- 0:01Hello. Welcome to the No God Coach
- 0:03Huddle for February 14, 2026. A
- 0:07two-minute call from God's playbook to
- 0:09know him better so we can love and obey
- 0:11him more. Let's huddle up and hear
- 0:13today's play from Luke 1, which says he
- 0:15will turn many of the people of Israel
- 0:17to Adonai, their God. He will go ahead
- 0:20of Adonai in the spirit and power of
- 0:22Elijah to turn the hearts of fathers to
- 0:24their children and the disobedient to
- 0:26the wisdom of the righteous to make
- 0:28ready for Adonai a people prepared by
- 0:30spreading the knowledge among his people
- 0:33that deliverance comes by having s their
- 0:35sins forgiven through God's most tender
- 0:37mercy which causes the sunrise to visit
- 0:40us from heaven to shine on those in
- 0:42darkness living in the shadow of death
- 0:44and to guide our feet in the paths of
- 0:47peace. Men, let me ask you something
- 0:49today. Where does real spiritual
- 0:51influence begin? In the pulpits,
- 0:54platforms, or positions. According to
- 0:56scripture, it starts at home. Luke
- 0:59chapter 1 tells us that God would use
- 1:00John the Baptist to turn hearts of the
- 1:03fathers to their children, the
- 1:04disobedient to wisdom, and prepare a
- 1:07people for the Lord. Before God moves
- 1:09publicly, he works privately. Before he
- 1:12transforms nations, he restores
- 1:14families. A man of God begins in his own
- 1:17house. God has not fully taken hold of a
- 1:20man's life until that man begins
- 1:22discipling his own. Not perfectly, but
- 1:24intentionally teaching scripture,
- 1:26praying with his family, modeling
- 1:28repentance, pointing his children to
- 1:30Christ. Disciplehip doesn't start at
- 1:33church. It starts at the kitchen table.
- 1:36But no man grows alone. Luke says hearts
- 1:38are turned through wisdom. That happens
- 1:40in community. We need brothers. Men who
- 1:43sharpen us, challenge us, encourage us,
- 1:46and correct us in love. Iron sharpens
- 1:48iron. Isolation weakens. Brotherhood
- 1:51strengthens. Even Jesus discipled in
- 1:54community. If he didn't do life alone,
- 1:56neither should we. And here's the
- 1:58message we carry. Luke says, "We spread
- 2:00the knowledge that forgiveness comes
- 2:02through God's tender mercy. That mercy
- 2:04has a name, Jesus. He lived without sin.
- 2:07He died for our sins. He rose in
- 2:10victory. and he reigns as Lord. Through
- 2:12him we have peace with God, not by
- 2:15works, by grace. Every man of God is
- 2:17called to proclaim this. First at home,
- 2:20then with his brothers, then in the
- 2:22world. God entered a broken world
- 2:24through Christ to restore what sin
- 2:26destroyed. Now he sends us to carry that
- 2:29restoration forward. You don't need a
- 2:31microphone. You don't need You just need
- 2:33obedience. You preach with your life,
- 2:35your integrity, your priorities, your
- 2:37leadership, your love, and then your
- 2:39words. So run today's play, men. First,
- 2:42lead your home spiritually. Open the
- 2:44word. Pray, teach, model Christ. Second,
- 2:48lock arms with godly men. Don't walk
- 2:50alone. Third, share Jesus boldly. Speak
- 2:53of mercy. Speak of forgiveness. Speak of
- 2:56hope. Live prepared. And finally, ask
- 2:59daily, "Am I growing? Am I leading? Am I
- 3:02obeying? Am I making disciples?" If this
- 3:05huddle helps you know God better so you
- 3:07can love and obey him more, share it
- 3:09with a friend and then leave a comment
- 3:10that helps other men find their way into
- 3:13the huddle.
