adult.
- 1:04:01Speaker 6: I think the low functioning adult is the person who
- 1:04:05Speaker 6: just has no spatial awareness, like they're walking an aisle,
- 1:04:08Speaker 6: or they're walking backwards.
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: Stopping right into the door and stop right there. Yeah,
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: it sounds like a fun person instead of complaining planar
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: sound BROTMU that you make observation. Yeah, we men.
- 1:04:36Speaker 4: We we hope that you don't hate us because we
- 1:04:38Speaker 4: we love what we care about you and U.
- 1:04:41Speaker 3: Just next time, maybe bring to a few cups. There's
- 1:04:44Speaker 3: what ten people like?
- 1:04:46Speaker 4: Bring cups? Ten cups?
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, yeah, yeah, I will do better, guys, all
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: right better? Yeah?
- 1:04:52Speaker 4: Eight seven forty four change it worked on.
- 1:04:59Speaker 3: Tech stuff over to two two nine eighty seven fail
- 1:05:02Speaker 3: stories Our next hangout.
- 1:05:04Speaker 4: I'm not wearing a helmet.
- 1:05:05Speaker 3: It's not gonna wear a helmet.
- 1:05:07Speaker 4: Like straight up, you guys are idiots. Wood Show ratings
- 1:05:13Speaker 4: come out every week and if they're not good or
- 1:05:15Speaker 4: good enough, that's the.
- 1:05:20Speaker 3: You know, our goal every Friday is just to get
- 1:05:22Speaker 3: through the morning and the weekend as quickly as we can.
- 1:05:24Speaker 3: And that's what we got going on here, ladies and gentlemen.
- 1:05:28Speaker 3: Is time for your Friday fail stories. Got some really
- 1:05:33Speaker 3: good ones lined up for you today. You're on the
- 1:05:36Speaker 3: Woody Show.
- 1:06:17Speaker 4: Alright, ladies and gentlemen, Boys and girls, it is time
- 1:06:20Speaker 4: for your Friday fail story. All people thought they had
- 1:06:27Speaker 4: the perfect plan, the plan that could never go wrong,
- 1:06:28Speaker 4: and went somewhere along the line that went from being
- 1:06:30Speaker 4: a great idea the one big stinking mega uber culture. Yeah,
- 1:06:51Speaker 4: you know what, the the way that the end just
- 1:06:55Speaker 4: kind of like, I man, that was good?
- 1:06:59Speaker 6: That was that was Fulis it's oh hit perfectly?
- 1:07:05Speaker 5: That's nice?
- 1:07:05Speaker 4: Yeah, that's all right.
- 1:07:06Speaker 3: All right, Friday fail stories starting with something you saw
- 1:07:09Speaker 3: in the news. It's out of Switzerland. You know, the
- 1:07:13Speaker 3: World Economic Forum has been happening and one of the
- 1:07:15Speaker 3: highlights was when President Trump got up and made a
- 1:07:17Speaker 3: speech focused on his push for the United States to
- 1:07:20Speaker 3: acquire Greenland from Denmark, which you know has caused some
- 1:07:23Speaker 3: diplomatic tensions with the European allies. Well, during the speech
- 1:07:28Speaker 3: he went in on European policies, NATO allies, and he
- 1:07:31Speaker 3: made remarks about history, including this one, and then after.
- 1:07:35Speaker 4: The war which we won, we won it big without us.
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: Right now, you'll all be speaking German and little Japanese perhaps.
- 1:07:45Speaker 3: Well, you see, he said this to a room full
- 1:07:47Speaker 3: of German speakers on account of the location of the
- 1:07:50Speaker 3: event is in the German speaking regions. Yeah, well, yeah,
- 1:07:58Speaker 3: you'll continue to do that.
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: You're already doing.
- 1:08:04Speaker 14: That.
- 1:08:04Speaker 3: Was funny, all right. Next up, dude in Kansas City,
- 1:08:07Speaker 3: he had a scam going you guys. He had a
- 1:08:08Speaker 3: couple of cars he was selling. He listed them on
- 1:08:12Speaker 3: Greg's favorite Facebook marketplace.
- 1:08:13Speaker 1: I do love Facebook marketplace.
- 1:08:16Speaker 3: He found buyers for both. But here's the scam. He
- 1:08:21Speaker 3: would sell these people the cars, had a good deal,
- 1:08:24Speaker 3: and then he'd go and steal them back, relist them,
- 1:08:28Speaker 3: and then sell them again to a different sucker.
- 1:08:31Speaker 4: Right. According to the report here, he did this eight
- 1:08:35Speaker 4: different times with these same two cars. Okay, So the cops,
- 1:08:39Speaker 4: of course they knew something was up because they kept
- 1:08:40Speaker 4: getting stolen vehicle reports for the same two cars.
- 1:08:44Speaker 3: They investigated the bust of the dude. They even have
- 1:08:46Speaker 3: them on video. So he was arrested, hit with fourteen
- 1:08:50Speaker 3: felony charges. And because it all stacks up and adds up,
- 1:08:53Speaker 3: he is staring down ninety eight years in fail jail.
- 1:08:58Speaker 5: Like sale dude, I am impressed, but he does need
- 1:09:02Speaker 5: to pay, he needs to be punished. But I am impressed.
- 1:09:04Speaker 5: Are you guys impressed?
- 1:09:05Speaker 4: Not much impressed.
- 1:09:06Speaker 3: Probably just had the five for each and then you
- 1:09:10Speaker 3: just go wherever they're going.
- 1:09:11Speaker 10: Yeah, just keep reselling the same two cars and stealing
- 1:09:14Speaker 10: them's plan.
- 1:09:15Speaker 3: Yeah, So, like Greg knows he's buying stolen goods when
- 1:09:19Speaker 3: he goes off off marketplace, more than likely, I mean,
- 1:09:22Speaker 3: just when he tells the story about it. Tell the
- 1:09:24Speaker 3: microwave story. This is a good one.
- 1:09:26Speaker 6: Microwave broke needed a new one, right, and we wanted
- 1:09:29Speaker 6: a new one, not like one with like crusty old
- 1:09:31Speaker 6: crap in it. Yeah, so we found one on marketplace,
- 1:09:35Speaker 6: new in boxy photo of it, but it is legit
- 1:09:39Speaker 6: new in boxes.
- 1:09:40Speaker 3: This microwave retail, Like if you went to you know,
- 1:09:43Speaker 3: a store and you bought it, it would go for
- 1:09:46Speaker 3: let's say over a thousand dollars, a thousand dollars microwab. Now,
- 1:09:51Speaker 3: let's go around the room and take some guesses. How
- 1:09:52Speaker 3: much was this and this would be a red flag
- 1:09:55Speaker 3: by the way, one thousand dollars brand new in the
- 1:09:57Speaker 3: box microwave, seven hundred dollars, the hundred.
- 1:10:00Speaker 5: Dollars forty, one hundred and fifty forty.
- 1:10:03Speaker 3: Okay, three hundred dollars greg how much was it on
- 1:10:06Speaker 3: Facebook marketplace? We talked them down to one eighty whoa
- 1:10:10Speaker 3: so one.
