Latest / Vanity Farah with Chris Farah / 90 Day The Single Life Season 5, Episode 6 “The Art of Breadcrumbing”
Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: Heybabe, So welcome back to Vanity Fair. My name is
- 0:05Speaker 1: Chris Fair, and today I'm talking ninety day to Single Life.
- 0:08Speaker 1: It's season five, it's episode six, The Art of bread crumbing.
- 0:13Speaker 1: It's the art of it, Honey, I mean, listen more
- 0:16Speaker 1: like the fart ugh gross. And the truth of the
- 0:19Speaker 1: matter is, breadcrumbing is so disrespectful of other people's whole lives.
- 0:28Speaker 1: It really is indicative of someone who is addicted to love,
- 0:32Speaker 1: like Robert Palmer. And we'll use whatever means necessary, including like, yeah,
- 0:37Speaker 1: wasting people's whole lives in time just for a little
- 0:41Speaker 1: option in their lives. Don't let it happen to you,
- 0:44Speaker 1: single life. It's funny because ninety day the Single Life
- 0:47Speaker 1: basically is a version of Diaries, except people are dating
- 0:53Speaker 1: and also getting in and out of relationships, which is
- 0:57Speaker 1: interesting because specifically, if I start with Vanya, I mean,
- 1:00Speaker 1: technically she should be off the show at the end
- 1:02Speaker 1: of this episode, but let's start with her. Okay, Honey's Vanyah.
- 1:07Speaker 1: You guys, I love and I feel like the editors
- 1:11Speaker 1: and camera people do too. When they do shots of
- 1:16Speaker 1: people getting ready and in Single Life, they do it
- 1:20Speaker 1: a lot like they do it. With Kim Buy, we've
- 1:22Speaker 1: already like stopped and looked at all of her products,
- 1:25Speaker 1: and certainly we can do so with Vanya two. I
- 1:29Speaker 1: mean opening shot, she gives like Angeline eighties almost maybe
- 1:35Speaker 1: a little bit of like a stripper or porn star,
- 1:37Speaker 1: but I mean like a bit in a good way,
- 1:39Speaker 1: like in a classy way. I love it. She listen
- 1:42Speaker 1: loves lilac. She doesn't lack in lilac. It's everywhere, and
- 1:46Speaker 1: that's a joke I already used. It's everywhere. It's on
- 1:49Speaker 1: her eyes, it's on her nails, it's on her earrings,
- 1:51Speaker 1: it's on her dress. There's butterflies. She loves it. She
- 1:55Speaker 1: also doesn't lack lilac in elf makeup. She loves elf makeup.
- 1:59Speaker 1: It's all what we see here and also definitely in
- 2:04Speaker 1: her palette usage. Yeah, von Yap. I love that she
- 2:08Speaker 1: commits to color. I really really do in this look. Also,
- 2:11Speaker 1: it kind of gives me that one lady from Love
- 2:13Speaker 1: on the Spectrum that loves purple too. You know, I'm
- 2:15Speaker 1: talking about what's her cute name? Other girl that like
- 2:18Speaker 1: country music and makes bracelets. Anyway, now, esthetically, what I
- 2:23Speaker 1: want maybe just like an edit suore. So like even
- 2:27Speaker 1: in this lilac number here, it would have to be
- 2:30Speaker 1: like different ear rings, and let's just say I want
- 2:33Speaker 1: to keep the I would say different earrings, different lip
- 2:36Speaker 1: in different nails. I would keep that dress. I think
- 2:40Speaker 1: she looks so good in it. And I would even
- 2:42Speaker 1: keep like the idea of a little bit of purple
- 2:47Speaker 1: or lilac lavender eyeshadow. Now I would do less matt
- 2:54Speaker 1: and more of a neutral with a like a beautiful
- 3:00Speaker 1: purple shade and then some shimmer and definitely some contour,
- 3:03Speaker 1: but with a lighter hand and then blended beautifully. And yeah,
- 3:08Speaker 1: then because of that obviously beautifully colored eye, I would
- 3:12Speaker 1: then have to like tone it down her pink lip here,
- 3:16Speaker 1: I mean, I get it. I think I would just
- 3:18Speaker 1: do take it down a notch to like a little
- 3:20Speaker 1: bit of a peach or coral, just so that the
- 3:23Speaker 1: purple really gets to pop in that kind of way.
- 3:26Speaker 1: And yeah, then if she had different nails which wasn't pink,
- 3:31Speaker 1: then like it was a neutral nail, and then the
- 3:33Speaker 1: earrings can't be also like a different color purple, like
- 3:36Speaker 1: then you're like a little too much purple happening. So
- 3:40Speaker 1: having said that, that's just my aesthetic details. However, I
- 3:42Speaker 1: don't want to yuck someone's yum. I do love that
- 3:45Speaker 1: she loves color and she looks so eighties lovely in here.
- 3:48Speaker 1: It almost looks almost like she's going to a Zara
- 3:51Speaker 1: Larsen car concert, which I like, concert Larsen concert. Listen.
- 3:57Speaker 1: She's hot, hot, hot, and she's really into getting someone
- 4:02Speaker 1: to commit to her. And the flavor of the day
- 4:05Speaker 1: is this guy named Tony. Now, the way she described
- 4:08Speaker 1: Tony was like her best friend of like a year
- 4:10Speaker 1: and a half. However, it's not really that way because
- 4:14Speaker 1: the times on what she's hung out with him, she
- 4:16Speaker 1: kind of goes back and forth of being like, well,
- 4:19Speaker 1: I thought this might have been a date, or we
- 4:20Speaker 1: went out here and things were awkward, things were interesting,
- 4:24Speaker 1: because the truth of the matter is you're not going
- 4:26Speaker 1: to be like best friends, sorry, best friends with someone
- 4:29Speaker 1: who you also low key think you might have romantic
- 4:34Speaker 1: feelings with and you've only know them a year, you know,
- 4:37Speaker 1: like that means that you met someone it just was
- 4:40Speaker 1: bad timing, and you kept them around and you hang
- 4:43Speaker 1: out with them, and there were like awkward moments that
- 4:45Speaker 1: you couldn't quite tell if you were hanging out as
- 4:47Speaker 1: friends or or as a date, but you weren't best friends.
- 4:50Speaker 1: And the reason why I say this also is because
- 4:52Speaker 1: then she makes us unclear. She doesn't quite know why
- 4:57Speaker 1: his last marriage failed and it's a shoe. It was
- 5:00Speaker 1: a short marriage. And all I'm gonna say is that
- 5:02Speaker 1: like BFFs, that's like the first thing they'll tell you
- 5:06Speaker 1: any goold BFF. You can like bet your bottom dollar
- 5:11Speaker 1: that they and you know why every one of their
- 5:15Speaker 1: relationships collapsed, that collapsed, especially a marriage, and especially like
- 5:19Speaker 1: one that really didn't last, like I mean for a
- 5:22Speaker 1: long time. It would be the topic of conversation. All
- 5:26Speaker 1: I'm saying is what you would have with the BFF.
- 5:29Speaker 1: So the fact that she is like by bff, also,
- 5:31Speaker 1: why'd you that happen? No? Okay, So he comes and
- 5:35Speaker 1: picks her up, honey, he gets to her door, he's
- 5:38Speaker 1: sweat he's sweating, honey, is head to toe waterfall, you know,
- 5:44Speaker 1: like he doesn't have to go chase them. He is one.
- 5:46Speaker 1: It's all over him. It's Florida, you know, if it's Florida.
- 5:50Speaker 1: He's also like wearing a shirt that doesn't look breathable,
- 5:54Speaker 1: and there is a lot of other things, like how
- 5:56Speaker 1: long was he outside? Because this is the other thing,
- 5:59Speaker 1: you know, a production exists. They don't want to make
- 6:01Speaker 1: us think that they're producing a reality show we're watching,
- 6:05Speaker 1: but that is what's happening spoiler alert. So for him
- 6:08Speaker 1: to come to her door, like how long was he
- 6:10Speaker 1: outside when the cameras are setting up, because if you
- 6:14Speaker 1: consider if you don't consider that, then you think that
- 6:16Speaker 1: this person just came from his car, which we're going
- 6:19Speaker 1: to see his car. It's like a red Lamborghini. It's
- 6:22Speaker 1: on the nose. It's just it's well to try too hard.
- 6:26Speaker 1: It's trying too hard, right, It's just a red Lamborghine.
- 6:29Speaker 1: It's just so you know, like it's like a pink Barbie.
- 6:32Speaker 1: I know, I've already mentioned Angeline, like a pink Corvette.
