• 0:15
SPEAKER_00: In this show, you can expect conversations around manifestation, subconscious reprogramming, entrepreneurship, and the daily habits of a woman living a life that is both successful and fun.
• 0:26
SPEAKER_00: Imagine a TED Talk, but overwine.
• 0:28
SPEAKER_00: My wish for you is that you experience an unlimited flow of money, a business that attracts your dream clients, and the freedom to spend your time how you choose.
• 0:38
SPEAKER_00: And if you stick with me, that will soon be your reality.
• 0:41
SPEAKER_00: I'm honoured to be on the journey with you, so let's get into it.
• 0:44
SPEAKER_01: Hello everyone, and welcome back to the Abundant and Align podcast.
• 0:48
SPEAKER_01: I am driving along today, so you are listening to another car chat as a download has just dropped in.
• 0:56
SPEAKER_01: I am on my way to the Fersace Hotel for coffee with a friend, a colleague.
• 1:02
SPEAKER_01: We are going to have a catch-up.
• 1:04
SPEAKER_01: I also want to pick her brain on her coming in and doing a session for my clients.
• 1:10
SPEAKER_01: She is a women's health coach, specifically working with high-performing women, helping them optimize their health in order to make more money and create more success in their life.
• 1:22
SPEAKER_01: And I think her session would be so incredible inside my world to ensure that your health is being taken care of as you are growing your business.
• 1:32
SPEAKER_01: We always talk about how my work and her work is such a good combination.
• 1:38
SPEAKER_01: She obviously focuses on the physical health and your biology, and I focus on your mindset and your subconscious program, and the two together create the most powerful women in business.
• 1:53
SPEAKER_01: So, yeah, keep your eyes peeled for that session dropping into my client world.
• 1:58
SPEAKER_01: If you are joining me as a client in 2026, or for those who are already in there, that session is coming your way.
• 2:05
SPEAKER_01: But, anyways, on my way, I'm currently driving through Surface Paradise.
• 2:10
SPEAKER_01: It is a beautiful day here on the Gold Coast today.
• 2:13
SPEAKER_01: We've had a long stint of rain.
• 2:16
SPEAKER_01: I don't mind the rain, it gives you an excuse to have a cozy day in the office or binge maps on Netflix and just slow down.
• 2:27
SPEAKER_01: But we had a few days of it, so it's nice to see some blue skies and to get out in the sunshine.
• 2:33
SPEAKER_01: I've got the sunroof open.
• 2:35
  SPEAKER_01: I'm wearing a white skirt and a little t-shirt.
• 2:40
SPEAKER_01: I've got my new Prada Sunnies on.
• 2:43
SPEAKER_01: I'm feeling great, eating my yogurt bowl that I had to quickly make before I left the house.
• 2:49
  SPEAKER_01: So that's the scene.
• 2:50
  SPEAKER_01: That's the morning scene.
• 2:52
SPEAKER_01: But as I'm driving along today, I'm thinking about the vision beyond the vision, and I wanted to talk to you about being around expanders.
• 3:02
SPEAKER_01: I'm not talking about this topic because I'm assuming you aren't setting big goals and you aren't raising the bar within your life because I know you absolutely are.
• 3:11
SPEAKER_01: I know you are unapologetic about wanting a big life with high income months and luxury and overflow and freedom.
• 3:20
SPEAKER_01: I know you're here to create wealth and a legacy.
• 3:24
SPEAKER_01: I know that about you.
• 3:26
SPEAKER_01: So I know you do think big picture, but the reality is your brain will do all it can to resist that change.
• 3:35
SPEAKER_01: The role of your subconscious is to protect and preserve you, to ultimately keep you away from threats.
• 3:43
SPEAKER_01: And the way your subconscious registers change is as though it is a threat to your survival.
• 3:51
SPEAKER_01: Because change, especially the kind you have never experienced before, is simply unpredictable to the brain.
• 3:58
SPEAKER_01: It is unable to make an assessment of what it's going to look like, what it's going to feel like, how you're going to experience this change.
• 4:07
SPEAKER_01: And because it is unpredictable, the amygdala recognizes that as a threat, and that fire alarm goes off, and the self-sabotaging patterns and habits come into play to ultimately keep you exactly where you are today.
• 4:21
SPEAKER_01: So this is why it's so important to be around expanders who can hold that bigger vision for you and help you get there, essentially, especially the kind of work that I do.
