- 0:00Which comes next 9. Silver or $90.00 silver?
- 0:07Look, we know one of them. Will occur at some point in the
- 0:11future, but what will we see next?
- 0:13Will we? Get our $9 silver or will we
- 0:16have the big party here in the basement, the unblind folding of
- 0:21Smitty the. Silver Bear.
- 0:23Don't forget about him. He's still there.
- 0:25You can see him when Silver hits. $85 His blindfold comes
- 0:29off, but what is going on in the world right now that is so?
- 0:34Crazy that I'm telling you it could propel the value of the.
- 0:39Metals Sky high I got more to talk about with you today.
- 0:43Over 2 pages of notes, so I'm going to move fast.
- 0:45We're going to talk about the Comex and some interesting
- 0:47insights into what's gone on in the last.
- 0:50Two days when at the Comex we saw the price of silver get
- 0:54absolutely pummeled, What 12%? I don't know.
- 0:57Crazy how How Silver got just beat down, but there's some key
- 1:01things we need to remember about what went on there.
- 1:04We're going to talk about what Tavi Costa?
- 1:07Yes, that Tavi Costa is saying about gold and.
- 1:10Silver as well, which is super industry interesting central
- 1:15bank. Buying continues.
- 1:16I've got some breaking news for you on that.
- 1:19I've got news for you about the US dollar, one of the.
- 1:22Favorite subjects? Doesn't that what they always
- 1:25tell us? Gold and silver down because the
- 1:27dollars up in value, We're going to poke a big giant hole in that
- 1:32idea. No problemo.
- 1:34I've got something. Another something.
- 1:37We had another senator say something.
- 1:40That was just absolutely flabbergasting regarding the
- 1:45financial condition of the United States.
- 1:47People are waking up. Are people waking up?
- 1:50And what did? I hear from a physicist last
- 1:54night. A physicist that shocked me when
- 1:58it comes to gold. I'm going to cover that.
- 2:01Let's go to page 2 just so I can tell you what we're gonna talk
- 2:04about. We got more bank doom banking.
- 2:06Oh yeah, Have you looked at the 10 year bond yield?
- 2:094.74 point 7%. Don't forget guys, the 10 year
- 2:15bond yield just what two years ago was .5 now it's 4.7.
- 2:22Ah that is that is that is atomic bomb level increase in
- 2:27interest rates. You know that's going to cause
- 2:30problems for the banks and we're getting evidence of.
- 2:33That already. And we've got more doom about
- 2:36the economy. Real data.
- 2:38Real. Not.
- 2:39Not. Fabricated data.
- 2:43Real data that they can't lie. About that tells us the economy
- 2:47is on in. Dire, dire straits.
- 2:50Oh, I almost forgot the most. One of the most interesting
- 2:53things I have to share with you regarding the silver and gold
- 2:56market as. Well, I had a communication with
- 3:00an executive this morning from a bullion dealer regarding what's
- 3:05going on, right. Now are they seeing people just
- 3:08running, selling, getting rid of their silver and gold?
- 3:12Who? Wants that stuff.
- 3:13You would think that's the case, right by what's going on on the
- 3:16commacks. But is the opposite true?
- 3:19We're going to get to that as well.
- 3:21Silver to the moon, Susie? Yes, that's Susie, the real boss
- 3:25of Ron's basement. She controls the 1st and 2nd
- 3:28floor of the house. She thought this was hilarious.
- 3:31One of you put in the comments that Silver's going to the moon.
- 3:34All right, Ron, it's going to the dark side of the moon.
- 3:38And doesn't it feel? Like that the last few days we I
- 3:42don't need to talk about that much more, but let's talk about
- 3:45some interesting things about what went on at the COMEX and
- 3:49just interesting observations. Let's.
- 3:51Use our heads and think about what?
- 3:55Let's not use our emotions. We are emotional.
- 3:58It's OK All right guys. We all feel mad, sad, happy,
- 4:03scared, elated with the whole range of emotions, and that
- 4:06includes our reaction to what went on in the silver and gold
- 4:10market. But we don't want to make
- 4:11decisions based on those emotions.
- 4:14We want to make decisions you. Want to make decisions based on
- 4:19facts and logic. And let's use a little fact.
- 4:22Here's Here's a couple facts about the silver and gold
- 4:25market. They are the oldest, oldest and
- 4:30what comes with? Age, Wisdom.
- 4:33The oldest and wisest markets in.
- 4:36The world, they're going to figure out what's going on,
- 4:40they. Look out into the future.
- 4:41I've heard it described as they are anticipatory markets, The
- 4:45silver price. The gold price.
- 4:47Right. Silver's been used as money
- 4:49longer than anything else on the planet.
- 4:51It's been traded, right? It can see into the future
- 4:55better than anything, and and it knows what went on on the Comex
- 5:01in the last few days is a bunch of BS.
- 5:05Same thing with gold. Think about natural.
- 5:09Laws of of of physics, right? If if you slam a basketball down
- 5:14much like you know, imagine you and.
- 5:16I are are are playing catch with the basketball and you take that
- 5:19basketball and slam it down on the ground.
- 5:22That's exactly what happened to the Silver.
- 5:25Price and gold price and likely platinum could fit.
- 5:29In there as well, over the last just two or three or four days.
- 5:33When you slam something down, it usually bounces.
