- 0:19Speaker 1: I'm here with Kathy Schwartz, and we are we are
- 0:22Speaker 1: talking to our three farmers from season four Farmer Wants

- 0:31Speaker 1: the couch and I think we're gonna we're gonna jump
- 0:34Speaker 1: right in. We're gonna do a little sort of fun
- 0:36Speaker 1: rapid fire questions because we have the three of you
- 0:38Speaker 1: guys in here. It's hot outside, we all have stuff
- 0:41Speaker 1: to do. Wait, where are we? Where are we? We are? Well,
- 0:44Speaker 1: we're in Los Angeles.
- 0:45Speaker 3: We're in Solving.
- 0:46Speaker 1: We're in Solving. I don't even know that I know it. Okay,
- 0:52Speaker 1: well I don't. We're Shawn's farm. Okay, this is and
- 0:56Speaker 1: and I said this before. This is not a farm.
- 0:59Speaker 1: Do you guys like my phone?
- 1:02Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 1:02Speaker 1: This is like you look at this, Yeah, I would
- 1:05Speaker 1: say before. It reminds me of like glamping when you're like, yeah,
- 1:08Speaker 1: let's go to the farm, and then it's like, you know,
- 1:10Speaker 1: it's and I feel.
- 1:11Speaker 3: Right at home because he has two Texas longhorns. I
- 1:13Speaker 3: just want to say one thing. I'm from Austin Texas.
- 1:17Speaker 3: His longhorns are named Dallas and Houston, so I hope
- 1:20Speaker 3: with Baby's on the way that's named Austin.
- 1:23Speaker 1: Okay, I come on, let's push my name out there
- 1:25Speaker 1: in the long in the longhorn division. So let's get
- 1:30Speaker 1: should we get? We should jump in, we should jump
- 1:32Speaker 1: in these questions. Let's start with Brett here. Okay, Okay, Brett,
- 1:37Speaker 1: which do you prefer a woman in jeans or an
- 1:41Speaker 1: evening gown? And you guys better listen up because you're
- 1:43Speaker 1: all going to answer who do you prefer?
- 1:44Speaker 3: Brett?
- 1:45Speaker 4: Uh? Sun dress?
- 1:47Speaker 1: Yes?
- 1:49Speaker 3: I love that answer outside the box. Well, how about
- 1:53Speaker 3: you Sean have.
- 1:54Speaker 4: To stick with Brett. I'm gonna say a sundress as well.
- 1:56Speaker 3: Yeah, I might say I have one on how about Jesus,
- 2:04Speaker 3: this is why you just knocked my hat right off
- 2:07Speaker 3: my head? Okay, and how about you actually agree?
- 2:12Speaker 4: I mean they made valid points.
- 2:14Speaker 1: Three for three sundresses. I argued this before sundresses up.
- 2:19Speaker 1: It's leaving enough to the imagination where you're then like
- 2:23Speaker 1: you're excited to know what's Yeah.
- 2:26Speaker 3: I'm sorry, I'm what about jeans and evening gown? Do
- 2:29Speaker 3: you want a girl whom clean up?
- 2:31Speaker 1: That's not clean to me jeans and that's not I
- 2:34Speaker 1: want to sundress.
- 2:36Speaker 2: Talking about Yeah, like, wait, do you say nightgown or
- 2:40Speaker 2: an evening gown when you're going out to dinner type thing?
- 2:42Speaker 3: Okay, Bratt, there's a difference between an evening gown and
- 2:45Speaker 3: a nightgown. You and I will meet after this podcast,
- 2:48Speaker 3: and I'm gonna explain to you the different.
- 2:52Speaker 1: You guys are in for it romantic date, line dancing
- 2:56Speaker 1: or camping under the stars.
- 2:58Speaker 5: I'm gonna have to deal with camping under the star.
- 3:00Speaker 5: I love camping. I love backpacking, especially here in California.
- 3:03Speaker 5: It's plenty of places to see, so big outdoors guy
- 3:05Speaker 5: at heart, I'm gonna have to definitely go with camping
- 3:07Speaker 5: on the stars.
- 3:08Speaker 4: Really, yeah, I'll have to agree.
- 3:11Speaker 6: A couple of years ago, I think i'd say line dancing,
- 3:13Speaker 6: But the older I get, the better.
- 3:15Speaker 1: Line dancing hurts.
- 3:16Speaker 4: Yeah, exactly, exactly.
- 3:18Speaker 3: Can I just say Brett taught me how to line
- 3:21Speaker 3: dance today? Yeah, I'm just gonna tell y'all, you don't
- 3:26Speaker 3: look anything alike, but I'm convinced you are Brett, and
- 3:29Speaker 3: you are Brett your twin.