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: A tenth of the price.
- 1:10:13Speaker 6: And then so go to pick it up and we
- 1:10:16Speaker 6: meet at this weird self storage place and he says,
- 1:10:19Speaker 6: pull up here as we can put it in your car.
- 1:10:22Speaker 6: They quickly lift the door of the self storage place
- 1:10:25Speaker 6: filled with gorgeous brand new appliances, drag the microwave out,
- 1:10:28Speaker 6: close the door. Here you go like, you know what, Yeah,
- 1:10:32Speaker 6: ninety nine percent sure this is stolen, but you still
- 1:10:35Speaker 6: got it. You got the d didn't say it, I
- 1:10:37Speaker 6: didn't ask.
- 1:10:38Speaker 5: You didn't steal it.
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: I didn't steal it. I'm super risky though, because it
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: could have a brick inside the box. Oh, we looked
- 1:10:47Speaker 1: at it. We looked at it.
- 1:10:48Speaker 6: And I have been successful with Facebook marketplace one hundred
- 1:10:51Speaker 6: percent of the time sold stuff, bought stuff.
- 1:10:54Speaker 3: Here's awesome. Here's a question. All right, So you don't
- 1:10:57Speaker 3: know they didn't say anything. No, you didn't ask, No,
- 1:10:59Speaker 3: you bought this microwave. Could you I don't think you
- 1:11:02Speaker 3: could because you don't. You don't know, like you, I
- 1:11:04Speaker 3: don't know. I mean could could a person get in
- 1:11:06Speaker 3: trouble for something like that? Probably?
- 1:11:09Speaker 4: I mean if you're well, yeah, but I think if
- 1:11:11Speaker 4: you knowingly but like, but how do you know? I mean,
- 1:11:14Speaker 4: it doesn't make a lot of sense. Like a thousand
- 1:11:16Speaker 4: dollars microwaved be one hundred and eighty bucks. The person
- 1:11:18Speaker 4: owned a business, it was going out of business. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:11:21Speaker 4: that's true. Stop yeah, sell.
- 1:11:24Speaker 1: It right, or he was going to open in a
- 1:11:27Speaker 1: store for real.
- 1:11:30Speaker 6: Because if you buy something in a pawn shop and
- 1:11:32Speaker 6: they find out it's stolen, I don't think you get
- 1:11:34Speaker 6: in trouble.
- 1:11:34Speaker 5: No, you don't.
- 1:11:35Speaker 12: Can't.
- 1:11:36Speaker 4: That's a good point, Like.
- 1:11:37Speaker 3: You said, it's a good point if it's knowingly stolen.
- 1:11:40Speaker 3: Have you ever bought or sold anything at a pawn shop.
- 1:11:44Speaker 10: No, I don't believe and understand pawn What do you mean,
- 1:11:48Speaker 10: like you you give it to them and they give
- 1:11:51Speaker 10: you money and then you go get it back.
- 1:11:53Speaker 5: Well, I mean that's the loan side of Yeah, that's
- 1:11:55Speaker 5: what I'm talking about.
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: That.
- 1:11:57Speaker 6: So you give me your diamond ring, and I loan
- 1:12:00Speaker 6: you a thousand bucks. If you come back in the
- 1:12:03Speaker 6: allotted time, you pay me a thousand bucks plus interest,
- 1:12:06Speaker 6: and I give you your ring back. If you don't
- 1:12:08Speaker 6: come back for that ring by a certain date, he
- 1:12:10Speaker 6: can sell. They get to sell it, and they can
- 1:12:12Speaker 6: sell it for whatever they want.
- 1:12:13Speaker 5: It's like a cash advance.
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:12:15Speaker 3: But also people will bring stuff down and just pawn it,
- 1:12:17Speaker 3: so like they'll they'll give it to sell.
- 1:12:20Speaker 4: So hey, what are you gonna give me with this?
- 1:12:21Speaker 5: That I understand?
- 1:12:22Speaker 1: Right, So you have the option to either pont it
- 1:12:24Speaker 1: or sell it.
- 1:12:25Speaker 9: Right.
- 1:12:25Speaker 4: I've never I don't think I've ever even stepped foot
- 1:12:27Speaker 4: into a pawnshop.
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:12:30Speaker 5: I used to go as a kid.
- 1:12:31Speaker 4: They were awesome. Not on purpose, I just I just
- 1:12:35Speaker 4: haven't been in one.
- 1:12:35Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:12:36Speaker 13: Either.
- 1:12:36Speaker 6: It's a bunch of random stuff, anything from diamond rings
- 1:12:39Speaker 6: to chainsaws.
- 1:12:40Speaker 3: Friday fail stories. Next up is from Canada. This guy
- 1:12:43Speaker 3: he went out of town on a trip and in
- 1:12:45Speaker 3: this attempt to save a little money, he cut the
- 1:12:48Speaker 3: heat to his apartment. I mean, you know why I
- 1:12:50Speaker 3: paid the heat of space when ain't nobody gonna be there?
- 1:12:52Speaker 4: You feel me?
- 1:12:53Speaker 1: Anyway?
- 1:12:54Speaker 3: It's winter, it's Canada, it's cold. It was so cold
- 1:12:58Speaker 3: that the pipes burst, water goes everywhere, floods the apartment,
- 1:13:03Speaker 3: turns his place into an ice castle. There are pictures
- 1:13:06Speaker 3: of it online. It's crazy. I mean, the walls ice,
- 1:13:08Speaker 3: the ceiling ice, oh, furniture ice, like where the water
- 1:13:12Speaker 3: was coming out of the vents in the ceiling. It
- 1:13:15Speaker 3: froze midair, you know what I mean. So it just
- 1:13:17Speaker 3: looks like everything was just, you know, frozen in time
- 1:13:19Speaker 3: kind of thing. Even the appliance is covered in just
- 1:13:23Speaker 3: thick ice. So the dude got evicted. The landlord says
- 1:13:27Speaker 3: they're going to have to basically strip down the entire
- 1:13:29Speaker 3: apartment down to the studs to restore the place.
- 1:13:32Speaker 4: Yeah, full sail, it looks like Superman's house.
- 1:13:35Speaker 5: Yeah for real.
- 1:13:36Speaker 3: Yeah, the was the Fortress of Solitude. Yeah, he could
- 1:13:39Speaker 3: open a bar there, Yeah, for sure. One of those
- 1:13:42Speaker 3: frozen bars.
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:13:44Speaker 3: See, how about this one's from Texas where you got
- 1:13:48Speaker 3: this forty three year old chick in the news. She
- 1:13:50Speaker 3: was on a video call with a friend of hers
- 1:13:52Speaker 3: who was in prison, and while they were chatting it up,
- 1:13:55Speaker 3: the prison guards were monitoring the call as they do,
- 1:13:57Speaker 3: and they noticed something. That's the chick, not the one
- 1:14:02Speaker 3: that's in prison, Like the friend was just sitting there
- 1:14:06Speaker 3: casually smoking meth on the call.
- 1:14:08Speaker 5: Fun and so what she used to do with their buddies.
