- 1:12Thank you. Perfect.
- 1:13I'm glad you can hear and see me.
- 1:16I could hardly sleep last night because I was really excited to
- 1:20workshop these tools with you guys today and bring them to
- 1:22you. I want to say welcome and
- 1:26congratulations for investing in yourself and just being on this
- 1:29one hour call today. I promise you that this one hour
- 1:31call will be transformational for you.
- 1:34I want to introduce myself first.
- 1:35My name is Janessa Dean. I'm a certified life coach.
- 1:39I have been coaching now for the last four years and I've
- 1:42actually, I, I started adding up.
- 1:44I've coached hundreds of people both one-on-one and inside my
- 1:47programs, and I've really just helped them create confidence
- 1:52and results they want in their life by applying these tools
- 1:55that I'm going to be teaching you guys today.
- 1:57And these tools, I really think when I learned them and then
- 2:01I've learned to like help people, apply them to their
- 2:03life, they are going to help you hit your personal and
- 2:06professional goals in a shorter amount of time.
- 2:08It is going to give you so much clarity and get you out of the
- 2:11spinning and the overwhelm and get you back into a decisive,
- 2:15clear plan. So just a couple of housekeeping
- 2:18things before we get started. It looks like you guys can see
- 2:20the chat box. Just want to make sure that you
- 2:23guys can see each others responses.
- 2:25I can see your response. So if you guys have any, I'm
- 2:30going to make this interactive, put your answers here.
- 2:34Let's just start out by introducing yourself if you guys
- 2:37can, and let me know where you are located, whether you're in
- 2:41the United States or somewhere else in the world.
- 2:45And then maybe a little bit of what you're hoping to learn from
- 2:48today's training, today's webinar, or what may be shift
- 2:51you're making right now, whether it's intentional, so a job
- 2:55shift, a career change, an identity shift, a relationship
- 2:59shift, or maybe it's unintentional.
- 3:02Maybe it's a breakup or you got fired or you resigned from a job
- 3:07or you're getting a divorce. Whatever it is, tell me what
- 3:13you're hoping to get from the training, where you're located
- 3:16and, and what kind of shift you're making if you're if
- 3:19you're able to share that with everybody.
- 3:22OK. I also want to talk about when
- 3:25we get to the coaching portion or the live workshop portion.
- 3:30I was just looking down at the bottom.
- 3:32I feel like Zoom is constantly changing, but it looks like
- 3:35you're going to go down to the reaction bottom button at the
- 3:38bottom. And then you can push raise your
- 3:40hand. And if you guys are up for
- 3:42getting coached, raise your hand.
- 3:45I'll bring you on there and as a panelist and then we'll workshop
- 3:48your some of your questions. So the way that this call is
- 3:51going to go is I'm going to do a short teaching portion at the
- 3:55beginning and then I am going to be opening it up with some
- 4:01questions to offer you guys. And then you guys can come on
- 4:04and we you can get coached on getting some of your questions
- 4:09answered or any thoughts that you're having around these
- 4:11questions. And don't worry if you haven't
- 4:15been exposed to coaching before it, I will help you walk your
- 4:22walk yourself through it. So you might feel intimidated,
- 4:25you might have some doubt about coming on.
- 4:27We all got you and I will help you kind of with these questions
- 4:30and walking yourself through it. OK, great.
- 4:33Some people are on here great from Michigan working towards a
- 4:38new you, a new you and a shift in careers.
- 4:40I love that. Maggie from Michigan as well.
- 4:47Great. Nathan, living in Florida,
- 4:51moving soon, who knows where. I love that.
- 4:53Just quit your job and enter what and where my next job will
- 4:56be. I love that.
- 4:58Thanks for joining us, Nathan. OK, great.
- 5:02All right, you guys, I wanted to start out by saying that I found
- 5:09life coaching and what really it helped me do was change
- 5:13identities and change careers. So this is my 4th career change.
- 5:17I went from a degree in communications with an emphasis
- 5:21and broadcast journalism to banking.
- 5:23Then I started having kids and I'm like, oh, what is this
- 5:26nursing thing? And started to be a nurse.
- 5:28And where I spent the majority of my nursing career was in
- 5:32flight nursing. I was in a flight nurse for
- 5:35about 6 1/2 seven years and then I moved into life coaching.
- 5:39I found the tools of life coaching.
- 5:40I hired my first coach and then I became a certified life coach
- 5:44and it really changed my life. And So what I'm going to teach
- 5:47you guys today is a little bit of those tools that really
- 5:50helped me shift identities from each of these careers and do it
- 5:53confidently and make the the shifts successfully.
- 5:58And I also want to let you guys know that these tools, a little
- 6:01bit of what I'm going to teach you today and what I teach
- 6:04inside my programs, this is what's helped me create the
- 6:07result that I've wanted in my life.
- 6:09I knew I wanted to be an entrepreneur.
- 6:11I knew I wanted to go all in on my life coaching business.
- 6:15I left flight nursing before I felt like I was ready.
- 6:18But these tools really helped me create a six figure business,
- 6:22has helped me work the hours on my own terms and spend more time
- 6:26with my kids before they moved out.
- 6:28So I have a 20 year old that's already moved out and I have
- 6:30twins that are 18. They're getting ready to move
- 6:32out. And I am just so thankful that
- 6:35these live coaching tools have helped me create that because I
- 6:39have, you know, created the result of owning my own business
- 6:44and working on my own terms and, and being the type of mother
- 6:47that I want to be with my kids right now and spend the most
- 6:49time with them. So what I want to do is teach
- 6:52you a little bit of how I created that.
- 6:54And I help you guys apply some of these tools and knowledge
- 6:57that I've learned to all these different shifts that you guys
- 7:00are wanting to make in your life.
- 7:02And one thing that I wanted to also tell you guys is that my
- 7:06mission is to put more of these coaching tools out in the world
- 7:10to people so that they can go out.
- 7:12You guys can go out and create whatever it is goal that you
- 7:15want for yourself to whether it's personal or professional.
- 7:18And I want to start out before we get into the teaching portion
- 7:21by telling you guys, it starts with giving yourself permission.
- 7:25That has been huge for me, giving myself permission to
- 7:28really dream about what is it that I, I really want outside of
- 7:32all the circumstances and all the pressures, what is it that I
- 7:35want? And so I want to offer you guys
- 7:38to open yourself up on today's call to really just give
- 7:42yourself permission to what what you want and to really just like
- 7:46delve into what is it that you desire on this one hour
- 7:50together. I also want to tell you guys
- 7:52this is not about perfect student mindset.
- 7:55So you don't need to be taking notes.
- 7:57I'm going to do all the heavy lifting for you.
- 7:59I'm going to teach for about 5-10 minutes.
