- 2:41A light so bright that it shines brighter than a
- 2:45thousand suns. And this beautiful, pure white light is surrounding
- 2:52your whole body and is always protecting you. Now in
- 3:00your mind's eye, see yourself sitting on an old wooden
- 3:05bench in a beautiful walled garden, and you can feel
- 3:10a gentle breeze on your face, and you can feel
- 3:15the warmth of the sun as it touches your skin.
- 3:19And as you look up, you see the beautiful baby
- 3:23blue collar of the sky, so pretty, and you can
- 3:29see a few cloud slowly floating past, just drifting along,
- 3:35with no worse special to be, just like you at
- 3:40this moment in time, just drifting along with no worse
- 3:45special to be, but here right now, in this very moment. Now,
- 3:54I'm going to tell you a little story about a
- 3:57little brown mouse caorn Max and his best friend Sofia.
- 4:05Once upon a time, in a magical ancient forest, deep
- 4:11deep in the woods, there lived a little brown mouse
- 4:14named Max. And Max had lovely, big brown eyes that
- 4:19sparkled with joy and mischief. He had a cozy little
- 4:23house inside the trunk of the tree, where he lived
- 4:27happily with his best friend Sofia the squirrel who had
- 4:31an enormous, big fluffy tail. Their house was small, but
- 4:37they loved it very much. They had all their favorite
- 4:41things in there too. Max had his pencils and sketch
- 4:45books because he loves to draw. He had a little
- 4:49table by the window where the sun shone through, and
- 4:52he would sit for hours just drawing the forest outside
- 4:56and the little animals who lived there. Sofia loved to
- 5:01knit and crochet, and she had a big basket of
- 5:05different colored walls and would make blankets and scarves for
- 5:08all of their friends. And she would sit beside Max
- 5:13in peace and quiet, just happily knitting away. They had
- 5:19everything they needed till have a happy life, but most
- 5:23of all, they had each other, and they really were
- 5:27the best of friends. One beautiful sunny day, Max and
- 5:33Sofia decided to throw a party to celebrate their friendship.
- 5:39They invited all of their woodland friends, and they prepared
- 5:43delicious jellies, cakes, and ice cream for everyone to enjoy.
- 5:48They even decorated their tree with colorful balloons, adding a
- 5:53festive touch to the celebration, and they traped beautiful little
- 5:57colored lights all around the nearby trees. It was so pretty.
- 6:05They had friends who were elves and fairies. They had
- 6:09friends who were ladybirds and fireflies, and the little fireflies
- 6:14were like sparkling floating lights, just twinkling all around the air.
- 6:20And their party was filled with laughter and fun as
- 6:23the guests played party games like musical chairs and pinned
- 6:28the tail on the donkey. Max and Sofia danced around
- 6:32in circles, their laughter echoing through the forest, and sometimes
- 6:37they would all just sit around and just chat to
- 6:39each other. They just loved being together. They were such
- 6:44good friends. They could talk about anything they wanted and
- 6:47everybody listened. Max and Sophia had parties every year, inviting
- 6:55all their woodland friends to celebrate their friendship. Each and
- 6:59every year happened, and each party was unique and special,
- 7:05with different themes and decorations. One year, they had a
- 7:10beach party complete with sand castle building contests and water
- 7:15balloon fights. Another year, they had a costume party where
- 7:20everyone dressed up in silly outfits and played games like
- 7:24bobbing for apples. Another year, Max and Sophia decided to
- 7:30have a camping party. They set up tents and built
- 7:35a bonfire, roasting marshmallows and telling ghost stories late into
- 7:39the night. The next year, they had a scavenger hunt
- 7:43party where their friends searched for hidden treasures throughout the forest.
- 7:48Speaker 2: That was a good party that one.
- 7:50Speaker 1: Everybody found something and everybody got a gift. But as
- 7:55the years went by, Max and Sofia's parties became legendary
- 8:01amongst their woodland friends. Everyone looked forward to them with
- 8:05great anticipation, knowing that they would be filled with fun
- 8:09and laughter. Max and Sophia were very grateful for their
- 8:14wonderful friends and cherished each moment spent together. They knew
- 8:20that their friendship would last a lifetime, just like the
- 8:24memories of those magical parties in the ancient Deep Tree
- 8:28in the forest. As the sun began to set, the
- 8:34party came to an end, but the memories of that
- 8:37lovely sunny day filled with fun and laughter would remain
- 8:42in their hearts forever. Their parties continued to evolve over time,
- 8:48with new games, activities, decorations added each year, but one
- 8:53thing remained constant, the love and joy that filled the
- 8:58air as they celebrated with their friends. For this, Max
- 9:04and Sophia were very, very grateful. After all their friends
- 9:12had gone home that day. Max the little brown mouse
- 9:17and Sophia the squirrel sat together in front of the
- 9:22cozy fire in their little tiny house in the base
- 9:26of the tree and smiled to each other. They were
- 9:30so very happy. They loved their woodland friends so very much.
- 9:38But the night had drawn in and the sky had darkened,
- 9:42so they knew it was time for them to go
- 9:44to bed. They said good night to each other and
- 9:48went to their own bedrooms, climbed into bed, and promptly
- 9:54fell asleep. After all, they had had a very busy day.
- 10:01But now it's time for you to sleep, So slow
- 10:05down your breathing, and your whole body is perfectly calm
- 10:11and relaxed and ready for sleep. But before you do,
- 10:18just say thank you to your body. Say thank you
- 10:22to your breath, Say thank you to your eyes, to
- 10:27your nose, to your ears, Say thank you to all
- 10:33of the things you are grateful for. And say thank
- 10:38you for all of the good people in your life.
- 10:42To your pets if you have any, and say thank
- 10:49you to them all for making you feel safe and loved.
- 10:57Now feel all of this love and gratitude surround your
- 10:59whole body, feel its warmth, all because these people love you,
- 11:07and always remember you are safe, you are loved, and
- 11:14you are protected. Now imagine that the very top of
- 11:21your head opens up just a little bit, and outfloat
- 11:26any thoughts that might still be trapped inside, thoughts that
- 11:31you no longer need, and they find their way into
- 11:37the beautiful, starry night sky far above you and drift
- 11:42out of sight. Now close the top of your head,
- 11:48and soon you'll be sound asleep, off on a peaceful
- 11:53journey into dreamland that will carry you all the way
- 11:57through until morning. Maybe you will dream about Max and
- 12:02so Fear. Maybe they will invite you to one of
- 12:06the lovely happy parties and you can meet all of
- 12:09their friends. But you feel so sleepy now, so tired,
- 12:17so calm, so peaceful, as you slowly and gently drift
- 12:25into a lovely sleep, and when you wake up in
- 12:29the morning, you will feel so bright and late, and
- 12:35you will feel so refreshed, ready to begin the new
- 12:41day ahead night nights.