- 1:14:12Speaker 3: So the cops they showed up in her house with
- 1:14:13Speaker 3: a warrant, found a bunch more meth, a bunch of weed.
- 1:14:16Speaker 3: They found a gun, and she's got a record. So
- 1:14:18Speaker 3: now she's in fail jail Possession of a controlled substance
- 1:14:22Speaker 3: with intent to deliver, possession of a firearm by a felon.
- 1:14:25Speaker 4: So dumb.
- 1:14:27Speaker 5: I mean, in her defense, she was super high to
- 1:14:29Speaker 5: know what was happening, right.
- 1:14:31Speaker 3: And uh, this is one of my favorite stories of
- 1:14:34Speaker 3: the week. It's from Pittsburgh, where the Woody Show proud
- 1:14:36Speaker 3: to be heard weekday mornings on one of five ninety X.
- 1:14:39Speaker 3: It's also where this dude broke into this family's house.
- 1:14:42Speaker 3: Now I'm just throwing a little fun fact in there.
- 1:14:44Speaker 3: Typically I leave this kind of stuff out, but when
- 1:14:46Speaker 3: the house is located on Climax Street, oh sweet, I
- 1:14:50Speaker 3: mention it. You must you guys a sixty nine Climax Yeah,
- 1:14:56Speaker 3: other than four or five Climax Street. Anyway, he got
- 1:15:02Speaker 3: in through a kitchen window.
- 1:15:03Speaker 4: Family was home, and when they asked him, may man,
- 1:15:05Speaker 4: what are you doing, he pulled a knife and he
- 1:15:07Speaker 4: told them that he was an ice agent.
- 1:15:10Speaker 3: The family's Hispanic, and he's like yelling and screaming. He's
- 1:15:14Speaker 3: demanding to see their paperwork. Now as he's yelling and
- 1:15:17Speaker 3: screaming and whatever, as it's all playing out, he's like
- 1:15:20Speaker 3: gathering up their PlayStation five and the cell phone that.
- 1:15:23Speaker 4: Belonged to the seventeen year old son that lived there.
- 1:15:26Speaker 3: And that's when the seventeen year old son stepped in
- 1:15:32Speaker 3: and punched the fake ice agent in the face and
- 1:15:35Speaker 3: knocked his.
- 1:15:36Speaker 4: Ass out gold like right there on the spot.
- 1:15:39Speaker 3: And man, he must have crushed him because this guy
- 1:15:42Speaker 3: was still in the process of regaining consciousness.
- 1:15:45Speaker 4: But when the cops arrived, so they had time to
- 1:15:47Speaker 4: call the cops.
- 1:15:48Speaker 3: The cops had to get there, and this guy was
- 1:15:50Speaker 3: just barely starting to come to love that because.
- 1:15:54Speaker 1: Guys, that's what you see in movies.
- 1:15:55Speaker 3: Because he got rocked rule by the seventeen year old son.
- 1:15:59Speaker 3: So anyway, dude was arrested taking to.
- 1:16:01Speaker 4: Fail jail games.
- 1:16:03Speaker 5: Yeah, he's a best.
- 1:16:06Speaker 3: So call sports with the ge Jeff course, Yo, Happy Friday, Jeff.
- 1:16:13Speaker 4: G Good morning. What do you show?
- 1:16:14Speaker 2: Happy Friday. The Lakers waited just a little bit too
- 1:16:17Speaker 2: long to mount a comeback last night against the Clippers.
- 1:16:20Speaker 2: They lost one to twelve to one oh four.
- 1:16:23Speaker 4: There comes James Harden, both one fourth players come on Colin.
- 1:16:30Speaker 2: James Harden had eighteen for the Clips, Kawhi had twenty
- 1:16:33Speaker 2: four for the Lakers, and Luca had thirty two and
- 1:16:36Speaker 2: Lebron twenty three. Lakers got the MAVs tomorrow at five
- 1:16:39Speaker 2: point thirty on ABC, and the Clippers got.
- 1:16:42Speaker 4: The Nets on Sunday.
- 1:16:43Speaker 2: By the way, the Clippers are fourteen and three in
- 1:16:45Speaker 2: their last seventeen games.
- 1:16:47Speaker 1: Good for them.
- 1:16:48Speaker 2: NFL it's Conference Championships Sunday. It kicks off at twelve
- 1:16:51Speaker 2: noon with the Patriots in Denver. Then the Rams are
- 1:16:54Speaker 2: in Seattle at three point thirty on Fox. Here is
- 1:16:56Speaker 2: Rams head coach Sean McVay talking about the respect he's
- 1:16:59Speaker 2: got for the Seahawks.
- 1:17:00Speaker 4: They put a bunch of pressure on you personnel wise
- 1:17:03Speaker 4: and tactically and schematically, and it's a hell of a challenge.
- 1:17:07Speaker 4: But it's it's been impressive to watch and they do
- 1:17:10Speaker 4: a great job.
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: I got a ton of respect for them.
- 1:17:12Speaker 4: That's gonna be a great game.
- 1:17:13Speaker 2: By the way, shout out to the Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford.
- 1:17:15Speaker 4: He is a finalist for MVP.
- 1:17:17Speaker 2: He should win it, by the way, and Pukaakoa finalists
- 1:17:20Speaker 2: for the Offensive Player of the Year. Moving on to

- 1:25:41Speaker 3: you will win a prize. Not many people end up
- 1:25:43Speaker 3: not meeting the challenge of the d u i Q,
- 1:25:47Speaker 3: but just to get a better idea of just how
- 1:25:49Speaker 3: with it or not with it the drunk person is,
- 1:25:51Speaker 3: we have a little clip here to get to know
- 1:25:52Speaker 3: them better.
- 1:25:53Speaker 4: And who is this person?
- 1:25:54Speaker 3: Ceves is read.
- 1:25:56Speaker 1: He is gonna tell us about his state of an
- 1:25:58Speaker 1: abriation as well as the love.

- 1:26:07Speaker 4: Tell me about your girlfriend. How'd you guys meet?
- 1:26:09Speaker 13: We've been in college when we were probably a freshman
- 1:26:12Speaker 13: in college.
- 1:26:13Speaker 4: Yeah, do you have plans for her? In the long
- 1:26:15Speaker 4: term and you get married.
- 1:26:16Speaker 13: Oh, for sure, we're gonna get married. Yeah she has
- 1:26:18Speaker 13: never ring? Then, yeah, she has the ring. She's gonna
- 1:26:20Speaker 13: pay for it because we are desperately poor. We are
- 1:26:23Speaker 13: desperately poor.
- 1:26:24Speaker 4: Oh really, what do you do for a living?
- 1:26:26Speaker 13: We are both teachers. We are both teachers. We are
- 1:26:30Speaker 13: both teachers. That's how it goes. That's how it goes.
- 1:26:32Speaker 1: So here's a question.
- 1:26:33Speaker 3: You have plenty to say about teachers when we're on
- 1:26:35Speaker 3: the air, but now you're in front of a couple
- 1:26:36Speaker 3: of them, and you don't say anything.
