- 2:12Speaker 0: So fear... You actually can very easy see what kind of person are asking yourself What is the most emotion in your life?
- 2:48Speaker 0: is triggered by fear.
- 2:53Speaker 0: What's for sure very sad because Fear holds us back, always to overcome fear as Always hard and it actually never done with only one time To overcome fear gives a lot of energy.
- 3:34Speaker 0: No meaning what this kind of amazing.
- 3:41Speaker 0: You hear the sound?
- 3:45Speaker 0: I live on a countryside and this is an old truck or driving through.
- 3:59Speaker 0: Hope you will pass!
- 4:16Speaker 0: That sounds pretty big, it's super bus.
- 4:48Speaker 0: Back to the topic of fear...I try to remember when my first actual fear kicked in And i have to say..i think It was The first time When i dreamt from a very high stone into the water.
- 5:29Speaker 0: I remember that i knew when i jump in there, i can't see what's down there and i see that a lot of people jumped before me.
- 5:46Speaker 0: but it was so scary for me.
- 5:56Speaker 0: with this fear came also the excitement.
- 6:09Speaker 0: It gave fear a completely new meaning.
- 6:14Speaker 0: I was not able before to see very, very curious person and never had so much fear in my childhood where i'm happy about.
- 6:36Speaker 0: but now when i look back that Fear is not directly something in yourself.
- 6:48Speaker 0: It comes from points where others lay their fear on you.
- 6:59Speaker 0: When you see kids who are getting treated fearless, they overcome their fears in a very good way.
- 7:20Speaker 0: but when you get treated so fearful with everything is fear all around you, then your have also way more fear inside of you.
- 7:42Speaker 0: And fear comes from sure through experiences.
- 7:55Speaker 0: so when I was able to jump in the water i overcame my fear and a lot of adrenaline rushed inside that I overcame my fear, so it is a really amazing part to overcome fear.
- 8:21Speaker 0: But sadly when i was the next time again at this place... ...I felt this fear again!
- 8:42Speaker 0: It's so crazy when I think about it and happens all over in different periods of life again and again.
- 8:55Speaker 0: That you are fearful because of different kind of experiences, even so you overcome the fear.
- 9:05Speaker 0: You still have it inside you And that kind of haunts you.
- 9:11Speaker 0: It's such a gift to overcome this fear.
- 9:18Speaker 0: Don't let it eat up for sure.
- 9:32Speaker 0: Fear is also a natural instinct.
- 9:36Speaker 0: If we wouldn't feel fear, We would make way more mistakes.
- 9:54Speaker 0: I'm sorry that i am always yawning But had such long and stressful day And now my mind & body come little bit too A relaxed state of mind.
- 10:13Speaker 0: The yawning is the part where I just able to let go, release stress and relax.
- 10:29Speaker 0: Maybe you're young now too?
- 10:31Speaker 0: I heard that someone have to yawn when even watch at somebody else then also have to jawn.
- 10:37Speaker 0: It's so crazy.
- 10:38Speaker 0: our body does this reaction!
- 10:41Speaker 0: I don't understand exactly why So fear.
- 10:49Speaker 0: When we wouldn't have a mechanism of fear.
- 10:54Speaker 0: We would be not able to see in situations, this full emotion that we shouldn't do some certain things because they are very dangerous.
- 11:18Speaker 0: But sometimes it is also a trap because Sometimes its just amazing To actually overcome fear and get Adrenaline and after self-confidence.
- 11:49Speaker 0: There are some who put this kind of emotion to the next level, they're so good in overcoming their fear.
- 12:01Speaker 0: when I think about big YouTube creators like Adrenalin Addiction Who makes his living from making flips into water And now jump with a wings root and make flips, whatever.
- 12:26Speaker 0: Then I know that he is a master in overcoming fear and calls even himself Adrenaline Addiction because people are addicted to the adrenaline.
- 12:48Speaker 0: Fear makes For sure.
- 12:56Speaker 0: i like it too In my fully own way And now you You like it too as well in your own way.
- 13:17Speaker 0: I would be happy if you could let me know how are able to overcome fear and what means fear.
- 13:28Speaker 0: on the comments, where do you feel most fear?
- 13:42Speaker 0: So when i was young that made experience of jumping from this cliff inside water overcoming my fears.
- 13:52Speaker 0: It was something very visible.
- 13:55Speaker 0: The fear of falling into the water and don't know what's under, how it feels to fall... To not jump against a stone or slide or slip and fall And then at some point when you're no child anymore this feeling of fear from This so Visible Fear You Have like me on a stone jumping in the water, turns at some point to feel only made inside of their head.
- 14:49Speaker 0: How crazy is this?
- 14:57Speaker 0: Why does it happen that when the childish attitude gets more and more behind And the fear grows inside of your mind only and holds you back.
- 15:24Speaker 0: When I see how fearless kids are, I am so jealous!
- 15:34Speaker 0: Why?
