Welcome to Soul Elevation, guiding your ascension to new heights. I'm your host, Kara Goodwin, and I'm so excited that you're tuning into this episode with Hayden Crawford because it's fascinating. I felt so much resonance with what Hayden shared about color, numerology, and how it relates to the soul, including past lives and star seed origins. Hayden Crawford combines numerology, color therapy, and multidimensional awareness to support star seeds and seekers in understanding their life path, healing emotional patterns, and aligning with their higher purpose. He's the host of the Cosmic Conversations podcast and founder of Dreamtime Academy. dedicated to helping individuals awaken to their soul blueprint and navigate their spiritual evolution with clarity and confidence. So we'll begin very shortly, but first I want to invite you to explore everything available for

Thanks for coming on Soul Elevation. Hayden Crawford: So welcome. It's, it's a genuine honor, and I'm just thrilled to bits, to be fair. So, uh, thank you. Kara: Yeah, we've already had so much fun talking in... before we even started recording. You started talking about your, the numerology of your name, th- and how that contrasts with your, um, your air signs that are found in your chart. I was... I mean, oh my gosh, if we
• 2:00
were just at a dinner party or something, it would have been the two of us in a corner, like, ignoring everybody and diving deep into all of this because I also, likewise, have a lot of air and a lot of fire... , but very much mostly air and no earth in my chart, in my astrology Hayden Crawford: That's the same as me. Kara: I know. I know. So, um, and then you were talking about how your name balances that out and, um, and, uh, anyway, I just found it so, so fascinating and it... so I'm so excited, maybe even more excited about this conversation. Um, but I... let me start with about multidimensional expansion and star seed awakening. So how do we differentiate between true spiritual awakening and mental or emotional overwhelm in times of energetic acceleration?
• 3:00
Hayden Crawford: That's such a good question, you know, because we have to use our discernment, I think, because, you know, you've got so much going on, you know? There's so much information out there and, you know, a lot of people would, um, think that the information that they receive, um, online, you know, through other, um, people, you know, that are talking about metaphysical subjects belong to them because it's very easy to adopt, you know, what other people are saying. And I think that for me, the way it happened was I had to go into my heart instead of trying to- You know, mentalize everything. 'Cause it's very easy just to try and figure stuff out by logic or looking for evidence. And the truth resides in your heart. So I think you feel it, you know? So for me, when I had my Andromedan awakening, I like to call it, um, I, I just felt it. I just, I, I was, I just received a
• 4:00
word in the middle of the night and it said, um ... I, I was asking, I was going, "Where am I from?" And it, and it said, "Andromeda." And I hadn't even heard the word before. And so I was like, I got up the next day, Googled it, tried to find out more about what it meant, and, and there it was, you know, in black and white. Um, the Andromedan star seeds, you know, are here to help people rediscover their inner wisdom, they're freedom seekers, they have to live in faith, and all the other things that I was, I was already doing at that point in my life. Um, w- it was just there in, in sort of, in black and white in what I was, what I was understanding. But I just felt it, you know, within, within my heart space. It was just like, yeah, this, this connects with who I am. Um, and, uh, well, a major aspect of self, of course, you know, as you learn more, you start realizing that, you know, you're sort of, um, ancient and immortal and multidimensional and that your soul, you know, is coming
• 5:00
from many different star, star systems, not just one. Um, but I think as humans we like to identify, don't we, with one s- um, specific thing because it helps us to get clarity on our path. So I think that, you know, with all the white noise that's out there, you know, you have to use your discernment, you have to go back into what feels right for you, and one person's truth is gonna be very different from another person's truth because we all have a, a very different, um, perception of reality. And, um, y- you know, so one, one person can see the ... even the third dimensional realm as being completely different from the next. So we, I think we're starting to realize that a lot more as well. Kara: Yeah, I love that. Well, from one Andromedan to another Hayden Crawford: Ah. Kara: There were-- There aren't a ton of us, you know, it's not one of the more popular ones. And like you say, um, that
• 6:00
can be one that we feel like a, a really strong connection with, but it doesn't mean that it's isolated. You know, I, I feel connection also with the Pleiadian star system and Sirius and so forth, and, have had connections with Arcturians and, and so forth. But the major one. And what's so interesting is that it comes up a lot. So I didn't have an awakening in the same-- I didn't have the same experience where I heard it or saw it or something, but it had several different types of readings from guests, a lot of them are guests, and time that's, like, the first thing that comes through. And then they'll say, "And you've got connections with other things, too." And it's just been echoed so many times, so it's really, really fascinating. Hayden Crawford: Where do you come from then? Are you from, are you from the Andromeda constellation or fro- from the galaxy? Kara: The galaxy, but also both. Hayden Crawford: Right, okay, yeah. Kara: Yeah. How about you?