- 6:36Speaker 1: You know, like, oh my god, is that why he
- 6:38Speaker 1: brought it? Because she is like giving Angeline and Angeline
- 6:42Speaker 1: drives around La in a pink Corvette and then he
- 6:45Speaker 1: comes in like a red Lamborghini or whatever, a Ferrari.
- 6:48Speaker 1: You know, I'm really bad at cars. I don't know
- 6:50Speaker 1: one of them, one of them fancy cars, fancy sports cars.
- 6:55Speaker 1: She's so into it. She's like oh yeah, she's like
- 6:58Speaker 1: so in to I guess the fact that this guy
- 7:02Speaker 1: has shown her attention and is okay at playing wealthy.
- 7:07Speaker 1: Who knows how wealthy? We don't know, you know we
- 7:12Speaker 1: know about him is that he likes a carnival and
- 7:14Speaker 1: he's you know, yeah, he's a sweater. So getting out
- 7:17Speaker 1: of the car is hard for her because she's tall,
- 7:20Speaker 1: and I understand that. And that's the thing about sports cars.
- 7:25Speaker 1: I yeah, I can't. I wouldn't want to date a
- 7:29Speaker 1: man that like only drove sports cars. Listen, if I
- 7:32Speaker 1: have to date someone and he just loves a sports
- 7:34Speaker 1: car so much, like whatever, God bless and he just
- 7:36Speaker 1: has one and it's like a toy, I'd be like, Okay, fine,
- 7:38Speaker 1: that's your thing, But like, do you have any other
- 7:41Speaker 1: car that we can drive in together that like, if
- 7:43Speaker 1: we have to drive a distance that I can drive
- 7:45Speaker 1: in that's like comfortable. I mean I can get in
- 7:48Speaker 1: and out of and not be like awkward, uncomfortable going
- 7:51Speaker 1: to show my badge or whatever. It is just like
- 7:53Speaker 1: my legs are long. Oh god, it's just never easy
- 7:57Speaker 1: to get in and out of. And I hate to
- 8:00Speaker 1: look what's the word clumsy? I hate looking like movement
- 8:03Speaker 1: is laborious, because it certainly is most of the time
- 8:06Speaker 1: for me, so I hate when I show it anyway.
- 8:10Speaker 1: So he wants to show her a good time, okay.
- 8:13Speaker 1: He is like, listen, get in my car. Here's my
- 8:16Speaker 1: hand all over her thigh, honey, marinating that thigh, honey.
- 8:21Speaker 1: I mean, you know, and just like some tony juices. Okay.
- 8:24Speaker 1: And then they go to a boat. He's going to
- 8:28Speaker 1: take her on the Endless Summer, and he's like, here's
- 8:32Speaker 1: something to drink. She's like non alcoholic. Of course, He's like, yes,
- 8:35Speaker 1: I know you. It's sparkling Apple Sider with the labels
- 8:39Speaker 1: ripped off. I was like, it didn't look like Martin Ellie's.
- 8:41Speaker 1: You guys, it's been so long since I've had Martin Ellie's,
- 8:44Speaker 1: but there were years where I swear to God, I
- 8:47Speaker 1: lived off of it, like both the flat and the sparkling.
- 8:51Speaker 1: Like the flat obviously Martin Ellie's like comes in an
- 8:53Speaker 1: apple shaped bottle, and of course the sparkling felt like
- 8:56Speaker 1: champagne before I could have champagne. And so certainly I
- 8:59Speaker 1: love I mean, oh, Martin Ellie's. Oh, anyway, she loves
- 9:03Speaker 1: Martinelli's too, that Vanya. You know, she's just like, give
- 9:07Speaker 1: me a sparkly drink. I Fanya is such a character.
- 9:12Speaker 1: I'm happy that she's on the show. I think that
- 9:15Speaker 1: trying to think. Yeah, she's like, yeah, she has so
- 9:17Speaker 1: much going on, and she's so particular right like she
- 9:20Speaker 1: had and she is like so on brand for her,
- 9:23Speaker 1: like she makes she has such a strong point of view,
- 9:25Speaker 1: which makes her, you know, a good character. That's what
- 9:28Speaker 1: I feel like makes it, you know, yeah, strong character
- 9:30Speaker 1: like I could dress up as her, you would know
- 9:33Speaker 1: that I'm doing a Vanya, you know, especially if I
- 9:35Speaker 1: got that kind of opaque eyeshadow. Right. Fanya wants love
- 9:41Speaker 1: in the way that so many people want love, and
- 9:43Speaker 1: you know, she's chosen Tony as the lucky recipient. And
- 9:46Speaker 1: Tony doesn't quite know what to do with the want
- 9:49Speaker 1: of the love, but he certainly understands that Vanya is
- 9:53Speaker 1: a prize and that you know, he wants to act
- 9:56Speaker 1: on it. You know, It's funny because she is like,
- 10:00Speaker 1: thank you so much backing me up, and thank you
- 10:02Speaker 1: so much for being my best friend, and thank you
- 10:03Speaker 1: so much for bringing me this no alcoholic apple cider.
- 10:06Speaker 1: I'm gonna come in hot with some questions, why did
- 10:09Speaker 1: your last marriage end? I'm surprised you didn't like hook
- 10:11Speaker 1: him up to a light detector test. I'm surprised you
- 10:13Speaker 1: didn't be like, get her on the phone. Let's ask.
- 10:15Speaker 1: He's like, well, he his answers a bunch of word salad.
- 10:19Speaker 1: He's basically like, well, our personal values didn't quite align,
- 10:26Speaker 1: and we ended up having to spend a long a
- 10:30Speaker 1: lot of time away from each other, and so it
- 10:32Speaker 1: was just like a lack of time. Okay, you're Joe. Sorry,
- 10:36Speaker 1: Tony got married at what looks like the age of
- 10:39Speaker 1: forty four to a person, and he's gonna say that
- 10:45Speaker 1: their personal values did the line, what the do you
- 10:49Speaker 1: do when you get married after like the age of
- 10:52Speaker 1: forty besides make sure that this person and yours values aligned,
- 10:56Speaker 1: Like this is not the age to do anything but that,
- 10:58Speaker 1: Like listen, God blessed you know in your twenties, there's
- 11:00Speaker 1: so many there's so many reasons and ways to get
- 11:04Speaker 1: married for bad reasons, right, Like you know, I could
- 11:07Speaker 1: have been raised super religious and kind of was, but whatever,
- 11:10Speaker 1: God bless so much so that I believed did it
- 11:12Speaker 1: the whole time and was like a virgin was like
- 11:14Speaker 1: I got to get married, you know, like quick, quick, quick,
- 11:16Speaker 1: you know, to like someone. Oh my god, I'm twenty one,
- 11:18Speaker 1: but I'm so horny do this person and I like
- 11:20Speaker 1: this person, this person likes me, Let's get married, you know,
- 11:22Speaker 1: God bless or whatever there could have been that there
- 11:24Speaker 1: could have been, you know, like I think this is
- 11:26Speaker 1: supposed to happen. This guy likes me, okay, and maybe
- 11:29Speaker 1: I'm like twenty three, you know, and then I date
- 11:31Speaker 1: for two years and you know, my friends are getting married.
- 11:35Speaker 1: That didn't happen for me, Like thene of my friends
- 11:36Speaker 1: got married early. But you know, I can see how
- 11:38Speaker 1: like a twenty five year old was like, well, I
- 11:39Speaker 1: guess this happens. That happens, and then you know, like
- 11:41Speaker 1: then there's like, oh no, I'm thirty one, this is
- 11:45Speaker 1: it or nothing. And then that's when you usually get
- 11:47Speaker 1: married to the person if you're not supposed to be
- 11:49Speaker 1: that person that you dated for just just the right
- 11:53Speaker 1: amount of time three years, that's it. I did him
- 11:56Speaker 1: three years during my late twenties early thirties, so that
- 12:00Speaker 1: it has to be the person because just at the timeframe,
- 12:02Speaker 1: and you might get married at that time. Now after
- 12:04Speaker 1: that you've held on. It's okay. Now let's just say
- 12:09Speaker 1: you didn't hold on. You got married all those times previously,
- 12:12Speaker 1: and now you've gotten divorced. Now you are Tony's age,
- 12:17Speaker 1: so either way, you've either gotten married or you didn't.
- 12:20Speaker 1: If you get married, now, what the fuck are you
- 12:22Speaker 1: getting married for? If not that your personal values aligned?
