SPEAKER_00: Holinda Samehzain.
0:02
SPEAKER_00: And we're gonna start about 11 lines from the top of Samachzayan Alexh Tonah or Debaya Bishmal Tanah as we left off yesterday.
0:07
SPEAKER_00: We're on the last staff over here in Perak Abu Chafice and we'll jump right in.
0:11
SPEAKER_00: So what is the context?
0:13
SPEAKER_00: We're a little bit in the middle of the Gemara.
0:14
SPEAKER_00: So the context is we learnt this khidish, little known kiddish, that these uh it's not the Minnik today for sure, but these bugs that are created, they're Shratseamay, but they're not uh they didn't come me'alma, they didn't come from somewhere else, but rather they were created as a result of the sitting water.
0:30
SPEAKER_00: They were created from Mineu Be, and they were mats, they were uh, you know, you could say they uh I don't know, the bacteria that were formed, these bugs and these worms that that were came and were bred as a result of this sitting water, those are actually gonna be fine.
0:44
SPEAKER_00: You're gonna be able to eat them even without snapper because even without Simonim, it's not going to be a problem.
0:49
SPEAKER_00: Now we saw the way we learned that was the the way we started off this gemara was we learned as it relates to dogin, the posic says Toy Khumikoshabamaim, we started off yesterday, Matamulam.
0:57
SPEAKER_00: We didn't start off, we ended off yesterday.
0:58
SPEAKER_00: Matamalema, what's Pshanimus Posak?
1:00
SPEAKER_00: Toyhumikoloshabamaim, what's the question?
1:01
SPEAKER_00: The question is, because it says it twice in the posic.
1:03
SPEAKER_00: It says Toy Kumikoshabamayim, and it said before the Azet Toyh, Mikolashabamaim, and it ends off, why do you need to tell me twice?
1:10
SPEAKER_00: So it's coming to tell me we saw it on Matama Lemash, Yokoh, I heterbimfurish veter stam.
1:15
SPEAKER_00: Since I have a heter mefurish, saying specifically you're allowed to eat a sharitzamaim.
1:19
SPEAKER_00: We saw yesterday where do we have a heter mefurish?
1:20
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna go back to that in a minute.
1:21
SPEAKER_00: But we have a heter also stam, you're allowed to eat a sharitzamaim.
1:24
SPEAKER_00: So what type of sharitzamaim are you allowed to eat even if it doesn't have simon?
1:27
SPEAKER_00: So we saw maybe kailim, or that is the heteromifurish, you're allowed to eat if it came as a result, it came from the cle itself, and there's a heter stam as well, so we tried to say it's only kailim, we're married also barriershikhumaris that's considered like kingdom because it's sending water, etc.
1:41
SPEAKER_00: But we learned a and we learned uh Raminain Larabas Barhikhumar's.
1:45
SPEAKER_00: How do we know that?
1:45
SPEAKER_00: We learned that from Telikhumikola Shabbamai.
1:47
SPEAKER_00: We learned it from the words tail mikalashabamai.
1:49
SPEAKER_00: Then we said a klaw pratu klaw from the way we actually learned this.
1:53
SPEAKER_00: We asked, why do we need this if I have a pasuk?
1:55
SPEAKER_00: No, the only reason we know, the only reason you know that it's set up like that is because you have these words mikal shabam, which we're about to go into.
2:04
SPEAKER_00: So we don't have to go too much into the claw pratukal because we're about to mention the same Gemara as a reboy umyot.
2:09
SPEAKER_00: Now, we know every time you say in the Tara a klaw, a generalization, and then a prat, a very specific thing.
2:14
SPEAKER_00: It could be learnt in two ways.
2:15
SPEAKER_00: It could be learnt as a claw pratuklaw, and it could be learnt as a reboy, which is the general thing.
2:20
SPEAKER_00: Miot is the prat, that's the very specific.
2:23
SPEAKER_00: What's the difference?
2:24
SPEAKER_00: There is a difference in how you learn it.
2:25
SPEAKER_00: Klau pratuklau is more limited.
2:27
SPEAKER_00: Klauprat, we know is in the clawl e-macha babrat.
2:30
SPEAKER_00: Klau pratuklau is generally gonna be eco to reboy umiot.
2:35
SPEAKER_00: So klauprat is very, very limiting, only the prat itself.
2:38
SPEAKER_00: Klau pratu clau is gonna be on the same level of reboyumit that we're gonna be marba something that's doimat to the miot.
2:44
SPEAKER_00: And we're gonna be marba something that's doime to the claw.
2:46
SPEAKER_00: Something that's kain, sorry, so that's something that's ka'ina prat.
2:49
SPEAKER_00: So that's how it is.
2:50
SPEAKER_00: And what about reboy miot uriba, by the way?
2:52
SPEAKER_00: That's even more inclusive.
2:53
SPEAKER_00: That's the most inclusive.
2:54
SPEAKER_00: You could be marba anything, and be mamayat one thing.
2:57
SPEAKER_00: That's how we learn this.
2:58
SPEAKER_00: Now, I think we explained this a little bit, uh, I think it was a little bit off at the end of yesterday, but the beer vishma is actually the shito who generally holds what?
3:05
SPEAKER_00: Generally learns claw pratu cloud.
3:06
SPEAKER_00: Tana the bear bishmal, uh, besoy meeting as a turn to judge us, right?
3:10
SPEAKER_00: Klau Pratuklaut.
3:11
SPEAKER_00: Bari Bishmal is the Tano who usually says that.
3:13
SPEAKER_00: And then over here in Argimar, we know there's a machelik's tunnel, how to learn it.
3:15
SPEAKER_00: Klau Prat, or Reba Emir.
3:17
SPEAKER_00: And over here, the Baer Bishmal is coming along and telling us to learn it as a Riba Emir.
3:20
SPEAKER_00: But the Bari Bishmal is generally the Tana who holds that it's uh Klaw Pratu Klau, not a Rebu Emir.
3:25
SPEAKER_00: That's how we learn it.
3:25
SPEAKER_00: So Rashi Bavarns it over here and explains to us why, because over here, as we learnt yesterday, it's not really a claw pratuklaw, it's a claw claw prat.
3:32
SPEAKER_00: Now it's all totally on what we learnt Bima Rova yesterday in Eritrao.
3:36
SPEAKER_00: They said whenever you have a claw claw prat, learn it as a Hatella Prat Binam and learn it as a claw pratuklaw.
3:42
SPEAKER_00: But generally, the Baby Bishmal is not gonna agree with that.
3:45
SPEAKER_00: They're not gonna agree with that uh Lehman from Eritz Israel, and therefore, since this is not your classic claw pratuklaw, even though the Baer Bishmal is literally the Shita that generally learns of a claw pratuklaw, since this is a claw claw prat, he's not gonna hold of this Indian from Eritzraul, Hatala Prat Binaim, and he's gonna learn it as reboy umyot.
4:00
SPEAKER_00: And with that we start off 11 lines from the top of Samaq Zainaban Ali.
4:03
SPEAKER_00: The Baer Bishmal Tonna, the following.
4:06
SPEAKER_00: He learns the same Joshua, by the way, it's gonna come out the same exact Allahu, no nafamina, but he learns it as a ribu emit, not as a claw prat.
