- 0:00Hey, everybody. This episode was recorded on Tuesday, August twenty two,
- 0:04twenty twenty three. By the time you hear this, somethings may have changed,
- 0:08but we hope you enjoy the show. All right, everybody, Welcome

- 0:40weekly Philly sports podcast show in the world, that's right over ten years strong.
- 0:44We had a great discussion coming your way as it pertains to the Indianapolis
- 0:48Colts. The Colts heading to Philadelphia. Actually they're they're already right now practicing
- 0:53with the Philadelphia Eagles. We've been getting a lot of reports about what's been
- 0:56going on within camp. It's an interesting team in terms of what's going to
- 1:00happen with the future of the Colts. And we've got a great discussion coming
- 1:03your way. We've got a great guest, so let's get to it.
- 1:07It is great to have back on the podcast, coming to us from Believe
- 1:11in Colts and also Cults Law with Lawrence Owen. We have the one and
- 1:18only Lawrence Owen. Buddy, it is great to have you back on the
- 1:21Philadelphia Sports Table podcast show here. Thanks so much for taking the time.
- 1:23Man Hey, I appreciate you sending out the offer, man. I appreciate
- 1:29that anytime I get a chance to come on and talk with you guys as
- 1:32a blessing to me. So thanks. You've got it, man. I
- 1:34love your content. You're doing good stuff at Colts Law, and folks check

- 1:47content coming to you from Lawrence and also the Believe in Colts podcast. You
- 1:52know, we love our Believe podcast network out there. Got a lot of
- 1:57guests that come on this podcast from the Believe net work. So check out
- 2:00everything they're doing over there, and it's amazing. When I initially asked you
- 2:06to come on, it actually wasn't Lawrence because the Eagles and the Colts were
- 2:09practicing together. Honestly, I forgot that they were actually practicing together this week.
- 2:15Coincidentally my reaching out to you, it just happened. It just happened
- 2:20to be that, Oh my gosh, these two teams that we follow and
- 2:23that we podcast about, that we discuss on a consistent basis, happened to
- 2:28be practicing with each other. And there's a lot of storylines that are going
- 2:31on with this Colts team. So again, it is great to talk to
- 2:36you. So I'd love to just like start getting into what the feeling is
- 2:40with regard to this Colts team, you know, within Colts Nation, because
- 2:45you know, last year was a transition season for the Colts, especially at
- 2:50the quarterback position. You know, you had Matt Ryan under center, Nick
- 2:53Foles, Sam Ellinger was under center. You know, no real consistency at
- 2:58the quarterback position during the two thousand twenty two season. Fast forward to this
- 3:01season, the NFL Draft, and hopes are high for what Anthony Richardson is
- 3:07going to be able to do for this team in this offense in the future.