- 15:36Speaker 0: I'm not that fearless anymore as i was in the past... ...and why?
- 15:45Speaker 0: Fear is now an instrument in my mind to hold myself back.
- 16:01Speaker 0: And why?
- 16:03Speaker 0: So many out there are triggered so much by the emotion of fear that they're afraid... ...to move on into their life and overcome fear, to get the excitement having the ability make things work.
- 16:40Speaker 0: I know that in a lot of us there's sort of wanting to having this feeling of adrenaline in our body because it is very nice one, but then we trigger the adrenalin through wrong reasons and fear still exists.
- 17:15Speaker 0: when i see for example How crazy people drive on the motorcycle.
- 17:23Speaker 0: I would absolutely not be able to do this same because i would fear To fall and or die And just being all vegetable in a wheelchair, whatever...I also see that there are differences of fears In male & female On different kind of emotional and rational basis.
- 18:04Speaker 0: My partner always say it's so nice when we drive with the skateboard for example.
- 18:14Speaker 0: Males are SO good in driving skateboards, and females ARE just not!
- 18:25Speaker 0: And I see myself that i stand infront of a pool want to make a drop-in and I'm so full of fear.
- 18:35Speaker 0: And it overcomes me again, every time i try to flip around the pool with this great thought... ...and make a drop in!
- 19:00Speaker 0: For me its very hard set my mind straight to overcome that fear.. ..and just do it even though I would say that i am like the adrenaline and would not consider myself as a crazy fearful person, but still it is in me.
- 19:34Speaker 0: And It's really hard to get it out!
- 19:39Speaker 0: When?
- 19:40Speaker 0: In my period of life The fear have taken over To an amount that it only can get constructed in my mind, even so none of it is actually true has happened to me.
- 20:07Speaker 0: Maybe it could but it haven't.
- 20:12Speaker 0: I always try to work To overcome this fear In My Mind As i already said before in one episode where we pass on our retreat for fourteen days, and I have different kind of rituals who help me overcome my fears.
- 20:53Speaker 0: And i'm very happy that i am open to them... ...and explore them to feel good.. ..and know this is exactly what i want!
- 21:15Speaker 0: So the very nice thing about fear that we are not alone with our fear, but... We have to work in ourselves.
- 21:30Speaker 0: To be able ...to let the fear go and trust within usself And build up trust is tough work!
- 21:49Speaker 0: And overcome fear feels also very intimidating because when you overcome fear We can be much later at the same point and still be there, because we are so triggered by it.
- 22:09Speaker 0: What would our world without fear?
- 22:17Speaker 0: Would it a better place or more worse?
- 22:24Speaker 0: Good question!
- 22:34Speaker 0: There's lots of tools who get used to overcome fear And every human on this planet have different experience thought, emotion what triggers their fear.
- 22:53Speaker 0: I know that i have my fears who not would be the same fears for somebody else.
- 23:05Speaker 0: and I know That My Fear is something What came out of my past?
- 23:27Speaker 0: And what also can change my future.
- 23:33Speaker 0: and I Would say from The people I've met that people who are able to let the fear more behind and living their life with less fear than others, they live principally a very good and fulfilling life.
- 23:56Speaker 0: But this also took hard tough work to come there!
- 24:07Speaker 0: And it all started in the mind... ...and it stays in the minds only through practice.
- 24:15Speaker 0: Doesn't matter if you make a drop in the pool, jumping on a lot of occasions from a cliff.
- 24:26Speaker 0: Or whatever it takes to overcome fear is what brings you further and should remind that fear shouldn't let lead your emotions.
- 24:45Speaker 0: Fear is very healthy part of not doing too much mistakes who can be harmful and hurtful, but also to stop the mind with always turning stuff off.
- 25:04Speaker 0: emotion called fear.
- 25:07Speaker 0: We need an experience that reminds us over-and-over again so much fear that we take it as emotion, but should feel way more happiness instead of fear.
- 25:43Speaker 0: And I wish you That you can remind your always with very simple steps that Fear is not the main emotion and should NOT be the Main Emotion in your existence, because you can do.
- 26:07Speaker 0: Because you are able to overcome that fear and turn it into adrenaline and something that makes you happy... And show us just a tiny little part!
- 26:22Speaker 0: This tiny little parts have to be sorted out.
- 26:29Speaker 0: so Go again and live, move on.
- 26:38Speaker 0: And it is very hard!
- 26:44Speaker 0: It needs a constant reminder but its worth it.
- 26:50Speaker 0: I hope for you that will find this piece of the puzzle to let fear more behind.
- 27:07Speaker 0: Don't take as one of the main characters in your emotions.
- 27:19Speaker 0: Always question yourself why you fear, what is there to feel about?
- 27:25Speaker 0: Name it and release it And when that comes take it like this or overcome it To make more space for better emotion.
- 27:44Speaker 0: My name is Asa Merkatz.