• 7:00
Hayden Crawford: Uh, I, well, apparently I started in the Andromeda galaxy and then finally settled in the Andromeda constellation. That was according to Debbie Solaris when she dipped into my Akashic records. Yeah, I love her as well. And I was like, "Oh, yeah, this sort of makes sense to me." But, um, I'm actually ... What, what I resonate with now the more I delve is that I'm from a little planet around the star Mirach, or that aspect of my soul, um, template is, I guess, you know. Kara: Mm-hmm. Oh, I've not heard of that one. Hayden Crawford: Yeah, Mirach. Um, so it's one of the, one of the stars within, uh, the Andromeda constellation, and it's frequency based, you know. So it's all color, color, light, and sound, you know, which makes perfect ... You think about the work that I do. Kara: Completely, Hayden Crawford: Mm-hmm. Kara: Oh my goodness. you color therapy. This is a great segue because you use numerology and color therapy and other modalities, but those two in particular,
• 8:00
they feel separate, I bet you've found a lot of overlap between them. And so I would love for you to share with us, like, how, how are they related and how do they complement each other? If they do. Maybe I'm making a wild leap, Hayden Crawford: No, you, you know what, Cara? You, you ask very good questions, Kara: Oh, Hayden Crawford: such a- an important subject to touch upon because everything is frequency. You're right, you know. So color, light, numbers, sound, it's all just energy. That's... It's just this frequency. So of course, the system that I work with is actually a numerology-based color therapy system, so it combines the wisdom within its, um, you know, within, within its knowledge. And, uh, um, and it actually dates right back to Atlantis. And of course, you then you've gotta think about the beings that seeded the first humans in Atlantis were, you know, the Pleiadians, the, the Sirians, the Arcturians. So it's, it's encoded, um, and it's a channeled system, um, through a
• 9:00
lady called Melissa Jolly in South Africa, and she channeled this system back in 2001. So it- it's, it's kind of at a time, you know, on the Earth's timeline where everything was shifting. There was massive upgrades going on left, right, and center, probably, you know, as big as what was happening in 2020. So it's kind of like an old Earth and a new Earth energy system as well, and the way it's, uh, designed is sort of split into two segments. The old Earth bottles which resonate with more the human, the typical nitty-gritty human conditions, and then the new Earth aspects, which is their, you know, who we're becoming, you know, within each of the colors and number frequencies. So of course, you know, you can, you know, you can r- look at the, the information that's encoded within a number. For example, if we were gonna look at the number six, um, just as a, just as an example. I- in the Color Mirrors system, bottle six is called Venus, which is the planet of love, and it's pale pink in color. So, you know, the, the six is the healer, the
• 10:00
mother. It's very parental and maternal, and it's very creative. And of course, you know, the color pink relates to the mother archetype, and the planet Venus is about love, so it's all about unconditional love. So we can see that then the information encoded within the number is reflected within the frequency of the color, and what we're doing is we're just combining information. So we're looking at extracting all of that, um, based around a specific person's choices, um, or, um, on, on, on w- what they, um, need to either heal within themselves or what they're ready to re- release or what their gifts and potentials are as well. So it's, uh, it is very interconnected, but a lot of people don't understand how, you know, um- Um, because, you know, they, A, they might not n- n- understand the metaphysical qualities of numbers in the first place. They might just see them as numbers, or
• 11:00
they may look at colors as just being colors. But of course, it's, it's just information, and it's frequency. So, you know, we'll look at a high vibration or high frequency color, like violet or lilac, and, um, that, you know, often would connect us up to the celestial gateways, whereas the red will- connects us to the Earth. It's a slower frequency of information. So depending on different color combinations that we select, it, it, it almost, like, gives you a different language within each bottle, a different a- aspect of information and soul growth and expansion. So yeah, it all connects up beautifully. And, um, the reports that I create, they go really deeply into all aspects of, um, not only your birth chart, um, uh, your name chart, because obviously the name carries a vibration, too, but your color, y- what I call your soul color influences that are connected with that, and of
• 12:00
course the major influences within the as- astrological natal chart as well. So there is, um... You know, I'm kind of like a, a... I'm great at combining information and making it sensical for people so that they, they've got a, um, an understanding not only of their galactic origins, but also they can understand their strengths and weaknesses, uh, the best times for them to embark on new projects and ventures, even their past life implications, and any karmic lessons as well. So for example, like, you know, if you're looking at the color pink, um, the number six, I don't know why I've chosen this, this bottle particularly, but, um, the- there is information also encoded within the color pink that relate to specific timelines, past lives, or what i- what I call parallel lives as well. And that would be for, for the pink energy, the Japanese or the Essenes. They're the beings that, you know, the Children of the Light they mention in the Dead Sea Scrolls. They're the beau- the
• 13:00
beautiful, loving entities that saw in Jesus Christ. So you'll find the color frequencies give so much information when you start delving deep, and as, as do the numbers. I mean, numbers can even tell you about, um, galactic, um, likely galactic origins or incarnations as well. Kara: Really? Now, all of this information is based on the work of the woman that you mentioned. What was her name again? Hayden Crawford: Yeah, Millicy Jolly. So her name is Millicy Jolly. Yeah. Kara: Jolly. Okay, so there is a, a friend of mine and somebody who's been on the podcast a couple of times. Her name is Melissa Jolly Graves, Hayden Crawford: Oh, Kara: is-- she's amazing. She's Hayden Crawford: wow. Kara: But, uh, so I knew that's not who it was, but I was like, "Gosh, that's very close," you Hayden Crawford: That's, that's really interesting Kara: off the charts, like psychic, and expanded, and, and just amazing. But, um, so all of the information
• 14:00