- 3:12So I'm wondering, as we take a look at last year, take
- 3:15a look at where things are right now in the preseason with the Colts,
- 3:17what's that comparison from last last year, last season to this season in terms
- 3:23of just the direction that the team is heading, specifically at the quarterback position,
- 3:28and and how Colts Nation is thinking about this. Well, I want
- 3:31to correct you real quick. Existency quarterback position has been Ill and Nunn since
- 3:38twenty eighteen. All right, thank you, thank you a huge deal to
- 3:44all Colts fans. We're like, oh my gosh, are we the next
- 3:46Cleveland Browns or New York Jets. Uh so uh. With the with picking
- 3:54Anthony Richardson at number four overall in the draft, there some hope, you
- 4:00know, some hope on the horizon for Colts fans out there thinking well,
- 4:06maybe, just maybe we're out of this stupid carousel that we've been in for
- 4:11the last you know, five six years. Right now, there was expectations
- 4:17going into this year that you know, Anthony Richardson was forgive me for air
- 4:23quoting raw right, Yeah, it wouldn't need a season or two to get
- 4:28his NFL feet under him and stuff of that nature. But as you know,
- 4:33practices and training camp has kind of came through, and I've been there,
- 4:39I've been on the sidelines watching Anthony Richardson is a lot more than what
- 4:45we saw last year for the Florida Gators, a lot more. He has
- 4:49improved leaps and bounds over what we saw on tape. So the expectation right
- 4:59now for fans not only is it, oh my gosh, we have our
- 5:02guy for the long term, but it could look better this upcoming season than
- 5:06what was expected because of how quickly Anthony Richardson is learning, uh, the
- 5:15speed of the NFL, how to how to make you know, drop backs
- 5:19and throws and process defenses before the snap, get through his progressions, things
- 5:26of that nature to go along with the god given you know, physical traits
- 5:30that he has that could scare any NFL team if they have to go,
- 5:35yeah, go up against him. Right. Absolutely, we're gonna get I
- 5:39think we're gonna be talking about Anthony Richards Richardson a little bit later with regard
- 5:44to the Jonathan Taylor situation and what this means for his development at the quarterback
- 5:50position as well, because I think there's a correlation with that. We're gonna
- 5:54get to that a little bit later. But as we're moving along here,
- 5:59Lawrence, excuse me, you know that there are some starting jobs I know
- 6:02that are still up for grabs on the Colts offense. You know, after
- 6:06wide receiver Ashton Dooland you know, suffered a ACL tear, you know,
- 6:11the Colts wide receiver depth became a bit more volatile, I think, I
- 6:15think would be maybe a correct word to use perhaps so. And the tight
- 6:19end position as well. I think it's going to be very interesting to follow
- 6:23for the remainder of you know, of this camp or a preseason. I
- 6:27should say, it's going to be interesting to see how this develops over the
- 6:30next week or two. I'm wondering what position on offense are you still looking
- 6:35at? And maybe Colts Nation is still looking at, you know, thinking
- 6:39that it's a position that's still up for grabs and why what's that position for
- 6:44you? Well, and I think he kind of hit on the wide receiver
- 6:46position with Ashton going down. Yeah, he wasn't just going to be the
- 6:51fourth wide receiver on the Colt's roster. He's an All Pro special teamer.
- 6:57Yeah, he is a great blocker in the run. You know, his
- 7:02numbers on the field don't speak to what he has provided the Indianapolis Colts over
- 7:08the years that he has been here. So right now we have four guys
- 7:14that is unquestionably going to make the roster at wide receiver. We got Michael
- 7:16Pittman, Junior Alec Pierce, Isaiah Mackenzie, and our third round draft pick
- 7:23Josh Downs. After that, it's up in the air. That's what these
- 7:28the training camp and preseason games have been about. You know, in the
- 7:31first place was to find out who was going to be maybe the sixth guy.
- 7:34Now we need to know are we going to be keeping six receivers?
- 7:39And if we do, who's going to be number five and number six?
- 7:43You know, we got some guys that have really stepped up during preseason games,
- 7:46Guys free agent pickups like James Washington had an absolutely gorgeous one handed,
- 7:54like forty yard one handed snag down the sideline this past Saturday against the Bears,
- 8:00which shocked me considering, Yeah, I knew he had speed, but
- 8:05dude was known for dropping balls at Pittsburgh, you know, So I mean
- 8:09when he ends up with this one hand and grab, I'm like, whoa
- 8:11you just you know, you just really put a feather in your cat for
- 8:15possibly making making this team. Uh jawand Winfrey h an undrafted free agent,
- 8:20really showed up for Shad Perryman's done some nice stuff and then of course uh.
- 8:26Back in twenty twenty one, the Colts drafted a guy Mike Strawn in
- 8:31the seventh round. He's a really big, tall receiver who just never really
- 8:37played into his size, and this past training camp and preseason he's been showing
- 8:43that he can play into his size. So he's really fighting for that fifth
- 8:48or sixth spot at the wide receiver position as well. It's really interesting to
- 8:52hear about some of the uh, the ongoing you know scuffles during Eagles training
- 9:00you know in Philadelphia, you know, at the Eagles training camp facility,
- 9:03and what's been happening with the Colts as well. I thought it was interesting.