4:12
SPEAKER_00: Okay, Bamayim, Bamayim, it's Shtebam.
4:14
SPEAKER_00: It says Bamayim two times in the post against we learn it.
4:16
SPEAKER_00: In Zahlau Pratal Ribit.
4:17
SPEAKER_00: We don't learn it as a claw prat like we ended up yesterday, but rather we learn it as a riba umiat, bamayim ribo.
4:22
SPEAKER_00: It says bamaim, which is a ribui, because that's uh general water.
4:25
SPEAKER_00: Bayamam ranachalim.
4:26
SPEAKER_00: Miyat.
4:26
SPEAKER_00: When it says yam nachalam, that's very specific types of water, and therefore it's a mi'at.
4:30
SPEAKER_00: Bamayim, chhazuriba.
4:31
SPEAKER_00: We have ma'im again, it's again a rebuy.
4:33
SPEAKER_00: So riba um miat u riba.
4:35
SPEAKER_00: We have a riba miaturiba.
4:36
SPEAKER_00: What happens?
4:37
SPEAKER_00: What do you do?
4:37
SPEAKER_00: Reba ha kol.
4:38
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna include everything.
4:39
SPEAKER_00: My rubbi, water we including even Kharitinit in these different streams.
4:43
SPEAKER_00: The point is they have an Aviya, they have a source, as we saw yesterday, the Yesura.
4:46
SPEAKER_00: That these things are also gonna be usur if they don't have simonim.
4:49
SPEAKER_00: If you find fish over there without simonim, without snap bearing kaskesis, it's going to be usur.
4:53
SPEAKER_00: My miot, it's it's memat one thing.
4:54
SPEAKER_00: What's a memit?
4:55
SPEAKER_00: But shikhum ar is gonna be memit, but sikhulum aris that it's not included in this later, that they're gonna be mutter even if it doesn't have simonim, even if it doesn't have uh uh fins and scales, doesn't have snopper because it tesis, it's still going to be mutter.
5:07
SPEAKER_00: Says the gmar Aimel, my road the bar sikhun'ris.
5:09
SPEAKER_00: Why are we learning that it's marbe nikharitzin', that it's gonna be usr, considered like Yamunafale, and we're gonna be Memmaid Barh Shikun Ma'aros to tell you that those are actually mutter because it's like sitting bodies of water, and that is going to be not not even need.
5:24
SPEAKER_00: See monument's gonna be mutter without it.
5:26
SPEAKER_00: Why are we saying that?
5:27
SPEAKER_00: Why don't we go more limiting?
5:28
SPEAKER_00: And what's the basis of the Gemara's question, by the way?
5:31
SPEAKER_00: The basis is because reboyum miyat again is much more inclusive.
5:34
SPEAKER_00: Reboy miat or reba is reba haqal.
5:36
SPEAKER_00: We include everything except for one thing which we're gonna be M'mait.
5:39
SPEAKER_00: So if you had to choose the one thing we're gonna be M'ma'at, what should we be Memat?
5:42
SPEAKER_00: Kalim.
5:42
SPEAKER_00: What's we memat kalim?
5:43
SPEAKER_00: Be marbe even Bar Shikh al Ma's.
5:45
SPEAKER_00: You should be Marbeh.
5:47
SPEAKER_00: You should be Marbe Bar Sheikh and Ma'ris to tell you that it should be considered like Yam Halim, that you're good the fish that comes from Barishik is gonna need Simonim.
5:55
SPEAKER_00: What should be Memat?
5:56
SPEAKER_00: It should be Ma'at Kailim.
5:56
SPEAKER_00: That's the Gemara's question.
5:57
SPEAKER_00: Because again, it's much more inclusive.
5:59
SPEAKER_00: So only limit a much more uh specific thing like Kalim.
6:02
SPEAKER_00: So why don't we say the aima, where are we aim, my reboa, bar shikimba'aris?
6:08
SPEAKER_00: Why don't we say that it's coming to be ma'at kailim?
6:09
SPEAKER_00: That kalim is gonna be motter even without Snaphir, it's because it's but Barishikamarais, even Barishik and Maris is gonna include it because it's much more inclusive, Ribui Miyota Rebu.
6:16
SPEAKER_00: It says the Gemara, as we saw yesterday for the claw prato call, Imkayahaniway.
6:21
SPEAKER_00: If so, that it's not coming to include Barishikamara's, then what's Taichlu coming to do?
6:25
SPEAKER_00: Taikhlu we saw yesterday, the extra time is really being Megala to us that we're learning and including here, Barshikna Maris, that that is also leheter.
6:33
SPEAKER_00: That's gonna be like came on that it's motto, that's the extra time that it says you're allowed to eat.
6:36
SPEAKER_00: It says Gemara, okay, but epochano.
6:38
SPEAKER_00: I hear you khajbi.
6:39
SPEAKER_00: But why don't I mean learn the opposite?
6:41
SPEAKER_00: Why do as Rash explains, the cave that since it's not specifically a reason given, it's riba meyata riba, riba.
6:48
SPEAKER_00: We include everything and except for one thing.
6:50
SPEAKER_00: It's not based off of smara.
6:51
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, why don't I say charitzin, rebuild boy?
6:56
SPEAKER_00: Toyhlu should be marbe charitzin that you're allowed to um I'm saying, sorry.
7:03
SPEAKER_00: Kapra.
7:07
SPEAKER_00: To tell you that Kharitzin is actually mutter.
7:10
SPEAKER_00: It's being Mimayat Kharitzin, it's being Mima'et Kharitzin that it's not like, it's not like Yama Munochales, but rather if you find it in Kharitzin and Itzin, it's not gonna need Simoniman, it's gonna be completely mutter.
7:20
SPEAKER_00: And what's it being?
7:21
SPEAKER_00: Marbeh?
7:22
SPEAKER_00: It's coming to be marbe, Baira Shikana Maris.
7:24
SPEAKER_00: That if you find it in a barishikun of aris, that's gonna be considered like uh Yama Munochales, that you're going to need Snaprakaskessis.
7:30
SPEAKER_00: How do you know to do the opposite?
7:31
SPEAKER_00: How do you know to say that uh it's being marbe haritun itzin and being memit burishikinamaris?
7:37
SPEAKER_00: Maybe the opposite.
7:37
SPEAKER_00: Fshafkar it says, uh why do we do it this way?
7:48
SPEAKER_00: Why are we marbe varsikhan baris that it's going to be mutter?
7:51
SPEAKER_00: Or really we could say that it's mightzih, right?
7:53
SPEAKER_00: Like we said before.
7:54
SPEAKER_00: And why are we being mitzi haritun itzun lay surah that it's gonna be like Yam no Khaz?
7:57
SPEAKER_00: Why do I say it that way?
7:58
SPEAKER_00: I'll tell you why.
7:59
SPEAKER_00: Marba ani barshikamar shay matsurum ki Kalim.
8:01
SPEAKER_00: Because if you look at it, it's much more similar to Kailim in the end of the day.
8:04
SPEAKER_00: Bar Sikhanmars are a tsunin, they're stopped, they're in place, they're not flowing water, there's no nave.
8:09
SPEAKER_00: They're like Kalim, and therefore we're gonna include it like Kalim.
