We know that people aren't our enemy.

It's the devil and we tell him to flee.

We stay submitted to God and His word.

We pray in faith, knowing each time we're heard.

Abigail, Ruth, Hannah and Mary waited for Esther anxiously

wary. It was Esther that asked if they

could all meet in the usual 5 chairs with one extra seat.

Esther brought Susie, they could tell she'd been crying, and

Susie sat down in the chair they had been eyeing.

Susie has something that she wants to share.

As Esther sat down in the last empty chair, as Susie began, her

eyes started to tear. A bully has been picking on me

all year. Jessica calls me all kinds of

names before school. At recess, it's always the same.

As soon as school's over, I run to my home, hoping tomorrow

she'll leave me alone. But each day Jessica would find

her and start calling Susie names that hurt deep in her

heart. By now there wasn't a dry eye in

the place, and Abigail looked Susie right in her face.

It's not your fault someone's bullying you.

You've done nothing wrong, it's just what bullies do.

I'm so glad you told us. Hannah said with a smile.

Susie each morning and walked her to class and at recess they

all played games on the grass and at lunch they would all sit

together and eat. For Susie, their friendship was

really a treat. For whatever reason, Jessica

stayed away and did not bully Susie, not once as it may.

But what about Esther and Abigail too?

What have they been up to, I wonder?

Did you? Esther and Abigail had a job of

their own to become friends with Jessica and to get her alone

because they wanted to ask her if she was OK?

Was there a bully somewhere hurting her every day?

In the Bible's a story of a rich man named Nabel who often got

drunk, acted foolish, unstable. But his wife Abigail, she was

lovely and kind. She covered for Nabel when he

got in a bind. So when Nabel offended David and

his men, he got angry at Nabel and sought to kill him.

But Abigail knew that God's will is good and that David would

prosper in all that he should. But killing a fool for things

that are said is not a good reason for wanting him dead.

So Abigail reasoned with David that day.

She convinced him that peace was really God's way.

Peace is what Esther and Abigail sought.

When asking Jessica what she really thought, Jessica admitted

that her big brother's friends would make fun of her over and

over again. Abigail asked.

How does that make you feel? Your heart must be hurt.

It's a hurt God can heal. So the three bowed their heads

and prayed really smart, and Jessica asked Jesus to live in

her heart. Jesus, I give all of my hurts to

you. Heal them.

I pray as only you can do. That's when Esther asked.

Why in the world would a girl being bullied bully some other

girl? Then Jessica realized the wrong

she had done by bullying Susie or anyone.

Jessica prayed. Lord, I give you my heart.

You died for my sins. Give me a new start.

I'll be a light that you can shine through, loving others the

way you always do. The next day, the Princess Club

got back together to report to each other that everything was

much better. Hannah, Ruth and Mary brought

Susie along, and Susie was happy and humming a song.

But when she saw Jessica there in the center, her heart skipped

a beat. Her peace started to splinter.

Then Susie remembered. I'm never alone.

God is inside me. My heart is his home.

She took a deep breath and before she could shrug, Jessica

walked over and gave her a hug. I'm sorry.

Said Jessica. They both started to cry.

I forgive you. Said Susie, wiping tears from

her eyes. Then Ruth spoke up.

Girls, we've a question for you, Susie and Jessica.

Now what will you do? Your Heavenly Father is the King

of Kings. That makes you both princesses.
