- 2:19[SPEAKER_02]: How's about the trip?
- 2:20[SPEAKER_02]: What's it going to be this week?
- 2:21[SPEAKER_03]: Man yeah, a lot of people don't know if you know this to the show.
- 2:23[SPEAKER_03]: I spent every summer of my youth in Atlanta.
- 2:26[SPEAKER_03]: My dad had season tickets to the brave since his youngest I could remember.
- 2:30[SPEAKER_03]: I love Atlanta.
- 2:31[SPEAKER_03]: It is one of my favorite places in the country.
- 2:33[SPEAKER_03]: So this is a very special trip to us.
- 2:35[SPEAKER_03]: I fly out Friday, get to see some family, get to see some friends.

- 2:50[SPEAKER_03]: We rented out the entire lot Larry.
- 2:52[SPEAKER_03]: We just said we don't want to do the parking lot thing.
- 2:55[SPEAKER_03]: We want to rent out the lot.
- 2:56[SPEAKER_03]: We want to control the lot.
- 2:58[SPEAKER_03]: It's going to be a pretty big party.
- 3:00[SPEAKER_03]: So, um, if you want to come out, go to 49ers rushrochip.com.
- 3:03[SPEAKER_03]: You'll see the map, the times, the addresses, everything you need to know.
- 3:07[SPEAKER_03]: Kids are free to every event that
- 3:10[SPEAKER_03]: come have fun, went some stuff, meet a lot of people, have some great food beverages.
- 3:16[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, I'm so excited about this trip.
- 3:18[SPEAKER_03]: And this one was circled for me, and I'm pretty pumped about it, man.
- 3:21[SPEAKER_02]: Well, you know, I can't really decide how I feel about this game.
- 3:24[SPEAKER_02]: On one hand, a couple weeks ago at Atlanta looked like they were absolutely rolling with weapons, and good, you know, underrated defense, and good offensive line.
- 3:34[SPEAKER_02]: And they just looked like they were really rocking and rolling and ready to
- 3:38[SPEAKER_02]: take off and be a major contender and then the last few weeks, you know, I have watched Atlanta.
- 3:46[SPEAKER_02]: I bet on the bears to beat Atlanta this week.
- 3:49[SPEAKER_02]: So I watched that game and teams are attacking
- 4:01[SPEAKER_02]: And since that point, teams are like, you know what, we're just going to dial up the blitz on pennies.
- 4:06[SPEAKER_02]: And he's terrible.
- 4:07[SPEAKER_02]: He's got, he's been sack nine times, one under pressure that you're taking nine sacks.
- 4:11[SPEAKER_02]: He's got a 46.7, teams are blitzing in 46.7% percentage of the time.
- 4:18[SPEAKER_02]: That's the second highest blitz rate in football.
- 4:21[SPEAKER_02]: And when it's under pressure, he's got the 7th worst EPA per drop back and the 2nd worst completion percentage.
- 4:27[SPEAKER_02]: Now he's got some broken ribs or sore ribs, bears just sack him five times.
- 4:32[SPEAKER_02]: I'm expecting Reheem to come after panics in a big bad way, whether poses there or not.
- 4:40[SPEAKER_02]: And I think that's what I expect Monday nights or Sunday morning, I should say.
- 4:47[SPEAKER_02]: What do you think?
- 4:47[SPEAKER_02]: How do you part of me is like fearful of this matchup?
- 4:50[SPEAKER_02]: But now I kind of look at them with the Niners are heating up quarterbacks.
- 4:54[SPEAKER_02]: We were mellows playing the way McCell's playing the inside duo of Haltnott and Odigy Zua.
- 5:00[SPEAKER_02]: Niners are coming at you and drove.
- 5:02[SPEAKER_02]: They had 24 pressures last week against Jaden Daniels.
- 5:05[SPEAKER_02]: I think they're going to pressure and hit and sack Michael Panics.
- 5:09[SPEAKER_02]: I think the 49ers defensive lines are going to get a set the tone on Sunday.
- 5:13[SPEAKER_02]: I really do.
- 5:14[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, this is Lana team's interesting because they're red hot or they're ice cold.
- 5:20[SPEAKER_03]: There's no in between and they'll even do that in the games.
- 5:23[SPEAKER_03]: Like we saw the 40 arts fans saw a little bit of that with the Niners, you know, in the Monday football game where first half it seemed like the score was going to finish 40 to three and then you come out and man it comes down to the last play of the game, you know, gets kind of close every single game is like that for Atlanta.
- 5:39[SPEAKER_03]: The problem is sometimes they don't snap out of it.
- 5:42[SPEAKER_03]: And so if they're on and if they're hitting on all cylinders, they are dangerous.
- 5:47[SPEAKER_03]: They can beat literally anybody in the NFL when they are on.
- 5:51[SPEAKER_03]: They're just not consistent when they're running the ball.
- 5:54[SPEAKER_03]: Well, they can beat anybody and they're run defense in the rush offense.
- 5:58[SPEAKER_03]: I would argue B. John Robinson's the best running back in football currently.
- 6:02[SPEAKER_03]: Gibbs would probably be my number two where you put CMC's probably that three four territory at this point, but still highly effective.
- 6:08[SPEAKER_03]: But B. John.
- 6:11[SPEAKER_03]: That dude looks like killsayers at his prime right now.
- 6:13[SPEAKER_03]: Like, and I know that's sacrilege.
- 6:15[SPEAKER_03]: I get it and I'm a long horn.
- 6:17[SPEAKER_03]: I'm biased.
- 6:18[SPEAKER_03]: That guy is putting up some tape that is just what the hell.
- 6:22[SPEAKER_03]: Every single play and Brian Robinson Jr. who the 40 hours had last year.
- 6:26[SPEAKER_03]: He's playing very well with that physical style change up.
- 6:30[SPEAKER_03]: Coming in for B. John.
- 6:32[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
- 6:33[SPEAKER_03]: Like, what are your thoughts, Larry?
- 6:34[SPEAKER_03]: Is B. John the best in the game?
- 6:37[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, it's a huge challenge.
- 6:39[SPEAKER_02]: It's an absolutely massive challenge.
- 6:42[SPEAKER_02]: I think he's on top of his game.
- 6:44[SPEAKER_02]: I think this is the best I've seen him.
- 6:47[SPEAKER_02]: I think it's a really underrated football team.
- 6:49[SPEAKER_02]: I really do.
- 6:50[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, look at what they have.
- 6:51[SPEAKER_02]: They got panics who's got a laser left arm.
- 6:54[SPEAKER_02]: You got B-john and Brian Robinson split into carries.
- 6:57[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, obviously B-john's the top dog.
- 7:00[SPEAKER_02]: Now they're starting to get pits involved at tight end.
- 7:03[SPEAKER_02]: He's a blue chipper.
- 7:05[SPEAKER_02]: And, you know, they're offensive line is decent.
- 7:09[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know if it's great.
- 7:10[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I'm Lindstrom and it's a very good right guard.
- 7:15[SPEAKER_02]: You know, Jake Matthews, the left tackles been around for a long time.
- 7:18[SPEAKER_02]: First round pick way back when 2014 he's a stalwart.
- 7:22[SPEAKER_02]: And then you've got some pretty underrated receivers.
- 7:25[SPEAKER_02]: Jehan Dodson's a really good route runner.
- 7:27[SPEAKER_02]: And you got Drake London who's almost like a basketball player who post up in the red zone.
- 7:32[SPEAKER_02]: And then you got Zachariah Branch from Georgia who's a, you know, kind of a, he's going to do all the gadget stuff and he's really explosive.
- 7:41[SPEAKER_02]: So I mean, they're they provide and then the carpet in Atlanta is fast.
- 7:45[SPEAKER_02]: So you got really good weapons on a fast carpet.
- 7:48[SPEAKER_02]: And then defensively, you know, I think they're really underrated.
- 7:51[SPEAKER_02]: It's a three four defense, they brought in Mason Smith and that trade for Rooka Roro, they brought in Gert Gervon Dexter from the Bears and he's played really well.
- 8:01[SPEAKER_03]: He's played really he jumps off the tape.
- 8:04[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so you got dexter and branded doorless and mason smiths.
- 8:09[SPEAKER_02]: You got three big bodies out there, you know, they're front three of their three four Cam Thomas and the ex-Niner Samson have become off the edges and then Kendall Daniels and Diablo divine Diablo now and they also have Harold Perkins the rookie That was your guy you are so I love Harold Perkins and Harold Perkins has been great by the way.
- 8:28[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, he's been really good
- 8:30[SPEAKER_02]: The bad break for them is they lost Kendall Daniels.
- 8:34[SPEAKER_02]: He went out with an injury last week and it looks serious So I think he's out.
- 8:39[SPEAKER_02]: I Kendall Daniels, so we'll see a lot.
- 8:41[SPEAKER_02]: Sure if he what he's listed as but he he I'd be shocked if he plays in this game and then they got a really good secondary Xavier Watts the former Notre Dame stars the free safety Jesse Bates is as good as strong safety as there is
- 8:55[SPEAKER_02]: and Billy Bowman's the nickel back from Oklahoma that's got you know it's a pretty good defense that's kind of an underrated defense so I think this is a test I mean short week one last day of rest flying across country morning window falcons team kind of looking their wounds from the way things have gone the last couple weeks trying to set trying to get right Colton McKinvitt told me hey man from here on out we're gonna get everybody's A game so I think
- 9:25[SPEAKER_02]: If they're not on their game, they're going to lose this game to the Falcon.
- 9:28[SPEAKER_02]: So there's no doubt in my mind.
- 9:29[SPEAKER_02]: This is definitely one of those games that's loosable, but I like the Niners to win because of the defensive line and the pressure that they'll put on penex and like that's a thing.
- 9:41[SPEAKER_03]: If you can stop the run and force penex to beat you with his arm, which he's more athletic than a lot of people give him credit for it, but he's banged up.
- 9:50[SPEAKER_03]: But if he gets a clean pocket, he throws one of the prettiest looking footballs in the NFL.
- 9:55[SPEAKER_03]: It's lefty, so it's a little weird, but that's a tight spiral that you talked about his arm.
- 10:00[SPEAKER_03]: It's incredible.
- 10:01[SPEAKER_03]: And they have like the newest edition of Mike Evans again, kind of stretching it just a little bit here, but like Drake London,
- 10:09[SPEAKER_03]: he's a top five wide receiver in the NFL and he ain't fifth like that dude can make some some money in this league and you're coming off of a game where up in Stout got benched Bernard or Greenhead is worst game of the year.
- 10:23[SPEAKER_03]: Demo was consistent, but there's some issues.
- 10:26[SPEAKER_03]: And so it's it's not as cut and tried the 49 should win this game.
- 10:30[SPEAKER_03]: They're the better team.
- 10:30[SPEAKER_03]: They're the better coach team.
- 10:32[SPEAKER_03]: And, you know, we pick up coaching.
- 10:34[SPEAKER_03]: Jeff Albrick is their DC longtime.
- 10:36[SPEAKER_03]: Niners and they just fired Rahim Morris, who is now the 49ers DC.
- 10:40[SPEAKER_03]: So there's a lot of carry over Kyle was there for a while.
- 10:44[SPEAKER_03]: Like, there's a lot here, the 49ers have a buy week coming up, Larry.
- 10:49[SPEAKER_03]: don't want to look forward to that too much, but you know, with this older offensive roster, you kind of have the mindset guys, we got to get over this hump.
- 10:57[SPEAKER_03]: Let's go into the by week healthy.
- 10:58[SPEAKER_03]: Let's go in the by week with the win, going to the by week seven and oh, oh my gosh, imagine thinking that before the season started like what they have accomplished so far, Larry is incredible feat in and of itself.
- 11:13[SPEAKER_03]: can they build on that to seven to no against an inferior team on the road on a short week.
- 11:20[SPEAKER_03]: There's a lot of obstacles there.
- 11:22[SPEAKER_03]: We'll see if they're ready for it.
- 11:23[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, no question.
- 11:26[SPEAKER_02]: Couple news and notes.
- 11:27[SPEAKER_02]: We should, you know, we always try to keep nine or fans up to date on everything that's going on.
- 11:33[SPEAKER_02]: Niners today signed Nikwan Jones back to the practice squad in order to make room for him.
- 11:38[SPEAKER_02]: They released Eugene asante.
- 11:40[SPEAKER_02]: They're trying to create a roster spot for trade green wall because he's coming back.
- 11:44[SPEAKER_02]: I'm hoping asante at some point gets resigned.
- 11:46[SPEAKER_02]: He's a he's a he's a friend of mine and I'd love to see him back.
- 11:50[SPEAKER_02]: Um, but that's life of, you know, the guy at the end of, you know, at the end of the practice squad, you know, you're going to, you're going to kind of churn over your roster, but like they cut Naquan Jones last week, and I'm sure they put them up at some height in Santa Clara for a few nights.
- 12:03[SPEAKER_02]: And now they bring him back, and maybe a Sante, we brought brought back as well.