- 3:30Speaker 4: I am Brett.
- 3:31Speaker 1: No braid.
- 3:32Speaker 4: Yeah, we actually just switched just to braid.
- 3:35Speaker 1: I say, we all just we we admit that the
- 3:38Speaker 1: whiskey tasting went really well.
- 3:42Speaker 4: Uh yeah, not on the stars all right?
- 3:46Speaker 1: Would you rather have a woman who's a bad kisser
- 3:49Speaker 1: or a woman who wants to do PDA all the time? Yeah? Right,
- 3:55Speaker 1: it's a serious question though all the time.
- 4:00Speaker 4: If it's a bad kisser, then bad kisser.
- 4:04Speaker 1: Man I was saying it's a bad kisser is like,
- 4:08Speaker 1: it's the end. It just completely tears down every It
- 4:12Speaker 1: doesn't matter how into someone I am. As soon as
- 4:14Speaker 1: the kiss is bad, it's like, no, there you go anything.
- 4:20Speaker 1: I've got that one covered. Yes, I've done.
- 4:25Speaker 3: I'm loving you getting closer. Okay, I get I get
- 4:30Speaker 3: the next one. All right, guys, of course you get
- 4:34Speaker 3: this one. Geez Okay, it's my party and I'll cry
- 4:38Speaker 3: if I want to. Yeah, Okay, what attracts you first
- 4:41Speaker 3: to a woman? Face? Butt, legs or butt smile? I
- 4:49Speaker 3: think I just fell in love.
- 4:51Speaker 4: I'm gonna have to say the eyes, the soul.
- 4:54Speaker 1: You guys are winning crazy.
- 4:57Speaker 3: Like you know that my daughter's married, but I'm might
- 5:00Speaker 3: get her to get divorced just out of one of
- 5:02Speaker 3: you guys, just to end it.
- 5:03Speaker 6: Wow, Yeah, Sean took my want, she took my I'm
- 5:06Speaker 6: gonna say eyes as well.
- 5:08Speaker 3: Did either any of you say smile? You said smile,
- 5:11Speaker 3: so eyes and smile, smile.
- 5:14Speaker 1: Nobody said legs but fust faced?
- 5:17Speaker 4: Okay?
- 5:19Speaker 1: Fair? Biggest pet peeve for guys.
- 5:21Speaker 4: When it comes to dating, yo, look at me go first.
- 5:25Speaker 2: Yeah, biggest pet peeve if they make a scene in public.
- 5:32Speaker 4: Can't do it?
- 5:33Speaker 2: Okay, if they're the time or something and they're like demanding, Yes,
- 5:37Speaker 2: if they're the tie to cause a scene in public
- 5:40Speaker 2: and have no shame about it, I'm out.
- 5:42Speaker 1: I get it. It's a moral thing. Yeah, I'm the
- 5:44Speaker 1: same way. Like as soon as somebody is rude to
- 5:47Speaker 1: other people, especially a server, yeah.
- 5:50Speaker 5: I'm done exactly, especially coming from the restaurant industry. I mean,
- 5:53Speaker 5: I've worked alongside a lot of servers. I've even been
- 5:56Speaker 5: a server before, and anyone that disrespects like the serving industry,
- 6:00Speaker 5: it's just such a bad look, it really is, you know.
- 6:02Speaker 5: So I would say, a girl that's disrespectful, a girl
- 6:05Speaker 5: that's very tacky, that's immediate like a turn off, right
- 6:08Speaker 5: off the bat.
- 6:09Speaker 1: Uh.
- 6:10Speaker 6: I agree with both of those. I'm trying to think
- 6:12Speaker 6: of a pet peeve with dating. I have a pet
- 6:14Speaker 6: peeve just in general. Okay, then just give us in general.
- 6:17Speaker 6: I think I've said this before publicly, but when people
- 6:21Speaker 6: take a phone call when it's just two people in
- 6:23Speaker 6: a car, that drives.
- 6:25Speaker 1: Me like a wall. It's agency.
- 6:28Speaker 6: That's fine if it's valid, just like you need to
- 6:31Speaker 6: take that. But it's like if we're riding in a
- 6:34Speaker 6: car together and you're just like, I'm I'm just gonna.
- 6:37Speaker 1: Call and then you're just sitting there listening to the conversation.
- 6:41Speaker 4: Can't take it.
- 6:42Speaker 3: I'm I'm going to take the next one because I
- 6:44Speaker 3: want the answer to this. And we're gonna start with you, Brandon,
- 6:48Speaker 3: because you've been going last, so now you're going first.
