- 0:15Speaker 2: They're being accused of misleading investors in their mental health
- 0:18Speaker 2: startup of Wondermind. Investors claim that they put more than
- 0:21Speaker 2: one million dollars into the company based on false representations
- 0:25Speaker 2: about its leadership, resources, Selena's involvement, and financial prospects. Wondermind
- 0:31Speaker 2: reportedly laid off sixty percent of its staff in May
- 0:33Speaker 2: of last year amid financial troubles, so all the investors
- 0:37Speaker 2: are just not pleased right now, Selena and her mom
- 0:40Speaker 2: are being sued for securities fraud, with investors seeking unspecified
- 0:44Speaker 2: damages along with the return of their investments. Almost Friday
- 0:48Speaker 2: and Big Sports Girl are teaming up for their first
- 0:51Speaker 2: ever draft party for the girls. I love this so much.
- 0:54Speaker 2: They're kicking off football season with an all women's fantasy
- 0:57Speaker 2: draft party except for Wednesday, August twenty six. Doors open
- 1:01Speaker 2: at five thirty pm. You can expect local vendors, cocktails, giveaways,
- 1:05Speaker 2: and a VIP Live Draft tickets are on sale on
- 1:09Speaker 2: almost Friday nash dot com. General admission is free, but
- 1:13Speaker 2: VIP is thirty dollars. I love that they're doing a
- 1:16Speaker 2: sporty girl vibe that they have going on here. So
- 1:19Speaker 2: if you are into football, you do a draft typically,
- 1:21Speaker 2: but you want to do one with the girls, this
- 1:23Speaker 2: is perfect for you. And if your comfort show is Seinfeld,
- 1:27Speaker 2: I have good news for you. Seinfeld has renewed its
- 1:30Speaker 2: licensing agreement with Netflix and will stay on the streamer
- 1:34Speaker 2: for another five years. They've also re upped their deal
- 1:37Speaker 2: with Paramount, extending the studio's exclusive basic cable rights in
- 1:41Speaker 2: the US for three years, so you can see it
- 1:44Speaker 2: across Comedy Central, tv Land and other Paramount cable networks
- 1:47Speaker 2: as well. All good news for you. Everybody has a
- 1:50Speaker 2: comfort show, and I feel like Seinfeld is a comfort
- 1:52Speaker 2: show for a lot of people. Sure one that they've
- 1:54Speaker 2: watched all the seasons over and over and over and
- 1:57Speaker 2: over again. So now you know that you don't have
- 1:59Speaker 2: to worry. It's stay on Netflix. You can always have
- 2:01Speaker 2: that to kind of fall asleep to at night. Maez,
- 2:04Speaker 2: And those are the three things you need to know.
- 2:05Speaker 2: What's the deal with comfort shows.
- 2:08Speaker 1: Okay, wow, what were the other top comfort shows?
- 2:11Speaker 2: Like Friends, Friends? Yep? Uh, what's the one with the
- 2:17Speaker 2: mother and the daughter?
- 2:17Speaker 1: Laura I Gilmore Girl, no more girls, Oh yeah, mine
- 2:21Speaker 1: is always uh golden.
- 2:23Speaker 2: Golden Girl girls.
- 2:24Speaker 1: A lot of shows that have the word girls in
- 2:26Speaker 1: the title.
- 2:27Speaker 2: I also love that you said the one with the
- 2:29Speaker 2: mother and daughter every show, like what.
- 2:34Speaker 3: Good point?
- 2:35Speaker 4: There's Langley.
- 2:37Speaker 1: Hey this Friday morning, be your day to Windley. Tickets

- 2:41Speaker 1: for the first color of the day.
- 2:42Speaker 2: They are on the way.
- 2:44Speaker 5: Ricky Zach in.
- 2:45Speaker 2: The morning, Regan levinon Welcome to one oh seven five
- 2:48Speaker 2: the River to start, I need to know how hyped
- 2:51Speaker 2: are you that it's Friday?
- 2:52Speaker 6: Oh?
- 2:53Speaker 4: Super, We've been so busy at work. I just want
- 2:56Speaker 4: to get the week finished, get to the weekend. Go
- 2:59Speaker 4: to the fair.
- 3:00Speaker 2: Oh going to the fair nice of course.
- 3:04Speaker 4: Wilson County slash State Fair.
- 3:07Speaker 5: No.
- 3:07Speaker 2: I love that so much because I on the show
- 3:10Speaker 2: and like the fair.
- 3:11Speaker 4: Girl.
- 3:11Speaker 2: I love going to the fair. There's something about it that,
- 3:14Speaker 2: like walking through the fair just makes you feel so
- 3:16Speaker 2: happy and excited. What's your favorite part of the fair? Greg,
- 3:20Speaker 2: food of course.
- 3:22Speaker 1: Okay, what's your go to?
- 3:23Speaker 2: Uh yeah, yeah, yeah too, good choice.