- 8:01And then I'm offer you guys some questions for you to really
- 8:04think about. Some of these questions might be
- 8:06hard, but that's exactly where I want you to be to start
- 8:08thinking. And then what we're going to do
- 8:11is I'm going to bring you on and you can workshop some of these
- 8:14questions. You can give me some of your
- 8:15answers and then we can get some of the some coaching on where
- 8:18you might feel stumped on these questions.
- 8:20OK, sound good? All right, let's do it.
- 8:24Today I'm going to talk about creating confidence and
- 8:26uncertainty. I think this is really important
- 8:29because as you're making different shifts, both
- 8:32intentional and an unintentional and different identity shifts in
- 8:35your life, what happens is we often look to our past of what
- 8:40we're capable of. Most of the times when we create
- 8:43a big goal or we have a big shift, we're like, oh, have I
- 8:45done this before? And if I've done this before,
- 8:48I've kind of failed at this. So I don't know if I'm capable
- 8:51of doing it again. And what's so difficult about
- 8:54this is we are only capable of something if we've done it in
- 8:58our past. And we're not capable of doing
- 9:00something any different when we're only looking at our past.
- 9:03So a concept that I really teach and that I'm going to talk about
- 9:06today is pulling from the future.
- 9:08You. So what what a saying that I
- 9:11really like to teach on is we are who we are by the future
- 9:15that we are pulled by. So instead of looking to the
- 9:19past of what's possible, of what we are to create, we need a
- 9:22forward think. We need to look at that person
- 9:26who has that identity change. So for example, for me, when I
- 9:30was still a flight nurse and then I got certified as a life
- 9:33coach, I had to start thinking about myself as a full time life
- 9:37coach and what she was like, how she thought, how she dressed,
- 9:42how she dealt with obstacles, how she handled clients and her
- 9:46programs, how she taught people. And then I had to go to working
- 9:50on believing and being her now. And so that's what I mean by you
- 9:54are who you are, by the future you're pulled by, you are able
- 9:58to be the present person. If you're really thinking about
- 10:01who that person is, the thoughts, the actions, the
- 10:04beliefs he or she has about themselves once they've gotten
- 10:08there, and maybe you're unsure about what that future you is
- 10:12today, I'm going to offer you some questions that are going to
- 10:14help you get really clear about that future you.
- 10:17Another thing about really pulling from the future that's
- 10:21important is we have to create really, really big goals.
- 10:25Meaning I see some of you guys either not create goals or
- 10:28create stair stepping goals because you're like, Oh well,
- 10:31that little one is achievable. So I'm going to just do that
- 10:34versus just creating a huge big hairy audacious goal.
- 10:38The reason why I really encourage you to create a huge,
- 10:41big, hairy audacious goal, we call those beehags, is because
- 10:46when you create a small one, it doesn't require you to change
- 10:49very much. It doesn't require you to be
- 10:51someone different. But when you create a really big
- 10:54goal, it requires you to think different.
- 10:58It requires you to be different. And so it pushes you to growth
- 11:01and discomfort. So I want to reiterate that the
- 11:08past does not determine who we are now.
- 11:11Our future determines our present.
- 11:14So when we can get really clear of who that person is in that
- 11:18shift, like so for example, that what I use for myself a full
- 11:21time life coach who's coaching hundreds of people, thousands of
- 11:25people. I had to think about what were
- 11:28beliefs and thoughts that she had every day when she woke up.
- 11:32And then to get to her, I had to start practicing the possibility
- 11:35of those thoughts and those beliefs now.
- 11:38And that's what helped me form who I want to be in the present.
- 11:42What happens is when we try to create this confidence and
- 11:46uncertainty or in the unknown, we want to go to the last most
- 11:51confident version of ourselves. So I'm going to give you another
- 11:53example. I run the flight prep Academy
- 11:55that helps nurses and medics get into flight.
- 11:58And often times what happens with them is as they're working
- 12:01on becoming a flight nurse, they want to go back to the last most
- 12:04confident version of themselves, which is either a medic on the
- 12:08ground or it's an ICU nurse or an ear nurse.
- 12:11And they're like, Oh, well, I just, I kind of want to just go
- 12:13back to that because I feel more confident in that.
- 12:16Our brain wants us to do that because we feel safe and we want
- 12:20to go back to that version of ourselves where we feel the most
- 12:23safe and the most confident. But when we create really big
- 12:26goals for ourself, it's going to force us to be uncomfortable.
- 12:30We're going to have discomfort and growth and there's going to
- 12:34be emotions that are going to come up.
- 12:36Fear, doubt, imposter syndrome. And here's the thing, what I'm
- 12:41going to teach you to do is when those come to not fear them, to
- 12:45just act with them. We have an opportunity to be
- 12:49confident when we're becoming. When you're confident, it
- 12:53doesn't mean that you never have doubt, you never have fear, you
- 12:56never have imposter syndrome. It just means you can learn to
- 13:00take all of those emotions with you instead of resist them and
- 13:04still show up confidently. And so I'm going to teach you
- 13:07the four steps that I've taken myself through to make these
- 13:11really big shifts in my life. And we're going to apply the
- 13:13four steps to your shifts that you guys are wanting to make in
- 13:17the examples that you put in the chat as well today.
- 13:20So let's start with step one. Step one that I take myself
- 13:24through when I want to make any shift in my life is 1 asking
- 13:29myself what are my values? So it's and I'm going to give
- 13:34you guys the questions to these in just a second after I go
- 13:36through them. So don't worry.
- 13:37But Step 1 is like grounded in your values.
- 13:40Be really clear with yourself of what you value.
- 13:44For all of us, we value different things.
- 13:47For me, the things that I value is honesty, transparency and
- 13:51integrity. These three values are the
- 13:54things that I pick that I've picked in the past, jobs who I
- 13:58work for, I've picked relationships, I've picked
- 14:01friendships in my life, I've picked people that I want to
- 14:06associate with by those three values.
- 14:08So it's really important for you to know what you value.
- 14:11Otherwise you're floundering between all these jobs,
- 14:13relationships, careers, things in your life because you're
- 14:16trying to find if it's a match for you versus you just saying,
- 14:20hey, these are the things I value.
- 14:21Let's go out and find the things that match those.
- 14:23So Step 1, be grounded in your values and be really specific
- 14:27and clear of what that is. Step 2.
- 14:30Step 2 is creating trust within yourself.
- 14:34Know what it feels like when you are listening to your gut or
- 14:38sometimes people call it your intuition.
- 14:41I really like to liken this to also, what are you certain of
- 14:46about yourself? So when I worked as a nurse, and
- 14:48especially when I worked as a flight nurse, I knew what
- 14:52trusting my gut felt like. For me, it was like the monitor
- 14:56was fine, the labs were fine, the patient looked great.