- 12:08[SPEAKER_02]: Also, the injury situation today for the 49ers,
- 12:13[SPEAKER_02]: Bosa did not practice.
- 12:16[SPEAKER_02]: Mike Evans did not practice.
- 12:18[SPEAKER_02]: Luke Gifford did not practice.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_02]: Saranneal, Dibosamual, Marquis Eagle, Upton Stout, Garrett Wallo, Macau Williams, and Trent Williams all did not practice.
- 12:32[SPEAKER_02]: Just a rest day for Trent.
- 12:34[SPEAKER_02]: As far as limited, I mean,
- 12:42[SPEAKER_02]: Um, and then Jane Dugger and Ashton Davis were limited, so there you go.
- 12:48[SPEAKER_02]: And as far as the Falcons, you know, Billy Bowman did not, did not practice today.
- 12:54[SPEAKER_02]: He struggled to stay in healthy last year and this.
- 12:56[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, but when he's out there, he's good.
- 12:58[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, he's good to find Diablo, the former Raider linebacker with a four arm did not practice.
- 13:04[SPEAKER_02]: They had a bunch of guys that were limited, but those were the guys that didn't practice.
- 13:08[SPEAKER_02]: Um, so that's the that's kind of we I get get you all kind of situated with what's going on as far as the injuries and that's that's on that front.
- 13:18[SPEAKER_02]: but I wanted to we made the title of the stream about the trades because the trade deadlines coming up November 10th.
- 13:25[SPEAKER_02]: And today, it just seemed like there was a lot more stuff out there on the trade deadline.
- 13:30[SPEAKER_02]: A lot of talk about Chris Ballard moving on and what the culture going to do with their interim GM Dodds and Carly Ursa, you know, what are they going to move?
- 13:40[SPEAKER_02]: You know, the Quentin Nelson today gave a speech saying that, you know, he's thanking the fans of Indianapolis, like, like he knows that maybe he's going to be traded.
- 13:48[SPEAKER_02]: I talked to some people up in Seattle and they said that they think that the sea ox are going to try to get Quentin Nelson and Jonathan Taylor from Seattle are from Indianapolis.
- 14:00[SPEAKER_02]: That could change the trajectory of things if the sea ox made that kind of move.
- 14:05[SPEAKER_02]: So there's a lot of talk out there.
- 14:07[SPEAKER_02]: There's a lot of speculation out there.
- 14:10[SPEAKER_02]: I've got a couple of ideas that I think I heard today that I really like.
- 14:14[SPEAKER_02]: But what do you think, John?
- 14:15[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, the Niners need a wide receiver.
- 14:17[SPEAKER_02]: We haven't talked since since the game.
- 14:20[SPEAKER_02]: Evans heard the Achilles more.
- 14:24[SPEAKER_02]: He was allowed to kind of call his shots.
- 14:27[SPEAKER_02]: I hope they don't let him call his shots because he'll put himself back out there against Atlanta next week.
- 14:31[SPEAKER_02]: I don't I don't want to see Evans
- 14:34[SPEAKER_02]: If the Niners keep winning games, I don't want to see Evans.
- 14:37[SPEAKER_02]: I don't want to see Evans.
- 14:38[SPEAKER_02]: I know what Evans can do.
- 14:40[SPEAKER_02]: I want to see Evans in the Super Bowl.
- 14:42[SPEAKER_02]: I want to see Evans in the conference championship.
- 14:44[SPEAKER_02]: I want to see Evans in the divisional round.
- 14:46[SPEAKER_02]: I don't need to see Evans against the Raiders, or the commanders, or the Falcons.
- 14:52[SPEAKER_02]: But we saw him last week against the commanders.
- 14:55[SPEAKER_02]: I would not play him.
- 14:56[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, you know, he's gotten the killies and that's just a very serious thing.
- 15:01[SPEAKER_02]: And when it goes, it's over.
- 15:03[SPEAKER_02]: And it may be career ender at this age for him.
- 15:06[SPEAKER_02]: Probably not, but maybe.
- 15:10[SPEAKER_02]: What is the premier need?
- 15:12[SPEAKER_02]: You know, if you had asked me a week ago, I probably would have said it's the D-line.
- 15:17[SPEAKER_02]: But the defensive line got 24 pressures and four socks without Nick Bosa and you got Bosa and Samo and CJ West all coming back.
- 15:26[SPEAKER_02]: So is that is a defense of line?
- 15:30[SPEAKER_02]: The way up to the stout is playing right now.
- 15:33[SPEAKER_02]: You may want to consider a nickel corner I heard today that a latte tailor might get traded.
- 15:38[SPEAKER_02]: And he's a really good corner who's been playing outside, but not playing well.
- 15:43[SPEAKER_02]: And he's a great player in the slot.
- 15:45[SPEAKER_02]: You know, would you go for an latte tailor for a corner?
- 15:49[SPEAKER_02]: Do you look at receiver is the primary need?
- 15:51[SPEAKER_02]: Is it dn down the d line or is it detackle?
- 15:54[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I kind of started to think it was dn, but now you get both to come and back and you got Sam O coming back and, you know, I kind of like the idea of maybe using key on white as a defensive end and kind of a bigger defensive line, you know, front four.
- 16:09[SPEAKER_02]: So,
- 16:10[SPEAKER_02]: I've heard a bunch of rumors, we'll throw a few of them out today, but is there what's your thought on Evans situation and where wide receiver sits in their list of needs?
- 16:24[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, if you would've asked me before the season, I would've said defense of end and that if both of them did miss more time, that's the biggest drop off in talent at defense of end.
- 16:32[SPEAKER_03]: But when he more seems to as fixed that and you know, since week four, the second half
- 16:39[SPEAKER_03]: And he's a second half player.
- 16:41[SPEAKER_03]: He still falls down a lot, gets his footing early, but man, he was red hot in that fourth quarter and just unstoppable what he was doing.
- 16:50[SPEAKER_03]: So that's huge defensive ends are playing incredible, defensive tackle room, stepped up huge.
- 16:55[SPEAKER_03]: I think the biggest need is wide receiver.
- 16:57[SPEAKER_03]: And not only just a wide receiver, and outside X wide receiver, which those don't grow on trees.
- 17:03[SPEAKER_03]: And I know you said you don't want to see Mike Evans this week.
- 17:06[SPEAKER_03]: Do you know how much Mike Evans hates the Falcons?
- 17:08[SPEAKER_03]: He has made half of his career against the Falcons and against the Saints.
- 17:13[SPEAKER_03]: He hates those two teams.
- 17:15[SPEAKER_03]: And Kyle's going to let Mike Evans decide it.
- 17:18[SPEAKER_03]: He said so this week.
- 17:19[SPEAKER_03]: He knows his body better than anybody.
- 17:21[SPEAKER_03]: I think Mike Evans is playing this week.
- 17:23[SPEAKER_03]: Whether we like it or not.
- 17:25[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, really?
- 17:26[SPEAKER_03]: He's going to play.
- 17:26[SPEAKER_03]: I do.
- 17:27[SPEAKER_03]: I really, really do.
- 17:29[SPEAKER_03]: It might be in a very limited fashion like what we have seen.
- 17:32[SPEAKER_03]: but I do think my Kevin's place, whether I'm not saying I want that, I've just, that is my prediction to this time.
- 17:39[SPEAKER_03]: We should see, and if I'm wrong, I'm wrong all the time, that's the wife, but I think outside wide receiver is the biggest need.
- 17:47[SPEAKER_03]: Not just any wide receiver, because you are getting Kirk back, to Marcus Robbins, it could play a lot of those roles.
- 17:52[SPEAKER_03]: Debo is a Z-only.
- 17:53[SPEAKER_03]: I want somebody that could play X.
- 17:56[SPEAKER_03]: Now, the problem,
- 17:57[SPEAKER_03]: That's a short supply in the NFL and that's why the wide receiver position is so overpaid is because they're just are not a lot of x-wide receivers and you look at the teams that have in tank type cell mode, they don't have very good x-wide receivers.
- 18:11[SPEAKER_03]: So just because I think it's the biggest need doesn't mean I think it will get particularly filled, but I share this hell hope so.
- 18:19[SPEAKER_02]: Well, okay, let's start there.
- 18:20[SPEAKER_02]: Who, who would you want to go after wide receiver was?
- 18:25[SPEAKER_03]: It starts by the teams, right?
- 18:27[SPEAKER_03]: Like, what's teams are selling?
- 18:30[SPEAKER_03]: And so you look at the books, you look at Washington who you just played, the cults, Philly, maybe, chargers.
- 18:38[SPEAKER_03]: Man, there's not a lot of true X, Y receivers of that list and everybody calm down, don't come at me with pitch force yet.
- 18:45[SPEAKER_03]: Like, Quentin Johnson's the only true,
- 18:48[SPEAKER_03]: X, Y receiver from that group of teams.
- 18:50[SPEAKER_03]: I just listed that can stretch the field vertically.
- 18:52[SPEAKER_03]: That's it.
- 18:53[SPEAKER_03]: Keenan Allen wasn't X, but not really any more at this age with, you know, he's a little bit of that Joanne Jennings style, but Terry McClellan was the guy I wanted.
- 19:01[SPEAKER_03]: Well, he went down.
- 19:02[SPEAKER_03]: That's done.
- 19:03[SPEAKER_03]: And so I'm looking at Chris Godwin, Stefan Diggs, who I think was trying out a little bit for the $40.
- 19:09[SPEAKER_03]: He was the best commander on the field.
- 19:12[SPEAKER_03]: I would like him, Quinn and Johnson Dante via Wix, and even maybe even Marquis Brown, which he's not healthy a lot.
- 19:19[SPEAKER_03]: But he is an accident.
- 19:20[SPEAKER_03]: He can't stretch the field vertically.
- 19:22[SPEAKER_03]: Those are the names I'm looking for.
- 19:23[SPEAKER_03]: None of those are home run, whatever.
- 19:26[SPEAKER_03]: I see them all as you can add them into the mix.
- 19:29[SPEAKER_03]: And it's an insurance policy if Evans does miss more time.
- 19:33[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think any of them are pro bull, starter caliber players.
- 19:36[SPEAKER_03]: But I don't think that exists on the trade market at this time at the XY receiver, Larry.
- 19:41[SPEAKER_03]: So that's, it's the problem.
- 19:43[SPEAKER_03]: It's a catch 22.
- 19:44[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, this is what you want.
- 19:45[SPEAKER_03]: This is the biggest need.
- 19:47[SPEAKER_03]: It's not for sale, it's not for sale yet, maybe that changes.
- 19:51[SPEAKER_02]: Well, it's interesting, you know, I always think that NFL predicting the NFL trade deadline is so difficult because most teams are delusional, and they don't want to give up the season.
- 20:04[SPEAKER_02]: And they just don't think like basketball teams do or baseball teams do,
- 20:10[SPEAKER_02]: They teams go to the finish line with their players in the NFL, and the trading thing is a modern nuance.
- 20:18[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, you could argue that Lynch's has made this a popular, the trade deadline more popular.
- 20:23[SPEAKER_02]: He's gotten involved in the trades almost every single year and helped the 49ers by adding a number of pieces to the puzzle.
- 20:30[SPEAKER_02]: But like there's a lot of teams that if you like I can if you call I from what I've heard if you call up like a money awesome for who just traded Marvin Harrison junior and you're said, hey, we want boot of Baker and he's going to be pissed off and he's going to be like, hey, man, you know, seasons on over we're not giving up shop.
- 20:48[SPEAKER_02]: We're not.
- 20:48[SPEAKER_02]: You know, I heard her say's daughter say, hey, you know, we're going to try to win every game and it didn't sound like they're getting ready for a fire seal.
- 20:56[SPEAKER_02]: And a lot of times you can insult GMs by, you know, you got to get that GM that's in the right mindset to make the move.
- 21:03[SPEAKER_02]: And I look at Philadelphia as that team.
- 21:06[SPEAKER_02]: They're I watch their game against Carolina.
- 21:08[SPEAKER_02]: They are going nowhere.
- 21:09[SPEAKER_02]: Jalen Hurts is out.
- 21:11[SPEAKER_02]: Tanner McKee is not it.
- 21:14[SPEAKER_02]: their offensive line is a disaster.
- 21:16[SPEAKER_02]: Their chemistry stinks.
- 21:19[SPEAKER_02]: Say, Juan Barclays hurt.
- 21:21[SPEAKER_02]: Now you've got, you know, you know, they're just not the same team.
- 21:25[SPEAKER_02]: They were a couple years ago.
- 21:26[SPEAKER_02]: They need more draft picks.
- 21:28[SPEAKER_02]: And there's a lot of talk that they're going to trade a number of guys.
- 21:32[SPEAKER_02]: Reak woolen, they say is going to be moved.
- 21:36[SPEAKER_02]: There's talk about Moro with Jomo on their defensive line.
- 21:41[SPEAKER_02]: And, you know, Don Tavion Wix, Hollywood Brown, I kind of think that how we, in John Lynch who have done deals in the past for Bryce Huff,
- 21:54[SPEAKER_02]: I think these are guys that they can make a deal because there are two teams going in different directions.
