Transcript
- 0:00I feel like everybody had that one movie when they were young, when they
- 0:02were growing up that was so scary that you accidentally saw when your parents weren't
- 0:06home and literally kept you up at night having nightmares. Oh totally, what
- 0:10was it for you? Seven? One two EIGHTHO one night? Seven would
- 0:13love to hear. In fact, we actually have some Haunted farm tickets we've
- 0:16got laying around. Yeah, we've got a few pairs, So if you
- 0:19want to chime in with what movie scared you, we'll hook you up with
- 0:22some haunted farm tickets. But for me, it was not just scared Amanda
- 0:25haunted, haunted, yes, but the real gory, all that kind of
- 0:30stuff whatever. But for me, it was a real and this is hilarious.
- 0:33But my girlfriend and I a couple of weeks ago, ended up hanging
- 0:37out one day and we watched What Happened. We were cuddled on the couch
- 0:42and decided, you know what, let's watch one of our favorite old scary
- 0:45movies. And it was scream. Oh yeah, and just that Drew Barrymore
- 0:49scene. Right away. Tell me that this does not take you back.
- 0:53We lived in the country and there were I remember feeling like that guy was
- 0:59going to show up no matter what, Like being alone after watching that movie
- 1:03that was real to me, or you're at a party and all of a
- 1:06sudden, somebody's just gonna come and get you. It's yeah, that's living
- 1:10in a rural area. I remember when we moved out from moved from Glendon
- 1:14to the outskirts of Glendon, and yeah, I remember anytime you would see
- 1:17like headlights outside of your bedroom, I'm like, there's a gravel road,
- 1:21bro, what are you doing out there? Why are you parked outside of
- 1:23my bedroom? Right now? Bike, I lived on a dead end.
- 1:26No business being down there, unless, of course, they're to kill you
- 1:29and your entire family. Right seven one two eight h one ninety eight seven.
- 1:33We got a haunted farm ticket. If you want to chime in,
- 1:34good morning, who's this? Here's Chris, Chris. What movie haunted you
- 1:38growing up? It was a movie called The Unnameable. It was just some
- 1:44low budget horful film, but it terrified my sister and I for years when
- 1:51we were young. Really, isn't it crazy how some of those things just
- 1:53stick out. Hang on the line real quick. Look you up with haunted
- 1:57farm tickets? Yeah, some of the low budget stuff for example, if
- 2:00you go on Netflix and you search by the lowest rating, you can find
- 2:05some gems, such as a film called Thanks Killing Oh Stop, one of
- 2:08my favorites. It's about a killer Turkey. I mean, it's horrifying as
- 2:14far as the gore Goes and one that I still get the heaps about.
- 2:17Do you remember the Saw series? They just I think it Saw ten theaters
- 2:22right now, Saw X, Yes, I saw that, but Saw.
- 2:25I remember going to the movie theater and again very gory. But then I
- 2:30didn't know the character's name until I was sitting there and this happened. Hell,
- 2:36you don't know me, but I know you. I want to play
- 2:40game? How do you want to play game? Those movies are terrifying.
- 2:45Yes, you're right, the real thing like for me, I still know
- 2:46what you did last summer, very realistic, could happen in real life.
- 2:51This still one got you. The I know what you did was well you
- 2:54know me and my sequels. I do prefer sequels home alone, American.
- 3:00I still know what you did last summer. But it was also growing up
- 3:02The Nightmare on Elm Street. I don't know one. I think I watched
- 3:06it with my older cousin and he would sing this song. From then on,
- 3:09I could not sleep. Oh yeah, oh god, Oh I get
- 3:20Amanda in the morning, big naughty eight point seven? Did you ready ready?
- 3:23That's he is piping hot today and now Amanda stills the sea looks see
- 3:30Brought to you by a Whimmers. I don't know. This kind of rubbed
- 3:35me the wrong way. Been a while since I've kept up with the Kardashians,
- 3:38but they do have their show on Hulu. And last night Chris Jenner
- 3:42was talking about one of her biggest regrets, and that was cheating on her
- 3:45ex husband Robert Kardashian. And the way I took this because she was sitting
- 3:49down talking to Chloe. It's either a they're setting this up because Chloe and
- 3:53trists and are back together, and this kind of softens the blow for America.
