  Speaker 2: with people in your climb to become successful. Once you

  Speaker 2: understand that success, first of all, is a process. Nobody

  Speaker 2: goal today and accomplish everything you want tomorrow. It just

  Speaker 2: doesn't work that way unless you have very very small goals.

  Speaker 2: You know, like, if your goal is simply tomorrow, I'm

  Speaker 2: write down some things I want, Okay, all right, if

  Speaker 2: God wake you up, go ahead, let me see how

  Speaker 2: hard you try to make that happen. That's pretty easy.

  Speaker 2: But I'm talking about your real goals. That's after you've

  Speaker 2: written your stuff down. To accomplish those things. It's a process,

  Speaker 2: and in this process you have to be prepared to

  Speaker 2: take the necessary steps, and sometimes those steps are small steps.

  Speaker 2: Every step you take is not gonna be leaps and bounds.

  Speaker 2: Every move you make is not gonna be catastrophic. Everything

  Speaker 2: that happens to you is not gonna be earth shaking

  Speaker 2: or consequential, or this really moved the needle. Sometimes, man,

  Speaker 2: you just gotta remember that inch by inch, anything's a cinch.

  Speaker 2: Sometimes you're gonna inch your way along. Sometimes you got

  Speaker 2: to crawl your way along. Sometimes you're gonna walk your

  Speaker 2: way along, and sometimes you're gonna get to break out running.

  Speaker 2: But the key is to understand that it's all a

  Speaker 2: process and be prepared for those tiny steps. Be prepared

  Speaker 2: you survive it. Get ready for the naysayers, get for

  Speaker 2: us don't get that viewpoint of success a lot of

  Speaker 2: us are the first ones in our family to try

  Speaker 2: to amount to anything. And without those pictures, those clear pictures,

  Speaker 2: you gotta understand the process. And here's one of the

  Speaker 2: things you gotta understand. Stop expecting your family for their

  Speaker 2: full support, cause, man, deessin, you really ain't gonna get

  Speaker 2: it from them because they don't get it. They don't

  Speaker 2: get it. It's hard to tell a person you want

  Speaker 2: a whole lot that ain't ever had a whole lot.

  Speaker 2: It started hard to tell a person that you're gonna

  Speaker 2: climb higher than the realm of expectation in our family,

  Speaker 2: that you're gonna break the ceiling in our family, that

  Speaker 2: you're gonna break the chains in our family, and theyve

  Speaker 2: been sitting up there locked up their whole life. What

  Speaker 2: stop expecting support from people who can't give it to you.

  Speaker 2: I don't you know how many times have you walked

  Speaker 2: in there and told your family, this is what I'm

  Speaker 2: about to do, and they set there quietly and listen

  Speaker 2: to you, and then he guess what, I don't see

  Speaker 2: the supervisor. It's how you on that job seeing how

  Speaker 2: you gonna become team leader. That's cause God shows you

  Speaker 2: what he has for you in your imagination. But you

  Speaker 2: go in there and you share it to your family

  Speaker 2: and friends, they can't see it. It's because God didn't

  Speaker 2: show it to them. He showed it to you. See

  Speaker 2: the problem with sharing big dreams with people is, if

  Speaker 2: you want to kill a big dream, tell it to

  Speaker 2: a small minded person. You got people in your life

  Speaker 2: that have a problem for every solution you come up with.

  Speaker 2: the family gonna get rich. Here they come with the problem. Yeah,

  Speaker 2: people like that that's got a problem for every solution

  Speaker 2: you come up with. See you know, for example, when

  Speaker 2: I don't allow them to do. Tell me how it
