- 0:09Speaker 1: Now back to Mark Simon on woor. Well, let's take
- 0:14Speaker 1: some calls. Let's go to Paul Saratoga, New York. Hey, Paul,
- 0:18Speaker 1: how you doing?
- 0:19Speaker 2: Hey, I'm doing well. Mark, Thank you. I'm calling you
- 0:22Speaker 2: because I think you're my Trump whisper. And Trump has
- 0:25Speaker 2: been confused. He said Iran to never never ever have
- 0:29Speaker 2: a nuclear bomb, and yet apparently he up at them
- 0:32Speaker 2: twenty years of no enrichment, and to me, twenty years
- 0:36Speaker 2: is not never. So what do you think?
- 0:38Speaker 1: Absolutely right? I don't like it either. It doesn't sound good,
- 0:41Speaker 1: but it's a negotiation and Trump changes positions a lot
- 0:46Speaker 1: in negotiations. So it's like the weather in New York.
- 0:48Speaker 1: If you don't like it, wait fifteen minutes.
- 0:50Speaker 2: You know, so think, Oh, I think that's right. But
- 0:53Speaker 2: if you start at twenty, you can only go down.
- 0:55Speaker 2: You can't go up.
- 0:56Speaker 1: Uh, you forgot it's Donald Trump. That normally, but it's
- 1:01Speaker 1: Donald Trump. The whole thing could change in two weeks.
- 1:03Speaker 1: But you're not wrong, but I think it'll change. Let's
- 1:07Speaker 1: go to Bonnie and Tom's River Bonnie, how you doing
- 1:10Speaker 1: my Mark?
- 1:11Speaker 2: Listen. I knew it. I knew that woman was dusting
- 1:15Speaker 2: off her pants suit for a reason.
- 1:18Speaker 1: Who oh Hillary, Yeah, yeah, it looks like she's getting
- 1:21Speaker 1: ready to run. She's getting the broom out.
- 1:24Speaker 2: How do we get rid of her?
- 1:26Speaker 1: Well, Bill's tried for years. It can't be done.
- 1:29Speaker 2: She watched the dance in that ballroom. That's the whole thing.
- 1:34Speaker 1: Yeah. Now, remember she's got no shot. I mean, think
- 1:38Speaker 1: about this. She was at the height of her power
- 1:43Speaker 1: way back when two thousand and eight, at the absolute
- 1:47Speaker 1: zenith of her career. Two thousand and eight, she was
- 1:50Speaker 1: the Senator. She decides, now's the time she'll run for president.
- 1:54Speaker 1: Two thousand and eight. A total rookie, A total rookie
- 1:59Speaker 1: with two weeks in politics, comes out of nowhere and
- 2:02Speaker 1: takes the nomination nomination away Barack Obama. Obama just wipes
- 2:08Speaker 1: her out, gets the nomination away from her. Well, she
- 2:12Speaker 1: waits eight years, prepares. She's Secretary of State, and now
- 2:16Speaker 1: she's got even more credentials and even bigger resume. This
- 2:20Speaker 1: time she'll run. A total amateur, a guy who's never
- 2:25Speaker 1: been in politics for one second, a total amateur comes
- 2:28Speaker 1: out of nowhere and beats her Donald Trump and takes
- 2:31Speaker 1: it away from her. So she's now ninety seven years old.
- 2:36Speaker 1: She's an old, drunken, old hag in Westchester, hasn't worked
- 2:39Speaker 1: in years, hasn't at a job in years. So she's
- 2:42Speaker 1: gonna have no shot, no shot. Don't worry about her.
- 2:46Speaker 1: Let's go to Vincent in Brooklyn. Vincent, how you doing.
- 2:49Speaker 3: Good morning, Mark, Good morning Mary. Mark. Steve Forbes stole
- 2:53Speaker 3: my dun though when he said, what's Mondamie gonna do
- 2:56Speaker 3: when a bunch of homeless people come into the Mandami
- 3:00Speaker 3: supermarket with black trash bags, clean out the place. And
- 3:04Speaker 3: if he's charging below market value for the food, how's
- 3:07Speaker 3: he going to replenish it?
- 3:08Speaker 2: Mark?
- 3:09Speaker 3: I don't believe that crime is decreasing in New York
- 3:13Speaker 3: City because Jessicadition last week comes out and says, oh
- 3:16Speaker 3: crime is down, this, that and the other, and Sunday
- 3:19Speaker 3: night the Post reports that crime in the subway is
- 3:23Speaker 3: up twenty one percent. Witnessed the guy over the weekend
- 3:28Speaker 3: who was doing the Ginsu knife demonstration in the subway
- 3:32Speaker 3: and wounded pre senior citizens. And we have last week
- 3:37Speaker 3: the black version of Brooch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid
- 3:40Speaker 3: on the back of a mobbed like a bunch of
- 3:43Speaker 3: cowboys in Yahoo's, squeezing off a shot and then going
- 3:48Speaker 3: the wrong way. The guy gets in an accident, breaks
- 3:50Speaker 3: his leg and it's over. He has to go to
- 3:52Speaker 3: the hospital. And then we got these maniacs in Jersey
- 3:58Speaker 3: going into a Chick fil Air during dinner time, jumping
- 4:02Speaker 3: behind the counter and squeezing off a bunch of shots
- 4:06Speaker 3: and killing somebody. The crime I've never seen it as
- 4:10Speaker 3: audacious as this. Oh not to leave out. Last week
- 4:14Speaker 3: in the Bronx, a bunch of thieves pull up with
- 4:17Speaker 3: hoodies and black masks at a bmwsuv, pull up in
- 4:22Speaker 3: front of a jewelry store, come out with fifteen pound
- 4:25Speaker 3: sledge hammers, break the windows, break the doors. The inside
- 4:29Speaker 3: security camera shows them crashing all the display cases, robbing
- 4:35Speaker 3: the jewelry. And they're not they're not even afraid.
- 4:39Speaker 1: Normally it is out of control, Vincent, great call, great point.
- 4:43Speaker 1: But Mom Donnie has come up with a way to
- 4:45Speaker 1: bring down the crime numbers, and that has changed the
- 4:48Speaker 1: way you count them. The changed the way you counted
- 4:51Speaker 1: So they did that with inflation years ago, remember under
- 4:54Speaker 1: Jimmy Carter, who inflations at nineteen. So they changed the
- 4:59Speaker 1: way they counted. They include energy anymore, they don't include
- 5:02Speaker 1: food in that number. That way, the number got lower.
- 5:04Speaker 1: So hey, when we come back, Bill O'Reilly will be
- 5:07Speaker 1: with us next. There's lots to talk to him about,
- 5:09Speaker 1: and we'll get to that in just a moment. On
- 5:11Speaker 1: seven ten, wor