- 21:58[SPEAKER_02]: You got the Eagles thinking about 2027 and how we say, and I wanna steal some of that draft capital for guys that are not gonna be here or that we could that can attract draft capital.
- 22:10[SPEAKER_02]: And you got Lynch going, hey, I got to get that ring.
- 22:14[SPEAKER_02]: I got to get that ring and this is the best chance I got at it and I got to go for it.
- 22:18[SPEAKER_02]: And so I think you got two different agendas there
- 22:22[SPEAKER_02]: you know smart gms who are going to sit down and talk.
- 22:27[SPEAKER_02]: I like the idea of trading like a third round pick to the to the eagles for moreo a jomo and either dontavion wicks or Hollywood Brown.
- 22:36[SPEAKER_02]: I, you know, Wix played for Le Floor and Green Bay.
- 22:39[SPEAKER_02]: It's a very similar system.
- 22:41[SPEAKER_02]: He's a very precise route runner.
- 22:43[SPEAKER_02]: He's strong.
- 22:45[SPEAKER_02]: He did kind of wrench the ankle a little bit in a Carolina game, so I don't know exactly his, I don't think it's, you know, it's like a high ankle or anything.
- 22:53[SPEAKER_02]: But I mean, you know, got that's got to be investigated.
- 22:55[SPEAKER_02]: Hollywood Brown's a little dinged up as well.
- 22:58[SPEAKER_02]: You know, he's an intriguing player that, you know, the Niners could use that vertical game in the space creation that Hollywood Brown would create.
- 23:06[SPEAKER_02]: So I kind of like that.
- 23:08[SPEAKER_02]: I like the idea of adding a jomo.
- 23:10[SPEAKER_02]: He reminds me of key on white from last year in that.
- 23:14[SPEAKER_02]: If you get a jombo, you can play him inside in a rotation.
- 23:19[SPEAKER_02]: And then you can take key on white and you can play him at defense of end more.
- 23:25[SPEAKER_02]: And now I kind of feel like between Ramello and Bosa and also Digi Zua
- 23:33[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, their defense of end group would be, you know, obviously you've got, you've got, you know, key on right now in Bosa and Ramello and Michele and Ocaronquo and Khalid Karim and you've got Sam O coming back.
- 23:49[SPEAKER_02]: I kind of like the idea of a Joe Mo and then using key on white more at defense of end and kind of a jumbo, heavy defensive line package because he's like a 285 defense
- 24:03[SPEAKER_02]: I like that.
- 24:03[SPEAKER_03]: What do you think of a Joe mode and one of those receivers?
- 24:06[SPEAKER_03]: I love a Joe mode.
- 24:07[SPEAKER_03]: I'm a long horn.
- 24:08[SPEAKER_03]: I remember watching this guy play in high school.
- 24:10[SPEAKER_03]: Like I am huge on the a Joe mode wagon.
- 24:13[SPEAKER_03]: And he's the next like Milton Williams, you know how the Eagles let these defensive tackles.
- 24:18[SPEAKER_03]: They pay their top two.
- 24:19[SPEAKER_03]: That number three guy goes against paid.
- 24:20[SPEAKER_03]: A Joe mode's getting $25 million a year next year in the free agency market.
- 24:24[SPEAKER_03]: So if you train, it's a rental.
- 24:27[SPEAKER_03]: But if you train a third, very similar to what happened with Chase Young,
- 24:32[SPEAKER_03]: you get them for the rental for the year and you get a third fourth round pick and compensation value the next year.
- 24:38[SPEAKER_03]: So it's a rental and makes sense for everybody involved.
- 24:41[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, Ojomo is awesome.
- 24:43[SPEAKER_03]: Like he could do it all.
- 24:45[SPEAKER_03]: He could stop the run.
- 24:46[SPEAKER_03]: He's that plugger, but he can get after the pastor as well.
- 24:49[SPEAKER_03]: He's one of those true three down defensive tackles in the NFL.
- 24:53[SPEAKER_03]: Dude, I would do this trade in a heartbeat, Larry.
- 24:55[SPEAKER_03]: If you said the price is a third round pick for
- 25:02[SPEAKER_03]: awesome because you're getting a third and you're going to get a fourth round convict the following year.
- 25:07[SPEAKER_03]: And so that's huge.
- 25:08[SPEAKER_03]: And the Eagles.
- 25:10[SPEAKER_03]: They need picks because they are no longer what they were and they are no longer going to be the compensation formula team they're not and so like you say I love this because it's a win win win for everybody involved and it's so easy to sit back and talk about these trades to be like man why don't they just trade for prime time Reggie white you know when the peak of his career well that's not out there
- 25:33[SPEAKER_03]: And a lot of these trade things, and maybe even some of the ones I just suggested, aren't realistic because it doesn't make sense for the other team trading and the Niners.
- 25:42[SPEAKER_03]: Finding that middle ground, that's hard, especially two and a half games before the trade deadline.
- 25:48[SPEAKER_03]: Like, we're kind of busted out the crystal ball here a little bit.
- 25:52[SPEAKER_03]: And there's some foreshadowing because not a lot of trades are getting done right now.
- 25:56[SPEAKER_03]: Next week, with the Four Airs by week, this is when they always execute those trade deadline deals,
- 26:02[SPEAKER_03]: During the by week before the trade deadline, that is where the deals happen.
- 26:07[SPEAKER_03]: And so after this Falcons game, I expect trades to happen with the Niners.
- 26:12[SPEAKER_03]: I'd be psyched if it was Ojomo.
- 26:14[SPEAKER_02]: You know, there's so many nine or fans who are like, you know, I don't care giving up first round picks for the next five years.
- 26:20[SPEAKER_02]: Give them up, you know, but I mean, one, the, the, the, the article I saw today on the SPN by Ben Soleck had the nine or trading straight up for a jomo no receiver and trading a 27 fourth and a fifth.
- 26:34[SPEAKER_02]: for a Joe Mo, which maybe even a little high considering he's a rental and will probably walk away at the end of the year, but he doesn't have to do the Niners, the Niners could sign with they won't sign them.
- 26:46[SPEAKER_02]: But people are always like, oh, yeah, I'll trade my number one.
- 26:50[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think you have to.
- 26:51[SPEAKER_02]: I think you could probably get more of a Joe Mo in one of those receivers, probably for a third round draft choice, because that's how valuable the draft choice is are,
- 27:04[SPEAKER_03]: So this a lot of times I think we get digs for a six like I don't think he would cost much at all like somebody's guys I heard yeah, I heard to force Buckner make go for a fourth
- 27:15[SPEAKER_02]: You know, and I think of DeForce Buckner is a really significantly good player, but he's 32.
- 27:19[SPEAKER_02]: He's going to be a free agent.
- 27:21[SPEAKER_02]: You're, you're not going to, you're only going to have them for what seven games or whatever.
- 27:26[SPEAKER_02]: It's going to be eight games half the season.
- 27:28[SPEAKER_02]: So you're getting half the season and then he's a free agent of Buckner.
- 27:32[SPEAKER_02]: You're probably not going to have to move more and a fourth round pick.
- 27:35[SPEAKER_03]: And, you know, talking about the compensation pick formula to force Buckner's play to 11 years.
- 27:40[SPEAKER_03]: If you've played over 10 accrued seasons, you don't enter into the compensation pick formula more than a fifth.
- 27:46[SPEAKER_03]: So, even if Buckner leaves, the cults don't get anything in return.
- 27:50[SPEAKER_03]: So, like, if they want any return on investment, you gotta trade them now, because he's aged out of that formula.
- 27:57[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's a great point.
- 27:59[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, so let's talk about the Niners parameters that we think exist and don't because there's always parameters of some kind.
- 28:05[SPEAKER_02]: I think the parameters are They don't want even though they know they're in their window.
- 28:11[SPEAKER_02]: I think they're absolutely serious about adding to this team, you know, and they're committed to it.
- 28:16[SPEAKER_02]: But my guess is, unless it's a real package of multiple players or just us, total difference making player, they're not moving day one or day two draft capital.
- 28:29[SPEAKER_02]: I think they want to move day three draft capital.
- 28:32[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think they want to take on even though they got a bunch of money the most of any team in pro football.
- 28:37[SPEAKER_02]: The plan is to roll it over.
- 28:38[SPEAKER_02]: They don't want to take on guys making $30 million.
- 28:42[SPEAKER_02]: They don't want to take on gigantic financial commitment.
- 28:44[SPEAKER_02]: They don't want to give away heavy draft capital.
- 28:48[SPEAKER_02]: I think that's what they're looking at.
- 28:50[SPEAKER_02]: And then also, I think on the defense of line, I was thinking edge edge edge, but I think it's more
- 28:58[SPEAKER_02]: You know, somebody who could be kind of a combo platter, you know, kind of like a key on white, and that's why a Joe Moe who's a, you know, a Joe Moe's got a 10.6% pressure rate, the league NFL league average is 7.9% he had five sacks last year.
- 29:12[SPEAKER_02]: He's the plugger and he's the plugger.
- 29:15[SPEAKER_02]: But he's got mobility, you know, he's a plugger with athleticism, so I mean, I kind of feel like they're they may go defensive tackle, or somebody who can play inside, at least in a rotation, and then play key on white outside.
- 29:29[SPEAKER_02]: So I don't know.
- 29:30[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, a lot of people will throw out Khalil Mack and, you know, early in the year, people are saying Max Crosby.
- 29:36[SPEAKER_02]: Um, I think it's more defensive tackle.
- 29:38[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, A-Shun Robinson and Yaya Diabe, I think, would be a combo from Tampa that would make a lot of sense for the 49ers.
- 29:46[SPEAKER_02]: Diabe's 270 pounds.
- 29:48[SPEAKER_02]: He's a great athlete.
- 29:49[SPEAKER_02]: He's a proven edge player.
- 29:51[SPEAKER_03]: He's a perfect fit for Morris.
- 29:53[SPEAKER_03]: He's a perfect fit.
- 29:54[SPEAKER_02]: And these healthy, young, and you've got Aishon Robinson, who had an interception last week, who's a gigantic one-tech, who remorse, I'm sure with love, and I think you'd be a perfect fit with all the speed they have on this defensive line.
- 30:09[SPEAKER_02]: he could be an anchor point, you know, as the one tech, they don't necessarily have that peace next to Osa and Halton.
- 30:17[SPEAKER_02]: They're playing Osa and Halton together at times, but I mean, it would be nice to see Halton and A-shon, it would be nice to see Osa and A-shon.
- 30:26[SPEAKER_02]: Um, and I think that would make the Niners so much better against the run inside.
- 30:30[SPEAKER_03]: And I would argue every defense of tackle play for the Niners right now is a three tech like everyone.
- 30:36[SPEAKER_03]: The pluggers were us, yeah, yeah, if the pluggers were CJ West and Alpha Collins and they're not playing.
- 30:42[SPEAKER_03]: So like it's a whole bunch of three techs that are modifying into being that plugger role.
- 30:49[SPEAKER_03]: But yeah, you don't have that.
- 30:50[SPEAKER_03]: And so you're going to play a power gap scheme at some point this year.
- 30:53[SPEAKER_03]: And you want somebody could just anchor down against the run in those A gaps.
- 30:57[SPEAKER_03]: That's not currently in the roster.
- 30:58[SPEAKER_03]: That's not shade to see best James Thompson, Halton, none of those guys.
- 31:02[SPEAKER_03]: They're playing above their pay grade.
- 31:04[SPEAKER_03]: They're playing out of position a little bit.
- 31:06[SPEAKER_03]: That's why I agree with you on man, asian pain or Joe Mo.
- 31:12[SPEAKER_02]: Those guys can do that last year, we were all clamoring for John Lynch to make a move.
- 31:19[SPEAKER_02]: and nobody was throwing out.
- 31:22[SPEAKER_02]: Go get Keon White!
- 31:24[SPEAKER_02]: Nobody, nobody.
- 31:27[SPEAKER_02]: And to some degree, I bet you anything, to even somewhat hardcore football fans, they were like, who did they get?
- 31:34[SPEAKER_02]: Where is he from?
- 31:36[SPEAKER_02]: what does he do?
- 31:36[SPEAKER_02]: You know, because they don't follow it quite at that level.
- 31:40[SPEAKER_02]: He's shit.
- 31:41[SPEAKER_02]: Don't you think he was just kind of beneath the, the, the casual fans, you know, name of guys.
- 31:49[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, he, he wasn't, and he was not at any nine or fans radar.
- 31:53[SPEAKER_02]: And yet,
- 31:54[SPEAKER_02]: he was a great addition because right now he's arguably the Niners most valuable defense of Lyme and he can play inside he can play outside.
- 32:02[SPEAKER_02]: I kind of feel like, you know, they might try something like that again.
- 32:08[SPEAKER_02]: And why was he, why was he, you know, what, why was he a fit?
