- 0:01We don't play all music, only good music.
- 0:05We're DAM Radio.
- 0:07Alrighty then.
- 0:08Hello, good evening and welcome.
- 0:10I am Samuel Trapp.
- 0:11This is DAM Radio and you are listening
- 0:15to International Flavor, where the truth just tastes
- 0:20better.
- 0:20Isn't that right?
- 0:22Welcome you to join us on the live
- 0:25stream, which is taking place right now at
- 0:27internationalflavor.com.
- 0:29If you log in and you become a
- 0:31member, you will certainly be able to get
- 0:36alerts when they come up.
- 0:37Now, what I do with this show is
- 0:39typically it is live, or I am live
- 0:42on damradio.com forward slash live, if you
- 0:46wish to continue to listen.
- 0:49I tell you what, people, I really am
- 0:52live and I think I screwed that up
- 0:55somehow.
- 0:57So apparently, we have something in the drag
- 1:00in that's not an empty space holder, JR,
- 1:03and I don't know how to get rid
- 1:04of it, and I dragged over the wrong
- 1:06one.
- 1:06So it started and then I had to
- 1:08figure out what the hell I was doing.
- 1:10Well, welcome to the Lake Ozark real estate
- 1:13of the art studio.
- 1:15And since all I did on that little
- 1:17recording from a prior show, which we'll have
- 1:20to figure out how to get rid of
- 1:21so I don't do that again, so I've
- 1:24already told you how you can get a
- 1:25hold of me.
- 1:26You can go to internationalflavor.com and get
- 1:29all of my back stuff.
- 1:30You can go to damradio.com forward slash
- 1:32live and listen to me live 9 p
- 1:35.m. to 10 30 every single night from
- 1:39Sunday through Thursday.
- 1:43And I enjoy doing it, so I'm going
- 1:45to keep on doing it.
- 1:47A lot of news going on, a lot
- 1:51of interesting stuff and how I kind of
- 1:54pick topics, especially for the deep dive.
- 1:58And tonight's a two hour program.
- 2:00It's a deep dive little sort of thing.
- 2:02And if you feel the urge, you can
- 2:06call in if you want to.
- 2:10But I got plenty of content tonight.
- 2:13If you do, that's completely fine.
- 2:17573-746-8020.
- 2:22But I got pretty interested in a couple
- 2:26of things here.
- 2:31And it's this one, JR, the red one.
- 2:35That's the one you got to get rid
- 2:36of.
- 2:36And that, and I'm watching JR do his
- 2:42thing, I love it.
- 2:43But anyway, the fact is, is that I
- 2:48usually listen to my deep dive topics, I
- 2:51try to pick them up from Russian topics,
- 2:58you know, everybody knows that I listen to
- 3:00quite a bit of Russian TV news, Russian,
- 3:04I don't know, VKontakte, I watch some Smotrim
- 3:10and I watch Vladimir Solovyov fairly regularly.
- 3:15I haven't seen him in a little bit,
- 3:18but I usually, I like to watch the
- 3:22live or even recorded, but they're long play.
- 3:26They're like long and they are like two
- 3:31hour long briefings of Maria Zakharova, who works
- 3:38for Sergey Lavrov.
- 3:41And I like to watch, if there are
- 3:43important events going on, there are things I
- 3:45like to watch.
- 3:46Well, last, I think it was Thursday night
- 3:48around the time of my show, I might
- 3:50even have reported on it a tiny little
- 3:52bit, but I think the news was just
- 3:54coming out.
- 3:55There was a allegation by the Polish that
- 4:03the Russians were sending drones into
- 4:13Poland.
- 4:15And it's been the talk of the weekend.
- 4:18And that is, well, it's quite interesting to
- 4:25me.
- 4:26I like that.
- 4:27And, but that's only, I only watched the
- 4:29appearance of the ambassador to the UN and
- 4:37we'll get into that in just a minute.
- 4:38And then I watched another one and this
- 4:40one got me on a roll and I
- 4:42did some research and I'm going to present
- 4:44some pretty long play stuff.
- 4:47And some, a pretty good analysis of what
- 4:51we have for something that is another Ukraine.
- 4:59Okay.
- 5:00Kosovo was the first Ukraine.
- 5:02Well, in Europe, not really, but there's more
- 5:07than that.
- 5:08But I chose to analyze three, starting with
- 5:10Kosovo and then Ukraine.
- 5:12And we're going to go into a little
- 5:13bit about the Maidan and how that occurred.
- 5:17And then we're going to go into the
- 5:18one that Sergei Lavrov talked about, which is
- 5:23Bosnia.
- 5:26And, oh my God, I, you know, I
- 5:29knew, but I didn't know, you know, I
- 5:31spent some time researching it because if you
- 5:36don't know, you need to know.
- 5:38We Americans are being lied to is not
- 5:42it.
- 5:43We're being, we're not being told anything.
- 5:46And so when I listened to this thing
- 5:48from Sergei Lavrov and this meeting with the
- 5:52president of, we'll get into that too.
- 5:56That's an interesting tale.
- 5:57But did you know there's a king?
- 5:59There's literally a king, a king in Bosnia
- 6:03and he's an appointed king.
- 6:07He ain't even a resident of Bosnia.
- 6:09This is nonsense, but we'll get to it.
- 6:12And I knew, but I didn't know, you
- 6:14know, so I did some digging and I'm
- 6:18going to tell you some of this and
- 6:19get into it.
- 6:20And what brought it up was me listening
- 6:22to another foreign leader speaking with a third
- 6:25foreign leader.
- 6:27And I was like, well, what in the
- 6:28hell, what are they talking about?
- 6:30That's not what I understand it to be.
- 6:33And I went and found out.
- 6:34But before I get to that, I want
- 6:36to talk to you about these drones because
- 6:38there's been a bit of escalation on top
- 6:41of that.
- 6:42So these drones that were allegedly fired in
- 6:49to Poland by the Russians, don't believe everything
- 6:53you hear because there's something else to this.
