- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome to A Meeting of the Minds. Crafted from decades
- 0:05Speaker 1: of talk show experience. An extension of the magic they've
- 0:09Speaker 1: created together on radio. In the phenomenon called M & M.
- 0:13Speaker 1: Hot topics in the news and wisdom from life. It's
- 0:17Speaker 1: Mark Davis and Mike Gallagher. This is M & M Extra.
- 0:23Speaker 2: Uh-oh, feel like I'm missing an arm or something because
- 0:26Speaker 2: my partner is on vacation. I swear, that guy takes
- 0:30Speaker 2: almost as much vacation as I get to take. Mark
- 0:33Speaker 2: is away, but I'm going to fly solo here on
- 0:36Speaker 2: M & M Extra, and we've got some great content
- 0:38Speaker 2: to share together. We've got some big breaking news. What
- 0:44Speaker 2: do you do when the mainstream media covers a story
- 0:47Speaker 2: that you're not interested in? Are we supposed to reflect it?
- 0:51Speaker 2: Because the mission of the Mike Gallagher Show and the
- 0:54Speaker 2: Mark Davis Show and M & M Extra and M &
- 0:56Speaker 2: M Experience and the Salem Podcast Network and townhall.com and
- 1:01Speaker 2: Hot Air and all these wonderful properties, Salem News Channel,
- 1:07Speaker 2: the message is always, our mantra is, breaking news and
- 1:11Speaker 2: what to make of it. Well, what do you do
- 1:13Speaker 2: when the news is breaking and you don't care? That's
- 1:17Speaker 2: the big headline today about the media's lawsuit and boycott
- 1:24Speaker 2: of the Trump White House. They are livid that Trump
- 1:27Speaker 2: finally had enough of CNN and MSNOW, and he threw
- 1:32Speaker 2: Politico in for good measure. So welcome aboard. It's Monday,
- 1:35Speaker 2: September the 21st. A big, big thank you to our
- 1:38Speaker 2: title sponsor for Eminem Extra, Preborn. You can stand for
- 1:42Speaker 2: life today. Join us in providing ultrasounds to girls and
- 1:46Speaker 2: women who are considering an abortion. Did you know that
- 1:50Speaker 2: when that woman sees her baby on an ultrasound, you
- 1:55Speaker 2: will double the likelihood that she'll choose life? So a
- 1:58Speaker 2: big thank you to Preborn. Call 833-850-BABY, 833-850-BABY, or go
- 2:05Speaker 2: to preborn.com slash mmextra, preborn.com slash mmextra. We're going to
- 2:13Speaker 2: get to the story of the media meltdown. the big
- 2:17Speaker 2: five networks are evidently boycotting the Trump White House as if,
- 2:22Speaker 2: you know, when you do a boycott, you're supposed to
- 2:25Speaker 2: hurt the intended target of the boycott, right? That's the
- 2:31Speaker 2: point of a boycott. Do you think Trump's White House
- 2:36Speaker 2: or President Trump himself cares if CNN or or NBC
- 2:45Speaker 2: or CBS don't cover the comings and goings of the
- 2:52Speaker 2: Trump administration? But before we do that, I want to
- 2:57Speaker 2: give a nod to another podcast. I love this podcast space.
- 3:01Speaker 2: Mark and I are just, we feel like kids on
- 3:04Speaker 2: Christmas morning every day we do this together. And I
- 3:07Speaker 2: look forward to it as well. We joke that our
- 3:09Speaker 2: talk shows have become the second favorite thing we do.
- 3:12Speaker 2: The podcast space This weekend, I'm going to be in
- 3:16Speaker 2: Los Angeles, and Adam Carolla has had a podcast for years.
- 3:23Speaker 2: In fact, I've never met him before. I've never interviewed him.
- 3:26Speaker 2: I'm going to be with him in L.A. for the
- 3:28Speaker 2: big Town Hall 2026 in Pasadena. Adam's going to be there,
- 3:35Speaker 2: Steve Hilton, Nick Shirley, the young citizen activist, the journalist.
- 3:41Speaker 2: Larry Elder, Larry O'Connor, Alex Marlow, Jen Horn, and I
- 3:45Speaker 2: are going to be representing Salem. It's going to be
- 3:47Speaker 2: a wonderful event in Los Angeles, and you're invited to attend.
