  Speaker 1: arrested by the Jews. And Paul was like, you know what,

  Speaker 1: to persuade him not to go. Now, these are beloved disciples,

  Speaker 1: These are those who are saved serving God. These are

  Speaker 1: to depend on Him and on his Holy Spirit and Man.

  Speaker 1: So Paul was determined, even if he had to lay
• 5:43
  Speaker 1: his life down to go to Jerusalem. And so let's
• 5:49
  Speaker 1: pick it up in verse fifteen. And after those days
• 5:53
  Speaker 1: were after those days, we packed, excuse me and went
• 5:59
  Speaker 1: to Jerusalem. So he finally gets there, and despite repeated warning,

  Speaker 1: like I said, Paul continues in obedience. His resolve was

  Speaker 1: firm Paul didn't hesitate. Paul, he already counted the cost, right,

  Speaker 1: I ended up working somewhere else. That was Guy's provision.

  Speaker 1: And then he actually started coming to church with me,

  Speaker 1: and eventually he joined the worship team. He became a

  Speaker 1: leader in our church. And then eventually as we joined
• 10:17
  Speaker 1: Calvary Chapel, he became an assistant pastor. And now he
• 10:22
  Speaker 1: is the senior pastor of Calvary Chapel, Las Vegas. And

  Speaker 1: I tell you it is a blessing to see the
• 10:33
  Speaker 1: very beginning stages of his walk with the Lord and
• 10:37
  Speaker 1: see where he's at today a man. And so that's

  Speaker 1: Manson here verse seventeen. And when we had come to Jerusalem,

  Speaker 1: his brethren received us gladly. On the following day, Paul

  Speaker 1: accountability and fellowship is important, we need somebody that can

  Speaker 1: speak into our lives, someone who can correct us because

  Speaker 1: we all got blind spots, right. We need someone who

  Speaker 1: is not afraid to speak and expose the blind spots

  Speaker 1: in our lives. Someone who cares about us enough, love

  Speaker 1: us enough not to see us jud it's right not

  Speaker 1: to see us go down the wrong path. Those are

  Speaker 1: the people who really love us, the people who can
