Marcin Król is the chef and restaurateur of newly opened Cypsèle in Paris. He was born in Poland but left his native country in 2013. His culinary career started when he was 18 years old, working at Noma in Copenhagen. After a year in Copenhagen, and some failed university studies, Marcin Król Marcin started as Sous-Chef at restaurant Boragó in Chile.