- 9:07I don't know if you were following some of the storylines on Twitter,
- 9:09Lawrence, but a little chippy between the Eagles and the Colts here. You
- 9:15know, I think the Colts really want to show folks that, you know
- 9:18what, we aren't really this like lost step child here at this point.
- 9:22You know, we're not going to be a bottom feeder team in the NFL
- 9:26here this twenty twenty three season. And it came into Philadelphia against the team
- 9:31that you know that did go to the Super Bowl. Yes they did loss
- 9:33to lose that it was heartbreaking for many of us. But the Colts come
- 9:37in, they get a little chippy, and because I think they really want
- 9:41to show folks that, you know what, we're not We're not gonna be
- 9:45this, you know, we're not going to be the ugly step child here
- 9:46the NFL this season. And I think that is should be nice for Colts
- 9:52fans, you know what I mean that they're not just gonna lay down this
- 9:56season here. Well, a little bit of the chippiness might be have to
- 10:00do with the fact that the Indianapolis Colts and the Philadelphia Eagles have a lot
- 10:03of connections between the two teams. I mean, uh, not just you
- 10:09know so uh and and it's it's gone back for years, right, for
- 10:13years, We've had a lot of connections. And so the Colts during practices,
- 10:20they like to run high energy under Shane Stekeen, high energy short practices,
- 10:28an hour hour fifteen minute practices, and they run a lot of high
- 10:33energy, high impact. Uh. They practice like they want to play right,
- 10:39and a lot of teams don't like that because you know, that's how
- 10:41injuries happen, right, And Uh, there's been multiple times where our defense,
- 10:48especially a young corner that got drafted this year, is out there popping
- 10:52guys like he's you know, trying to make a big you know, play
- 10:56out there on the field during a week seven team trying to make a playoffs,
- 11:01right, and it's just kind of following through during these joint practices.
- 11:07Yeah, so I gotta feel like I can't read too deep into this.
- 11:15It's just guys who know each other very well. And are you got a
- 11:20bunch of guys. They're getting ready to go into the final preseason game of
- 11:26the year. They're trying to make the fifty three man roster. They're trying
- 11:30to make a name for themselves. Show out, because if you don't show
- 11:33out and you're on the bubble, you're not making the team. Exactly,
- 11:37you're going to expect these things, yep. Absolutely, And for our Philadelphia
- 11:41Sports Table listeners and crew, my wife and I are going to be down
- 11:46at the game this Thursday evening, so come down and you know, if
- 11:50you're happen to see us in the parking lot doing a little tailgate and stuff,
- 11:54I say hi, and uh. You know, as we're moving along
- 11:56here, Lawrence, you know, a lot of attention has really been focused
- 12:01on the Colts offense, and rightfully so, but I feel like we haven't
- 12:03been hearing too many storylines, at least here, you know, in the
- 12:09Philadelphia area, too too many storylines about the Colts defense during the course of
- 12:13this preseason. And I'm actually really looking forward objectively when I'm looking at what
- 12:18the Colts team is in an objective fashion. I'm really looking forward to seeing
- 12:22what Quitty Pay does this season to build upon his productivity from last season as
- 12:28he's entering that, you know, critical third year of his contract, and
- 12:31I know he missed some time last year. I think he might have missed
- 12:33six games or so last year. I could be mistaken about that, but
- 12:37I'm just wondering, like, what aspect of this defense do you think is
- 12:39really getting overlooked this preseason that folks really aren't really aren't honing in on too
- 12:45much. I think there's a couple of them. Actually, One you talk
- 12:50about Quitty Pay the past rush of the Indianapolis Colts last year. Quietly,
- 12:54they were a top ten sack team. Yeah, they were a top five
- 12:56sack team going into like Week thirteen or so, you know, and then
- 13:01some injuries happened and and other things that was going on. But I mean,
- 13:05they're not the Philadelphia Eagles defensive line. Don't get me wrong, but
- 13:11there's there's a lot of a lot of good across that intensive line, especially
- 13:15the starters and the depth. Right we had. We didn't have any superstars,
- 13:20no one that had ten or more sacks, but we had four guys
- 13:24with at least six and a half sacks across that d line, and I
- 13:26think we had uh six guys with at least five, right, So that's
- 13:33that adds up quickly. That that shows that you know, there is a
- 13:35lot of depth across that defensive line and that defensive front seven. Uh.
