- 0:00Speaker 1: Welcome everybody to the best betting show ever. I'm Lawrence Presman,
- 0:04Speaker 1: Brian Power and Joe Rniari joining me today. We are
- 0:08Speaker 1: here to make money. We got a whole ton of
- 0:11Speaker 1: games to take apart. There are three NBA games going tonight.
- 0:15Speaker 1: There are four NHL games going. Plus we have some
- 0:20Speaker 1: baseball bets a game already underway. Boston up one nothing.
- 0:26Speaker 1: Let's get to it, Bry Joe. Let's start with you, Bri.
- 0:31Speaker 1: How was your weekend?
- 0:32Speaker 2: Man?
- 0:32Speaker 1: I heard it was epic. I heard the Knicks were
- 0:34Speaker 1: the only team that let you down, not.
- 0:38Speaker 3: The only team because there was Heidenheim in the Budesliga job,
- 0:42Speaker 3: of course. Other than the Nix and Heidenheim, it was
- 0:47Speaker 3: a very good weekend ten to two and one over
- 0:50Speaker 3: all the last three days two and oh, Friday three
- 0:53Speaker 3: and one, Saturday five, one and one yesterday.
- 0:59Speaker 4: So film good come out the weekend. That was Nick.
- 1:01Speaker 3: And if you're confused, how did the Knicks let me
- 1:03Speaker 3: down on Saturday? It's because I had them in.
- 1:05Speaker 4: The first half show.
- 1:08Speaker 3: What do you do but laugh when something like that happens,
- 1:10Speaker 3: when you give up a three right at the buzzer?
- 1:13Speaker 1: Yeah, Joe ran Airy, I also had a massive winning
- 1:16Speaker 1: weekend for my clients. I don't think I went ten
- 1:19Speaker 1: and two, but I cashed Friday, Saturday and Sunday. How
- 1:22Speaker 1: did you do, my brother?
- 1:23Speaker 5: I listen, I was scarred after that Nick's first half
- 1:29Speaker 5: giving up a useless three and playing no defense before
- 1:32Speaker 5: the break there, only to watch Atlanta, by the way,
- 1:35Speaker 5: go six of twenty one from three in the second half,
- 1:37Speaker 5: which was just great. But we did get We got
- 1:41Speaker 5: home in our five percenter on the Spurs in the
- 1:43Speaker 5: first half as they handled a double digit lead into
- 1:49Speaker 5: the break.
- 1:50Speaker 2: And then that was it.
- 1:51Speaker 5: I think they even covered the full game, which closed
- 1:53Speaker 5: it around twelve I think twelve and a half. They
- 1:56Speaker 5: still ended up getting it done. So yeah, so it
- 1:59Speaker 5: was it was good. Good the Spurs to the rescue
- 2:02Speaker 5: yesterday and that was great.
- 2:03Speaker 2: There you go.
- 2:04Speaker 1: I had the Spurs for my clients as well. I
- 2:06Speaker 1: have now started the NBA playoffs five WS one loss.
- 2:12Speaker 1: I know I'm making it a bit about me. What
- 2:14Speaker 1: can I tell you? I got a five reciplay up
- 2:16Speaker 1: at NHL. We'll talk about a little later, guys. Let's
- 2:20Speaker 1: get into Game two. So we've got money pouring in
- 2:24Speaker 1: on Cleveland right now. The show, literally seven minutes ago
- 2:28Speaker 1: was minus eight and a half eight across the board.
- 2:31Speaker 1: We now have nine and a half spopping up everywhere.
- 2:35Speaker 1: There's clearly a lot of people who thinks Cleveland's gonna
- 2:39Speaker 1: continue rolling as they did against Toronto in their last game.
- 2:44Speaker 1: We also have some line moves to the over. In
- 2:48Speaker 1: that very Atlanta New York Knicks matchup we were talking about,
- 2:52Speaker 1: the line has held it around minus six and Denver
- 2:56Speaker 1: is minus seven and a half. Money coming in on
- 2:59Speaker 1: them and a little bit on the over. We have
- 3:02Speaker 1: seen a two thirty two appeer Bri. I'll start with
- 3:06Speaker 1: you anything jump out at you about these three games.
- 3:11Speaker 3: I'll talk Toronto Cleveland, the one you mentioned at the top.
- 3:15Speaker 3: I think Toronto could be in some serious trouble here, guys.
- 3:17Speaker 3: In this series Big Picture Game one, they shoot north
- 3:21Speaker 3: to fifty percent from the field, forty eight percent from
- 3:24Speaker 3: three and they were at or above fifty percent from
- 3:27Speaker 3: behind the arc for most of that game until they
- 3:29Speaker 3: missed a few at the end and they still lose
- 3:32Speaker 3: by double digits. That's not a good sign because the Raptors,
- 3:36Speaker 3: I know you know this up in Toronto there, Prez,
- 3:38Speaker 3: They're not a great three point shooting team. Normally they
- 3:41Speaker 3: don't attempt usually a high volume their bob and five
- 3:43Speaker 3: and three point attempts. They were during the regular season,
- 3:47Speaker 3: and they need to figure out a game plan how
- 3:49Speaker 3: to slow down Mitchell and Harden and this calves offense,
- 3:53Speaker 3: the calves when healthy. I think the are a pretty
- 3:55Speaker 3: elite basketball team. So I think Toronto is up against it.
- 3:58Speaker 3: Maybe we'll get into a little Zigz theory here on
- 4:00Speaker 3: the program today. Of course, backing that's you know, backing
- 4:04Speaker 3: the previous game loser in the NBA Playoffs against the spread.
- 4:07Speaker 4: I wouldn't do it with Toronto though, tonight.
- 4:11Speaker 1: Joe, what about you, any thoughts on that game or
- 4:14Speaker 1: any other game that you see a bet in.