- 3:50Speaker 2: You could be there in person. If you catch our
- 3:55Speaker 2: podcast in Southern California or parts around there, you can
- 4:00Speaker 2: go to am870theanswer. com to order your ticket. There's a VIP
- 4:07Speaker 2: meet and greet. All kinds of neat things are going
- 4:09Speaker 2: to go on there. Again, it's in Pasadena at a
- 4:12Speaker 2: brand new venue called the Ambassador Auditorium in Pasadena. For tickets,
- 4:18Speaker 2: go to am870theanswer. com. That's am870theanswer. com. And Adam has had, like
- 4:26Speaker 2: I said, a podcast for many years. As a matter
- 4:28Speaker 2: of fact, I saw over the weekend there was a
- 4:30Speaker 2: guy who died who's been a big part of Adam's
- 4:33Speaker 2: podcast over the years. So, so sorry for the loss.
- 4:38Speaker 2: of one of the podcast performers. But Adam is one
- 4:40Speaker 2: of the original podcasters. And I like looking into this
- 4:44Speaker 2: podcast space and checking out some of these other hosts
- 4:47Speaker 2: and other podcasts that have been doing what we do
- 4:51Speaker 2: now every day here on M & M Extra. And
- 4:53Speaker 2: one of those is Patrick Bet-David. Interesting guy. I don't
- 4:58Speaker 2: know much about him. I just know that, I mean,
- 5:01Speaker 2: I see clips from his PBD podcast on a regular basis.
- 5:07Speaker 2: And he has a wide range of people on his podcast,
- 5:10Speaker 2: including the founder of Morgan & Morgan, a fellow by
- 5:14Speaker 2: the name of John Morgan. You've seen this guy. The
- 5:17Speaker 2: ads for Morgan & Morgan are all over the place.
- 5:20Speaker 2: It's a hugely successful company. What do you call them?
- 5:27Speaker 2: Not accident. What do you call those, Eric? The law
- 5:32Speaker 2: firms that do personal injury attorneys. Thank you. I think
- 5:37Speaker 2: it's one of the biggest personal injury attorney firms ever.
- 5:41Speaker 2: In the world, certainly in the United States, Morgan & Morgan.
- 5:45Speaker 2: And so you've seen his face, and I guess his
- 5:46Speaker 2: sons and his wife. It's like a family business, but
- 5:49Speaker 2: the guy has to be a gazillionaire because they have
- 5:51Speaker 2: a huge, huge presence all throughout, I think, just about
- 5:55Speaker 2: all 50 states. Anyway, John Morgan, the founder, is evidently
- 6:00Speaker 2: a regular podcast guest with Patrick Bett David. Now, John Morgan,
- 6:05Speaker 2: a little background, I think he's Florida-based. He's not a Republican.
- 6:11Speaker 2: In fact, he has been a big Democrat donor for years.
- 6:18Speaker 2: He is pro-Obama, pro-Hillary. He's just not on the right
- 6:23Speaker 2: at all, which is fine. This is America. Be who
- 6:26Speaker 2: you want to be. Support who you want to support.
- 6:28Speaker 2: But I think the background is important to know that
- 6:33Speaker 2: this guy is not really MAGA, okay, in any way, shape,
- 6:40Speaker 2: or form, okay? But listen to what he said the
- 6:44Speaker 2: other day on Patrick Bet-David's podcast about Trump, the war,
- 6:52Speaker 2: the optics, and why Trump does what he does at
- 6:57Speaker 2: age 80. I thought this was fascinating. And I wanted
- 7:00Speaker 2: to share it with you here on M & M Extra.
- 7:04Speaker 3: Here's what I think. And it's going to be a
- 7:06Speaker 3: different take than everybody else's when you say he's 80
- 7:09Speaker 3: years old.
- 7:10Speaker 1: Look.
- 7:12Speaker 3: He became president talking about no more wars. You know,
- 7:16Speaker 3: he blasted no more wars. But he got here and
- 7:20Speaker 3: he's 80 years old. And he's looking to the future.
- 7:24Speaker 3: The future to him is, like mine, shorter than your
- 7:27Speaker 3: future and your future just by age. But yet he's
- 7:31Speaker 3: made a decision to do this. This whole thing is
- 7:34Speaker 3: driven by nuclear holocaust from Iran.
- 7:38Speaker 1: He could have kicked the can.
- 7:40Speaker 4: Hmm.
- 7:41Speaker 3: But he didn't. He decided to do this. And when
- 7:46Speaker 3: he did it, he knew what was going to happen.