- 12:26Speaker 1: Like if at this age, you're like if literally, if
- 12:29Speaker 1: Tony was like, listen, I just never got married and
- 12:31Speaker 1: suddenly my mom was like, you're forty four, get married quick,
- 12:33Speaker 1: then I would be like, oh, well, then you haven't
- 12:35Speaker 1: learned anything. You're a repressed baby like you no one
- 12:38Speaker 1: you know. You can't just get married just because someone
- 12:40Speaker 1: tells you too you're forty four. That should have happened
- 12:42Speaker 1: already if that was how you felt. He almost makes
- 12:46Speaker 1: it seem like she didn't want to not work, or
- 12:51Speaker 1: she didn't want to give up her job, or she
- 12:54Speaker 1: wouldn't travel with him. Because if he's working and he
- 12:58Speaker 1: didn't make time for his brand new wife, what values
- 13:03Speaker 1: were not aligned that he went to therapy and still
- 13:06Speaker 1: couldn't fix. I mean, it's just a weird way he
- 13:09Speaker 1: talked about that. Because I also remember, like Vanya I
- 13:11Speaker 1: mean to her credit is like a medical sales representative,
- 13:14Speaker 1: belly dancer, real estate agent, right, she relates state agent.
- 13:18Speaker 1: She's definitely a mimdical sales person obviously belly dancer. Is
- 13:23Speaker 1: she just like, oh, yeah, you know, I can't wait
- 13:25Speaker 1: to get rid of the medical sales And yes, I'll
- 13:27Speaker 1: be your wife. You make all the money and let
- 13:28Speaker 1: me just you know, like belly dance between the hours
- 13:30Speaker 1: of like five to seven at the local restaurants I
- 13:32Speaker 1: already know, and like I go to daf Needs and
- 13:35Speaker 1: then you know, I go to you know, al Bazar,
- 13:39Speaker 1: but let me come in. I like shake a little shimmy.
- 13:41Speaker 1: You know, I make like five dollars here and there,
- 13:43Speaker 1: but you know it's really the art. You'd be great
- 13:47Speaker 1: to say my own Microcosm World member, am I say? Member?
- 13:51Speaker 1: I really feel like one person will be like member
- 13:54Speaker 1: Love is Blind? He baby? Did you watch Love Is Blind? Hebaby?
- 13:56Speaker 1: There was that one lovely lady from like Tunisia that
- 13:59Speaker 1: like loved belly dancer. What if like her and Vonnya
- 14:02Speaker 1: did a crossover, wouldn't that be great? Like you can't
- 14:04Speaker 1: keep two belly dancers down. Strong willed belly dancers. Okay, again,
- 14:10Speaker 1: not that many people. I feel like, watch love is blind, Hobbie.
- 14:12Speaker 1: But if he did, okay, So then she's like, okay, okay,
- 14:17Speaker 1: great answer. And then she's like, another thing really bothered me.
- 14:21Speaker 1: One time you took me to Key West, but we
- 14:24Speaker 1: stayed in separate hotel rooms, and I didn't know what
- 14:27Speaker 1: the fuck was happening because you didn't tell me. Shit,
- 14:30Speaker 1: you didn't tell me you were dating anyone or anything
- 14:31Speaker 1: like that, so I felt like flirty, but also whatever.
- 14:34Speaker 1: And then I'm guessing they didn't kiss or anything. Then
- 14:36Speaker 1: I'm guessing he didn't maybe he touched her or not.
- 14:38Speaker 1: And then later on they come home and she's like,
- 14:41Speaker 1: what was that? And she finds out from some other
- 14:43Speaker 1: source that he's moved in with someone, like he moved
- 14:46Speaker 1: someone in, and she was like, what the fuck? And
- 14:48Speaker 1: so she asks him that and his answer is like, well,
- 14:50Speaker 1: we weren't exclusive, so I don't tell you anything. I
- 14:53Speaker 1: didn't owe you anything. And it's like, I'm not human.
- 14:57Speaker 1: It felt interesting and weird vibe. I didn't know what
- 15:01Speaker 1: the vibes were because you were flirting with me because,
- 15:05Speaker 1: as you say, you hadn't really met her yet so
- 15:07Speaker 1: you didn't really know, and so you were fucking tiptoeing
- 15:09Speaker 1: in me and tiptoeing in her, and then at some
- 15:10Speaker 1: point you made a decision and didn't want to tell
- 15:12Speaker 1: me because you felt bad about it, because you're like, oh,
- 15:16Speaker 1: I mean, yeah, you're always looking over your shoulder, right,
- 15:18Speaker 1: or one of those guys that are always looking over
- 15:20Speaker 1: their shoulder to see, like what's the best option at
- 15:22Speaker 1: this time? Oh god, Vanya, you know understands that men
- 15:28Speaker 1: have the propensity to fuck with people. Slash her like
- 15:32Speaker 1: she's been burned, right. She says that she's like there
- 15:34Speaker 1: are times in which it like date someone and they're
- 15:36Speaker 1: suddenly like miss mixed missed mixed signals, and suddenly I'm like,
- 15:43Speaker 1: what the fuck was real? Because you're like playing with
- 15:45Speaker 1: me or like in my head, what's real and what's not?
- 15:47Speaker 1: Like that's why I want to label asshole. And the
- 15:49Speaker 1: truth of the matter is I think that the only
- 15:53Speaker 1: time in which someone again I feel like I keep
- 15:55Speaker 1: saying this makes you feel unclear or not to like
- 15:58Speaker 1: really lead into this unstable is probably because they're not.
- 16:04Speaker 1: And that is literally a somatic response for you to
- 16:08Speaker 1: get the fuck out because someone is trying to fuck
- 16:10Speaker 1: with you because someone is trying to play you. It's
- 16:13Speaker 1: kind of like what Pedro's gonna say to Sophie. It's
- 16:17Speaker 1: kind of like this thing where everyone like has to
- 16:19Speaker 1: like hope and pray as they get into like a
- 16:21Speaker 1: love connection or any sort of romantic connection that someone
- 16:25Speaker 1: isn't just trying to fuck them over it. Every time
- 16:27Speaker 1: a being like, eh, let's see what else is h
- 16:30Speaker 1: let's see what else is that? That is until so
- 16:32Speaker 1: I see someone remotely better or even more interesting or
- 16:35Speaker 1: even whatever. Like it is this shitty idea that you
- 16:40Speaker 1: have to be nervous over whether someone is into you,
- 16:44Speaker 1: because they'll do a good job pretending to be, because
- 16:49Speaker 1: attention's fun, and also because you're great and hot, and
- 16:53Speaker 1: because and because they're insecure anyway. So he's like, you
- 16:58Speaker 1: know what the label is? What you want here? It
- 17:01Speaker 1: is non alcoholic apple juice. Just kidding up. I'll be
- 17:06Speaker 1: your boyfriend. Will you be my girlfriend? I mean yeah,
- 17:09Speaker 1: He's just like, yeah, I'll put a ring on it,
- 17:11Speaker 1: as a boyfriend would put a promised ring on his girlfriend.
- 17:16Speaker 1: She's so happy, I mean you know, it's suddenly like yay.
- 17:18Speaker 1: Then they cuddle together and then you're like, okay, this
- 17:22Speaker 1: just sail off in the sunset, is just she's no
- 17:25Speaker 1: longer in her single life? Is this is this going
- 17:28Speaker 1: to immediately end? And therefore she's still on the show.
- 17:30Speaker 1: I don't know. So all right, So Sophie and Pedro
- 17:34Speaker 1: already kind of talked about them, so just so you know,
- 17:35Speaker 1: no Liz this whole episode. I hope she's good. I'm like,
- 17:39Speaker 1: I would rather have her anyway. Okay, So Julia is
- 17:41Speaker 1: gonna moderate therapy between them, and she's like, hi, Pedro, Pedro,
- 17:47Speaker 1: how's your mood before we start? Is it a good mood?
- 17:50Speaker 1: I don't want to deal with no shitty ass mood?
- 17:52Speaker 1: And yeah, Petro's like it's fine. She's like, okay, well,
- 17:55Speaker 1: what do you think of oh, yellow tits over there?
- 17:58Speaker 1: I think all old buttercream? You like Pinicolada? I made
- 18:02Speaker 1: that joke already, be like, yeah, the pinicolata sitting over there?
- 18:04Speaker 1: You like that? And he's like, no, I do. I'm sorry,
- 18:06Speaker 1: yes I do like it. And he's like, yeah, you know,
- 18:10Speaker 1: I really like Sophie. But she pulled back and I
- 18:12Speaker 1: don't want to be played because it's hard putting your
- 18:15Speaker 1: heart out there. Being vulnerable just to be played with.