- 4:17Speaker 5: Well, I know, obviously the market is selling you Cleveland
- 4:20Speaker 5: is the better team here, but you know, they did
- 4:24Speaker 5: have a lot of things.
- 4:26Speaker 2: Go their way in that game there.
- 4:29Speaker 5: And I still think the problem with Toronto is they
- 4:33Speaker 5: need their point guard.
- 4:34Speaker 2: They need quickly.
- 4:35Speaker 5: On the on the court, and if he's not, that's
- 4:38Speaker 5: a problem there in a big, big way here. Listen,
- 4:42Speaker 5: I do not think, I mean, the numbers were ridiculous
- 4:46Speaker 5: with what Harden and company did there in that game,
- 4:50Speaker 5: and listen, there's gonna be adjustments.
- 4:52Speaker 2: There's always adjustments.
- 4:53Speaker 5: There's always overreaction this time of the year in the
- 4:57Speaker 5: NBA as well, So you know, they do have They
- 5:00Speaker 5: got to figure out how to be able to slow
- 5:03Speaker 5: down those two guys Mitchell and Harden. They had no
- 5:06Speaker 5: answer for him. So they're gonna have to do a
- 5:09Speaker 5: better job of figuring that out, now, can they Sure?
- 5:13Speaker 5: Can they also get blown out, absolutely, But I do
- 5:17Speaker 5: think the total moving down is a bigger indicator of
- 5:21Speaker 5: what they think is gonna happen here, because Toronto wants
- 5:25Speaker 5: to get out and transition and Cleveland wouldn't let them.
- 5:28Speaker 5: So if this number is foiling, that tells me to
- 5:31Speaker 5: Margat doesn't think Toronto's gonna be able to adjust and
- 5:34Speaker 5: get out into transition and push pace, which means Cleveland,
- 5:37Speaker 5: once again is likely the right side here.
- 5:42Speaker 3: One more thing I wanted to add, there were a
- 5:44Speaker 3: lot of Anyone who watched that game, I watched the
- 5:46Speaker 3: full game obviously knows this, but they were on a
- 5:50Speaker 3: free throw yea Tony Brothers in company. That was not
- 5:55Speaker 3: what they call a playoff whistle Joe. There were sixty
- 5:59Speaker 3: free throws in game one between the Raptors and Caps.
- 6:02Speaker 3: If you see it, you know, I wonder if you
- 6:04Speaker 3: talk about the total moving down. I wonder if there's
- 6:07Speaker 3: people there's like, hey, I don't think these two teams
- 6:09Speaker 3: are getting the Cherriesy stripe combined sixty three times here
- 6:12Speaker 3: tonight in game two.
- 6:14Speaker 1: Guys, let's talk real quick Atlanta, New York Knicks. Now,
- 6:17Speaker 1: last game they got to two fifteen, the line came
- 6:20Speaker 1: out to total at two fifteen and a half. It
- 6:23Speaker 1: has now been bet up to two seventeen and a half,
- 6:26Speaker 1: which is where it closed game one. So the exact
- 6:31Speaker 1: same scenario is happening here. Do either of you guys,
- 6:36Speaker 1: and I know the Knicks have been an under team
- 6:39Speaker 1: all year. Do either of you guys like anything on
- 6:42Speaker 1: the total here?
- 6:42Speaker 4: Brian Hawks are not covering, let alone winning this game.
- 6:47Speaker 3: If they don't get over their team total of one
- 6:48Speaker 3: oh five and a half, I'll say that you know
- 6:51Speaker 3: they don't.
- 6:51Speaker 4: An undergame does not suit the Hawks.
- 6:54Speaker 2: Well.
- 6:55Speaker 3: Mix of what one and covered six straight now, I believe,
- 6:57Speaker 3: but that would be my leen. We talked about it
- 7:00Speaker 3: Zeno and I on the Morning Wager. Here today, Bill
- 7:02Speaker 3: will elsewhere in the wage tucking Channel Hawks team total
- 7:06Speaker 3: is worth a look. I referenced the zigzag theory earlier.
- 7:09Speaker 3: I'm not in love with taking the points here with
- 7:11Speaker 3: Atlanta necessarily, Joe.
- 7:13Speaker 4: This is a team.
- 7:14Speaker 3: I know they had the big second half surge, but
- 7:17Speaker 3: they really beat up on a lot of tanking teams
- 7:19Speaker 3: during that So I'm not in love with the points,
- 7:22Speaker 3: but I do think the Hawks can get up and
- 7:24Speaker 3: over one oh five and a half here two boe here.
- 7:30Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 7:30Speaker 5: I mean that was one of their lowest totals ever
- 7:34Speaker 5: since they traded Trey Young Atlanta, and you give Nick's
- 7:37Speaker 5: credit because the Knicks again wouldn't let Atlanta get out
- 7:41Speaker 5: and dictate tempo. Jalen Brunson dictated tempo in that game,
- 7:45Speaker 5: and that kind of screwed him up. It was okay
- 7:47Speaker 5: in the first half when they were eight of sixteen
- 7:50Speaker 5: from three, but you know there are thirty seven thirty
- 7:53Speaker 5: eight percent three point shooting team they you know, they
- 7:57Speaker 5: have no experience in this spot Knicks with a more
- 8:00Speaker 5: experienced team, and it looked like it in the second half.
- 8:03Speaker 5: I mean, nineteen points in the third quarter is what
- 8:06Speaker 5: did them in there, because they did finally figure it
- 8:09Speaker 5: out halfway through the fourth quarter, but by that point
- 8:12Speaker 5: the damage was done.
- 8:13Speaker 2: So I agree with BP.
- 8:15Speaker 5: I think the total going up tells you that the
- 8:19Speaker 5: market believes the script is not going to be as
- 8:22Speaker 5: favorable to the New York Knicks in this spot as
- 8:25Speaker 5: far as slowing it down dictating, And yeah, Atlanta might
- 8:30Speaker 5: hit a few more threes than they did in that
- 8:33Speaker 5: second half in this game, which would absolutely push this
- 8:36Speaker 5: thing to the over.