8:15
SPEAKER_00: They're not similar to Kalim, and that's why I am going to exclude Haritzimitzin, or rather include it, Klape, Yamamin o Khal, and then it's gonna be considered like Yamamunhal, and that you're gonna need this amount of snap recassi in order to eat these fish that come from there.
8:28
SPEAKER_00: Mikal Makam, what do we come out with?
8:29
SPEAKER_00: The same exact thing as yesterday.
8:31
SPEAKER_00: There's no enough comida between this shot that Tonadri Bishmal and what we saw yesterday of uh klaw prato klaw, it just depends if you learn Ribu Emuta Reba or Klaw Pratukla, but the Allah, it came out the same exact way.
8:44
SPEAKER_00: Why does Tonadabishmal who generally learns Klaaluprat, right?
8:47
SPEAKER_00: Omr Vishmal.
8:48
SPEAKER_00: Why over here is he dash, the one learning Rebu imir instead?
8:52
SPEAKER_00: Because again, it's not a regular Kal Pratuklaw, and he doesn't hold it a drush yesterday in the Maraba, but rather this is a claw khlal uprat.
8:58
SPEAKER_00: This is a claw klalu prat, and he doesn't hold that you would treat that as a claw prataklaw as we saw yesterday.
9:03
SPEAKER_00: Hi Sasumhai Mefurish.
9:05
SPEAKER_00: We said that there's two eterim in the posak for Sherat's.
9:09
SPEAKER_00: There's two eterim.
9:10
SPEAKER_00: If it doesn't have a snapper kaskes, as if it comes from Kalim or it comes from Bhirch, Lamaris, it says in the Pasik twice there are two etherim.
9:17
SPEAKER_00: One is Mephurish, very specific, and one is stam.
9:20
SPEAKER_00: Where is it Meforish and where is it stam?
9:22
SPEAKER_00: So we're about to see.
9:23
SPEAKER_00: But we said since when it was Matyub Meforish, what did it what did it say meforish?
9:29
SPEAKER_00: We saw it's not actually that Mephurish.
9:30
SPEAKER_00: But what did it say Mephurish?
9:31
SPEAKER_00: Calim.
9:32
SPEAKER_00: That if it comes from Calim, there were they grew as a result in the clean, then it's gonna be mutter to eat these uh bugs or whatever it is.
9:37
SPEAKER_00: So so too, af Keshahitr bistam, it should be only Calim.
9:41
SPEAKER_00: That's what we tried saying yesterday.
9:42
SPEAKER_00: Kamash Malon, it says Toyhlu again, twice to teach you to teach you uh to teach you no.
9:49
SPEAKER_00: To teach you no that even barish numaras, right?
9:52
SPEAKER_00: That's what we saw yesterday.
9:52
SPEAKER_00: So says the Gemara like this.
9:54
SPEAKER_00: Hi Sasmafersh.
9:56
SPEAKER_00: Which one is sasim?
9:57
SPEAKER_00: Which one is the sosim one that it's uh not specific, and which one is the one that's mefirch?
10:01
SPEAKER_00: It tells me first you're allowed to eat it from Kemem.
10:03
SPEAKER_00: Which one?
10:03
SPEAKER_00: Now, what were the Tupsukim by the way?
10:05
SPEAKER_00: So if you remember the Tup Sukim were in the positive and the negative.
10:08
SPEAKER_00: Tayhlu Michael Sarah Maim, you could eat it, you could eat it.
10:10
SPEAKER_00: So what does that teach me?
10:12
SPEAKER_00: You could eat anything from Yamim and Khalim if it has snapper kaskesis.
10:16
SPEAKER_00: What does that teach you?
10:19
SPEAKER_00: Or really, if you could eat it from Yamam and Khalim if it has snapper kaskes, then if it's not from Yamam and Khalim, then it doesn't need snapper kaskesis, right?
10:28
SPEAKER_00: So if it's stumped from Calim, it doesn't need snapper kaskesis.
10:31
SPEAKER_00: It also said it in the negative.
10:32
SPEAKER_00: We saw yesterday, Lavar la Bishne Bel Asebalaisase.
10:35
SPEAKER_00: It also said you're not allowed to eat it.
10:36
SPEAKER_00: Kala Sha inla snap er kaskasse, you're not allowed to eat it.
10:39
SPEAKER_00: Where are you not allowed to eat it if it doesn't have the simonim?
10:42
SPEAKER_00: Yay Yamim and Echalin.
10:43
SPEAKER_00: Mashmah what?
10:44
SPEAKER_00: Mashmah also.
10:45
SPEAKER_00: That if it's not in Yamim Menechalim, then you are allowed to eat it even if it doesn't have the symbolim.
10:49
SPEAKER_00: So that was the that was the two times that it told you this heter of eating bugs that come from the water.
10:55
SPEAKER_00: One time was stam, one time was mefurst.
10:58
SPEAKER_00: But which one was which?
10:58
SPEAKER_00: We just said what the two are.
11:00
SPEAKER_00: One was in the positive, one was in the negative, and we learned the diuk.
11:03
SPEAKER_00: But which one is stam?
11:04
SPEAKER_00: Which one is mefurst?
11:05
SPEAKER_00: They both don't sound very mefurish, right?
11:06
SPEAKER_00: So it says the government plikiborah varavina.
11:09
SPEAKER_00: One of them says yeshla mefersh.
11:10
SPEAKER_00: The posik that's telling you yeshla in the positive, that if it has the simonim, yeshla, if it has the simonim, then you're gonna be able to eat it.
11:17
SPEAKER_00: That's the one that's mefurish.
11:18
SPEAKER_00: The aimla, the posik that's telling you if it doesn't have the simonim, aimless simonim, you're not allowed to eat it, and the diuk we made from there, that's the one that's sassam.
11:25
SPEAKER_00: The chanam of the other one says, ain'la meforish vehicle stam.
11:27
SPEAKER_00: The exactly the exact opposite.
11:28
SPEAKER_00: That in the negative, the pasik is telling you that's the part that it's mefurished that is telling you you're allowed to eat it.
11:32
SPEAKER_00: The bugs, the yeshla stam.
11:33
SPEAKER_00: When the pasik's telling you in the positive, yeshla, if it has not recognized, you're not let you then you are allowed to eat it, that's the stam.
11:39
SPEAKER_00: Sensakemar, my time, the mind number, yeshla mefurish.
11:43
SPEAKER_00: What is the reason according to the sheeta that holds that when the title says yeshlai, the diak we made from the positive pasik is the one that's mefirst.
11:51
SPEAKER_00: That's the posak mefursh telling you, telling you mefursh that you're allowed to eat these books.
11:54
SPEAKER_00: Says, what's the what's pshat?
11:56
SPEAKER_00: How does he learn this?
11:57
SPEAKER_00: The Amalkhai is gonna tell you, me Nehu the commister calim.
12:00
SPEAKER_00: What do you mean?
12:01
SPEAKER_00: Because that's the Posak telling you what you are allowed to eat.
12:03
SPEAKER_00: The Pasik is telling you what you're allowed to eat.
12:05
SPEAKER_00: So just like the Pasuk is basically saying that you're allowed to eat it if it has Simonim, just if it's in Yamunakhalim.
12:12
SPEAKER_00: But if it's not in Yamunakalim, we learn that you don't you could eat it even if it doesn't need simonim, right?