• 4:33
SPEAKER_01: It's not just a matter of setting the goal and working hard to create it, it's setting the goal, the vision beyond the vision, and then creating the neurological software and the nervous system capacity that you need in order to move to that next level and in order to create the change without your brain constantly trying to sabotage the process.
• 4:55
SPEAKER_01: Another reason why I love being around expanders is because while yes, you probably set big goals, I'm confident they're not as big as what they could be, given one, how good you are at what you do, two, the kind of results you get for your clients, and three, what's actually possible for somebody like you?
• 5:17
SPEAKER_01: Far more money than probably what you are aiming for.
• 5:20
SPEAKER_01: The kind of clients that you may think are out of reach for you are available now for you to work with.
• 5:51
SPEAKER_01: Again, not because you lack motivation or you lack discipline, but because your brain wants you to stay right where you are and repeat the loops and repeat the cycles on a day-to-day basis.
• 6:04
SPEAKER_01: So being around expanders really holds you accountable to those higher standards and to that new set point.
• 6:12
SPEAKER_01: And not only can a mentor be an expander for you, but also the women who will be in the group with you.
• 6:20
SPEAKER_01: So if you are jumping into the collective, it's not just me saying this is the possibility available to you, this is the bigger vision, let's step into it, but you're also surrounded by other women in business who are doing big things in their life, and therefore it normalizes these new levels for you.
• 6:38
SPEAKER_01: Yes, I know we can see this on social media.
• 6:41
SPEAKER_01: You get the ability to watch other women make a lot of money and they share their results and all of those things.
• 6:47
SPEAKER_01: However, to be alongside an everyday woman who is doing incredible things in her life, it's a different kind of normalization.
• 6:56
SPEAKER_01: To see her do it really gives yourself permission to create it, and it's a little bit of an awakening.
• 7:02
SPEAKER_01: If she's doing it, so can I.
• 7:04
SPEAKER_01: If that's possible for her, it's possible for me as well.
• 7:07
SPEAKER_01: And it just starts to bring this big picture down from the pedestal and create more, just make it more normal, just make it more normal for you.
• 7:20
SPEAKER_01: So expanders are so much more than just a little kick up the butt that we need from time to time, it's opening your mind to the possibility of more, and then it's normalizing it, it's holding that standard up and expecting you to move into that standard, expecting you to reach that new standard.
• 7:41
SPEAKER_01: So, with that, what is your vision beyond the vision?
• 7:44
SPEAKER_01: Where in your life are you still playing small?
• 7:48
SPEAKER_01: And are you getting yourself into an actual physical room with women who are expanding you, who are holding a higher standard, and who are expecting you to meet that new set point?
• 8:02
SPEAKER_01: And if not, the collective is your home.
• 8:05
SPEAKER_01: It has been designed for you to be stretched and to and for you to be held and for you to be held to those higher standards and celebrated when you reach them, and again, just to normalize large income months being the go-to in your brand, living a life with luxury and wealth and overflow and freedom, normalizing these things to pull it down from the pedestal and manifest it into physical form for you.
• 8:32
SPEAKER_01: So if you are yet to jump into the collective, my only question is are you operating at the level you want to be operating at within your business?
• 8:42
SPEAKER_01: Does your life look the way you would like it to look?
• 8:46
SPEAKER_01: And does it feel the way you want it to feel?
• 8:48
SPEAKER_01: And if your answer to that is no, what are you waiting for?
• 8:53
SPEAKER_01: And again, I'm not saying that to assume that you are sitting in this victim mentality and you're sitting around, poor me.
• 9:03
SPEAKER_01: I also know that your ego isn't big and you think you can do all of this alone.
• 9:12
SPEAKER_01: What am I waiting for?
• 9:14
SPEAKER_01: And am I okay about cruising at this level for the next 12 months, or would I love to experience a quantum leap in the next five months and really see the kind of money and sales move through your business that you know is possible, work with the clients and create the lifestyle shifts that you want to be creating within your life.
• 9:34
SPEAKER_01: The collective has been designed for women like you, and I am so excited to work closely with you in this brand new mentorship space.
• 9:42
SPEAKER_01: I'm so excited for it.
• 9:44
SPEAKER_01: Just head to the show notes below, and you'll find the page for the collective, which also has some frequently asked questions.
• 9:49
  SPEAKER_01: We'll leave it there.
• 9:50
SPEAKER_01: I'm just about to pull up.
• 9:51
SPEAKER_01: Have the most beautiful day, and I look forward to celebrating you as you step into the collective.