- 13:39I think that gets overlooked quite a bit. But to me, the linebacking
- 13:43corps, especially Shaquille Leonard, I think this is getting overlooked immensely. Of
- 13:50Shaquille Leonard. Yeah, huge. Last year the Colts were one of the
- 13:54worst teams in the NFL at creating turnovers. During his first few years in
- 14:01the league, when he was healthy and playing, the Colts were a top
- 14:05two team in the NFL at creating turnovers. Shaquille Leonard, you know,
- 14:11by himself like two years ago, had four interceptions and nine forced fumbles.
- 14:16Right, this guy every year creates turnovers and because of what he's able to
- 14:22do on the field by himself, if he doesn't get the turnover, he
- 14:26helps other guys get in positions to do so. So if we could be
- 14:31a top ten SAC team plus has Shaquille Leonard and be on the field and
- 14:37help with that, you know, turnover ratio, that could spell a huge
- 14:43benefit to this defense heading into the season. I think it's a great storyline
- 14:46for us to follow for sure. And moving along, Lawrence, you know,
- 14:50I wanted to get your thoughts on what we're actually going to be seeing
- 14:54from the safety and cornerback group this year. This defensive backfield for the Colts.
- 15:00I mean, it's a very young secondary as they're heading into this season.
- 15:03So I'm wondering, like, how do you see the defensive backfield really
- 15:07taking some steps forward this season? Do you think it's going to be a
- 15:11challenge or do you think we may end up seeing some good stuff like we're
- 15:15talking about with the linebacker position, defensive line and in the consistency that we're
- 15:20likely to see there. What are your thoughts about this secondary in the defensive
- 15:24backfield, Well, youth is an understatement. There's only one guy that's been
- 15:30here longer than one year, exactly, like in the NFL periods exactly,
- 15:35and of course that's Kenny Moore, yes, but everybody else, all the
- 15:41starters are either rookies or second year players yep, right, and then the
- 15:43death they're all rookies or second year players. You know, Juju Brandt,
- 15:48Jalen Jones, Darius Rush, Dallas Flowers, all these guys so so young,
- 15:56Darryl Darryl Baker Jr. Who has really showed out, maybe making giving
- 16:02Dallas Flowers a little push for his money at the starting cornerback position. What
- 16:07I'm looking, what I'm seeing through training camp is inexperienced does not mean consistently
- 16:15bad play. These guys are out here making plays, doing a decent job.
- 16:19Do they have inexperienced rookie mistakes things of that nature, Absolutely happens,
- 16:25right, But they're they're showing that they are professionals and they're they're playing overall
- 16:33very good football. And it's surprising and to me, what I'm expecting as
- 16:37the season progresses is what you would expect from any young player, especially rookies.
- 16:44Not the greatest play at the beginning of the season, but growth game
- 16:48in, game out, and I would not be surprised at this. Secondary
- 16:52really turns some heads by week eight, week nine, week ten as being
- 16:57a really good team, but it could also flip to the other side as
- 17:02well. So that's a great storyline to keep an eye on. Absolutely a
- 17:04great storyline. I think sometimes secondaries don't get their due. I mean,
- 17:08they certainly do in Philadelphia when you have Darius Slay James Bradberry's extremely prolific cornerbacks.