12:16
SPEAKER_00: It only needs semanim if it's in Yamunakhalim.
12:18
SPEAKER_00: But that's the part where it says me'furish because it's telling you you are allowed to eat it.
12:21
SPEAKER_00: You're allowed to eat it.
12:22
SPEAKER_00: If it has if it's in Yamun a khalim it needs simonim, you're allowed to eat it.
12:25
SPEAKER_00: But if it's not in Yamun a khalim, you're allowed to eat it across the board.
12:28
SPEAKER_00: So that's the posik telling you me'furish, you're allowed to eat it from Kalim, even bugs if they don't have Simonim.
12:32
SPEAKER_00: Okay, May Tam and the Ma'am are Ainla, Mefurish.
12:34
SPEAKER_00: What's shot in the Sheetah that holds?
12:36
SPEAKER_00: That where do we where is the one that's considered Mefurish?
12:38
SPEAKER_00: That's the diak we made from the Pasik that says if it doesn't have Ainla, if it doesn't have snapper kaskes, then you're not allowed to eat it.
12:46
SPEAKER_00: But where is that true?
12:46
SPEAKER_00: Only Yam the Khalid.
12:48
SPEAKER_00: But if it's not Yam'ichan, then you are allowed to eat it even if it doesn't have semanim, right?
12:51
SPEAKER_00: So that's the that's the that's the one according to the sheet that says that's the me'furish one.
12:55
SPEAKER_00: Why?
12:55
SPEAKER_00: What's the reason according to that cheetah?
12:56
SPEAKER_00: Dehayihu de Kamuka de Kamuchach Ahayah.
13:00
SPEAKER_00: The reason is because if you remember yesterday, we said the hay no bikal to make the diuq you made.
13:04
SPEAKER_00: What was the diuk we made?
13:05
SPEAKER_00: The postuk tells you you're allowed to eat fish if it has a snapper kask says, where beyamunhalim.
13:10
SPEAKER_00: So we made a diuk, but not in yamun munakhalim, you're allowed to eat it if you know even if it doesn't have simonim.
13:15
SPEAKER_00: But we said have shafirt.
13:16
SPEAKER_00: Maybe they make the opposite diuck.
13:18
SPEAKER_00: Where are you allowed to eat fish even if they have simonim?
13:23
SPEAKER_00: But if it's not in the yamunakalim, then maybe even if it has simonim, you're not allowed to eat it.
13:26
SPEAKER_00: Maybe we should make the diuq in the 180 degrees the exact opposite that even if it has a snap beer and kaskesis, if it's not from Yamunakalim, you're not allowed to eat it.
13:34
SPEAKER_00: So we said, why don't we say that?
13:35
SPEAKER_00: And we said, because we have the posik of Ainlai.
13:37
SPEAKER_00: Because we have the next posik that proves me ahayek.
13:40
SPEAKER_00: It proves me about this that that's not what's going on.
13:42
SPEAKER_00: Because what does that posik say?
13:43
SPEAKER_00: If it doesn't have snap beer kaskesis, you're not allowed to eat it if it's from Yamunakal.
13:47
SPEAKER_00: The diuk from there is clear.
13:48
SPEAKER_00: Okay, but if it's not from Yamunakalim, then you can eat it, even if it doesn't have snapir kaskasis.
13:52
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, Ainloy was muchach ahayek, that this is really what's going on, and that's why that's the one that's me'firish according to that sheet.
13:59
SPEAKER_00: What's the one?
13:59
SPEAKER_00: Yeshlo ainloy, which one is me'fursh according to that second sheet?
14:02
SPEAKER_00: We don't know which one is which.
14:03
SPEAKER_00: So it's gonna be Aimloy because that's the one that's muchach, what the diuk really is.
14:07
SPEAKER_00: And since the Gamar speaks it out, the Ime Hayek, because if I only had the first possibility of Yeshloi, then Hamina be Kalim alphabet islay, Namila Tech.
14:13
SPEAKER_00: Then I would think, as we said a second ago, to suggest the opposite di'uch, that by Kalim, even if it doesn't alpha give the islay, even if it has Simonim, but it's not from Yamun a Khalim, so it should be Asir.
14:25
SPEAKER_00: Even Calim, even if it's a kosher pitfish, skin, fin, fins, and scalp, came from Calim, so it's not gonna be good.
14:30
SPEAKER_00: And Amila Techl, you're not allowed to eat it.
14:31
SPEAKER_00: I would have thought that.
14:32
SPEAKER_00: Come as one, I need Ainloy, the Muha Hahaych, to teach me what we're really talking about, and that's why Ainloy is really the iker over here.
14:40
SPEAKER_00: And Aimloy is the one that's mefurished, that's the Pasik that teaches me the mefurish.
14:44
SPEAKER_00: Um, that to eat these bugs from wherever they came from, if they came from as a result, it is clear.
14:49
SPEAKER_00: The Bayer Sheikh Namaras are going to be okay, says the Gemar.
14:52
SPEAKER_00: That was the hard part for today.
14:54
SPEAKER_00: Let's continue the Gemar.
14:55
SPEAKER_00: Amar of Shahrab Bit Savyosa B'urta.
15:00
SPEAKER_00: I'll pee this kiddish we're learning about that you're allowed to eat, let's say you have a clee with water and these bugs, you have worms and all types of crazy zachen inside, but we're assuming they came as a result of the water.
15:12
SPEAKER_00: They grew the water, produced them.
15:14
SPEAKER_00: And therefore you're allowed to eat these uh these different nyanem.
15:18
SPEAKER_00: So, if so, based on that, I'll tell you aloho.
15:21
SPEAKER_00: Lo this shikhra bit savyasa.
15:23
SPEAKER_00: A person shouldn't pour they used to so even though it was mutter, probably not you know a gishmaka thing to eat.
15:29
SPEAKER_00: No one wants to, you know, take these worms and actively eat them.
15:31
SPEAKER_00: So if you want to start sifting your beer, we're assuming beer is the same thing as water, right?
15:35
SPEAKER_00: So if you want to start, and they were the beer produced these worms inside of it as well.
15:38
SPEAKER_00: So if you want to start sifting your beer from these uh shatsim ramasam inside, so tsyasa was a certain type of sifter made out of uh they put it used to put a bunch of twigs and pour it over and all the worms and stuff would get stuck in it and the juice would go down.
15:53
SPEAKER_00: So the lish ineshikhrab tsavyasa burta.
15:55
SPEAKER_00: A person shouldn't sift his beer over this tsavyasa at night.
15:58
SPEAKER_00: Why shouldn't he do that?
15:59
SPEAKER_00: Dumma parish the element savyasa because what might happen is that these worms might come out of the beer, they're gonna get separated by those twigs, and they're gonna stay on top.
16:08
SPEAKER_00: The element savasa are gonna stay on top of this sifter, the other Navalakasa, they're gonna stay on top as you intended to, but then then one might fall back in, might fall back into the kois.
16:16
SPEAKER_00: The ha the ovar mission sharat sa sharits a la aret, and once it falls back in, then you're gonna be oi if you eat that because sharatza sharits are a la ureth.
16:23
SPEAKER_00: Meaning you're gonna take this, rash explains, and you're gonna assume you have this cup.
