- 0:02All right, so a developing story from one American news network,
- 0:10although we probably shouldn't even call it a developing story
- 0:14because really it's a non story, but whatever.
- 0:20So Carmelo Anthony's family, AKA the son of a bitch who stabbed
- 0:26and killed Austin Metcalf in the April of last year.
- 0:34Now his useless family is pushing once again for a new
- 0:40250K legal defense fund in support of their trash son after
- 0:48a appellate judge denied Anthony's request for a new
- 0:52trial. Now I want you all to understand
- 0:58why this really is a non story if you're someone particularly
- 1:04like of those elk who really believes that Anthony was in the
- 1:09wrong and that you still fell to him even today.
- 1:17I mean, granted, it's been a year, but regardless, if you're
- 1:21someone who still believes he's in the wrong, there's the victim
- 1:25in all this. Well, I only have one thing to
- 1:29say you, you're a sorry ass person in your own right.
- 1:34So according to campaign organizers, they specify, and
- 1:42I'm using that as quotations here, that all, if any, legal
- 1:48proceeds will be deposited into a trust account managed by an
- 1:54appellate lawyer, Russell Wilson.
- 1:57No, not Russell Wilson, the much decorative football player, but
- 2:02an appellate lawyer to cover. According to one American News,
- 2:08Brooke Mallory transcript calls expert witnesses filings from
- 2:14court and investigative services.
- 2:17And also on top of that from organizers.
- 2:20They have claimed that Anthony's family will not have any access
- 2:27or control over whatever proceeds comes to this find.
- 2:35But this is where I have to bring up, unfortunately, that
- 2:41one fund that supposedly they blew past, and by that I mean
- 2:46Anthony's family. Now mind you that one fund from
- 2:53Gibson Go before it was shut down that never should have even
- 2:57been bought to begin with, it raised essentially 635 K.
- 3:13Now, I don't know exactly what that money was spent on,
- 3:18although knowing these people is not, you know, personally, but
- 3:24the way I see black people essentially have acted in
- 3:29various ways over the years. I can pretty much guess that the
- 3:34majority of that money did not really go to help their criminal
- 3:40child. They went towards, you know,
- 3:48extravagant living stuff, supposedly location and security
- 3:54that they family quite frankly did not earn.
- 4:01And now mind you, had his family actually spent a good portion of
- 4:08that money on a competent defense lawyer instead of a
- 4:16court appointed lawyer, maybe, and I'm not saying it would have
- 4:21happened regardless, but maybe he would have had at least a
- 4:25small chance. So you draw the connection as
- 4:30far as how you think that trans family spent a century 635,000
- 4:39and you figure out from there. But see, This is why I'm hoping
- 4:44that this appellate, you know, try will not only be denied, but
- 4:49it will essentially be put to bed.
- 4:52And why constantly I always keep referring to these types of
- 4:57people as victims of their own making, but more so from a
- 5:01community standpoint. See, for them it's never enough
- 5:06to accept responsibility for the million of ship problems they
- 5:11have in their own community. But yet these are the same
- 5:15people who feel compelled that they can cling on to many
- 5:21decades and eons ago of Spain from the Jim Crow era to slavery
- 5:28to even nowadays still feeling as if life has not given them a
- 5:31fair shake. Yet they are also the same
- 5:36people that are quick to blame others for every other problem
- 5:43but can't look at themselves and figure out why are they so
- 5:47heavily judged and or scrutinized.
- 5:50The bottom line is, if you're someone from that community who
- 5:57ultimately feels as if life will never be, you know, fair and
- 6:03ideal, Well, you know what? Then tough shit, because life
- 6:09will never be fair, ideal for anyone.