- 3:29Speaker 4: Yes, there's a food truck at the fair that will
- 3:33Speaker 4: beat pried basically anything under the sun that's edible. They
- 3:38Speaker 4: always have like a thirty person deep line because the
- 3:41Speaker 4: menu is so extensive. That's where we always don't.
- 3:45Speaker 1: They have deep and butter at some of these tents
- 3:47Speaker 1: nowadays that the place.
- 3:50Speaker 2: Yeah, Greg's like, you.
- 3:52Speaker 1: Know it, I'm surprised. I'm surprised there's not a tent
- 3:57Speaker 1: at the fair that lets you bring your own item
- 3:59Speaker 1: and they'll do try it whatever you want.
- 4:01Speaker 2: That is a good idea, keV, Yeah it is. Do
- 4:05Speaker 2: we try that next year?
- 4:06Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 4:09Speaker 2: Right right, I think we try that next year. We
- 4:11Speaker 2: have our own ten where we will deep write anything
- 4:14Speaker 2: you bring a bad idea? Who knew this early on
- 4:17Speaker 2: a Friday we come up with such a great idea.
- 4:21Speaker 1: Greg, Hey man, you're you're going to the fair this
- 4:23Speaker 1: weekend and then next weekend you're gonna go to Music
- 4:25Speaker 1: City Brewers fast because you're the first caller of the
- 4:27Speaker 1: day and we're giving you these tickets.
- 4:29Speaker 2: Thank you so much for hanging out with us. We
- 4:32Speaker 2: appreciate you. Greg. Oh, we love you, Love you so.
- 4:36Speaker 5: Much, Ricky, Zach and Mennow in the morning.
- 4:41Speaker 1: Every Friday about this time, Zach Rattle's off a few
- 4:43Speaker 1: things happening in town.
- 4:44Speaker 2: There's only so much going on.
- 4:46Speaker 1: If you're looking for something to do, Zach scotcha, what
- 4:48Speaker 1: has happened in this weekend?
- 4:49Speaker 3: My brother rattle, Zach Rattle, Rattle, let's go. Okay, So
- 4:52Speaker 3: there's a lot happening this weekend. The Food Fighters are
- 4:55Speaker 3: going to be in town. They're playing Nis on Sadium
- 4:58Speaker 3: on Saturday. So if you want to the show starts
- 5:01Speaker 3: at four pm.
- 5:02Speaker 2: Oh wow, that's early.
- 5:04Speaker 1: This is like literally perfect.
- 5:06Speaker 2: For Kevin yea four pm. How many openers do they have?
- 5:10Speaker 1: Probably like ten. I'm gonna look this up while you're
- 5:12Speaker 1: while you're doing this series.
- 5:13Speaker 2: Is if that if that concert ends at like nine pm,
- 5:16Speaker 2: that is phenomenal. We've been begging for this for years.
- 5:21Speaker 7: Also, I do want to talk about the watermelon festival
- 5:24Speaker 7: that is happening. So it's in that at the Nashville
- 5:27Speaker 7: Farmers Market, which is on Resa Arts Boulevard. So if
- 5:31Speaker 7: you want to go, they are doing like watermelon drinks
- 5:36Speaker 7: and they have like live stages with different artists on
- 5:39Speaker 7: it and then they have face painting, they have free
- 5:43Speaker 7: pony rides and a petting zoo.
- 5:45Speaker 2: Everything is watermelon theme though it's it's very cute, like
- 5:48Speaker 2: they do differents so cute, have different watermelon themes. It's
- 5:52Speaker 2: really cute. But also the three pony rides, Zach wants
- 5:57Speaker 2: to get on a pony, count me in.
- 6:00Speaker 7: And then also happening tomorrow is the one hundred Tailored
- 6:05Speaker 7: Art Market. So the art Market is like featuring different
- 6:09Speaker 7: local artis, artists, makers and creatives. So there's gonna be
- 6:14Speaker 7: like a bunch of different hand goods, handmade goods and
- 6:18Speaker 7: unit gifts and community setting.
- 6:21Speaker 2: It's so cute. I love it there so much.
- 6:23Speaker 7: And there's so many people that are just like local
- 6:26Speaker 7: to Nashville that they make so many different things so
- 6:30Speaker 7: you can go to the art Market and get all
- 6:32Speaker 7: of the different local items.
- 6:33Speaker 2: We love supporting local. We say it all the time,
- 6:35Speaker 2: support local.
- 6:36Speaker 1: And hey, I find out a little more info about
- 6:38Speaker 1: this food Fighter show. So it's that Queen's the stone Age.
- 6:40Speaker 1: And then there's a band opening Mannequin blank of what
- 6:43Speaker 1: I can't say, Okay, I've probably heard of the band though.
- 6:46Speaker 1: The show starts at five thirties Food Fighters or five
- 6:49Speaker 1: thirty Food Fighters probably won't play until around eight, so
- 6:51Speaker 1: it'll still end late like a normal show.