16:26
SPEAKER_00: Okay, I see a worm in it, but I got most of them out.
16:29
SPEAKER_00: One of them stayed in.
16:30
SPEAKER_00: It's a worm that was as a result of the klee, so I'm allowed to eat it, no problem.
16:34
SPEAKER_00: That's good in Khajvin, but what might have happened was that really it did get filtered out, it was on top of the wood, and then it fell back in.
16:40
SPEAKER_00: At that point it would be ostra.
16:42
SPEAKER_00: Why is Rashid explains?
16:43
SPEAKER_00: Because what happens is it's only Mutter Kosmandra wasn't parished from uh from the clee on and went to Allah Oretz, right?
16:49
SPEAKER_00: But as soon as this worm starts crawling around on the ground around the wood, then it's ostra mishum share it's a shareat alaarz.
16:55
SPEAKER_00: It's a terrible lav, I think, to Mesachis Mah because it tells you you're gonna get four lavin for this.
17:01
SPEAKER_00: The flying one is five, maybe there's one that's a six.
17:04
SPEAKER_00: Whatever, definitely.
17:05
SPEAKER_00: There's sharet's a mime, share it's a yeah.
17:06
SPEAKER_00: Which one?
17:07
SPEAKER_00: Flying is six, what's the share it's uh uh oreth?
17:10
SPEAKER_00: I think four.
17:11
SPEAKER_00: I think Yaman is five.
17:13
SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
17:15
SPEAKER_00: Okay, but once it starts crawling around, it's gonna be shareth of sheriff, and therefore the whole heter is only while it's still inside.
17:22
SPEAKER_00: But once it got separated and it goes back in, you're gonna have a problem.
17:25
SPEAKER_00: So don't sift it at night because you might uh it might go go out, fall back in, and it's gonna be a problem.
17:31
SPEAKER_00: If so, they were concerned that it might go out and go back in, then Bimanami, even if in even in a clea itself that you didn't sift, we should be worried about this.
17:38
SPEAKER_00: Why?
17:38
SPEAKER_00: Duma parsle dafna the mano, vihodonafalemana.
17:41
SPEAKER_00: Maybe the worm crawled onto the wall, out of the water that's in the clean, it crawled onto the wall and then it fell back in.
17:47
SPEAKER_00: If it crawled onto the wall of the clean, maybe it was considered separated already, and when it goes back in, it should be a problem.
17:52
SPEAKER_00: And says the Gemara, no, that's not a problem because Hassan Hindu Revise.
17:55
SPEAKER_00: That's its normal way, Rash explained.
17:59
SPEAKER_00: If it was on the wall of the inner clee, that's considered like it didn't come out of the water, that's its normal way, and that's not a problem.
18:04
SPEAKER_00: But what if it went onto the top of the wood in the sifter, that's ready like it crawled around on the floor, and that's why over there would be a problem, says the Gemara.
18:13
SPEAKER_00: Mana Timra, who said, Who said there's a difference between the wall of the clee or if it went on top of the wood?
18:20
SPEAKER_00: We have a brace of me now.
18:24
SPEAKER_00: We saw it already.
18:24
SPEAKER_00: How do you not think include barshikum aris that you could bend down and drink from the barshiknum aris?
18:28
SPEAKER_00: And you don't have to be worried about uh bugs inside because the bugs were produced by the barshik almost, which we saw as mutter.
18:35
SPEAKER_00: How do we know that?
18:36
SPEAKER_00: Meaning that you don't have to watch out, Tamil Lamid the Fash says, you don't have to stop, hold back.
18:39
SPEAKER_00: Tamilem alpha says, Toychun Kalashramaim, right?
18:42
SPEAKER_00: We learned yesterday, or and we learned today also as it relates to Riboyamiat, and you only know because of Ta'h Khalamaim.
18:47
SPEAKER_00: Okay.
18:48
SPEAKER_00: But Sunday, why it is true.
18:49
SPEAKER_00: You're able to eat from Barishik al Ma's the bugs from the water.
18:53
SPEAKER_00: What does that mean?
18:55
SPEAKER_00: Why aren't we Hashish that these worms might have crawled onto the wall, the bar, and then it fell back into the water?
19:01
SPEAKER_00: And that's uh and then maybe that would be a problem if it was considered separate.
19:04
SPEAKER_00: So obviously, what do we have to say?
19:05
SPEAKER_00: Allah Hanna Rivisa, no, we're not even if it did that, that's not the point.
19:07
SPEAKER_00: It's considered like it never separated.
19:09
SPEAKER_00: Ha ha nami and revises.
19:10
SPEAKER_00: So to in a cop and a clean, we're gonna say the same thing, even if it went onto the wall, went back in, it's not considered like it's left, and therefore it's still gonna be motor.
19:20
SPEAKER_00: I'll bring you a ray from a brace of that supports your kiddish.
19:23
SPEAKER_00: That if it went out on top of the filter and fell back in, it's gonna be a problem.
19:27
SPEAKER_00: Kol hasharit sha sharitala arets.
19:29
SPEAKER_00: Larabis Yav Hushin.
19:30
SPEAKER_00: Shah Sinanan.
19:31
SPEAKER_00: That's including, meaning the issir of kol sharit sa sharit alla aret's it was what what's it being?
19:36
SPEAKER_00: Marbe in this isr.
19:38
SPEAKER_00: You have hush and sha sinin on these knot these gnats that come in wine that you sifted.
19:44
SPEAKER_00: If you sifted it out of the wine, all of a sudden now it's usr.
19:46
SPEAKER_00: Why?
19:46
SPEAKER_00: Because they separated.
19:47
SPEAKER_00: Now they're on the sifter, they're on the floor, whatever it is, it's going to be usar, which teaches you time at a sinana.
19:52
SPEAKER_00: Halasin char, which teaches you the only reason it's usar is because you separated it.
19:56
SPEAKER_00: Once you separate it, it's like it's separated and it's gonna be usar.
19:58
SPEAKER_00: Halasin and char, but if you didn't, then it's gonna be mutter.
20:00
SPEAKER_00: So we see once it's pyrish, then it's going to be usr.
20:03
SPEAKER_00: Ummar Shmool Shmoul says, Keshus Chaisliya, along this note.
20:07
SPEAKER_00: Something that grew inside its natural thing, and that's where it came from.
20:11
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be mutr.
20:12
SPEAKER_00: As soon as it's pyrish and goes onto the floor, wherever it goes, then it's gonna be a problem.
20:16
SPEAKER_00: Sharitza or its okay, Shmoul says, kishus, this type of vegetable.
20:20
SPEAKER_00: Shaislia.
20:21
SPEAKER_00: Shaislia be bel.
20:23
SPEAKER_00: It got it became full of worms, but be bel, while it was still in the home of the cacao, while it was still connected to the floor.
20:31
SPEAKER_00: Shmool said it's gonna be awesome, sharatha sharit alaz.
20:34
SPEAKER_00: Now, even though, although generally we say that if it was matzmiakh mitoycha, right, it was these uh this fruit produced the worm.
20:42
SPEAKER_00: Or the water produced the worm, then it's gonna be mutter.
20:45
SPEAKER_00: Over here though, it's different.
20:46
SPEAKER_00: Why?