from this woman's body of work? Hayden Crawford: Yeah, so the information that comes through the color mirrors is, is multidimensional. So, um, different people will, will derive different, Kara: Mm-hmm. Hayden Crawford: of information from it. So no two practitioners of the color mirrors really, uh, operate in the same way. It w- it was almost channeled to be very fluid and flowing, unlike other color therapy systems, which are quite rigid in their disciplines and that people have to follow certain protocols. There isn't anything like that within the color mirrors, and it can be designed to use with any other modalities. And for me, I'd, I've kind of gone more down the, um, you know, the galactic route with it because it, it actually helped me to awaken to my cosmic consciousness. Um, because prior to working with the color mirrors, I was, you know, pr- as I mentioned before, I was pretty much unaware. I didn't even know where Andromeda was. I thought it was a Star Trek thing. Kara: I
• 15:00
do wanna get to your awakening story, but you have just-- you've planted so many fascinating seeds. So let's just talk a little bit more about the numbers and the colors. The numbers come from the name or the birth date or, or is it intuitive? Hayden Crawford: Yeah. Um, well, it's different. Within the color mirrors, the, the numbers are, um, uh, th- th- they are, they relate to different planet, planetary systems, but also, like, so much more as well. But with it, when you're looking at somebody's birth chart in, in Py- I study and teach Pythagorean numerology more than the other- The other ones like Chaldean or Egyptian, although I've touched on those m- as well. Uh, Pythagoras is, uh, just, you know, the main man. You know, he's, he's ... For me, he's, he just knows his stuff. So I, I, I look at somebody's birth chart, so, and it's, like, derived from the day that they're born. So, and
• 16:00
I explore the, the person's day number, uh, life path number, otherwise known as ruling number, and personal year, plus their soul age number, which is derived from the name, outer expression number, complete name number, and, and all heaps of other stuff as well. So I'm kind of just exploring the metaphysical aspects of that. So for example, um, if somebody, um, is born on the 16th, like I am, I'm born on the 16th of October, uh, we can get from that number, the, the 16 is karmic, so it often means that the person was selfish in love in a previous or parallel incarnation, so there's some karma associated with that, not as a punishment, but as a lesson to learn. So they often attract betrayals, um, or fear that they're gonna lose everything all of a sudden or be betrayed. The 16 also reduces to a 7, which is, uh, Neptune in the color mirror system, which is this beautiful turquoise bottle here. Neptune was the Roman god of the sea. So often the
• 17:00
7's like exploring the deeper meaning in life. They love the mysteries, the illusions, the miracles, the magic, and the faith of life as well. So for me, as a s- as a 7, day number, I like going deep. I don't just scratch the surface. So I like exploring anything that, you know, exists beyond the veil, anything that's going on within the subconscious mind, human patterns of behavior, the belief systems, and that's why I operate, uh, as a hypnotherapist, um, uh, in my practice as well, and I'm interested in psychology, psychiatry. So the 7's are the, the philosophers, the seekers of truth, and, uh, they're often very good at listening to the problems of other people, but they tend to carry their own burdens alone. So the turquoise ray then also what we can get from that is that it relates to past lives in Atlantis or parallel lives in Atlantis, sometimes many incarnations. So as I went through my own, um, experience with the color mirrors and learnings, I, I started receiving soul memories
• 18:00
of, you know, what I was doing in lifetimes in Atlantis. And, and actually I was working in a very similar capacity where I was underneath this big glass dome, and that's all I can sort of describe it as, with other people, other souls that I kind of know in this incarnation. And, um, we were working, um, with a more advanced color therapy system, as you can imagine. I mean, Atlantis was technologically superior in so many different ways. And, um, but you know, it was almost like it was a soul calling when I found th- this system. It was like, I just get it, you know? And, and for some people they don't, you know, understand anything about it. They f- they, you know, when I do my TikTok lives, people will come in and they'll go, "Oh, is that... That, that's beautiful cologne." Or they'll go, "Oh, is that nail varnish?" You know, and I'm like, "Um, no, but..." Do you know what I mean? But for me, I just got it straight away. So, Kara: Mm-hmm. Hayden Crawford: you can see that you can layer the information from that. But the life path number in somebody's
• 19:00
chart would be derived by adding up all the numbers in their date of birth, and then reducing it down to a single digit, unless it totals 10, 11, or 22, uh, which remain, you know, as d- as double digit numbers. Or some, some Pythagorean numerologists also say the 33 is a master number as well. Um, and the, the life path number really dictates somebody's purpose in life. So for example, I'm a life path nine, and the nine is, um, the humanitarian. So you know, it's somebody who's come to Earth to wanna help people. So as you can imagine, you know, like when I was, uh, stuck in corporate IT recruitment for 15 years, I always felt like I was living someone else's life, 'cause I've, I just felt like I was in it to make money. So when I went through my midlife awakening I call it, I, I start, I, I... It was through numerology that helped me get back on track, because I was like, "Oh, well I'm a nine, I've gotta help people." So I just did that, you know, and I tested the universe. It's like if I do what I love, the rest will
• 20:00
follow. So the, the nine, um, dictates my purpose, but everybody else has very different purposes depending on their life path number. The day number is more about your gifts and, and who you truly are. And, uh, of course, then there's so much more to it. But yeah, so that, Kara: Yeah. Hayden Crawford: where the information comes from, from numerology. But within the Color Mirror system, um, the, certainly the first, um, few bottles are in alignment with planets. You know, so one being the sun, which is yellow. Two, the moon, which is, which is a beautiful pale blue and, uh, royal blue bottle. Three, which is Jupiter, which is expansive, it's coral. And then four, Uranus, five, Mercury, six, Venus, seven, Neptune, eight, Saturn, nine, Mars. And so, you know, they, they, they, they carry a different information to, um, the, you know, looking at someone's natal chart. Um, but, um, they do overlap. So what I do is I combine it all together
• 21:00