- 6:53Speaker 2: Okay, but that's earlier than typical. Yeah, normally, like the act,
- 6:58Speaker 2: like the main act doesn't go on to like eight
- 6:59Speaker 2: thirty nine.
- 7:00Speaker 1: Okay, so maybe this is unless they're planning on playing
- 7:02Speaker 1: a three hour set.
- 7:03Speaker 2: I do never know. Let's see what happens tomorrow night, Zach.
- 7:06Speaker 2: Thank you for all that.
- 7:06Speaker 1: Appreciate it as always, Buddy, get out there and stay
- 7:09Speaker 1: hydrated this weekend because it's gonna.
- 7:10Speaker 2: Be yes, it's gonna be really hot. And if you're
- 7:12Speaker 2: going to Swayzey Day at the Centennial, make sure you
- 7:15Speaker 2: say hi because I'll be there on Saturday.
- 7:17Speaker 1: Awesome tomorrow, very possible. Three things you need to Good morning,
- 7:21Speaker 1: Happy Friday, Thank you for being here. Ricky Sanchez has
- 7:24Speaker 1: those three things presented by Mark's being real estate. What
- 7:26Speaker 1: has happened in Ricky?
- 7:27Speaker 2: The Barbie sequel is in trouble. They've made six offers
- 7:31Speaker 2: to the primary people involved and each has been rejected,
- 7:34Speaker 2: so movie rights will revert to Mattel if the studio
- 7:37Speaker 2: cannot reach a deal by December with Margot Robbie, Ryan Gosling,
- 7:41Speaker 2: and director Greta Gerwig. Warner Brothers reportedly offered Ryan Gosling
- 7:44Speaker 2: twenty million and Margot Robbie fifty million, which equals what
- 7:48Speaker 2: she made in salary and revenue from the twenty twenty
- 7:50Speaker 2: three Barbie movie that broke records. A source said that
- 7:54Speaker 2: they're satisfied with the upfront salaries, but they won't sign
- 7:56Speaker 2: a contract unless Warner Brothers offers a larger backend deal,
- 8:00Speaker 2: including a percentage of the box office revenue, which makes
- 8:02Speaker 2: sense because the first film gross one point four billion dollars.
- 8:07Speaker 2: Just in case you forget what a phenomenon that movie
- 8:10Speaker 2: was in twenty twenty three, because it's easy for us
- 8:13Speaker 2: to forget it's been three years. It was absolutely massive
- 8:17Speaker 2: and it did so well for everybody involved. I will
- 8:20Speaker 2: be honest, though, I don't think it needs a sequel.
- 8:22Speaker 2: I'm with you. I don't think it needs one.
- 8:25Speaker 1: Always have to make a sequel to everything.
- 8:26Speaker 5: He don't.
- 8:27Speaker 1: Well, if someone makes a billion dollars, they're gonna.
- 8:29Speaker 2: Make a noise. I know, I know, and I'm not
- 8:31Speaker 2: gonna lie. If they do make a sequel, I'm gonna
- 8:33Speaker 2: be there. But I just I feel like they did
- 8:35Speaker 2: so well. Just leave it alone, let it live in
- 8:37Speaker 2: its own world. But what do I know. I'm not
- 8:40Speaker 2: an exec, a movie exec. I don't know anything. If
- 8:43Speaker 2: you're a local singer and you're interested in singing at
- 8:45Speaker 2: the Music City Bowl, then listen up. Okay. Applications are
- 8:49Speaker 2: open for the twenty twenty six Amazon Voice of the
- 8:51Speaker 2: Bowl on Music Citybowl dot com. Okay, this is really cool.
- 8:55Speaker 2: Top five candidates for each song will be selected and
- 8:58Speaker 2: notified in late septem because the finalists are going to
- 9:01Speaker 2: compete live at Olred on Saturday, October seventeenth. Two winners
- 9:06Speaker 2: are going to be chosen to sing the national anthem
- 9:08Speaker 2: and God Bless America on Game Day December thirtieth at
- 9:11Speaker 2: Nissan Stadium. What a cool experience. So even if you
- 9:15Speaker 2: don't make it all the way to Nissan, you're still
- 9:17Speaker 2: going to perform at Olred with a bunch of other
- 9:19Speaker 2: very talented people here in Nashville. So go apply. Like
- 9:23Speaker 2: I said, Music Citybowl dot Com has all the information
- 9:27Speaker 2: that you need. And Krispy Kreme they are celebrating thirty
- 9:30Speaker 2: years of Pokemon with new donuts next Tuesday. You can
- 9:33Speaker 2: celebrate Pokemon's thirtieth anniversary with their donut lineup that consists
- 9:38Speaker 2: of Pikachu, Charmander, Squirtle, Vabasar, Jiglypuff, and a poke Ball.