- 6:58And so I'm going to give to you
- 7:00and it's only a, by the time I
- 7:02summarized his entire statement, it's only a one
- 7:06page deal.
- 7:07So it's really not that long.
- 7:08And I'll go through it and I'll read
- 7:11it to you.
- 7:11But if you don't understand or you don't
- 7:14recall what happened on, I believe it was
- 7:16Thursday, right around the time of my show
- 7:18is when I first found out about it
- 7:21or a little earlier in the day.
- 7:23And I talked about it and, you know,
- 7:25because I was surprised and Russia didn't deny,
- 7:28but they didn't come out and say that
- 7:31was ours.
- 7:32There were some comments is like, wait a
- 7:33minute.
- 7:34You can't say you can't say we're bombing
- 7:37Poland.
- 7:39There was some of that, you know, and
- 7:40some mixed reactions between people, but not a
- 7:44flat out denial.
- 7:45And there wasn't a flat out accusation, but
- 7:47except by, of course, the geniuses of the
- 7:50EU like Kaja Kalas is one of them.
- 7:56And then the president of Poland jumped in
- 8:02a little bit later.
- 8:03And now they're trying to they've already invoked
- 8:05Article 4.
- 8:06And then over the weekend, there was an
- 8:08alleged bombing in Romania that Russia allegedly shooting
- 8:15into Romania now, you know, they're headed west.
- 8:17And so we're going to discuss that a
- 8:19little bit, but not too far, because the
- 8:22vast majority of the show is going to
- 8:23be talking about the king that's been appointed
- 8:26in Bosnia.
- 8:27But what I thought I would do would
- 8:29be to tell you about one of one
- 8:33of the guys.
- 8:34He's funny.
- 8:35Well, he's not funny, but when he's he's
- 8:38extremely blunt and direct.
- 8:40And I think he's a professional.
- 8:41He's definitely a professional diplomat.
- 8:44His name is Vassily Akseyevich Nibinzyan.
- 8:47And Vassily Akseyevich has been he was he's
- 8:52the current Russian ambassador to the UN.
- 8:54He has been serving as a permanent representative
- 8:58of Russia since July of 2017.
- 9:00And diplomatically, he's an ambassador, extraordinary and plenipotentiary,
- 9:07which I have no idea what that means,
- 9:08but that is his title.
- 9:10And he's received awards in court, including the
- 9:15Medal for the Order of Merit to the
- 9:19Fatherland.
- 9:20So he's a he's a decorated person.
- 9:24And, you know, he's representative at the United
- 9:28Nations Security Council, which is going to be
- 9:30discussed tonight in a little bit of detail
- 9:33on part number two.
- 9:35But not with Nibinzyan, the thing we're all
- 9:38we're going to do is read his statement.
- 9:41And what I or part of his statement
- 9:44or what he was saying in front of
- 9:46the the UN over the weekend.
- 9:51And it gives you a little more information
- 9:54that we don't hear any of over here.
- 9:57And so sometimes you just got to listen
- 9:59to the to the horse's mouth.
- 10:00And here's the horse.
- 10:02He says his response to the UN when
- 10:06he was, you know, accused of, you know,
- 10:11a drone attack on Poland, he says, once
- 10:15again, we are dragged into discussing a so
- 10:18-called Russian drone attack on Poland.
- 10:22Let me state clearly, Polish authorities rushed to
- 10:25blame Russia without presenting a shred of evidence,
- 10:29even while they themselves admit that some drones
- 10:33may have come from Ukrainian territory.
- 10:36What actually happened, according to Warsaw's own operations
- 10:41command, debris fell in the Lublin region.
- 10:46A roof was damaged.
- 10:48No one was killed.
- 10:50No warheads were found.
- 10:53Now.
- 10:53So if you're bombing without warheads, that's a
- 10:56problem.
- 10:57And that's true, too, because I went and
- 10:58I checked it out.
- 10:59There's no evidence of anything like that.
- 11:01Any military expert will tell you if a
- 11:04warhead weighing tens of kilograms had exploded, the
- 11:09devastation would have been massive.
- 11:11What we saw instead was localized wreckage consistent
- 11:15with a drone falling from the sky, not
- 11:17an intentional strike.
- 11:19Now, I saw a couple of videos on
- 11:22this and there's a bunch of Ukrainian arguments
- 11:25with people in Belarus and stuff like that
- 11:28that are saying that the same photos that
- 11:31they're showing of this little house where the
- 11:34drone had landed basically on top of it
- 11:36has duct tape on the drone like it
- 11:39was taped together.
- 11:40It was sent over with no warheads.
- 11:43And it was on a home that had
- 11:45allegedly been damaged in a severe windstorm several
- 11:49months ago.
- 11:50And the same photos were used then.
- 11:53And so I don't know the you know,
- 11:56there's all kinds of crap on the Internet.
- 11:58And who knows?
- 11:59But but I did.
- 12:00You know, stories are coming from different places.
- 12:03And the same thing is going on with
- 12:04Romania right now.
- 12:06The fact is, just don't believe you better
- 12:09watch what you believe, you know, is all
- 12:11I'm saying.
- 12:12But here's the words from Russia that are
- 12:16never reported over here.
- 12:18And I'm not saying I'm the only one,
- 12:20but I think I'm the only one that's
- 12:21going to give you the whole statement.
- 12:23He proceeds to Russian armed forces that night
- 12:27carried out precision strikes on military industrial sites
- 12:31inside Ukraine, factories for armored vehicles, aviation engines
- 12:36and electronics.
- 12:38None of these targets were on Polish soil.
- 12:42And the drones we use had a maximum
- 12:44range of 700 kilometers.
- 12:47It is physically impossible for them to reach
- 12:51Polish airspace.
- 12:53Despite this, our Ministry of Defense offered to
- 12:57share information directly with Poland.
- 13:00We remain ready for professional dialogue, not megaphone
- 13:04diplomacy.