- 14:58But I had this feeling in my gut that something was going to go
- 15:02wrong. And I learned to always follow
- 15:04that, to always listen to it no matter what all the other
- 15:08circumstances were telling me. So Step 2 is creating that trust
- 15:11and knowing what your gut and your intuition feel like for you
- 15:14individually. Step 3 is learning to tap into
- 15:19desire over motivation. I hear a lot of people say,
- 15:23well, I don't feel motivated. I need to get into discipline.
- 15:26And I really tell people, if you can really tap into desire, it's
- 15:31going to override motivation and being disciplined.
- 15:34Because when you really, really desire something, another way to
- 15:37look at this is your why. When you really hold strong to
- 15:40your why, that's the thing that's going to give you energy.
- 15:43That's the thing that's going to pull you through, but to get to
- 15:46what you really desire, it's going to be what we talked about
- 15:49the beginning, which is 1. Giving yourself permission to
- 15:54ask yourself what you really want, and then also giving
- 15:57yourself time and space and quietness to really hear it.
- 16:03I think that's hard to do in this world right now, especially
- 16:07when we have our phones that we can easily access.
- 16:10But I really want to offer you to get to what you really
- 16:14desire. It's going to require you to
- 16:16super think and to have a really quiet space to do that.
- 16:20So what is it that you desire? That's step three-step 4.
- 16:25This is a big one. I'm going to talk you guys
- 16:27through this one as we go through the questions.
- 16:29This is being willing to feel any emotion.
- 16:34So when we create a big goal, we tell ourselves we're not ready
- 16:37because we feel scared or we feel doubt.
- 16:39But I want to offer you it's not about feeling ready.
- 16:42It's actually about being willing to not resist whatever
- 16:45that emotion is, to not fear it, but to expect it.
- 16:50Successful people are willing to feel any emotion, especially the
- 16:54big, scary, hairy ones. They're willing to allow
- 16:58whatever emotion comes. They don't fear it and they know
- 17:01they're just going to process it, move with it, take action
- 17:04with it, and it's going to move through them.
- 17:06And so here are the questions that I'm gonna help you through
- 17:09all four of these steps. I am gonna put them in the chat.
- 17:12I'm gonna read them back to you and then kind of give you guys a
- 17:15second to think about them. And then I want to bring you
- 17:20guys on the call. We can discuss these questions
- 17:23or where you feel stuck in answering them.
- 17:25Let's workshop them and get some coaching on them.
- 17:29OK, questions here. OK, let me know if you guys can
- 17:43see those and I am going to read these back For those of you guys
- 17:45who are re listening to this or who are watching the replay too,
- 17:50can you guys see those ones in there?
- 17:51Were you able to see it? OK perfect, thank you.
- 17:58OK, question #1 what is it that you value?
- 18:02I gave you the examples. The three values that I always
- 18:04point my compass to is honesty, transparency, integrity.
- 18:08I make sure those three are aligning with whatever decision
- 18:12that I'm making or whatever relationship or job that I'm
- 18:14doing. Step 2 or question 2, when I'm
- 18:19listening to my gut or my intuition, what does that feel
- 18:22like for me, for all of us? We know that that feels a little
- 18:26bit different and some of you call it gut, some of you call it
- 18:28intuition, whatever like feels the best for you.
- 18:33This is a follow up question. This might be harder, but I just
- 18:35want you guys to be thinking about this.
- 18:37Who do I want to be in uncertainty?
- 18:40When uncertainty arises and I feel it, who do I want to be?
- 18:44So this is actually something that I've been working through
- 18:46the last couple years For those of you guys have been following
- 18:49me. It's been a tough last couple
- 18:51years. My, my husband lost his job a
- 18:53couple of times. I had a family, close family
- 18:56member die. I was taking care of him at the
- 18:57end of his life. I had a kid move out, just lots
- 19:00of uncertainty. And it used to make me really
- 19:04fearful and anxious uncertainty. And now when I think of
- 19:07uncertainty, I feel very confident in myself because I
- 19:12know and trust myself that I have myself no matter what
- 19:15happens, no matter what is planned, no matter what is
- 19:17unplanned. If I have to go to plan ABC or
- 19:21DI got myself, I know what my gut is and I know how to listen
- 19:24to it. So this question I think is
- 19:27really important. Who do I want to be in
- 19:29uncertainty? And for me, when I answered that
- 19:31two years ago, it's like I want to be the person that trusts
- 19:34myself so that no matter what happens, I got me and I'll
- 19:37figure it out. So that I think is an important
- 19:41question, even if it's hard to answer.
- 19:42And we can workshop that and coach on that too.
- 19:45It starts with asking yourself, what are you certain of if you
- 19:50can't answer, who do I want to be in, in uncertainty?
- 19:52It's like, but what am I certain of?
- 19:56And it might be like, I'm really certain that I can be
- 19:59resourceful and I can find the person who has the answer, or
- 20:03I'm really certain that I can find the support that I need
- 20:06when I am facing an obstacle or the community that I need or the
- 20:11mentor that I need. So that's question #2 question
- 20:15#2 had like some sub questions in there, but I wanted to offer
- 20:18you some of those question #3 what do I desire?
- 20:23Higher overrides motivation. If I give myself permission to
- 20:26really ask myself, what do I want?
- 20:29What is it that I really desire? And fun fact, this program, the
- 20:34shift that I've created this is from listening to the whisper
- 20:38and what I've desired over the last year, I've been really
- 20:40honing into it and listening on it.
- 20:42And I've realized this is really what I desire is to put these
- 20:45life coaching tools in the hands of everybody.
- 20:47So what do I desire? What's your mission with that
- 20:49desire? Just like me, my mission is if I
- 20:52put them more tools, life coaching tools in the hands of
- 20:55people, it's going to be able to go out there and they're going
- 20:57to be able to help other people, their friends, their family,
- 20:59their children, create more confidence in their life.
- 21:03So what is it that you desire? And then the not the last one.
- 21:07OK, I have 6 questions. I thought I only had three.
- 21:11Number four, what is a negative emotion do I need to allow?
- 21:15So what is that a negative emotion that you might be
- 21:18resisting feeling? Is it doubt?
- 21:20Is it fear? Is it imposter syndrome?
- 21:23What is it for you? And I bet if all of you guys can
- 21:25think about it, you can name what that negative emotion is.
- 21:28Question #5 what is the positive emotion I need to generate at
- 21:34the same time? And we're going to talk about
- 21:36that in a second. So for example, if your negative
- 21:39emotion is I need to allow doubt, we need to find an
- 21:43emotion that is going to help you counteract that when you do
- 21:48feel it. It doesn't mean resist it.
- 21:50We're going to allow the doubt to come.
- 21:52But what is another emotion that we can generate at the same time
- 21:55that we'll counteract it as well?