- 5:36Right back. But what's even more interesting
- 5:40about this scenario that we're living in right now with the
- 5:43precious metals and the gold and?
- 5:44Silver price, I think, I think. And I want to know how you feel.
- 5:49About this, but do you think? Thank you, Mark.
- 5:51For the Super Chat, not Mark, I'm sorry.
- 5:53Mark, market error. Thank you guys.
- 5:56Super chats are always greatly appreciated.
- 5:58Seriously, never expected so thank you.
- 6:02But if you think about, I think it.
- 6:04It's possibly a good thing that. We saw this this the silver
- 6:08lining to the silver smash in the last few.
- 6:11Days, right? It tells us what we've talked
- 6:14about, right? You look.
- 6:15For the the big picture, things are so.
- 6:19So fragile. So crazy, right?
- 6:22Now happening quicker and quicker the the smart what?
- 6:26Is that telling us how fast these things are happening?
- 6:30They can happen fast in that down direction, but I'm telling
- 6:33you they can happen fast in the up direction as well.
- 6:38Remember, say it briefly back to March and April when we had the
- 6:43banking. How fast silver and gold
- 6:46reacted. How fast the Fed had to jump on
- 6:49everything. Things are happening now at a
- 6:52much more. Large scale.
- 6:54Because the system has grown so complicated.
- 6:56But much faster as well, so we could see.
- 7:01Rip your face off type moves in the silver prize.
- 7:06Do you think Silver is going to get the 9:00?
- 7:08It could. OK, look, I said.
- 7:11We we talked about this. Nobody knows for sure.
- 7:15I don't think it will. I think we're, I think you know
- 7:18we. Can see.
- 7:18Rip your face. I'm not saying we're anything
- 7:20$90.00 in the next month or two months.
- 7:23We can see. We need to be prepared for
- 7:26craziness in the market, because things have.
- 7:29Are so screwed up, so fragile right now that it's.
- 7:34Just the the nature of what we're dealing with.
- 7:37It's like as a human gets really old, right As the human gets
- 7:41into their 90s, they become more fragile, Delicate things do
- 7:45happen faster. And that's exactly what's going
- 7:47to happen in the silver and gold market.
- 7:49I got to. Ring the bell.
- 7:50Wow, we got 100 thumbs up. Thank you guys.
- 7:53Please give this a thumbs up. That helps.
- 7:59There you go. So I don't know what do you
- 8:02think about that, I mean? I I I have a hard It can be
- 8:06challenging to convey this stuff.
- 8:08Thank you, Mountain. Bullion and the basement
- 8:11dwellers, my good friend Brian guys.
- 8:15A side note, quickly go check out Brian's channel, Mountain
- 8:18Bullion Entertainment. I mean this from the bottom of
- 8:21my heart. He's a good quality guy and puts
- 8:24out some very interesting videos.
- 8:27Go check it out. Mountain Bullion Entertainment.
- 8:28Don't do it right now. Don't you leave the live stream
- 8:31but a? Really a top tier?
- 8:32Great guy. And I'm not just saying that
- 8:36because he gave. Me a super chat, I say that
- 8:38you're irregardless of that. It's hard to put it into words,
- 8:43but we know the system has be grown so delicate, so fragile
- 8:48things are going to be be. Prepared because things are
- 8:51going to happen quickly. We talked about this mentally
- 8:54prepared. Monetarily repaired, things are
- 8:56going to happen quickly. Let's talk.
- 8:58Let's talk about some good news. What?
- 9:02What? What do we What do we think when
- 9:03we hear? Tavi Costa talk about reasons to
- 9:08be optimistic in the gold and silver market.
- 9:10Let me pull out my third sheet of notes that I prepared for
- 9:13you. Let me run through these
- 9:15quickly. Silver and gold production are
- 9:18falling. Yes, mine output is falling.
- 9:21The pipeline of projects and available oz for the future for
- 9:26silver and gold are falling. What does that mean?
- 9:29That means the future supply of the metals will continue to be
- 9:33constricted. While simultaneously.
- 9:37If we believe common sense and we know what's going on with
- 9:40gold demand and silver demand, demand is going.
- 9:45What happens, right. We're in economics 101.
- 9:48When demand goes up and supply goes down, real value is
- 9:53created. Real money price, OK?
- 9:55However you want to look at it is created OK Central banks are
- 9:59accumulating. We've talked about that ad
- 10:01nauseam, but we got recent news the Singapore again, Singapore
- 10:07has accumulated. More gold Singapore is regarded
- 10:12as one of the more intelligent countries in the world.
- 10:14Talk to anybody who's a high level financial guy and they'll
- 10:18tell you. Everyone respects Singapore and
- 10:22let me just read briefly to you the the headline on the
- 10:25Singapore. Story because it bears
- 10:29repeating. If I can get my technology.
- 10:32To catch up here. Hold on.
- 10:33I'm coming. Don't you go anywhere?
- 10:36Then? Can't be thoughts or do.
- 10:37Whatever you need to do, Singapore buys.
- 10:40Gold here. This was actually from bullion
- 10:45star, said Singapore central bank can't stop buying gold.
- 10:51They added another 1.6 tons of gold to their national reserves
- 10:56during September and now hold almost 230 tons of gold.
- 11:00Singapore has bought a whopping. 75 tons of gold so.
- 11:05Far this year, boosting their gold reserves by 49%.