- 3:55Are they back together? The last I heard they weren't. So they've
- 3:59been living together ever since his mom died. She's taken him and his brother,
- 4:02and which is great. That's just who she is. And I think
- 4:04he is building a house next to her. He's any player, he needed
- 4:09to be taken in. I think, well, the house was being put
- 4:13together, but also because they have two kids together, and I think that
- 4:18they wanted to have some sort of family lifestyle. With that being said,
- 4:24I just don't like this. It's just he's burned her. It'd be different,
- 4:28different if it was like, okay, one time, two times.
- 4:30This is like six times he got somebody else pregnant, right, I mean
- 4:33nobody on her hearth, Yes, nobody on earth, including Chloe, thinks
- 4:38that like it's a good idea. She's aware, She's the one that said
- 4:41she's tired of just like making herself look stupid. She knows it, but
- 4:46at the same time, it's tempting, well, listen to what mom has
- 4:47to say. I think being really young and dumb is something into it because
- 4:53you don't really understand the consequences. I don't know, because he was such
- 4:57a great husband and such a great dad, and I think that I fell
- 5:01into a situation where I thought that the grass was greener somewhere else, and
- 5:08I made a huge mistake. That's like my life's biggest regret. It's amazing
- 5:15when he throw that little piano behind it, you can just make anything sound
- 5:18intense, But do you get what I mean? Where Tristan, Yeah,
- 5:21thought the grass was greener a few times, and Kristin sometime may regret not
- 5:28sticking around with Chloe. But come on, no, there's no people look
- 5:33too much the way over thing. Why did he do it? What was
- 5:36the reason? You know? I think he was just He's just that guy
- 5:42couldn't physically say no. And I missed this chapter of Taylor Smift or this
- 5:48era. I guess I should say where people thought that maybe she was with
- 5:53other girls. I had no idea that this was a thing, and it
- 5:57was a it's a small thing, not very substantiated. Well, she is
- 6:01making a big deal about it. Her nineteen eighty nine Taylor's version was released
- 6:04and people are going crazy. But in her prolugue, she yeah, prologue.
- 6:09We talked about her, I know, prologue. Sorry, gosh,
- 6:12I apolo our pre show meeting, pre show word exact. This is how
- 6:15you spell and pronounce it. She says, it became clear that she could
- 6:19not casually just date everybody. She had a platonic relationship. When it came
- 6:25to a man, everybody blew it out of proportion. She basically said,
- 6:29they all assumed I was sleeping with this person, She said, dating,
- 6:31flirting, anything else. I would be weaponized, and we knew that.
- 6:34We saw her whole life unfold this way. I just find it unbelievable that
- 6:40she's bringing it up like, Hey, wasn't with Lee it was now.
- 6:43To be fair, it's not just her, pretty much anybody you know it
- 6:46in any situation they were like really good friends with somebody of the opposite sex.
- 6:48It's like you either assume they have they're gunna, or one of them
- 6:53desperately want to, don't you think, to be fair, yeah, I
- 6:56think that's not always the case, but it's an honest assessment. I'm an
- 7:00honest guy, and with all the talk of Britney Spears, we're trying to
- 7:05give you as many nuggets as we can from John stamos book that hopefully people
- 7:09are buying because I love Mason Stamos. I did not buy the book.
- 7:12I'm getting the highlights. But Mary Kate Nashley Olsen, their relationship especially,
- 7:17I think it became more public when Fuller House was a thing. They didn't
- 7:20go back and be a part of the show. You have to remember they
- 7:23were babies when they were on full House. They probably had the best careers
- 7:27afterwards because they were still so young. Financially probably making the most amount of
- 7:30money, well, mostly because of their beauty thing. I don't know how
- 7:33much they made when they were doing the Little the Adventures with Mary Kate Nashley,
- 7:38my sister. Oh, I just have nightmares of my little sisters only
- 7:41wanting to watch those movies. Ever, Mary Kate Ashley go to the Aquarium,
- 7:45go to Disney World. They were on a mission and they took it
- 7:48to the bank because they definitely cashed in. But he goes on to talk
- 7:51about how Bob Saggad's funeral they were all together kind of for the first time.