- 21:57So for example, if I use doubt, I don't think if the positive
- 22:01emotion, if we want to get to grounded, I think that's going
- 22:03to be really hard to get to. These emotions that I'm talking
- 22:07about here are like courage, grit, resilience.
- 22:12What is it for you that's going to help with the doubt when it
- 22:16comes and that you can generate at the same time, when I think
- 22:18about having doubt, I really think about generating
- 22:21resilience. It's like I can have doubt and
- 22:23resilience and move forward with them.
- 22:25And then this follow up question for this is what does it look
- 22:28like to take action with both emotions?
- 22:32So what now does it look like to move forward towards these
- 22:35shifts or these goals that you're making either personally
- 22:38or professionally, have doubt and have resilience and take
- 22:42action with both of those at the same time?
- 22:45I'm going to talk about this for a second and then we're going to
- 22:48move to anybody who wants coaching on these questions.
- 22:51So one example that I want to give you is so a feeling that
- 22:59I've always had, even as a kid and in all the careers that I've
- 23:02chased is pressure. I felt pressure my whole life.
- 23:05And so the way that I want to explain this as if, as if you're
- 23:09being, you're in a car and you're on a long car ride with
- 23:11someone and you know, you've been on an annoying car ride
- 23:13with someone where they're playing with the music and
- 23:17they're rolling down the windows and they're turning on the
- 23:18heater and the AC button and they're talking nonstop.
- 23:21And you're like, I want you to go away.
- 23:23And that's how I've thought about pressure.
- 23:26But what I want to offer for you to do is instead of trying to
- 23:29kick pressure or that negative emotion out the door, I want to
- 23:33offer for you to allow it to be on that long car ride with you.
- 23:36It's not going to get out of the car.
- 23:37You're not going to be able to Kick It Out the door.
- 23:39So now what I want to offer for you to do is give it some
- 23:42instruction. So we're going to allow the
- 23:44pressure to be there or whatever the negative emotion is.
- 23:47So when I think about pressure, and now I'm like, I'm going to
- 23:49put you in the back seat. I'm going to give you my phone.
- 23:52You're going to be the road map. You're going to tell me where to
- 23:54turn and I'm going to give you instructions on how to help me
- 23:58with this drive. And so now for me, instead of
- 24:02trying to get rid of pressure, when I experience pressure,
- 24:05that's when I perform. I know exactly how to take
- 24:08action with it. And so I want to offer you guys
- 24:11a think of that negative emotion as going in the car ride with
- 24:14you and giving it instructions and taking action with it,
- 24:17taking action with both of these emotions together.
- 24:20So I create pressure and resilience and I move forward
- 24:23with it. Practicing this will require a
- 24:26little bit of getting into momentum.
- 24:29So if any of you guys have ever experienced driving stick shift
- 24:32before, I teach, I make all my kids when they turn 16, they
- 24:35have to drive a stick shift car and they have to learn how to do
- 24:39it, obviously. So there's this thing when
- 24:41you're driving stick shift where you're, I think it's called
- 24:45feathering, where you're push down the clutch, you're taking
- 24:49your foot off the clutch and then you're pushing on the gas.
- 24:52All of you guys who drive stick shift know what I mean by this,
- 24:54but this is the hardest part when you're first learning is
- 24:57how do I feather the gas? How do I pull off the clutch and
- 25:01then put my foot down depending on what the car is just enough
- 25:04to get it into first. But once you figure out that you
- 25:07get it into first, second, third, 4th and 5th and it's
- 25:11easy, you've created this momentum.
- 25:13So that's what it's going to require you to do as you're
- 25:16practicing to take this negative emotion with you at the same
- 25:19time you're taking action. So once you can get into
- 25:23momentum and you can shift into gear, then it's easy to get
- 25:26going. But this is the hardest part.
- 25:28And the hardest part is because our brain wants us to remain
- 25:32comfortable. It wants us to remain in a non
- 25:36growth stage and just do all the things that we're doing that
- 25:39feel so lovely and comfortable. But when we create a big goal,
- 25:43it's going to feel uncomfortable.
- 25:45And so it's going to require us to create a little bit of
- 25:47momentum. But once we create that
- 25:49momentum, then we can just shift right into gear and where we
- 25:52want to go and we'll take off. It's going to require decision
- 25:56making and making decisions. It's going to require you going
- 26:00to the island and burning the boat down.
- 26:02I love this cause a lot of it, a lot of you guys or I myself have
- 26:06done this in the past before too.
- 26:09When you create a big goal, you go on the lifeboat and then you
- 26:12go to the island and then you're holding on to the lifeboat and
- 26:15you're like, I got to hold on to the lifeboat.
- 26:18Because if for some reason this doesn't work out, I want to get
- 26:20back into it and go safe to my other place where I knew I was
- 26:23confident before. But what I really want to offer
- 26:26you to do is be willing to go in that boat, get to the island and
- 26:30then burn that boat down, decide, and then commit to going
- 26:34all into making the island work for you, making that decision
- 26:37and that goal work for you. This is how we show up
- 26:39confidently stepping into a new identity or something that we
- 26:43haven't done before or a new job, a new career like some of
- 26:46you guys mentioned, or unknown. This is how we act from the
- 26:50future that we're pulled by, and this is how we get clarity of
- 26:54what is next. So all of these things added up,
- 26:57these steps that I've given you are going to help you grow your
- 26:59mental fortitude. And as you practice allowing the
- 27:03negative emotion instead of resisting it and learning to
- 27:06take action anyway, you're going to create this momentum and
- 27:09you're going to be pulled by the future you and not let your past
- 27:12determine what you're capable of.
- 27:14OK, so I know I have some current clients in here.
- 27:18Maybe one of you guys is willing to go first or anybody who's
- 27:22willing to get coached again, you can raise your hand down at
- 27:27the bottom in the React and I'd love to discuss and coach you on
- 27:32some of these questions that you guys have.
- 27:39And hopefully you. Guys are able to raise your
- 27:42hand. Who wants to be a brave soul and
- 27:43go first? OK, great.
- 27:46I'm gonna promote you to panelists.
- 28:05Hi, I can see you I just. Can't hear you yet.
- 28:09Hello. Hi.
- 28:11Hi, how are you? Good.
- 28:13How are you? How do you?
- 28:13Pronounce your first name Narunahar I.
- 28:16Also go by nuni. Whichever's I nuni, OK.
- 28:20Nice to meet you Nuni. Nice to meet you as.
- 28:22Well, I'm glad to be here. All right?
- 28:25We're glad you're here. Tell me where you're at and what
- 28:27you kind of want some coaching on at this point.
- 28:31In time I am kind of in like a standstill.
- 28:35So nursing is my career and I'm really on a pseudo Med search
- 28:43unit. It's kind of like a like a we
- 28:46get everything sort of unit. So I've been there for almost 2
- 28:53years now and I told myself after two years, after a year
- 28:58and a half, like I would start making the shift towards my
- 29:02ultimate goal which is flight nursing.