- 18:18Speaker 1: When you really like someone and you like, are fine
- 18:20Speaker 1: being vulnerable and exposing yourself. But some people are just assholes.
- 18:24Speaker 1: They just want to use you. They don't think that
- 18:27Speaker 1: you are like deserving of human dignity, that your time
- 18:30Speaker 1: is invaluable, that your heart is just you know, not important,
- 18:35Speaker 1: not as important as their comfort, not important as their
- 18:38Speaker 1: shitty skills of communication or lack thereof. You know, he's
- 18:45Speaker 1: wearing gold chains, gold cross, she's wearing gold her name.
- 18:50Speaker 1: Her name is written in gold on her neck. I
- 18:52Speaker 1: think that's a sign. But you know, they come back together.
- 18:57Speaker 1: They're like, you know what, here's what's that? Pedro kind
- 19:01Speaker 1: of like does this mildly insecure thing, but she handles
- 19:04Speaker 1: it well. He's like, what did you what do you
- 19:06Speaker 1: find attractive even about me? I've like never asked that
- 19:09Speaker 1: to someone for some reason, I find that cringey. What
- 19:12Speaker 1: did you find attractive about me? Anyway? She's like, I
- 19:16Speaker 1: feel like he asks that to get like sexual and
- 19:20Speaker 1: or physical attributes. She's like, well, I liked when you
- 19:22Speaker 1: were just playing it cool. When you're just cool guy, cool,
- 19:25Speaker 1: fun guy, just chill, no presh cool fun guy and
- 19:28Speaker 1: he's like, oh, I can do that. She's like, okay,
- 19:31Speaker 1: I want to go on an active date. So then
- 19:33Speaker 1: she puts on like you know those kind of like
- 19:36Speaker 1: high waisted jiggly wiggly pants. I really like them. She is,
- 19:39Speaker 1: you know, obviously a really fun physique and so funny.
- 19:44Speaker 1: They put her on a horse. They put him on
- 19:45Speaker 1: a horse, They put her on a horse. I put
- 19:46Speaker 1: the horses in the water. They're just like, you know,
- 19:48Speaker 1: frolicking in the water. She knows how to ride a horse.
- 19:51Speaker 1: I mean, you know, this all looks really really beautiful
- 19:54Speaker 1: and fun. He's like, how's this date. She's like, you
- 19:55Speaker 1: know what, it's not bad. Usually men just take me
- 19:58Speaker 1: to five star restaurants Michelin star restaurants. They usually just
- 20:02Speaker 1: like try and wind me diemy. But you know, and
- 20:05Speaker 1: I'm on a horse the dr it's great. He's like good.
- 20:07Speaker 1: So then afterward she gets off the horse and he
- 20:11Speaker 1: like just really tries to stare at her butt. And
- 20:14Speaker 1: by like tries, I mean does and I mean like
- 20:16Speaker 1: the most obvious way possible, by just like what I
- 20:19Speaker 1: would tell you is like a full Vincentinafrio j you know,
- 20:23Speaker 1: like he's on fucking law and order of criminal intent.
- 20:26Speaker 1: Like he makes his whole body in to a side
- 20:30Speaker 1: jay just to be able to like get it up close,
- 20:33Speaker 1: you know, I get a version of that butt view
- 20:35Speaker 1: of it. It's beautiful. And she's just like oh and
- 20:39Speaker 1: then he's like my butt and she's like okay, okay,
- 20:43Speaker 1: So he does and he's like it's a good dr button.
- 20:45Speaker 1: She's like, you know what it is. She thinks he's hot.
- 20:47Speaker 1: He is real hot. And so when I get back,
- 20:50Speaker 1: they like, you know, are a cutie and they're kissing
- 20:52Speaker 1: and it's like one peck, two picks, three picks, sorry
- 20:54Speaker 1: pecks one peck two peck two three, and he's like
- 20:59Speaker 1: can I have four? And he's like, can I take
- 21:00Speaker 1: one for the road? A roadie in the roadie, honey.
- 21:03Speaker 1: It becomes a real goodie goodie back. Yeah, you know,
- 21:07Speaker 1: romantic kiss. It is their first kiss. She was like,
- 21:09Speaker 1: I didn't know if I was gonna do it, but
- 21:10Speaker 1: he's hot, so I did, ha ha. And I'm happy
- 21:13Speaker 1: for both of them because he really wanted it. She's
- 21:16Speaker 1: really making him work for it. Okay, I'll take notes. Okay,
- 21:19Speaker 1: So hearing moving on? So who did I start with? Oh? Yeah, okay,
- 21:23Speaker 1: g Now, so she brings him coffee this time. This
- 21:27Speaker 1: is the morning after their pot. Look, they have a
- 21:29Speaker 1: thing where they bring each o their coffee. Do you
- 21:30Speaker 1: notice that, Like remember how he brought her coffee like before,
- 21:33Speaker 1: Like remember when she had the hotel room when Michigan, Like,
- 21:36Speaker 1: you know, the next morning after, he brought her coffee,
- 21:37Speaker 1: but it was like the hotel coffee. So I brought
- 21:39Speaker 1: you coffee, but it was obviously he got it from
- 21:40Speaker 1: like the clubhouse level was like cheap. She brings him Starbucks. Anyway,
- 21:44Speaker 1: She's she could never be with him. It's so weird. I,
- 21:48Speaker 1: by the way, I had a crossover. I guess. I
- 21:51Speaker 1: was a guest on Reality Gaze for this episode. So
- 21:54Speaker 1: if you listen to Reality Gaze, you absolutely should. With
- 21:59Speaker 1: Maddie and Poodle Poodle sick, Maddie's had a birthday and
- 22:03Speaker 1: so I talked about this episode on their episode, and
- 22:09Speaker 1: when I did, I had made the comparison a real
- 22:13Speaker 1: time that you know, the fact that Natalie is even
- 22:17Speaker 1: fucking with Gino is weird. It suspect because he's not
- 22:23Speaker 1: it she's too good for him. Now. The fact that
- 22:26Speaker 1: she's on like season two makes me realize that, like,
- 22:29Speaker 1: you know, this can't I mean, I just can't possibly
- 22:31Speaker 1: be real. She must have ulterior motives are what are they?
- 22:35Speaker 1: I don't know exactly what they are, But in that
- 22:38Speaker 1: line of like why is this person here and this
- 22:40Speaker 1: person shouldn't be here, and there's like this person's here
- 22:43Speaker 1: for a different reason than you just love sort of
- 22:45Speaker 1: makes me feel like Josh how Josh was with Natalie.
- 22:48Speaker 1: I'm not saying Josh was better than Natalie, but I'm
- 22:50Speaker 1: saying that after a while Josh sticking around Natalie was
- 22:53Speaker 1: obvious that, like he knew, this wasn't a love connection.
- 22:56Speaker 1: So why be on the show because he wants to
- 22:58Speaker 1: be on the show. Oh okay, So anyway, Natalie the
- 23:00Speaker 1: same way. Whether she's an actress, whether you know she
- 23:02Speaker 1: just wants to be famous, I'm not quite sure, but
- 23:04Speaker 1: whatever it is, she certainly knows every season she's made
- 23:09Speaker 1: to look bad, like she is a put together woman.
- 23:13Speaker 1: She you know, like is knows right from wrong. Certainly
- 23:17Speaker 1: her friends do so. Certainly, like the seasoned woman that
- 23:22Speaker 1: she is, would understand that this has been a really
- 23:24Speaker 1: bad look for her, Like the first season was really bad,
- 23:27Speaker 1: like Jasmine attacked her when she was at her boyfriend's
- 23:30Speaker 1: house when he didn't tell her that like there was
- 23:33Speaker 1: ever any trouble afoot. This man didn't protect her at all.
- 23:35Speaker 1: He threw her to the wolves his ex wife. You
- 23:38Speaker 1: know I'm saying, like to come back for more is
- 23:41Speaker 1: you wouldn't work? You know, you wouldn't wish that on
- 23:43Speaker 1: your worst animey if you were a girl that look,
- 23:45Speaker 1: I mean, I would hold my best friend back from
- 23:48Speaker 1: like signing. I would be like no, like if I
- 23:50Speaker 1: can't even tell you if. I mean, if my friend
- 23:53Speaker 1: had this happen on TV and they were like, I'm
- 23:56Speaker 1: going back for more, they would have to do it
- 23:58Speaker 1: over my dead body. I'm like, so because I'm almost
- 24:01Speaker 1: that much of an mpath that the embarrassment I would
- 24:04Speaker 1: have for them what I would feel and I would
- 24:06Speaker 1: not be able to live with it. You can't disrespect
- 24:09Speaker 1: a litle bit like that and then have her come
- 24:10Speaker 1: back for more and then have what happened happens. Okay,
- 24:13Speaker 1: God bless So He's like, I'm gonna hey, girl, let's
- 24:15Speaker 1: get ready. I'm going to just go to an escape room.