in a, you know, because I've realized nothing is really separate, and, and I think that's what's helped take m- my, my readings to the next level. Kara: Okay, this is really, really fascinating, all of this. Now I'm curious, like, with the color and the number, if you-- So once you know what your number is and what-- and the associated color, I would assume that you can then strategically use colors order to, and you kind of alluded to this early on, but in order to kind of get through what it is, where you are in this phase in life. So, because I think the natural inclination would be like, "Oh, okay, well, I'm a nine, and so I get the nine bottle, and... Or I wear this color, and it's gonna support me always." But I know for me personally, for example, right now I'm just going through a very physical
• 22:00
time. Like, it's just... And, and I've picked up on this. It's like there's so many different, not huge things, but just I am, I am in more physicality than normal. Usually, I have a very, like, everything is digital or I'm, you know, thinking a lot, meditating a lot, speaking a lot, but it's, uh, you know, it, th- it's not tangible. And I'm kind of doing work at home and not, not, like, going out in the world as much, and it's just different right now. I'm, I'm, I'm just... And it's necessary, and it's just showing up. It's not me, like, trying to do it, but it's just like, "Oh, I need to be, I need to be at a hospital today. I need to be at a school today. I need to..." And it's, again, not, like, my choice. But, um, and so for me, I'm just recognizing. I'm like, "Okay, there's some, like, rooting that is wanting to happen here. There's some, like, like, this physical realm." There's something to that. So to me, that's red. You know, that's
• 23:00
like the, the chakra color red, or it might be an orange or whatever. But definitely more physical than where I'm comfortable Or where I would, you know, where, like, if I just got to choose where I hang out, like, I-- it's definitely not that, but I'm enjoying it. But anyway, the... my point is just, like, if I think about me as a person, I would think about, like, the higher chakras. I would think about, like, a purple or a white or a, you know, a, a teal or something. But, um, I know that where I am right now, I can, I can feel I'm in a red. Like, I just... that's where I'm supposed to be right now So does this make Hayden Crawford: Oh, you know, 100%. You know, it's so funny because, you know, like I, like I've been through all this as well, and I'm always in stuck... I call it being stuck in your red. And, um, you know, I'm still dealing with my red base chakra stuff, you know, even though I'm living this, you know, purposeful life, you know, that all... that I, you know,
• 24:00
identify as being purposeful. I'm, you know, I'm, I'm always, you know, sort of working through The safety, security, survival stuff, and, um, i- and, you know, and it's an aspect of the human experience. So, you know, the majority of the population, and certainly through the work that I've done, you know, I've been doing this for, for years now. Are stuck there within their red. So red energy is actually really beneficial to just about everybody. Um, but it doesn't mean to say that if you're stuck in your red, you can't explore the other colors, you know? And actually, um, sometimes red isn't really what you need. Um, even if you are, it might be the complementary, because often we find the antidote to a red-related issue is found within the opposite color, or in the color spectrum, which is green. So, you know, for example, if you're, if you're feeling a bit like... I'm, I- I'm a nine, right? So my bottle is ni- is, uh, is red and orange. So Life Path nine. So this, these have always been my favorite colors and my favorite color combination together. So it's
• 25:00
like the red base, the orange sacral stuff. And, um, you know, I find that one of the emotions that I have to process is anger, and I get very frustrated. And, you know, I l- I know that anger isn't a negative human emotion, 'cause we've all got it, and we've gotta just allow it to wash through and not hold onto it. So I found that red sometimes ex- ex- exacerbates that sort of feeling of intensity and, um, you know, um, frustration for me. So I have to look at, okay, well, what's the opposite color? And that's green, and green reminds us that it's important to have space in our lives, to set healthy boundaries, to have balance and harmony, get out in nature. And that's where I, I rebalance, you see? So when I ever find those attributes of the nine and the, the red, um, uh, coming up, then I, you know, I look at the opposite. And that's the same for any of the complementary colors. Um, yeah. Kara: Oh, it's so interesting. And I
• 26:00
love what you say too just with, like, the physicality. It's the-- it-- we're here, and we talked about this a little bit before we started recording, but, you know, we are here in this Earth experience, and a lot of people who listen to this podcast identify as starseeds, which is beautiful, and I completely relate to that. And sometimes it can be easy to get stuck in that like, "Oh, well, I'm not from here, so I don't belong here, and I don't have any responsibility here." And, you know, so it's just like, well, you, you came here. Your soul thought it was important that you came here, and you probably have some gifts to be-- and you can be of service. So, you know, let's, let's kind of keep, keep thinking through that line of thinking before you just stop at like, "Oh, I'm a starseed, so it doesn't matter." It's like, no, you're here to help. But Hayden Crawford: Uh, Kara: anyway. Hayden Crawford: it's so true. It is. You know, there is this aspect of, um, you know, we ... You're right, we chose to be here, so we've gotta honor that. We, you
• 27:00
know, a lot of the time you hear, don't you, of people that have had, uh, NDEs and then they get sent back into the human body because they've not completely fulfilled their purpose. And, uh, I, I think that, you know, i- if we weren't supposed to be here, we, we wouldn't be here. We'd, we'd have ascended already or we'd be in the angelic realms or ... And, uh, and it's important to anchor that light. I mean, that's why we've come here is where we've h- we've come to anchor that, that celestial light onto the earth plane to help, you know, the planet to evolve and, uh, you know, to, to bring heaven to earth. So whether you're doing your purpose work or not doesn't really matter. Just being, uh, uh, you know, here at this time is, is gonna be planting that, that, uh, that i- incredible divine love into different a- parts of the crystalline matrix. Kara: Yes, exactly. I know, like, with Dolores Cannon's work, she talks about that, as she discovered that kinda early on, where some people are just here just to anchor in that light.