- 32:12[SPEAKER_02]: He was a fit because he was playing in New England and they were playing a 34 defense and he's a four three defense of Lyman He's not a three four five, you know, he's not a three four nose guard.
- 32:23[SPEAKER_02]: He's not that one tech.
- 32:25[SPEAKER_02]: He's not a five tech He's not a three four, you know, flank.
- 32:28[SPEAKER_02]: He's not he's not a he's not a three four outside linebacker at 285 pounds That's not what he is so he just wasn't a scheme fit so Lynch and there in his and his personal guys found a guy who was healthy
- 32:43[SPEAKER_02]: who is in the wrong scheme, got him in a scheme that fits him, and here we are, a year later he's their best defense of Lyman.
- 32:51[SPEAKER_02]: You can make an argument that they should make a preventative, a preemptive strike, I should say, and get him signed to an extension right now.
- 32:58[SPEAKER_03]: I would love that.
- 32:59[SPEAKER_02]: Free agency begins in March, but
- 33:01[SPEAKER_02]: I could see them doing something like that, you know, a player that is not working out where he is.
- 33:10[SPEAKER_02]: And it's maybe not a perfect fit for whatever reason, either your numbers game or a scheme fit, but who, you know, they could pay below market value, bring him in, put him with Kasarik and watch him flourish here.
- 33:24[SPEAKER_02]: And I've got a name for you.
- 33:25[SPEAKER_02]: And I don't think you're going to
- 33:31[SPEAKER_02]: I'm gonna throw this out.
- 33:33[SPEAKER_02]: Shamar Stewart.
- 33:34[SPEAKER_02]: your boy.
- 33:35[SPEAKER_02]: That's your boy blue.
- 33:37[SPEAKER_02]: Now, I was talking to McKinley Jackson the other day in the locker room.
- 33:41[SPEAKER_02]: McKinley played a day in M with Shamari.
- 33:42[SPEAKER_02]: He's like, oh, Shamari's amazing.
- 33:44[SPEAKER_02]: Shamari's amazing.
- 33:46[SPEAKER_02]: He wasn't a big sack guy, but he did lead A&M in pressures.
- 33:49[SPEAKER_02]: He's in Cincinnati, but Cincinnati has invested so much capital, draft wise and free agency was in their D-line.
- 33:57[SPEAKER_02]: They brought in
- 34:04[SPEAKER_02]: has not played.
- 34:06[SPEAKER_02]: He was a first round pick in 2025.
- 34:08[SPEAKER_02]: He's only played 17 snaps.
- 34:11[SPEAKER_02]: Whoa, he's played 17 snaps.
- 34:13[SPEAKER_02]: He's fallen behind Cedric Johnson on the death chart.
- 34:16[SPEAKER_02]: He's fallen behind Caches.
- 34:18[SPEAKER_02]: Howl on the death chart.
- 34:20[SPEAKER_02]: And somebody on ESPN today,
- 34:23[SPEAKER_02]: They were talking about, give us a name of somebody that they think's going to be moved that nobody's talking about.
- 34:29[SPEAKER_02]: And whoever it was, I'm not if he was Dan Graciano or who it was, they threw out Shamar Stewart.
- 34:35[SPEAKER_02]: I look at Shamar Stewart.
- 34:37[SPEAKER_02]: And now before that giraffe, I was told that Chris Casseric love Shamar Stewart.
- 34:41[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, so that was my premise.
- 34:43[SPEAKER_02]: Now, I don't know that that's the truth, but that's what I heard.
- 34:49[SPEAKER_02]: Take Shamar Stewart and put him on the 49ers with Chris Kasaric in their foreman front and Kasaric so good at teaching, so good at firing guys up.
- 35:01[SPEAKER_02]: If he could get the most out of Shamar Stewart,
- 35:05[SPEAKER_02]: That's, they could have a piece there that is a true difference maker bubbling beneath the surface.
- 35:13[SPEAKER_02]: He's doing squat in sensey.
- 35:15[SPEAKER_02]: And I don't even know what the price tag would even be because he was a first round pick in 2025, you know.
- 35:21[SPEAKER_03]: But he's definitely, I want to know, what would you give up?
- 35:24[SPEAKER_03]: Let's say you're John Lynch.
- 35:25[SPEAKER_03]: You're calling Cincinnati Bengals who are fighting for division lead.
- 35:30[SPEAKER_03]: Why would they sell?
- 35:31[SPEAKER_03]: Well, it's not a fit.
- 35:33[SPEAKER_03]: Larry, what are you offering?
- 35:34[SPEAKER_03]: What would you offer?
- 35:35[SPEAKER_03]: fourth round third round a conditional fourth that could become something better
- 35:42[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I think what I would offer is maybe, maybe a player on my team that they want, maybe maybe a neck martin or something like that, maybe one of the receivers.
- 35:52[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
- 35:53[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I think I would, you know, it's hard to say, what do they need?
- 35:57[SPEAKER_02]: You know, what do they need?
- 35:58[SPEAKER_02]: It's, it's, but I would probably offer a conditional pick because I think, you know, they want, they want to be protected.
- 36:07[SPEAKER_02]: You know, what if Shamar Stewart comes here and just takes off and has 10 sacks and the Niners win the Super Bowl.
- 36:12[SPEAKER_02]: They're going to want to be protected in that scenario.
- 36:15[SPEAKER_02]: So and I just put a lot of terms on these trades.
- 36:18[SPEAKER_03]: They're good at that.
- 36:19[SPEAKER_03]: They put a lot of that.
- 36:21[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, how about this?
- 36:22[SPEAKER_02]: How about a fourth round pick that can become a third?
- 36:27[SPEAKER_02]: if he gets six acts, if he plays in certain games, yeah, but some of them, you know, or if he has, you know, you know, a fourth round pick that becomes a third if he has five sacks or starts a playoff game or the Niners go to the Super Bowl.
- 36:47[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, dude, if he helped me contribute to that, I did not know he only has 17 snaps on the season.
- 36:54[SPEAKER_03]: That is he just got off to such a bad start there with the contract in past the ownership.
- 37:00[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, it was just bad.
- 37:01[SPEAKER_03]: It never got right.
- 37:03[SPEAKER_03]: It just never got right.
- 37:03[SPEAKER_03]: He had one sack last year.
- 37:05[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it changed the scenery might be good for everybody because they're competing to win.
- 37:10[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, they're, what are they for and two or three and two?
- 37:15[SPEAKER_03]: like they're they're damn good football team and they're fighting for the division lead, but you're not using your first round pick from last year.
- 37:25[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, answer the phone, Mike Brown.
- 37:28[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I mean, the Bengals don't typically sell on their players.
- 37:31[SPEAKER_02]: But the fact is, this guy is not playing for them.
- 37:35[SPEAKER_02]: They went out and signed Boya Mothay.
- 37:37[SPEAKER_02]: They drafted Miles Murphy in the first round.
- 37:41[SPEAKER_02]: Um, cash is how was the second round pick this year.
- 37:44[SPEAKER_02]: He's a tremendous player.
- 37:45[SPEAKER_03]: I love how.
- 37:46[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, I love that dude coming out.
- 37:47[SPEAKER_02]: Cedric Johnson was a six round pick in the 24 draft, but Cedric Johnson is
- 37:54[SPEAKER_02]: I don't add an old miss and he's he's a you know he's he's plant and he's playing well he's a great athlete so you know all these guys are in front of shemar so I don't know I mean it's just I just think that if you put shemar
- 38:08[SPEAKER_02]: with as much talent as he has.
- 38:10[SPEAKER_02]: I'd say, it's like there's very few coaches on the staff that I would just be like, hey, you know what?
- 38:17[SPEAKER_02]: I'm confident this guy can get the talent out of him.
- 38:20[SPEAKER_02]: But Chris Kasseric is one of those guys.
- 38:23[SPEAKER_02]: I really feel like he's an expert at getting, he got the most out of ardent key, got the most out of several of these guys, Jordan Willis.
- 38:30[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, he's in the Samson Edboucum.
- 38:33[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, he's found a way to get the most out of the guys
- 38:39[SPEAKER_02]: Stewart's got massive talent, and if Chris could get it out of them, they could have something that could really change the dynamic of what they do.
- 38:49[SPEAKER_02]: Plus he's like it, he's 270.
- 38:51[SPEAKER_02]: He's 270.
- 38:52[SPEAKER_02]: He can play, he can play inside, he can play outside, he can be part of a all-defensive end package, he can line him up on past rushing
- 39:01[SPEAKER_02]: That's a name.
- 39:02[SPEAKER_02]: That one to me, you know, as I said, it would probably be a third or a fourth.
- 39:08[SPEAKER_02]: But that's, that's the kind of pick where he's not old.
- 39:13[SPEAKER_02]: He's not expensive.
- 39:15[SPEAKER_02]: He's not broken down.
- 39:16[SPEAKER_02]: He's just a guy that needs a talented player that needs a change of scenery.
- 39:23[SPEAKER_02]: And that's what Keyon White was and look at how it worked out.
- 39:26[SPEAKER_02]: And I think Schemar in a lot of ways to the same way.
- 39:28[SPEAKER_02]: Is there the other name that I keep hearing?
- 39:30[SPEAKER_02]: A lot of people are throwing out the cults.
- 39:34[SPEAKER_02]: What do you think of either Keenan Allen or Caleb Downs?
- 39:39[SPEAKER_03]: I like I like Kenan Allen first off who bait played a cow.
- 39:43[SPEAKER_03]: That's awesome.
- 39:44[SPEAKER_03]: Route running hands.
- 39:45[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 39:46[SPEAKER_03]: I feel like you kind of have something to do with that.
- 39:48[SPEAKER_02]: Excuse me.
- 39:48[SPEAKER_02]: Josh down.
- 39:49[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 39:49[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 39:50[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 39:50[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 39:51[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 39:52[SPEAKER_03]: Kenan Allen like I like him, but man.
- 39:54[SPEAKER_03]: He cannot stress to feel vertically at this point.
- 39:57[SPEAKER_03]: Josh down to I prefer Kirk.
- 40:00[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think Downs is very consistent.
- 40:02[SPEAKER_03]: I think he's just that small slot guy.
- 40:05[SPEAKER_03]: I prefer to mark his Robinson there.
- 40:07[SPEAKER_03]: You've got Kirk like I don't know that that doesn't really move the needle for me I need that downfield stretch X threat and I don't think either one of those are that I feel like you have the possession route guy.
- 40:19[SPEAKER_03]: So those don't move the needle a lot for me.
- 40:21[SPEAKER_03]: I don't just want a wide receiver.
- 40:23[SPEAKER_03]: I want an X
- 40:25[SPEAKER_03]: And so if I could get one of those guys dirt cheap, cool, bring them in, not going to move the needle too much, but yeah.
- 40:34[SPEAKER_03]: It's not moving it much for me with the Colts.
- 40:37[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 40:37[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 40:38[SPEAKER_02]: I'm just going to keen and Alan.
- 40:40[SPEAKER_02]: He's healthy.
- 40:41[SPEAKER_02]: He's a big receiver.
- 40:42[SPEAKER_02]: I think he had like 10 targets last week.
- 40:44[SPEAKER_02]: He's run the routes and he's got hands for days.
- 40:47[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 40:47[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, you know, play this college ball at California.
- 40:51[SPEAKER_02]: You know, he's older.
- 40:52[SPEAKER_02]: I'm howl just keen and Alan at this point.
- 40:54[SPEAKER_02]: He's got to be 33, 34 years old.
- 40:56[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe older.
- 40:56[SPEAKER_02]: 34.
- 40:58[SPEAKER_02]: He's 34, but you're talking about 6200, 10 pound receiver, who's always had good hands.
- 41:03[SPEAKER_02]: I've always loved him.
- 41:04[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, he's a good player.
- 41:07[SPEAKER_02]: He stayed 140 million dollars for his career.
- 41:09[SPEAKER_02]: How cool is that?
- 41:11[SPEAKER_02]: How cool?
- 41:11[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, how concerned would you be if Seattle wound up getting Jonathan Taylor and Quentin Nelson?
- 41:19[SPEAKER_03]: Man, that's been in a lot of resources.
- 41:21[SPEAKER_03]: You know, you don't want your division opponents to ever get better.
- 41:25[SPEAKER_03]: They got you Terry and Price.
- 41:26[SPEAKER_03]: They spent a first on.
- 41:27[SPEAKER_03]: I think he's eventually going to be our right.
- 41:29[SPEAKER_03]: Sharks coming back is a big deal.
- 41:31[SPEAKER_03]: He was starting to overkin as Walker for a large portion of the year.
- 41:34[SPEAKER_03]: How much do they think that's going to fix what they got going on inside?
- 41:38[SPEAKER_03]: Now, they're right, guard problems.
- 41:39[SPEAKER_03]: The right guard issue has been a problem.
- 41:41[SPEAKER_03]: Bradford's coming back healthy.
- 41:43[SPEAKER_03]: So I don't know, like, you know, just from somebody because we just played them and I've been diving into their roster and tape, you're getting back to young running backs that you have highest expectations.