- 8:38Speaker 1: Yeah. I'm with both of you guys on that as well.
- 8:41Speaker 1: And it's really amazing tale of two different style of
- 8:44Speaker 1: teams here.
- 8:45Speaker 2: You go.
- 8:45Speaker 1: Look at Atlanta. I mean, this team puts up one
- 8:48Speaker 1: twenty five to five on a regular masis and the
- 8:51Speaker 1: New York Knicks outstanding defensively. So yeah, let's talk Denver, guys.
- 8:57Speaker 1: This team is obviously on a monster winning streak. They
- 9:01Speaker 1: were able to cover seven against Minnesota in their last game.
- 9:07Speaker 1: Does Minnesota have anything? Are they capable of answering?
- 9:11Speaker 2: Here? There?
- 9:12Speaker 1: Plus seven?
- 9:13Speaker 2: Again?
- 9:14Speaker 1: Uh, I don't know if this I don't know if
- 9:17Speaker 1: Minnesota gets a game in the series, right.
- 9:21Speaker 3: I think they could give them a series. The thing is,
- 9:23Speaker 3: I don't want to step in front of Denver really either.
- 9:26Speaker 3: They've won twelve in a row. Yeah, now, so that's it.
- 9:29Speaker 3: It doesn't seem like now on the road is the
- 9:32Speaker 3: opportune time to take the t Wolves. Maybe if they're now,
- 9:35Speaker 3: if they return home down two getting a good number,
- 9:39Speaker 3: you know, if they get blown out tonight, we'll probably
- 9:41Speaker 3: maybe get some value in Game three with t Wolves
- 9:43Speaker 3: back at home. That's uh to be determined. Obviously, neither
- 9:48Speaker 3: team shot well in game number one, particularly from three.
- 9:54Speaker 3: That was my big takeaway from that. And you mentioned
- 9:57Speaker 3: Denver covering still present. They did so despite falling behind
- 10:01Speaker 3: by what ten points at the end of the first quarter.
- 10:03Speaker 3: Not a great sign for Minnesota. We talked about Toronto.
- 10:06Speaker 3: Some things went their way and they still lose by
- 10:08Speaker 3: double diedges. That wasn't good for them. So I don't know.
- 10:11Speaker 3: The total's pretty high. I don't want to bet the over.
- 10:14Speaker 3: My guesses it's going to be hot. At least one
- 10:17Speaker 3: of the teams is gonna shoot better from three, Joe
- 10:19Speaker 3: than they did one.
- 10:20Speaker 5: Right, you want to talk about whistles, Uh, you're talking
- 10:26Speaker 5: about free throw You're talking a two to one advantage
- 10:29Speaker 5: for Denver. Yes, at the free throw line in there.
- 10:32Speaker 5: I mean that is unheard of and it's the only
- 10:35Speaker 5: reason they won the game. They were lucky to win
- 10:38Speaker 5: that game. Minnesota had every chance of winning that game,
- 10:42Speaker 5: except every time they turn around there was a whistle
- 10:45Speaker 5: in Jamal Murray was at the free throw line, going
- 10:47Speaker 5: sixteen of sixteen from the free throw line. That kind
- 10:51Speaker 5: of disparity likely not going to happen again. So yeah,
- 10:56Speaker 5: I listen. And it was the first game for Anthony Edwards.
- 10:58Speaker 5: He took one a month and a half off.
- 11:00Speaker 2: At the end.
- 11:01Speaker 5: He looked gas by the time he got to the fourth.
- 11:03Speaker 5: So I think they'll be better. I think Julius Randall's
- 11:07Speaker 5: gotta be better, you know, offensively. I get why the
- 11:11Speaker 5: total's going up because I don't think Minnesota defensively can
- 11:14Speaker 5: stop Denver. But I don't believe in Denver's defense in
- 11:18Speaker 5: any way, shape or form. I think it wouldn't shock
- 11:21Speaker 5: me if this thing is in the one twenties for
- 11:24Speaker 5: the winner in this game, would not shock me in
- 11:26Speaker 5: the least bit.
- 11:27Speaker 2: Here Priz Joe and.
- 11:29Speaker 1: Airy Bryant Power joining the mess betting show ever hit
- 11:33Speaker 1: the like button subscribe to our channel. Guys, make sure
- 11:36Speaker 1: to comment. We read all the comments every day. We
- 11:39Speaker 1: have a mail bag section Tuesday to Friday, so we'll
- 11:44Speaker 1: talk about them. Let's get to a parlay of the day. Look,
- 11:47Speaker 1: we've got some NHL games going tonight. There's four of them.
- 11:50Speaker 1: I will take them apart a little later, but I
- 11:53Speaker 1: do have NHL bet for you guys in the parlay
- 11:57Speaker 1: of the day, and that is under the total of six.
- 12:01Speaker 1: That's right, six in the Ottawa Carolina game.
- 12:04Speaker 2: It is.
- 12:05Speaker 1: There's about seven out of ten books are showing up
- 12:08Speaker 1: five and a half, but there are sixes out there,
- 12:11Speaker 1: and six is a very a very big difference between
- 12:14Speaker 1: six and five and a half. We're taking six. We're
- 12:17Speaker 1: going with the under Ottawa and Carolina. Bry, what's your
- 12:20Speaker 1: parlay leg I'm.
- 12:23Speaker 4: Gonna go with the Cubs.