• 28:00
So that's a wonderful point. So let's talk about how this all came to be. How did you tap into these gifts? Have you always been interested in spirituality? What happened to get you from IT recruitment to what you're doing today? Hayden Crawford: Um, so again, it m- ... Uh, it was a catharsis. You know, it didn't just happen overnight. Uh, it was ... It took years, you know, for, for this. And I've always been interested in, um, spiritual subjects. As a kid, I used to find myself in metaphysical bookshops, and I'd spend the whole day in there trying to read things from cover to cover, 'cause I never had any money to buy the books. And so I started off with, like, David Icke's The Truth Vibrations and, uh, A Road Less Travelled by Scott Peck and, you know, all the, um, The Celestine Prophecies and, and just all of that stuff. You know, even the Edgar Cayce stuff. And I was like, I found some of that I could digest and other, other stuff I couldn't. I've always ... And my gran as well, of course, she was, you know,
• 29:00
always used to read the star signs, you know, in the TV, um, times when I'd go round to the house. And she'd be like ... 'Cause we were both Librans, and we'd be like, "Oh, let's read Libra." And then she'd always have these little tarot cards she'd cut out of magazines, and I'd start playing with those. And, um, I was always pretty awake as a kid. And then I think like a lot of other people, I shut, I shut stuff down just to kind of, um, fit in and, and whatever else. And, uh, life went on like that up until I was, uh, probably about 16 years old, and I had an encounter in my bedroom, uh, in a little hamlet that I was living in, uh, called Skitterscalf. And, uh, it was the middle of the night, and I sort of woke up, and I saw this being looking down at me. Um, and it really scared me. It w- wasn't, um, benevolent. It was, like, pretty scary . And I, yeah, I jumped out of bed, and I tried to put the light on, and the light blew in the hall. And I was trying to wake my parents up and say, "There, there's something in my room." And they were like ... They didn't believe me. They were like, "Go back to bed,

Hayden," you know. "Everything will be fine." I'd be like, "It's not fine." Um, so I, I, I ha- I kept on having these interesting ex- experiences with otherworldly b- um, e- you know, sort of seeing things in the bedroom. Well, that a- actually only happened twice. Um, but also lights in the sky i- i- i- i- you know, over the Cleveland Hills. So, um, yeah, there was just lots of interesting stuff, just lights in the s- the Cleveland Hills. Yeah, they are ... It's a part of where I was brought up in the UK. Um, Kara: in the UK? Hayden Crawford: uh, so I was brought up in, in, um ... Well, I was born in Cleveland, in Guisborough. And we lived in a little hamlet c- um, on the, on the outskirts of a market town called Stokesley. And we lived on a, in a pump house. So this was, um, a, an old pump house that used to generate electricity for a big hall. And it was in the middle of nowhere. And of course, um, the w- there was big windows, and we had the view of the hills in the distance. And
• 31:00
when we moved in there, my mum started having, um, e- experiences with seeing, um, lights in the sky. And it wasn't long before I started seeing them as well. And, um, so yeah, I would, I would just see these amber and white lights a- appearing, you know, sort of, then disappearing. And, and, and this went on for quite a long time. And actually back then, I was a bit more open to, um, th- being able to communicate with them telepathically. I used to be asking them questions like, uh, "Oh, so what, you know, why are you here?" And, and they would say to me, "Well, we're, we're always here. But it depends on if you can tune in your frequency to match ours, and then we'll show ourselves," sort of thing. So and then I would kind of dismiss it at the time as just being an overactive imagination. Yeah, so this, this came and went. Um, and, and then, you know, I was in, found myself in the working world- And in corporate IT recruitment. Um, I tried
• 32:00
lots of different industries. I was working in television 'cause I, I trained in film and video and, um, worked for the Mirror Group. You know, that didn't work. I, I, I, I worked in, oh, all sorts of stuff. And then, uh, the travel industry and of course then recruitment, and that's where I needed my, uh, to build my foundation, you know. And it was through that, a very unstable part of my life when my mum and dad had separated at the age... I was 27. Mum had flown over to Australia, met a man, and got married on the same day her divorce came through, and so I was left thinking, "Well, whereabouts in the world do I live? Where am I, where am I supposed to be?" And it was just as hard for me to process that than it would've been if they'd done it when I was a kid. Um, it was a real sense of, like, not belonging anywhere and, um, the, you know, that sort of, that, that's, that was where I really, uh, um, you know, looked at, I guess, Maslow's hierarchy of needs, you know. I needed to find somewhere to, to live, to feel s- stable,
• 33:00
s- secure, and that, that, you know, I really worked through a lot of my red stuff back then, um, and just, just realized that I wanted to live in Australia. So it was like this whole unfolding of, of events that took place that they really stripped back my old i- my old identities. I was actually in IT recruitment for 15 years in the end, and I always knew I was living someone else's life. Um, and it was, um, through really finding, I think, numerology, which, which really helped me to understand what my purpose was, um, but also studying the Australian bush flower essences as well because that helped me to realize the, the secrets within nature and how vibrations, uh, uh, you know, of, uh, of, of information that can help us move through energetic, um, patterns, emotion, uh, frozen emotions. And so it was like an unlayering