- 41:54[SPEAKER_03]: Getting back your right guard for your Super Bowl run.
- 41:58[SPEAKER_03]: Left guard is a bell like...
- 42:00[SPEAKER_03]: Grace Bell has a big great this year, but last year he was dominant.
- 42:04[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think you want to give up on that.
- 42:06[SPEAKER_03]: So I'm a little more concerned about them acquiring and running back than I would be Quentin Nelson because I think that they have those answers in house.
- 42:13[SPEAKER_03]: I think their problems just offensive coordinator.
- 42:15[SPEAKER_03]: I love Brian Flurry.
- 42:17[SPEAKER_03]: I think it was a little too early for him and it just seems out of sync.
- 42:20[SPEAKER_03]: And I don't like to put negatives out there because flurry's the freaking man.
- 42:23[SPEAKER_03]: Shout out to that flurry family.
- 42:24[SPEAKER_03]: But I think he's just end over his head and Sam Darnall.
- 42:27[SPEAKER_03]: He's made Sam Darnall look like Sam Darnall the old.
- 42:30[SPEAKER_03]: So I don't think a running back and I don't think quitting Nelson really really it help.
- 42:35[SPEAKER_03]: But with what it's going to cost.
- 42:38[SPEAKER_02]: a quick Nelson cost a lot of money straight forward.
- 42:41[SPEAKER_02]: He's not going to be cheap.
- 42:42[SPEAKER_02]: No, he's very expensive.
- 42:43[SPEAKER_02]: He's a future all-famer, but yes, he's going to caution the cap.
- 42:46[SPEAKER_02]: All right.
- 42:46[SPEAKER_02]: Let's do this.
- 42:47[SPEAKER_02]: Let's move John and I to the corner and we will move our prize picks line up to the forefront here.
- 42:53[SPEAKER_02]: We'll share the screen and make, make, make, make some picks on the Niners and the Falcons.
- 42:59[SPEAKER_02]: All right.
- 42:59[SPEAKER_02]: We'll start with the Niners.
- 43:00[SPEAKER_03]: Who do you want John this week and these for our prize picks line up we'll go maybe two and two here two Niners to two Falcons the Falcons are amazing at stopping the run so Christian McCaffrey receiving I don't know what that more or less is Just six and a half receiving targets.
- 43:21[SPEAKER_02]: That's a lot you have four and a half receptions you like that.
- 43:27[SPEAKER_02]: I like that more, I do like that more.
- 43:30[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, I would prefer that.
- 43:32[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, so we'll go four and a half receptions on CMC.
- 43:37[SPEAKER_02]: Let's see, you know, I was looking at the breakdown or the snap count.
- 43:42[SPEAKER_02]: CMC, you know, is getting all of the goal-on carries, but he's also getting all of the receptions.
- 43:49[SPEAKER_02]: They're not throwing it to black.
- 43:50[SPEAKER_02]: They're throwing it to CMC.
- 43:52[SPEAKER_03]: I got it.
- 43:52[SPEAKER_03]: You know, he did get targeted once and you did put on a little bit last week.
- 43:57[SPEAKER_02]: I like that.
- 43:58[SPEAKER_02]: I came on black to have a 10-yard run.
- 44:00[SPEAKER_02]: I keep saying that he hasn't done yet.
- 44:02[SPEAKER_02]: He runs so damn hard, but his vision is questionable.
- 44:06[SPEAKER_02]: He runs up everybody's backing up.
- 44:08[SPEAKER_02]: He doesn't seem like he sees the whole, you know, he could use a little run to daylight.
- 44:13[SPEAKER_02]: But one of these times he's going to hit it
- 44:16[SPEAKER_02]: And it's going to hit Pader and be gone because he generates a ton of speed.
- 44:21[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to say it's this week on the fast surface, I'd say he has at least a 10-yard run.
- 44:26[SPEAKER_03]: So let's should have happened last week.
- 44:27[SPEAKER_03]: Breddle missed a block and stopped him at nine yards.
- 44:31[SPEAKER_03]: If he would have just slowed that linebacker down his air, like it would have been a 30-40 yarder.
- 44:35[SPEAKER_03]: Like he was almost gone, but it's coming.
- 44:38[SPEAKER_02]: All right, let's move to Atlanta.
- 44:40[SPEAKER_02]: What do you think of Atlanta here?
- 44:46[SPEAKER_02]: You can have, you know, Drake London 82.5 receiving yards.
- 44:54[SPEAKER_03]: That's probably where I'm going to go.
- 44:55[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, they just pepper that to the targets.
- 45:00[SPEAKER_03]: It's so like you could have a good game against Drake London, but like it's him.
- 45:04[SPEAKER_03]: Like, I'm going more on the Drake London.
- 45:08[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, 5.5 receptions.
- 45:09[SPEAKER_03]: That's what I would bet more on.
- 45:16[SPEAKER_02]: Um, there's Kyle pits, there's panics, um, panics struggles against pressure.
- 45:23[SPEAKER_02]: We kind of already highlighted that.
- 45:25[SPEAKER_02]: Let's see, do they have, well, they get 19 pass completions, two and a half interceptions.
- 45:33[SPEAKER_02]: That's a long, you know, um, one and a half Russia temps doesn't run a lot.
- 45:40[SPEAKER_03]: He doesn't move a lot.
- 45:41[SPEAKER_03]: He's athletic.
- 45:43[SPEAKER_03]: But I'll just walk 1.5 fill goals made.
- 45:47[SPEAKER_03]: I like that one more.
- 45:49[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 45:50[SPEAKER_02]: All right, let's do that.
- 45:51[SPEAKER_02]: They're not good in the red zone.
- 45:55[SPEAKER_02]: we will put five on it will submit our lineup and go bango it takes just a second there it is our show our lineup right there we're going for pick power play five pays a thirty five if we win Christian McAfrey has to have five receptions came on blocks got have a nine or ten yard run Drake London's got to have six receptions Nick folk has got to make two field goals.
- 46:17[SPEAKER_02]: I like it.
- 46:18[SPEAKER_02]: If that happens, all of those four things happen, our five bucks becomes 35 bucks.
- 46:22[SPEAKER_02]: Thank you to prize picks, use code HMA, and thanks to prize picks for being a proud sponsor of the crude show and we'll move Johnny and I back into the mix there and move that back and also thanks to Sharpe Corner Sports cards and collectibles.
- 46:39[SPEAKER_02]: The great Anthony Katania is down there
- 46:44[SPEAKER_02]: and check them out.
- 46:46[SPEAKER_02]: Sharpe Corners 831 on Instagram, fantastic place.
- 46:51[SPEAKER_02]: We'll give you their phone number before we get out of here, but Sharpe Corners sports cards and collectibles.
- 46:57[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know if you heard the sound bite of the day, but there's a couple of things I want to finish with today.
- 47:05[SPEAKER_02]: Roddy White is not a fan of he has got a hint of wow I mean it was like I saw this today and I was like you kidding me I mean this guy the question was you know it's crashing in there we're going to win a Super Bowl and I think most people would be like oh yeah yeah he's going to win a Super Bowl not good old Roddy Roddy's like no he's not going to win a Super Bowl here it is Kay Adams had him on her show
- 47:31[SPEAKER_02]: former Pro Bowl wide receiver, former Atlanta Falcon, axe to grind.
- 47:36[SPEAKER_02]: Roddy White.
- 47:37[SPEAKER_01]: Do you think Kyle will win a Super Bowl?
- 47:43[SPEAKER_00]: No.
- 47:46[SPEAKER_01]: Undofeated right now.
- 47:48[SPEAKER_01]: Into the Super Bowl.
- 47:50[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, but they start like this every year.
- 47:52[SPEAKER_00]: A team saw us very web fast every year.
- 47:54[SPEAKER_00]: The only time they haven't started fast when they had everybody hurt.
- 47:58[SPEAKER_00]: And this year, there's still managing to get people hurt, but they're off to this thought.
- 48:03[SPEAKER_00]: I think personally, he's a great offensive mind, right?
- 48:10[SPEAKER_00]: But in tough situations and pressure situation, all the aggressive play calls always get in trouble.
- 48:19[SPEAKER_00]: And I think that's just his mentality.
- 48:21[SPEAKER_00]: He doesn't play situation of football well.
- 48:24[SPEAKER_00]: That's the only thing that I think that's really like a knock-on in the game.
- 48:29[SPEAKER_00]: And the thing that he does, he doesn't play.
- 48:34[SPEAKER_00]: nice situation of football.
- 48:35[SPEAKER_00]: Well, and that's the system and trouble when you play against great quarterback.
- 48:40[SPEAKER_00]: And when you make it to Super Bowl, you're gonna be playing against a great quarterback.
- 48:44[SPEAKER_00]: So, you're, you're, you're, you're, you're ability to understand the flow of the game.
- 48:52[SPEAKER_00]: And it's like that it's going to help you win those games.
- 48:54[SPEAKER_00]: And I think especially if you have to play Patrick Mahomes in a Super Bowl that guy has learned from Tom Brady just playing him each and every year, playing him in Super Bowl is he knows what it takes, he can read what's going on, he knows how to handle those situations.
- 49:13[SPEAKER_00]: And he always comes out as a winner because
- 49:16[SPEAKER_00]: He doesn't give himself an opportunity to lose a game and I think like Kyle always thinks about I have to win the game.
- 49:23[SPEAKER_00]: I have to win the game instead of putting his plays in the best position to win the game.
- 49:28[SPEAKER_01]: Uh, that's he's going to have to overcome that criticism and it's he's going to have to show us like it would be really like wild if Kyle being as as smart as he is offensively for him to not cash.
- 49:49[SPEAKER_00]: But he seems to have a guy that can handle it, you know, being a part of that and just doing everything with that was there and going through everything, I mean he
- 50:00[SPEAKER_00]: Man, we'll be on the sideline and he'll see something.
- 50:03[SPEAKER_00]: Boom, boom, he'll be like, hey, man, I know we didn't work this in practice, but it's gonna work, hey, this is why I want you to do.
- 50:09[SPEAKER_00]: Boom, go out there, extra execute the play, works, boom, expose the play.
- 50:15[SPEAKER_00]: So he's very, very small.
- 50:17[SPEAKER_00]: I just think the aggressive play calling would not need it if pressure situation always gets the best of us.
- 50:24[SPEAKER_02]: There you go, I mean, well spoken for sure.
- 50:28[SPEAKER_02]: I thought I could use this like ripenum and had no explanation.
- 50:30[SPEAKER_02]: He expressed himself and, you know, that was a nuanced answer.
- 50:36[SPEAKER_02]: It was like, he sucks, man.
- 50:38[SPEAKER_02]: You know, it wasn't one of those.
- 50:39[SPEAKER_02]: It was, you know, he had his answer, but maybe you could expand on that, you know, a situational football.
- 50:46[SPEAKER_02]: What do you think?
- 50:47[SPEAKER_02]: Does Roddy have a point?
- 50:49[SPEAKER_02]: Is Kyle bad at situational football in your opinion?
- 50:54[SPEAKER_03]: It shows up, it does show up and it showed up in Monday night where you have a two touchdown lead at home.
- 50:59[SPEAKER_03]: The wind is crazy.
- 51:01[SPEAKER_03]: I was freezing my butt off up there.
- 51:03[SPEAKER_03]: I didn't bring my jacket.
- 51:03[SPEAKER_03]: I was dumb.
- 51:04[SPEAKER_03]: And he called six straight past place.
- 51:07[SPEAKER_03]: Six consecutive past plays up 13 points in the fourth quarter.
- 51:11[SPEAKER_03]: What do you do it like I don't it like I just don't understand you have all the wide receivers injured Six straight pass plays you go back to back three and ounce you let the team back in it It shows up however the nuanced take to that is man you go to the 2019 Super Bowl you go to the 2023 Super Bowl
- 51:31[SPEAKER_03]: You had to lead multiple times in the fourth quarter.
- 51:33[SPEAKER_03]: The offense walks out there four times trailing without the lead in the fourth quarter over time, walk off with the lead, defense to see the one stop.
- 51:42[SPEAKER_03]: They got none of them.
- 51:43[SPEAKER_03]: That's not on Kyle.
- 51:45[SPEAKER_03]: The offense walked out of the field, losing, walked off the field, winning four times.
- 51:50[SPEAKER_03]: And over time in the fourth quarter, defense got no stops.
- 51:54[SPEAKER_03]: I say, so how much you put that on Kyle or Steve Wilkes or whatever, Kyle's get a super bowl at some point.
- 52:00[SPEAKER_03]: I am very confident.
- 52:01[SPEAKER_03]: Him and Brock pretty together, and now you've got, I would argue his best defensive coordinator since he's been here.
- 52:07[SPEAKER_03]: Kyle does struggle with situation football at times.
- 52:11[SPEAKER_03]: I think he's getting a super bowl.
- 52:13[SPEAKER_02]: He gets a little pass happy in certain situations.
- 52:17[SPEAKER_02]: that would be my only criticism really.