- 12:24Speaker 3: I don't know why the Phillies open as a favorite
- 12:27Speaker 3: in wrigley Field. Market obviously agrees with me because the
- 12:30Speaker 3: Cubs are now favored. Phillies are off their worst home stand,
- 12:32Speaker 3: guys in over fifteen years. They went two and seven overall,
- 12:35Speaker 3: They've lost five in a row, out scored thirty seven
- 12:38Speaker 3: to nine in those five games. They've got the worst
- 12:40Speaker 3: run differential in all of baseball. After being swept over
- 12:43Speaker 3: the weekend, by the Braves, And what do we talk
- 12:46Speaker 3: about all the time? Teams that play on Sunday Night
- 12:48Speaker 3: Baseball then have to travel struggle in these series openers
- 12:51Speaker 3: on Monday. That's the situation the Phillies are in tonight
- 12:54Speaker 3: heading to Chicago. This team doesn't score on the road.
- 12:58Speaker 3: The Phillies are twenty seventh in Major League Baseball in
- 13:01Speaker 3: runs per game away from home. Aaron Nola is not
- 13:04Speaker 3: what he used to be. Cubs offense has started to
- 13:06Speaker 3: come alive. I cash a couple of unders in their
- 13:10Speaker 3: games against the Mets Saturday and Sunday, but that's because
- 13:12Speaker 3: the Mets were involved in The Mets can't score more
- 13:14Speaker 3: than two runs in a game. So I like the
- 13:16Speaker 3: Cubs tonight as I feel our short home favorites against
- 13:21Speaker 3: a bad Phillies team.
- 13:24Speaker 5: Joseph, I am going to take Seattle, and I think,
- 13:30Speaker 5: what is it? Emerson Hancock on the mound here tonight
- 13:32Speaker 5: against Gin four the Athletics.
- 13:35Speaker 2: Seattle as is at home.
- 13:37Speaker 5: The bats have finally started to come around, a big
- 13:40Speaker 5: advantage on the pitching and at a really good price too,
- 13:43Speaker 5: So I.
- 13:44Speaker 2: Got no problem. What are we looking at?
- 13:46Speaker 5: One thirty eight, one forty somewhere in that ball party.
- 13:49Speaker 5: I think that's a good number for the better team
- 13:51Speaker 5: right now in the Seattle Mariners at home.
- 13:55Speaker 2: There we go.
- 13:56Speaker 1: That's our parlay of the day, everybody. We got lots
- 13:58Speaker 1: of show still to come. Our predicted mark segment. We
- 14:01Speaker 1: got to take care of some business and we have
- 14:04Speaker 1: all three of the rundowns. Let's get to our predictive
- 14:09Speaker 1: market segment. Joe. We're gonna talk a little bit of
- 14:13Speaker 1: NBA and we'll end it with bitcoin. The microphone is yours?
- 14:16Speaker 5: Well, a couple of things here, I mean we let's
- 14:19Speaker 5: take a look now at the updated numbers for the
- 14:22Speaker 5: Eastern Conference Finals. Oh, I'm sorry, it's the NHL First Press.
- 14:26Speaker 5: I'll give this to you first press. Let's see what
- 14:30Speaker 5: we got here now, because obviously Tampa Bay, Oh that
- 14:34Speaker 5: came down a little bit here. It was Carolina and
- 14:36Speaker 5: Tampa Bay neck and neck. But Tampa loses an overtime
- 14:40Speaker 5: yesterday to Montreal, and now all of a sudden, we
- 14:43Speaker 5: got about a ten to twelve cent drop after that
- 14:46Speaker 5: first game. Carolina was about thirty two thirty three cents,
- 14:50Speaker 5: but so was Tampa. So what are we thinking? Any
- 14:54Speaker 5: minds change from what you've seen. You saw the Sabers
- 14:57Speaker 5: come back and win. Are we still thinking it's Carolina
- 15:00Speaker 5: is to lose at that price?
- 15:04Speaker 1: At that price, No, I at that price. I like
- 15:07Speaker 1: Montreal and eleven percent. I think this team showed a
- 15:10Speaker 1: ton of moxie. Look, they were up, they were down,
- 15:13Speaker 1: they came back and won. They then won it in overtime.
- 15:17Speaker 1: This team is gonna be feeling good about themselves. I
- 15:21Speaker 1: don't believe in this Tapa Bay Lightning team, and I
- 15:26Speaker 1: don't believe in this Carolina Hurricanes team. Why should we
- 15:29Speaker 1: believe in this Carolina Hurricanes team? They do this every year,
- 15:33Speaker 1: it's the same thing. Can they get through Ottawa?
- 15:36Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 15:36Speaker 1: Sure maybe. I mean I think Ottawa's gonna give them
- 15:39Speaker 1: a game tonight. And look, I'm not sitting here saying
- 15:44Speaker 1: Tampa Bay can't win. But I mean Montreal now is
- 15:48Speaker 1: nine percent, Like they just drop two since I started speaking. Yeah,
- 15:54Speaker 1: Montreal is the team here, guys, and their goaltending looked
- 15:57Speaker 1: really relaxed last night as well. DoBeS grades whatever are
- 16:05Speaker 1: we pronounced his name? Yeah, I mean looking at that there,
- 16:09Speaker 1: Montreal nine percent feels like the bet.
- 16:12Speaker 5: And you've got a situation where again, you don't necessarily
- 16:15Speaker 5: need them.
- 16:16Speaker 2: You don't need them to win anything.
- 16:17Speaker 5: You just need them to win a series or pull
- 16:20Speaker 5: off the upset against a Tampa team and boil boys
- 16:23Speaker 5: that that nine to ten cents is going to look
- 16:26Speaker 5: really interesting as they as they move along here. Buffalo
- 16:30Speaker 5: another good win as well. Well, we had an upset
- 16:32Speaker 5: VP in the in the NBA as well, let's not
- 16:36Speaker 5: let's not forget that. And it took place in the East.
