Nate's NFL Monday Night Football Would Card Wager · Nate's Daily Wager

Welcome to Nate's daily wager. I ain't picking winners, but I
• 0:10
am making wagers. Time to put my money where my
• 0:13
mouth is. This is Nate's daily wager for
• 0:20
January 13th, 2025 and well, Tampa Bay didn't blow him out.
• 0:26
So that meant it was going to come down to the end.
• 0:29
There was going to be some craziness and sure enough
• 0:33
decided let's just point it off the upright and use that to pull
• 0:40
one out and keep going, man. Well, I was hoping for overtime,
• 0:44
and with these new overtime rules, they could have each
• 0:47
scored a touchdown on their first possessions and then I
• 0:51
would have gotten the over and I would have been all right.
• 0:53
  But nonetheless, didn't work out.
• 0:56
And once again, somehow, Washington pulls one out of thin
• 1:00
air and they're moving forward. So all right, tonight's game,
• 1:04
historic first Monday night playoff game played at a neutral
• 1:09
site. And we got the Vikings taking on
• 1:12
the Rams. And I'll tell you what, I like
• 1:16
the Rams in this spot. I know they're probably
• 1:19
distracted. They're having to go to a
• 1:22
neutral field. They're not getting the
• 1:23
advantage of home field advantage that they had earned.
• 1:28
But I tell you what, this is going to be a rallying cry for
• 1:31
  them. They're the more experienced
• 1:32
team in the playoffs. They have the better
• 1:34
quarterback. We just saw Darnold, Darnold all
• 1:38
over the place up in Detroit. This is his first playoff game
• 1:41
ever. So essentially a rookie playoff
• 1:43
guy. And I mean, I'm getting points
• 1:46
too, so I'm going to take the Rams and the points.
• 1:49
So we're going Rams plus 2 1/2 over the Vikings in today's wild
• 1:55
card NFL football action. See anything better than that?
• 1:59
Found it. That's my pick and I'm sticking
• 2:01
to it. And I think this is the last day
• 2:03
to go vote at the Sports Podcast awards.
• 2:08
So please, come on, please. And the this is the last time
• 2:12
I'll ever bother you about it. Thanks.