- 17:15Yeah, I talk a lot in death about the Eagles secondary with Rodney
- 17:21McLeod. Right. Absolutely, yep, here's your old co host. Yep.
- 17:26Absolutely Again, folks are talking to Lawrence Owen from Colts Law on YouTube.
- 17:33Check out what he is doing over there. Fantastic content as always.
- 17:37Follow him on Twitter at Colts Underscore Law. He is a great, great
- 17:41follow and again he is with also the Believe podcast network Believe in Colts search
- 17:48him out. I listen on Apple Podcasts and you should as well on whatever
- 17:52podcast platform that you are on. And as we're moving forward here, Lawrence,
- 17:59you know, we gotta get into the situation with Jonathan Taylor, of
- 18:03course before we get to what's called our standout and stepped on segment. I
- 18:07really want to just try to understand how an owner can act in the manner
- 18:15in the way that Jim Ersay has so like. I just think it's,
- 18:18of course, the biggest storyline right now, just how Jim Ersay has been
- 18:23communicating very publicly as it pertains to Jonathan Taylor, and in fact, today
- 18:30as we're recording this here on Tuesday, August twenty second, allowing Jonathan Taylor
- 18:36to seek a trade. So as an Eagles fan, I have to say,
- 18:40like it's weird because I cannot imagine the Eagles owner Jeffrey Lurry communicating this
- 18:45way. How Jim Ersay has, you know, with regard to his team,
- 18:48and just kind of I don't know, Yes, he's the he's the
- 18:52owner, but he's just kind of sticking his nose I think where it may
- 18:56not necessarily belong from a good business perspect I mean again, I can't imagine
- 19:00Jeffrey Larry doing this with like DeAndre Swift or Kenneth Gainwell. And now it
- 19:07seems as though Jonathan Taylor probably not going to be on this team for too
- 19:11too much longer an incredible, incredible running back talent in this league. I
- 19:15just kind of wonder, you know, what the endgame is here, you
- 19:18know, for Jim Ersey, you know, when it's all said and done.
- 19:22And I wonder how this relates then to Anthony Richardson in terms of the
- 19:26offense now really square on his shoulders and shouldering that burden his rookie year of
- 19:36really having to just direct this offense. I don't know what are your thoughts
- 19:38about this entire situation that has been a soap opera here and where we'rever right
- 19:44now with it. I'm going to explain, Okay, So I believe the
- 19:48perception is misconscrewed by national media. Okay, I got you, and I'm
- 19:52gonna explain a few things. First, all, Jim Ersey is the longest
- 19:59ten ye owner in the NFL, and because of that status, anytime a
- 20:07situation comes up where the owners are talking to each other, whether it's an
- 20:11owner's meetings or phone calls or zoom meetings or something of that nature, usually
- 20:15the longest tenured owner is the one that speaks out to media and the public
- 20:22about whatever the owners have discussed. So that tweet a while back with the
- 20:26CBA and the players Association and the running back situation, he was speaking for
- 20:36all the owners got collectively right. So that's not a situation where I think,
- 20:41you know, he was specifically pertaining to Jonathan Taylor in and of itself.
- 20:47Now, when he does talk, yes, sometimes what he says the
- 20:55smile on your food or people look at it and go dude, come on,
- 21:02and and and I understand where where a lot of people feel that way.
- 21:07But we also got to go back and look at what the the GM
- 21:11discussed, right, you know, and and also what Jim Mercy, Jim
- 21:18Mercy what just a few weeks ago said, you know, we're not trading
- 21:22Jonathan Taylor, not now, not in October exactly. Chris Ballard has been
- 21:26on record stating I haven't offered him a contract yet because he's hurt. I
- 21:34got to be able to see what he could do. I have no problems
- 21:37offering a contract midseason, right right. And Jonathan Taylor, from what I
- 21:45understand, is running around asking for sixteen million dollars a year. Okay,
- 21:52Now, we all got to remember he's still on the pup list, which
- 21:56means he can't do workouts for teams. And it's not a good look.