- 6:51Speaker 3: Here's my question for you, what's the most romantic And
- 6:55Speaker 3: by the way, i'm asking for a friend, what's the
- 6:57Speaker 3: most romantic thing you'd like a partner to do for you?
- 7:05Speaker 6: Honestly, during harvest, we're working long hours. So if like
- 7:11Speaker 6: my mom always used to do this with my dad,
- 7:13Speaker 6: she'd like bring out food and ride with him in
- 7:16Speaker 6: the tractor.
- 7:17Speaker 3: That's like I'm crying, Like you're touching my heart.
- 7:23Speaker 5: For me, I would say, for me, a girl that
- 7:26Speaker 5: just shows up and shows that she truly loves you.
- 7:29Speaker 5: I'm a big quality time guy, So a girl that
- 7:31Speaker 5: really shows up and shows that she loves you, I mean,
- 7:33Speaker 5: that is a big one for sure.
- 7:36Speaker 2: Yeah, I think that if you have a girl that
- 7:40Speaker 2: makes you feel like you can do anything, that's the
- 7:44Speaker 2: biggest thing, because supports if you have a girl that yeah,
- 7:50Speaker 2: exactly like, I seriously believe there's not a single thing
- 7:53Speaker 2: on this earth that a man cannot do if they
- 7:56Speaker 2: have a good woman behind him.
- 7:59Speaker 3: I'm literally goose.
- 8:01Speaker 1: They say behind every great man is a great woman,
- 8:04Speaker 1: and you.
- 8:04Speaker 3: Guys are proving that you're three great men.
- 8:06Speaker 1: Truly. I want to I want to jump around here
- 8:10Speaker 1: a little bit because there there are a couple here
- 8:13Speaker 1: that drive that. I'm just curious about the answer because
- 8:15Speaker 1: I have my own. How long should you be dating
- 8:18Speaker 1: someone before you say I love you?
- 8:22Speaker 4: I think it's just whenever you feel it. Yeah, I agree,
- 8:24Speaker 4: I don't think.
- 8:26Speaker 5: And if you love someone, you should tell them, So,
- 8:27Speaker 5: I mean, I think it is entirely dependent on the situation.
- 8:30Speaker 6: I mean, I think you should wait more than ten minutes.
- 8:33Speaker 1: But why I mean, if you feel it, why not
- 8:37Speaker 1: just open up a conversation with I love you and
- 8:39Speaker 1: get it out of the way, so then you can
- 8:41Speaker 1: like put that aside and dolm with that. So I
- 8:43Speaker 1: have the same thing. It drives me insane when people
- 8:45Speaker 1: are like, how long do I wait before I text
- 8:48Speaker 1: somebody or call somebody back or do because to me
- 8:52Speaker 1: that you're creating some weird premeditated thing and you're starting
- 8:56Speaker 1: off on the wrong foot. Yeah, yeah, absolutely, Okay.
- 9:01Speaker 3: I have a question because we all know, I grew
- 9:05Speaker 3: up with black and white television, but now social media
- 9:07Speaker 3: is everywhere, and so I'm curious. Let's start with you, Sean. Sure,
- 9:13Speaker 3: if you're in a relationship, do you share your phone
- 9:17Speaker 3: password with your partner? Why or why not? Because social
- 9:20Speaker 3: media it's all.
- 9:21Speaker 5: About I think in today's day and age, social media
- 9:24Speaker 5: can almost be like a dating app sometimes and I'm
- 9:27Speaker 5: a big believer. And then you should have access to
- 9:29Speaker 5: your partner's phone. I think there's also an aspect of trust.
- 9:32Speaker 5: I think you should trust your partner, but also within
- 9:34Speaker 5: that trust is like you should be an open book
- 9:35Speaker 5: everything that is going on in your life. They should
- 9:38Speaker 5: have full access to. And that's my belief system of it,
- 9:40Speaker 5: and I live that in my modern day relationship. I mean,
- 9:44Speaker 5: she's got all my.
- 9:45Speaker 4: Passwords, she's got anything she needs, and she trusts me. Yeah,
- 9:50Speaker 4: I agree with that.
- 9:51Speaker 6: I think being in honesty is the best policy, you know,
- 9:54Speaker 6: But I do think, you know, it's almost a double
- 9:58Speaker 6: negative because it's like, you know, if you don't trust
- 10:01Speaker 6: me enough to that you feel like you need to
- 10:05Speaker 6: go through my phone. I think that's that's partly an issue.
