- 0:00Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 0:03Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 0:07Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 0:11Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 0:15Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 0:19Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom the United States
- 0:23Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 0:28Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 0:31Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 0:35Speaker 1: are here illegally, your next you will be fined nearly
- 0:39Speaker 1: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 0:43Speaker 1: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 0:46Speaker 1: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 0:50Speaker 1: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 0:55Speaker 1: border and families will be protected.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 1:00Speaker 3: What's three ways you're using AI to be more efficient
- 1:04Speaker 3: in business in life?
- 1:07Speaker 4: Number one, I've been training all of my employees to
- 1:12Speaker 4: learn how to become great prompt managers of AI. Right
- 1:17Speaker 4: because I don't want to rely on their intelligence at all. Right,
- 1:21Speaker 4: So if I say, hey, I want a set of
- 1:25Speaker 4: emails that's going to be sent out for the high
- 1:28Speaker 4: level tour, and I need them to be intellectual and
- 1:32Speaker 4: make people question reality, Right, then I need you to
- 1:36Speaker 4: be able to go in to chat GPT and create
- 1:39Speaker 4: a prompt that's going to get you the right set
- 1:41Speaker 4: of replies so that you can then make that email.
- 1:44Speaker 4: Decreases the time you're going to have to spend right
- 1:47Speaker 4: on creating that email. But also you now get to
- 1:50Speaker 4: generate more ideas which allow us to be more effective
- 1:53Speaker 4: because I don't have to higher ten more people. So
- 1:55Speaker 4: now one person can do the job of ten people
- 1:57Speaker 4: or possibly one hundred people. Right, business training people to
- 2:01Speaker 4: use the AI is more important. Right, So if we
- 2:05Speaker 4: go through the different list of AI, say, okay, I
- 2:07Speaker 4: need I need you to be efficient in this AI management, Right,
- 2:11Speaker 4: So I need you to manage this tool. And that's
- 2:13Speaker 4: a more important way to manage employees. Right now saying that, okay,
- 2:17Speaker 4: who's efficient in AI? Because now I either depend on
- 2:20Speaker 4: your greeds or your experiences, right, I need you number
- 2:23Speaker 4: one to understand the culture of the business. And then
- 2:25Speaker 4: Number two, I need you to be efficient in these
- 2:27Speaker 4: new technologies. Right. If you can't do that, then I
- 2:30Speaker 4: don't need you at all. I'll find somebody else. Right.
- 2:33Speaker 4: So for me, that has allowed me to put a
- 2:37Speaker 4: certain standard on my employees to say we need certain
- 2:40Speaker 4: efficiency and if you don't know this, then you're outdated.
- 2:42Speaker 4: You're the old problem.
- 2:44Speaker 3: Well are you expecting out of them as a result
- 2:46Speaker 3: of using it?
- 2:48Speaker 4: Efficiency in effectiveness? I need them to have greater output.
- 2:53Speaker 4: I need what you could do when when you say
- 2:55Speaker 4: that you know I can only do ten emails a day,
- 2:59Speaker 4: you should be able to say, you know, you should
- 3:01Speaker 4: be able to get one hundred done. Right. Then you
- 3:05Speaker 4: should be able to figure out different marketing ways that
- 3:08Speaker 4: you can add on to the business as well, because
- 3:10Speaker 4: they have ais where you can go in there and
- 3:13Speaker 4: it can generate ideas for you. So you should come
- 3:15Speaker 4: to me with ideas and say, yo, this is what
- 3:17Speaker 4: we're missing. This is what allows us to be able
- 3:19Speaker 4: to be a more complete and round business. So I
- 3:22Speaker 4: don't want people that need to be told what to do,
- 3:25Speaker 4: because those are the jobs that is going to be
- 3:27Speaker 4: replaced the fastest. I need people who can critically think right,
- 3:30Speaker 4: during this time right now. You know, let's say if
- 3:33Speaker 4: we getting scholars or responses with people that want to
- 3:36Speaker 4: sponsor the episode, and I say a person say, well,
- 3:39Speaker 4: I never put together that type of letter. I don't
- 3:42Speaker 4: need that from you. I need you to go to
- 3:43Speaker 4: AI and I need you to train yourself on how
- 3:46Speaker 4: to get AI to put together this type of letter.
- 3:49Speaker 4: What is the format? Right? And then have it senquisted.