- 13:06Belarus, I remind you, acted responsibly, warned Poland
- 13:11of risks, cooperating transparently.
- 13:14This is how serious states behave.
- 13:17You know, many times I hear this instead
- 13:19of this from Russia that they talk about,
- 13:21you know, you guys are never serious.
- 13:23You never approach us through formal channels.
- 13:26You instantly start just slinging mud on social
- 13:29media and stuff.
- 13:30And they say that all the time.
- 13:31And I sort of agree with them because
- 13:34it's true.
- 13:35You know, what about what about diplomatic channels?
- 13:37Do they even exist?
- 13:39He continues.
- 13:40What did we see instead?
- 13:42Hysterical outbursts from Brussels and European capitals.
- 13:46This is where he talks about Kaja Kallis.
- 13:49EU diplomat Kallis raced to accuse us, calling
- 13:52for more EU militarization.
- 13:55It all looks exactly like 2022 Przewod, when
- 14:02a Ukrainian missile killed two Polish citizens at
- 14:07that time.
- 14:08And this happened, too, by the way, just
- 14:10so you know, I went back, you know,
- 14:11I remember it.
- 14:12And then I went back and looked at
- 14:13it, too.
- 14:14At that time, Kiev tried to pressure Warsaw
- 14:17to blame Russia.
- 14:19A year later, even President Duda admitted this
- 14:23openly.
- 14:24Kiev deliberately sought to drag Poland and by
- 14:28extension NATO into the war.
- 14:31Who benefits from this theater?
- 14:33Not Poland, not Europe.
- 14:35Only the Kiev regime, desperate to expand the
- 14:39conflict.
- 14:40I definitely agree.
- 14:42And the so-called European Party of War,
- 14:45eager for new arms contracts and larger budgets.
- 14:49Colleagues, look at the reality.
- 14:52Ukraine is collapsing.
- 14:54True.
- 14:55Official data shows more than one hundred and
- 14:58forty thousand military desertion cases in this year
- 15:03alone.
- 15:05And that's reported by the Verkhovna Rada in
- 15:07Ukraine.
- 15:09Since 2022, two hundred and sixty six thousand
- 15:13men have deserted the army of Ukraine.
- 15:17Entire units are at half strength and called
- 15:21successful.
- 15:23Losses of fifteen to twenty thousand men per
- 15:27month outstrip any mobilization.
- 15:32Even Commander Searsky, the general controlling Ukraine's army
- 15:36or military, admits Russia holds a three to
- 15:40one advantage and even greater in key areas.
- 15:44In key areas, they're saying it is six
- 15:47to one.
- 15:49He didn't say that.
- 15:50I say that.
- 15:51Faced with this, Zelensky invents provocation.
- 15:56He rejects direct talks proposed by President Putin,
- 16:00claiming he cannot travel.
- 16:02So Putin says, if you want to come
- 16:05to Moscow, come on.
- 16:06And then he said two things.
- 16:07First, I can't travel.
- 16:08You know, I can't get there.
- 16:09But he still has plenty of time to
- 16:11go places looking for more money and more
- 16:12weapons.
- 16:13And his the guy I recorded another guy
- 16:17listened to another audio of Arestovich Alexei Arestovich,
- 16:22one of his former partners.
- 16:23And he said, oh, he won't go there.
- 16:25He's telling everybody he would likely get arrested.
- 16:28And even Arestovich said that is nonsense.
- 16:30What is Putin going to?
- 16:32Putin would never do that.
- 16:34And he what's he going to do, invite
- 16:36him and arrest him?
- 16:37He's saying openly and nobody inside of Russia
- 16:40or outside would trust anything he said ever
- 16:42again.
- 16:43So even his own people or his own
- 16:45sort of allies are saying he's full of
- 16:47crap.
- 16:48That's not what Nobenzia said, though.
- 16:50But he continues claiming he could not travel.
- 16:53Yet Zelensky crisscrosses Western capitals begging for weapons.
- 16:58His aim is not peace, but personal survival
- 17:01in office.
- 17:03And he finishes.
- 17:04So let us be clear.
- 17:05What Poland and the EU call Russian aggression
- 17:09is nothing but lies and hysteria recycled to
- 17:14cover Kiev's failures.
- 17:15The real danger to peace is Kiev's manipulation
- 17:19and the West's indulgence of it.
- 17:23Russia does not seek escalation.
- 17:26We are ready for dialogue with anyone genuinely
- 17:29interested in peace, but we will not accept
- 17:33fabricated accusations designed to prolong this tragic conflict.
- 17:38Thank you, Mr. President.
- 17:41And that was Vasily Nobenzia.
- 17:45And he's the permanent ambassador for Russia to
- 17:49the UN.
- 17:50And, you know, he's well spoken.
- 17:52I like listen to him.
- 17:53He always sounds like he's and I would,
- 17:56too.
- 17:56I mean, he's always getting beat up in
- 17:57that room and he's always sound like he's
- 17:59pissed off.
- 18:00And he and he's but he's he's very
- 18:03well spoken.
- 18:03And I like listening to him as well.
- 18:08He puts his his thoughts cross.
- 18:10Well, and I thought I would share them
- 18:12because nobody ever does in America.
- 18:17So then that's all I wanted to say
- 18:19about the drones.
- 18:19And I was going to hold that for
- 18:21another night, but I thought it was important
- 18:22to put in.
- 18:23And I've got a little bit kind of
- 18:25rushed to get through my thought process tonight.
- 18:28So what happened on late last night, I
- 18:33was just, you know, reading some Russian news,
- 18:37watching a few Russian videos on YouTube, and
- 18:41the Ministry of Defense one popped up in
- 18:44my feed.
- 18:45And this was a an event.
- 18:49Where is it?
- 18:51This was a joint press conference between Russian
- 18:57Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, Sergei Viktorovich, and Republika
- 19:04Srpska President Milorad Dodik, which was held in
- 19:09Moscow also on September 9.