- 11:10What? Does that tell us?
- 11:11I don't. Know what does that tell us?
- 11:13When? One of the most sophisticated
- 11:15financial countries in the world, their central bank
- 11:18continues to. Buy gold.
- 11:20I think that spells good things for the future of the gold and
- 11:24silver price. Toby talks about unsustainable
- 11:28fiscal deficits. We know that.
- 11:30Any ratio you look at, any ratio the S&P 5. 100 to gold.
- 11:35Any, any ratio, whether you're looking at physical gold,
- 11:38physical silver or especially the mining?
- 11:41It's crazy guys. The, the, the undervaluation of
- 11:46the metals in the mining stocks right now is absolutely crazy.
- 11:51Deglobalization, the geopolitical situation in the
- 11:55world right now, we know what's going on with the bricks.
- 11:57We know the world is deglobalizing, right?
- 12:01It's worth. It's the trend.
- 12:03Countries are starting to look out for themselves, not sharing
- 12:07their toys with one another. And that leads to countries not
- 12:11trusting each other. And whenever there's a breakdown
- 12:13in trust, what do you think that means for the the demand for
- 12:19precious metals? People are looking for
- 12:22alternative safe haven. Assets, the traditional 6040,
- 12:27OK, that's a, that's the traditional traditional
- 12:31financial services allocation in the United States. 60% stocks,
- 12:3640% bonds. That's breaking down and we're
- 12:38seeing more and more people and very interestingly more younger
- 12:42people, right, that are wanting to move to alternative stores of
- 12:47value. We know there's a trend with the
- 12:49millennial generation to buy silver and gold, lack of new
- 12:54gold discoveries, right? We aren't finding any more gold,
- 12:57we aren't finding any more silver.
- 13:00Ultra Capital Conservatism by the mining.
- 13:03Companies again that's leading to this?
- 13:05Doc, we're going to have a shortage of available products
- 13:10for the available projects for the mining industry and that's
- 13:15only going to spell one thing, decrease supply.
- 13:18Now I will. Tell you briefly I want to
- 13:20thank. One of our sponsors, First
- 13:22Mining Gold, that's our mining company.
- 13:25Sponsor here in Ron's basement. They happen to have two 5
- 13:29million ounce projects in Canada.
- 13:32Development projects. They're in an.
- 13:34Exciting phase right now where they're working them through the
- 13:39permitting process. They're putting out preliminary
- 13:42economic assessments. They've already drilled.
- 13:44They've already found all this gold and I'm telling you, these
- 13:47big mining companies in a couple years.
- 13:50Are going to be desperate for new projects.
- 13:54If that all plays out, you're going to see opportunity for a
- 13:58significant capital appreciation in stocks like first mining
- 14:02gold. I'm not a.
- 14:03Financial advisor I'm not giving financial.
- 14:05Advice, but I will tell you I do own the stock and I do believe
- 14:09in the company and the management now well that this is
- 14:13crazy interesting, this. This is the This is the
- 14:16humdinger. The kicker?
- 14:19I'm sorry. This is the kicker that Tavi
- 14:21brings up. Think.
- 14:22About this, what do these three things as you think about what's
- 14:25going on right now? He said.
- 14:27There's a trifecta of macro imbalances right now.
- 14:32We have the debt problems in the United States similar to what we
- 14:36had in the 1940s. That was after World War 2.
- 14:41Our debt situation in this country right now is similar to
- 14:46the debt situation the countries get themselves.
- 14:48Into after periods of war. OK, so that's number one.
- 14:52We got a massive debt. But at the same time we have the
- 14:56inflationary issues of the late 1970s.
- 15:02OK, inflation is a big problem at the same time, just like the
- 15:061970s. Thank you for that super chat.
- 15:10You don't the architect. Thank you man, basement dwellers
- 15:15and we. Got a big basement dweller
- 15:17giveaway coming up on Black Friday?
- 15:20Not good maybe. I just like positive things.
- 15:22So I want to say Good Friday, Black Friday.
- 15:24So we have massive debt guys like the 19. 40s at the same
- 15:28time we've got massive inflation problem and at the same time the
- 15:33third component is we have asset valuation imbalances.
- 15:38Like we had right before the Great Depression and when the
- 15:43tech bubble. Burst This is real.
- 15:46This is really going on. It's like we've got the worst of
- 15:50all these situations coming together.
- 15:54What's that word? I love that word.
- 15:56I can't believe I can't. Convene him and it's and it's
- 16:01not a positive situation. This is a you know, I know.
- 16:06We've had such pain in the silver and gold price, right?
- 16:11Measured in. Dollars lately, but I'm telling
- 16:14you this is. Just my feeling again.
- 16:16I don't have a crystal ball. I'm not getting financial
- 16:18advice. It's sure in my bones feels like
- 16:23we're heading into a. Very, very, very conducive
- 16:27environment for much higher prices in silver and gold
- 16:32shortterm pain for longterm gain, hey, you know we'll.
- 16:36See how it plays out? But I I.
- 16:38Don't we? We don't ever remember things
- 16:41being so screwy, like like they are now.
- 16:44So what do you think is going on?
- 16:47Let's talk. About what the executive at Penn
- 16:51Beck's told me this morning. That's our online bullion dealer
- 16:54sponsor here in Ron's base. My thought I'm going to reach
- 16:57out to them because I'm curious, with this smash that we've seen
- 17:02in the metals prices, are they seeing people run in to?