• 34:00
that, that took place, um, of all the old shame, all the old guilt. Um, and, you know, that's what I was going through, uh, when we moved down to the southwest. Uh, when I s- uh, I left corporate, I was reinventing myself over that period and, uh, all the shame was coming up to the surface of things that I'd done in my life that I wasn't r- I was really disgusted with and, um, giving myself way too much of a hard time about it. But, y- you know, and, and then it was, it was like getting to that point with just feeling like I didn't know who I was anymore, that I, I, I w- I actually found that I woke up. Like a lot of people, you know, a lot of people Kara: Mm-hmm. Hayden Crawford: don't they? Kara: Yeah. Wow. Well, thank you for sharing that with us. Um, I know that-- And, and this has come through throughout our discussion, but I know that you're really passionate about helping people to be very grounded and embodied while they're
• 35:00
ascending. so, you know, sometimes those things can't be easily held together, you know, because the, the practical, grounded, embodied, you know, sometimes that we get too much in our heads, and that can be kind of limiting because we need to We need to let go of some of that as part of our ascension, but then sometimes when we're so focused on ascension, kinda like what we were talking about with the star seed thing, where it can be like, oh, we get so identified with that, that then it's hard to, like, remember that we're humans too. so how, how do you help people to find that balance? Hayden Crawford: I mean, again, that's a really good question, and I think that, yeah, once you find out, you know, the, who you are, um, or, you know, and where you're from and what you're here to do, um, then the, it does put on that sort of, um, obligation or responsibility of actually fulfilling that. And, uh, and
• 36:00
so the, y- you know, the I always like, when I do my session, I always offer people a, um, a, like an action plan of things that they can do to be able to anchor and integrate those, the, you know, the, whatever they've discovered. Because, yeah, you can't just, like, thrust a whole load of, like, you know, sort of cosmic information in their face and expect them to digest it. Gotta give them a process to follow. So often, you know, um, just simple exercises like breath work, meditation, um, journaling, you know, is a, is a, a great ways of being able to sort of process and, um, listening to your inner guidance system and following the baby steps, and not putting too much pressure on yourself to be able to perform and, and become something that you're not too soon. I mean, this whole journey that I'm talking about, you know, took me from the early years, you know, since I was, like, I don't know, a kid, um, up until probably ... I'm still going through it now. You know, the awakening process takes years. So you just have
• 37:00
to be kind with yourself, um, and nurture yourself. Realize that you're gonna have good days and bad days. I mean, I still have m- m- mini meltdowns all the time, you know, because I'm still trying to process a lot of trauma from, from childhood. Um, I still feel like I'm, uh, I'm, you know, that I'm not wanted and, uh, you know, I have all the rejection, fear of rejection, ab- abandonment issues. So, you know, each time we do a healing, um, we are, uh, we are sort of unlayering a different aspect of self, but, you know, it takes a long time before you kind of get, you know, sort of through it all and you've de-patterned yourself. Unless, of course, you know, you have a walk-in. Like, like a lot of people may do through, you know, a traumatic, um, event. Their soul may leave and then they may, uh, they may have a, either a soul transfer or a walk-in that takes over that next part of their life. That hasn't happened for me, you know? Uh, you know, in a way, you know, it would be a lot quicker. And I, it's not that I don't believe
• 38:00
in instant healing, because I absolutely do. I've experienced it myself recently, actually, with a, with a, an issue that I had with, um, um, mucus believe it or not. I, uh, I, I, after I... 'Cause I was one of those people that got suckered into having the COVID vaccination. After that, I got, like, a, this awful thing happening every morning where I was generating a lot of mucus, and it was, like, horrible, you know? And I was thinking, "Oh, God, what's wrong with me?" Um, but I knew deep down that there was nothing serious. Um, and just recently, you know, I came across a great light language, um, um, practitioner called Ken Lloyd, and his work was fascinating. Kara: had him on. Hayden Crawford: he's amazing, and he c- well, I'm saying cured, but my, my mucus went overnight. So instant healing is possible, but it just, you know, other than that, it, it didn't happen for me, you know? So I would say that for anybody watching this, don't expect too much too soon. You know, you've gotta do the work. The work is the
• 39:00
work. You know, I'm still stuck in my red stuff you know, as you, you've said you are as well fr- you know, from time to time. We kind of fluctuate. But just because you're stuck in, you know, your safety, security, survival stuff, um, doesn't mean that you can't work on other aspects of self. Doesn't mean you can't open your third eye and start connecting to your, your cosmic, uh, family and open your heart and start working more on unconditional love. Um, but yeah, just Kara: and it's interesting that you see it as being stuck, 'cause you keep saying that stuck in the, the, the red. for me, it's just this time that I'm in, and it's not like, um, that I feel-- I don't feel as much the security, the, the, the safety and all of that, but it's the physicality. the like, "Oh, I need to be in a physical place. I keep needing to be in physical places. I need to do a physical