- 7:50Speaker 3: He knew that gas prices would go up. He knew
- 7:53Speaker 3: affordability was the issue he got elected on. He knew
- 7:56Speaker 3: that was the issue that would drive his poll numbers down.
- 7:58Speaker 1: And guess what?
- 7:59Speaker 3: His poll numbers have been driven down as a result
- 8:03Speaker 3: of this. But here's where I think that Trump's going
- 8:07Speaker 3: to be rewarded. When he said he doesn't care about
- 8:10Speaker 3: the midterms, he does very much. That's why they're trying
- 8:13Speaker 3: to change districts all over the country. When he says
- 8:16Speaker 3: he doesn't care about inflation, he does. But it turns
- 8:21Speaker 3: out that this guy would rather leave us, the world,
- 8:27Speaker 3: not us, the world, in a safer position because nuclear
- 8:33Speaker 3: weapons in the hands of those maniacs is the most
- 8:36Speaker 3: dangerous thing facing us and our children. And Israel's not
- 8:41Speaker 3: happy about it because I don't know if the uranium's
- 8:44Speaker 3: ever going to be taken, the dust or whatever they
- 8:46Speaker 3: call it. But I think the secret message, and if
- 8:48Speaker 3: I was Trump, if I was Susie Wiles and James Blair,
- 8:51Speaker 3: what I'd be talking about is he's putting his own
- 8:55Speaker 3: personal popularity over his present popularity for the rest of us.
- 9:03Speaker 2: Isn't that an amazing thing to come from a Democrat donor?
- 9:08Speaker 2: Isn't that fascinating? And if you know anything about me
- 9:12Speaker 2: at all, you know I'm a huge believer in giving
- 9:15Speaker 2: credit where credit is due. And I want to give
- 9:18Speaker 2: John Morgan credit for saying that. I don't know that
- 9:21Speaker 2: he doesn't like Trump. I don't think he does. I
- 9:24Speaker 2: know he's a Democrat. I know he's given probably gazillions
- 9:28Speaker 2: of dollars to Democrat candidates and causes. And what a profound...
- 9:36Speaker 2: this guy has. Stop and think about what he just said.
- 9:39Speaker 2: He wants to make the United States safe. And it's
- 9:47Speaker 2: more important to Donald J. Trump to make the United
- 9:53Speaker 2: States safer than it is to maintain his current personal popularity. Gosh,
- 10:03Speaker 2: that's a powerful thing. To me, that is such an
- 10:09Speaker 2: astounding thing for this guy to say. And I'm not
- 10:13Speaker 2: just pointing it out because he happens to be saying
- 10:20Speaker 2: something I agree with. I'm saying that it's crucial that
- 10:25Speaker 2: we acknowledge what Trump is willing to do. In other words,
- 10:31Speaker 2: at age 80, John Morgan, who's, according to Tracy, he's 70.
- 10:34Speaker 2: I thought he might have been older than that, but
- 10:36Speaker 2: I believe he's 70 years old, phenomenally successful in his
- 10:40Speaker 2: line of work. He's willing to say that at age 80,
- 10:47Speaker 2: where there's not a lot of runway left, And let's
- 10:50Speaker 2: all face it. We're facing facts here. We're all coming
- 10:55Speaker 2: to the end of the runway. I don't want to
- 10:56Speaker 2: be morbid here, but if you're in your 60s, your 70s,
- 11:00Speaker 2: your 80s, God bless you. But most of us aren't
- 11:04Speaker 2: going to have the luck of our friend Joyce in
- 11:06Speaker 2: North Carolina where you're going to be 100 or 101
- 11:08Speaker 2: years old. Trump is saying, I don't care about my
- 11:13Speaker 2: legacy or what my poll numbers are going to look
- 11:15Speaker 2: like in three or five years. I want America to
- 11:19Speaker 2: be safe. I want America to not be subjected to
- 11:27Speaker 2: nuclear holocaust. I want the world to be safer. I
- 11:31Speaker 2: don't want Israel to get blown up by a nuke
- 11:35Speaker 2: that these maniacs in Iran get their hands on. There's
- 11:40Speaker 2: nothing wrong with that. There's not a thing wrong with that.