- 16:40Speaker 5: So the Eastern Conference Finals matchup prices have changed a
- 16:44Speaker 5: little bit. Those that thought Boston probably not much has
- 16:49Speaker 5: changed your mind there, but Detroit and Boston took a
- 16:53Speaker 5: nose dive. If you thought the number one seed was
- 16:56Speaker 5: coming down, Cleveland getting a little bit of love here
- 17:00Speaker 5: in the market as well, even New York. I mean,
- 17:02Speaker 5: look at that New York at Cleveland is now the
- 17:05Speaker 5: is now the second price there.
- 17:07Speaker 2: What do you think in there BP.
- 17:10Speaker 3: Yeah, it's very interesting that it's Cleveland involved in the
- 17:14Speaker 3: top two matchups there on the board. Look, I was
- 17:17Speaker 3: on the show last week and I said it was
- 17:18Speaker 3: gonna be Cleveland of Boston in the Eastern Conference Final.
- 17:21Speaker 3: I'll be honest with you, I kind of feel even
- 17:24Speaker 3: stronger about that. Now, I wish I could make a
- 17:26Speaker 3: case and we could buy low on one of these
- 17:28Speaker 3: other matchups. But I to be honest, after what happened
- 17:32Speaker 3: yesterday in the Motor City, by the.
- 17:33Speaker 4: Way I had Orlando didn't even need the points, so
- 17:36Speaker 4: that was great.
- 17:37Speaker 3: It only confirmed my belief that the Pistons are suspect
- 17:40Speaker 3: is a top seed. And I mean, if Orlando was
- 17:42Speaker 3: to shock the world and beat Detroit in the first round,
- 17:45Speaker 3: the Calves that have home court over, I don't know.
- 17:48Speaker 4: I love where the Calves are sitting.
- 17:50Speaker 3: Maybe Cleveland, New York is the value on this board then,
- 17:54Speaker 3: But to be truth be told, if it's New York
- 17:57Speaker 3: and Boston, like we all think in the second round,
- 18:00Speaker 3: I don't feel great about New York's chances in that series.
- 18:03Speaker 3: I wish I could say something like, oh my god,
- 18:07Speaker 3: look at this value that this matchups. Bek undervalued Boston
- 18:10Speaker 3: and Cleveland. It's what I thought coming in, and it's
- 18:12Speaker 3: what you know. It's I think it's right price that.
- 18:15Speaker 5: And you can see in thirty seven percent increase from
- 18:18Speaker 5: the from the before those games were played.
- 18:21Speaker 2: There. My question is.
- 18:22Speaker 5: Now is now the time to buy low on Detroit
- 18:26Speaker 5: because it is still the number one and number two.
- 18:27Speaker 5: I mean, if are we discounting Detroit because we think
- 18:31Speaker 5: they can't get past Orlando because.
- 18:33Speaker 2: We already know they can own the Knicks? So what
- 18:36Speaker 2: am I missing here?
- 18:38Speaker 4: Do we think the Detroit Boston price?
- 18:40Speaker 2: You know?
- 18:41Speaker 3: I mean obviously, if Detroit advances over Orlando, you would
- 18:44Speaker 3: think seventeen percent goes. So I guess you know what, Joe,
- 18:47Speaker 3: Detroit Boston. I guess if you're looking to buy low
- 18:50Speaker 3: on something on the board that we're looking at, I
- 18:52Speaker 3: guess it would be Detroit.
- 18:53Speaker 5: Because what happens with Detroit wins game number two, Now
- 18:56Speaker 5: we ain't getting it at this price. It's gonna go
- 18:59Speaker 5: right back up through the wolf.
- 19:00Speaker 2: So you know that?
- 19:01Speaker 5: To me is the question is that can we I
- 19:03Speaker 5: still think Detroit is going to figure it out and
- 19:07Speaker 5: they'll beat Orlando. And I still think once they get
- 19:09Speaker 5: it going in the right direction.
- 19:11Speaker 2: Buy and low on them.
- 19:12Speaker 5: And to me, press this is some first first game
- 19:16Speaker 5: losses have opened up the value across the board in
- 19:19Speaker 5: the NBA and the NHL.
- 19:22Speaker 1: Well, and I agree, and I think it's reflective. I mean,
- 19:25Speaker 1: Detroit is minus nine and a half against Orlando in
- 19:29Speaker 1: Game two. Yep, guys, Brian, I know we're gonna You're
- 19:33Speaker 1: gonna get out of here in a few minutes. But man,
- 19:36Speaker 1: when was the last time you saw a seventeen and
- 19:39Speaker 1: a half in a playoff game?
- 19:42Speaker 3: It's been a while in the and he is referred
- 19:45Speaker 3: to the NBA Game two Phoenix. Who I h, I
- 19:49Speaker 3: don't think you know, if Joe, you probably can't remember
- 19:52Speaker 3: low enough on the board for me to entertain taking
- 19:55Speaker 3: Phoenix against you know, to advance against Oklahoma City.
- 19:59Speaker 4: We shall see this.
- 20:00Speaker 3: This is a litmus test because seventeen and a half
- 20:02Speaker 3: a yeah, playoff points spread is and.
- 20:06Speaker 5: We're not talking a two forty total. You're talking two
- 20:10Speaker 5: hundred and thirteen and a half, two hundred and fourteen
- 20:13Speaker 5: points while laying seventeen seventeen and a half.
- 20:17Speaker 2: It's just absurd, absolutely absurd. And by the way, they
- 20:22Speaker 2: have not been good at all laying these numbers this year.
- 20:25Speaker 5: Okay, see, so this is again overreaction, recency bias. What
- 20:30Speaker 5: have you done for me lately? But you know that
- 20:32Speaker 5: is not the norm for this team all year old.
- 20:36Speaker 1: Well, we are seeing money pouring in on Phoenix right now.
- 20:39Speaker 1: I mean the line was minus nineteen and a half,
- 20:42Speaker 1: and although I've mentioned seventeen and a half, there's also
- 20:45Speaker 1: sixteen and a half.
- 20:47Speaker 2: It's gonna keep going that.