- 7:55He said, it was so beautiful. They got us all together,
- 7:58the cast Andry Kate Nashley said, we love you, We loved our childhood.
- 8:03We're grateful for you guys. We thank you for making those eight years
- 8:05so beautiful, beautiful for us. We have such fond memories and everyone just
- 8:11needed to hear that. He said. At that point, it was kind
- 8:13of like, hey, we've all been in this family. I think they
- 8:16were feeling like they're too good for us, not the case. That's really
- 8:18nice to hear. And it's just weird, how out of the spotlight,
- 8:22Like I don't even know what they sound like as adults. You know,
- 8:24we've seen their faces, which are interesting. They look the exact same,
- 8:28just adult, right, But yeah, you don't hear them talk ever,
- 8:33And they didn't even want to come back to do a cameo, which would
- 8:35have been nice just have them pop in one scene. But well, the
- 8:39one and I haven't kept up with them, but the one was dating like
- 8:43an old guy, and yeah, imagine dating an old guy. They're just
- 8:48it's just different. They have totally different lives, I know. But props
- 8:50to them for truly getting out of it. Yeah, absolutely, but then
- 8:54showing up with the funeral because you know who was probably real happy that day.
- 8:58Don't make me right, Danny Tanner Wipe and Amanda in the morning on
- 9:03Big seven. But now, oh man, starting to think we're just making
- 9:07up stupid name. Sort of fun of it. It's our favorite hypothetical situation
- 9:13game, famously called what do you do? Man? A spin out her
- 9:16coffee, We're off to rip roaring gets start. I'm just glad we're having
- 9:20some lighthearted fun here because this is intense. Pike. Okay, well,
- 9:24I can't wait to hear your What do you do is if you're unfamiliar.
- 9:28This is a game where we go back and forth give each other hypothetical situations
- 9:31that really test our character, and you're allowed to play along in the car
- 9:35if you'd like, If you'd like to call in, let us know what
- 9:37you would do. Seven to one two eight ozhoe. Yeah. They make
- 9:39it a little judgy depending on how you answer this. All right, that's
- 9:43what it's all about. Here we go, kick us off. It's a
- 9:48cold, snowy morning. You're cursing into work and that Nissan Ultima you pull
- 9:54up to a stop light. Right next to you, you see a poor
- 9:58old lady eighty one eighty one ish? How poor? Just it's cold outside?
- 10:05So she got you. Yeah, she doesn't have a sign or anything.
- 10:07She's just freezing. She's in a tank top in shorts. It's twenty
- 10:13eight degrees outside. You're late for work, but this woman taps on your
- 10:18window, Son, can you give me a ride to the other side of
- 10:24town. I don't know how I got here, but I need to get
- 10:30to more head. Oh jeez, can you give me a ride? Son?
- 10:35You're laid for work. This woman, say, eighty one, may
- 10:41not survive this bitter cold, so pike, Oh, I know you're laid
- 10:48for work. I mean, this show does not go without you. Ain't
- 10:52that the truth? What do you do? Shorts in a tank lady?
- 10:56Are you crazy? You know a poor lady? I know a man.
- 11:01If I'm being honest, I don't trust Given that she's in shorts and a
- 11:05tank top and doesn't know how she got there, I don't think I'm just
- 11:09gonna be dropping her off anywhere that isn't the hospital. Okay, but you're
- 11:13gonna be up. I'm gonna yeah, I'm gonna say, okay, get
- 11:16in the back back to make some room in the back seat, and I'm
- 11:22gonna call nine to one one, Okay, got it? Got it?