- 19:11So the same day as these, as these,
- 19:15what do you call it drones allegedly hit
- 19:18hit Poland.
- 19:23And basically, it was almost it was a
- 19:29long press conference.
- 19:30It was a good long press conference, like
- 19:32an hour and a half or something.
- 19:34And it went on for a while.
- 19:35And they talked for a bit, but it
- 19:37turned out to be a really big deal.
- 19:39And I'm glad that I watched it.
- 19:42And the basically, they started out with things
- 19:47like they were talking about their bilateral relations.
- 19:51And you know, this pisses off the West
- 19:54to no end, that this Bosnian, or well,
- 19:59Republic.
- 20:00I'll explain how how Republic Srpska fits into
- 20:04Bosnia.
- 20:05You know, it's, it's difficult to follow the
- 20:10playing card.
- 20:11Okay, so if you want to understand, but
- 20:14they talked about their relationship, they have cooperation
- 20:17in energy, culture, education, blah, blah, blah, 12
- 20:20,000 students from Republic Srpska study in Russia.
- 20:25They have major cultural projects, including the Russian
- 20:28Serbian Church and Spiritual Center, stuff like that.
- 20:33And so then he got to talking about
- 20:35something called the Dayton Agreement.
- 20:38Remember that name, we'll get back to it
- 20:40in part, but it's the 30th anniversary of
- 20:45NATO's deliberate force bombing in 1995.
- 20:50And the Dayton Agreement, where NATO just unilaterally,
- 20:54unilaterally bombed, bombed Bosnia.
- 20:57Right.
- 20:58And we were helping, right, of course, we're
- 21:02helping, but we bombed the crap out of
- 21:04them.
- 21:04And Russia, and you know, got this settlement
- 21:08is one of the guarantors, this sent this
- 21:11settlement, which was signed in Dayton, Ohio.
- 21:13And it's a guarantor of the Dayton Agreements.
- 21:17And Russia has reaffirmed its stance.
- 21:20Basically, what it did was take Bosnia Herzegovina
- 21:23and divide it into three equal peoples, they're
- 21:28supposed to be three equal constituent.
- 21:32What do you call it?
- 21:34Not populations, but ethnicities, really, Serbs, Croats and
- 21:39Bosniaks.
- 21:40And two equal entities, right?
- 21:43So there are the peoples and then the
- 21:45entities, there are two republics inside of, inside
- 21:51of Bosnia.
- 21:52There's the Republika Srpska, which the guy Dodik
- 21:58was there speaking to him.
- 22:01And the other one is the other half
- 22:03of the country's called the Federation of Bosnia
- 22:05Herzegovina.
- 22:07And there's broad constitutional autonomy for each of
- 22:10these entities, but they're one country.
- 22:14And Lavrov and Dodik accused the West of
- 22:18undermining the Dayton Accords by pushing Bosnia toward
- 22:22a unitary, centralized state.
- 22:26And it's been going on now for 30
- 22:28years.
- 22:29And it's caused the worst political crisis in
- 22:3230 years.
- 22:32Now pay attention, because in all truth, this
- 22:35really could be bigger than Ukraine, less people,
- 22:40well, less people, people probably, but this is
- 22:44a big deal.
- 22:46So the criticism of the high representative, so
- 22:49get this, you ever watch Game of Thrones,
- 22:52and they have the high sparrow, and they
- 22:55have all these fake things that you get
- 22:58when you, when you get to watch TV,
- 23:01but I can't find my glasses, because I
- 23:03wrote a few of them down, because I
- 23:05remember, I was like, Jesus, sounds like we're
- 23:07playing Game of Thrones here.
- 23:09And so this guy is called, this is
- 23:13a real title.
- 23:14This guy is called the high representative, and
- 23:20he's Bosnia's current king, basically.
- 23:23And he's a king in all but name.
- 23:25Wait till I tell you what his power
- 23:27is.
- 23:28There's the UN, always appoints people as things
- 23:31called the high commissioner, the, you know, like
- 23:35of refugees, of human rights, all these lofty
- 23:38bureaucratic stuff.
- 23:39The high commissioner for Palestine in the 20s
- 23:43and 40s, it was British mandate, you know,
- 23:45he was a colonial governor, basically appointed to
- 23:49trample all over the Indians.
- 23:52And I'm sorry, that one was Palestine, but
- 23:58they did the same thing in India.
- 23:59And he's called the high commissioner of India.
- 24:02High sheriff, an English ceremonial title.
- 24:05Lord High Admiral, British Navy.
- 24:07Lord High Chancellor, Senior Legal Officer of England,
- 24:11a very pompous title, you know, it almost
- 24:15sounds satirically.
- 24:17But look at all these, this is what
- 24:19I got to think of, as soon as
- 24:20I heard the word high representative, I thought
- 24:23of Harry Potter.
- 24:24And if you pay attention to it, there's
- 24:25a lady, you know, she's appointed as the
- 24:28high inquisitor.
- 24:30She's appointed to bring order to the Hogwarts
- 24:33School in Harry Potter.
- 24:37And she's really just an unelected tyrant, right?
- 24:41And there's in Game of Thrones, this guy
- 24:43named the High Sparrow.
- 24:45Also Game of Thrones, the High Septon.
- 24:48Star Wars, we have the High Council, you
- 24:50know, the Jedi Council, all these figures, they
- 24:53get a handout, decrees, nobody gets to challenge.
- 24:56You know, there's a video game, Dishonored, you
- 24:58know, got other people.
- 24:59High Priest, Supreme Leader from Star Wars.
- 25:04You know, this title just sounds so crap.
- 25:10So maybe we could call Schmidt, this guy
- 25:14Schmidt, Christian Schmidt, could be the High Inquisitor
- 25:18of Sarajevo.
- 25:19And he can punish anyone who questions him.
- 25:22Or maybe we'll call him the High Sparrow
- 25:24of the Balkans.
- 25:25He's unelected, definitely.