• 40:00
thing. I need to show up and actually be there physically present, and I need to do this thing." And it just-- That's just different, and I've just noticed it's just different, and it's, um, and it's okay. It's just what is being called for right now, and I'm just trusting that. Kind of coming back to what you shared about you may just need to be here. Like, you may just need to be here and go where you're called to be so that that light can get there, and you don't really understand the bigger purpose as to why you're supposed to be there, why you're supposed to be doing what you're doing. Like, um, you know, one, uh, one example of how this has happened is my husband injured himself. He's the garden guy. Like, he loves to be outside. He loves to be with the plants. He loves take care of the garden, and he can't right now because he's in pain. And so I keep finding myself with my... You know,
• 41:00
I, I'm on my hands and knees, and I'm pulling weeds. I was doing this actually, like, right before our call. I was pulling weeds. And I, I don't dislike that, but I just don't do it very much because he literally, like, enjoys it so much, and he works in an office, and so he doesn't get a lot of time. So he's always very clear that, you know, he likes to be outside. He likes to be doing-- He likes to be moving. He likes-- So it's just totally his jam, but he can't do it. And so I'm like, "Well, somebody's gotta do it, so I'm gonna do it," you know? And it's, like, that's just a, a... It's a good example because it is so physical. It's like my muscles get sore, and so I'm, my body is getting used in a new way. And so it's just a, it's just fascinating. But we could be just in a time like that, you know? And it's just what-- And I'm sure my, I'm sure my astrology, if I looked at my astrology, it would be confirming, like, that I was in this. I've-- Yeah, it's
• 42:00
so interesting. Hayden Crawford: Yeah, I, I, Kara: find it fascinating. Hayden Crawford: I totally agree. It's, it's, it's like phases that we go through, isn't it? Where we're called to be more present in a, in a physical capacity, and I identify with that 100%. Um, I take my dogs for a walk every single morning without fail, and, um, I find that that's where I get a lot m- of my enjoyment right now Um, just being, you know, out in nature, just the simplicity of things out of feeling obligated or p- being in performance or expectations and just being anchored on the Earth, at just being present in, in, in those simple things in life. So I think you're right. I think more and more of us are, are, are, are sort of just finding the, the, the, the Earth is, you know, probably our best friend. And, um, and that all the answers really, uh, come from, from the Earth because we are the Earth. You know, there is... Even that illusion of
• 43:00
separation is, is, is, is not a truth. You know, the Earth and us are, you know, the, the same thing. So we, we need to embody, you know, what we're learning. And of course, red carries that, that frequency. So yeah, you're right. It's not just about being, like, stuck within a particular, um, emotional response system within, within red. So not, you know, not everybody is, like, stuck s- per se in survival mode, and it can play itself out in, in different ways in, like, a need to stick your out, your hands in the earth. You know, my- myself and my husband, we're talking about, like, moving from Australia to France to be in rural France because Mark wants proper soil that he can start, Kara: Ah. Hayden Crawford: a garden, you know, and doing that proper cultivating the land stuff like his grandfather used to do back in his times in Malta. And, you know, and that, that's how... It just feels so appealing to me to be away from technology and, and be, stop being so cerebral because I feel like,
• 44:00
you know, many, uh, of the beings, like, you know, that do this type of work like me and you, we, we do get sort of, you know, sometimes, um, taken out of the Earth plane to, to communicate, you know, telepathically or other, other, in other different ways with the galactics. But, um, they, they want us to, to, to anchor our light onto the planet and to enjoy the moment, you know, not b- always b- be, you know, there with them. It's like, you know, be, be on the planet. Enjoy the Earth. You know, look at the flowers. You know, the... That's what's beautiful, you know, about nature. I mean, if I go back to the, the Australian bush flower essences, for example, and the Australian bush flowers per se, you know, they communicate with us in so many different ways through what's called the doctrine of signatures. So the, the, the flower petals, um, you know, the number of flower petals that a f- a flower has, the
• 45:00
color of the, the, the, the petals, and even the texture of them communicate information and a message as well. So nature thinks. It's always speaking to us, and it's always, um, offering us different, um, opportunities to, to learn and to grow And so the, you know, that sort of being cold, that sort of sensation of feeling cold to turn up more physically and practically brings an awareness into your surroundings, I think, as well, and an appreciation for just the little signs that we see in nature as well. Like, it, it might just be, like, three parrots flying over the top of your head. You know, there could be in- information in that in the numerology of the, how many parrots you were seeing, you know, the, the, the totem, uh, the spiritual significance of the, uh, you know, the black, um, the black parrot or the, the, the galah or the rainbow lorikeet. So, you know, there is ... All of that, I think, that's returning right now, as well as
• 46:00