- 11:26Yeah, they're gonna and then they're gonna sort it out, and then I'm
- 11:28gonna get to work. Nice. I was wondering if you were gonna bring
- 11:31her to the station and see what happens. Got it? Well, you
- 11:33think we should have her on the show? I don't know. I hate
- 11:37to take advantage of a vulnerable situation. All right, all right, Amanda,
- 11:41it's Halloween knight. You're at home handing out candy and treats to all
- 11:46the cute little trick or treaters. You get a knock on the door,
- 11:50You open it and you see a boy who appears to be in his teens,
- 11:56maybe early twenties. Even he's got a beer in everything. Now he
- 12:01is wearing a cowboy hat, but you're not sure if it's supposed to be
- 12:03part of his costume or not. Gid up, He reaches out and says
- 12:07trick or treat, holding a one gallon ziploc bag. So, Amanda,
- 12:16have I really painted the picture for you? You have? Yes? Yes?
- 12:22What he had done? Well? I usually am the funhouse with some
- 12:26fireball. Probably tossed that in his bag. But teens, the early twenties,
- 12:31Oh no, never mind, never mind, Sorry I missed that part.
- 12:35After the police are done with the old lady, I'm sending them over
- 12:37to your definitely apple sauce or a cheese stick. What. Yeah, you're
- 12:43not gonna give him candy that he came for. Obviously we aren't handy milk
- 12:48candy. So everybody who comes you're not in this situation, you are.
- 12:50These are all hypothetical. I could say, you're doing whatever I want you
- 12:54to be doing, got it? Yes, I'd give you candy, all
- 12:54right, no problem, Just get out just for that. I'm gonna you,
- 12:56guys, none of you have legs. The see, I can do
- 13:01what I want. It's my what do you do? I gotta tell you
- 13:03this is why I was thrown off, because I was listening and I'm thinking,
- 13:07did you copy my next one? Are you ready for this? So?
- 13:09What are you given? The I'm given the I'm given the person as
- 13:13much candy as a watch. Kind of the moral of that one was,
- 13:16are you given whoever wants candy? Car? Yeah? I need to I
- 13:20hate that. If you're a hundred years old. If the lady from the
- 13:24first what do you do if she wandered up to my door and said,
- 13:26trick or tree or treat son? Even mom and dad were there freezing taking
- 13:31their kids around. What do you guys want? Meltzer? Come on in?
- 13:33You guys want to want some appleside holiday for everybody? For sure?
- 13:37All right? Go ahead. Now you're gonna be noticing where I was a
- 13:41little thrown here. Sure like it's Halloween night. Oh jeez, ding,
- 13:46do you hear their doorbell ring? Of course you think it's just some kiddos
- 13:52trick or treating. I would I would think you skip over you get ready
- 13:58to hand them some candy. You open the door, but nope, it's
- 14:05not a kid. It's not a kid at all. In fact, it's
- 14:07a man wielding a knife in a scream mask. He forces his way into
- 14:13your home. Your wife is upstairs, just sitting on the couch watching another
- 14:18episode of Real Housewives. And he tells you give me all your winnings from
- 14:24Vegas. I heard you talking about it on the radio, all ten k
- 14:28or your toast. Oh god, so Pike. And that's why I don't
- 14:31like to divulge that sort of information. I know you've been concerned about it.
- 14:35Yeah, they're still coming for you. What do you do? Well,
- 14:41he's got a knife, yeah, and he's in a scream mask.
- 14:46Why these are all very real and not that fun to be honest. I
- 14:52mean, Lauren's just sitting there watching Real Housewives, doesn't have a clue what's
- 14:54going on. Well, I'm not gonna fight a guy with a knife if
- 14:58I all i'm holding as a bag of candy. I'm not exactly prepared.
- 15:03Really, you were a wrestler, a lot of yours. You know what
- 15:07they say. You don't want to bring a snickers bar to a knife fight,
- 15:11So I guess I just give him what he wants, although I don't
- 15:15have if you're listening, bad bad man with the knife, I don't have
- 15:18the cash at home, and that's just it. So you don't have it
- 15:22at home Chase bank account. I can give me the routing number if you'd
- 15:28like. Oh sorry, all right, Amanda. It's Halloween knight. Now
- 15:35this time, you're out trick or treating with your kid Sydney and Briggs.