- 1:26:37Speaker 4: To them to their face.
- 1:26:38Speaker 3: Well, first off, I'm just just while you're in here
- 1:26:40Speaker 3: in the studio. First off, I have a job to do.
- 1:26:41Speaker 3: Number one, Oh, very serious. There is the d u Q.
- 1:26:47Speaker 7: Number one and number two. He already admitted he's a
- 1:26:49Speaker 7: poor piece of crab. He and his wife, who's bying
- 1:26:51Speaker 7: her own ring apparently, well.
- 1:26:56Speaker 1: Conflict right before you got.
- 1:26:57Speaker 4: Not making money? Does it make you a piece of crap?
- 1:27:00Speaker 5: Yeah, he didn't admit that part. He just said he
- 1:27:02Speaker 5: didn't have to.
- 1:27:03Speaker 4: I believe best probably thinks that it does.
- 1:27:05Speaker 7: I am using it in the south Park style of
- 1:27:07Speaker 7: phrasey phraseology. Yeah, everybody understands that context. I'm glad they do.
- 1:27:15Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:27:15Speaker 4: Well, Kevin, Uh, he sounds somewhat with its very drunk.
- 1:27:20Speaker 4: But yeah, I mean we've heard we've heard sloppy on this.
- 1:27:25Speaker 1: We've heard people that we didn't survive the night.
- 1:27:28Speaker 4: That's true.
- 1:27:30Speaker 1: And he's a teacher.
- 1:27:31Speaker 3: We've got Menace and Sammy trying to guess they are
- 1:27:34Speaker 3: stone cold sober on these questions.
- 1:27:36Speaker 4: Well, they're just for fun. You just have to guess.
- 1:27:38Speaker 3: We'll read the drunk person, get them right or not.
- 1:27:40Speaker 3: And we start with question number one plate the following
- 1:27:43Speaker 3: it's six of one or what?
- 1:27:45Speaker 4: This is a repeater?
- 1:27:46Speaker 1: I believe is it?
- 1:27:47Speaker 7: I did a different idiom last time? Okay, but I
- 1:27:52Speaker 7: understand why you ringing a bell.
- 1:27:53Speaker 4: I think yes for both Sammy and Menace. Uh, and
- 1:27:56Speaker 4: you know what sweep it for. Yes. I'm just going
- 1:27:59Speaker 4: by the confidence I have.
- 1:28:00Speaker 1: Just how with it.
- 1:28:00Speaker 6: He is easy, not a teacher educating. Oh yeah, that's right.
- 1:28:08Speaker 6: I'm gonna say no to Menace. I don't think these
- 1:28:11Speaker 6: phrases are his strong suit. I'm kind of leaning triple no,
- 1:28:16Speaker 6: triple yeah, okay, GINI g.
- 1:28:21Speaker 5: I'm gonna split the difference. I try not to look
- 1:28:23Speaker 5: at them. But Samy looks very worried, even though she
- 1:28:28Speaker 5: her brow is crazy for an, I'm still going to
- 1:28:31Speaker 5: say yes, yeah, maybe.
- 1:28:33Speaker 3: More than likely I do that all DM.
- 1:28:35Speaker 5: She looks so confused. I'm saying, okay, I'm just gonna
- 1:28:40Speaker 5: go crazy say yes to Sammy, no to menace.
- 1:28:41Speaker 3: And yes to read Sammy and Menace. Do you think
- 1:28:44Speaker 3: that Reed gets it?
- 1:28:45Speaker 4: No?
- 1:28:46Speaker 1: All right, Kevin?
- 1:28:46Speaker 4: What you guess?
- 1:28:48Speaker 14: Could I Actually, here's the question again.
- 1:28:50Speaker 4: You sure can complete the following. It's six of one
- 1:28:53Speaker 4: or what?
- 1:28:54Speaker 1: All right?
- 1:28:55Speaker 4: Do you think that Reid gets it?
- 1:28:57Speaker 12: No?
- 1:28:59Speaker 4: All right, let's fine out question number one. D U
- 1:29:01Speaker 4: I Q wait the following. It's six of one or what.
- 1:29:07Speaker 3: Minutes?
- 1:29:08Speaker 1: Ten of another?
- 1:29:09Speaker 4: Or ten of another? Sammy?
- 1:29:13Speaker 1: Half dozen of.
- 1:29:16Speaker 5: Are you done of another?
- 1:29:18Speaker 4: Okay, okay, but that is the that is the phrase.
- 1:29:21Speaker 12: That is it.
- 1:29:21Speaker 4: It's either six of one or half. Do you understand
- 1:29:24Speaker 4: the saying menace?
- 1:29:25Speaker 1: I don't remember the saying, yeah, I understand that it's.
- 1:29:30Speaker 3: Either six of one or half. It's six of one
- 1:29:31Speaker 3: or a half dozen of the other. What does that
- 1:29:33Speaker 3: saying mean?
- 1:29:35Speaker 1: Subtraction or division?
- 1:29:37Speaker 12: What?
- 1:29:38Speaker 1: I don't know?
- 1:29:39Speaker 3: You don't know what it means no. You can't, like
- 1:29:41Speaker 3: even just now that you've heard it, you can't figure
- 1:29:43Speaker 3: out what it means.
- 1:29:44Speaker 1: It just means a division of no, Like where would
- 1:29:46Speaker 1: you use that phrase?
- 1:29:47Speaker 9: Do you know?
- 1:29:48Speaker 1: At what context? Oh?
- 1:29:50Speaker 3: Maybe baking?
- 1:29:51Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 1:29:53Speaker 5: Can I get a hint?
- 1:29:54Speaker 9: Sure?
- 1:29:55Speaker 5: Like six and a half dozen are the same right
- 1:29:57Speaker 5: with that?
- 1:29:58Speaker 3: So people, it's like when people I just don't care
- 1:30:00Speaker 3: the go I don't know. But to me, it's six
- 1:30:02Speaker 3: and one half dozen of the other. Like in other words,
- 1:30:03Speaker 3: there's no difference, same same thing six that's where you
- 1:30:06Speaker 3: would use that. Okay, I was just focused, well do
- 1:30:08Speaker 3: you want this or do you want that? You go, ah,
- 1:30:10Speaker 3: you know, six and six and one half dozen of
- 1:30:12Speaker 3: the other, or you might just say six to one,
- 1:30:14Speaker 3: or I would just never use that saying.
- 1:30:16Speaker 1: Yeah ever, yeah, yeah, all right, Well Kevin sounds all
- 1:30:22Speaker 1: the time.
- 1:30:22Speaker 4: Easy, it sure does.
- 1:30:24Speaker 1: It's quite old.
- 1:30:26Speaker 3: Kevin says that Reid will not get this one. We'll
- 1:30:29Speaker 3: see if he gets on the board with his first
- 1:30:30Speaker 3: point here on the d U i Q.
- 1:30:32Speaker 4: Plate the following it's six of one or what none
- 1:30:35Speaker 4: of the other, And tell folks what that means in
- 1:30:37Speaker 4: plain English. That means if you have some of the other,
- 1:30:40Speaker 4: then you have none of the other.
