Suspect Arrested in Hartly Shooting Incidents | Dover News
Delaware State Police arrest 24-year-old Dakota Carey in connection with two separate shooting incidents in Hartly — one at an occupied home and another nearby — where no one was injured, but the suspect allegedly fired a weapon at a house. Carey, who posted a $26,500 bond, is also linked to a similar July incident on the same road. Police are still investigating and urge anyone with info to contact Detective I.