- 9:44Speaker 2: Love it so cute. Flavors range from lemon cream and
- 9:47Speaker 2: strawberry buttercream to chocolate toasted marshmallow filling, so they got
- 9:52Speaker 2: a little bit of everything for everybody. Customers who show
- 9:54Speaker 2: up two participating locations on the twenty second wearing Pokemon
- 9:58Speaker 2: merchandise can get a free original glazed donut on top
- 10:01Speaker 2: of whatever other doughnut they want. And those are the
- 10:05Speaker 2: three things you need to know.
- 10:06Speaker 1: We will definitely be there. My son is a big
- 10:07Speaker 1: Pokemon fan, so they love that so much. Let us
- 10:09Speaker 1: know about that that it's it is.
- 10:11Speaker 2: Back big time, or maybe you just never went away.
- 10:14Speaker 1: That's true, it's come back in the last few years,
- 10:17Speaker 1: though a little bit more.
- 10:18Speaker 2: Hey, right after Zara Larson, we're learning zax Fax. Next
- 10:22Speaker 2: class is in Sessions.
- 10:24Speaker 5: Sacks Facts, brought to you by Mark Spain Real Estate.
- 10:27Speaker 2: On the River.
- 10:29Speaker 7: I feel like this is probably going to gross you out,
- 10:32Speaker 7: but apparently human feet can contain over twenty five hundred
- 10:37Speaker 7: sweat glands and can produce up to a pint of
- 10:39Speaker 7: moisture daily.
- 10:40Speaker 2: Yeah, that's what I've been trying to say.
- 10:42Speaker 1: My feet are so sweaty all the time, and that
- 10:46Speaker 1: which is why your socks absorbed to protect the shoes. Yes,
- 10:50Speaker 1: why this is. We don't need to go down this
- 10:52Speaker 1: road right now. But I always wear two pairs of
- 10:54Speaker 1: socks at all times and height of boistering them, ring
- 10:59Speaker 1: them out.
- 11:00Speaker 2: Okay, this got this got worse and worse. Fat or not?
- 11:05Speaker 2: Thank you, Ricky. You need to ask your friends this
- 11:10Speaker 2: question just to hear their responses. What do you believe
- 11:14Speaker 2: I'm famous for? That's what you need to ask them. Okay,
- 11:17Speaker 2: I decided to do it, and the answers are going
- 11:19Speaker 2: to make you really happy. I can't wait. It's Ricky's
- 11:21Speaker 2: Agamano in the morning on one oh seven five of
- 11:23Speaker 2: the river. Everybody's got friends who you know like to
- 11:26Speaker 2: rip on them. I think that's like a good friendship
- 11:29Speaker 2: is a little happy, you know, joking every so often.
- 11:33Speaker 2: So I decided once Kevin posts this question, what do
- 11:35Speaker 2: your friends say you're famous for? To ask my friends?
- 11:38Speaker 1: Can I make some predictions?
- 11:40Speaker 2: Yes?
- 11:41Speaker 1: I think you have the three l's.
- 11:43Speaker 2: The three l's.
- 11:44Speaker 1: Oh you're loud, you're late, and you're little.
- 11:48Speaker 3: Wow, yeah, you are wrong.
- 11:53Speaker 2: I am kind of annoying with how close you are
- 11:56Speaker 2: that you miss you missed another l laughter. Okay, well
- 12:02Speaker 2: that kind of goes with the loud. But yeah, yeah,
- 12:04Speaker 2: so I'm sorry some time you laugh too loud.
- 12:09Speaker 1: I'm not saying it's too loud.
- 12:11Speaker 2: Okay, better not be.
- 12:13Speaker 5: I was told that.
- 12:18Speaker 2: I was told yapping. More importantly, someone can pinpoint your
- 12:22Speaker 2: voice or laugh in a crowd, sure, which then she
- 12:25Speaker 2: said is very convenient because nobody can ever find me
- 12:27Speaker 2: in a crowd. So little. Yeah, I was told being small,
- 12:32Speaker 2: which is little. Uh, famous for always having a good
- 12:35Speaker 2: time and yelling, So always having a good time is
- 12:38Speaker 2: a positive. I'll take that. But mostly everybody said yelling
- 12:42Speaker 2: and loud and little and laughter. So yeah, Kevin, you
- 12:46Speaker 2: were on something all right.
- 12:47Speaker 5: Now?
- 12:47Speaker 2: What would you say for Zach? For Zach, I think
- 12:50Speaker 2: Zach is Zach is also so famous for being loud,
- 12:53Speaker 2: very very loud. I think he's louder than I am
- 12:57Speaker 2: by far? Are you are known for being loud?
- 13:00Speaker 5: One?
- 13:01Speaker 2: Correct, you're famous for that. I would say you are
- 13:05Speaker 2: also famous for being quite fabulous.
- 13:08Speaker 7: That is so nice.
- 13:09Speaker 2: Yeah, you're welcome. You're welcome. I would say the two.
- 13:12Speaker 1: Being cold as hell is ya. He's got like a
- 13:15Speaker 1: little flurry around him at all times. He's just he's old.
- 13:18Speaker 1: I hate being hot.