- 1:30:42Speaker 3: Right, I mean, it's so close, so far with it
- 1:30:46Speaker 3: as we thought. Ye, Menace, is this your teacher?
- 1:30:49Speaker 1: Maybe show use that phrase anyway, I'll meet a county.
- 1:30:55Speaker 3: Yeah, all right, question number two d U I Q.
- 1:30:58Speaker 3: But you're in good shape, Kevin. You already have one
- 1:31:00Speaker 3: point on the board.
- 1:31:01Speaker 1: Here we go.
- 1:31:01Speaker 4: And what part of your body is your larynx?
- 1:31:05Speaker 1: H Okay, I do I do know this? Yeah, of course?
- 1:31:09Speaker 3: And what and what part of your body is your larynx?

- 1:33:25Speaker 5: Yeah, I'm gonna be optimistic.
- 1:33:27Speaker 10: I'm gonna say I'm gonna keep I'm gonna keep my
- 1:33:29Speaker 10: answer the exact same for every every time. Yes to Sammy,
- 1:33:32Speaker 10: no to menace, Yester read?
- 1:33:33Speaker 6: And can I just point out just because he's a teacher.
- 1:33:35Speaker 6: I have a friend who's a teacher, and he said
- 1:33:37Speaker 6: that he likes to teach his kids thirteenth century California history.
- 1:33:42Speaker 6: There's no such thing.
- 1:33:43Speaker 3: Wait what Yeah, so it's not just because he could
- 1:33:46Speaker 3: said to me, Oh cool.
- 1:33:48Speaker 7: I hate to bring this up, but teachers tend to
- 1:33:50Speaker 7: score lower in general standardized tests than you know, other professions.
- 1:33:54Speaker 1: Sh It's just the facts.
- 1:33:56Speaker 5: Man, I'm sticking with what I have. Yes to Sammy,
- 1:33:58Speaker 5: no to minutes, Yester read.
- 1:33:59Speaker 3: I'm gonna say, man, I'll say yes to menace, no
- 1:34:04Speaker 3: to read and Sammy. Oh I think menace gets this.
- 1:34:07Speaker 3: One question number three the d y Q.
- 1:34:11Speaker 4: What do you think you're Kevin? Does he get it?
- 1:34:14Speaker 1: I'm gonna go with another note to steal it off.
- 1:34:17Speaker 3: Another All right, here we go.
- 1:34:18Speaker 4: Let's find out who is the president of the Union
- 1:34:20Speaker 4: during the Civil War.
- 1:34:22Speaker 1: Menace Abraham Lincoln, Sammy Lincoln.
- 1:34:26Speaker 4: Lincoln is the answer, Yeah, Lincoln, Lincoln Lincoln.
- 1:34:32Speaker 3: I Now, if if Reid the teacher does not get
- 1:34:35Speaker 3: this one right, that means that Kevin will be the
- 1:34:37Speaker 3: winner of the d uy Q. But I also kind
- 1:34:39Speaker 3: of jinxed at the beginning. You know they do that
- 1:34:41Speaker 3: during sporting events ago. This guy hasn't missed. Yeah, I
- 1:34:46Speaker 3: said him up by. You know, very rarely does anybody
- 1:34:49Speaker 3: ever not win on the d all right, so let's
- 1:34:51Speaker 3: see question number three d.
- 1:34:52Speaker 12: U y Q.
- 1:34:53Speaker 4: Who's the president of the Union during the Civil War.
- 1:34:56Speaker 4: I'm gonna say, Thomas Jefferson. Tell folks about Thomas Jefferson.
- 1:34:58Speaker 4: Why I see a great man.
- 1:35:00Speaker 13: I have no idea why Tompsis is a great man,
- 1:35:02Speaker 13: but you know his name be guys. He has some
- 1:35:04Speaker 13: seniority over the.
- 1:35:07Speaker 4: Gotcha ga, he's a teacher, doesn't teach recess. Kevin, Congratulations,
- 1:35:15Speaker 4: you are a winner on the du Love you.
- 1:35:18Speaker 7: Yeah, you got.
- 1:35:20Speaker 13: Pulling it out.
- 1:35:21Speaker 4: Congratulations, thanks again foisting into the show. I have yourself
- 1:35:24Speaker 4: a great weekend, and hang on so we can get
- 1:35:25Speaker 4: your info.
- 1:35:26Speaker 1: Okay, thank you, you got there. You go uh yeah,
- 1:35:31Speaker 1: eight one.
- 1:35:31Speaker 3: Eight texting over as a teacher, I can assure you
- 1:35:34Speaker 3: that a lot of teachers are dumb. You don't get
- 1:35:38Speaker 3: that talk a lot in most places.
- 1:35:40Speaker 1: That's right. There are millions on that be some real
- 1:35:41Speaker 1: stupid ones.
- 1:35:44Speaker 4: I'm sorry, look at you people are people are texting over.
- 1:35:47Speaker 1: It's the old nor McDonald joke.
- 1:35:48Speaker 4: Teacher's party just behind hairdress.
- 1:35:52Speaker 3: Teachers party, just behind hairdressers at a sunrise underground after hours.
- 1:35:57Speaker 4: I used to date.
- 1:35:58Speaker 7: Oh I shouldn't say, but I know of a person
- 1:36:00Speaker 7: who's who taught sixth grade and she would be up
- 1:36:02Speaker 7: till four am drinking doing coke nice a lot of
- 1:36:06Speaker 7: time ago. So you would almost have to you know,
- 1:36:09Speaker 7: or you could just be like an old school moms.
- 1:36:11Speaker 7: It depends on the on the age of the kids,
- 1:36:13Speaker 7: right man. So there was there was one story I
- 1:36:17Speaker 7: saw and I'm like, man, you know what, I kind
- 1:36:19Speaker 7: of get it.
- 1:36:20Speaker 3: Thirty seven year old teacher in Virginia works in this
- 1:36:24Speaker 3: elementary school and she had to talk to a student
- 1:36:27Speaker 3: outside in the hallway. Now nobody knows what was said
- 1:36:30Speaker 3: in that conversation, but whatever it was, the teacher snaps
- 1:36:33Speaker 3: and she starts raising her voice, and things escalated a bit,
- 1:36:37Speaker 3: and she got to her last straw, and that's when
- 1:36:40Speaker 3: she took off her shoe and she threw it at
- 1:36:42Speaker 3: this eleven year old and.
- 1:36:43Speaker 4: Hit him in the hand with it. I get it right, Yeah,
- 1:36:47Speaker 4: you want to just.
- 1:36:50Speaker 5: Exactly the most polite thing you could do.
- 1:36:52Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:36:52Speaker 4: So the police were initially called after the student's parents
- 1:36:56Speaker 4: filed a complaint, and now she's been arrested in charge
- 1:36:59Speaker 4: with the salt and battery. She just she snapped, yeah,
- 1:37:04Speaker 4: and now I can't. I mean, you hear the stories
- 1:37:08Speaker 4: about how the teachers used to be able to beat
- 1:37:10Speaker 4: the kids. Oh yeah, all the time.
