  Speaker 1: Acts sixteen twenty five says about midnight, Paul and Silas

  Speaker 1: were praying and singing hymns to God, and the other

  Speaker 1: prisoners were listening to them. You know, there's something powerful

  Speaker 1: about what happens on the inside of you, especially when

  Speaker 1: everything on the outside is falling apart. In Act sixteen,

  Speaker 1: Paul and Silas had every reason to be discouraged. They

  Speaker 1: had been beaten, they had been humiliated. They had been

  Speaker 1: thrown into a dark prison cell, their feet locked in stocks.

  Speaker 1: It was painful, it was unjust, it was uncomfortable. Yet

  Speaker 1: at midnight, the darkest hour, they chose not to complain,

  Speaker 1: not to panic, not to question God. Instead, they prayed

  Speaker 1: and lifted their voices in worship. That tells us something important.

  Speaker 1: Your peace is not determined by your circumstances. Its determined

  Speaker 1: by your connection to God. Anyone can have peace when

  Speaker 1: life is going well, but real.

  Speaker 2: Unshakable peace shows.

  Speaker 1: Up when life doesn't make sense, when the diagnosis isn't good,

  Speaker 1: when the finances are tight, when the doors you prayed

  Speaker 1: for havn't opened yet. That kind of peace doesn't come

  Speaker 1: from the outside. It rises from within. When you spend

  Speaker 1: time with God, when you've learned to trust Him, when

  Speaker 1: your heart is anchored in his promises, you can declare,

  Speaker 1: like Paul, i may be in trouble, oh, but I'm

  Speaker 1: still at peace.

  Speaker 2: I may be facing.

  Speaker 1: Uncertainty, but I'm still in peace.

  Speaker 1: That's the kind of peace that confuses people. It doesn't

  Speaker 1: match the situation, it doesn't follow logic. It's the peace

  Speaker 1: that passes all understanding that the word of God promises us.

  Speaker 1: While Paul and Silences were worshiping, the other prisoners were listening.

  Speaker 1: See, your response in difficult times is not just about you.

  Speaker 1: Peace over panic, praise over complaining, trust over fear, you

  Speaker 1: there's something different about you, something real, something powerful.

  Speaker 1: When you stay in peace, you're showing God that you

  Speaker 1: It says God, I don't understand this, but I believe

  Speaker 1: You're in control. And when that kind of faith rises up,

  Speaker 2: Who in your life. Scripture tells us that.

  Speaker 1: After they prayed and praised cuddainly, there was a great earthquake.

  Speaker 1: The prison doors flew open and their chains fell off.

  Speaker 2: See that's what happens when you keep the right spirit.

  Speaker 1: God steps in with supernatural breakthrough, supernatural provision, and supernatur

  Speaker 1: Your freedom come own Jesus. So whatever you're facing today,

  Speaker 1: Choose praise even at midnight, because when you.