- 6:12It doesn't matter what race or ethnicity you are, or wherever
- 6:17your beginning was in your life, Life will never be fair for
- 6:22anyone. So those, especially in that
- 6:25black community, need to get their heads out of their asses
- 6:29and stop complain. Now as far as Anthony is
- 6:33concerned, he was well, I'm actually more pissed at as mom
- 6:40now. I'm not even going to get to the
- 6:41father because, you know, I mean, I'm just going to leave
- 6:46that part there. But if she has any other kids of
- 6:50her own, mostly they are younger than, you know, the criminal 1.
- 6:55You would think this whole experience would probably propel
- 6:59her to say if you do what your brother did, this is the
- 7:04consequences you will face. Apparently from whatever I read
- 7:09at one point, that message was either never delivered or for
- 7:16one reason or another she just hopes not to say it to her
- 7:20children. Whatever the case, doesn't
- 7:24matter. Not only do I believe that their
- 7:30criminal sons should have gotten even stiffer sentence, but it's
- 7:36essentially the proverbial middle finger once again to also
- 7:41Metcalf and his family. OK.
- 7:44And look, depending on who you talk to, as far as you know, the
- 7:48parameters of what happened, whether or not Metcalf and
- 7:52Anthony had different feelings towards one another, if one
- 7:57didn't like the other and all that stuff, it really doesn't
- 8:00matter. The fact is, Anthony was not
- 8:04supposed to be in the area he had no business being in that
- 8:08day. And when you are asked more than
- 8:11a handful of times to vacate the area and you didn't, and you
- 8:16continue to press the matter, you are not only escalating the
- 8:21problem, you are essentially asking for trouble to happen.
- 8:28Oh and let me not forget to mention just recently how
- 8:33according to text from his ex-girlfriend and several people
- 8:39close, Anthony at one point had fantasized about ending
- 8:44somebody's life and even tasting of blood.
- 8:53And I guess since now reading this from One American News that
- 8:57Anthony's parents still reiterate their quote UN quote
- 9:01belief because their criminal son did not get a fair trial due
- 9:06to a supposed gentleman's agreement that was made between
- 9:10the trial council at the time and said prosecutors regarding
- 9:15the evidence of character. If you really are someone that
- 9:21actually believes in a quote UN quote gentleman's agreement,
- 9:27congratulations, you're an even bigger dumbass than I actually
- 9:31thought. Now mind you, this formal
- 9:34process is supposed to take place in October, you know, with
- 9:38our with gases, you know, his attorneys or confidants hoping
- 9:45for at least one more opportunity to overturn his
- 9:48conviction. But at this point, I hope
- 9:54whoever this appellate judge will be that's presiding over of
- 9:59it, I hope he takes everything into consideration, even what
- 10:03was supposedly reported, you know, a couple weeks back.
- 10:08Not only do I hope that not only they take all that and combine
- 10:12it, but they are essentially denying his Anthony's request
- 10:17for a new trial because at this point it's gotten completely
- 10:21ridiculous. Like you cannot ultimately keep
- 10:28trying to pursue your innocence when a century you elevated the
- 10:33problem by being in the area that you had no business being
- 10:37in. Was told more than a few times
- 10:40to leave but didn't had verified messages from not only your
- 10:45ex-girlfriend but others that you have fan size taking
- 10:49someone's life. And that essentially after
- 10:52taking Austin Metcalfe's life, you tried to make a break for it
- 10:56and were literally caught on camera breaking down because you
- 11:01knew you had been caught. Quite frankly, if I was, you
- 11:06know, the person that was going through everything and if I were
- 11:11making that decision, I would have told, you know, his defense
- 11:16team along with Anthony if he was there.
- 11:19I was telling them straight up, not only am I denying your
- 11:23chance to overturn this conviction, but I would
- 11:26essentially tell all of them to get the hell out of my office or
- 11:30court because again, with these people is always an excuse for
- 11:38something but never willing to take account Billy for their
- 11:44actions. But hence that's what society is
- 11:48today, unfortunately. But it's still more of the same
- 11:53parent behavior of these people. Always an excuse, never willing
- 11:58to take responsibility for anything because it's always
- 12:02somebody else's fault.