- 11:45Speaker 2: In fact, what a breath of fresh air. Scott Hummer
- 11:48Speaker 2: is one of our commenters. on our YouTube live chat
- 11:52Speaker 2: right now. And we always appreciate having you join us
- 11:55Speaker 2: live on YouTube. We hope you'll like and subscribe to
- 11:58Speaker 2: the Eminem Extra podcast. Doesn't take much. Just click on
- 12:02Speaker 2: that little bell there. Subscribe, like, follow us. Make sure
- 12:06Speaker 2: you add your two cents worth like Scott just did,
- 12:09Speaker 2: which I appreciate. Scott wrote, wow, what John Morgan said
- 12:13Speaker 2: is amazing. I never expected to hear that coming out
- 12:17Speaker 2: of a Democrat's mouth. What a refreshing breath. Scott, you're right.
- 12:23Speaker 2: And it does, it's crucial to watch and listen to
- 12:29Speaker 2: Democrats give credit to Trump when credit is due. It's
- 12:33Speaker 2: why I think I like Bill Maher so much. I
- 12:36Speaker 2: appreciate what Bill Maher represents. He's a Democrat, kind of
- 12:41Speaker 2: a blue dog Democrat. I think Maher is the kind
- 12:44Speaker 2: of Democrat that maybe your mom and dad were. My
- 12:47Speaker 2: mom and dad were blue dog Democrats. kind of Irish
- 12:51Speaker 2: Catholic household, loved John Kennedy, appreciated the Democrat policies of
- 12:58Speaker 2: sort of tilting at windmills, you know, thankful for FDR
- 13:03Speaker 2: and the New Deal, grateful for Kennedy's vision with space,
- 13:10Speaker 2: appreciative of the Democrats' civil rights embrace of Lyndon Baines Johnson.
- 13:19Speaker 2: That's not today's Democrat Party anymore. You can't even recognize
- 13:24Speaker 2: today's Democrat Party. You wouldn't recognize it. Our parents, God
- 13:30Speaker 2: rest their souls, they wouldn't recognize today's Democrats because they're crazy.
- 13:38Speaker 2: They are crazy. And they're pretending they're not as crazy
- 13:43Speaker 2: as they used to be. Wait till you hear how
- 13:47Speaker 2: Jessica Tarlow stunned Bill Maher, speaking of Bill Maher over
- 13:51Speaker 2: on HBO. She was a guest over the weekend. And
- 13:55Speaker 2: she said that Democrats today are less crazy than they
- 13:58Speaker 2: used to be. I thought Maher was going to fall
- 14:01Speaker 2: off the chair. It's hysterical. I'm going to share that
- 14:05Speaker 2: with you here in just a minute. I also want
- 14:07Speaker 2: to share with you one of our sponsors, PhD Weight
- 14:10Speaker 2: Loss and Nutrition. This Friday, I think, I want to
- 14:14Speaker 2: do something kind of different. Mark and I have been
- 14:17Speaker 2: talking about themed Fridays, and our Friday theme is going
- 14:21Speaker 2: to be health. And I'm going to share with you,
- 14:24Speaker 2: I'm going to get real personal with you. I probably
- 14:27Speaker 2: won't do it on the daily talk show, but I
- 14:30Speaker 2: think we're going to do it on the podcast because
- 14:32Speaker 2: I've shared with you the news that I got a
- 14:35Speaker 2: new medical wrinkle in my life, a blockage in my
- 14:40Speaker 2: widow maker. It's described as moderate. I'm going to see
- 14:43Speaker 2: the doctor, oh, in about 45 minutes from now, as
- 14:46Speaker 2: a matter of fact, to get the new plan of action.
- 14:50Speaker 2: But I did a body scan, and that triggered a
- 14:54Speaker 2: CT scan, and that revealed a 52% blockage in my,
- 15:00Speaker 2: what they call the LAD. I guess it's the left,
- 15:03Speaker 2: I think it's the ascending, what's the D stand for?
- 15:08Speaker 2: I don't know. Or no, the left... Left descending artery. Yeah,
- 15:12Speaker 2: but it's LAD, right? Or LAN?
- 15:14Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 15:15Speaker 2: All I know is it's something to worry about because
- 15:18Speaker 2: I'm already a hypochondriac. Like I needed one more thing
- 15:20Speaker 2: to worry about. But you know what I don't worry
- 15:21Speaker 2: about anymore?
- 15:22Speaker 1: Weight.