20:46
SPEAKER_00: Because the fruit is attached to the flo the to the ground.
20:48
SPEAKER_00: Bibel, it's mamish machobil karka.
20:50
SPEAKER_00: If it's mechobilak karka, then it's considered even though this worm grew in the thing, it's considered like it's on the karka, even though it didn't leave the the the pre, it seems, and therefore it's gonna be asterished al-ets.
21:00
SPEAKER_00: And again, if it was not mechobilakharka and it formed this worm in it, it would technically be okay.
21:04
SPEAKER_00: But since this is mechobilakharka, so it's considered like it's already on the karka, and therefore when it's on the karka separated, we know it's a problem.
21:11
SPEAKER_00: So shmu says it's gonna be astrom ishum sharitza share it's alaarat.
21:14
SPEAKER_00: So the remembering mess.
21:15
SPEAKER_00: I'll try to bring you a rayatashmua to tanicha da.
21:18
SPEAKER_00: Because we have two braces.
21:19
SPEAKER_00: That seemed to be a steer run.
21:20
SPEAKER_00: And from the way we're gonna answer, we're gonna try to bring you a raya.
21:22
SPEAKER_00: What are the two braces?
21:23
SPEAKER_00: One branch that says alaorets.
21:24
SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna dodge in the word.
21:25
SPEAKER_00: Sharit sah it's alert.
21:27
SPEAKER_00: What does Allah oretz teaches me?
21:28
SPEAKER_00: Teach me?
21:28
SPEAKER_00: Lohitzias sazizin, Shba'dashmu excludes the gnats that are found in some beans.
21:37
SPEAKER_00: And the yetushim, though you could say mosquito or different types of small bugs that are found in uh humus and chickpeas, also talas that you can find in tomorrow and gregoris.
21:48
SPEAKER_00: Okay, that's one rhizo, but basically, that is not shuritzala arets.
21:53
SPEAKER_00: That's not shurizala arets.
21:54
SPEAKER_00: Allah Arets is mighty these things that they're actually gonna be motor, because these things are not alaarts.
21:58
SPEAKER_00: Tani, but I've another rhythm.
22:08
SPEAKER_00: What's it also gonna be usar?
22:12
SPEAKER_00: The toilas that you find in the Ikar of Zasim and Gifanim, which is a steer.
22:17
SPEAKER_00: Why?
22:17
SPEAKER_00: Because we said a second ago in the first Braissa that if you find these bugs inside the pre, it's gonna be okay, but over here it's not okay.
22:23
SPEAKER_00: So I don't understand how you're gonna answer these two steers.
22:25
SPEAKER_00: My love isn't the answer between the two brays.
22:27
SPEAKER_00: That I to be the peira both are talking about that the bug is found in the pre itself.
22:32
SPEAKER_00: The habi babyshla bab, where is it, usr?
22:35
SPEAKER_00: That's if it's connected to the ground, like we saw before, which is the rayatus shmuel.
22:38
SPEAKER_00: Even though it's uh inside the pre, it's connected to the ground, so it's considered al-aarat and it's gonna be usar.
22:43
SPEAKER_00: Where does it say the first brace that it's gonna be mutter?
22:45
SPEAKER_00: That's if it wasn't connected to the ground, it's not connected to the ground that grew as a result of the pre.
22:49
SPEAKER_00: And it's gonna be mutter.
22:50
SPEAKER_00: Right as mual, that if it's connected to the ground, we don't say this heter of matzmiach me to or whatever it is.
22:54
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be alloy, not necessarily a riatashmual, because I can really tell you e di bdb.
22:58
SPEAKER_00: I can tell you that both prices are talking about where the fruit is mechobed la karka.
23:03
SPEAKER_00: Miloi kasha and what it's not a kasha, why?
23:05
SPEAKER_00: Habiper abilana, gufa.
23:08
SPEAKER_00: One is talking about where it says it's mutter, that's talking about if it's in the actual pre and it grew as a result of the pre.
23:13
SPEAKER_00: One's talking about where it grew in not the pre, but it grew like the the tree of the pre.
23:19
SPEAKER_00: It grew in the in the ilan itself, ilon a gufa.
23:22
SPEAKER_00: And that's where it's gonna be asar, it's gonna be considered Allah or it's connected.
23:25
SPEAKER_00: And therefore it's not necessarily a riot to shmu, that if the pre itself is connected to the ground, it's still gonna be a problem.
23:29
SPEAKER_00: And the economy will bring a riot to that as well.
23:31
SPEAKER_00: It's very meduic like that.
23:32
SPEAKER_00: The tani we saw in the Bra's, Telash should be ikarezim.
23:34
SPEAKER_00: Where did we say it's gonna be asir?
23:35
SPEAKER_00: That's when it's the telash shabbi ikare zaism.
23:38
SPEAKER_00: Shabbi ikare gefanim.
23:40
SPEAKER_00: The ikre, the ikare, the ikre is the root that's in the tree of the zais, it's not in the zais itself, and therefore it's not necessarily a riot.
23:47
SPEAKER_00: I can tell you that really it's gonna be asar if it's uh in the tree, but if it's in the fruit, maybe even Mikhoba Lakarka won't be a problem, which is not like Shmo.
23:54
SPEAKER_00: So the ice, you kasha, pierce of hate, it's more of a shaila.
24:00
SPEAKER_00: Piresha umesamao.
24:01
SPEAKER_00: What about if so we know this alacha, forget about let's say it's not Mikhobilakarka, so it sounds like everyone's gonna agree that if it grew from the pre, this worm or whatever it was, it's gonna be okay.
24:11
SPEAKER_00: Not Makhobilakarka, right?
24:13
SPEAKER_00: So it grew in.
24:13
SPEAKER_00: What if it as soon as it leaves and it crawls on wood or the floor or a la aurats, whatever it is, now it's gonna be awesome, Mishram Sharatsa, Sharat, Allah Aret.
24:20
SPEAKER_00: What about Piresho Mesa?
24:22
SPEAKER_00: What about if it left the pre?
24:23
SPEAKER_00: If it leaves the pre, it's a problem, right?
24:24
SPEAKER_00: But it died right away.
24:25
SPEAKER_00: It didn't walk around on the floor yet, it died right away.
24:28
SPEAKER_00: Is it gonna be mutter?
24:29
SPEAKER_00: Or is it gonna be asker?
24:30
SPEAKER_00: No, it left the pre.
24:31
SPEAKER_00: It says the gemar mao.
24:32
SPEAKER_00: Mik's mau, what if only some of it left the pre?
24:34
SPEAKER_00: La avair o'il mao.
24:36
SPEAKER_00: What if it left the pre but it didn't walk on the floor?
24:37
SPEAKER_00: It went into the aviro ailam and you mamish ate it while it's flying through the air.
24:40
SPEAKER_00: You didn't uh went out of the pre, it didn't hit the floor yet, so it's not ala or it.
24:44
SPEAKER_00: What's gonna be the alachod?
24:45
SPEAKER_00: Teiku says the gumar in all these cases, says the gamer taiku.
24:49
SPEAKER_00: Baramashibashi has the following shaila, very similar.
24:52
SPEAKER_00: Tamara mahu sorry, barabashi, legag tamara mao.
24:56
SPEAKER_00: What if it climbed out of the date onto the roof of the date?