- 25:29Uneconomic and unelected again.
- 25:33This is unbelievable what they're doing.
- 25:35And so, I don't know.
- 25:38He isn't really a high representative, but he's
- 25:40high commissioner-like, like the Brits had in
- 25:43Palestine, like they had in India.
- 25:45They can do whatever they want.
- 25:46The only difference is the outfit.
- 25:48And he's, this guy's, this guy is a
- 25:51king.
- 25:52I mean, no doubt.
- 25:54And he has the power of a king.
- 25:56He can do whatever he wants.
- 25:58He can remove Dodik.
- 25:59He's already tried to.
- 26:01And we'll get into that.
- 26:03Both speakers can, you know, both Lavrov and
- 26:06Dodik say that Schmidt is an illegitimate appointee
- 26:10because he wasn't approved by the UN Security
- 26:14Council.
- 26:15So, this Dayton Agreement gets enacted in 1995.
- 26:20And, well, we'll get to the history in
- 26:21just a second.
- 26:23So, basically, he's accused of usurping authority and
- 26:28destabilizing Bosnia.
- 26:30He's a German proxy, and he was just
- 26:32appointed by people from Germany.
- 26:35They liken him to, the word, I had
- 26:39to look it up, because they said he
- 26:43was a goleiter, a goleiter, which is a
- 26:47German term from Nazi times.
- 26:50And he was like, the goleiters were third
- 26:54in line to the Reichsleiter, where Reichs was
- 26:57the whole, was regional.
- 26:59And the, then there's the Fuhrer, which was
- 27:02Hitler himself.
- 27:03So, Hitler, these Reichsleiters, and then these goleiters,
- 27:07which are basically regional governors.
- 27:09Absolute power to do whatever they wanted.
- 27:12And so, they liken him to that.
- 27:14The guy earns, Dodik says in his speech,
- 27:19that this guy earns 41,000 euro per
- 27:24month, tax-free, tax-free.
- 27:29And he has imposed over 280 foreign-driven
- 27:34decisions, which is crazy.
- 27:38And they don't get it.
- 27:39They have zero self-determination.
- 27:41This is a bad story for the West.
- 27:43That's why we don't hear about what's really
- 27:46going on in there.
- 27:48And I think it's worthy of paying attention.
- 27:53Which is why, when I listened, and I
- 27:57was a little bit, not shocked, but when
- 28:01I listened to the discussion between Lavrov and
- 28:04Dodik, I'm like, what are they talking about?
- 28:07Dodik's been around for a while.
- 28:08He's legitimate.
- 28:09What are they trying to say here?
- 28:11What is happening that I don't know the
- 28:15answer to?
- 28:16How can this be?
- 28:18And that I don't know anything about this.
- 28:19So, I spent several hours digging into this
- 28:23and making sure that I understood it.
- 28:27And I'm still no expert on it.
- 28:29And somebody might call me on a small
- 28:31mistake or two, but nothing dramatic, because I
- 28:35went pretty far into it to make sure
- 28:39that I understood it.
- 28:40I'm having some technical ear difficulties.
- 28:45But everything is just great.
- 28:46Okay.
- 28:46So, let's talk about the Western role in
- 28:48these historic grievances.
- 28:51Because this person is supposed to be appointed
- 28:56and agreed upon by the UN Security Council.
- 29:02Well, the UN Security Council has a couple
- 29:06of important things.
- 29:08Very important.
- 29:10They're called Russia and China.
- 29:13And guess what they have?
- 29:16Veto power.
- 29:18And you won't believe how we got around
- 29:22that.
- 29:23We just get around and appoint whoever we
- 29:26want.
- 29:27And do whatever we want.
- 29:29And then...
- 29:31I need to stay in order so that
- 29:34people understand this.
- 29:36And I hate to get ahead of myself.
- 29:38So, let's see.
- 29:40Germany is accused of Yugoslavia's breakup in the
- 29:4490s.
- 29:45NATO bombings are blamed for long-term health
- 29:48crises in that area.
- 29:495,000 children with cancer.
- 29:51Lavrov linked Bosnia's crisis to a broader pattern
- 29:55of Western-backed coups.
- 29:57Kosovo in 2008.
- 30:00Ukraine in 2014.
- 30:03And now, Bosnia.
- 30:05The Russian position, Lavrov said, they take...
- 30:09They are the presidency of the UN Security
- 30:12Council in October when it comes up.
- 30:16And what he said was that they are
- 30:19going to use the presidency of the UN
- 30:21Security Council.
- 30:22And I'll bet you anything Lavrov will be
- 30:25the president of the UN Security Council.
- 30:27It'll be him and Nabinzi will be sitting
- 30:29in the back seat.
- 30:30That'd be my bet.
- 30:31Because this is a big deal.
- 30:34And he wants to press for the principles
- 30:38of this Dayton Agreement to be upheld.
- 30:41And remember, the Dayton Principles, in order to
- 30:44be upheld, required that anybody appointed to this
- 30:48position, which has been expanded dramatically, again, only
- 30:52by the West, that the person appointed had
- 30:56to be agreed upon by the Security Council.
- 30:59And they weren't.
- 31:00They have not been.
- 31:02Russia rejects accusations of their own bad influence
- 31:07in the Balkans.
- 31:08And they point to Western manipulations.
- 31:11Lavrov emphasized...
- 31:12Well, we know they've manipulated Ukraine.
- 31:14That's no secret anymore.
- 31:16We know they cocked up Kosovo back in
- 31:192008.
- 31:20And that was a scam.
- 31:21And wait till I tell you...
- 31:22I mean, you'd already know this, but remind
- 31:24you of these things, what we did there.
- 31:28But guess what he did?
- 31:30Lavrov emphasized Russia's vision of what?
- 31:36A multipolar world.
- 31:38And he contrasts Western failed dictatorial leadership with
- 31:45the rise of BRICS and the Shanghai Cooperation
- 31:49Organization, both of which I have talked about.