- 3:52Speaker 4: So now I feel like I can give orders that's
- 3:55Speaker 4: beyond people's skill level as long as they can manage
- 3:57Speaker 4: the AI to get the work done right. So now
- 4:01Speaker 4: now the workforce gets to become whatever I need them
- 4:04Speaker 4: to do. Versus Okay, you do this specific task, you
- 4:07Speaker 4: do this task. No, everybody's lebron Now I don't have no.
- 4:12Speaker 4: I don't have no, I don't have no no, No,
- 4:14Speaker 4: no bench players, everybody's starters, everybody's the star. Everybody does
- 4:20Speaker 4: everybody's job right. That's how they do in the Marines
- 4:24Speaker 4: and things of that nature. When you have the top
- 4:25Speaker 4: tier teams. Every case one man falls down, the next
- 4:28Speaker 4: person knows how to do the next person job. So
- 4:31Speaker 4: I don't take no for announcing no more. Because we
- 4:33Speaker 4: got an AI. You understand, me, and I think that
- 4:35Speaker 4: that's a beautiful thing. At the same time, I do
- 4:38Speaker 4: think that there's going to be a lot of issues
- 4:39Speaker 4: that's going to rise with AI. It's a lot of
- 4:41Speaker 4: great things going to rise with AI. And it's gonna
- 4:43Speaker 4: be a conversation because it's the greatest shift and technology
- 4:48Speaker 4: that human beings will ever go.
- 4:50Speaker 5: Geez, you talked about and we've had this conversation before,
- 4:53Speaker 5: you and I about prompt engineering, and so I'm sure
- 4:57Speaker 5: that some people in the audience will not really aware
- 5:00Speaker 5: of what that is and how important it is.
- 5:01Speaker 2: But for those who do know, I.
- 5:03Speaker 6: Guess can you can you where would somebody refine that
- 5:07Speaker 6: skill or learn that skill set, or where do they
- 5:09Speaker 6: study to even become somebody who can do this? I mean,
- 5:12Speaker 6: this is pretty one of the most important things to AI, right,
- 5:15Speaker 6: is that that language.
- 5:17Speaker 4: So right now, there's now one way to say who
- 5:22Speaker 4: would be good at prompt engineering? Right, there's a debate
- 5:27Speaker 4: on this as we speak as far as who would
- 5:29Speaker 4: be the greatest at this skill. What I believe, you know,
- 5:33Speaker 4: I think my interpretation of AI is it works better
- 5:38Speaker 4: if you're already smart, right, and so prompt engineering prompting
- 5:42Speaker 4: period is you know, typing in you know, one sentence
- 5:47Speaker 4: or where and getting a response one to two three responses.
- 5:51Speaker 4: That's traditionally what a prompt is. Prompt engineering is engineering
- 5:55Speaker 4: and designing right your speech or your inquiry in a
- 5:59Speaker 4: way where AI can respond, you know, correctly. So if
- 6:03Speaker 4: I say, AI, listen, I need you to write me
- 6:07Speaker 4: a movie script, right, AI is gonna write a movie is?
- 6:10Speaker 4: Let's go ask you, okay, what kind of movie script?
- 6:13Speaker 4: He'll be like, okay, well, I want to write a
- 6:14Speaker 4: scary movie that would be good blockbuster hit right now
- 6:19Speaker 4: in twenty twenty three, as we go through war times. Now,
- 6:23Speaker 4: why would I add context about wartimes? Because maybe it
- 6:26Speaker 4: has information about you know, the type of content that
- 6:30Speaker 4: a person will want to watch during uncertain times during
- 6:33Speaker 4: war right, But then I would take it further. So
- 6:35Speaker 4: let's say you a movie buff and you say, okay,
- 6:38Speaker 4: well I want you I need you to.
- 6:40Speaker 7: Assume this episode is brought to you by P and
- 6:43Speaker 7: C Bank. A lot of people think podcasts about work
- 6:47Speaker 7: are boring, and sure, they definitely can be, but understanding
- 6:50Speaker 7: a professionals routine shows us how they achieve their success
- 6:54Speaker 7: little by little, day after day. It's like banking with
- 6:58Speaker 7: P and C Bank. It might'ing boring to save, plan
- 7:01Speaker 7: and make calculated decisions with your bank, but keeping your
- 7:04Speaker 7: money boring is what helps you live or more happily
- 7:07Speaker 7: fulfilled life. P and C Bank Brilliantly Boring since eighteen
- 7:11Speaker 7: sixty five. Brilliantly Boring since eighteen sixty five is a
- 7:15Speaker 7: service mark of the PNC Financial Service Group, Inc. P
- 7:19Speaker 7: and C Bank National Association member fdic.