- 15:24Speaker 2: If you're watching me today on YouTube or if you've
- 15:26Speaker 2: seen me on Salem News Channel, yeah, I've lost a
- 15:29Speaker 2: lot of weight. And I've done it thanks to my
- 15:31Speaker 2: guidance and direction from PhD Weight Loss. So tune in
- 15:35Speaker 2: this Friday on the podcast where we're going to talk
- 15:37Speaker 2: about health. We're going to talk about weight. We're going
- 15:39Speaker 2: to talk about exercise. We're going to talk about what
- 15:41Speaker 2: to do when you get to a certain age, what
- 15:43Speaker 2: everybody should be doing. And one thing that I know
- 15:46Speaker 2: is going to be a part of my survival is
- 15:51Speaker 2: the weight loss, PhD Weight Loss. No shots, no pills, data, science. Yeah,
- 15:58Speaker 2: those shots can work and suppress the hunger for a while.
- 16:01Speaker 2: Stop taking the shot and watch what starts happening. PhD
- 16:05Speaker 2: restores your metabolism naturally. PhD weight loss has been everything
- 16:09Speaker 2: to me, a godsend. And like I always like to say,
- 16:13Speaker 2: nothing tastes as good as losing weight feels. I love
- 16:17Speaker 2: being able to go into a store and buy a
- 16:19Speaker 2: bunch of new clothes today. because I've lost four or
- 16:22Speaker 2: six inches around my waist. Call them today. Mention Mike Gallagher.
- 16:26Speaker 2: You'll get two free weeks added to your program. They'll
- 16:29Speaker 2: even cover the cost of your food. It's a $ 1, 500 value,
- 16:32Speaker 2: so don't put it off. Call 864-644-1900, 864-644-1900, or visit MyPhDWeightLoss.com, MyPhDWeightLoss.com.
- 16:34Speaker 2: I also like to take a moment and share doing
- 16:36Speaker 2: good for other people in the world. Humanity is all
- 16:53Speaker 2: around us and people in need are suffering. Mark and
- 16:58Speaker 2: I got to go to Guatemala a few years ago.
- 17:01Speaker 2: We ministered to the hungry, the needy. Food for the
- 17:05Speaker 2: poor is a beautiful, beautiful ministry. They've been at this
- 17:10Speaker 2: for really almost 50 years. They've distributed, are you ready
- 17:15Speaker 2: for this, 4.7 billion meals worldwide. They don't just drop
- 17:19Speaker 2: boxes either and leave. They buy from local farmers. You
- 17:23Speaker 2: know the old biblical adage about teaching a man how
- 17:26Speaker 2: to fish? What a wonderful mission Food for the Poor is.
- 17:33Speaker 2: Your gift will deliver hope and a future to families
- 17:36Speaker 2: all over the world who need it the most. Simply
- 17:39Speaker 2: text the letters FFTP, you know, for Food for the Poor.
- 17:44Speaker 2: Text the letters FFTP to 51555. You'll get a link.
- 17:49Speaker 2: You'll learn all about this beautiful organization. And you can
- 17:53Speaker 2: give online as well. Just text FFTP to 51555. Just
- 18:00Speaker 2: text FFTP to 51555. And thank you for supporting a
- 18:04Speaker 2: beautiful ministry called Food for the Poor. What's on the
- 18:10Speaker 2: ballot in 43 days is crazy. And my question to
- 18:16Speaker 2: you is, and I've been asking this a lot lately,
- 18:19Speaker 2: you ready to vote for crazy? You tired of crazy?
- 18:23Speaker 2: I know I am. I know I'm losing it over
- 18:27Speaker 2: all the craziness of the lunatic left in their agenda.
- 18:34Speaker 2: So check out Jessica Tarloff. She's one of the co-hosts
- 18:39Speaker 2: of The Five. She's the token liberal on that panel.
- 18:43Speaker 2: She's got a new book out. Somebody said I should
- 18:46Speaker 2: have her on to talk about the book. I don't know. Hey,
- 18:49Speaker 2: I'll let the commenters on the YouTube live chat make
- 18:52Speaker 2: a comment about whether or not you think I should
- 18:56Speaker 2: interview Jessica Tarloff. When these people do their books, they
- 18:58Speaker 2: go everywhere. I don't know if she comes on conservative
- 19:01Speaker 2: media or not, but it might be kind of fun. Look,
- 19:03Speaker 2: I used to, back in the day when I was
- 19:05Speaker 2: a Fox News contributor, I debated Alan Combs all the time.
- 19:09Speaker 2: They used to always book Alan and me. Alan passed away,
- 19:13Speaker 2: of course, years ago, but he and I were friends.
- 19:15Speaker 2: We didn't agree on anything, but we could disagree agreeably.