- 1:37:13Speaker 3: I heard that from my stepfather, man he went to
- 1:37:15Speaker 3: like a Catholic school back in the you know, fifties,
- 1:37:18Speaker 3: would paddle you right, yeah, good time.
- 1:37:22Speaker 5: As kicked or make you kneel on dry rice.
- 1:37:24Speaker 4: Yeah, I tad in my stuff.
- 1:37:27Speaker 1: And my aunt used to have a teacher named Miss Madigan,
- 1:37:29Speaker 1: and she would throw racers and and they would go,
- 1:37:35Speaker 1: Miss Madigan, is Madigan good? And then I eventually I
- 1:37:40Speaker 1: had that teacher. She was mad old by the time
- 1:37:43Speaker 1: I had her, and she couldn't like, she couldn't do
- 1:37:46Speaker 1: that kind of stuff back like by the time I
- 1:37:48Speaker 1: was in school, you know.
- 1:37:51Speaker 4: But they had like paddle boards back in the day.
- 1:37:54Speaker 1: Oh yeah, yeah, and they had like the holes in them.
- 1:37:56Speaker 5: So yeah, like go sure aero dynamic, Yeah, for sure.
- 1:38:00Speaker 3: One was talking about the differences in schools now compared
- 1:38:04Speaker 3: to when you know, like a gen exert, like when
- 1:38:06Speaker 3: we were in schools, And apparently a lot of schools
- 1:38:09Speaker 3: have gotten rid of lockers. Why, Like lockers are gone
- 1:38:13Speaker 3: and they have these just areas where they put like
- 1:38:15Speaker 3: where the lockers used to be, there'll be like some
- 1:38:17Speaker 3: seating or some like some kind of like community type
- 1:38:20Speaker 3: a shock like so when they're when they're doing remember
- 1:38:23Speaker 3: like for a while every office building went to like
- 1:38:26Speaker 3: an open concept. They got rid of all the they
- 1:38:28Speaker 3: got rid of they did that here, they got rid
- 1:38:31Speaker 3: of all the cubicles and it was just a big
- 1:38:33Speaker 3: open kind.
- 1:38:34Speaker 1: Of everybody community, community space.
- 1:38:37Speaker 3: They're they're doing more that, I guess when they're remodeling schools,
- 1:38:40Speaker 3: they're doing more of that stuff. They're getting rid of lockers.
- 1:38:43Speaker 8: That's the purpose of lockers, though, is to put your
- 1:38:45Speaker 8: books and stuff in it. And a lot of books
- 1:38:47Speaker 8: are already in the classroom and you have one at home.
- 1:38:49Speaker 4: Or it's on a taller. That was the other thing
- 1:38:52Speaker 4: they mentioned that there are no more textbooks.
- 1:38:54Speaker 5: Yeah, that's crazy.
- 1:38:54Speaker 3: And this this woman, she was a teacher. She was
- 1:38:56Speaker 3: talking about some of the different changes from when she
- 1:38:58Speaker 3: was a kid till now. And she goes, I haven't
- 1:39:01Speaker 3: seen a textbook in a school. And she goes, it's
- 1:39:04Speaker 3: in whatever year she said, because now everything's on a
- 1:39:07Speaker 3: chromebook or you know, on like you said, on a tablet.
- 1:39:10Speaker 6: And so you got to carry around your lunch all
- 1:39:12Speaker 6: day because I put mine in my locker until I.
- 1:39:16Speaker 3: Was never a bring your lunch kid.
- 1:39:18Speaker 1: Yeah, you had like restaurants and stuff, you.
- 1:39:21Speaker 3: Know, restaurants. It was a cafeteria, but the school was
- 1:39:24Speaker 3: so big, like the public school. The school was so big.
- 1:39:28Speaker 4: Why did I think that we had multiple cafeterias.
- 1:39:31Speaker 1: You had a taco bell or something.
- 1:39:32Speaker 3: No Menace. Menace was talking about how.
- 1:39:35Speaker 1: We had a taco bell express. Yeah. I had like
- 1:39:38Speaker 1: two items, taco and bean burrito.
- 1:39:43Speaker 3: I went to two public high schools. Freshman year, West
- 1:39:45Speaker 3: was Replacedboro High School in New Jersey. There were five
- 1:39:48Speaker 3: different cafeterias. One was like you know, cold cuts, like
- 1:39:52Speaker 3: sandwiches and stuff.
- 1:39:53Speaker 4: Like that.
- 1:39:53Speaker 3: The other one was where it was always pizza and pasta.
- 1:39:56Speaker 3: The other one was the hot lunch of the day.
- 1:39:57Speaker 3: And I forget what the other one was. You know
- 1:39:59Speaker 3: south is there something right? And that's that's what the
- 1:40:03Speaker 3: setup was. And then I went to Mount Lebanon High
- 1:40:06Speaker 3: School in Pittsburgh my senior year, and that we drove
- 1:40:10Speaker 3: by that place.
- 1:40:11Speaker 4: You guys saw it.
- 1:40:12Speaker 3: It looks like like it looks like it'd be like
- 1:40:15Speaker 3: Google's corporate headquarters. The school is huge, and there's like
- 1:40:18Speaker 3: seven floors of that building. Each floor had a cafeteria.
- 1:40:22Speaker 1: Oh wow, you know.
- 1:40:23Speaker 4: Yeah, our cafeteria no one ever used massive.
- 1:40:26Speaker 1: It was empty, so they people either ate outside or
- 1:40:30Speaker 1: we had an open campus, so you could walk across
- 1:40:33Speaker 1: the street to the mall and people would just go
- 1:40:34Speaker 1: to the food court.
- 1:40:35Speaker 5: That's crazy.
- 1:40:35Speaker 3: So you grew up in California and I always thought
- 1:40:38Speaker 3: that was stuff that was just on TV. Like the
- 1:40:40Speaker 3: lockers were outside, people ate lunch out like they were
- 1:40:44Speaker 3: allowed to go out. The only time we were allowed
- 1:40:46Speaker 3: outside was it was like a recess situation and it
- 1:40:49Speaker 3: was very monitored. See I think you went to school
- 1:40:52Speaker 3: in a John Hughes movie.
- 1:40:53Speaker 1: Yeah, like that's.
- 1:40:54Speaker 6: Fake, you know, especially when people say, like, aren't you
- 1:40:59Speaker 6: and my biology in class? I thought, how do you
- 1:41:01Speaker 6: not know every single person in the schools kids there?
- 1:41:04Speaker 1: After my freshman year though, they made the freshmen stay
- 1:41:06Speaker 1: on campus for lunch and then after that everyone else could.
- 1:41:11Speaker 4: Get We would drive to other cities, have un home,
- 1:41:15Speaker 4: say we were not allowed to leave.
- 1:41:17Speaker 1: I think it's forty minutes.