25:00
SPEAKER_00: It didn't crawl on the floor, it stayed on the pre the whole time.
25:02
SPEAKER_00: Or legag garinas, or on the it went on top of the of the pit.
25:07
SPEAKER_00: Or me tamara mau mao.
25:09
SPEAKER_00: What if it went from one tamar into another tamar?
25:12
SPEAKER_00: And it went through and tunnel its way through, whatever it was, but it never went on top.
25:15
SPEAKER_00: It went it never went uh on the floor.
25:18
SPEAKER_00: Is it considered a pre-shaw that now it's gonna be considered awesome, shared sharitza the arts or not?
25:23
SPEAKER_00: It says the Gemara Taku om Ravshesh Brah Dir Vidi.
25:26
SPEAKER_00: Ravshesh Brayderv Edi says, or Shishabre Dir Vidi probably.
25:30
SPEAKER_00: Kukiyani Asiri.
25:32
SPEAKER_00: Kukiani is also.
25:33
SPEAKER_00: What's a kukiani, is Dr.
25:34
SPEAKER_00: Ashi?
25:35
SPEAKER_00: That's Toilam Shabikov Toy Toyloim Shabikovit Shabareh.
25:38
SPEAKER_00: It's worms that are found in the liver and the lungs of an animal.
25:43
SPEAKER_00: So these kukiani are usur.
25:45
SPEAKER_00: My time, what's the reason?
25:47
SPEAKER_00: They come from the world.
25:48
SPEAKER_00: They're not produced from this animal itself, they come from somewhere else.
25:50
SPEAKER_00: If it comes from somewhere else, obviously it's gonna be usur.
25:53
SPEAKER_00: Mascular mashi.
25:54
SPEAKER_00: Rashi says on that.
25:56
SPEAKER_00: I mean amo assured, I don't understand.
25:57
SPEAKER_00: How did they come from Ma'amu?
25:59
SPEAKER_00: They must have come from the animal itself.
26:00
SPEAKER_00: How did they come from the outside?
26:02
SPEAKER_00: If they came from the outside, where should you find them?
26:04
SPEAKER_00: That means the animal ate it.
26:05
SPEAKER_00: You should find the stakuderh basera.
26:07
SPEAKER_00: You should find it in the digestive tracts, right?
26:09
SPEAKER_00: If it ate the thing, it should be in it shouldn't be in the lung, it shouldn't be in the liver, it should be in the bane aim or whatever it is in the digestive tract.
26:15
SPEAKER_00: So it must be that what it probably came from inside the animal.
26:17
SPEAKER_00: So the e canari some have a different version of ravidi, kukiani sharu.
26:21
SPEAKER_00: In this version, that's actually going to be mutter, these worms that are found in the liver in the ray.
26:24
SPEAKER_00: May Tama, what's the reason?
26:25
SPEAKER_00: Me Ne Gabla, because it's actually produced as a result of the liver or the ray.
26:29
SPEAKER_00: It's produced over there.
26:30
SPEAKER_00: It didn't come may'am.
26:31
SPEAKER_00: It says, Ravashi says, he brings a ray, not a kasha, right?
26:35
SPEAKER_00: He says, pshito that's pasha.
26:36
SPEAKER_00: Why?
26:36
SPEAKER_00: Dim'ama, so this taku derh beza ray.
26:38
SPEAKER_00: If it came me'alma, if it came from somewhere else, it should have been found in the digestive tract.
26:42
SPEAKER_00: From the fact that it's over here, it must be it comes as a result of the animal.
26:44
SPEAKER_00: That's where it's posh, it's gonna be okay, Bill.
26:46
SPEAKER_00: So what's the aloha?
26:47
SPEAKER_00: Kukiani assiri.
26:48
SPEAKER_00: The aloha is it's actually us, or why?
26:50
SPEAKER_00: Maitaima main nain ba'l ve'ili b osi.
26:53
SPEAKER_00: Because what are you gonna tell me?
26:54
SPEAKER_00: That how did it get in there?
26:56
SPEAKER_00: Uh if the animal ate it, it should be in a different place, it should be in the digestive.
26:59
SPEAKER_00: No, I can really tell you that when it sleeps, these worms or whatever it is, these bugs crawl into the nostrils, through the nostrils, it could get very much into the lungs or the or the coven, and that's why um this is very possible that it came me'alma, and these kukiani are going to be 100% ostracized.
27:13
SPEAKER_00: Says to laim darni de bistra asri.
27:17
SPEAKER_00: The tailaim that are found, darni de bistra, rash explains.
27:20
SPEAKER_00: Once you skin an animal, you could find certain toilaim and basar.
27:25
SPEAKER_00: Kemaf shit and behema.
27:26
SPEAKER_00: When you're after the bahema, when you skin it, you they found some toilaim in between the skin and the basar.
27:32
SPEAKER_00: So these shkotsin that you find in between the these worms that you find in between the skin and the basar, the animal, those are usur.
27:40
SPEAKER_00: The kavri sharian, however, the worms that you find in between the skin and the basar of fish, those are gonna be mutter.
27:46
SPEAKER_00: And Ravina said to his mother, Edla Leva no echo.
27:49
SPEAKER_00: Ravina held that the talam found in the between the skin and the busr of fish are muttr, just like this memra that that Ravina said, or rather this memra that uh Ravana who said this?
28:02
SPEAKER_00: Right, so he held this like this memorra that if it was found in behema, it's gonna be ostra, but if it's found in between in the fish, then it's gonna be mutter.
28:09
SPEAKER_00: But Ravina didn't uh he would still wasn't Gishmach to eat, uh pick up a worm and eat it, and therefore Ravina told his mother who would prepare him the food, Eva Leva Nal echo, just grind it up so I don't really feel this uh Gishmach thing, and therefore, and then I'll eat it.
28:22
SPEAKER_00: Umlabbshash no mehodany.
28:26
SPEAKER_00: I don't know the same.
28:27
SPEAKER_00: Why are fish mutter?
28:28
SPEAKER_00: What about the following braisa?
28:32
SPEAKER_00: That includes that it's considered a baila basebiblasum to shaketsu what also the dronim shabi behema, these worms that you find in between the skin and the bust are the animal, and therefore it's a problem.
28:41
SPEAKER_00: It's my it's a rebirth from the pussy that it's gonna be usar.
28:43
SPEAKER_00: So, what's the question?
28:44
SPEAKER_00: The question is maish no fish.
28:46
SPEAKER_00: Why are fish different that it's gonna be mutter over there?
28:47
SPEAKER_00: Some lay answered him, ho chiashta, you're comparing the hem with the fish.
28:50
SPEAKER_00: Behema, bishkita u the mishtayu.
28:56
SPEAKER_00: I'll tell you the difference.
28:56
SPEAKER_00: A behema, what is maty-behema?
28:58
SPEAKER_00: You can't walk over to an animal and eat it, right?
29:00
SPEAKER_00: You have to shekht it.
29:01
SPEAKER_00: So bhishkhita u the mishaiu, it only becomes mutra aly deshita, the hani.
29:05
SPEAKER_00: And these worms that are in between the skin and the busar of the animal, mid the lay command shit.
29:09
SPEAKER_00: Does shita help the worms?
29:10
SPEAKER_00: No, you can't shach the worm.