- 52:20[SPEAKER_02]: I think he's good at situational football really, but I think he's, I think there are times, like if there's any common denominator of Kyle's failings and some of the, in some of the better bigger moments where he has fallen short, you could make an argument if they just had one more series per game where they committed to the run.
- 52:45[SPEAKER_02]: And then, you know, then what happens a lot of times, you know, if you start off passing and then you have a negative play, I mean, you also have to throw context.
- 52:53[SPEAKER_02]: I agree, I heard the what you cited there at the end, and it's true, as far as, you know, they passed a bunch in this game against the commanders, but
- 53:03[SPEAKER_02]: It came out passing on the first play and then sometimes there's a penalty or you fall behind the chains and now you're, you have to pass to, you know, keep, you know, to try to try to get that first down.
- 53:15[SPEAKER_02]: So it's like if you don't, I feel like sometimes he is a hard time establishing the run.
- 53:21[SPEAKER_02]: in the second half with a lead.
- 53:24[SPEAKER_02]: Yep, is that situation of football or sometimes it's like, if it works, it's like, man, it was genius, you know, he kept him guessing.
- 53:35[SPEAKER_02]: They thought he was going to run any past.
- 53:36[SPEAKER_02]: They thought he was going to pass any ran.
- 53:38[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, keeping him off balance, but when it doesn't work, it's like, it always looks bad.
- 53:44[SPEAKER_02]: It just looks bad.
- 53:46[SPEAKER_02]: they're passing more than they have in the past, they're putting the game more in Brock's hands.
- 53:51[SPEAKER_02]: But yeah, they're going to get over in the Super Bowl.
- 53:54[SPEAKER_02]: They're going to get over unread in my homes.
- 53:56[SPEAKER_02]: If they're going to win, I think they got to lean in a little bit more to running the ball.
- 54:04[SPEAKER_02]: and establishing the run and have the ability.
- 54:07[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, why are if you said what's the key to their success this year?
- 54:11[SPEAKER_02]: I think it's the fact that they have the number one shortest distance on average on third-downs.
- 54:17[SPEAKER_02]: So in other words, they're getting more done on first and second-down than every other team in the league and they're giving Brock Perti who's a really good quarterback.
- 54:26[SPEAKER_02]: manageable third downs where he can beat you with play design or accuracy or mobility or he can beat you with his legs he can beat you with his arm.
- 54:36[SPEAKER_02]: So I if you say what's the key to the Niners offensively?
- 54:40[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, Mike Evans, I saw, you know, Brock Perti's numbers throwing to Mike Evans or astronomical, but it's beyond Mike Evans.
- 54:46[SPEAKER_02]: I think it has to do with Perti and the miners' offensive line and what they're accomplishing in first and second down.
- 54:53[SPEAKER_02]: That's got to continue in the playoffs and in the Super Bowl if they're going to, they're going to get it done.
- 54:58[SPEAKER_02]: They're going to have to get to third and manageable and stay out of third and longs.
- 55:03[SPEAKER_02]: They've done a
- 55:04[SPEAKER_02]: Pertis done amazing job this year.
- 55:06[SPEAKER_02]: There's been a lot of plays times where they haven't got anything done on first down and then here he comes back on second down and he doesn't it doesn't look like a very successful play, but he finds a way to get six or seven and now you're third and three so I think Pertis been doing an amazing job at being resourceful at getting those yards and keeping them from falling behind on the chain.
- 55:29[SPEAKER_02]: They're not, you know what I mean?
- 55:30[SPEAKER_02]: They're playing, they're getting enough done on first and second down where they're a really tough team to defend on their down.
- 55:38[SPEAKER_03]: Ed, man, even in this game, if Kittle makes that catch on third down in the fourth quarter, that changes everything.
- 55:45[SPEAKER_03]: If Mike Evans catches the third down throw, I think probably the two best property plays of the game where drops.
- 55:51[SPEAKER_03]: And if Mike Evans and George Kittle are amazing, those drops hurt considerably.
- 55:56[SPEAKER_03]: And so if you get one of those conversions, I think both resulted in points here at a different point at the end of the game.
- 56:02[SPEAKER_03]: So it's not like the play calls
- 56:06[SPEAKER_03]: It's just man.
- 56:07[SPEAKER_03]: This over reliance on the past and allowing defenses to check you out of run plays just because they stack the box.
- 56:14[SPEAKER_03]: I think is a mistake.
- 56:17[SPEAKER_02]: All right, we're going to finish up here.
- 56:19[SPEAKER_02]: We're right at the end, but a couple thoughts I want to share with you one.
- 56:23[SPEAKER_02]: We talk about all these different angles, John, on why the Niners are good, and people talk about Reheem, and they talk about Brock, and we can talk about Lynch, and we can talk about the defense, and, you know, several, there's lots of things that we could point to as to why the 49ers are having success.
- 56:40[SPEAKER_02]: But to me, I think this stat or this graphic, I think really is indicative of
- 56:49[SPEAKER_02]: of something very meaningful.
- 56:51[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to share the screen here.
- 56:53[SPEAKER_02]: This is sacks aloud, okay, through the first six weeks.
- 56:59[SPEAKER_02]: And number one on this list is the 49ers.
- 57:03[SPEAKER_02]: They've only allowed five sacks.
- 57:06[SPEAKER_02]: I was looking at the snap count from Monday night.
- 57:10[SPEAKER_02]: Five offensive linemen played the entire game.
- 57:14[SPEAKER_02]: The Niners have had the same five offensive linemen playing basically every snap all season.
- 57:19[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, there's been a couple of games where, you know, I think maybe Colby might have came out or once or whatever, but I mean, basically they've played.
- 57:27[SPEAKER_02]: I believe the same five guys almost the entire year.
- 57:30[SPEAKER_02]: Look who's given up the most sex, the Browns, and the Browns have some good offensive linemen, but they have five new offensive linemen.
- 57:39[SPEAKER_02]: They've got two rookies, they've got three free agents, and to me offensive line continuity, I was asked, I was asked, I can call him a give it to you the day.
- 57:47[SPEAKER_02]: I'm like, Colton, you guys got pretty much the same group of guys, Colby himself was on the team last year, but you're getting a lot better
- 57:58[SPEAKER_02]: What do you think it is?
- 57:59[SPEAKER_02]: And I love Colton because Colton, so it doesn't BS you.
- 58:03[SPEAKER_02]: It doesn't have, so it doesn't get pissed if you ask him a tough question.
- 58:07[SPEAKER_02]: And he doesn't BS you with a bunch of garbage.
- 58:09[SPEAKER_02]: And he just looked me in the eye and he said, you know, Krug, I think it's has to do with continuity.
- 58:14[SPEAKER_02]: He's like, we've all been together for a while now.
- 58:17[SPEAKER_02]: And Trent is obviously playing at a really high level.
- 58:21[SPEAKER_02]: And I don't know if you heard Shanahan today, but Shanahan talked about how he thinks Trent looks better now than he's looked in a long time physically.
- 58:29[SPEAKER_02]: Trent has not allowed a quarterback pressure in his last 110 pass blocking snaps.
- 58:36[SPEAKER_02]: So I mean,
- 58:37[SPEAKER_02]: Trent is leading the way as, as you would expect, but McKivitz is playing incredibly well, Brendel's in a contract here.
- 58:43[SPEAKER_02]: He's playing well, Dom Poony, outside of one game has been really graded out highly, Colby's, you know, played better than I think a lot of people thought, but what do you think of that?
- 58:53[SPEAKER_02]: The Niners have tremendous online continuity.
- 58:55[SPEAKER_02]: They've given up five sacks, with basically the same group that they had a year ago when they struggled, and then the
- 59:03[SPEAKER_02]: and they've given up 24 sex.
- 59:06[SPEAKER_02]: How big is offensive line continuity in the grand scheme of things?
- 59:10[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, well, it's huge, especially at the left guard spot that's just been a turn belt of players since Shanahan's got here.
- 59:18[SPEAKER_03]: And even since Trins got here, he's started against so many left guards in his time.
- 59:23[SPEAKER_03]: So Connor Colby started eight games last year.
- 59:26[SPEAKER_03]: Chris Forster's been here forever
- 59:29[SPEAKER_03]: So all these guys know each other and, you know, brindles not a fan favorite and he gets on my nerves a lot, he quitting on the run game all consistently.
- 59:37[SPEAKER_03]: He is a pass blocking powerhouse.
- 59:41[SPEAKER_03]: Like that's where he excels the best.
- 59:43[SPEAKER_03]: And so, you know, I'm gonna be upset at brindle a lot, whatever I watch the tape.
- 59:48[SPEAKER_03]: But in the past game, no, he gets the right calls, and he is consistent with getting the job done.
- 59:56[SPEAKER_03]: And Connor Colby continues to elevate his play.
- 59:59[SPEAKER_03]: Like, you're as strong as your weakest link.
- 1:00:01[SPEAKER_03]: And in the past game, that is Connor Colby.
- 1:00:03[SPEAKER_03]: And the run game, that is Jake Prendel.
- 1:00:05[SPEAKER_03]: Whenever those guys can make more positive place than negatives, that's whenever the run game goes well.
- 1:00:11[SPEAKER_03]: And you have brought pretty the magician back there, that can make whenever the old line does mess up,
- 1:00:17[SPEAKER_03]: They come up grasping for air because Brock Birdie just makes, there was one play where sunny styles and Brock Birdie were head up, one on one and nobody around them, sunny styles didn't even touch him.
- 1:00:28[SPEAKER_03]: He went and got him in flat football.
- 1:00:30[SPEAKER_03]: Like Brock was able to make sunny styles, hotfied pick, probably defensive, rookie of the year, just with completely.
- 1:00:37[SPEAKER_03]: Brock's got some special skills.
- 1:00:39[SPEAKER_03]: It made people miss in a phone booth now.
- 1:00:41[SPEAKER_03]: But the old line continuity, the coaching, it just continues to elevate.
- 1:00:46[SPEAKER_03]: And the Niners are very, very lucky.
- 1:00:47[SPEAKER_03]: And so I understand passing the ball so much, it's just don't get rid of the run game.
- 1:00:53[SPEAKER_03]: That's where my critique from the previous question came from.
- 1:00:55[SPEAKER_03]: Don't get rid of it.
- 1:00:57[SPEAKER_02]: Let's hit our supers, and then we'll bolt for the door here.
- 1:01:00[SPEAKER_02]: We've got a few, and we've got this one from Nicholas Parra.
- 1:01:04[SPEAKER_02]: He says, my brother, John Chapman, in the great Larry Kruger.
- 1:01:09[SPEAKER_03]: That's right, the Mike Evans of podcasters, Larry.
- 1:01:14[SPEAKER_02]: Thank you.
- 1:01:15[SPEAKER_02]: See you in Atlanta, hopefully we beat the Falcons on our way to seven and oh, what do you guys think about having CMC line up in the slot again?
- 1:01:24[SPEAKER_02]: We could use more pass options.
- 1:01:27[SPEAKER_02]: I love it.
- 1:01:27[SPEAKER_02]: I love it.
- 1:01:28[SPEAKER_02]: I love any usage of CMC, whether you're not asking him to run through the line of scrimmage.
- 1:01:36[SPEAKER_02]: If you can, I love it when they, when they, you know, they play action him and then he runs through the line and then they does a little stop route turns around, catches it and takes off from there.
- 1:01:45[SPEAKER_02]: I love it when they swing at two of them in the flat.
- 1:01:48[SPEAKER_02]: I love it when they use them, you know, on any kind of a gadget play.
- 1:01:55[SPEAKER_02]: or in open spaces and not have him run between the tackles and take hits from defensive tackles.
- 1:02:01[SPEAKER_02]: I think that's what I want to see.
- 1:02:04[SPEAKER_02]: If you can ease off on CMC, I think that's the smart play.
- 1:02:10[SPEAKER_02]: I was looking at the SNAP counts, John.
- 1:02:13[SPEAKER_02]: And the SNAP counts, there was a lot of interesting things to decipher in the SNAP count this week.
- 1:02:26[SPEAKER_02]: I would love it if it was like 42 snaps to 24.
- 1:02:29[SPEAKER_02]: How about that?
- 1:02:31[SPEAKER_02]: 42, 24, CMC sounds better to me than 53, 14.
- 1:02:36[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, and I'll throw this out there with Caitlin Black.
- 1:02:38[SPEAKER_03]: He is missed time and practice or been limited every single week after week one, whether that's sick, injured, growing, or the birth of his kid, which is awesome, congratulations to the Black family.
- 1:02:48[SPEAKER_03]: That is amazing.
- 1:02:49[SPEAKER_03]: But like he has to bend through four weeks practice.
- 1:02:51[SPEAKER_03]: This week he has that opportunity.
- 1:02:54[SPEAKER_03]: I want to see that increase as well.
- 1:02:55[SPEAKER_03]: And you did have 14 snaps of Christian McCaffery lined up as wide receiver.
- 1:03:00[SPEAKER_03]: I love that and see in him get those Z snaps in that Debo role.