- 13:19Speaker 2: So he carries fans with him, portable ac all the
- 13:23Speaker 2: things that he can make sure. What would you say
- 13:25Speaker 2: about Kevin? Kevin, You're famous for Okay, that one for sure.
- 13:32Speaker 2: You're also famous for making Avril Levine feel uncomfortable. You
- 13:39Speaker 2: are definitely famous for that. And a lot of people
- 13:41Speaker 2: don't even know that it's you, but it's you. There's
- 13:44Speaker 2: this problem, there is a clip that comes out every
- 13:48Speaker 2: so often when Kevin was on MTV. He was on
- 13:51Speaker 2: an MTV show and he had an interview with Avril
- 13:54Speaker 2: Levine and he says a phrase that he should have
- 13:57Speaker 2: never said because it could be taken and misconstruc rude,
- 14:00Speaker 2: and she did not know how to recover. After he
- 14:03Speaker 2: said that phrase, she got the giggles.
- 14:05Speaker 1: I did not know what was happening. Yes, somebody sends
- 14:07Speaker 1: me this video once a week. It's posted on a
- 14:09Speaker 1: different like meme page.
- 14:11Speaker 2: I posted on one of seven five the River's Instagram page,
- 14:13Speaker 2: so you can see this because it's pretty iconic and
- 14:15Speaker 2: you are pretty famous for it. It's everywhere.
- 14:17Speaker 1: That's what I'm famous for.
- 14:18Speaker 2: Cool, it's six one, five, seven, three, seven, nine, one
- 14:21Speaker 2: oh seven. What would your friends say that you are
- 14:24Speaker 2: famous for?
- 14:24Speaker 6: Let us know.
- 14:26Speaker 2: Ow is on the line.
- 14:27Speaker 5: Now.
- 14:27Speaker 1: We've been going around the room saying what each of
- 14:29Speaker 1: us is famous for. So we're asking you, what would
- 14:32Speaker 1: your friend say you are famous for.
- 14:34Speaker 6: My friends in the military would say, I'm famous for selling.
- 14:37Speaker 7: My Oh, I love it and panana.
- 14:42Speaker 6: And then my friends on the civilian side, they know
- 14:45Speaker 6: me from high school. I'm known for being a brutal, honest,
- 14:49Speaker 6: a hole. Oh so I'm not sure if I here,
- 14:54Speaker 6: So I.
- 14:55Speaker 2: Say, well, we appreciate you bleeping yourself out, so genuinely
- 14:59Speaker 2: appreciate that. Has that gotten you in trouble?
- 15:02Speaker 6: Oh yeah? My wife doesn't like it. I'm not in public.
- 15:05Speaker 6: She's like, I don't like this, and then she's socially awkward.
- 15:08Speaker 6: So she'll sit there and then be like no, no, no, no, tell,
- 15:10Speaker 6: They'll tell the water. I'm excuse me, minutes, this is
- 15:12Speaker 6: all wrong. You gotta fix this.
- 15:16Speaker 2: Whole problem saying exactly how it is, and I can
- 15:19Speaker 2: respect that out.
- 15:20Speaker 1: I'm like your wife, man, I get like, if they
- 15:23Speaker 1: bring me a boot on a plate, I'm gonna eat it.
- 15:25Speaker 1: I'm not gonna send it back.
- 15:27Speaker 6: No, it's fair. You paid for it.
- 15:29Speaker 2: You got men and making him bananas so he knows
- 15:34Speaker 2: what he's talking about.
- 15:35Speaker 6: Okay, my wife, don't get her order the way it is.
- 15:38Speaker 6: I gotta deal with the comic. They got to do that.
- 15:41Speaker 1: Okay, all I'm gonna ask you a dangerous question here, Okay,
- 15:44Speaker 1: all right, how are we as a radio show?
- 15:47Speaker 5: Brutally honest?
- 15:48Speaker 2: Yep?
- 15:49Speaker 6: I just flipped to this thing today and I was like, oh,
- 15:52Speaker 6: they actually bumping. They got me going, all right.
- 15:57Speaker 2: Here? That wow?
- 15:59Speaker 6: Yeah, all my way from work, I'm like, all right,
- 16:01Speaker 6: straight out to get started playing Tuessing Texas. I was bummed,
- 16:05Speaker 6: but I was like, okay, here's.
- 16:06Speaker 1: A lock name.
- 16:06Speaker 5: Lord.
- 16:07Speaker 7: I like it. Well.
- 16:09Speaker 2: Welcome to one O seven five the River. Welcome to
- 16:11Speaker 2: Ricky Zachamano in the morning. We appreciate you being.
- 16:13Speaker 1: Here, all right, nice to meet you, Ald. We appreciate
- 16:17Speaker 1: you listening, buddy, and thanks for calling in.
- 16:19Speaker 5: All right, Bye bye you dude.
- 16:22Speaker 2: How cool is that? I love Al? I love Al too.
- 16:24Speaker 2: A new listener.