- 20:48Speaker 1: Yeah, that is a that is a three point swing already.
- 20:52Speaker 2: Yep, yeah, right, game one close?
- 20:56Speaker 4: What fourteen and a half I'm doing?
- 20:58Speaker 5: Yeah, I think it moved to a thirteen and a
- 20:59Speaker 5: half four James, Yep, yeah, yeah.
- 21:02Speaker 1: Okay, what else predictive wise? Bitcoin? Bitcoin now at seventy
- 21:10Speaker 1: five sticks. Yeah, I think we're gonna go with the
- 21:13Speaker 1: over seventy five to five, So that's a yes to
- 21:17Speaker 1: the fifty three cents. We already had a drop in
- 21:21Speaker 1: the last few hours. It was down to seventy four
- 21:24Speaker 1: to eight. I do think we're going to see a
- 21:26Speaker 1: slight uptick, but again, in keeping with what I've been
- 21:30Speaker 1: saying all along, I do not expect a lot of
- 21:33Speaker 1: movement in bitcoin for the next few months. And I
- 21:37Speaker 1: do want to say again that I think bitcoin has
- 21:41Speaker 1: showed ourselves an impressive number over the last month, especially
- 21:47Speaker 1: in the month of March. If you go back to
- 21:49Speaker 1: twenty seventeen, you go back to twenty twenty one, you
- 21:53Speaker 1: go back to the four having moments that have happened
- 21:57Speaker 1: in the past where we had a massive December. All
- 22:01Speaker 1: four of them were followed for with a destruction in March.
- 22:06Speaker 1: We got up to seventeen thousand and two twenty one
- 22:09Speaker 1: thousand in two thousand and seventeen. By March it was
- 22:13Speaker 1: down to three K. Then we got to seventy thousand
- 22:19Speaker 1: the next having and that dropped all the way down
- 22:22Speaker 1: to sixteen K. We got to one hundred and twenty
- 22:27Speaker 1: six thousand in the recent uptick. I think we have
- 22:33Speaker 1: bottomed out in the mid sixties. From a percentage perspective,
- 22:38Speaker 1: that is a hal of a lot better than the
- 22:42Speaker 1: two prior drops. I think this is a great sign
- 22:45Speaker 1: for bitcoin moving forward. I think it's consolidating, getting rid
- 22:49Speaker 1: of all the sell options. I think bitcoin is gonna
- 22:53Speaker 1: go on a run, just not yet. I think we are.
- 22:56Speaker 1: I think it's gonna happen somewhere in August, late August.
- 23:01Speaker 2: So are you going over seventy five five or.
- 23:04Speaker 1: Over seventy five five of the day for the day?
- 23:07Speaker 5: All right, five o'clock today, five o'clock today? Over seventy
- 23:10Speaker 5: five to five, which is just a bob where it
- 23:13Speaker 5: went well, actually just below what.
- 23:15Speaker 2: It is right now at seventy five six. So there
- 23:17Speaker 2: you go.
- 23:17Speaker 5: All right, you're gonna keep rolling by five o'clock Eastern
- 23:21Speaker 5: time at fifth just about even money right now at
- 23:23Speaker 5: seventy five five at Bitcoin at five o'clock and there
- 23:27Speaker 5: you got a press.
- 23:28Speaker 2: All good to.
- 23:29Speaker 1: Go, Brian Power. What do you got to promote?
- 23:33Speaker 4: Yeah, hopefully I stay rolling as well.
- 23:35Speaker 3: I mentioned earlier guys, ten two and one the last
- 23:38Speaker 3: three days overall six zho to one. In MLB, we're
- 23:41Speaker 3: ninety percent as with MLB totals in the month of
- 23:45Speaker 3: April nine one and one, also eighty percent with all
- 23:49Speaker 3: soccer in the month of April eighty two on an
- 23:52Speaker 3: eighteen to nine best bet run. In the NBA as well,
- 23:55Speaker 3: I've got two best bets or Monday, one in Major
- 23:58Speaker 3: League Baseball is a total, and then one in the
- 24:02Speaker 3: NBA playoffs as well. I'll leave you guys. It was
- 24:05Speaker 3: just a few more stats from the NBA playoffs. We
- 24:07Speaker 3: all know home favorites went six and one straight up
- 24:10Speaker 3: and against the number in game one. In games game ones,
- 24:15Speaker 3: if you will, Detroit being the lone loser. The only
- 24:18Speaker 3: game that went over the total, the only game one
- 24:20Speaker 3: that went over the total was that Cleveland Toronto matchup.
- 24:24Speaker 3: So check me out WT Buzz slash VP. Two best
- 24:28Speaker 3: bets for Monday as we look to stay hops.
- 24:31Speaker 2: Oh there you go. Thank you, Brian.
- 24:33Speaker 1: We'll see you next Monday. Brian power everyone. You can
- 24:35Speaker 1: hear them every day on the Morning Wager with Mark Zeno.
- 24:38Speaker 1: That's up on our channel, wager Talk TV. Quarter of
- 24:41Speaker 1: a million followers there, one of the biggest sports betting
- 24:44Speaker 1: channels on the planet. Check it out, Joe. We got
- 24:47Speaker 1: to take care of some business and then we're gonna
- 24:49Speaker 1: do all three of the rundowns. Huge shout out to
- 24:53Speaker 1: all the people who bought I we sent play in
- 24:55Speaker 1: the NBA last week at cash We're going again tonight.
- 25:00Speaker 1: I got a five percent NHL playoff tonight. These plays
- 25:03Speaker 1: are so rare. They are not money grabs. There's a
- 25:06Speaker 1: ton of integrity behind these plays. Ninety percent of my
- 25:10Speaker 1: bets are two percent and three percent bets. I so
- 25:13Speaker 1: rarely have these five percent plays. This is as strong
- 25:17Speaker 1: a bet as it gets for me. Please make sure
- 25:21Speaker 1: to head over to Wager five percent NHL play tonight.