- 1:41:22Speaker 4: The wood Show. So you know how we have been
- 1:41:26Speaker 4: playing the band Dogma Society. That song here song see
- 1:41:32Speaker 4: it all. We played it earlier this morning. So Dogma Society,
- 1:41:40Speaker 4: they're getting ready to go out on tour and they're
- 1:41:43Speaker 4: going to be at the l Ray Theater in Los
- 1:41:45Speaker 4: Angeles in March. But before they head out on their
- 1:41:49Speaker 4: tour next month, they have agreed to come play our
- 1:41:54Speaker 4: Woody Show hangout at Brewery X and Anaho. Yeah, so
- 1:42:01Speaker 4: you could see these guys. We've been you know, playing
- 1:42:04Speaker 4: them and I'm just super excited that things are you know,
- 1:42:07Speaker 4: breaking for these guys right now.
- 1:42:08Speaker 3: They've been really working at it and they seem like
- 1:42:10Speaker 3: really cool guys. I've never met them.
- 1:42:12Speaker 4: I never even have like a conversation you know, with them,
- 1:42:15Speaker 4: yet just teach them, I saw something online. I thought
- 1:42:18Speaker 4: the song sounded really interesting, and I just knew there
- 1:42:22Speaker 4: were this newer band, and I played them on the
- 1:42:25Speaker 4: show and that's it. Yeah, and now things are things
- 1:42:30Speaker 4: have been going really And it's not because.
- 1:42:32Speaker 3: They got played on the show, by the way, they
- 1:42:33Speaker 3: were already The reason that I even saw them on
- 1:42:36Speaker 3: social the way I did it was because they were
- 1:42:38Speaker 3: already starting to blow up, right. But they're this young,
- 1:42:41Speaker 3: up and coming band Dogma Society, and I'm just really
- 1:42:44Speaker 3: excited to meet them and to see them play.
- 1:42:47Speaker 5: It's gonna be so much fun.
- 1:42:48Speaker 3: Yeah, and they're gonna it's free. It's free our Woodie
- 1:42:51Speaker 3: Show meet market meet up at Brewer Reex and Anaheim Saturday,
- 1:42:55Speaker 3: February twenty first go ahead and market calendar. And we're
- 1:42:58Speaker 3: gonna have a bunch of other stuff too that we'll
- 1:42:59Speaker 3: be able to announ says we get closer to the event,
- 1:43:06Speaker 3: the Woody Show.
- 1:43:08Speaker 4: Now this is the wood Show.
- 1:43:11Speaker 3: Yeah, so interested to see all right, maybe a mile
- 1:43:16Speaker 3: maybe you guys are the wrong one we you know,
- 1:43:18Speaker 3: we haven't done in a while.
- 1:43:20Speaker 4: Is the law offices of Bodega Sebastian Menace.
- 1:43:23Speaker 1: Yes, we're here.
- 1:43:24Speaker 3: Whatever we call it.
- 1:43:25Speaker 4: We'll get you off.
- 1:43:26Speaker 3: They'll get you off. They will, because if there's anybody
- 1:43:30Speaker 3: who can try to cook up an excuse for the
- 1:43:32Speaker 3: person on the wrong end of things, justice would be
- 1:43:37Speaker 3: menace living in America.
- 1:43:40Speaker 4: Guilty and on this uh and on this story.
- 1:43:44Speaker 3: I know technically that is what it is, which is
- 1:43:48Speaker 3: the point that the cops were making in this story
- 1:43:49Speaker 3: when I get to it here. But uh, like, come on, guys,
- 1:43:54Speaker 3: this guy in Florida, he's at a bus terminal and
- 1:43:57Speaker 3: it looked like he was passed out, like there might
- 1:44:01Speaker 3: like there might be a problem. So there was a
- 1:44:04Speaker 3: caring citizen who just went to check on him, and
- 1:44:07Speaker 3: the dude, the guy looked passed out, freaked out, you know,
- 1:44:10Speaker 3: because some rando's poking at him, and he reacted by
- 1:44:15Speaker 3: throwing an open ketchup packet at the nice person who
- 1:44:18Speaker 3: was checking on him.
- 1:44:20Speaker 1: Or perhaps he was startled and it just came off
- 1:44:22Speaker 1: of his body.
- 1:44:23Speaker 3: Yeah, he did throw But you're no, I'm tacking up
- 1:44:27Speaker 3: for the guy who threw the packet because the cops
- 1:44:29Speaker 3: showed up and they arrested him for felony battery for
- 1:44:32Speaker 3: throwing a ketchup package.
- 1:44:35Speaker 1: Right, certainly not a felony. All right, it's what certainly
- 1:44:38Speaker 1: not a felony.
- 1:44:39Speaker 4: Well that's what they charged him with.
- 1:44:40Speaker 1: Damage.
- 1:44:40Speaker 4: Can you do with a cat felt?
- 1:44:42Speaker 3: Well it was open felony battery for throwing the ketchup packet.
- 1:44:48Speaker 3: Now the police, the police say the law is the law,
- 1:44:51Speaker 3: and then throwing that packet was quote an attack. So
- 1:44:55Speaker 3: that's why the charge stands. Okay, can we look at
- 1:44:59Speaker 3: anything subject actively anymore? I just like that's one of
- 1:45:02Speaker 3: those all right, So am I, you know, thrilled or
- 1:45:06Speaker 3: you know, oh wow, what a great guy that somebody
- 1:45:08Speaker 3: who throws a ketchup packet at you? But okay, let's
- 1:45:12Speaker 3: assume for the sake of argument here, because the argument here.
- 1:45:15Speaker 4: Is should just be a felony.
- 1:45:19Speaker 3: Littering should be battery at all, Like, come on, littering
- 1:45:22Speaker 3: And we've seen, you know, story heard about stories about
- 1:45:26Speaker 3: you know, someone throws whatever it is, a slice of
- 1:45:29Speaker 3: pizza at somebody.
- 1:45:31Speaker 1: Spittings battery.
- 1:45:34Speaker 3: See, I feel I feel different about spitting.
- 1:45:40Speaker 1: Right then, I do.
- 1:45:40Speaker 3: Like someone tosses a ketchup packet at somebody I don't know, Well,
- 1:45:44Speaker 3: felonies Usually I'm a hang him high kind of guy,
- 1:45:46Speaker 3: you know. But but this is this is where I
- 1:45:49Speaker 3: become complicated, like Greg, yeah, on things.
- 1:45:54Speaker 1: So, your honor, we took our client to a doctor
- 1:45:57Speaker 1: and we found out that our clients suffered from Tourette's
- 1:46:00Speaker 1: and was startled, yes by this person is not just cussing. Yeah,
- 1:46:06Speaker 1: it is spasmatic behavior. And uh, I think not guilty,
- 1:46:10Speaker 1: my friend.
- 1:46:11Speaker 7: Okay, thank you also felt Yeah, a ketchup packet cannot
- 1:46:14Speaker 7: cause great bodily harm, which is the stipulation for a
- 1:46:17Speaker 7: fellony number number three.
- 1:46:19Speaker 3: Spitting can cause great bodily harm.
- 1:46:21Speaker 1: Battery. I didn't felony battery.
- 1:46:23Speaker 3: Yeah, you know, here's the other thing.
- 1:46:27Speaker 4: It didn't help. The dude had some coke on him.