the communication that can come through, you know, just being in nature. Kara: Yeah. I love that. That's so cool. So let's talk about the pivotal times that we're in. How do we interpret the emotional and psychological shifts that a lot of people are experiencing right now in the times that we're in, you know, as we're recording this in 2026? Hayden Crawford: Well, I think it's different for everybody, you know? We all have different things going on in our lives. Some, some of us are feeling overwhelmed by all the, you know, the bombardment of information, um, because we are, we're being bombarded, you know, with information. Other people are coping quite well with that. Uh, I think that, you know, you've gotta look at what's going on astrologically as well, and if we're talking about right now, we can see that, um, you know, um, Uranus is in Gemini, and of course, you know, that's c- Gemini's m- ruled by Mercury,
• 47:00
which is about communication. Um, and so it's, it's about future communication. Um, so this connects up with consciousness and contact, you know? And of course, technology as well and how it's all interlinking. So I think that- You know, we're going through an unprecedented time where, uh, you know, our, our multidimensional aspects of self are starting to really tap on and, and tune up and come online. Um, and, you know, we are r- receiving not only information through artificial intelligence but through our galactic families, where we- we- we're ... the past, present, and future timelines seem to be converging. You know, it's almost like the ... what we thought was the, the ancient past is actually our future that we're returning to. And, and it's like, well, you know, how do you navigate all of, all of these new ways of perceiving reality? And we have to just go back into quiet times, you know. Um, and that's why probably we're talking
• 48:00
about being in nature. We've gotta go back into the heart. We've gotta go into the diamond center of the heart where, where everything exists, uh, in, in that nexus point, in that zero point. And we ... You know, if you're unsure about what to do, then just ask, you know, the ... your ... that, that part of yourself that exists within the realm of the heart, and your answers will come from there. I think the time of healers, teachers, and leaders is over. I think that we ... You know, we've, we've served a purpose, you know, up until this point to help many people, you know, get to a, uh, this transitional point. But I do still believe that, you know, we are sovereign beings within ourselves and that you, you, you are way more powerful than you'll ever possibly hope to imagine. And that's just gonna become more and more evident as this convergence of, you know, technology, consciousness, and contact, um, uh, emerges. I mean, I think we're gonna see a very different reality unfolding for, for each and every
• 49:00
single one of us, depending on our belief systems. Um, so, you know, uh, people talk about this split, you know, within the Earth's paradigm, that there's gonna be lo- you know, two different choices. It can go down the dystopia or the utopic aspects of the future. But I think there's way more than that, and I think that you ... all you have to do is just focus on, um, raising your own frequency by existing in joy, doing things that make you feel good on a day-to-day basis like a child at play, and h- hold hopeful expectations of the future and don't buy into any of the fear narratives because there's so much of that, uh, out there. And I sometimes get suckered into it as well. Um, but you can feel s- if something raises your vibration or it lowers your vibration, you can feel that. So use your discernment. You know, limit the amount of time you're spending on social media because you'll just fall y- into an echo chamber of whatever it is that you're sort of, you know, fixating upon. And, uh, and, and just trying to
• 50:00
eat healthily as well. Um, and take lots of sleep too, you know. So the more you sleep, the more you're connecting up to, you know, the fourth and fifth dimensions anyway organically. And, Kara: Mm-hmm. Hayden Crawford: the lucid dream state is ultimately be gonna, gonna be part of our normal everyday consciousness. So that's where, you know, our superhuman potential comes back online. Kara: Yes. I love it. I love it. Well, Hayden, this Hayden Crawford: Have a Kara: for this because of the topic and, Hayden Crawford: It... Kara: than I expected it to be, and I thought it was gonna be super interesting. So, so thank you so much. But tell people how they can find out more about you. Hayden Crawford: Well, I mean, I would like to, I think, direct people to, um, m- my YouTube channel really, um, because that's where I, I feel like I, I enjoy, um, the most of, of my

work, which is Dream Time Academy. Like it's spelled on my T-shirt with a, a double A, not a dream time with a EA. So Dream Time Academy on YouTube. Because I, I'm like you, like I... A- and I can't wait to have you on, on my show as well, Cosmic Conversations. I just, I love doing that more than anything else, like talking to people, finding out about people, discovering about their work. I'm normally the one that, th- you know, that's, that's quiet and doesn't say much about me. So I, I really appreciate this opportunity to delve a bit more into the work that I do. Uh, because a lot of people don't actually know what I do, you know? I think they just think that I'm, you know, sort of somebody who just asks a whole lot of like really bad questions. But, you know, I, um, I... Yeah, so go across there and like, subscribe, and follow, and, uh, and, and make sure that you click the bell for future notifications so that you don't miss my weekly episodes. Kara: Beautiful. Well, thank you again so much for Hayden Crawford: Goodbye. Kara: on. This was really fun. Hayden Crawford: Uh, you're welcome. Nice to meet