- 1:03:04[SPEAKER_03]: Man, please more, please more, please more.
- 1:03:07[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, um, we got this one from Larry Martin.
- 1:03:10[SPEAKER_02]: If we get a wide receiver with three guys coming back, what for do you send?
- 1:03:14[SPEAKER_02]: To waver wire, see you Saturday, chap.
- 1:03:18[SPEAKER_02]: um yeah wait okay i mean you know the guys are dropping like flies so it it's like to sit there and be like well we have too many guys i guess if you added a wide receiver you right now you have Evans cowing dbo cooks and walkins those are your five guys on the roster cowing first to go
- 1:03:38[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I mean, I would cut culling.
- 1:03:40[SPEAKER_02]: Uh, culling is a punt returner, a dynamic punt returner who's not sure handed.
- 1:03:46[SPEAKER_02]: He doesn't help you from scrimmage and he's not a good punt returner.
- 1:03:49[SPEAKER_02]: He's not sure handed.
- 1:03:50[SPEAKER_02]: So I would cut, I would cut culling.
- 1:03:53[SPEAKER_02]: Um, and I would, I would either let Jews handle it or I would try to get loop McAfrey or I would let Debo handle it or I would go with Watkins who'd
- 1:04:03[SPEAKER_02]: That isn't necessarily better than cowing, but I don't trust cowing.
- 1:04:10[SPEAKER_02]: I don't trust him to hold on.
- 1:04:11[SPEAKER_02]: He almost fumbled again this week, filled it inside the floor.
- 1:04:15[SPEAKER_03]: What do you do?
- 1:04:16[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I mean, he's having mental mistakes, physical mistakes.
- 1:04:20[SPEAKER_02]: To me, that's the guy I'd move off of.
- 1:04:22[SPEAKER_02]: Debo's got a hamstring, so who knows when he'll be back and what and how he'll return?
- 1:04:32[SPEAKER_02]: I like the idea of cooks when they signed him, but I don't like what it looks like.
- 1:04:37[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, it to me he looks slow.
- 1:04:39[SPEAKER_02]: He doesn't.
- 1:04:39[SPEAKER_02]: He doesn't look like the guy who had four, three speed once upon a time.
- 1:04:44[SPEAKER_02]: So he looks a little slow to me.
- 1:04:45[SPEAKER_02]: Debo's got the hammy.
- 1:04:47[SPEAKER_02]: Cowling I would cut.
- 1:04:49[SPEAKER_02]: Evans has got the Achilles.
- 1:04:50[SPEAKER_02]: Walkins I like, but clearly they don't.
- 1:04:53[SPEAKER_02]: That was another snap count playing.
- 1:04:55[SPEAKER_02]: 40 plus naps.
- 1:04:56[SPEAKER_02]: He played 47 SNAPS and got one target.
- 1:04:59[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, it might be time for Brock pretty to be like, what's up, you know, Brock, what's up?
- 1:05:04[SPEAKER_02]: Why do you not want to throw it to this guy?
- 1:05:06[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, you're not throwing it to Watkins period.
- 1:05:09[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, he's like, and they're not even considering it.
- 1:05:11[SPEAKER_02]: Is it that he's not trustworthy?
- 1:05:13[SPEAKER_02]: Is he not running the right routes?
- 1:05:15[SPEAKER_02]: Is he not creating the separation?
- 1:05:17[SPEAKER_02]: Is he not the priority?
- 1:05:18[SPEAKER_02]: What's the deal?
- 1:05:20[SPEAKER_02]: But you can't, this is pro football.
- 1:05:21[SPEAKER_02]: You can't have guys in the roster that don't do anything.
- 1:05:24[SPEAKER_02]: So if you're going to use Watkins Keepo, if you're not going to use them, get rid of them.
- 1:05:28[SPEAKER_02]: Well, cowing the same thing.
- 1:05:30[SPEAKER_02]: And the rest of those guys are question marks.
- 1:05:33[SPEAKER_02]: So I mean,
- 1:05:36[SPEAKER_02]: And I don't know who's coming back.
- 1:05:37[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, you got Grimes and Pauling on the practice squad was Xavier Smith and Malik Turner.
- 1:05:42[SPEAKER_02]: And then injured was, you got D-Rob coming back, but he's got the high ankle sprain and probably after the buy.
- 1:05:49[SPEAKER_02]: Stribbling, how much can you depend on a rookie who hasn't played at all in, he's not gonna be back till December?
- 1:05:57[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know about that.
- 1:05:57[SPEAKER_02]: That's I don't know what you can expect at a scribbling.
- 1:06:00[SPEAKER_02]: So I'll say this.
- 1:06:01[SPEAKER_02]: I would like to I'd rather see them have too many receivers and have to make a tough decision than not have enough receivers.
- 1:06:07[SPEAKER_02]: That's for sure.
- 1:06:10[SPEAKER_03]: you got to get bodies in there and you know sometimes it doesn't work in the cooks thing I keep waiting for it to click we'll see what happens with Kirk Kirk had his fourth practice with the 49ers today his fourth time catching passes from Brock party there's just not a lot of experience and thinking that's taking place yet but you got to play somebody.
- 1:06:29[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I mean, it's it's it's time to find out what he's got 49er Martin says Larry.
- 1:06:35[SPEAKER_02]: Why wouldn't we just go all out this season and mortgage the future with our 2027 picks to get this bold on this year if we can win it, uh, who really gives an F, what happens in the next few seasons.
- 1:06:48[SPEAKER_02]: I'm hungry and finish it.
- 1:06:50[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, yeah, that's the thing.
- 1:06:51[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, it's like it's easy to say, you know, empty the clip, but you know what?
- 1:06:57[SPEAKER_02]: You're going to want that pick come draft time and you can you can always you know I understand what you're saying but you can't drive your franchise off the cliff just because you're odd just because it looks good right now I don't think you can do that I'm all for making trades and I'm all for trading third and fourth round picks.
- 1:07:16[SPEAKER_02]: But I wouldn't trade my first round pick unless somebody said, we'll give you all of your needs filled.
- 1:07:22[SPEAKER_02]: You know, the Colts call and they'll say, we'll give you Quentin Nelson to Forest Buckner, you know, you know, and, I don't know, who else could you get?
- 1:07:30[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, Keenan Allen or something like Josh Deff.
- 1:07:32[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I don't know, but I mean, I would have to get I'd have to have all my needs met if I was going to give away a first round pick.
- 1:07:40[SPEAKER_02]: No, it's just,
- 1:07:41[SPEAKER_02]: It's just not done.
- 1:07:42[SPEAKER_02]: I know it's easy to say in a chat.
- 1:07:46[SPEAKER_02]: When you're lynching, you've got to actually do the stuff.
- 1:07:49[SPEAKER_02]: And I've heard smart people.
- 1:07:51[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, that taught you, such as that on KMBR earlier, and what sounds good.
- 1:07:57[SPEAKER_02]: You know, I don't think I would trade my number one pick.
- 1:08:00[SPEAKER_02]: I think I would keep it.
- 1:08:02[SPEAKER_02]: But I understand the sentiment.
- 1:08:04[SPEAKER_02]: Game recognizes game.
- 1:08:06[SPEAKER_02]: Is it just me or does Jordan James look explosive on kick offs?
- 1:08:10[SPEAKER_02]: Can he return punts?
- 1:08:11[SPEAKER_02]: It's a good question.
- 1:08:12[SPEAKER_02]: I think Jordan James looks excellent on the kickoffs.
- 1:08:15[SPEAKER_02]: He really does.
- 1:08:16[SPEAKER_02]: I would love to see the Niners
- 1:08:19[SPEAKER_02]: Flex him out, use him as a in the slot, you know, I don't know why he's not snaps he's he looks great.
- 1:08:28[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:08:28[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:08:29[SPEAKER_02]: There's room to be had.
- 1:08:30[SPEAKER_02]: There's room and he can catch it.
- 1:08:32[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, this guy can really catch it.
- 1:08:34[SPEAKER_02]: And not only that when he's got the ball in his hands, he's fast.
- 1:08:38[SPEAKER_02]: He's a four or five guy who's really four four when he's got the ball in his hands.
- 1:08:43[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, that whenever he switched field on one of the kickoff returns to he outran everybody like he you saw the speed It was like do this this the fast dude on the field.
- 1:08:53[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah
- 1:08:55[SPEAKER_02]: Um, a, is that a Kimbro, a Kimbro says, I'm not sure everyone understands the implications of the new safety rules.
- 1:09:03[SPEAKER_02]: Please let me break it down.
- 1:09:06[SPEAKER_03]: I think you put it in the chat, but talking about the multiple offenses.
- 1:09:09[SPEAKER_03]: If you get the three offenses with, you know, launching, you know, personal foul, hip drop, horse collar, you get suspended again.
- 1:09:18[SPEAKER_03]: So those do stack up.
- 1:09:20[SPEAKER_03]: And so the Niners are one of the most physical teams in the NFL.
- 1:09:23[SPEAKER_03]: There are going to be suspensions for players like Fred like Malik.
- 1:09:28[SPEAKER_03]: It's going to happen at some point because they keep adding up.
- 1:09:31[SPEAKER_03]: So when those finds come out and those penalties take place, yeah, you kind of write them down because it's a little different now.
- 1:09:37[SPEAKER_02]: Does it reset the playoffs?
- 1:09:39[SPEAKER_02]: No.
- 1:09:41[SPEAKER_02]: So you could lose a guy in the playoffs for a suspension and they said it even carries over to future years.
- 1:09:47[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, that's right.
- 1:09:48[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, I remember that.
- 1:09:49[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that was a few weeks ago.
- 1:09:51[SPEAKER_03]: So yeah, you get that could that you could be miss week one of the next year.
- 1:09:55[SPEAKER_03]: It's kind of like the text and basketball right where they just keep the drama on rule like you get too many of them.
- 1:10:00[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, I hate that.
- 1:10:02[SPEAKER_02]: By the way, I hate it.
- 1:10:03[SPEAKER_02]: The one thing I hate about the NBA is that they take players off the floor for crap.
- 1:10:10[SPEAKER_02]: You don't see that in baseball.
- 1:10:12[SPEAKER_02]: You don't see that in football.
- 1:10:14[SPEAKER_02]: You're starting to see it in college football now at the targeting thing, but I just can't stand taking players off the field because it kills the product.
- 1:10:22[SPEAKER_02]: It really does.
- 1:10:24[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, we got this one from Kim, a Kim bro.
- 1:10:27[SPEAKER_02]: If any player gets three finds or penalties in one of the five categories, it's a one-game suspension.
- 1:10:32[SPEAKER_02]: Every other violation for this year and next year is a suspension.
- 1:10:37[SPEAKER_02]: I think he's what he's good about to say.
- 1:10:38[SPEAKER_02]: Thank you, Kim bro.
- 1:10:39[SPEAKER_02]: You, the mayor is, is a suspension for the rest of this year and next year.
- 1:10:44[SPEAKER_02]: And that this includes the playoffs.
- 1:10:46[SPEAKER_02]: So, yeah, you don't want to, I mean, Warner came out and said it in that Seattle game.
- 1:10:50[SPEAKER_02]: He's like, we don't want to just win this game.
- 1:10:52[SPEAKER_02]: We want to send a message.
- 1:10:53[SPEAKER_02]: And the Niners pride themselves on being the most physical team, but you got to do it within the rules.
- 1:10:59[SPEAKER_02]: Otherwise, you can hurt yourself for sure.
- 1:11:02[SPEAKER_02]: Thank you for that, A. Kimbro.
- 1:11:05[SPEAKER_02]: RJ, John, John, 70, 55.
- 1:11:08[SPEAKER_02]: Crew, can chat, awesome show.
- 1:11:09[SPEAKER_02]: I'll be at the game this Sunday.
- 1:11:11[SPEAKER_02]: Where will you all be located at the pre game?
- 1:11:13[SPEAKER_02]: Also, sneaky trade, no one is taught.
- 1:11:17[SPEAKER_02]: Sneaky trade that no one is talking about?
- 1:11:20[SPEAKER_02]: I think that that was me teasing that I I think it's moreo a jomo because I really believe that key on white outside is probably a good idea and then if if you want you could a jomo's really versatile he's got he's he's strong against the run but he's got foot speed like a past pressure and I think the way the Niners use their guys and all the extra players they have they're not really sure
- 1:11:47[SPEAKER_02]: do they need a defense of them?
- 1:11:49[SPEAKER_02]: Do they need a defense of tackle?
- 1:11:50[SPEAKER_02]: White gives them that flexibility.
- 1:11:52[SPEAKER_02]: If you get one more pass rushing tackle, now you could kind of have it all.
- 1:11:57[SPEAKER_02]: You could have the big line and you could have, you know, you could do whatever you wanted to do.
- 1:12:02[SPEAKER_02]: So that's the one I was thinking of with maybe I liked on TV on Wix, but Hollywood Brown.
- 1:12:08[SPEAKER_02]: might be a good fit with, you know, and I do think the Eagles would trade with the Niners because I think how he is all about getting a couple more draft picks and there's a trust there between Lynch and Roseman, I would say Niners Eagles would be great trade partners.