- 10:09Speaker 6: But I know with me, it's like, if you want
- 10:11Speaker 6: to go through my phone, you can go through my phone,
- 10:14Speaker 6: you know what I mean.
- 10:14Speaker 4: So yeah, it's like you know you can have it,
- 10:18Speaker 4: but you should never need.
- 10:19Speaker 1: It, right why exactly?
- 10:22Speaker 3: But yeah, you can be surprised, Brian, I'm actually surprised
- 10:24Speaker 3: by those answers. I honestly thought the three of you
- 10:28Speaker 3: would say, I don't know why, But I felt like
- 10:30Speaker 3: you would say, there's no reason to go through my phone.
- 10:34Speaker 3: She doesn't need my password because we trust each other,
- 10:36Speaker 3: so there's no.
- 10:38Speaker 4: In my relationship.
- 10:39Speaker 5: I mean, she's got access to all my passwords or
- 10:41Speaker 5: whatever she needs, but she never goes through my phone
- 10:43Speaker 5: because you just trust me that much.
- 10:44Speaker 4: I think that's what you need in relationship is trust.
- 10:46Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm not. I'm not surprised by that answer. Like
- 10:49Speaker 1: I think that's to have a true, healthy working relationship.
- 10:53Speaker 1: There is something that comes with the person that you're
- 10:56Speaker 1: with having complete access, but yeah, not needing it is
- 11:01Speaker 1: the point that means that you've been doing a good
- 11:03Speaker 1: job up until that point, so they feel safe and
- 11:06Speaker 1: secure with you. But there is something too, because everybody
- 11:09Speaker 1: has those moments where you're feeling insecure, you're feeling you're
- 11:13Speaker 1: doubting things. Who knows what it is to be able
- 11:16Speaker 1: to look through everything and go what am I freaking out?
- 11:20Speaker 3: Okay, I'm gonna ask you, Brian, would you do it?
- 11:23Speaker 4: Would I do?
- 11:23Speaker 3: What baked chocolate cake on Sunday morning?
- 11:27Speaker 1: What do I give access? Complete access to the woman?
- 11:30Speaker 1: She has access to everything, everything, she has every password.
- 11:34Speaker 1: She It's funny. She sometimes will let me know what
- 11:39Speaker 1: message I had in like Instagram from soon She's like, oh,
- 11:42Speaker 1: by the way, so and so reached out to you
- 11:44Speaker 1: as I go. What'd you say to them? You know?
- 11:47Speaker 1: And did you let them know that it wasn't me,
- 11:49Speaker 1: that it was you? Would you rather that you date
- 12:02Speaker 1: a woman that sends you long voice memos or a
- 12:04Speaker 1: woman who facetimes you five times a day.
- 12:07Speaker 3: Who you ask?
- 12:08Speaker 4: I'm gonna go with FaceTime.
- 12:10Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean, I'm a big FaceTime guy, but mostly
- 12:13Speaker 5: in person. But I think FaceTime is the closest it
- 12:16Speaker 5: gets to an in person interaction.
- 12:18Speaker 4: Sokay, I'm gonna say FaceTime.
- 12:19Speaker 3: Okay, okay, I've got one for you, Brandon, as a
- 12:23Speaker 3: mom of three, I'm gonna ask you, if your mom
- 12:27Speaker 3: loves her but your friends can't stand her, whose opinion
- 12:31Speaker 3: are you considering? More?
- 12:34Speaker 6: That's tough, I mean, because I you know, do value
- 12:38Speaker 6: my friend's opinion. But I mean mom kind of trumps all.
- 12:43Speaker 6: You know what I mean. Like, so if a mom
- 12:46Speaker 6: doesn't like her, it'd be it'd be tough.
- 12:48Speaker 3: And you do know every smart woman looks to see
- 12:51Speaker 3: how a man treats his mother.
- 12:53Speaker 4: That's right, That's right.
- 12:56Speaker 1: I wish somebody had told me that in a long
- 12:57Speaker 1: time ago. That's something that's in misson. I could have used,
- 13:01Speaker 1: uh Brett. If she doesn't like country music, is that
- 13:04Speaker 1: a deal breaker?
- 13:07Speaker 4: Absolutely not? No, no, yes?
- 13:10Speaker 3: What if she loves opera?
- 13:13Speaker 4: Love whatever you want to it? Oh man, I gotta
- 13:14Speaker 4: listen to it.
- 13:16Speaker 1: Okay, what does she love death like speed metal?
- 13:20Speaker 2: Yeah, go for it. Okay, all right, fair well listen,
- 13:23Speaker 2: we'll listen to it at some point.