- 19:19Speaker 2: I always loved that about my relationship with Alan. I'm
- 19:22Speaker 2: not sure that I would be in the same boat
- 19:25Speaker 2: with Jessica Tarloff. But here she was with Bill Maher
- 19:27Speaker 2: over the weekend, stunning Bill by suggesting that, well... From
- 19:33Speaker 2: her perspective, the good news is these days Democrats are
- 19:37Speaker 2: less crazy than ever.
- 19:40Speaker 5: But I think all these recent elections have been about
- 19:42Speaker 5: the Democrats are crazy on social issues.
- 19:44Speaker 2: People don't like that.
- 19:45Speaker 5: Trump's crazy, but the economy is better. But he doesn't
- 19:48Speaker 5: have the economy anymore.
- 19:49Speaker 1: I mean, I look.
- 19:50Speaker 5: We're less crazy.
- 19:51Speaker 1: Who's less crazy?
- 19:52Speaker 5: Democrats. You haven't noticed?
- 19:54Speaker 2: Have you seen the Democratic? You're being sarcastic.
- 20:00Speaker 6: No.
- 20:00Speaker 3: No?
- 20:01Speaker 2: You think we're less crazy?
- 20:02Speaker 5: Maybe not inside, but we're at least when we go
- 20:05Speaker 5: out and give a speech talking about the economy and
- 20:08Speaker 5: corruption and not talking about.
- 20:10Speaker 2: They're wearing car hearts and pretending to be less crazy.
- 20:13Speaker 5: That's what's happening. They're communists who think the Islamists are
- 20:22Speaker 5: the good guys.
- 20:23Speaker 2: Are you kidding? Less crazy.
- 20:24Speaker 5: The candidates. Some of the candidates. You're not following the
- 20:29Speaker 5: Democratic Socialists of America? Oh, no, I'm following them. I
- 20:32Speaker 5: have to see them every day. I work at Fox News.
- 20:34Speaker 7: Okay.
- 20:34Speaker 2: They're not less crazy.
- 20:42Speaker 5: And they're not recanting any of that crazy gender stuff.
- 20:44Speaker 2: I mean, they're doubling down.
- 20:46Speaker 5: Anyway, the point is, this election is not about them.
- 20:50Speaker 5: People are like, we'll get to them in 28th.
- 20:53Speaker 2: So, you know, I love what the guy next to
- 20:56Speaker 2: her said. I don't even know who that was. Anybody
- 20:58Speaker 2: know who that guy was next to her? I think
- 21:01Speaker 2: he's talking about a brand of jackets, right? Car hearts.
- 21:04Speaker 2: Isn't that what he said when they're wearing car hearts
- 21:08Speaker 2: and they're pretending they're not crazy? And the audience got
- 21:11Speaker 2: a big kick out of that. Ultimately, Bill Maher shut
- 21:16Speaker 2: her down real quickly. You think you're normal? You think
- 21:21Speaker 2: the Islamist radical extremists are the good guys? You're marching
- 21:25Speaker 2: around waving Mexican flags in the streets of Austin because
- 21:28Speaker 2: an illegal got shot in a conflict with a law
- 21:32Speaker 2: enforcement officer from ICE? You think you're not crazy? And
- 21:36Speaker 2: did you notice what Jessica said about maybe inside we're crazy?
- 21:44Speaker 2: In other words, I mean, let's just be real with
- 21:47Speaker 2: what she said. What she said was, oh, yeah, we're
- 21:50Speaker 2: really crazy. We just pretend we're not. That was so
- 21:54Speaker 2: revealing to me when she said, well, maybe inside, maybe
- 21:57Speaker 2: deep down we're really nuts, but we at least give
- 22:02Speaker 2: speeches that reflect that we're not crazy. So I kind
- 22:07Speaker 2: of agree with her. She's right. They are nuts. They
- 22:12Speaker 2: are bat crap crazy. And we all know it. The
- 22:18Speaker 2: Democratic Socialists of America are the centerpiece of crazy town.
- 22:27Speaker 2: Speaking of Bill Maher, he also went on a tear
- 22:31Speaker 2: over the complaining and the whining of the $ 5, 000 that
- 22:35Speaker 2: Trump wants to pay out to every single American. Calling
- 22:39Speaker 2: it a dividend, calling it whatever you want to call it,
- 22:41Speaker 2: an economic stimulus check. If we win in the midterms,
- 22:46Speaker 2: Trump has promised... to figure out a way to deliver
- 22:51Speaker 2: a $ 5, 000 cash payout to everybody. Who knows what form
- 22:56Speaker 2: that's going to come in? Who knows what that will
- 22:58Speaker 2: look like? But a lot of people are willing to say, hey, $ 5, 000,
- 23:02Speaker 2: I'm going to pull the lever for a Republican all
- 23:06Speaker 2: day long. And as for Bill Maher, yeah, he's in
- 23:11Speaker 2: on the idea.