- 29:05OK. Love it, but I understand that.
- 29:08There are steps that I have to take first before flight nursing
- 29:13can be my now career. And so I am kind of.
- 29:19Again in a standstill of where? Do I feel?
- 29:24Like I want to go next. And so when we were talking
- 29:27about allowing that pressure to kind of guide you.
- 29:35What maybe what you fear? Most.
- 29:37And right now, that fear is kind of.
- 29:41Not knowing. If I want to be an ER nurse or
- 29:48want to be an ICU nurse. I'm just.
- 29:54Yeah, I it's AI know it's a loaded conversation.
- 29:57No, this is perfect. What kind of came up for you
- 30:00with those questions that I put in the chat?
- 30:01Did anything come up for you of giving you any clarity or where
- 30:06do you feel stumped in this? I feel stumped.
- 30:10Not knowing which would be better because ultimately I
- 30:14understand that both have the both jobs can carry that trauma
- 30:19aspect that is of value of the job as a flight nurse.
- 30:25Like you want to have that knowledge and those resources
- 30:30going into a job that is flight nursing where you're dealing
- 30:34with trauma patients and whatnot.
- 30:37And I just don't know like where which job would get me
- 30:44specifically to that goal. Yeah, OK.
- 30:46So I. Always tell people who want to
- 30:48get into flight to it doesn't matter, ERICU, you pick the one
- 30:52that you're the most interested in because the most interested
- 30:55in you. Like if you are really excited
- 30:58about going to work, that's where your critical thinking
- 31:01skills are going to grow. So if you're like, oh, I don't
- 31:04know if I want to go to today's shift that you're just like,
- 31:07you're not going to be excited to go and your critical thinking
- 31:09skills aren't going to grow. So I want to offer you, it
- 31:12doesn't matter for flight, ER or ICU.
- 31:14So I know this program's not talking about flight, but it
- 31:17doesn't matter for flight ERICU. So I always point people in the
- 31:20direction of where you are most excited and what you are most
- 31:25drawn to because both are going to be good elements to to be
- 31:30able to get into flight later. So when I say that, what comes
- 31:33up for you? Excitement.
- 31:37OK, on. Aspect I.
- 31:39I kind of before this month, I was like, I'm ready.
- 31:43I want to go to IEC and you know, I'm excited about this.
- 31:47And then I started to think about it more and then the
- 31:51thinking kept going and leading and going and leading and it
- 31:55wasn't really going anywhere. And I was like, well, I know I
- 31:59see you. I'd get good value from there as
- 32:02well. And so I've kind of just been
- 32:04sitting with this like, doubt in my heart about what?
- 32:10If I choose wrong. Yeah, OK.
- 32:12So this. Is what happens when your brain
- 32:14is making a decision to moving to a new goal.
- 32:17So like I said before, when you create a new goal and you say
- 32:19you want to do something immediately, your brain's going
- 32:22to offer you obstacles. But what it's doing for you is
- 32:24it's helping you just indulge in indecision.
- 32:27Because really, like I said, it doesn't matter ER or ICU, but
- 32:30it's like, actually I wanted to spend time indulging in this
- 32:32decision. Then I don't have to move
- 32:34forward or take action with it. So.
- 32:40To. Get out of the.
- 32:41Indulging. One thing that I want to back up
- 32:44with is I hear you saying that you have some fear about making
- 32:50this decision and you feel like you're on a standstill.
- 32:53So what would it be like if you just allowed the fear of
- 32:57choosing one or the other to come with you as you're deciding
- 33:01about which one you want? What?
- 33:06What do you mean? What if you just instead of?
- 33:08Resisting the fear. And because right now your
- 33:10brain's saying, hey, I have fear, I'm going to stand still.
- 33:15But what would it look like? If you just told yourself, hey,
- 33:17I'm going to have fear about this decision and I'm going to
- 33:19start taking action on it anyway.
- 33:25I can do that, yeah. What would that look like for
- 33:27you? Do you?
- 33:28Think jumping in. But unders possibly
- 33:33understanding that if it does end up not being for me that I
- 33:37have options 100%. Because how do you know if you
- 33:42go all into doing something like, let's just say, let's just
- 33:45say you go all into ER because you're like excited and you're
- 33:47like, this is where I want to learn before I become a flight
- 33:50nurse. And you go into it and then you
- 33:51do it. And then you're like, actually,
- 33:54I kind of don't want to do it. How do you know for yourself if
- 33:57if if you don't like something or you're ready to to change it?
- 34:02I don't that's. The beauty of it, I think.
- 34:06But how do you know? Because I.
- 34:07Think we all have an understanding of ourselves where
- 34:09we're like, oh wait, this isn't what I really wanted.
- 34:11How do you know for you what that is?
- 34:16When I'm forcing myself. To continue it, yeah, kind of
- 34:20like. You are in your current job.
- 34:22Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. So I think like what your brain
- 34:26really wanted to do is 1 let's just make a decision and I tell
- 34:29people if you can't decide between Eris you and both
- 34:32interest you, go for all of them and just get yourself in those
- 34:36interview seats, a critical care and practice that.
- 34:39And when you're in the interview seats and your job shadowing,
- 34:41you're going to see what what is meaningful to you.
- 34:44But I think it's going to go back to that first question is
- 34:47what do you value? And when you're doing these job
- 34:49shadows, when you're sitting in these interviews, you're going
- 34:52to see which department aligns with those values and where
- 34:55you're going to feel the most comfortable.
- 35:00OK, so if you're unsure. Do you?
- 35:03And when I say like, which department excites you the most?
- 35:06Do you have an idea EC? Is that what's EC?
- 35:10Stand for, well, the ER, sorry, OK.
- 35:13ER, OK. Then great.
- 35:15And that's where you want to move towards that.
- 35:17And then you have to be willing to have fear as you're going
- 35:20towards it. OK, So what does?
- 35:26It look like to take the and what I tell people is like as
- 35:30overachievers, our brain starts to try to solve for all the
- 35:33problems to get there. And I just want to offer you
- 35:36solve for the next problem, the next step.
- 35:39So what does it look like today to take an action towards
- 35:43working in the ER with fear and still take action anyway?
- 35:48Fixing up my resume. Perfect.
- 35:50We'll be looking in the area for ER positions.
- 35:56OK, great. And then what is this is going
- 36:00to be really important for you? What's the emotion that you want
- 36:03to generate taking action with with the fear that's going to
- 36:06help with the fear. Faith.
- 36:10OK, I love that. Faith and fear.
- 36:13Faith and fear. So for you.
- 36:16What does it look like to hold both faith and fear and walk
- 36:20towards getting an ER job? What do you?
- 36:23Have to be. What do you have to?