- 16:26Speaker 5: Ricky, Zach and Manow in the morning on one.
- 16:30Speaker 2: It's our last day to play five and five for
- 16:33Speaker 2: Kevin Mano's Game of the Day On one O seven
- 16:35Speaker 2: five the River. We've got Pentatonics tickets. They're gonna be
- 16:38Speaker 2: a Briton arena on December ninth for a beautiful holiday
- 16:41Speaker 2: tradition that they do every year. This game has had
- 16:44Speaker 2: me so anxious every single day, but like in a
- 16:47Speaker 2: good way. Like you're just waiting on the edge of
- 16:49Speaker 2: your seat to see what happens.
- 16:50Speaker 1: Yeah, you kind of hold your breath for the five
- 16:52Speaker 1: seconds while they're uh yeah, trying to answer the question
- 16:54Speaker 1: Abby and Murphy's burrows on the line.
- 16:56Speaker 2: How are you Abby?
- 16:57Speaker 6: I'm good.
- 16:58Speaker 2: How are y'all?
- 16:59Speaker 1: We are good. It is Friday. We're feeling good. Uh
- 17:02Speaker 1: do you think you're up for this? Are you ready
- 17:03Speaker 1: for it?
- 17:05Speaker 6: I am Abby.
- 17:07Speaker 2: You've been listening though this week because you agreed with
- 17:09Speaker 2: how like stressful this game is.
- 17:11Speaker 6: Oh yes, every morning.
- 17:14Speaker 2: Thank you so much for listening every morning. We appreciate that.
- 17:16Speaker 2: We hope you're ready for this because even though it's
- 17:18Speaker 2: very anxiety read and everybody's been winning.
- 17:20Speaker 1: Yeah totally, we haven't had to turn anybody away. Yuh,
- 17:23Speaker 1: let's keep that streak alive with you right now, Abby
- 17:27Speaker 1: and Murphysboro.
- 17:28Speaker 2: Your game starts right now.
- 17:30Speaker 1: All right, Abby, You've got five seconds to name five
- 17:37Speaker 1: names that start with the letter T.
- 17:39Speaker 2: Go, Tessa, Teresa, so Reessa, Tina, Terry.
- 17:45Speaker 1: Hey, okay, you got a Teresa and Teressa in there.
- 17:52Speaker 2: It's the thing and Teresa yeah, say yeah, okay, hey yeah,
- 17:57Speaker 2: I'll take it. That was great.
- 17:58Speaker 1: We feel good about your your next one here because
- 18:00Speaker 1: you got to get two out of three, so you
- 18:01Speaker 1: get this and you win. All right, Yeah, okay, five
- 18:05Speaker 1: things in five seconds that you would see at the beach.
- 18:10Speaker 2: Go umbrella, sand water, bucket, shovel, car.
- 18:17Speaker 1: Yeah you six and five seconds.
- 18:19Speaker 2: You be popping off.
- 18:23Speaker 4: I'm just sitting out as much as I can.
- 18:25Speaker 2: It won, Dabby, You won.
- 18:26Speaker 5: You did it.
- 18:29Speaker 1: I think next time play this game, it's gonna be
- 18:31Speaker 1: like five and three or something.
- 18:32Speaker 2: I feel like too many people. It was too easy. No, Kevin,
- 18:35Speaker 2: please don't do that to me. I'm not even playing
- 18:37Speaker 2: the game, and it makes me nauseous every time anymore
- 18:40Speaker 2: than you have. These men. They stressed me out every day.
- 18:45Speaker 1: Congratulations, you're going to see Pentatonics. They show you in
- 18:49Speaker 1: December December ninth, a bridgetone way to go.
- 18:51Speaker 2: Thank you guys, congrats Love. We're gonna put you on
- 18:54Speaker 2: hold for just a second to get your info.
- 18:55Speaker 6: Okay, awesome, thank you guys.
- 18:57Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 18:58Speaker 1: Have a great day at school. That can includes five
- 19:00Speaker 1: and five. That will come back at some point, maybe
- 19:03Speaker 1: as ten and five. I'm not sure yet. We'll we'll
- 19:05Speaker 1: go back to the drawing goal.
- 19:06Speaker 2: Why do you five? Do you want to stress me
- 19:09Speaker 2: out and make me throw up? No way that you
- 19:11Speaker 2: could do ten and five?
- 19:15Speaker 5: Three things?
- 19:17Speaker 1: Good morning, it is Friday. We are so happy about
- 19:20Speaker 1: that happy year here with us. Ricky's got those three things.
- 19:22Speaker 1: Presented by Mark Spain Real Estate.