- 13:25Speaker 1: Cool, all right, Okay, I've got a really good one
- 13:28Speaker 1: for all three of you. A woman who makes the
- 13:30Speaker 1: first move attractive or too modern?
- 13:36Speaker 4: Attractive? Yeah, I'll go for it.
- 13:39Speaker 2: Okay, attractive, I mean yeah, I think it just kind
- 13:44Speaker 2: of takes. I say that it take. It can take
- 13:46Speaker 2: pressure off of the guy to be the first initiation
- 13:51Speaker 2: or initiator.
- 13:54Speaker 4: But I don't know.
- 13:54Speaker 2: I mean some there's something about it. You know, when
- 13:56Speaker 2: a girl knows what she wants and she goes for it,
- 13:58Speaker 2: it is that long as it's as long as it's
- 14:01Speaker 2: like welcome, you know what I mean. If you're both
- 14:04Speaker 2: kind of in it together and they're just like they
- 14:06Speaker 2: go in for it, it's like cool, it's awesome. I mean,
- 14:08Speaker 2: if you don't want it to happen, then obviously it's
- 14:11Speaker 2: not the best thing.
- 14:12Speaker 3: I think what he's saying is crazy. You run from crazy.
- 14:17Speaker 4: Oh yeah, yeah, that's yeah. Yeah.
- 14:21Speaker 2: But I mean I say, I say, if they go
- 14:23Speaker 2: for it, then it's attractive. I agree, I'll get back
- 14:26Speaker 2: off that. I mean, I think if you do it
- 14:28Speaker 2: with class. It's kind of like, hey, here I am,
- 14:31Speaker 2: this is what I think, and like what I said before,
- 14:34Speaker 2: say what you mean mood to say?
- 14:36Speaker 1: And so I think I like drunk flashing her her boobs.
- 14:39Speaker 3: That would be called crazy.
- 14:44Speaker 1: Okay, all right, fair.
- 14:47Speaker 5: I actually got kind of the opposite answer. I'm gonna
- 14:49Speaker 5: go with. I believe a man should lead in the relationships.
- 14:53Speaker 5: So I feel like I've always been one to make
- 14:55Speaker 5: the first move. But I mean I do like a
- 14:57Speaker 5: bold woman that knows what she wants. I guess a
- 14:59Speaker 5: balance between it too interesting.
- 15:02Speaker 1: So what's really funny is like I've never been one
- 15:05Speaker 1: to lead like I always and I don't know if
- 15:08Speaker 1: it was because of like my insecurities. When I was younger,
- 15:11Speaker 1: I would kind of sit back and see if somebody
- 15:13Speaker 1: was interested, then I might like start a conversation, but
- 15:17Speaker 1: it was still very like I would babyfoot into the conversation.
- 15:21Speaker 1: I never really wanted to put myself out there. That
- 15:24Speaker 1: takes confidence, and I didn't have it when I was younger.
- 15:27Speaker 1: I have it now, It's too late.
- 15:31Speaker 4: But I mean I agree with you.
- 15:32Speaker 2: It's I mean, you kind of outset, like guys are timid,
- 15:36Speaker 2: a lot of times, especially with girls that they really like,
- 15:40Speaker 2: they don't want to overstep or push too far or
- 15:43Speaker 2: whatever it is. So if you know you're feeling it
- 15:46Speaker 2: with somebody and a girl kind of makes that first
- 15:47Speaker 2: move and they let you know that you feel the
- 15:49Speaker 2: same way about them, then.
- 15:52Speaker 1: And they're not big, They're not big things that you're
- 15:54Speaker 1: looking for either. It's really funny like you can just
- 15:57Speaker 1: kind of be sitting back and you can tell just
- 15:59Speaker 1: in the conversation that there's interest there and then I'm
- 16:02Speaker 1: not worried about rejection and all that.
- 16:04Speaker 3: Can we end this podcast right now? I need to
- 16:06Speaker 3: go over and make the first move on to find
- 16:08Speaker 3: a guy.
- 16:08Speaker 1: Yes, first, absolutely, absolutely, thank you guys for being here.
- 16:13Speaker 1: It's been amazing. I know it's it's a crazy day
- 16:16Speaker 1: what you guys are doing, but it's been a ton
- 16:19Speaker 1: of fun. You guys.
- 16:20Speaker 3: Are you guys amazing young men? Send this to someone
- 16:23Speaker 3: who could be your mother. I really am impressed with
- 16:25Speaker 3: all three of you. Can grab congratulations and on the
- 16:29Speaker 3: show wait experience. It's great, very cool. Thank you, thanks guys.
- 16:33Speaker 1: Tune in. Farmer Wants a Wife returns for season four