- 36:24Be believing about yourself to be able to take action with
- 36:27faith and fear. That I can start.
- 36:31Even though I won't, I don't feel like I know what I'm doing,
- 36:36Yeah. I love this.
- 36:39Like I can start, I can start today, I can.
- 36:44Start and not. Feel ready like people always
- 36:47like try to wait till they feel ready.
- 36:49But then it's like feeling ready is is never achievable 100% of
- 36:54the time. It's like I can just start even
- 36:56though I don't know all of the steps yet.
- 36:59How does that feel for you? Terrified.
- 37:04Very. Terrified right now, sitting in
- 37:06this chair. Yeah, yeah.
- 37:08I want to offer for you to like get in, get in this program, get
- 37:12support and community because this is really what's going to
- 37:14help you with accountability and supporting you through this
- 37:17decision and keep on going. OK.
- 37:24And also this is going. To be about building momentum.
- 37:26So I know right now it feels scary to to practice it, but I
- 37:31promise you just like the stick shift.
- 37:32Do you know how to drive stick shift?
- 37:34No. OK, well, if you did just like
- 37:37stick shift, if you were learning to drive stick shift,
- 37:39getting into that first gear is the hardest part.
- 37:42But once you start taking the action, it's going to feel
- 37:45normal for you. You're like, oh, OK, this is
- 37:47what fear and faith feel like. This is what fear and faith feel
- 37:49like. I like to like, normalize it to
- 37:51like a bike pedaling too. It's like, you know, when you
- 37:54ride a bike, it's been years since I've been on one, but I
- 37:57remember getting on one a couple years ago and being like, OK,
- 37:59this feels clumsy and you just start pedaling.
- 38:02But then once you start pedaling, you create the
- 38:04momentum. And then it's like, Oh yeah, I
- 38:06can kind of coast and pedal. That's what it's going to feel
- 38:08like for you as you're starting this like.
- 38:11Getting on that bike after. A couple years, but then you're
- 38:13going to coast and pedal once you start taking the action.
- 38:17OK. You got this.
- 38:20Thank you. Thanks for getting coaching on
- 38:22that. Anything else for you?
- 38:25Or are you, are you, are you up for getting started on this?
- 38:29I'm in. I.
- 38:33I have. I started actually back in
- 38:36January and then I had a couple of big changes happen at the
- 38:39time. So yeah, put.
- 38:42On the back. Burner.
- 38:44But very recently I've been just thinking about what I want my
- 38:49future to be like and who I want to be right now.
- 38:52And so kind of in that aspect, you know, careers and whatnot, I
- 38:57was like, I know at this moment I want to change and I want to
- 39:04move forward because I feel like I'm in a standstill.
- 39:08And again, sitting in comfort is OK for a very short while.
- 39:13And then you realize comfortable is boring sometimes and you want
- 39:18to be able to grow. And what now?
- 39:21We grow every single day. And it should be in a positive
- 39:25way. Yeah.
- 39:27And. And here's the thing too, about
- 39:29people who are constantly doers and overachievers and growers,
- 39:33is that it's harder for us to stay put Like it.
- 39:38We we think it's like easier to not go for the big thing, but
- 39:41it's actually harder because think about how many moments in
- 39:44the day you're thinking about actually going for it versus
- 39:46doing it. And yeah, actually going.
- 39:50For it is going to create some fear as you're creating
- 39:53momentum, but not going for it creates regret, and sometimes
- 39:57that is even bigger and harder in itself.
- 40:00Heavy on the. Regret for sure.
- 40:05Again, the the quote you said on indulging in indecision speaks
- 40:10to me a lot because I I do a lot with decision fatigue.
- 40:16Always making. Decisions for myself, for other
- 40:20people, for my family overall. And it places me in that
- 40:26position to where when it comes time for me to make a big
- 40:30decision for myself, I no longer feel like I have the power and I
- 40:34kind of want to take the power back.
- 40:36Yeah, yeah. Definitely this will give you so
- 40:39much power back, but you have to be willing to allow the fear.
- 40:44I know you can do it. I'm do, I will do.
- 40:47My best OK hopefully. You can join us inside and we
- 40:50can keep up the momentum and keep going with the
- 40:52accountability and support and community as well.
- 40:54Yes, thank you. OK.
- 40:56Thanks for being on. OK, I.
- 41:00AM. I don't know how I can put you.
- 41:06Back to see if I can put you back here.
- 41:17Technical difficulties. OK.
- 41:20Thanks for coming on. All right, that was great.
- 41:22I hope you guys could relate to her and her goal.
- 41:26And fear, I mean, I think that's really common.
- 41:28Fear is a big thing that has us not wanting to move forward.
- 41:32But I do want to offer you guys like what she said is spinning
- 41:36and indulging in the indecision is going to give you take up so
- 41:40much more energy than just having the fear and generating
- 41:43the faith to go for it. And it's going to feel, We think
- 41:47if we just resist feeling fear and we resist going for it, that
- 41:50it's not going to feel as bad, but it's going to feel more
- 41:53terrible. You're going to indulge in the
- 41:54indecision and then you're going to live with in regret.
- 41:56So I want to just offer you if both are going to feel terrible,
- 41:59go for the one that's going to move you more towards your goal
- 42:02and the identity and the shift that you want to make.
- 42:03So good. Thanks for being willing to go
- 42:061st and get coaching on that. I want to offer you guys that if
- 42:09you're wanting to take this conversation deeper and you want
- 42:12to continue having the momentum of what you want, the
- 42:16accountability, start applying these concepts right away to
- 42:20your everyday life. Come and join us inside the
- 42:22shift. Today is the first day of
- 42:25opening an enrollment inside the Lifetime Membership Life
- 42:28Coaching program, and I'm going to talk to you now a little bit
- 42:31about what includes and what each thing has inside for you.
- 42:34So what I really love about this program is you're going to have
- 42:39a weekly live coaching call. It's going to be very similar to
- 42:42this one. It's going to be 60 minutes each
- 42:44week on Thursdays at noon Pacific Standard Time, same time
- 42:48over Zoom with everybody inside of the group.
- 42:50It's going to be a little bit different because you're going
- 42:52to be able to see everybody. Everybody will be on camera, so
- 42:53you can interact with them as well, but this is really where
- 42:57we're going to take these coaching tools and concepts.
- 43:00I'm going to teach you a little bit at the beginning and then
- 43:02you're going to have the live interaction to be able to get
- 43:05coached by me and watch other people get coached.
- 43:07You will get a lot out of watching other people as well,
- 43:10even if you're not the one being coached because you're not stuck
- 43:12in your head as I'm asking you questions, but you can ask
- 43:15yourself, oh, how does this apply to me?
- 43:17I see myself doing the exact same thing.
- 43:19And then it'll help you move forward as well with making
- 43:22decisions and getting really clear on it.