- 15:39You get to a house. There's an odd looking man who opens the door,
- 15:45and instead of holding out a bag of candy, he holds out a
- 15:48sack of cash. You know, he's got the dollar sign on there and
- 15:50everything. Got it like in the card too, correct? Got it?
- 15:56He said? In this bag is fifty thousand dollars. Now, he says,
- 15:58you can do this cash right now. But there's one catch. Your
- 16:04kids, Sydney or Briggs never get to celebrate Halloween again. No trick or
- 16:11treating, no costumes, not even scary movies. So Amanda, fifty dollars,
- 16:25what do you do? Sid's four? She had a good run.
- 16:29Hand me that fil deka. We're out of here. What Yeah, you're
- 16:33really gonna rob Briggs, who's only two, probably doesn't even know what's happening.
- 16:36Quite fine. He can do what he wants him and Nick can enjoy
- 16:38Sydney just won't be able to you had I had to pick a kid.
- 16:42No, you don't yet. Again, you're trying to make my hypotheticals yours,
- 16:47I said, both your kids. Oh, that's neither of us.
- 16:49It really doesn't change anything, is that right? Yeah? Last year the
- 16:55kid didn't even want to dress up for it. Well, I imagine maybe
- 16:57down the road he might, but now he can't. Yeah. No,
- 17:00Well for fifty k, Well, every Halloween will go somewhere fun. You
- 17:04get away from it, just running from your problem. Yeah right, classic,
- 17:12like a minute in the morning on Big Nutty eight points. Now here's
- 17:17what you need to know. Well, did you miss this? Yesterday?
- 17:19There was a several hour delay and later a cancel lation after passengers on a
- 17:23sun Country light out of Fargo that was headed to Arizona had a bird strike.
- 17:29I guess a half a dozen goals struck the plane. It had galls.
- 17:33Goals. They weren't sea gulls, were they? The report? I
- 17:41had just goals. It could just be laying gulls. I'm not I admittedly
- 17:45not an elite goal of mind. You're not sure, No, I don't
- 17:49know. They struck the plane as it departed. This was like eight thirty
- 17:52yesterday. One passenger said they took off, everything was normal, but then
- 17:56he thought it's a little weird when I heard some bumps. About two minutes
- 17:59later, the pilot got on and said they had to return to the airport
- 18:02because there was a bird strike. Obviously, everybody was calm, it was
- 18:04a normal landing, but the flight ended up getting canceled because they couldn't find
- 18:08a rescue crew the bird strike. Now do we know if it was a
- 18:11planned attack. I'm guessing probably so they're like, no way, just got
- 18:18them. Do we have any update on the birds. I'm guessing there was
- 18:21probably no survivors. But gosh, that's speculation on my part. I probably
- 18:26shouldn't just go out willy nilly and talk about how they're they're just gonners,
- 18:30not the news I needed today. What if now they were talking about this
- 18:37because it happened right away. Imagine if you're I, oh, God harmed
- 18:42me out. I don't go dying on me bike. Okay, here we
- 18:47gossion yesterday. You're just hanging out, You're going for a little stroll.
- 18:53And what if after the airplane hit the birds, they were flying from the
- 18:59sky now like they were just dead birds falling. That would be wild too.
- 19:03And I know they landed somewhere. What is funny to you about a
- 19:07bunch of corpses falling from the sky? Nothing? Or what if you were
- 19:11driving on ninety four and all of a sudden just all over, Oh god,
- 19:17I know, start going to take everybody to such a dark place on
- 19:21a Friday. Horrific. It started to think a man who doesn't have any
- 19:23respect for birds, love me some birds. A DC firefighter was responding to
- 19:29a report of a woman who was suffering from chest pain when he stopped to
- 19:33pick up Chick fil A. Now, the firefighter does claim that he and
- 19:36his partner ordered through the app before the call came in, so they just,
- 19:40according to their report, literally just took a few minutes and stopped get
- 19:45their order. A written report by one of the firefighters claims there was no
- 19:48delay in patient care response. Of course there was. You stopped to get
- 19:51your Chick fil A order. Thankfully this person, I don't know for sure,
- 19:55but it is probably alive, or we would be talking about something different
- 19:57here. What if it was you, If you in the Chick fil A
- 20:00drive through and you get a call and you're waiting for your food and it's
- 20:03like, I don't know your uncle or something like that is in the hospital
- 20:07with chest pain or having a heart attack or something. Well, I'm not
- 20:10gonna be able to probably save him. I'm not the life saving measures.