- 31:52And it's a recurring theme.
- 31:55We dictate.
- 31:58And the rest of the world doesn't like
- 32:00it.
- 32:00And it's not just Russia and Dodik.
- 32:02It's China.
- 32:03It's India.
- 32:04There are stories on that, too.
- 32:06I probably won't get to them today, because
- 32:08this is a pretty long topic.
- 32:10So the stance of Republic Serbska.
- 32:14Dodik stressed his own loyalty to Dayton, to
- 32:18the agreement.
- 32:19Opposition to territorial concessions, because guess what happened?
- 32:24They took their territory, which is the same
- 32:27thing they're saying Russia can't do in the
- 32:29Donbass region.
- 32:31And, oh, no, you can't take Crimea like
- 32:33that.
- 32:33But only the West can do that.
- 32:35Again, rules for thee, but not for me.
- 32:39It seems to be a common theme.
- 32:42He announced...
- 32:44Oh, I'm sorry.
- 32:45He warned Bosnia is under occupation by foreign
- 32:50judges and Schmitt's office, this high inquisitor type.
- 32:56And they dictate what's going to happen.
- 32:59They counterman laws.
- 33:01Dodik announced his own referendum in Republic Serbska,
- 33:06which is set for October 25, 2025.
- 33:10And they want to assert their self-determination.
- 33:14Now, how do you like that?
- 33:15They want to have a representation, because remember,
- 33:18this Bosnia has two legs to it.
- 33:21They have the Republic Serbska, and then they
- 33:24have Bosnia-Herzegovina.
- 33:25And he's going, we don't want to be
- 33:27part of this.
- 33:27We want to be a Republic Serbska, period.
- 33:31And we shouldn't be part of this thing
- 33:33that the West forced upon us and installed
- 33:35their own king, just like they did in
- 33:37Kosovo, just like they did in Ukraine.
- 33:40So they're talking about it again.
- 33:42He underlined Republic Serbska, refusal to impose their
- 33:47own sanctions on Russia, despite the other side,
- 33:51this Bosniak Muslim pressure, which comes from Bosnia
- 33:55-Herzegovina, the other side.
- 34:00So US politics and the expectations.
- 34:03Dodik contrasted Biden's hostile policies of sanctions and
- 34:08financial threats with Trump's non-interventionist statements.
- 34:13Trump's, he's saying he's, you know, that Trump's
- 34:15pretty much stayed out of it so far.
- 34:18And he expressed hope that Trump's return would
- 34:20end Washington's failed state building in Bosnia.
- 34:25Lavrov and Dodik both accused Biden era officials
- 34:29of weaponizing sanctions to cripple the Republic Serbska
- 34:33financially.
- 34:35Both criticized the EU, lack of leadership, migrant
- 34:41crisis everywhere, energy dependence on the US and
- 34:45their own internal stability.
- 34:49Dodik positions Russia as a resurgent great power.
- 34:54He endorsed Russia's special military operation in Ukraine.
- 34:59That's going to piss off some people in
- 35:00NATO and the EU.
- 35:02He called it a legitimate self-defense and
- 35:05directly linked it to earlier Western policies like
- 35:09those against his own country in the Balkans.
- 35:14And when they closed, and this was a
- 35:15long thing, I was pretty glued to this,
- 35:18Lavrov's message, all actors in Bosnia have to
- 35:23honor security council obligations.
- 35:26The UN Security Council, they're trying to make
- 35:29the UN enforced, but who ignores the UN?
- 35:33We do.
- 35:34We twist it and we create rules for
- 35:37others, but we never follow them ourselves.
- 35:39And we undermine ourselves.
- 35:42The Dayton risks, and that could be a
- 35:45renewed war in the Balkans.
- 35:47We could be going at this all over
- 35:49again, more pressure toward World War III.
- 35:52Dodik's message in the final, he said, Republic
- 35:56Srpska will resist Western occupation, and they're already
- 36:00occupied, through political struggle and his own referendum.
- 36:04And they are relying on Russia's backing.
- 36:07And they had, both of them share a
- 36:10vision of a multipolar order where Western dominance
- 36:14is replaced by balance cooperation.
- 36:18In short, what this press conference was, was
- 36:23a coordinated attack on Western involvement in Bosnia.
- 36:28They want to enforce the original agreement, this
- 36:32thing called the Dayton Agreement, and they want
- 36:35to signal deepening Moscow-Banjaluka alignment.
- 36:43It also tied Bosnia's internal crisis into these
- 36:49other broader struggles, because that's where they belong.
- 36:53We're doing the exact same thing.
- 36:55It's the exact same playbook.
- 36:59And it really is irritating to me.
- 37:04I don't like it.
- 37:06And so what we're going to do is
- 37:09we're going to go further into this, because
- 37:12I wonder why none of this, I went
- 37:18and looked hard to find people talking about
- 37:22this on the West.
- 37:24I wanted to find out if Rubio was
- 37:26saying things about it, nothing serious or recent.
- 37:30But they are being discussed in diplomatic and
- 37:34policy circles, but not very urgently.
- 37:38They're talking about the U.S. Embassy is
- 37:42in Brazil.
- 37:44Marco Rubio said something.
- 37:47The threats to Bosnia's territorial integrity, Marco Rubio
- 37:53is worried about, which means ceding from the
- 37:58country.
- 37:59Western governments and institutions warn that actions by
- 38:03Milorad Dodic undermine Bosnia-Herzegovina's central authority, the
- 38:10constitutional court, and the high representative.
- 38:14And Marco Rubio is concerned over separatist law
- 38:19that is adopted by Republika Srpska, which went
- 38:22to block or expel Bosnian state judicial authority
- 38:26from Republika Srpska.
- 38:29Those laws are being challenged in the court,
- 38:33which the constitutional court suspends him, as does
- 38:37this high sparrow dude.
- 38:40He goes, he can't do it.
- 38:41This is, it gets worse.