- 43:25You're not just going to be learning the concepts.
- 43:27I'm going to really teach you how to think differently about
- 43:29things, make decisions faster, and move through these obstacles
- 43:32without indulging and getting stuck in your mind.
- 43:35And the transformation of like really getting to your goals and
- 43:38shifting into these identities and careers and jobs is really
- 43:41practice and integration, not just me giving you the
- 43:44information. So that's why I love the
- 43:45workshop and the coaching of each of the calls.
- 43:48All of these replays will be housed inside the member portal
- 43:51so you do not have to have the perfect student mindset and come
- 43:54to every call live. I know you guys, lots of guys
- 43:56work shift work or lots of you guys won't be able to make it on
- 43:58Thursdays for vacation or whatnot, and that's OK.
- 44:01I just really want to offer you give yourself one hour each week
- 44:05to give yourself permission to think about what you really want
- 44:09and to give yourself permission to put your oxygen mask on 1st.
- 44:13We all know if we give ourselves oxygen first, we're going to
- 44:16have back our energy, our time, our balance, and we're going to
- 44:19have clarity of everything else that we're doing in our life.
- 44:22So I want to offer you give yourself one hour if you can't
- 44:25make it live to listen to the replay or to watch the replay.
- 44:29I have a private podcast too that I'm going to talk about in
- 44:31just a second where you can listen to it.
- 44:33And I promise you this will give you the other 167 hours in your
- 44:38week back. You'll have more time, more
- 44:40energy, really taking care of yourself and getting that and
- 44:43accountability to move towards what you really desire.
- 44:46Also, when you come to these calls, just like you felt today,
- 44:49you're going to feel high levels of desire and motivation.
- 44:52And then what's going to happen is after we get off the calls,
- 44:55two or three days later, an obstacle is going to come up or
- 44:57you're going to be like, oh, lots of fear and you're going to
- 44:59stand still and feel stuck again.
- 45:01But really what these calls will help you do is when you're
- 45:04starting to feel like that, then a week will come up later.
- 45:07And then you're going to be able to tap into that desire and
- 45:09motivation again and have that accountability and support to
- 45:13work through the obstacles that continue to come up for you.
- 45:16It's also really important to talk about your wins and to
- 45:19chase your wins and what's working for you.
- 45:20So we're going to talk about that on every call and that's
- 45:23what I love having the week call that you can go back to each
- 45:26week and get that accountability, the motivation
- 45:29and tap into the desire. I also like we just mentioned,
- 45:32I'm going to have a private podcast feed for all the
- 45:34replays. So inside the member portal, you
- 45:36can go and watch all the replays.
- 45:38I'm going to post them by 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time on
- 45:41Thursdays of every our calls. But I will also be posting these
- 45:44in the private podcast feed. So I'm going to show you in just
- 45:47a second, but you'll have your own RSS link where you can put
- 45:50that in any podcast platform that allows you to have a
- 45:54private podcast. And every week when I upload it,
- 45:56it'll just automatically go to that and you'll see it in there
- 45:59and you can listen to the replay.
- 46:01I know life is busy. I love listening to podcast when
- 46:04I can't make it to the own my own programs for the live
- 46:07coaching call. I also love kind of like working
- 46:09out, walking, being a momentum while I'm listening to them.
- 46:12It helps me just like create my thoughts and take action at the
- 46:15same time. I don't know, putting those two
- 46:18things together really helps me whether I'm in a walk or I'm
- 46:20working out. And then also just it helps me
- 46:23integrate so that I'm not forgetting it.
- 46:25At the same time, the other aspect of this that I really
- 46:28love is the community support. So having a community group chat
- 46:32and a community is key. I really think because as we're
- 46:36having these weekly calls, you're going to be able to tap
- 46:38into this group for support in between sessions.
- 46:41You're going to be able to ask questions, get coaching by me,
- 46:44share wins, get coaching from your other peers and work
- 46:47through challenges in real time. If it's not the day of our call
- 46:50or you couldn't make it to the call and you're going to be able
- 46:53to be surrounded by people who are committed to growth as well.
- 46:55I think this is what's really helped me make all four of the
- 46:58big shifts in my life is having a community and having support
- 47:03where I can tap into it and accountability.
- 47:05And this is actually one of my favorite parts of my programs is
- 47:08being able to have the support that you can tap into anytime
- 47:11and you can get coaching anytime.
- 47:13Also, when you put yourself in rooms of people of where you
- 47:16want to be who are moving forward intentionally and trying
- 47:18to grow as well, you're going to see this conversations and the
- 47:21spaces are different. And I really think that's what's
- 47:24helped me create myself into moving through all four of these
- 47:27identities and putting myself in rooms of people that I want to
- 47:29be and having mentors and support.
- 47:32The other thing that you're going to get is this member
- 47:35portal. I'm going to show you this in
- 47:36just a second. This is where all the replays
- 47:38are going to be housed and all the tools and framework and the
- 47:42six step process that I'm going to take you through to make any
- 47:44shift in your life. You can go back to these lessons
- 47:48anytime. And the way that I'm going to
- 47:50outline this member portal is as I'm starting to do more
- 47:53workshops with you guys, there might be a subject like I'm
- 47:56really planning on doing 1 on time management and scheduling
- 47:58this year because I think I'm really good at that.
- 48:01You'll be able to go in there and see the time management
- 48:03video and watch that anytime. You're going to have lifetime
- 48:05access to this member portal. When you join, you're going to
- 48:08get your own login and password so that you can go into this
- 48:10anytime. So I am going to show you the
- 48:13member portal. Now, can you guys see this?
- 48:18OK, so when you log in, when you join, you're going to get your
- 48:21welcome letter. It's going to have your own
- 48:24member Idi think it's your e-mail and your own password.
- 48:28And I think you can change that too.
- 48:29But you're going to log in. You're going to see a button
- 48:32here. Start course right now.
- 48:34The first thing in there is a welcome video.
- 48:36So in this welcome video, I kind of outlined what to expect from
- 48:39the coaching calls, all the weekly calls, the private
- 48:42podcast, a little bit more in depth of the things that we just
- 48:44went through together. On this sidebar, you're going to
- 48:48see our weekly calls date and time every Thursday at New
- 48:51Pacific Standard Time, same Zoom link every week.
- 48:54And then this is the access to our community group chat, which
- 48:56all of that will be in there too.
- 48:58And then all the weekly replays will be in here as well.
- 49:02And then I'm going to take you through what you're going to get
- 49:04if you Join Now as a founders bonus, that's going to be housed
- 49:08in there too, which will be my six step process to make any
- 49:11shift in your life either intentional or unintentional.
- 49:13I wanted to show you also, you're going to see this inside
- 49:16your member portal. These are going to be the shift
- 49:18weekly call replays. So this is your private podcast
- 49:21link. You're going to click on this
- 49:23and this will give you copy it. And you can put this into any of
- 49:28your podcast platforms that offer the private podcast.