- 25:25Speaker 1: But don't sleep on my baseball or my NBA. And
- 25:28Speaker 1: the reason for that is simple. My NBA five and
- 25:32Speaker 1: one in the playoffs to start over sixty three percent
- 25:36Speaker 1: in NBA playoff betting over the last three years. I
- 25:40Speaker 1: have not had a losing NBA season in five straight.
- 25:44Speaker 1: I'm seeing it great. I got an NBA total bet
- 25:47Speaker 1: up tonight. I also have a baseball total and are
- 25:50Speaker 1: you ready for this, I'm eight and one in baseball
- 25:55Speaker 1: totals on the season. So I got a big three
- 25:58Speaker 1: pack going for my club tonight. Head over to wager talk.
- 26:02Speaker 1: Get that, Joe, what do you got going?
- 26:05Speaker 4: My brother?
- 26:06Speaker 2: Nice press?
- 26:07Speaker 5: All right, Yeah, well we've got coming off it on
- 26:10Speaker 5: five percent win last night to the NBA. Following up,
- 26:12Speaker 5: I got a four percent tonight in the association on
- 26:16Speaker 5: one of these games. I also have two Major League
- 26:20Speaker 5: Baseball games that well just do good to pass up
- 26:24Speaker 5: here at this point, but I would hurry up though,
- 26:27Speaker 5: as both of these games likely not staying at the
- 26:31Speaker 5: numbers that they currently are. So check that out over
- 26:35Speaker 5: at wager talk dot com.
- 26:38Speaker 2: And let's keep it rolling here, Prez.
- 26:40Speaker 1: Yeah, brother, let's do the three rundowns you got baseball,
- 26:44Speaker 1: just out of curiosity before you get into it. I
- 26:48Speaker 1: like the Jays tonight, Joe. I feel like they are
- 26:52Speaker 1: coming off of such a horrible two week period. They
- 26:57Speaker 1: had a great batting performance last Gousman played exceptional, they
- 27:02Speaker 1: got ceased going tonight. It's like minus one twenty against
- 27:06Speaker 1: a team that just can't get out of its own
- 27:08Speaker 1: way and the Angels. So I just wanted to throw
- 27:11Speaker 1: that out there as sort of like a baseball best bet,
- 27:13Speaker 1: if you will. I really like the Jayson tonight.
- 27:16Speaker 5: Like it all right, So let's go that direction. So
- 27:19Speaker 5: we're gonna start by back in the Angels, not only kidding,
- 27:22Speaker 5: We're gonna start with Houston here tonight first and foremost,
- 27:26Speaker 5: who can't get out of their own way here after
- 27:29Speaker 5: losing again yesterday in extra innings to the Cardinals in
- 27:34Speaker 5: epic fashion, not good right now here for the Houston Astros.
- 27:40Speaker 5: Now they got to take on Chaconi, Slade Canconi and
- 27:44Speaker 5: the Guardians, and we've already seen the total opened up
- 27:46Speaker 5: at eight eight and a half.
- 27:47Speaker 2: We've already seen that drop down here.
- 27:50Speaker 5: Arrogetti's the better pitcher, but the Astros are you can't
- 27:53Speaker 5: trust them right now here.
- 27:55Speaker 2: Just because you have to.
- 27:56Speaker 5: Win doesn't mean you're gonna win. But if I'm looking
- 27:59Speaker 5: at him. I'm looking at him in the first five
- 28:02Speaker 5: more than anything else. Rhet Louder going for the Reds
- 28:06Speaker 5: here today, who keep finding ways to win one run games,
- 28:11Speaker 5: and they did it again yesterday. Only they were able
- 28:14Speaker 5: to pull away an extra innings against the Minnesota Twins,
- 28:17Speaker 5: but they took a four to three lead in the
- 28:19Speaker 5: top of the nine. Two days in a row went
- 28:22Speaker 5: the extras yesterday. At some point, that's coming back down
- 28:26Speaker 5: in reality, and I think against the Rays that might
- 28:28Speaker 5: be a good look. Michael McGreevy of the Cardinals taking
- 28:32Speaker 5: on the Marlins. Michael McGreevy with his two point five
- 28:35Speaker 5: to one the e Yeah, but he's got an XCRA
- 28:39Speaker 5: of nearly seven, which means, yeah, he's a gas can
- 28:43Speaker 5: waiting to get lit up here. Likely happens here today.
- 28:46Speaker 5: You also have the Nats taking on Bryce Elder and
- 28:48Speaker 5: the Braves. I like the Braves to get that one done.
- 28:52Speaker 5: I do like the Cubs to win that opening game
- 28:55Speaker 5: against Philadelphia, that's for sure. I also like Kansas City,
- 29:00Speaker 5: I call him here a little home cooking to be
- 29:01Speaker 5: able to get it done against Baltimore. Seth Lugo is
- 29:05Speaker 5: on the mound for that one. Dylan cec here a
- 29:08Speaker 5: depress tell you, Dylan Cees dett Miss has been good.
- 29:11Speaker 5: But I like the pitching matchup and I like the
- 29:13Speaker 5: under as well. So I'll take Toronto with the pres
- 29:16Speaker 5: already told you Seattle is the way I'm looking, and
- 29:20Speaker 5: that is do a prez. That's all we got here
- 29:22Speaker 5: for today in Major League Baseball.
- 29:24Speaker 1: Joseph, let's get to our NHL rundown and let's start.