- 24:18Speaker 1: I got my backpack because I'm a perennial fourteen year old.
- 24:21Speaker 1: She has her designer bag that she has the whole time.
- 24:24Speaker 1: I don't know the hell it is, like Guccie or
- 24:25Speaker 1: whatever it was Gucci and she has the same bag
- 24:28Speaker 1: all the goddamn time. Makes no sense. And then, like
- 24:31Speaker 1: a cream alo sweat set, they go to an escape
- 24:34Speaker 1: room and the host is like, hi, welcome, Okay, you
- 24:37Speaker 1: are two undercover FBI agents infiltrating a biker bar and
- 24:42Speaker 1: they just left for another crime spree, and you have
- 24:46Speaker 1: sixty minutes to find all the evidence to use to
- 24:50Speaker 1: get him locked away, and you're like, Natalie's over him.
- 24:54Speaker 1: At this point, Natalie has heard that he's talking to girls,
- 24:57Speaker 1: but if we're supposed to believe the Natalie's ever been
- 24:59Speaker 1: in to him. First things first, she's like, let's separate.
- 25:03Speaker 1: You go that way, asshole, I'm gonna go this way
- 25:05Speaker 1: and figure out things. Okay. So then you know, they
- 25:08Speaker 1: fix it or they get out or whatever the fuck
- 25:10Speaker 1: it is, they win. And then she's like, let's talk.
- 25:15Speaker 1: What are you looking for? And he's like, well, I
- 25:17Speaker 1: want a committed relationship and she's like, what does committed
- 25:22Speaker 1: look like to you? What does that mean to you?
- 25:25Speaker 1: And he's like, well, the means being with one person
- 25:27Speaker 1: for the rest of my life that I love, And
- 25:30Speaker 1: you know, she's like okay, and he's like, and I
- 25:33Speaker 1: would like, you know, to see if that's what happens
- 25:35Speaker 1: with us. And she's like, could you see that happening
- 25:36Speaker 1: with me? And he's like yes, and she's like okay.
- 25:39Speaker 1: So while we're exploring that, are you going to be
- 25:45Speaker 1: talking to other people? And he's like, my, I just
- 25:49Speaker 1: don't want to say the wrong words. And it's like
- 25:53Speaker 1: interesting because you interesting, you do know what they are?
- 25:57Speaker 1: Then you do know right from wrong. You do know
- 25:59Speaker 1: what the right word are, you know what the wrong
- 26:00Speaker 1: words are? What are the wrong words? Like obviously the
- 26:04Speaker 1: wrong words are. Yeah. I want to be able to
- 26:07Speaker 1: talk to anyone I want, gino and then make my
- 26:10Speaker 1: decision of who's the best one and the hottest one
- 26:14Speaker 1: that makes me the horniest and will have sex with
- 26:16Speaker 1: me the easiest for the cheapest. That's what I want
- 26:19Speaker 1: to try and find out, right, Okay, But he can't
- 26:22Speaker 1: say those words, so he's like, I gotta find the
- 26:24Speaker 1: right one. I mean, you know, it's just like his
- 26:29Speaker 1: he does his have He has a face of absolute
- 26:32Speaker 1: horror when asked a question, a direct question. It's like,
- 26:37Speaker 1: oh god, it's seeing a ghost, it's being put on
- 26:41Speaker 1: the spot, it's like a pop quiz. It's like all
- 26:45Speaker 1: of it in one right, Like, yeah, it's so funny.
- 26:48Speaker 1: And I think that, like it shouldn't be that hard.
- 26:51Speaker 1: If it's hard, then that's the answer, right, He's just
- 26:55Speaker 1: not that into you. It feels like it always goes
- 26:56Speaker 1: back to that, because yeah, if if Gina I had
- 27:00Speaker 1: the wherewithal to be like Natalie's hot as fuck and
- 27:02Speaker 1: I'll never get better than this, like very sane woman
- 27:05Speaker 1: with actual friends who lives in America, and you know,
- 27:08Speaker 1: like I don't know if she has kids or whatnot,
- 27:10Speaker 1: or what her responsibilities, but she certainly has a job
- 27:13Speaker 1: that she can work remote or not and for some reason,
- 27:18Speaker 1: really vague boundaries. So and you know, I'm just saying so,
- 27:23Speaker 1: I don't know how he thinks he's going to get
- 27:24Speaker 1: better than that, but he wants to keep his options open.
- 27:28Speaker 1: And I think that that is, like I hate to
- 27:30Speaker 1: say it, that is the toxic part of the most
- 27:34Speaker 1: Like that's the toxic part of men that women know
- 27:37Speaker 1: intrinsically in fear, I think, because I think there's a
- 27:39Speaker 1: part of them. They're like, you can be the hottest,
- 27:42Speaker 1: you can be so much, you could be, you could
- 27:44Speaker 1: arguably be assumingly with this person should know is their
- 27:51Speaker 1: best God given option. But they will still treat you
- 27:55Speaker 1: horribly or at least fake it for as long as possible.
- 28:00Speaker 1: He'll you will they ultimately lose you because they're going
- 28:02Speaker 1: to you know, string you along and not want to
- 28:04Speaker 1: make a commitment, or if they do, it's a lie,
- 28:08Speaker 1: or you know, it's a lie until a better option comes.
- 28:11Speaker 1: It's I think that, like there has to be a
- 28:14Speaker 1: way to really isolate getting rid of those options real fast.
- 28:18Speaker 1: And I want to put it on guys. I think that,
- 28:20Speaker 1: like there's got to be a human behavior that doesn't
- 28:24Speaker 1: want to settle is a bad word, that fears commitment
- 28:29Speaker 1: or is so insecure with themselves that they think that
- 28:33Speaker 1: there is no possibility for like forever. So might as
- 28:36Speaker 1: well keep your eyes moving around the room because like
- 28:40Speaker 1: then someone says, and it's not the other person's I'm
- 28:42Speaker 1: not quite sure exactly what it is. It's funny because
- 28:47Speaker 1: like when I talked I talked to Kobe of Emily
- 28:50Speaker 1: and Kobe right like when I went to the ninet
- 28:52Speaker 1: eighth holiday party, and you know, he's what like, we're
- 28:56Speaker 1: at this holiday party and this is I know it
- 28:59Speaker 1: sounds a name drop whatever. I'm just talking about people
- 29:01Speaker 1: right now. He's like, you know, like Jamal's there, and
- 29:04Speaker 1: Josh is there, and Vonnie's there. This holiday party ended
- 29:08Speaker 1: up being pretty much the cast of the Single Life.
- 29:11Speaker 1: Liz was there, like Sophie wasn't there, Pedro wasn't there,
- 29:15Speaker 1: Vanya was there, and there was other people too there,
- 29:18Speaker 1: you know, because like, yeah, Jenny was there, but Kobe's
- 29:23Speaker 1: was like the thing he said about marriage or why
- 29:27Speaker 1: he's a good husband or why their marriage is you know,
- 29:32Speaker 1: I think easy for him is like he's just like
- 29:35Speaker 1: I radically accept this is my life. I'm so happy,
- 29:38Speaker 1: Like I'm happy in my life. I'm not trying to
- 29:41Speaker 1: make my life different or I'm not hungry for a
- 29:45Speaker 1: different life. I want this. I like, of course you do.
- 29:49Speaker 1: And this means this just seems like it should be
- 29:52Speaker 1: so obvious. Of course he wants his life a Worcy
- 29:53Speaker 1: wants Emily. He's he loves his family everything. But he's like, yeah,
- 29:57Speaker 1: I'm not on to the next or looking to see
- 29:59Speaker 1: if there's better option there's not like the comfort I
- 30:03Speaker 1: have in the acceptance and how happy and joy I
- 30:08Speaker 1: I I'm sorry and I'm out of joy I've gotten
- 30:11Speaker 1: from accepting and living in my choice, you know, is
- 30:18Speaker 1: illuminating as a lading. It's like what I live for.
- 30:21Speaker 1: There is no better, like there's the rub. The rub is.