- 49:31And so for example, here's your first episode, which is just
- 49:36being unable to listen to the welcome video.
- 49:38I wanted to do the private podcast because this is how I
- 49:41like to listen to some of my weekly calls.
- 49:43And also I'm an auditory learner.
- 49:45So for those of you guys who are auditory learners or who need to
- 49:47be having movement at the same time, this is going to be good
- 49:50for you to be able to access and do so.
- 49:54That's the member portal. That's the private podcast.
- 49:57All of those will be in there, all the replays, and I love that
- 50:01because you guys can either decide that you want to listen
- 50:04to it, or you can watch back any of the calls as well and watch
- 50:07people get coached. I like to go back in the
- 50:09programs that I'm inside. I like to go back and rewatch
- 50:11them. Even years later.
- 50:13I get something different from every time I go back and I
- 50:15rewatch it 'cause I'm just at a different stage in my life or
- 50:18wanting something else out of it that I didn't get when I first
- 50:21watched it live. And I just, I wanted to tell
- 50:25you, I structured this program this way because these are all
- 50:28the things that I really love inside the coaching programs
- 50:31that I am in and all the things that I found effective over the
- 50:34four years of coaching people both in groups, programs and
- 50:38one-on-one. And I know that it's like not
- 50:40enough to read books, to listen to podcasts, and to just think
- 50:44about what you want. That's where I was at before I
- 50:46found life coaching, before I got certified, when I hired my
- 50:49first life coach and when I joined my first program, I was
- 50:52able to apply the concepts, have accountability, have support
- 50:57and, and my mind wasn't pulled back in old patterns.
- 51:00It was helping me create the future of where I wanted to be.
- 51:03And this is what's helped me create all the results in my
- 51:06life in a shorter amount of time.
- 51:08The shift is really going to give you tools, the space to
- 51:11apply them, accountability to be able to follow through and a
- 51:14community to help you reinforce some of that growth.
- 51:17And again, this is for career changes, relationships, business
- 51:21changes, identity shifts. And I wanted to make this
- 51:24lifetime access because I want to continue to support you as
- 51:27you shift through different careers, relationships,
- 51:30identities, continued life changes all throughout your life
- 51:33as life is happening, which is happens to all of us.
- 51:36So you will get all of this for a lifetime access inside for
- 51:40$1200. I have two different payment
- 51:43plans at a painful option of the full 1200 or I have a three
- 51:47monthly payment plan of 400. I'm going to give you guys the
- 51:51link to Join Now inside the chat for you guys to join.
- 51:58And I want to tell you guys about a special bonus if you
- 52:00Join Now. If you guys Join Now, you're
- 52:03going to get the founders bonus. And what this means is you're
- 52:06going to receive access to the Founders workshop.
- 52:09Well, I'm going to walk you through my six step process of
- 52:12creating any shift in your life. And I'm going to tell you each
- 52:15one what each of these steps are.
- 52:17So what that means is before I put it inside the member portal,
- 52:22I'm going to workshop on six different calls with you guys.
- 52:25So they're going to be on our weekly calls for the first six
- 52:27weeks. We start April 9th, which is a
- 52:30Thursday. We're going to workshop all six
- 52:33of these steps for six weeks straight.
- 52:35And I love being able to offer this as a bonus because you're
- 52:40going to get to be a part of the live workshop and then it is
- 52:43going to be housed in there forever as the course and the
- 52:48six step process inside the shift.
- 52:50So here's the six steps we're going to talk about in the first
- 52:53six weeks together. If you guys Join Now, you'll be
- 52:55able to be a part of this Founders bonus.
- 52:57Step one is listening to the whisper.
- 52:59I'm going to teach you how to have self-awareness, decide and
- 53:01commit. Step 2 is I'm going to teach you
- 53:03how to declutter your brain, how to bring doubt and uncertainty
- 53:06with you. Decluttering your brain,
- 53:07recognizing the negative thoughts and then not judging
- 53:10yourself to be able to come out of them and generate ones and
- 53:13beliefs that are going to help you move through it.
- 53:15Step three, we're going to create your vision story.
- 53:17I'm going to help you redirect what your purpose and your why
- 53:20is and really tap into that desire.
- 53:22Step 4, we're going to talk about tapping into capability.
- 53:25I'm going to teach you how to grow what you think that you're
- 53:27capable of. So we each have a ceiling that
- 53:30we think we're capable of. I'm going to teach you how do
- 53:31you grow that and expand that. Step 5 is teaching you how to be
- 53:35future focused in everything that you're doing, how to pull
- 53:39from your future and create a plan.
- 53:40And we're going to create your plan to move forward.
- 53:44And then step six, I'm going to call action acceleration.
- 53:47I'm going to teach you how do you create and accelerate and
- 53:50pedal and take all the actions to to move into the momentum to
- 53:53create the result that you want in a shorter amount of time.
- 53:56So Join Now and you'll get to be a part of that founders bonus.
- 54:01Let me know in the chat if you guys have signed up and if
- 54:04you've joined. I want to be on the lookout for
- 54:06you and welcome you into the shift.
- 54:10I want to take these last five minutes to answer any questions
- 54:16that you guys might have about the program or about the
- 54:19coaching or about the tools that we talked about today.
- 54:23Feel free to put that in the chat.
- 54:26And then are you guys able to access the link?
- 54:28I just want to make sure you it's clickable for you.
- 54:34And then do you guys have any questions?
- 54:36For me. And feel free to raise your
- 54:44hand. Or put them in the chat too.
- 54:50OK, perfect. Thank you.
- 54:52Able to click Perfect. OK, if you guys don't have any
- 54:57questions here, that's OK. I want you guys to know I'm
- 55:01totally reachable. And so if you reach out to me on
- 55:04Instagram or TikTok, DM me any questions, leave me a voice
- 55:08memo. I answer each and every one of
- 55:10those personally and individually.
- 55:13And then you guys can also e-mail me as well.
- 55:15So the e-mail that you guys received for this link.
- 55:19OK, awesome. Maggie, we're excited to have
- 55:22you inside. We're excited for you to join
- 55:25and join us again tomorrow if you can.
- 55:28We are going to talk about creating momentum.
- 55:30How do we get onto that bike and start pedaling the bike and
- 55:34getting it to go for us so that we can just start to create that
- 55:37momentum and let it pedal and let it coast.
- 55:39So that's what we're going to be talking about tomorrow, creating
- 55:42momentum for your personal and professional goals.
- 55:45I hope to have all of you guys join us.
- 55:47Looks like Maggie's going to be joining us inside the shift.
- 55:51And again, if you have any questions, don't hesitate to
- 55:53reach out and I'll see all of you guys on our call tomorrow.