- 19:24Speaker 2: The New American Horror Story season dropped a trailer and
- 19:27Speaker 2: all of your faves are going to be in it
- 19:29Speaker 2: from previous seasons. So you're getting the return of Jessica
- 19:32Speaker 2: Lang as Constant Langdon from Murder House, Evan Peters back
- 19:36Speaker 2: as Ky Anderson from Cult, and Sarah Paulson, Angela Bassett,
- 19:40Speaker 2: and Emma Roberts as Cordelia, Marie and Madison from Coven,
- 19:44Speaker 2: and so many more. They just go through all of
- 19:47Speaker 2: your favorite characters. All of your favorite actors and actresses.
- 19:50Speaker 2: All of them are going to be involved in some way,
- 19:52Speaker 2: shape or form. Some of the actors are going to
- 19:55Speaker 2: be playing multiple characters from different seasons within these new episodes,
- 19:59Speaker 2: which is a crazy concept. I'm really curious to see
- 20:02Speaker 2: how they managed.
- 20:02Speaker 5: To do that.
- 20:03Speaker 2: Ariana Grande was supposed to be in this season, but
- 20:05Speaker 2: she had to drop out. But you're still getting all
- 20:07Speaker 2: of your faves, okay. New season is set to debut
- 20:10Speaker 2: on September twenty fourth. DJ Caigo is opening a rooftop
- 20:14Speaker 2: club on top of Chiefs on Broadway. The live entertainment
- 20:17Speaker 2: and events concept called Palm Tree Club opens on Friday,
- 20:20Speaker 2: September fourth. This marks the fifth Palm Tree Club location,
- 20:24Speaker 2: joining Miami, Orlando, Las Vegas, and Kansas City. I'm excited
- 20:27Speaker 2: to see exactly how he makes it different, because you know,
- 20:31Speaker 2: DJ Kigo is more EDM and dance kind of music,
- 20:35Speaker 2: and we don't have a lot of that here in Nashville.
- 20:38Speaker 2: We have DJs that play it, but we don't have
- 20:40Speaker 2: like a specific EDM type vibe for any place. So
- 20:44Speaker 2: I'm wondering if that's where they're going with this. But
- 20:46Speaker 2: we'll just have to wait and see when they open,
- 20:48Speaker 2: and Shakeshack is denying customers claims that they charge a
- 20:53Speaker 2: no tip fee. Okay, Shakeshack customer, He's gone viral for
- 20:57Speaker 2: claiming that they charge extra when he refused to at
- 21:00Speaker 2: the self service Kiosk. The customer at a Salt Lake
- 21:02Speaker 2: City airport selected no tip and saw the price of
- 21:05Speaker 2: three shakes jump by fifty cents each. He made a
- 21:09Speaker 2: video about it. It got over four million views and
- 21:13Speaker 2: obviously a lot of comments from very angry Shakeshack fans. Yea,
- 21:17Speaker 2: I am a huge Shakeshack girl, so I was like,
- 21:20Speaker 2: what do you mean? This doesn't make any sense. Shakeshack
- 21:23Speaker 2: says that the increase was caused by a Kiosk technology
- 21:26Speaker 2: error at the airport location. It's operated by a third party,
- 21:29Speaker 2: and that charging more for skipping a tip is not
- 21:31Speaker 2: company policy. They say that the glitch has since been fixed. Okay,
- 21:36Speaker 2: so even if you ever saw this, it should never
- 21:38Speaker 2: happen again. Nobody should have to pay more for not tipping. Hopefully,
- 21:43Speaker 2: this was just a glitch in this one area and
- 21:45Speaker 2: it isn't something kind of nationwide. I'm Ricky Sanchez, and
- 21:48Speaker 2: those are the three.
- 21:49Speaker 5: Things you need to know, Ricky zachon Mano. In the morning.
- 21:51Speaker 2: Every Friday, at this time we do what we call
- 21:54Speaker 2: the leftovers.
- 21:55Speaker 1: We all go around the room with thirty seconds on
- 21:56Speaker 1: the clock and share conversation the topic that we just
- 22:00Speaker 1: didn't have time for this week. Ricky start us off.
- 22:03Speaker 2: All right, I'm gonna tell you the common that gen
- 22:06Speaker 2: Z just does not understand. Okay, So, according to a
- 22:08Speaker 2: new survey, gen Z workers only understood five point three
- 22:12Speaker 2: out of twenty four common phrases that are used in
- 22:15Speaker 2: the workplace. Three of the phrases with the lowest percentage
- 22:19Speaker 2: of gen Z comprehension were blue sky thinking, which essentially
- 22:24Speaker 2: means big thinking, no restraints, Gonna be honest, didn't know
- 22:27Speaker 2: that one myself, move the needle, which means you know,
- 22:31Speaker 2: you're looking for something with a big impact. That one
- 22:33Speaker 2: I've heard plenty of times, and no and push the
- 22:36Speaker 2: envelope was the other one that they just did not understand,
- 22:39Speaker 2: which is just challenging limits that you might be within.
- 22:42Speaker 2: But those are the top three that they just really
- 22:45Speaker 2: none of them knew. They have ten percent of.
- 22:48Speaker 1: Them new These hate corporate jargons so much.