- 17:06Sell all their metals back. I mean that must be going on,
- 17:09right? Because look.
- 17:10Look at what the Comex is telling us.
- 17:11Silver is almost worthless if silver.
- 17:14Continues at the same pace. Price decrease, I mean by Friday
- 17:18we may have that $9 silver price.
- 17:22So, so I'm. Sure that people are just
- 17:24dumping their silver left and. I reached out to pin backs, I
- 17:28said. Guys, give me a read.
- 17:29I want to share with our audience what's going on right
- 17:32now and I'll just. Read to you what he said back to
- 17:34me because I think it's very, very interesting, he said.
- 17:42He said, Hey Ron, with the dip in spot price, we've seen a
- 17:46fresh wave of value buying and sales are certainly elevated.
- 17:53He means. Sales of precious metals.
- 17:55Interesting, huh? The fervor has not quite hit the
- 18:00March, April levels. Remember, that was when we had
- 18:03those little banking problems here in the United States
- 18:06following the bank failures. But it's up there.
- 18:10Interesting. And the combination of low
- 18:13wholesale premiums gives even more reason for people to dig
- 18:16deep. Do you want to know what people
- 18:18are buying? I'll tell you what people are
- 18:20buying thanks to our friends. At Pim Beck's, he told me
- 18:23they're selling a lot. Of Silver Eagles, Gold Maples
- 18:27and Junk Silver are the hottest items right now and listen to.
- 18:31This coin shop Chris is going to like.
- 18:33To hear this 90% junk is becoming.
- 18:37Very difficult to source. That's the constitutional silver
- 18:41pre 1965 coin shop. Chris can throw a virtual Ding
- 18:45Dong at me if I got that wrong but that that's dollars, 50 Cent
- 18:50pieces, quarters and Dimes minted pre 1965 that were 90%
- 18:56silver becoming and that's. Exactly what we saw during the
- 19:00banking crisis. I said feel free to mention
- 19:02pinbacks and we're your guys. Yeah, we love the guys at
- 19:07Pinback. So if you want to get some.
- 19:09Well, let let's, let's do the take away then I'll do the
- 19:11commercial. The take away on this is this
- 19:14drawdown in price has caused an increase in demand from retail
- 19:20investors. Isn't that interesting?
- 19:24I'm telling you, what do you think's going to happen when we
- 19:29hit a real bump in the road? There's going to be unbelievable
- 19:33sky high demand for metals. It's just it's a fact I'm
- 19:38getting, I'm getting yelled. At I missed a super chat.
- 19:41Uh oh, hold on guys. I apologize.
- 19:44Bear with me technical. Difficulties, technical
- 19:47difficulties. There we go.
- 19:50Love the basement, Thomas Larson.
- 19:52Hey, I love. I love all you guys.
- 19:54Thank you Thomas for the Super chat.
- 19:56Thomas, what do you think? What do you think's going to
- 19:59happen when we hit a route? We haven't had any bumps in the
- 20:02road. We are so the market, the
- 20:06silver. Market and gold market are so
- 20:09incredibly sensitive right now because remember what Tavi said,
- 20:14right? We got a massive.
- 20:16Debt problem. We've got inflationary issues of
- 20:19the 70s and we have asset bubbles everywhere, everywhere
- 20:25except the silver and gold market, remember.
- 20:27That guy in Minot? Why not?
- 20:29My, not my dad always says that. So I have to say that.
- 20:32What? South Dakota.
- 20:33He was on that Channel, I think Silver Seeker, and he brought
- 20:37up, he said. Something that I thought was I
- 20:39just I I don't know if you've thought of this.
- 20:43Because I had, I can't. We can't think of everything.
- 20:46That's why we communicate. That's why you're here.
- 20:47Right now. So you can hear this insightful
- 20:51comment this guy made. We're here to help each other,
- 20:54he said. Think about this.
- 20:56Compared to three years ago, the.
- 20:58Price of everything is up except.
- 21:03Silver and gold, and that may feel like a big.
- 21:06Gut punch to you as a silver investor, As a gold investor,
- 21:11but I'm telling you what it means is gold and silver have an
- 21:16unbelievable amount of stored up energy.
- 21:20The price. Has an unbelievable amount of
- 21:24stored up energy. It's like a rechargeable
- 21:26battery. That's been plugged into the
- 21:28wall outlet. You forgot about it.
- 21:30When you want to wait for the weekend you came home that
- 21:33suckers charged up to. 140% It's ready to run.
- 21:36It's got some power and I'm I I believe.
- 21:40I don't know how you feel about this, but I believe.
- 21:43That there's a ton of energy stored up.
- 21:46Right now in the silver and gold price and look we're not at $9
- 21:51an ounce silver and we aren't going to go there.
- 21:53Anything is possible. OK, anything.
- 21:57But most likely we're not going to go there if we can establish
- 22:01a floor here at 20 bucks, right? 1800 for gold with all this
- 22:07energy that's stored up with this confluence, That's the
- 22:10word. I couldn't.
- 22:10Think of that earlier man confluence of factors, the Tabi
- 22:15Costa factors that we mentioned plus everything else going on in
- 22:19the world. Geopolitical events, right.
- 22:22It's going to take. It's.