- 8:32Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 8:36Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 8:40Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas. Man of Venezuelan charged with
- 8:44Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 8:48Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 8:52Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christine Nohm, the United States
- 8:55Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted border crossings
- 9:01Speaker 1: are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over one
- 9:04Speaker 1: hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you were
- 9:07Speaker 1: here illegally, your next you will be fine nearly one
- 9:11Speaker 1: thousand dollars a day. Imprisoned and deported, you will never return.
- 9:16Speaker 1: But if you register using our CBP home app and
- 9:19Speaker 1: leave now, you could be allowed to return legally, do
- 9:23Speaker 1: what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws, border
- 9:28Speaker 1: and families will.
- 9:29Speaker 2: Be protected sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 9:32Speaker 4: So now you're telling the AI to take on the
- 9:34Speaker 4: characteristic I need you to assume that you are Stephen King, right,
- 9:40Speaker 4: and I want you to write a movie like Stephen
- 9:43Speaker 4: King would make. So now he's going to get a
- 9:45Speaker 4: completely different response than if you would have just told
- 9:47Speaker 4: her to write a movie. So this is prop engineering, right,
- 9:50Speaker 4: prompting it to get different responses until you get the
- 9:53Speaker 4: correct one right. And some people know how to go
- 9:56Speaker 4: in there and automatically put the context of what they
- 10:00Speaker 4: I want the response to be the first time or
- 10:02Speaker 4: second time, versus somebody else that may be spending a
- 10:05Speaker 4: whole day trying to get AI to get it right.
- 10:07Speaker 4: And so good propt engineerers know how to go in
- 10:10Speaker 4: there and get the right responses and a quicker and
- 10:13Speaker 4: shorter amount of time. Right. So, like when I'm researching
- 10:16Speaker 4: things because of my mind is creative and I have
- 10:20Speaker 4: maybe a little more data on certain subjects, I'm going
- 10:24Speaker 4: to go in there and be like, Okay, I need
- 10:26Speaker 4: you to, you know, write out I don't know. Let's
- 10:30Speaker 4: say I like using emails, right, because everybody do a
- 10:32Speaker 4: lot of emails. So, or let's say a caption. I
- 10:35Speaker 4: need you to write out a caption like Malcolm X,
- 10:39Speaker 4: but I want you to do it. I want you
- 10:42Speaker 4: to do it with the thinking of Malcolm X, but
- 10:44Speaker 4: I want you to do it with the eloquency of
- 10:46Speaker 4: Martin Luther King, right. And so therefore it's going to
- 10:50Speaker 4: give me different response. So the more data that you
- 10:54Speaker 4: have on your own self, the more different contexts that
- 10:58Speaker 4: you can put into the AI to respond in different ways,
- 11:01Speaker 4: then you can say, well, I need you to do
- 11:02Speaker 4: it humorous, right, I need you to do it, Okay,
- 11:05Speaker 4: give me two different responds. I like to get bulletin
- 11:07Speaker 4: points from AI. I don't like when it does loan
- 11:09Speaker 4: form just going. So I would tell AI, you know,
- 11:13Speaker 4: give me the emotions of two thousand I did this before.
- 11:16Speaker 4: Give me the emotional settings of each year from the
- 11:20Speaker 4: nineteen hundreds to twenty twenty. So first I establish a
- 11:24Speaker 4: baseline of what it would give me, right, and then
- 11:28Speaker 4: I'll go in there and I tweak it based on
- 11:31Speaker 4: you know. It first gave me you know these ones,
- 11:33Speaker 4: And I said, well, context. It based on what the
- 11:36Speaker 4: people were going through during that time. Take in the
- 11:38Speaker 4: financial market, take in, you're right, the social landscape of
- 11:42Speaker 4: everything that was happening. I need you to give me
- 11:44Speaker 4: one word emotions, right, and so now it's give me that.
- 11:47Speaker 4: Then I'll say further, because this is chat GPT I'm
- 11:51Speaker 4: talking about right, So further. If it's in the same conversation,
- 11:55Speaker 4: then chat GPT is recording the conversation from the top
- 11:58Speaker 4: to bottom, so I understand the context when you say
- 12:00Speaker 4: something next, right, so you can tell it say hey,
- 12:03Speaker 4: I need you to assume that you are a stock expert.