- 30:24Speaker 1: I think if you're constantly searching for where the grass
- 30:29Speaker 1: is greener or where you think you're going to you know,
- 30:31Speaker 1: like be hotter, or have a better option or a
- 30:34Speaker 1: richer option or something superficial, you surely will ever get it,
- 30:38Speaker 1: and you're denying yourself like real happiness, real joy, which
- 30:41Speaker 1: is like just the comfort and familiarity of having lived
- 30:48Speaker 1: with and worked through time with someone because you really can't,
- 30:54Speaker 1: I mean, you can't make up like just the time
- 30:56Speaker 1: that you've spent with someone in the weathering of certain
- 30:59Speaker 1: storms experiences and like life seasons and like the true
- 31:04Speaker 1: wisdom and growth and love that like that deep understanding
- 31:10Speaker 1: of someone gives you. I mean, I think that's where
- 31:13Speaker 1: like the ultimate joy of like a human love connection
- 31:18Speaker 1: and companionship can really like thrive and exist because like
- 31:22Speaker 1: technically the hormones have burned off and all the like
- 31:25Speaker 1: serotonin and whatnot is you know, pumped through and pumped
- 31:29Speaker 1: a billion times since then it's been years, so it's
- 31:31Speaker 1: like it's it's it's like almost like a philosophical light switch.
- 31:36Speaker 1: You have to I guess like either have already on
- 31:39Speaker 1: or switch, and it's yeah, I think that it's it
- 31:41Speaker 1: can be really difficult, and I think that definitely like
- 31:44Speaker 1: app culture and swiping makes that so much easier onto
- 31:48Speaker 1: the next Oh, there's gonna be another option, just open
- 31:50Speaker 1: it up. Gross, you know. I think I think I'm
- 31:54Speaker 1: truly I haven't been off apps for like the past
- 31:57Speaker 1: maybe two months, three months. I don't I think I'll
- 32:00Speaker 1: ever go back. I think I am truly trying to
- 32:04Speaker 1: change my like social game and my like day in
- 32:09Speaker 1: and day out game because I just across the board,
- 32:12Speaker 1: not just romantically, no longer want phone relationships with people
- 32:17Speaker 1: like at all, Like I want analogue relationships period, Like
- 32:22Speaker 1: I want just like social nights, and I want to
- 32:24Speaker 1: be like going out and I like need to like
- 32:26Speaker 1: get involved in more like active groups and stuff like that,
- 32:29Speaker 1: like truly fuck it anyway. That's why I guess I
- 32:32Speaker 1: always talk about like, well, I guess when it's single life,
- 32:35Speaker 1: or like dating, like why if you are going to
- 32:37Speaker 1: you know, be in the physical presence of someone, like
- 32:40Speaker 1: you really should if you can have a mind body
- 32:44Speaker 1: connection to feel what you feel like with that person,
- 32:47Speaker 1: because it can be so difficult to know how you
- 32:49Speaker 1: feel with someone, especially if you've met online or especially
- 32:52Speaker 1: you know, like if you are overcome with hormones, or
- 32:56Speaker 1: you know, a person that fantasizes or or really wants
- 33:00Speaker 1: love and like tends to get lost in the fantasy,
- 33:03Speaker 1: or you know, can't quite like decipher intentions. It can
- 33:08Speaker 1: be hard to decipher intentions, especially obviously others. In fact,
- 33:13Speaker 1: to do so can like truly make you crazy. You can, like,
- 33:16Speaker 1: you know, drive you bonkers. And that's why again like
- 33:19Speaker 1: an aligning with yourself, like what are you feeling? How
- 33:23Speaker 1: does this person make you feel? How is this person's
- 33:26Speaker 1: behavior matching with their words making you feel good? Bath?
- 33:31Speaker 1: Because that could just be it, Like if you can
- 33:33Speaker 1: just focus on that and that is the truth, that
- 33:35Speaker 1: is your truth. You can't you can, you can know it.
- 33:38Speaker 1: You can control knowing it. I mean I say that
- 33:42Speaker 1: it takes the process again of a mind body connection,
- 33:44Speaker 1: but I mean at least that's like your fingertips, not
- 33:47Speaker 1: like trying to figure out what some dumb fuck really
- 33:50Speaker 1: truly thinks when they're lying you or not or not
- 33:53Speaker 1: knowing what they want. It's horrible anyway, God bless. Okay,
- 33:56Speaker 1: So Gina, Okay, So he obviously doesn't want to commit
- 34:02Speaker 1: to her, so we're supposed to believe that she wants
- 34:05Speaker 1: to commit to him, which we find unfucking believable. But
- 34:08Speaker 1: here we are. So she's like, what do you want?
- 34:11Speaker 1: And he said that, and then she's like, do you
- 34:13Speaker 1: want that with me? And he's like I don't know,
- 34:15Speaker 1: and she's like, I can't deal with you. And then
- 34:18Speaker 1: she just gets up and walks away. She's like, I
- 34:20Speaker 1: want to go home. He's like, well, we're having a
- 34:22Speaker 1: great conversation. And I was like, were you, Geno? Were you?
- 34:26Speaker 1: Do people just get up from great conversations and just
- 34:28Speaker 1: start running away, crying saying they want to go home? No,
- 34:31Speaker 1: they fucking don't. Do you know, read a room, Gino,
- 34:34Speaker 1: not a great conversation, Gino, Guess what you thought? It
- 34:37Speaker 1: was an escape room. She's escaping right now, Ginow, that's
- 34:40Speaker 1: the escape Fuck a biker bang, honey. She's on the run.
- 34:45Speaker 1: She wants to get a bike right now and drive away.
- 34:47Speaker 1: She tries to get her Cadillac. She literally cannot get
- 34:50Speaker 1: away from him faster. Like they like have to have
- 34:52Speaker 1: another conversation, like in front of the Mathnaesium. He's like,
- 34:56Speaker 1: why did you run away? And she's like, what do
- 34:58Speaker 1: you want from me? He's I want to just continue
- 35:03Speaker 1: doing what we're doing, which is getting to know each other.
- 35:07Speaker 1: She's like, okay, and while you're getting to know me,
- 35:09Speaker 1: are you're just gonna like keep fucking around with other
- 35:10Speaker 1: people And he's like yeah, well yeah, it's like this
- 35:13Speaker 1: thing where it's so sucky but it feels yeah, Natalie
- 35:17Speaker 1: in her If we're to believe that Natalie wants him
- 35:20Speaker 1: whatever Godless isn't on the show just because she's an
- 35:22Speaker 1: actress or like is getting paid god Bless, then it's this.
- 35:25Speaker 1: Natalie's like, bitch, I'm bitch, what the fuck if you aren't?
- 35:30Speaker 1: Like I really want to see how this goes, and
- 35:32Speaker 1: I'm going to give you, like this seasoned woman, like
- 35:36Speaker 1: my attention and my intention attention intention because I care
- 35:43Speaker 1: about the person that you are and I think that
- 35:46Speaker 1: we have a connection and I want to respect that.
- 35:49Speaker 1: I want to see how this goes, I'm not gonna
- 35:51Speaker 1: talk to anyone else. But that's not what he says.
- 35:54Speaker 1: She knows it. She knows that. I mean, like she
- 35:56Speaker 1: knows what she could hear if he wanted to say
- 36:00Speaker 1: with that, if he wanted to say that he did,
- 36:01Speaker 1: he could. But it's not what he wants to say.
- 36:03Speaker 1: It's not what he wants. It's such a great lesson. Okay,
- 36:05Speaker 1: so God bless, I gotta write that down. I do
- 36:08Speaker 1: want someone to like date me with attention and intension. Okay.
- 36:15Speaker 1: So she's so pissed. She's like, this whole weekend was
- 36:19Speaker 1: a test and he failed miserably. Now here's the thing
- 36:22Speaker 1: that's toxic as fuck. Now here's the thing he's gross.
- 36:25Speaker 1: Why would you even test him? He already had failed
- 36:27Speaker 1: the test, he bitch, he failed out of college. When
- 36:32Speaker 1: Jasmine came and fought you, what are you talking about?
- 36:35Speaker 1: This is a test? Okay, so crazy. So then he's like, well, okay,
- 36:39Speaker 1: well my flight's gotta get I gotta get by of
- 36:42Speaker 1: my flight, I guess. And then she's like, well I
- 36:44Speaker 1: gotta get to work. It's like, oh okay, it kind
- 36:46Speaker 1: of feels like nighttime, all right, and He's like, you're
- 36:49Speaker 1: not gonna drive me there. She's like nope. He's like, okay, well,
- 36:51Speaker 1: I guess we'll have to make a plan to get together.