- 1:46:29Speaker 1: Oh damn it.
- 1:46:31Speaker 3: You know they found well, they were arresting him. But
- 1:46:33Speaker 3: the fact is they wouldn't have found the coke had
- 1:46:35Speaker 3: they not, had they not been arresting him for just
- 1:46:37Speaker 3: throwing a ketchup packet. You didn't smash somebody over the
- 1:46:41Speaker 3: back of the head with a bottle of ketchup.
- 1:46:43Speaker 1: From So yeah, while I'm passed out, I'm responsible for
- 1:46:47Speaker 1: what people leave on me.
- 1:46:48Speaker 4: Yeah, this goes.
- 1:46:52Speaker 1: Believe bottles and cans stack on your forehead. Now, I
- 1:47:02Speaker 1: was trying to have a nap because I suffer for
- 1:47:03Speaker 1: also from So you're saying it's absolutely impossible for somebody
- 1:47:07Speaker 1: to put cocaine on another person asleep. Exactly, thank you?
- 1:47:14Speaker 1: So that's it was a plant?
- 1:47:17Speaker 9: Exactly?
- 1:47:18Speaker 3: Do you know now the lawyers who have to defend
- 1:47:22Speaker 3: someone like Nick Reiner?
- 1:47:24Speaker 9: Right?
- 1:47:25Speaker 3: Luck, because there was there was, actually there was actually
- 1:47:27Speaker 3: a thing. I was just reading about that too, Like
- 1:47:29Speaker 3: the TMZ had this thing about it about how he's
- 1:47:32Speaker 3: in no mental state to stand trial for murdering his parents.
- 1:47:36Speaker 3: He's almost childlike in jail. None of this I care about, right,
- 1:47:38Speaker 3: So this is the person like right to the electric chair?
- 1:47:41Speaker 12: Right?
- 1:47:42Speaker 3: Who cares?
- 1:47:43Speaker 4: Feed them too?
- 1:47:43Speaker 3: If it's one thousand percent determined? Sure, yeah, he did it.
- 1:47:47Speaker 1: And how do we know that he did it?
- 1:47:48Speaker 3: And he can't even process the consequences of what he's done.
- 1:47:51Speaker 3: The doctors had changed up his meds about a month
- 1:47:54Speaker 3: before the murders, then after he complained about weight gain
- 1:47:57Speaker 3: and those changes quote messed him up.
- 1:48:00Speaker 4: But I don't care. Okay, I don't care.
- 1:48:02Speaker 1: Let me ask you. This is, by the way, my
- 1:48:04Speaker 1: partner's going off on his own hair.
- 1:48:05Speaker 12: No, no, I.
- 1:48:09Speaker 4: About to have your name, taking off the building.
- 1:48:10Speaker 1: Dog, I'm diss asking questions, questions. I'm not defending him.
- 1:48:15Speaker 1: I'm not defending him. But you said that he committed
- 1:48:18Speaker 1: the murder. How do you personally know that he did that?
- 1:48:22Speaker 9: What?
- 1:48:22Speaker 4: How do he said he did it?
- 1:48:23Speaker 5: He admitted it.
- 1:48:24Speaker 1: Yeah, but he's a he's a drugs Yes, he can
- 1:48:27Speaker 1: say that he flew to the moon like a right,
- 1:48:30Speaker 1: so when his brain's fried from drugs.
- 1:48:32Speaker 3: Take a break from the Sebastian bodega and menace loftss
- 1:48:37Speaker 3: like just in reality though here like you.
- 1:48:40Speaker 4: Know he did it, he said he did it.
- 1:48:43Speaker 1: Yeah, I want to prove that he did it.
- 1:48:45Speaker 3: But I guess I guess my point in you know,
- 1:48:48Speaker 3: even talking about like we're making a joke about SeaBASS
- 1:48:51Speaker 3: and but that there are the justice system works. There
- 1:48:55Speaker 3: are lawyers who are out there and that's exactly what
- 1:48:58Speaker 3: they do with these just rotten people which I got
- 1:49:02Speaker 3: off allegedly. And you know that's the that's the part
- 1:49:07Speaker 3: that I have a hard time reconciling, is like you know,
- 1:49:11Speaker 3: you're defending a rotten person and it's yours and it's
- 1:49:14Speaker 3: your job to come up with and within and how
- 1:49:18Speaker 3: they're getting creative and their defense like, get creative with
- 1:49:20Speaker 3: your defense to try to get them off at Sebastian
- 1:49:24Speaker 3: Bodega and medic will do well.
- 1:49:25Speaker 1: I'll tell you what.
- 1:49:26Speaker 7: Here's the their argument is. They'll say, yes, I'm quite
- 1:49:29Speaker 7: sure that whoever killed it did whatever awful thing. However,
- 1:49:34Speaker 7: I'm keeping the justice system honest. I'm keeping them robust.
- 1:49:38Speaker 7: It's kind of like when you're having an argument with somebody,
- 1:49:40Speaker 7: like you want to face somebody who's really good at
- 1:49:42Speaker 7: what they do so that you get better at what
- 1:49:45Speaker 7: you do and you make sure you're doing everything properly.
- 1:49:47Speaker 7: So that's what the defense attorneys would say, is this,
- 1:49:48Speaker 7: I'm just making I'm keeping you strong by by making
- 1:49:51Speaker 7: sure that you know exactly what you're.
- 1:49:53Speaker 4: Doing the skills.
- 1:49:54Speaker 3: Yeah, the plaintiff as the burden of proof, not the
- 1:49:56Speaker 3: defense had been using meth after his MEDICAI switch up
- 1:50:00Speaker 3: and caused him to lose it again. Like again, I
- 1:50:05Speaker 3: don't ever care about why it happened or how it happened.
- 1:50:10Speaker 3: All I care about is that you did this. It happened, Okay,
- 1:50:13Speaker 3: you did this, and therefore this is the consequence for
- 1:50:15Speaker 3: when you murder somebody or when you steal something like
- 1:50:19Speaker 3: whatever that is.
- 1:50:19Speaker 4: It's assigned to.
- 1:50:20Speaker 3: The anybody who murders anybody with a knife is unfit mentally.
- 1:50:27Speaker 3: And to me, that just says there's less hope for
- 1:50:29Speaker 3: them because they're done it. They're damaged. It's not like
- 1:50:32Speaker 3: a right thinking person who just had a moment and
- 1:50:35Speaker 3: they go man overreaction. You can maybe learn to control that,
- 1:50:39Speaker 3: Like if you're bad ish crazy right to the point
- 1:50:44Speaker 3: where you know you are raging out and killing somebody,
- 1:50:47Speaker 3: syringe full of air, very cheap. We keep them with
- 1:50:57Speaker 3: more than the silly stories like the guy in the
- 1:50:59Speaker 3: bench or the catchup pack and stuff. Yeah, man, we'll
- 1:51:01Speaker 3: have to h we'll have to summon the but we
- 1:51:03Speaker 3: have him on retainer. Yeah, yeah, yeah, we're paying them regardless.
- 1:51:09Speaker 3: Eight seven seven forty four. What he text us over