- 20:14So you wait for the food, that's what you're saying. You're telling me,
- 20:17you wait till they bring the food. I'm gonna calmly ask some more
- 20:19questions and then, oh, buy yourself a little time. Mosey on up
- 20:23to the front. Chick fil A is fast. They are fast, man,
- 20:27justin Timberlake. We knew there was gonna be uh. At some point
- 20:32he's going to have to do something. He has not made a public statement.
- 20:34What he did is turn off his Instagram comments for all of his posts.
- 20:38Peopleft people are going back to his last post, which actually was an
- 20:44in sync video. Remember a few year a few weeks back, we were
- 20:47all really loving justin Timberlake. I'm super excited about a reunion hopefully. Well,
- 20:52now he's in hiding. Yeah, I mean, you got to protect
- 20:55yourself from the mean, mean people. I didn't get a chance to read
- 20:57any of the comments, so I don't know what people are trying to a
- 21:00cheater. I think the main thing is it's sposed to be they both cheated.
- 21:07I think the biggest thing is people just don't like the fact that he
- 21:11was able to be who he has been forever and never had any backlash whatsoever,
- 21:15and the way people have treated Brittany for so long, and the way
- 21:18the media scrutinized her back in the day over their breakup. When it takes
- 21:22two to tango, but for some reason, she was the bad person and
- 21:26all of it. That's where I think they're angry. When he could have
- 21:27stood up very easily. Again, you can't judge somebody. Things happen,
- 21:32but he could have stood up and been like, hey, no, I
- 21:34don't a complex situation. What do we want to do? What do we
- 21:38want to put him in prison? No? No, And I don't think
- 21:41you should be canceled either. I just think we all just need a beat.
- 21:44Let's just all take a little bit of a break from it all,
- 21:45all right. Weatherwise, today it's going to be cloudy, windy though gus
- 21:48up to about thirty miles per hour high of thirty looking out of your forecast
- 21:52for Bison tailgating tomorrow for Kraloween, it's going to be about thirty two,
- 21:56so bundle up. It's still a little sunshine, Like get a man in
- 22:00the morning on Big Nutty eight point seven. Historically, I'm very much a
- 22:03last minute costume shopper. Run to Target literally on my way to the Halloween
- 22:08party. See, I'm either all in and we have our costumes as a
- 22:12family, or it's like, what am I gonna do? Let's pee something
- 22:15together. Well, if you need to piece something together, I got a
- 22:18few last minute costume ideas. Stuff you literally might have laying around the house.
- 22:22Okay, you can all do it. Like, for example, you
- 22:25could be Bob Ross, a man, you know Bob Ross, Yeah,
- 22:29the painter of course. Yeah. Everybody's got a light blue shirt and jeans.
- 22:32There you go, boom, all right, go grab some paint brushes
- 22:36set everywhere. Yeah, but maybe you don't have a just laying around.
- 22:38But that'll work. But don't you feel like if you do that, doesn't
- 22:41he have like the big white hair. I think he has brown hair,
- 22:45maybe an auburn Okay, I feel like you would need the a little bit
- 22:48more, but I really want to go in. Yeah, you could be
- 22:52a detective. I don't know if I have any detective gear laying around.
- 22:56Please tell me more why you just need one of those detective hats. What's
- 23:00a detective may maybe? Oh, you know the one picture a detective I
- 23:06am. Why can't I think little derby hats? But not I'm a deer
- 23:14stalker hat. Yes, I guess I have one that is like the buffalo
- 23:18plaid that you would put up. But yeah, i'd look more like a
- 23:21deer hunter. Okay, that's a great one. Deer in a headlights?