- 23:16Speaker 5: And if you think a 5,000 per person giveaway is crazy,
- 23:19Speaker 5: what would be your opinion of 5 million? Because in 2021,
- 23:23Speaker 5: the San Francisco reparations plan recommended paying every eligible black
- 23:28Speaker 5: adult that amount, plus a house for $ 1 and the
- 23:33Speaker 5: elimination of all personal debt and a guaranteed income of
- 23:36Speaker 5: nearly 100 grand for 250 years. And let me just say,
- 23:40Speaker 5: not only do I support this proposal, I'm willing to
- 23:42Speaker 5: identify as whatever.
- 23:44Speaker 2: It takes to get it.
- 23:47Speaker 5: I mean, imagine what you'd get if you're black and
- 23:55Speaker 5: got diddled in foster care. All right.
- 24:02Speaker 2: That's pretty dark humor right there. But what a fantastic point.
- 24:07Speaker 2: Are you upset about the five million dollars? that you'd
- 24:13Speaker 2: get from the San Francisco Reparations Board simply for being black,
- 24:20Speaker 2: and you're going to whine about every other American getting $ 5, 000?
- 24:25Speaker 2: Give me a break. Hey, Yasmin and Tracy and you guys,
- 24:30Speaker 2: would you flag that clip? Because I forgot to get
- 24:33Speaker 2: that on the show today, and I want to play
- 24:36Speaker 2: that on tomorrow's Mike Gallagher show. So let's hold that
- 24:40Speaker 2: over for tomorrow. Because that's good stuff right there. That
- 24:43Speaker 2: is really, really good stuff. Yeah. Complain some more about
- 24:53Speaker 2: San Francisco's plan for reparations. That's just A-OK.
- 24:57Speaker 1: All right.
- 24:57Speaker 2: Let me get to the story you're going to be
- 25:00Speaker 2: hearing all day, which is the breathless hyperventilating over Trump banning,
- 25:09Speaker 2: kicking out CNN. MS Now, and Politico. Here is, by
- 25:18Speaker 2: the way, Christopher Rufo was the guy that was apparently
- 25:22Speaker 2: on the panel there that I was wondering who that was.
- 25:25Speaker 2: So check out something that Western Lensman did over at X.
- 25:31Speaker 2: I follow this site at Western Lensman. Did a mashup,
- 25:34Speaker 2: a kind of back and forth. So Trump bans– he
- 25:37Speaker 2: kicks out– in fact, he did a very funny meme
- 25:40Speaker 2: that they posted on Truth Social showing CNN, MSNOW, and
- 25:44Speaker 2: Politico as giant garbage bags, and somebody was throwing the
- 25:47Speaker 2: garbage bags over the fence of the White House, kicking
- 25:51Speaker 2: them out, taking out the garbage, in effect, right? So
- 25:55Speaker 2: along comes the lawsuit, the inevitable lawsuit this morning. The
- 26:00Speaker 2: networks are suing, and they're now– promising to boycott Trump's
- 26:05Speaker 2: visit to New York by not providing a press pool
- 26:09Speaker 2: to all the five networks. So they're going to boycott
- 26:13Speaker 2: any Trump news coverage. Now, number one, that'll last about
- 26:19Speaker 2: five minutes. They can't go without covering Trump. He's their oxygen.
- 26:28Speaker 2: He's their reason for being. He's the whole point of
- 26:33Speaker 2: their existence. Are you kidding me? He's their reason for living.
- 26:39Speaker 2: They get up in the morning figuring out all the
- 26:41Speaker 2: ways they can screw President Trump. They're not going to
- 26:44Speaker 2: get to boycott. They're not going to keep a boycott
- 26:49Speaker 2: going for Donald Trump. But check out this mashup. So
- 26:56Speaker 2: the other day, Obama appears at Colgate University at some forum.
- 27:02Speaker 2: And he decides to weigh in on Trump kicking out
- 27:07Speaker 2: CNN and MSNOW and Politico from the White House. Now,
- 27:15Speaker 2: this is perfect timing. Wait till you see what Western
- 27:19Speaker 2: Lensman did in comparing what Obama said Friday at Colgate
- 27:26Speaker 2: University compared to what he said years ago 2009 to
- 27:33Speaker 2: be exact, regarding the Obama administration's efforts to kick Fox
- 27:40Speaker 2: News from the White House media pool coverage. So get ready.