- 38:45The West holds that decisions of Bosnia's court,
- 38:49the Central Election Commission, and rulings by the
- 38:52high representative, rulings, this guy's making rulings of
- 38:57his own, with his own input, are valid
- 39:00under the Dayton framework.
- 39:02Now, that's not what Russia and China say,
- 39:04because they didn't, they had not approved it.
- 39:08And I'll show you how they did that
- 39:10here in a bit.
- 39:13Rubio, he's been fairly consistent, though.
- 39:16He wants to, they're considering various options in
- 39:20response to the crisis.
- 39:22What are we going to do?
- 39:24He's condemning Dodic, of course, as trying to
- 39:27undermine the appointed people.
- 39:32Now, Trump, on the other hand, has been
- 39:34pretty quiet.
- 39:35He hasn't said much.
- 39:38And so people think that he probably has
- 39:42a little bit different approach.
- 39:43I hope he does.
- 39:45And so Lavrov and Dodic both said, you
- 39:47know, Trump's more of a hands-off guy.
- 39:49Bottom line is Trump's official stance isn't well
- 39:53defined.
- 39:54But they expect he'll be pretty wary about
- 39:57being drawn in too deeply unless he's pushed
- 40:01or dragged by these neocon types, right?
- 40:06That's what I'm afraid of.
- 40:08So what is the Dayton agreement?
- 40:11Okay, here's the core elements of it.
- 40:14It ended the Bosnian war, which took place
- 40:18between 1992 and 1995, with a peace treaty
- 40:23negotiated in Dayton, Ohio.
- 40:25The formal document was signed in Paris in
- 40:29December of 95.
- 40:31There was a complex constitutional order created to
- 40:36preserve peace among the three main ethnic groups,
- 40:40which I told you before, Bosniaks, Serbs, Croats.
- 40:43The features include the country has two separate
- 40:48entities, two separate republics, autonomous, right?
- 40:52And there's Republic of Srpska, which are Serbians,
- 40:58basically, and the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina,
- 41:02which they have Bosnian and Croat areas, you
- 41:06know.
- 41:07It has a weak central government, joint institutions,
- 41:11but many powers go to the entities themselves.
- 41:14So they already act on their own behalf
- 41:16in a light or in a lot of
- 41:19respects.
- 41:21The office of this office of the high
- 41:24representative and the Peace Implementation Council were international
- 41:30oversight bodies with powers to oversee civilian implementation
- 41:35of the agreement signed, called the Dayton agreement.
- 41:41The high representative, listen to these powers he
- 41:44has.
- 41:45He has the authority to, by himself, annul
- 41:50laws, dismiss officials, etc.
- 41:55And he was granted extra ones with zero,
- 41:57they in bond, they met separately in bond,
- 42:00several Western things, added a separate addendum to
- 42:03him, gave him all kinds of extra powers,
- 42:05didn't consult China, didn't consult Russia.
- 42:08And so this constitutional court of Bosnia-Herzegovina,
- 42:12the Central Election Commission, and other state-level
- 42:15judiciary institutions are part of the framework, and
- 42:18they're supposed to respect the rulings of these
- 42:21bodies.
- 42:22And there were supposed to be mechanisms of
- 42:24protecting ethnic groups.
- 42:26Over time, the Dayton architecture has crumbled, and
- 42:30it's criticized both inside and outside of Bosnia
- 42:32for being inefficient, enabling corruption, it has nationalistic
- 42:38obstruction, and fails many of the goals it
- 42:41set.
- 42:42But many see it as the only formal
- 42:44framework that holds Bosnia together.
- 42:46Many in the West say that.
- 42:50So what about this referendum coming up October
- 42:54the 25th that Dodik says he's going to
- 42:56do?
- 42:57What is it about?
- 42:58It's proposed by the Serbska National Assembly, and
- 43:04they want to ask whether their citizens want,
- 43:08one, the decisions of this high representative, you
- 43:14know, do they accept them or not?
- 43:18And everybody knows that they don't, you know,
- 43:20he's no part of it, he's an outside
- 43:22unelected foreigner.
- 43:24B, do they accept rulings of the court
- 43:28of Bosnia-Herzegovina against Milorad Dodik?
- 43:32They've said throw him out, he's got to
- 43:34go, because they don't like him and these
- 43:36nationalist tendencies.
- 43:37U.S. wants him gone, or the U
- 43:40.N., not U.N., E.C. wants him
- 43:42gone.
- 43:43And whether they accept the decision of the
- 43:46Central Election Commission to strip Dodik of his
- 43:50presidential mandate.
- 43:52Essentially a popular no vote on these rulings
- 43:56and the removal of Dodik.
- 43:58That's what they're asked for.
- 43:59The date is October 25, 2025, and the
- 44:03R.S. Parliament already said it.
- 44:07The build-up to this, as in February
- 44:102025, Bosnia-Herzegovina sentenced Dodik to one year
- 44:15in prison, banned him from politics for six
- 44:18years because he ignored the authority of the
- 44:22high Sparrow.
- 44:24He ignored the authority of the high, he
- 44:26goes, you don't have this authority, you can't
- 44:30do it because you weren't properly appointed.
- 44:33In early August, an appeals court upheld that
- 44:37verdict, an appeals court on the other side
- 44:39in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
- 44:42And on April, I'm sorry, August 6, 2025,
- 44:47the Central Election Commission revoked Dodik's mandate.
- 44:51But Dodik and the Republic Srpska Assembly reject
- 44:54those decisions as unconstitutional and passed their own
- 44:58resolution rejecting the court's verdict and the CEC
- 45:02decision, and forbade early presidential elections and scheduled
- 45:07the referendum.
- 45:09So this is a serious fight.
- 45:11And the legal and institutional obstacles, many domestic
- 45:15and international actors consider this illegal.
- 45:19The Bosniak caucus is using a vital national
- 45:23interest procedure to try to block it.