- 1:12:27[SPEAKER_02]: That's the sneaky trade I was thinking of.
- 1:12:30[SPEAKER_02]: We got this one.
- 1:12:36[SPEAKER_02]: He says, did you guys see the news on Jordan Elliott?
- 1:12:40[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so Jordan Elliott got into an argument with JC Latham, I believe.
- 1:12:47[SPEAKER_02]: And, you know, I interviewed Jordan Elliott a bunch of times.
- 1:12:50[SPEAKER_02]: Supposedly ran out to his car and got his piece.
- 1:12:53[SPEAKER_02]: Is that right?
- 1:12:55[SPEAKER_03]: And what they're saying, yeah.
- 1:12:56[SPEAKER_02]: Robert's all commented on this today, but
- 1:12:59[SPEAKER_03]: Awesome, where's from Robert solid.
- 1:13:01[SPEAKER_02]: I didn't see your tweet, didn't you tweet like no, don't even think it or something like that.
- 1:13:05[SPEAKER_03]: I said that before any of the details even came out.
- 1:13:07[SPEAKER_03]: Like I was, Jordan Elliott's take kind of frustrated me.
- 1:13:11[SPEAKER_03]: He's, you know, three bad plays, one good play, just not consistent, but there's a room for that in the NFL.
- 1:13:18[SPEAKER_03]: But yeah, I was, no, don't bring him back.
- 1:13:20[SPEAKER_03]: And then the details came out and it was like, oh gosh.
- 1:13:23[SPEAKER_03]: I hope he gets a hope he needs me and that is not how you solve conflicts, that's not how you solve conflicts.
- 1:13:30[SPEAKER_03]: Get help, please.
- 1:13:31[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I mean.
- 1:13:33[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know what to say about that other than I really like Jordan Elliott.
- 1:13:37[SPEAKER_02]: I really like Jordan Elliott and I think he's a solid guy and I'm very surprised by that.
- 1:13:42[SPEAKER_02]: But maybe his temper got the best of them.
- 1:13:47[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
- 1:13:47[SPEAKER_02]: I really can't comment on that.
- 1:13:49[SPEAKER_02]: All I can say is I've talked to Jordan Elliott a number of times and you can see those videos on my YouTube channel and you can see he's a really great guy.
- 1:13:58[SPEAKER_02]: But this one he lost his head for sure.
- 1:14:02[SPEAKER_02]: Cali kid or Cal kid.
- 1:14:05[SPEAKER_02]: Cal kid.
- 1:14:07[SPEAKER_02]: He says, one day a Robinson from the Titans.
- 1:14:09[SPEAKER_02]: He's coming off a thousand yard season.
- 1:14:11[SPEAKER_02]: He's locked up through 2029 at a reasonable 17.5 million per year, young productive and affordable.
- 1:14:18[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I do think the Titans are an interesting team.
- 1:14:21[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think they're moving Jeffrey Simmons, but they have Oladillo.
- 1:14:24[SPEAKER_02]: They've got your main Johnson.
- 1:14:26[SPEAKER_02]: They've
- 1:14:31[SPEAKER_02]: I think the problem with the nine or receiving group is you've got some older guys, Debo, Evans, Damarkis, and then you've got some babies, cowing, walkins, Dantevi on Wix, 25, Juan de Robinson, probably at 25, 26.
- 1:14:47[SPEAKER_02]: If they could find that kind of young veteran who's young enough to stay healthy, but also could be productive, and it's not his first rodeo.
- 1:14:56[SPEAKER_02]: Juan de Robinson was a prolific receiver at Kentucky, and he had nine targets or whatever the other day.
- 1:15:01[SPEAKER_02]: I think a couple weeks ago, he had caught 92 balls last year from Jackson Dart.
- 1:15:06[SPEAKER_02]: So I'm a big Juan de Robinson fan.
- 1:15:09[SPEAKER_02]: And he's playing with what I think right now might be one of
- 1:15:14[SPEAKER_02]: You put him with Brock Perti and I think one day Robinson could be not just a good receiver.
- 1:15:20[SPEAKER_02]: I think one day Robinson could be a quietly prolific receiver, just like he wasn't college.
- 1:15:25[SPEAKER_02]: I think that could be a sleeper pick.
- 1:15:27[SPEAKER_02]: You know, a sleeper trade would be a one day Robinson, all of a, all of a, all of a, with Femiola Dejo.
- 1:15:32[SPEAKER_03]: You're boy.
- 1:15:33[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, I love that.
- 1:15:34[SPEAKER_02]: All the day show, you get all of that.
- 1:15:36[SPEAKER_03]: That's down.
- 1:15:37[SPEAKER_03]: I thought about you, what he scored, that's that stuff.
- 1:15:39[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, you, and in the way the Niners are with their past pressures, you get all the day's show and went one day of Robinson.
- 1:15:46[SPEAKER_02]: And that might get you over the top.
- 1:15:48[SPEAKER_02]: It might get you over the top.
- 1:15:49[SPEAKER_02]: That's, that's an interesting one.
- 1:15:51[SPEAKER_02]: Niners forever says, yo, Larry, go Lakers, go Luka, Niners.
- 1:15:57[SPEAKER_02]: Go away.
- 1:15:59[SPEAKER_02]: There you go.
- 1:16:01[SPEAKER_02]: It's 85, 59 Lakers, beating the warriors.
- 1:16:05[SPEAKER_02]: You know, all I got to say is that the lawyers were 37 wins last year.
- 1:16:10[SPEAKER_02]: They're not going to win 27.
- 1:16:13[SPEAKER_02]: I was talking to Bonte who just, you know, real big warrior guy, local media guy here.
- 1:16:19[SPEAKER_03]: I hear.
- 1:16:20[SPEAKER_02]: And Bonte is a friend, but I'm like Bonte, what's the over under on the warriors?
- 1:16:23[SPEAKER_02]: And he's optimistic, but he's optimistic because he's got to be on after these games and he's got to face up Joe Lake up.
- 1:16:29[SPEAKER_02]: I don't have to face up Joe Lake up and I don't have to be on after these games.
- 1:16:32[SPEAKER_02]: So I'm going to tell you the truth.
- 1:16:33[SPEAKER_02]: They're going to win 25 to 27 games.
- 1:16:35[SPEAKER_02]: I think, pods is not playing tonight.
- 1:16:38[SPEAKER_02]: that, you know, Jimmy Butler's hurt, Moses Moody's hurt, staff is old, you know, Christophe's porzingus has pots, whatever, and our pets heads are falling off, like you're in the dumb dumber life.
- 1:16:53[SPEAKER_02]: I'm just kidding, it's like, what the heck, they got no shot.
- 1:16:56[SPEAKER_02]: They got no shot, they're not gonna, somebody, Marcus Thompson today said they're gonna
- 1:17:08[SPEAKER_02]: come on man, uh, Rick, the rush cruise is on my president.
- 1:17:13[SPEAKER_02]: He helps run all the events.
- 1:17:15[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 1:17:16[SPEAKER_02]: President Rick says, I'm late to the party tonight, but can't wait for Atlanta this weekend.
- 1:17:21[SPEAKER_02]: If you haven't talked about it already, who is the most realistic wide receiver option to go get for me to find this?
- 1:17:28[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, we'll go ahead, you want to expand on that.
- 1:17:31[SPEAKER_02]: Diggs is from Maryland, signed to play with the commanders, but you think they would move them out last, huh?
- 1:17:37[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, he was playing to the party.
- 1:17:38[SPEAKER_03]: I think he's, he's, he's, he's two kind of guy.
- 1:17:42[SPEAKER_03]: Got some problems off the field, but I mean, he was just in the Super Bowl.
- 1:17:46[SPEAKER_03]: He was the best player for the commanders and the game against the 49ers.
- 1:17:49[SPEAKER_03]: I felt like he was trying out like, hey, trade me.
- 1:17:53[SPEAKER_03]: I, I think he is still an incredible,
- 1:17:55[SPEAKER_03]: incredible route runner with incredible hands that dude cooked everybody that lined up against them besides mallet Mustafa that would be my number one that I go get and I know the off the field I usually don't mess with the off the field guys but I think he makes sense
- 1:18:11[SPEAKER_02]: What is his off the field thing wasn't he wasn't there like something a cocaine on a boat or Yeah, he likes to party.
- 1:18:16[SPEAKER_03]: That's one thing then he had the run in with the chef and whatever That finished its legal proceedings however you want to see that he's he's rough He's rough around the edges.
- 1:18:25[SPEAKER_03]: There's no doubt about that.
- 1:18:27[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think he's a good dude But man, you know, I'm out on Ty Rekeal completely.
- 1:18:31[SPEAKER_03]: There's I don't put them in the same category, but Yeah, yeah
- 1:18:37[SPEAKER_02]: Um, runs a little hot, but he's he's a hell of a player man.
- 1:18:39[SPEAKER_02]: You want him on third down.
- 1:18:40[SPEAKER_02]: You just don't know if you'll want him after me.
- 1:18:42[SPEAKER_02]: So good in the playoffs.
- 1:18:43[SPEAKER_03]: It's whole career too.
- 1:18:44[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, whole career.
- 1:18:45[SPEAKER_02]: And he fears no man.
- 1:18:46[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, Stefan digs is like one of those guys.
- 1:18:48[SPEAKER_02]: It just really believes he's badass Michael says, Reheem will dial up a perfect game plan in the building.
- 1:18:54[SPEAKER_02]: He was, he was fired in less than a year ago.
- 1:18:57[SPEAKER_02]: Be Sean will get his, but
- 1:19:00[SPEAKER_02]: We'll get his, but he knows Panics's tendencies as quarterback.
- 1:19:04[SPEAKER_02]: Awesome comment.
- 1:19:05[SPEAKER_02]: That's a good one right there.
- 1:19:07[SPEAKER_02]: And we have Scott WD fans expecting perfection will be disappointed.
- 1:19:11[SPEAKER_02]: Some games, offense will carry the team.
- 1:19:14[SPEAKER_02]: Other games will be the defense.
- 1:19:15[SPEAKER_02]: Sometimes it all comes together.
- 1:19:17[SPEAKER_02]: That said, I might have a heart attack this season.
- 1:19:21[SPEAKER_02]: Please, please do not have heart attack.
- 1:19:23[SPEAKER_02]: All right, that's going to do it for us.
- 1:19:25[SPEAKER_02]: We will share the screen one more time and give this one more shout out because we want to promote this as much as we can for Johnny, but there it is right there in the wait a second to we have I done this correctly up there it is.
- 1:19:43[SPEAKER_02]: There it is.
- 1:19:43[SPEAKER_02]: Hey, all right.
- 1:19:45[SPEAKER_02]: Welcome to YouTube.
- 1:19:47[SPEAKER_02]: John, once again, tell people about your trip to Atlanta.
- 1:19:50[SPEAKER_02]: How many spaces are left?
- 1:19:52[SPEAKER_02]: I know, you know, people have, it's an all inclusive deal, but tell people they can go to 49erushroadtrip.com, but how many spots do you have left for this trip?
- 1:20:04[SPEAKER_03]: So for our tailgate, we've got about 10 more parking spots left, so this one you can buy you can add on parking space if you want to park there.
- 1:20:13[SPEAKER_03]: But yeah, we are going to wrap sales up on this event.
- 1:20:16[SPEAKER_03]: We've got about 50 more spaces.
- 1:20:18[SPEAKER_03]: We're already over 250 sold for the tailgate.
- 1:20:20[SPEAKER_03]: So we got about 50 more spots.
- 1:20:22[SPEAKER_03]: It's got to be a big party.
- 1:20:24[SPEAKER_03]: And then the day before sports and social we got plenty of room for that one.
- 1:20:28[SPEAKER_03]: We'll be there two to six over by Brave Stadium.
- 1:20:30[SPEAKER_03]: But yeah,
- 1:20:31[SPEAKER_03]: I, it's the worst feeling in the world whenever I say we're at capacity and I don't get to let people in that didn't buy their tickets, if you buy your tickets, you get in no matter what.
- 1:20:41[SPEAKER_03]: We will never be the place that runs out of food or drinks.
- 1:20:45[SPEAKER_03]: I will never allow that to happen.
- 1:20:47[SPEAKER_03]: We'll never allow that to happen.
- 1:20:49[SPEAKER_03]: So yeah, we have to kind of cap it sometimes.
- 1:20:51[SPEAKER_03]: So if you don't wait, 40 hours rush road trip.com, thank you Larry.
- 1:20:54[SPEAKER_02]: You know what, I may replace my wife with you for our family parties because I got you broke.
- 1:21:01[SPEAKER_02]: You know, I wish my wife had that same mandate.
- 1:21:04[SPEAKER_02]: We will never run out of food or driver.
- 1:21:07[SPEAKER_02]: She's like, hey, when it's gone, it's gone, you know, hit 7-11.
- 1:21:12[SPEAKER_02]: Big mouth.