- 22:00It's really not no, I mean, so, yes, the Indianapolis culture
- 22:06like, sure, go out there and you know, seek a trade,
- 22:10talk to other teams, see what your market value is? Right now?
- 22:12Yeah, and you can't work out for a team and show them that you're
- 22:15still the same guy from twenty twenty one, right, right, Let's see
- 22:19what kind of offers you get, right. I think they fully expect him
- 22:22to come back after he realizes that if you can't work out for a team,
- 22:29whether that's the Indianapolis Colts or any other team in the NFL, you're
- 22:33not going to get sixteen million dollars right right. And I think that's also
- 22:38why the Colts set the trade bar so high, so they're like, well,
- 22:44you know, we're not gonna give him up for a fourth you know.
- 22:47I mean, I think saying a first round pick or equivalent thereof is
- 22:52the same thing as saying we're not trading you now, and we're not trading
- 22:56you in October. Right. I think this is all about just allowing Jonathan
- 23:02Taylor to go out there and see what the Indianapolis Colts front office has been
- 23:07trying to tell him throughout this entire process. I think I think that's extremely
- 23:12interesting in terms of that context too, And what it really comes down to
- 23:17also is allowing a player to really truly find out what their worth is.
- 23:25And that's what you're saying here. Find out what you're worth is there on
- 23:27the market, and the Cold seem very very convinced that, like you said,
- 23:32that, you know what's not gonna get what he wants, not gonna
- 23:34even probably be anywhere near it based on the current situation. It's a it's
- 23:38it's gonna be an interesting storyline to follow, for sure. And I know
- 23:41that absolutely. Yeah, I know I tease the stand out and stepped on
- 23:45segment just a few minutes ago here, So let's get to it, Lawrence.
- 23:51Here, stand out stepped on segments. So I've been doing this with
- 23:53some of our opposition territory guests over the course of these past few weeks.
- 23:59So if you can give me two players that you think are going to be
- 24:03a standout this coming season on the Colt's roster, who would those two players
- 24:07be? Well, first and foremost, I think when you have a rookie
- 24:11quarterback, you kind of got to look at someone on the offense as going
- 24:15to be a standout. Now, I could take the easy route and say
- 24:22Anthony Richardson, but I'm not going to do that. Uh, that's that's
- 24:29that's kind of just throwing in the towel, not even really trying to dive
- 24:33into anything because that's an obvious answer. I'm gonna say Alec Pierce, the
- 24:37wide receiver, a guy who Anthony Richardson has not shown, uh any any
- 24:44kind of shyness at going to him on deep balls. And we all know
- 24:48Anthony Richardson throws such a pretty deep ball, right, and every time he
- 24:52does go deep, it seems like he's going to Alec Pierce, a guy
- 24:56who has worked out very difficult, very hard this past off season in his
- 25:02second season to improve his route running and his ability to get open to go
- 25:07along with his size and speed and hands. So I feel like Alec Pierce
- 25:12is in a situation where he could really stand out this year as being the
- 25:18big play go to guy through the air. Yeah. On defense, there's
- 25:26a lot of people that the Colts have that are obvious superstars. Yeah,
- 25:33you know, we got Shaquille Leonard, you know, we we have my
- 25:37favorite defensive player, Divorce Buckner. But I'm gonna go with a rookie,
- 25:41all right, who may not even be a starter. But Juju Brents,
- 25:48Oh all right, I like it all right. Juju Brents has showed me
- 25:52something in training camp that has just absolutely wowed me. Not only is he
- 25:59playing well and getting better each and each game, each practice, each preseason
- 26:04game, things of that nature, but he's showing me even more physicality than
- 26:10what I saw from him in college. He is out there laying the wood
- 26:14in practice, knowing, knowing that you know, injuries are a thing and