- 36:54Speaker 1: She's like, have a safe flight, have fun on a frontier. Asshole,
- 36:57Speaker 1: made the Holy Spirit make room for your ass. I
- 37:01Speaker 1: don't know, God bless Spirit airlines. Then Jasmine, I'm sorry,
- 37:06Speaker 1: Then Gina spoiler alert. Then Gino says this Jasmine was
- 37:10Speaker 1: direct because I knew what Jasmine wanted, what Jasmine thought
- 37:14Speaker 1: with Natalie. She won't tell him. He doesn't know where
- 37:17Speaker 1: he stands. Hey, you do? Do you know? If you
- 37:19Speaker 1: wanted Natalie, you had one assignment, which is to make
- 37:23Speaker 1: this woman feel wanted, cared for, cherished, Make this woman
- 37:29Speaker 1: feel like you understand that you're lucky to be with her, Like,
- 37:31Speaker 1: make this woman feel like, oh my god, I'm excited
- 37:34Speaker 1: to be with you. So I will make your you know,
- 37:35Speaker 1: I will make you comfortable by not fucking other people
- 37:39Speaker 1: in your face, Like you're just like, I don't. It
- 37:42Speaker 1: must be hard, right, Yeah, it must be just so
- 37:43Speaker 1: hard to be like I like this person more than
- 37:46Speaker 1: others that his DMS must be going off. He's like,
- 37:49Speaker 1: I never met anyone yet in real life no, not gino,
- 37:53Speaker 1: of course you have. I hate to think what those
- 37:57Speaker 1: dms look like, and I hate I wish I did.
- 37:59Speaker 1: I wish I could say. There was a Reddit post.
- 38:02Speaker 1: I really hate it because you know, on those forums
- 38:04Speaker 1: just like trying to find information for you all. But
- 38:07Speaker 1: there was a post where someone was like, hey, guys,
- 38:10Speaker 1: I don't know why make him talk like this? Who
- 38:13Speaker 1: here is DMed a cast member? And like some people
- 38:15Speaker 1: like said what they DMed or whatever, and some things
- 38:19Speaker 1: make sense, but some people are like, why do you
- 38:21Speaker 1: DM them? That you're WEIRDO? I think that the I
- 38:25Speaker 1: have never DMed anyone out of the blue, like the
- 38:29Speaker 1: only times I wish I DM two people. One person
- 38:32Speaker 1: had followed me, which I think was Tiffany after Hunt
- 38:35Speaker 1: for Love because I think that she commented on something
- 38:37Speaker 1: like an podcast Instagram posts and I was like, are
- 38:41Speaker 1: you really mad? Anyway? The second thing was, oh, what's
- 38:44Speaker 1: his fucking face? Oh? One of the like I forgot
- 38:47Speaker 1: one of the guys from not any fiance, I forgot
- 38:50Speaker 1: who it was he had you know what it was?
- 38:52Speaker 1: It was one of the one of the podcast listeners
- 38:57Speaker 1: had sent me a listing of this person's home and
- 39:03Speaker 1: on their home they had listed their name and their
- 39:05Speaker 1: cell phone number. So I remember just being like, mind,
- 39:08Speaker 1: like I wasn't a big fan. I'm not a big
- 39:09Speaker 1: fan of this person. I'm actually kind of happy. I'm
- 39:11Speaker 1: not saying my name now. It's fine. I'm not a
- 39:13Speaker 1: big fan of this person. Like I didn't follow this
- 39:16Speaker 1: person on Instagram, and like would be there would be
- 39:18Speaker 1: no reason for me to ever DM this person. I
- 39:20Speaker 1: don't have anything to say to this person. Is fine,
- 39:22Speaker 1: But I was, you know, I'm like, this show is
- 39:25Speaker 1: reality show. It was not like a show where all
- 39:27Speaker 1: these people have PR agents where I'm like, maybe this
- 39:29Speaker 1: person didn't know that his fucking phone number is like
- 39:31Speaker 1: on the internet and there's you know, crazy as stokers,
- 39:34Speaker 1: there's crazy as people, and so I like DM this person.
- 39:37Speaker 1: I was like buddy this and then the oh that person.
- 39:39Speaker 1: I even wrote back to be like thanks, all right. Anyway,
- 39:43Speaker 1: Having said that, one time I got a horrible DM
- 39:46Speaker 1: from Johnny what's his face, the brother of tyse Is Patrick,
- 39:49Speaker 1: and Tyise like talking about how I should put a
- 39:52Speaker 1: shirt on when I was just wearing a sports brawl
- 39:54Speaker 1: because men hate titties. I guess they hate them, I guess.
- 40:00Speaker 1: But other than that, don't DM anyone on the on
- 40:03Speaker 1: in the cast unless you feel like I guess, like
- 40:05Speaker 1: I did, like I thought that this I would help
- 40:07Speaker 1: this person, like this person to know that their phone
- 40:09Speaker 1: number was out there, But don't do it to yell
- 40:12Speaker 1: at them, and don't you know, do it thinking they're
- 40:14Speaker 1: going to, like, you know, tell them something they don't care.
- 40:16Speaker 1: And also that's just so much like energy for your life.
- 40:20Speaker 1: I know though that there are just hungry, horny, thirsty,
- 40:24Speaker 1: fame hungry people out there that will do whoever and
- 40:27Speaker 1: whatever for a moment in the sun. And it's depressing
- 40:32Speaker 1: at the same time. Yeah, at the same time, I
- 40:35Speaker 1: do wish I could read them all and I'll look
- 40:37Speaker 1: at all their profile pictures and then also low key
- 40:39Speaker 1: write them back and be like why and then have
- 40:41Speaker 1: them be like, oh, I want to be on TV
- 40:43Speaker 1: or I just want to fuck with him, or I'm catfishing,
- 40:45Speaker 1: I'm this person, I'm a male, I'm blah blah blah.
- 40:47Speaker 1: You know, God bless, I like to think a lot
- 40:50Speaker 1: of the dms are catfishes. Okay, God bless Colt and
- 40:53Speaker 1: Courtney and Colt. I just called them Court, Colt Court.
- 40:57Speaker 1: They had they had stayed together, they could have been
- 40:59Speaker 1: cold to me or courtea courtea. No, it would have
- 41:06Speaker 1: been better the first way. It's very hard to say.
- 41:09Speaker 1: So obviously he's crazy and fucked up and is now
- 41:15Speaker 1: back at some hotel and she's been like, you have
- 41:19Speaker 1: the audacity to cheat on me when I took care
- 41:22Speaker 1: of you at my parents' house and we're boith on
- 41:24Speaker 1: the show. By the way, Like, here's the other thing, Colty.
- 41:27Speaker 1: For the rest of your life, there was one moment
- 41:30Speaker 1: where you also had the ability to be with someone
- 41:34Speaker 1: that shared a very special, specific, nuanced experience, like we
- 41:42Speaker 1: both are members of ninety Day Fiance. There's just in
- 41:46Speaker 1: my mind not a lot of other cast members that
- 41:48Speaker 1: from this moment, Colt he could just get with that
- 41:51Speaker 1: would be able to know and share this life experience.
- 41:54Speaker 1: And I think that, you know, listen, going from living
- 41:58Speaker 1: with your mom Wie in Vegas to suddenly being like
- 42:03Speaker 1: somewhat of a famous person is a whole life trajectory,
- 42:10Speaker 1: you know, Like it's one of those life trajectories that
- 42:13Speaker 1: like unless you do it, can you can't imagine it?
- 42:15Speaker 1: I mean, I can't imagine it. You know, it's like
- 42:17Speaker 1: it's it's as big of a thing as like becoming
- 42:20Speaker 1: a religion, Like it takes over a little bit, right,
- 42:23Speaker 1: like being famous or famous adjacent or being in a
- 42:28Speaker 1: reality show and like all of that, like and then
- 42:30Speaker 1: having your name know and people know your mom and
- 42:33Speaker 1: people have seen your dick, and people know your ex
- 42:35Speaker 1: wives and they know, Like, you know, there's a that's
- 42:37Speaker 1: a whole weird thing that at one point Colty got
- 42:42Speaker 1: to have a relationship with someone who's also experienced that,
- 42:46Speaker 1: not with him, not like because of him, but in
- 42:49Speaker 1: her own accord. Courtney did this before Colty, Courtney's pre
- 42:52Speaker 1: Coulty of the ninety franchise, And so there's just like
- 42:56Speaker 1: a part of me And it's so interesting because to
- 42:58Speaker 1: me that means something because you know, Colty has a
- 43:03Speaker 1: fucking penchant for just meeting random Latina women online that
- 43:08Speaker 1: he lies to because he has obviously a fetish, but
- 43:12Speaker 1: also like they never work out or whatever, and you know, ultimately,
- 43:17Speaker 1: you know, they have very different whole lives and I
- 43:20Speaker 1: think that Corny for sure has a different life than
- 43:23Speaker 1: Coulty too. But like it wasn't a big opportunity for
- 43:26Speaker 1: him it's interesting how much he squandered it. And on TV. Okay,
- 43:30Speaker 1: so obviously they're talking and they're crying a little bit
- 43:34Speaker 1: by his like very sad hotel, motel pool and she
- 43:38Speaker 1: has all his stuff in a fragile box to her emotions.