- 27:43Speaker 2: When you hear the first words out of this clip,
- 27:47Speaker 2: remember something. When Obama said, imagine the outrage if I
- 27:51Speaker 2: tried to kick Fox News out. Hey, Obama, you did
- 27:56Speaker 2: hit it.
- 27:58Speaker 6: I'm trying to think what would have happened if I
- 28:01Speaker 6: had said, you know what, Fox News.
- 28:03Speaker 1: Get out of here.
- 28:05Speaker 3: It's unimaginable.
- 28:06Speaker 6: I think that what our advisors have simply said is
- 28:09Speaker 6: that we are going to take media as it comes.
- 28:17Speaker 6: And if media is operating basically as a talk radio format,
- 28:22Speaker 6: then that's one thing. And if it's operating as a Appearing.
- 28:27Speaker 4: On ABC News last Sunday, presidential advisor David Axelrod argued
- 28:31Speaker 4: Fox News is not a real news organization. And the
- 28:34Speaker 4: bigger thing is that other news organizations like yours ought
- 28:38Speaker 4: not to.
- 28:39Speaker 1: Treat them that way.
- 28:40Speaker 4: And today, the White House took its first concrete step
- 28:42Speaker 4: in that direction. The administration contacted the White House pool,
- 28:46Speaker 4: the five-network rotation that has for decades shared the cost
- 28:49Speaker 4: and duties of daily coverage of the presidency, and to
- 28:52Speaker 4: which Fox News has belonged since 1997, and made available
- 28:56Speaker 4: for round-robin interviews the executive pay czar, Ken Feinberg. But
- 28:59Speaker 4: the administration specified that all members of the pool were
- 29:02Speaker 4: welcome except Fox News.
- 29:05Speaker 2: Oh, what's that? Everybody was welcome except, oh, that was 2009,
- 29:09Speaker 2: you say? Oh, that's the Obama administration, you say? What
- 29:14Speaker 2: a bunch of liars. And they're gaslighters. All Obama is
- 29:18Speaker 2: doing is gaslighting. You think he forgot that he tried
- 29:21Speaker 2: to kick Fox News out of the White House? What
- 29:23Speaker 2: about this Brian Stelter? This character from CNN. They fired
- 29:28Speaker 2: him and they brought him back. He's the media-covered reporter.
- 29:32Speaker 2: Check out what Brian Stelter said, not in 2009, just
- 29:37Speaker 2: a couple of years ago, actually.
- 29:38Speaker 4: 2009.
- 29:40Speaker 2: 2021. This is in March of 2021. All weekend long,
- 29:45Speaker 2: Brian Stelter was breathing into a brown paper sack. Oh,
- 29:49Speaker 2: Trump is banning CNN. Oh, my precious employer being banned
- 29:54Speaker 2: from CNN. We can't have that. Listen to what he
- 29:57Speaker 2: was saying about Fox News and the White House in 2021.
- 30:02Speaker 7: There are, you know, these questions about Fox's, as Fox
- 30:05Speaker 7: radicalizes and as it becomes even more and more of
- 30:07Speaker 7: a political tool. Zerwick, you wrote a column recently for
- 30:10Speaker 7: The Sun about this, saying Fox should be viewed as
- 30:12Speaker 7: a political tool. And that raises a question. Should it
- 30:15Speaker 7: be a part of the White House press pool? You know,
- 30:17Speaker 7: should it be afforded the privileges that come with news gathering,
- 30:20Speaker 7: even though they do have some news reporters at the
- 30:22Speaker 7: White House? You're saying they're primarily a political tool.
- 30:25Speaker 1: So should that be reassessed, Zerwick?
- 30:29Speaker 2: So, yeah, as Fox News gets radicalized, because there's nothing
- 30:32Speaker 2: radical about CNN at all, is there? They're normal. Oh, yeah,
- 30:36Speaker 2: there's nothing crazy about CNN. There's also nothing crazy about
- 30:42Speaker 2: pain relief. And one of our sponsors here on M &
- 30:45Speaker 2: M Extra is Relief Factor. You know what's crazy? Is
- 30:48Speaker 2: not to try Relief Factor if you're suffering from leg, back, hip, shoulder,

- 31:14Speaker 2: Not anymore. Not thanks to Relief Factor. And incidentally, somebody