- 22:50Speaker 2: Show dumps, so dumb, just tell me you want to
- 22:53Speaker 2: challenge the limits. Don't say pushed the envelope. Why are
- 22:55Speaker 2: we doing that?
- 22:55Speaker 1: I feel like all of them annoy me. Yeah yeah, rightfully.
- 22:59Speaker 1: So Zach, your turn, buddy, with the accents.
- 23:03Speaker 7: Okay, So I do want to tell you about the
- 23:05Speaker 7: accents that are the most attractive nationwide. I was genuinely
- 23:11Speaker 7: shocked by this, But apparently number one is Louisiana.
- 23:15Speaker 2: Louisiana, Yeah, okay, like.
- 23:18Speaker 1: A super southern.
- 23:22Speaker 2: Kind of like French fire. Yeah yeah.
- 23:25Speaker 7: And then Texas was in second place, and then California,
- 23:29Speaker 7: and then Georgia, and then New York, New York.
- 23:32Speaker 1: Okay, so no like Boston, Jersey, Philly, none of that stuff.
- 23:37Speaker 2: Yeah, nope none. Enda wants to come for me right now.
- 23:40Speaker 2: That's why he's bringing up Jersey. He wants to like,
- 23:43Speaker 2: how angry can I make Ricky on a Friday?
- 23:45Speaker 1: We're ready to fight? Let's hear how you say water?
- 23:50Speaker 2: Order water?
- 23:52Speaker 1: Can I get a glass of water?
- 23:53Speaker 2: Can I get some water? Can I get waterersey? Thank you, Zach. Lastly,
- 23:59Speaker 2: here I I read this article.
- 24:00Speaker 1: I thought it was super interesting because my family is
- 24:02Speaker 1: constantly dealing with this. My wife and my son get
- 24:05Speaker 1: bit by mosquitoes exponentially more than I do or my daughter.
- 24:09Speaker 2: It's because Riley's so sweet, that's.
- 24:11Speaker 1: What we always tell them.
- 24:12Speaker 2: But no, it's.
- 24:17Speaker 1: It's their bacteria. It's the bacteria living on your skin
- 24:21Speaker 1: and the chemicals. Zach doesn't like that, the chemicals in
- 24:24Speaker 1: your body is naturally releasing. Those are the reasons mosquitos
- 24:28Speaker 1: are more attracted to you. They studied three different types
- 24:30Speaker 1: of mosquitoes for this, three different species, and they all
- 24:33Speaker 1: have different preferences, so nobody is attractive to all mosquitoes.
- 24:36Speaker 1: They're picky, but it is it's your own fault. It's
- 24:40Speaker 1: just the bacteria that you are producing so interesting. Yeah,
- 24:43Speaker 1: it's not about your blood type or it's not about
- 24:45Speaker 1: how big you are anything like that. It's just your bacteria.
- 24:48Speaker 2: They're gross.
- 24:49Speaker 1: They are hoping that this new research will help develop
- 24:52Speaker 1: more targeted repellents in the future now that they know more.
- 24:55Speaker 2: I hope. So yeah, oh god, I don't ever get
- 24:58Speaker 2: bit by mosquitos, so my mom used always say, because
- 25:00Speaker 2: it wasn't I wasn't sweet enough. No, no, that's why
- 25:02Speaker 2: I said the thing, you're not covered in bacteria, which
- 25:05Speaker 2: is yeah, now I'm gonna tell her it's because I'm clean.
- 25:09Speaker 5: That includes the leftover Ricky, Zach and Menow in the
- 25:12Speaker 5: Morning on the River.
- 25:15Speaker 2: Matthew McConaughey was here in Nashville and he was at
- 25:18Speaker 2: the Bellcourt Theater last night. He's got a new movie
- 25:20Speaker 2: coming out, so he was doing a screening and today's
- 25:23Speaker 2: daily double tap on one O seven five of the
- 25:24Speaker 2: River is him singing and playing the mandolin. Yeah, what he's.
- 25:29Speaker 1: Singing Choosing Texas? Is that the clip that we have
- 25:31Speaker 1: right here?
- 25:32Speaker 2: Well, we're gonna find out, all right, all right, here
- 25:35Speaker 2: we go.
- 25:35Speaker 1: Here's a couple tap. I should have listened to this
- 25:37Speaker 1: in advanced Here we go.
- 26:05Speaker 2: That's awesome.
- 26:06Speaker 1: It's not Choose in Texas, but it's still cool that
- 26:09Speaker 1: it was that.
- 26:10Speaker 2: I was like Kevin.
- 26:11Speaker 1: I know he was also doing Choose in Texas, but yeah,
- 26:14Speaker 1: that's that's so cool. Matthew McConaughey, Zach, do you want
- 26:16Speaker 1: to do your Matthew McConaughey. It's one of the best
- 26:18Speaker 1: impressions of all time.
- 26:20Speaker 5: Heaven Now, Ricky, Zach and Meadow in the Morning on
- 26:29Speaker 5: the River