- 29:29Speaker 1: You know, the rotation order is quite weird tonight. The
- 29:32Speaker 1: first game up is Anaheim Edmonton. That's rotation number forty
- 29:37Speaker 1: one and forty two. Yet it is the last game
- 29:39Speaker 1: on the board. But that's where we start. And I
- 29:42Speaker 1: love the over in this game, Joe six and a half. Now,
- 29:45Speaker 1: I normally don't bet over six and a half in
- 29:48Speaker 1: games here, but you know, Edmonton could put up four,
- 29:51Speaker 1: and this Anaheim team, one thing we know about them
- 29:54Speaker 1: is they can score four or five goals a game
- 29:57Speaker 1: and they struggle defensively. I think this is a low number.
- 30:01Speaker 1: I think this game goes to seven, maybe nine, you know,
- 30:05Speaker 1: five point four, six three type of game. I think
- 30:08Speaker 1: we're gonna see a high scoring game in Anaheim and Edmonton. Conversely,
- 30:12Speaker 1: I like the under in the Pittsburgh Philadelphia game if
- 30:15Speaker 1: you can get a six. Look these two teams played
- 30:18Speaker 1: to the under last game three to two, but it
- 30:21Speaker 1: was really it was like two nothing midway through the
- 30:24Speaker 1: third This game, I was a crawl. Pittsburgh really struggled
- 30:28Speaker 1: to get any shots on net. I think this game
- 30:31Speaker 1: plays to the under, and I think the Ottawa Carolina
- 30:34Speaker 1: game plays to the under as well. Joe two nothing
- 30:39Speaker 1: for Carolina last game. Now. The only reason I'm not
- 30:42Speaker 1: gonna bet large on the under in the Carolina Ottawa
- 30:45Speaker 1: game is they were oh for nine oh and nine
- 30:49Speaker 1: on the powerplay both teams combined. Although I expect less
- 30:52Speaker 1: than nine power plays, I do expect one or two
- 30:55Speaker 1: powerplay goals tonight. I think the exact score of this
- 30:59Speaker 1: game will be three. Read it too. I like the
- 31:02Speaker 1: under and Minnesota Dallas. It's Dallas tonight or Dallas eight
- 31:07Speaker 1: winning this series. It's a short rice at minus one
- 31:11Speaker 1: thirty five. I have to back the stars here. This
- 31:17Speaker 1: is a veteran team. They got too much riding on
- 31:20Speaker 1: this game. If they don't get it done tonight, they're
- 31:23Speaker 1: not gonna get it done at all. Take the Stars
- 31:26Speaker 1: minus one thirty five. What do you like the NBA brother.
- 31:29Speaker 5: Our good stuff there, Prez, All right, NBA, let's just
- 31:33Speaker 5: look at a couple of games here, Toronto and Cleveland.
- 31:36Speaker 5: The prevailing thought is, well, they just dropped all of
- 31:40Speaker 5: these points in game one, so of course it's gonna
- 31:44Speaker 5: go over. This is where the playoffs become tricky, and
- 31:48Speaker 5: this is where going contrarian is.
- 31:50Speaker 2: Not a bad way to look.
- 31:52Speaker 5: I don't think you're gonna have the same game plan
- 31:54Speaker 5: you heard BP earlier talk about all of those penalties
- 31:58Speaker 5: or whistles rather than free throws.
- 32:00Speaker 2: I don't think that happens.
- 32:02Speaker 5: I don't think either team is gonna shoot lights out
- 32:05Speaker 5: like they did in this one. The Cleveland Cavaliers did
- 32:09Speaker 5: a great job of slowing Toronto down. I think they're
- 32:12Speaker 5: gonna do a good job of that again here tonight.
- 32:15Speaker 5: I don't think the pace is gonna be the same.
- 32:17Speaker 5: I don't think the offensive efficiency is gonna be the same. Yeah,
- 32:21Speaker 5: I think the under is maybe a better way to
- 32:23Speaker 5: look here with Toronto and Cleveland.
- 32:25Speaker 2: Tonight.
- 32:26Speaker 5: We talked about Atlanta and New York, but we are
- 32:29Speaker 5: starting to see again a lot of New York love
- 32:31Speaker 5: of up to six six and a half in some spots.
- 32:34Speaker 5: I would not be shocked if this starts to go
- 32:38Speaker 5: to the other way. The reality is outside of that
- 32:41Speaker 5: third quarter, not a lot separating these two teams here.
- 32:45Speaker 5: I think this game is closer than many people think
- 32:48Speaker 5: it is, and certainly in a market seems to think
- 32:50Speaker 5: that New York is just gonna be able to separate.
- 32:53Speaker 5: I don't think so. There in Minnesota Denver tonight, I
- 32:57Speaker 5: would only look at the over at two thirty two,
- 33:00Speaker 5: two thirty one and a half. Now, nothing about these
- 33:03Speaker 5: two defenses screams, oh boy.
- 33:05Speaker 2: They're just gonna shut it down.
- 33:07Speaker 5: No, Minnesota had every opportunity to steal one in Denver
- 33:11Speaker 5: in game one.
- 33:12Speaker 2: Their back is gonna be against the wall. Here.
- 33:14Speaker 5: Would not shock me if both of these offenses continue
- 33:18Speaker 5: to roll, shoot a little bit better from three, and
- 33:21Speaker 5: this thing goes lying over the total. You don't see
- 33:25Speaker 5: these kinds of prices very often in the playoffs, but
- 33:28Speaker 5: with these two teams and a lack of defense, wouldn't
- 33:31Speaker 5: shock me if.
- 33:32Speaker 2: We get an over in that one. There pres there
- 33:34Speaker 2: we go, Joe, what.
- 33:35Speaker 1: A great show, awesome night tonight. NBA and NHL playoffs.
- 33:41Speaker 1: Baseball is in ull swing. Let's get to it. We'll
- 33:44Speaker 1: see you all tomorrow. Art the Caesar will be with us.
- 33:47Speaker 1: We'll have our mailbag section going tomorrow. To make sure
- 33:50Speaker 1: to comment tonight. Thanks everybody, Thanks for watching. Lots of Love.
- 33:55Speaker 1: Let's get to it.