- 22:23It's everything is so delicate and fragile.
- 22:26Hey, did Joe the? Bidenomics.
- 22:28Oh man, did I get another super chat?
- 22:30You guys are off, you? Guys are blowing me away.
- 22:32Thank you. Thank you.
- 22:35The Bidenomics, that's working. No, it's big sensitive.
- 22:39Everything is so delicate. Right now, the Fed has to be
- 22:43careful. I heard somebody saying the
- 22:44other night, like Janet Yellen a year ago, was talking about how
- 22:48there was big liquidity. Problems in the treasury market
- 22:52and that those problems are way worse right now.
- 22:55But they don't talk about it cuz everything is so delicate and
- 22:58sensitive. You got to be careful what you
- 23:00say and how you say. It and, you know, doesn't that
- 23:03make you mad? That makes me mad because and I
- 23:06actually had this. A couple of weeks ago, briefly.
- 23:10With, with my with the owner at pinbacks, what if we were on the
- 23:15gold? Standard still, you know we
- 23:18wouldn't have to worry about at gold if we were still on the
- 23:21gold standard guys. Think about it.
- 23:23We the, the, the, the the federal.
- 23:25Reserve and sorry I put that sheet of.
- 23:28Paper in front of you and the Treasury and Jamie Dimon and all
- 23:33these people. They wouldn't have to be.
- 23:34They wouldn't have to be. Lying so much, it's all a bunch.
- 23:38I'm sorry to say this. But it's mostly right, mostly in
- 23:43my humble opinion. I don't know how you feel about
- 23:45it, but it's just a bunch of like, lie upon lie.
- 23:48Upon upon Mirage, and I called a monetary.
- 23:52Mirage that we're living in. What if we were still in the
- 23:54gold standard? None of this would matter.
- 23:57It worked pretty well. I had this.
- 24:01Conversation last night with a physicist from.
- 24:06Washington University here in Saint Louis, which is considered
- 24:09equivalent of an Ivy League college, right?
- 24:11It worked pretty well in this country.
- 24:14Silver and gold right? For for for.
- 24:17Decades upon decades, we were became the strongest, most
- 24:21powerful, most most affluent country in the world, and we
- 24:26happen to be on the gold standard.
- 24:28Silver was in our money, right? Mike, our friend at Pembex,
- 24:31said. They can't hold on to that old
- 24:3390% constitutional silver. It worked pretty darn well, but
- 24:39you know, now it's it's all. It's monkey business Unicorn
- 24:43fart dust, but I haven't said. That in a while, but it's true.
- 24:46That's what the system has. Become at the end of the day, we
- 24:50are going to see real value be realized.
- 24:54Within the metals, no doubt. Absolutely.
- 24:56No doubt about it. Did we?
- 24:57Hey, could up. Here we go, Jay.
- 24:59Hey, Jake. Thank you Jake for the Super.
- 25:03Chat my friend Jake's custom parts.
- 25:05I got to ring the cowbell guys. We got 200 thumbs up by the way,
- 25:17before I forget, if you want to get.

- 25:33will. You know, do your own research.
- 25:36I did. And that's the conclusion that I
- 25:38came to and that's why I was happy that they wanted to
- 25:43sponsor the channel. I only will take sponsorships
- 25:46from companies and products that I believe in, period.
- 25:50OK. Annie Oakley, thank you for
- 25:51being here. Jake's custom parts coin shop.
- 25:53Chris Mary Radcliffe. And Neil, we got guys.
- 25:58I want you to do me a favor. Everybody on this live stream,
- 26:01please say. Thank you to the moderators.
- 26:03They do a lot of work behind the scenes to make this happen.
- 26:07They're all here this morning. Please say thank you.
- 26:11Please. OK.
- 26:15Oh. Do you?
- 26:16Do you know who Victor David Hansen is?
- 26:19I don't. But headline?
- 26:21He's a name I recognize. But let's read this headline.
- 26:25I got so much. No, I mean notes about what's
- 26:28going on, he says. The next 12.
- 26:30Months are going to be the most explosive in history and doesn't
- 26:36that make sense to us when we thank you Crafty Stacker for
- 26:39that super chatter. When we when we consider what
- 26:42Toby think about the. Setup we're in right now.
- 26:45Unbelievable debt, high interest rates, inflation, geopolitical
- 26:51situations. What else was there?
- 26:53Oh yeah. And the markets are in a bubble,
- 26:56the Nasdaq's in a bubble. I mean, this is ridiculous.
- 27:00The magnificent 7. The SP500 is basically.
- 27:04Dominated now by 7 companies. Microsoft, Amazon, Facebook,
- 27:09NVIDIA, whatever the heck. That smart AI, whatever stuff,
- 27:13right? It's crazy.
- 27:16Absolutely crazy. And.
- 27:17Everything else is down in value.
- 27:20I've got, I've got. Let me, I got a couple stories
- 27:24here. Couple stories.
- 27:26You and me are going to have a party.
- 27:28This is going to blow your mind. And this has everything.
- 27:32Excuse me to do with silver and gold.
- 27:34Let me get a sip of coffee, OK? Now stay with me on this.
- 27:43We're going to have a party. Okay, the big unveiling silver
- 27:47It's 85. Anyway, I give you $100 to go to
- 27:51the grocery. Store to buy some groceries for
- 27:53the party. You come home, right?