- 23:25Have you seen those costumes? If my husband was joining me tomorrow for Crawlloweing
- 23:27pub crawl and you and I hadn't already been so creative with pork and Tatiana
- 23:33speaking of slow hanging fruit costumes, I would have done deer in a headlights,
- 23:37so he dresses up in like as a deer hunter, and you could
- 23:41put antlers on and then headlights. I could just toss on some lights.
- 23:47What do you uh? Where my head lights would be on? My really?
- 23:51Yeah? Your chest lights yeah, blink blink, absolutely classless. Hey,
- 23:57you know what, some people like to go not as classy as others.
- 24:00What are some other options? I mean, speaking of, we do
- 24:03have, like Amanda said, our costumes picked out for the big Halloween pub
- 24:06crawl tomorrow called krawl Oween. Yes, it's gonna be awesome to our friends
- 24:10over at bush Light. So it starts at three o'clock. We're going to
- 24:12pregame though, so we're gonna be at the Obit two. Then at three
- 24:15o'clock we're going over to rough Cut Social, then we're gonna go over to
- 24:18Fort Knox. It's gonna be so much fun. There's a lot of bars
- 24:22that are participating. But it's just like all of our pub crawls. You
- 24:25go there, you get your mug and you can just kind of be bap
- 24:27around. They're gonna have bush Lights special roller. I love the man I
- 24:30just mentioned. Amanda goes into a full commercial mode. No, I just
- 24:33want people to know about it. Maybe it's our first time here. I
- 24:36love it too. Yeah, I know these are all great important details.
- 24:38Absolutely, it's gonna be a lot of what we're gonna be porking Tantiana,
- 24:41which if you haven't seen our videos. It's when we wear wigs and we
- 24:45kind of go undercover, although it's not as undercover as you might want it
- 24:48to be. Well, we've never done undercover with snow on the ground,
- 24:52So I don't know what Tatiana is gonna toss on or not tossing from the
- 24:56sounds of it. Jeez, another last minute costume. I you could be
- 25:00a lumberjack. Throw some flannel on cowboy boots. Yeah, that's easy.
- 25:03Comb your hair over sa. I'm Paul Bunyan. I you know, I
- 25:07always do appreciate a good classic white bed sheet with your eye holes kind of
- 25:11out. See that's great that or didn't you for years and years? Just
- 25:17do the scream mask? Yeah? You throwing this classic scream mask. It's
- 25:21a classic. Now. It's the older I gotten, the more I like
- 25:23to drink, the less convenient it became. Right, And that's kind of
- 25:27for all Halloween costumes. You forget about it until your mid Crawlloween pub crawling
- 25:33and you're like, oh my gosh, I gotta take this off. I
- 25:33brought like it, Amanda in the morning, Come on, get up on
- 25:38big all right, Amanda? Everybody say it with me wom bam, Thank
- 25:45you. Sam. We do this every Friday next to our friends over at
- 25:49Gateway Chevrolet. The voice of the NDSU buys and Sam Niederman is here and
- 25:55coming off of an unbelievable win last weekend. Oh actually, you know,
- 25:59very believable. It was. It was it was Western Illinois. Man,
- 26:02come on, now they've lost twenty in a row. Very believable. This
- 26:06is why I don't do any sort of like you know what, Sam,
- 26:08They don't make the schedule. You just can play who's in front of you
- 26:11and all those things. So we just took care of business. That's right,
- 26:12Handle your business game. That's why I called it. Go out there
- 26:15and handle your business. Fifty two to seven got some of the third stringers
- 26:18of four stringers in. It's a good day for the base. I used
- 26:22to love those games. Yeah, me too. Man prayed for games like
- 26:26that so I can sniff the field. Oh dude, I was such a
- 26:30fringe youth football player. I played tight end and I was so like vanilla
- 26:34mediocre average. Well you had me a big role tight end. I mean,
- 26:38happy tight ends day. I know that was the thing last week because
- 26:42of Travis Kelsey. We haven't really talked you about that. We're you at
- 26:45with this, Travis and Taylor buzz. Are you over it? Is it
- 26:48exhausting? Or are you like this is cute? You know, I don't
- 26:52want to say I'm over it, like I think, yeah, it is
- 26:55kind of cute. It's a fun like good for them, right, like
- 26:57everybody deserves love and happy and everyone. Sam, I can know some bad
- 27:03people that I wish about. Four things on this guy. He's been like
- 27:07this all week, by the way, just finding every negative thing he can
- 27:10possibly say. I know what pys going through. He's just taking everybody down,
- 27:12actually battling. It's like Michael Jordan's flu game in the NBA Championship.