29:12
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, shita doesn't help a worm, so be sure kaiman.
29:15
SPEAKER_00: So this animal started off usr, the busr of the animal became mutter al Yadeshita, but the worms never became mutter al Y Deshita because you didn't shach the worms.
29:22
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, they stay with their isr.
29:24
SPEAKER_00: What's the abhi's kash?
29:25
SPEAKER_00: What the abhi is kasha is we do find some things that become mutr as a result of the shit of the mother.
29:32
SPEAKER_00: Ben Pakua Rashi Bhavarns right here.
29:34
SPEAKER_00: What about a benpakua?
29:35
SPEAKER_00: You shekh the mother, and now it's considered it has a din shita for that as well.
29:38
SPEAKER_00: Um so Rashi explains you can't uh compare the two things.
29:42
SPEAKER_00: Meaning so what's the question?
29:44
SPEAKER_00: The question is so you should say the same thing over here.
29:45
SPEAKER_00: These bugs that are in between.
29:47
SPEAKER_00: If it's good by fish, it's good by fish, it should be good by a baim.
29:49
SPEAKER_00: I need a shita, the bayima needs a shita.
29:51
SPEAKER_00: Anything that comes along with the bayam is gonna be need, the shita.
29:54
SPEAKER_00: So rash explains, you're right, but that let's say bin pakua, that's a very specif specific drusha, zakhtashi.
29:59
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, it's a very specific drusha.
30:01
SPEAKER_00: It's learnt out of uh Mikal Behemah Taehlu, Nafkalan, and therefore you have a special drusha, but these worms that don't have a special drusha, and therefore you can't say this kiddish.
30:09
SPEAKER_00: And we're gonna we're gonna we're gonna say that what?
30:11
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna say that that you have a behema that's nitay the shitta.
30:15
SPEAKER_00: It was usur, now it becomes mutter because of the shithah these worms, did they ever become mutter?
30:19
SPEAKER_00: No, there's no shita that could be matur the worms, and that's why the Surayu Kaiman, they're still in their answer.
30:24
SPEAKER_00: Avo, Dagim, as it relates to dogim, what do you need to be matur fish?
30:28
SPEAKER_00: But a sifa ba'ama mystery.
30:29
SPEAKER_00: There there's no nothing to really make it mutter, it's just gathering them up, they become mutter.
30:33
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, the hani kikiko gabla matericagabam, when they grew, these bugs, when they grew inside the fish, they grew the hatr because there was nothing to do to be matyr the fish, it was just a sifa, and therefore, just like the fish was uh was hutravel and so to these bugs that grew inside the fish come along with the same status.
30:49
SPEAKER_00: Again, if it comes along with the same status, by behema, it's astra.
30:51
SPEAKER_00: Behema was always ostra until you shachti.
30:53
SPEAKER_00: The fish, Baasifa, it comes along with the status of mutter.
30:56
SPEAKER_00: So if it grew along with the fish, then it's going to be okay.
30:58
SPEAKER_00: That's why fish is different.
30:59
SPEAKER_00: That's why Ravena told his mother, it's not so geschmack to see it live on my plate, so just uh make sure you grind it pretty well.
31:04
SPEAKER_00: But in the end of the day it's gonna be mutter if it comes from these fish, says the Gemara.
31:09
SPEAKER_00: Tonarabana we have a hoyle kauchen.
31:10
SPEAKER_00: So we're darkening the pasik, right?
31:11
SPEAKER_00: So the pask's talking about different shkot from the mason.
31:16
SPEAKER_00: And the pasik explains different types of shk and the go going on its algochin on its stomach, and the ones that crawl around with a lot of legs, they're all gonna be awesome.
31:24
SPEAKER_00: Right?
31:24
SPEAKER_00: So heilekalgochin' is a knochh.
31:26
SPEAKER_00: That's talking about a nochosh, kol.
31:27
SPEAKER_00: It's like kol hoylechal goch.
31:29
SPEAKER_00: What's that coming coming to do, says the brassal?
31:30
SPEAKER_00: The rabbis shosho, it's coming to include worms.
31:34
SPEAKER_00: Anything compared to worms.
31:35
SPEAKER_00: Al Arba.
31:36
SPEAKER_00: Something that goes on four legs.
31:37
SPEAKER_00: What's that telling me?
31:38
SPEAKER_00: The akrob, that's a scorpion.
31:39
SPEAKER_00: Kol hoylech.
31:40
SPEAKER_00: It says again, kol heilek, al-arba, right?
31:42
SPEAKER_00: So rabbi sah chipushes.
31:45
SPEAKER_00: It's coming to include a chipush's or anything similar to hipushes.
31:48
SPEAKER_00: What's a chipushes?
31:49
SPEAKER_00: Anyone have a heart to go?
31:50
SPEAKER_00: A beetle.
31:52
SPEAKER_00: Marbe Raglaim.
31:53
SPEAKER_00: It says something that's uh Ad Marberaglim, even if it has a ton of legs.
31:56
SPEAKER_00: That is unnedel.
31:58
SPEAKER_00: That's a centipede.
31:59
SPEAKER_00: Adkol.
32:00
SPEAKER_00: It says Ad Kol Marberaglaim.
32:01
SPEAKER_00: What's that coming to teach me?
32:04
SPEAKER_00: It's coming to something that's similar to it.
32:06
SPEAKER_00: And something that's similar to something similar to it.
32:08
SPEAKER_00: Doimeladoime.
32:09
SPEAKER_00: Have to figure out what that is.
32:10
SPEAKER_00: And to end off, Perek, Elu, Trefais, Hanyar Ribyasi, Bendurmaskis, Imer Ves and Bendurmascus teaches over.
32:17
SPEAKER_00: Livyosan, you should know the Livyasan is a dog tore.
32:20
SPEAKER_00: It is kosher, the Livyosan.
32:22
SPEAKER_00: How do we know that?
32:22
SPEAKER_00: Livyasan dogtoru.
32:24
SPEAKER_00: Shouldn't I remember because the post says about the Livyosan?
32:26
SPEAKER_00: Gaiva Afikemigonem.
32:27
SPEAKER_00: It has a lot of uh shields, it has uh protection, it has like a uh a shield to it.
32:33
SPEAKER_00: What's the shield to it?
32:34
SPEAKER_00: And first of all, tahtab chadudeh.
32:36
SPEAKER_00: And under it it has these spiky fins, it sounds like so afike migonem elukashkashim.
32:41
SPEAKER_00: So these shields that it has, that's the that's the armor around its body.
32:44
SPEAKER_00: That's the scales that surround its body.
32:46
SPEAKER_00: It's a very strong and powerful fish, and therefore these are big armor-like scales.
32:51
SPEAKER_00: So if it has a fike migrant, that's our kashkashim, that's your scales for you.
32:55
SPEAKER_00: Shaboy.
32:57
SPEAKER_00: That it has these sharp uh fins, Elu Snapirin.
33:00
SPEAKER_00: That's snapirin shakareh, and that's what it uses to flap around and swim.
33:04
SPEAKER_00: And that's how you know it hasnapirin.
33:06
SPEAKER_00: We see it from the Pasik, which means it is a dog tar, it's a kosher fish.
33:10
SPEAKER_00: We should all be Zohe.