- 27:56Think about this compared to 15 years ago today.
- 28:01You might get 50% of the groceries.
- 28:06With that $100 bill that you would have?
- 28:08Gotten 15 years ago, I would say that's pretty safe.
- 28:11Like you can get half as much now with $100 at the grocery
- 28:16store. Compared to what you could get.
- 28:1715 years ago, everybody wants to tell you that the price of gold
- 28:22and silver are down because of the strong dollar.
- 28:26The Strong. Dollar Well, I.
- 28:29Dug in and found out something fascinating.
- 28:31Now remember, your $100 gets you half.
- 28:35Of what it got 15 years ago, 15 years ago, the dollar, right,
- 28:42The dollar was actually significantly.
- 28:45Weaker the way they measure it with the D.
- 28:48XY was around 8015 years ago today that when I checked
- 28:54earlier the D. XY index the dollar was at 107.
- 28:58So does this make any sense? Thank you, Don.
- 29:01Does this make any sense at all? This argument they make about a
- 29:06strong. Dollar being why gold and silver
- 29:09are down that today the dollar that only gets you 50%.
- 29:15Of what it got 15 years ago is, is, is 30% stronger.
- 29:21So we got a dollar to get you half.
- 29:23As much when it comes to gasoline or groceries or
- 29:26anything else but the D. XY index is like 30.
- 29:30Percent higher, it's gone from 80 to 107.
- 29:34That doesn't make any sense if the dollar so much stronger.
- 29:37Now compared to where it was 15 years ago.
- 29:42Was that 2008 then you we should be able to buy 30% more goods
- 29:47and services? But it doesn't.
- 29:49It buys only half as much. So when they throw out this
- 29:54story at you that, oh, the dollar strong, the dollar's
- 29:57good. I try to think of all.
- 29:59Kinds of analogies. To explain, it's all like we
- 30:02talked about earlier. Part of the smoke and mirrors
- 30:05part of the story. The Mirage that they're trying
- 30:09to sell everybody about the value.
- 30:12Okay, I'm telling you, I'm I'm proposing to you.
- 30:20That what went on with Costco and what I would call a media a
- 30:25miniature media explosion regarding Costco.
- 30:29Could that be? Costco selling gold.
- 30:31There were articles everywhere. Barons, Fortune, CNBC, Any
- 30:35Everywhere you look, Okay could that, could that be?
- 30:38I think that that was the catalyst.
- 30:43Catalyst. I think we're going to look back
- 30:45at that and say that was the moment, that was the catalyst
- 30:49where people started to wake up. And I'm going to tell you why I
- 30:53shared with you yesterday, my friend Mike are right, guys.
- 30:56Wealthy multimillionaire. First thing he asked me when he
- 31:00saw me on Sunday was about Costco selling gold.
- 31:05OK, we're not going to go into that.
- 31:07Last night. I'm at work.
- 31:08And now where I work, I'm exposed to.
- 31:11A lot of medical doctors, lawyers.
- 31:14People from Asia, people from India, very, you know, doctors,
- 31:20lawyers. What most people considered to
- 31:23be successful, smart, well educated people.
- 31:25Well, last night I had a guy, he's a, he's a PhD physicist
- 31:29from Washington University here in St.
- 31:31Louis. He he's retired from what used
- 31:36to be McDonnell Douglas. Now it's Boeing.
- 31:38Anyway, he's a smart guy and a super friend.
- 31:41I talk to him every week, OK? First thing he says.
- 31:45He comes in, he's got his son with him.
- 31:47Hey, Ron, how you? Doing, And he said, Are you the
- 31:49one who's buying all those gold bars from Costco?
- 31:52And I was like, what? I'm like, what, Pete, what are
- 31:56you talking about? I said.
- 31:57Did I tell you about that already?
- 31:58He said no, he said. But I've read that story.
- 32:01Like 4 times people are what? He's not a gold bug.
- 32:05He's not a silver bug. He's a very smart.
- 32:08Super nice guy too, by the way. And nice to have nice people in
- 32:12our lives, but people are waking up, I think possibly that.
- 32:17In in that and what I read yesterday.
- 32:21You know this article that said Florence the housewife, when
- 32:25she's buying toilet paper and cat food, is now picking up an
- 32:29ounce of gold from Costco? I really believe that that could
- 32:33be that we could look back at. That you mark my word, I could
- 32:36be wrong and say that was the catalyst that started the.
- 32:40Awakening in the United States. But think about this.
- 32:43Think about this. Because then I became very
- 32:45animated with them and I was like you.
- 32:47You got to realize, don't forget guys, we are still the richest
- 32:52country. On the face of the earth.
- 32:54But the bonus, The kicker, The kicker, the basement dweller
- 33:00kicker is. We know that while we're the
- 33:03richest. Country in the world.
- 33:04We're also the country that hates Precious.
- 33:07Metals more than any other country on the face of the
- 33:11earth. Now that might be bad.
- 33:13We don't like that, right? But it's actually good, because
- 33:17that gives us. Unbelievable amount of room for
- 33:22improvement. So when Florence the housewife
- 33:24and when my friend Mike and my friend Pete right, guys are are
- 33:29starting to like hear. About oh, gold and silver and
- 33:33oh, it's a way to preserve that. Everybody knows here's the deal.