- 26:21you gotta be careful with that, right, But he's still out there putting
- 26:26it on the line day in day out, and putting I mean he's hitting
- 26:32offensive players on his own team the way he does. Imagine what he's gonna
- 26:37do, you know, on game day during the week, I think you're
- 26:41gonna see a lot of highlights of Juju Brents, you know, coming in
- 26:45possibly, you know, relieving one of the starters from here and there,
- 26:49you know, and just changing the tone of a game, right making wide
- 26:56receivers afraid to try to catch the football just because they know there they might
- 27:02get let you know, as soon as the ball hits their hands. So
- 27:06that's that's two guys that I feel like, you know, really keep your
- 27:08eye on, all right. I like those two players a lot. And
- 27:11on the flip side of the coin, if you can give me two players
- 27:15you think are just gonna they're gonna be stepped on throughout the coming season,
- 27:19what two Colts players do you think they have a bit of a rough time
- 27:22here in twenty twenty three. All Right, the first one is easy for
- 27:26me out. I think it's gonna be Moalley Cox. Okay, the tight
- 27:30end now. A couple of years ago, he showed some promise, got
- 27:36himself a nice little extension. Uh, but at the same time he kind
- 27:42of was a letdown last year. Yeah, and the Colts have a very
- 27:48very deep and very varied tight end group. In my opinion, they're young.
- 27:57There's a lot of great time eight ends on this team that I feel
- 28:02I can step up and do some really impressive stuff. Jelani Woods, Kyl
- 28:07and Granson's been outstanding. Andrew Ogletree has been a great addition as he came
- 28:15back from his injury from last year that no one even knows about, but
- 28:19he got injured during preseason last year and you know, wasn't able to play.
- 28:23And then our rookie Will Mallory, who's been getting a little bit of
- 28:26preseason time, he's been playing fantastic as well. We have a lot of
- 28:30talent at the tight end position, and I feel like mo Alei Cox is
- 28:37just going to kind of I don't think he lives up to the level the
- 28:41rest of the guys. He doesn't bring everything that the rest of the guys
- 28:44bring, and I think he's gonna get stepped on in that aspect. Another
- 28:48Now, going on to number two, it's not a single player, okay,
- 28:55I feel like, yeah, it's a position group. It's a backup
- 28:59position anyone that if they're God forbid, the Colts have an injury on the
- 29:06interior of the offensive line, okay, because the depth there is awful,
- 29:15I mean horrible off okay, and the starting line. I think we'll do
- 29:23fine this year. But if God forbid Quintin Nelson, Ryan Kelly or Will
- 29:30Fries get hurt, whoever steps up into that position is gonna get stepped on,
- 29:37squished and demolished, and in social media is going to get completely obliterated
- 29:45after they get on the field and see the taps. So those are my
- 29:49two stepped on positions. Alright, Yeah, yeah, I got you man,
- 29:55I got you, Lawrence. It was great talking to you. Thank
- 29:57you so much for the time again, and folks, Coults law on YouTube

- 30:29Let's do it in the future. Always great talking to Lawrence. Man.
- 30:32I gotta tell you, I think this Colts team is going to show
- 30:33us a little bit of something this year. Like I said, I don't
- 30:37think they're going to be one of those bottom theater teams, just given so
- 30:41much talent that we were talking about. In terms of the defense, that
- 30:45offensive line, like Lawrence was saying, has to stay healthy throughout this season
- 30:49because if they don't, it's it's gonna be a rough time for Anthony Richardson.
- 30:52It's just gonna be a very, very rough time for him in terms
- 30:56of a developmental rookie season in with again a lot on his shoulders because of
- 31:02what's happening also with the Jonathan Taylor situation. So great talking to Lawrence,
- 31:07and that's gonna do it for us here On opposition territory. Make sure you're