- 27:17That's been me all week, just playing hurt. So you know, Sam
- 27:21appreciates me. Amanda, I appreciate you. You've been coming in playing sick
- 27:23all week. Flu game. I don't know if it's quite comparable the flu
- 27:27game, but thom are comparing it to the flu game if you're unfamiliar.
- 27:30Michael Jordans scored forty points or something like that with the flu in the NBA
- 27:34Championship. It is like one of his last games ever. Yeah, heroic,
- 27:38Yeah, the game tomorrow is going to be home and I think a
- 27:41lot of people are gonna end up going to the game, and then they're
- 27:44probably going to join us for krawl Owen downtown Fargo, hopefully celebrating another big
- 27:48win. Right Murray State bra, Yeah, it should should be. Let's
- 27:52hope, right. You never want a jinxit. I'm usually the ultimate Jinks,
- 27:56but yeah, NDSU is favored in this game. Okay, good Murray
- 28:00State. They're new to the conference, the first time we've ever played them,
- 28:02so hopefully we give them a good warm Fargo we welcome and then kick
- 28:06their tail on the field. Welcome. Naw, We're just gonna be Yeah.
- 28:10Yeah, is that a town? What is Murray Murray, Kentucky,
- 28:14Murray State. Yeah, it's down like the southwest corner of Kentucky, kind
- 28:18of up the road from Memphis, Tennessee. It's it's in a remote fairly
- 28:23they got no business being in the Fargo down That's what I said. Yeah,
- 28:26I think there you go. Are you gonna do the pop crawl afterwards
- 28:30after the big game? You know, I haven't thought that far. I
- 28:33might have to. I might have to be couple Travis's and Taylor's Downtown,
- 28:37Ken and Barbie. I feel like those are gonna be those gonna be pretty
- 28:41popular. You know what. My favorite one I've seen so far, and
- 28:44I wish I would have had this idea originally, is you guys know Creed
- 28:47right? Yes, Creed. I love Creed. I saw them when I
- 28:49was in sixth grade and nine for the reunion tour. Yeah, I did.
- 28:53Wait a minute, I'm thinking like Apollo Creed, like Rocky No,
- 28:56no, no, no, Creed the band got it, Creed the Mad
- 29:00much much more of a popular We were on the same page here. Yeah,
- 29:04that's super random. You thought of the We're talking about Halloween, so
- 29:11I'm envisioning like Rok Yeah, no, I feel you. Yeah Creed thoughttaff
- 29:17Yeah, one last breath. I mean we're going as Pork and Tatiana.
- 29:21Are you familiar with Pork and Tatia? No, I can't say I am.
- 29:23Honestly, Well, this is a tragedy. We might have to just
- 29:27get rid of this segment alter egos that we created back in May when the
- 29:33show started, and they become just, you know, much like Creed,
- 29:37sort of a cultural phenomenon. Yes, yes, okay, now I know,
- 29:40No, I mean, I can't wait. I'm surprised I haven't met
- 29:42Pork and Tatiana hard to you know, it's one of those things. It's
- 29:47like a rare right time, like Bigfoot, a couple of sasquats. Yeah,
- 29:52we're gonna be at the OBA two. Then we're going over to rough
- 29:56Cut Social at three four o'clock Fork Knox, and then I've got I feel
- 30:00like Mama is going to need to go to bed after. Yeah. That's
- 30:02a gauntlet right there. That is a gauntlet leading off of the O B.
- 30:06That's a gauntlet right there. Well, Sam, good luck with Murray
- 30:10State. We appreciate you stopping in as always, and uh, well what
- 30:12the heck wam damn Dan, Thank you Sam,