- 33:38Everybody you know, everybody's asleep in this country except
- 33:42you and me. We're like, you know, well.
- 33:45To 1 degree or another, I don't wanna sound arrogant and we
- 33:47don't know everything we don't claim to, but we're not.
- 33:50We're willing to dig in. We're not necessarily.
- 33:54We don't have our heads down in the sand, but everybody.
- 33:58Would you agree with this everybody?
- 34:01Does know. And it's a big, it's something
- 34:04that's on everybody's mind. You know when something's on
- 34:07your mind, like it's been like it's a module that's been
- 34:10plugged in. Well, every American has had the
- 34:12module plugged in to their head. That inflation is a big, big,
- 34:19big, big. Problem, right?
- 34:21Even the people that watch. CNN and MSNBC and Fox News and,
- 34:27you know, mainstream media absorbers.
- 34:29They've all, they all know that module has been plugged in.
- 34:33They haven't yet made the connection that it's a big a
- 34:38problem. That's not going away.
- 34:40Number one and #2, they need to make that next leap to the idea
- 34:45that. Of the the time tested way to
- 34:48protect your wealth. When your currency is being
- 34:51devalued is to hold precious metals.
- 34:54That's why I say this Costco thing that everybody's starting
- 35:00to talk about like it's. Percolating, right?
- 35:02It's the catalyst. That's what a catalyst does, a
- 35:05catalyst. Kind of starts a major reaction
- 35:09when that catalyzes further. And we get more people.
- 35:14You know the story. You're one in 200 we we.
- 35:17Are basement dwellers. We are one in 200 people.
- 35:20That's an absolute fact. When that really begins to
- 35:23catalyze guys like I like, like. Like my my, my conversation with
- 35:29the leadership over at. Pin backs this morning it's
- 35:33going to be like. March and April and and if at
- 35:36the same time we got inflation and we have some other crisis,
- 35:41it could be, we could, we could be.
- 35:44In for very explosive growth. In the precious metals price,
- 35:50look, you know, I don't have a crystal ball, but I'm telling
- 35:53you that's what I see potentially coming together.
- 36:01Where else are we hearing it? Here we have a senator.
- 36:03What are they? Saying in our in our, in the
- 36:06halls of Congress. All right, what are?
- 36:08Our senators saying Cynthia Loomis put this on Twitter, she
- 36:13says quote. Our nation is quickly
- 36:17approaching a debt death spiral that will bury.
- 36:22Future generations, Excuse me, We need to end Washington's
- 36:28spending addiction. Are people waking up?
- 36:35We have senators what did what did that?
- 36:37Was the name Matt Gaetz say? Which was funny, sad and true at
- 36:43the same time. Senator, Gates said.
- 36:48Basically, it's a sad state of. Affairs in this country that if
- 36:51you want to bribe. A Democratic senator like
- 36:55Menendez, right? You know that whole deal?
- 36:57They caught him with four. 180 grand in cash and a bunch of
- 37:00gold bars that if you want to bribe a senator in this country.
- 37:04That you have to use gold. Bars because they know that the
- 37:08value of the. Dollar is going down the tube.
- 37:11I mean, is it wake up? Are we seeing a wake up right?
- 37:16Now in this country, and again, it's so critical for us to
- 37:21remember the fact, right the good news there is good news.
- 37:26Buried in all of this, sure, as Americans who, those of you
- 37:30joining me from America who stacks over and gold, We've been
- 37:34the black sheep. We've been the outcast, right?
- 37:37We're not the mainstream. Right now, other countries, you
- 37:41know. India, China, almost anywhere
- 37:43else in the world were mainstream.
- 37:45But here we're not mainstream. When that when those people join
- 37:49us, we have so much. Room for growth and improvement,
- 37:55it's going to be, it could result in what could be some
- 37:58very explosive moves. Let's talk about commercial real
- 38:03estate here with this. Is from Bloomberg, right?
- 38:05We know. There's a commercial real estate
- 38:08bomb. Heading for the banks?
- 38:11Let me just read this. Office prices in the United
- 38:14States are due for a. Crash and the commercial Real
- 38:17estate market. Faces at least another nine
- 38:20months of declines, according to Bloomberg's latest Markets Live
- 38:26Paul survey 2 thirds 2/3 of. The 919 respondents surveyed by
- 38:32Bloomberg believe that the US office market will.
- 38:36Only rebound after a severe collapse.
- 38:40Commercial real estate is a huge segment of all the banks balance
- 38:46sheets. Bonds are a huge segment of all
- 38:50the banks balance sheets. They both banks and bonds.
- 38:55I wish they could get. I bet the.
- 38:57I'm sorry, real estate, commercial real estate and bonds
- 39:00are in. 1 degree another severe correction or crash.
- 39:06Mode the banks would do anything to go back in time and if not
- 39:11put all that commercial real estate, those loans on their
- 39:14balance sheets to not have bought all those bonds that are
- 39:17now. Not as worth as much as they
- 39:21were when they bought them. The banks are in big trouble.
- 39:25Commercial real estate companies are in big trouble.
- 39:28It says. This is bad.
- 39:29News for the 1.5 trillion of commercial real estate debt
- 39:34that, according to Morgan Stanley, is due before the end
- 39:38of 2025. Refinancing it won't be easy,
- 39:43particularly the roughly 25% of commercial.