- 12:07Speaker 4: This whole entire time while we talk, and as we
- 12:09Speaker 4: start off the conversation, always say you know, peace God.
- 12:14Speaker 4: So in every response from the first time that you
- 12:17Speaker 4: told it to do that into the last stream of inquiries,
- 12:20Speaker 4: it will say peace God. Then it will respond like
- 12:22Speaker 4: a stock expert. Then you can say, hey, teach me
- 12:25Speaker 4: like a third grader. So if you go to a
- 12:27Speaker 4: place and you're getting high level information, you don't have
- 12:30Speaker 4: to ask people to simplify anymore. You can just take
- 12:33Speaker 4: the notes and then feed it the chat GPT and say, hey,
- 12:37Speaker 4: I went to this seminar I did not understand everything.
- 12:40Speaker 4: Here are my notes. Can you break this down to
- 12:43Speaker 4: me like a third grader? You can get a context
- 12:45Speaker 4: on yourself. Hey, I only ad one year of schooling.
- 12:48Speaker 4: I'm from the South. If I talk like this, this
- 12:50Speaker 4: is what I do. So now, Chad GPT is taking
- 12:53Speaker 4: in all of these different contexts and so it's going
- 12:56Speaker 4: to customize that education for you. So this is the
- 12:59Speaker 4: way I do. I make sure it's customized for me.
- 13:02Speaker 4: I don't want general responses right, And another thing you
- 13:06Speaker 4: have to know chat GBT four. I would say that's
- 13:09Speaker 4: the best one, really, the only one we should use
- 13:12Speaker 4: because the other ones you're probably going to get one
- 13:14Speaker 4: out of four responses could be wrong. So a lot
- 13:17Speaker 4: of people can be confident wrong information because the AI
- 13:21Speaker 4: sometimes gets creative, it gets confused. It kind of like
- 13:24Speaker 4: drifts and just adds stuff and it's like what is
- 13:27Speaker 4: this about? And so if a person not that smart,
- 13:29Speaker 4: they might not know that they're getting false information because
- 13:33Speaker 4: the AI says it in such a confident matter. But
- 13:36Speaker 4: it's a language programming, you know, tool, So even as
- 13:40Speaker 4: we speak, we pulling from language thinking about the next
- 13:43Speaker 4: thing to say. But AI has way more sweet of
- 13:46Speaker 4: information and language to pull it from than the average person.
- 13:49Speaker 4: So we can say things like it was correct, but
- 13:51Speaker 4: that doesn't mean it actually was right. So prompt engineering
- 13:55Speaker 4: would be the number one skill set, right, it is
- 13:58Speaker 4: the number one skill set to learn in my opinion,
- 14:01Speaker 4: right when it comes to the future of technology.
- 14:04Speaker 3: Yeah, I know we talked about it before, but if
- 14:06Speaker 3: we can go back to the nineties and teach our
- 14:08Speaker 3: kids coding, Prime generation is our era's version of coding,
- 14:14Speaker 3: right for sure, Like, if you don't have that down,
- 14:16Speaker 3: you're going to miss out on a wave. And also
- 14:18Speaker 3: too for everyone who's employed, begin using this to get
- 14:22Speaker 3: out fifteen x twenty x thirty x output in your
- 14:25Speaker 3: job to be more efficient. There's some people who used
- 14:27Speaker 3: to scriptwrite and automate some things at their jobs. But
- 14:30Speaker 3: either you can be a part of the wave and
- 14:32Speaker 3: let it take over your job, or you can use
- 14:34Speaker 3: it and get the results now because most companies are
- 14:36Speaker 3: not using it. But also if you have a database
- 14:39Speaker 3: of material, you can act it to write in your voice.
- 14:41Speaker 3: Like so when I use it, I'll say, hey, write
- 14:43Speaker 3: this email or telegram messager.
- 14:45Speaker 4: Oh well, you give it too much away? Now, hey, hey,
- 14:48Speaker 4: you give it too much away now.
- 14:49Speaker 3: I'm just saying it helps.
- 14:51Speaker 6: You. Got a lot a lot of.
- 14:54Speaker 4: My graduates from my school being false.
- 14:57Speaker 3: Bad drop bags, drop.
- 15:01Speaker 6: Bang drops.