- 43:43Speaker 1: It's his ego, it's this box. She gives it to him.
- 43:47Speaker 1: He has to like roll away with it in this wheelchair,
- 43:52Speaker 1: my loved and they add music they like, not music.
- 43:56Speaker 1: They add sound effects very rude adds squeaky goddamn sound
- 44:02Speaker 1: effects to his wheelchair. So it's like like fucking corny
- 44:08Speaker 1: decids to sit there and be like, I can't believe
- 44:11Speaker 1: I have to watch this. It feels like it's taking
- 44:14Speaker 1: forty five minutes. She's like, it's like squeaky, She's like,
- 44:18Speaker 1: can I help you? Kind of like do you guys
- 44:20Speaker 1: get up and just do it for it? Can just
- 44:21Speaker 1: roll you into your room? Please, dear God, I canna
- 44:22Speaker 1: make this go faster? Can I hide in anything to
- 44:26Speaker 1: make this go faster? I'll put this and can I
- 44:27Speaker 1: put this in two times speed? So then she gets
- 44:30Speaker 1: up right and he, you know, is like you can't
- 44:34Speaker 1: can't help me forever, Courtney, you need to let me go.
- 44:38Speaker 1: It's fucking like very roads, it's very Titanic. Okay. She's
- 44:41Speaker 1: like I can't. Okay, whatever, cup Lass. But even fucking
- 44:44Speaker 1: Rose was like, this is only my piece of wood.
- 44:48Speaker 1: Get off here, Jack, Okay. But here's the other funny thing. Remember,
- 44:51Speaker 1: like in the first part where he had like roll
- 44:53Speaker 1: himself like down the hallway or whatever, we saw that
- 44:55Speaker 1: point and there was all of those like mopping signs.
- 44:59Speaker 1: So then after now they're in a completely different part
- 45:02Speaker 1: of the motel. They're like they've been to the pool.
- 45:05Speaker 1: Like now they're going back to his room and there's
- 45:08Speaker 1: still like so many wet mop signs, Like what lovely Jane,
- 45:15Speaker 1: or just fucking wetted down the entire motel before they
- 45:19Speaker 1: started filming. I mean, they just what do they spray
- 45:21Speaker 1: it down? Like where they're like, oh my god, they're
- 45:23Speaker 1: coming to film and the place is so dirty. They
- 45:25Speaker 1: just get like a hose and just the whole thing
- 45:27Speaker 1: is wet. It's there's so many signs everywhere. Oh how sad.
- 45:32Speaker 1: She wheels him in and then she like has to
- 45:33Speaker 1: hug him. She's like, I saw my future with him.
- 45:36Speaker 1: Why why do you see your future with him? Because
- 45:39Speaker 1: was there just like an idealized version of him, because
- 45:41Speaker 1: like you guys were friends and he again was a
- 45:44Speaker 1: member of nine and a piance. Just felt so weird
- 45:46Speaker 1: that you both were on that show and because you
- 45:49Speaker 1: also want to be loved and you have like an
- 45:51Speaker 1: insecurity and you were quite able to feel like the
- 45:55Speaker 1: energetic red flags that this man isn't shit. Surely he
- 45:59Speaker 1: isn't he even he's he is uh, he's sad. It's depressing,
- 46:05Speaker 1: and it's like this thing where everything is like a victim.
- 46:08Speaker 1: So it's like, I can't believe I did this to Courtney.
- 46:12Speaker 1: I'll probably never experience love again. I did this because
- 46:16Speaker 1: you know, I resented that, you know, I couldn't you know,
- 46:18Speaker 1: really be like in my full manhood because of the
- 46:22Speaker 1: broken leg and she had to take care of me
- 46:24Speaker 1: and blobbaty blue. Like there was so many like excuses
- 46:27Speaker 1: like that, and then then there is this new one
- 46:30Speaker 1: where it's like I do bad things because it's better
- 46:34Speaker 1: to be rejected for who you are. It takes a
- 46:38Speaker 1: harder hit when you're rejected, like because of that, when
- 46:42Speaker 1: you're in your actions. So I said this wrong, He's like,
- 46:45Speaker 1: is that better? Rejected He's like, it's worse to be
- 46:48Speaker 1: rejected who you are. It Hits harder to be rejected
- 46:51Speaker 1: for who you are than your actions. So what he's
- 46:53Speaker 1: trying to say is, so what he always fucks up,
- 46:57Speaker 1: so you don't reject him based upon the fact that
- 46:59Speaker 1: he actually an asshole. So my actions are I cheat
- 47:03Speaker 1: because I don't want you to actually leave me because
- 47:05Speaker 1: I'm trash, shitty, narcissist or whatever whatever it is. I
- 47:09Speaker 1: don't want to like put labels on him. He can
- 47:10Speaker 1: do that, you know, it's just like an interesting victimhood.
- 47:14Speaker 1: He's like, yeah, I don't think I'll ever experience true love,
- 47:16Speaker 1: probably not now, probably not ever. I would really love
- 47:20Speaker 1: to know, like what his therapy sessions are like, because
- 47:23Speaker 1: at some point he has to know that, like he
- 47:25Speaker 1: should go to it. I wonder if he's ever been
- 47:26Speaker 1: I wonder how long. I'm sure he's had a therapist.
- 47:29Speaker 1: I'm sure he doesn't stay like he could only be
- 47:31Speaker 1: able to make a zoom therapist well, obviously because of
- 47:33Speaker 1: the broken leg, but also be because he is fundamentally
- 47:35Speaker 1: a lazy person, like a sad lazy person, And that's
- 47:39Speaker 1: why the online dating works. You can really just like
- 47:41Speaker 1: talk to someone a long time and you don't have to, like,
- 47:43Speaker 1: you know, see them or do anything for them anyway.
- 47:46Speaker 1: We want the best for all our babies, So Courtney,
- 47:50Speaker 1: let's move on. And other than that, that is the
- 47:53Speaker 1: end of the app. So if you want to follow me,
- 47:56Speaker 1: you absolutely can. I'm at Chris Elfair, I'm on TikTok,
- 47:59Speaker 1: I'm making fun content and Hi, I'm also on Facebook.
- 48:02Speaker 1: I'm also on Instagram. I have a YouTube, I have
- 48:05Speaker 1: a Patreon, I have a Facebook group, Anity Farah, I
- 48:08Speaker 1: have a substack. What, by the way, have you given
- 48:11Speaker 1: me five stars yet? Have you considered it? I would?
- 48:13Speaker 1: It was my birthday, did you hear? I don't know.
- 48:16Speaker 1: It still technically is my birthday month, and so I
- 48:19Speaker 1: will ask for this pupp if for the rest of
- 48:21Speaker 1: my life. So fuck birthdays. Give me five stars. Just
- 48:24Speaker 1: do it. Do it right now, give me five stars.
- 48:26Speaker 1: Share this with a friend or not, I don't know.
- 48:27Speaker 1: I'm just kidding. I love you truly. Thank you for listening,
- 48:30Speaker 1: Thank you for spending any time with me. Thank you
- 48:33Speaker 1: for just like listening to the one voice now for
- 48:35Speaker 1: almost an hour. However, though, we're almost done, and now
- 48:39Speaker 1: I'm going to use my voice for good. Going to
- 48:41Speaker 1: try and use my voice in this moment for a
- 48:45Speaker 1: mindful moms, Let's get ourselves together wherever we are to breathe,
- 48:51Speaker 1: to bring ourselves our attention to what's happening in this
- 48:55Speaker 1: exact space and time. Feed on the floor, but but
- 49:00Speaker 1: on the seat. Feel something literally something sensorrely to feel
- 49:07Speaker 1: maybe to be like this is where I am, and
- 49:09Speaker 1: then sensrely. You can use breath to hear that or
- 49:13Speaker 1: the feeling of your breath or the sound of my
- 49:16Speaker 1: voice that's happening in this moment. So if you're paying attention,
- 49:25Speaker 1: then my voice would bring you to this present moment.
- 49:29Speaker 1: You just can't let your mind wander. That's the name
- 49:32Speaker 1: of the game, or the name of the don't do
- 49:35Speaker 1: this game. Don't let your mind water. Try not to