- 39:46Property, that is office buildings.
- 39:49A Green Street index of commercial property prices has
- 39:52fallen already 16% from its peak in 2022.
- 39:58What does that? Tell us what happened during the
- 40:01last banking crisis. You know, right.
- 40:04We've talked about that already. Even on this live stream you
- 40:07couldn't find. Gold you couldn't find silver.
- 40:11Everything's sitting on a hair trigger, right?
- 40:13Now, with the massive amount of debt, the massive inflation
- 40:18problem, everything is is delicate and fragile, right?
- 40:23But the economy's the economy's got to be doing great, right?
- 40:27What does this mean? What does this mean to you when
- 40:30you hear that cargo volumes at the port of new?
- 40:34York and New Jersey. Fell 21% year over year.
- 40:41OK. 21% cargo volume at the port of New York and the port of New
- 40:46Jersey. How?
- 40:48How can the government and the Treasury and the Fed sit around
- 40:53and say, but the economy is doing great, the economy is
- 40:56doing great. We know that.
- 40:57Rail volumes are down. We know that trucking volumes
- 41:01are down and now we're hearing guys.
- 41:05This is not a small decrease. Sit back.
- 41:07I want you to reconsider what I just said.
- 41:10Cargo volumes at the Port of New York and New Jersey fall 21%
- 41:16year over year This here's a quote.
- 41:19Quote Ahead of the preparation for the holiday season, US
- 41:23retailers continue to draw. From their overstock of
- 41:27inventory that was. Delivered during the second
- 41:30cargo surge over the past two years.
- 41:32That's what the port. Said in a press release. 20%
- 41:36Huh? That means for every a year ago,
- 41:40for every five cargo. Containers coming into New York
- 41:43into and in New Jersey for every 5.
- 41:45Now there's only four, that's like.
- 41:48Chopping off one of your fingers?
- 41:50OK, but Joe Biden's? Going to tell you that
- 41:54Bidenomics, it's working. Is it working?
- 42:01Is it working? Go to a restaurant.
- 42:03Susie and I and the girls. Went to Chimmy's, this Mexican
- 42:06restaurant on Saturday night. You know those overpriced, not
- 42:11fancy, but better than Taco Bell, rest Mexican restaurants
- 42:14that every city has, right? And it costs us like $60.00.
- 42:19$70.00 They have dinner for four all right.
- 42:22Would have done much better. Going to Sam's Club and buying
- 42:26us some nice steaks and maybe using some of these Weber
- 42:30seasonings right and and then had $30 leftover.
- 42:33To buy an ounce of silver, but. We went to the Mexican
- 42:36restaurant. Now you got to go out every once
- 42:38in a while. I'm more of a value conscious
- 42:40person. I'm more of the season it myself
- 42:43by the food myself. Anyway, this Mexican restaurant.
- 42:46I'm telling you, Pre. A pre.
- 42:50C19 during C19 we've it's been around the whole time.
- 42:54We go about once every maybe two months.
- 42:57Three months it there was nobody in there and they didn't have
- 43:00their air conditioner on on top of it And Susie and I are
- 43:03looking at each other and it's like sweating.
- 43:06It smells like a Mexican restaurant and honestly, I'm
- 43:09thinking, I don't know that I want ever want to come back.
- 43:11Here I don't want to pay the money.
- 43:13And it if they're not going to, if they don't have enough
- 43:16customers to turn their air conditioning on, I'm not going
- 43:18to deal with it. So are things slowing down?
- 43:21Are you seeing it? Are you know the line of
- 43:23business that you're in? Let me ask you guys right now in
- 43:27the, in the, in the chat, are you?
- 43:30Seeing things slow down if you are type the word slow SLOW.
- 43:36I'm just curious. Or is.
- 43:38Ron hallucinating. I mean, I'm not, we're not
- 43:41hallucinating when they tell us that that that that cargo volume
- 43:45at the port of New York is down by 20%.
- 43:48We got some slows. We got some slows.
- 43:50Ricky had Ricky's house like crap.
- 43:52Good to see you my friend. I talked about this at the.
- 43:55Beginning of the live stream, but I'm going to talk about it
- 43:58again right now. Sassy silver slow.
- 44:01Fred Flintstone. Hey, Fred Flintstone.
- 44:04He's been around. Think about Fred Flintstone.
- 44:06We got a. Guy in the chat named Fred
- 44:07Flintstone. We need to talk to him about the
- 44:10value of silver and gold over thousands of years.
- 44:13Fred Flintstone and Barney Rubble, right?
- 44:16How did they get paid at the quarry?
- 44:18You know how they got paid with silver and gold?
- 44:21And they passed it down for thousands of years and their
- 44:24kids? Great, great, great, great,
- 44:26great to the 90th degree. Kids still have the gold and
- 44:28silver. Now it's doing well.
- 44:30Jim McDaniel, Thank you my friend.
- 44:32Slow, crafty, Stacker. Slow.
- 44:36Wow. The economy is slow.
- 44:38Yeah. Slow and old.
- 44:40Yeah. Dean, I get it.
- 44:42I'm, you know, hey, we're young at heart, no doubt.
- 44:45Absolutely. No doubt about it.
- 44:48And and then Neil was sure they paid in rocks, Yeah.
- 44:51So we know things are getting dicey out there.
- 44:59We know that the silver. Price and gold price got taken