- 45:26The Bosnian state central government in the other
- 45:29republic, and the high representative, and many in
- 45:33the EU and UK have condemned the referendum.
- 45:36They've already decided, no referendum, you can't, you
- 45:39can't, you can't do it.
- 45:42You're not allowed to self-determine, right?
- 45:44Certainly because they already know the outcome is
- 45:47going to be against them.
- 45:48They argue that judicial electoral decisions cannot be
- 45:51subject to popular vote as it undermines the
- 45:55rule of law and the high sparrow, right?
- 46:01So this is nuts.
- 46:03The consequences, what is really at stake?
- 46:05If this referendum passes, which it will, Republic
- 46:09Serbska leadership will claim a popular mandate to
- 46:12reject the high representative, ignore central judicial ruins,
- 46:18rulings I mean, and refuse to recognize Dodik's
- 46:22own removal.
- 46:23This could escalate another constitutional crisis, but whether
- 46:27such an outcome legally forces change could be
- 46:33problematic and likely that increases tension too, because
- 46:36well, of course, you know, you could have,
- 46:38you could go right back into war.
- 46:40You could be just like, which is why
- 46:42I was interested in finding out more about
- 46:44this anyway, because we aren't hearing anything about
- 46:46this.
- 46:47We're going to be involved in another one.
- 46:50You know, I think when I was listening
- 46:51to Matt show earlier, I think he said
- 46:53something about this as well, or maybe the
- 46:55Kosovo that he was talking about.
- 46:59Let's see here.
- 47:01So I wanted to give you a little
- 47:03bit more about this high sparrow dude, the
- 47:06high representative role in Bosnia is the strongest
- 47:10hybrid of international law and outright political intervention,
- 47:15theft of a country, basically that's left over
- 47:19from the nineties.
- 47:20Here's how it works.
- 47:22The office was created by annex 10 of
- 47:25the Dayton peace agreement in 1995.
- 47:29The purpose of this high representative was to
- 47:32oversee implementation of Dayton while NATO forces oversaw
- 47:37the military side.
- 47:39He's supposed to act as a kind of
- 47:41final authority for interpreting civilian parts of Dayton,
- 47:46the appointment process.
- 47:48Here's how it goes.
- 47:49There's something called the peace implementation council.
- 47:52It's a group of 55 countries plus international
- 47:56organizations that back Dayton.
- 47:58They nominate the high representative, the UN security
- 48:04council has to endorse this nomination formally, but
- 48:11in practice it's proposed by EU countries, the
- 48:16so-called, you know, quint, which is us,
- 48:18UK, France, Germany, and Italy.
- 48:21And then this peace implementation steering board confirms.
- 48:28And finally the UN security council resolution is,
- 48:31you know, rubber stamps it, but here's the
- 48:34rub.
- 48:35Christian Smit from Germany, who's the current HR,
- 48:39was never endorsed by the security council.
- 48:43Russia and China objective.
- 48:45West objected.
- 48:46Western powers went ahead and appointed him anyway.
- 48:50That's why in Moscow and Banja Luka, they
- 48:55all, everybody calls him an imposter.
- 48:57He was, they didn't follow the rules and
- 49:00they appointed him anyway.
- 49:01And how much power does he really have?
- 49:04Originally, all he was supposed to do when
- 49:071995 was to coordinate, monitor, and report what
- 49:13was going on.
- 49:14But in 1997, we screwed him again.
- 49:18At the conference in Bonn, Germany, the international
- 49:22powers gave the high representatives the so-called
- 49:26Bonn powers.
- 49:28Guess what he gets?
- 49:30The authority to impose law and constitutional amendments.
- 49:34Not propose, impose.
- 49:36He can write his own laws and constitutional
- 49:39amendments.
- 49:40He also got the power, outside of the
- 49:43Dayton agreement, to dismiss elected officials, judges, and
- 49:47ministers, including this Dodik.
- 49:49And he got the ability to veto or
- 49:53annul decisions of local parliaments.
- 49:57So yes, the high representative or the high
- 50:00sparrow is an unafflicted foreign pro-consul with
- 50:04the power to override Bosnia's own sovereignty.
- 50:09In practice, he is just like the colonial
- 50:13governor that were appointed long, long ago.
- 50:17India, everywhere that, you know, the British ruled.
- 50:21And so there they go.
- 50:22The term and the length of appointment, there's
- 50:24none that lists everybody who has been.
- 50:26The average, they stay for three to five
- 50:29years.
- 50:30And this Christian Smith's been in place since
- 50:322021.
- 50:33So why is this so controversial?
- 50:35And why did it get me all jazzed
- 50:37up, right?
- 50:39From Serb and Croats, the high representative is
- 50:44an outsider that imposes not their will, not
- 50:48the will of the country, but the West's
- 50:51will.
- 50:52He is not accountable to one Bosnian voter,
- 50:56not one.
- 50:58And his power directly contradicts any idea of
- 51:02sovereignty.
- 51:03You want to say that they are, what
- 51:07do you call it?
- 51:09Democratic?
- 51:10Is that what we're going to say?
- 51:11This is a democracy, a European democracy.
- 51:15Many Western legal experts admit that the bond
- 51:18powers have no basis in the Dayton agreement.
- 51:22They were an invention of the international community
- 51:27to attempt to enforce order.
- 51:30Russia, China, and many Balkan voices argue the
- 51:33role is colonial and outdated.
- 51:36And after 30 years, it's time to abolish
- 51:39it.
- 51:39That's why Lavrov said he's going to talk
- 51:42about it when it comes up.
- 51:46So, I mean, geez, we know what Dayton
- 51:51says, we know what the bond powers added,
- 51:54and now basically it's a king, right?
- 51:58This is completely political, okay?
- 52:03So the bottom line is Dayton created a
- 52:06mediator.
- 52:08Dayton didn't create a ruler, a king, but
- 52:12bond gave him all these extra powers and
- 52:14turned him into a king.
- 52:16So today, the high representative really is like
- 52:21Game of Thrones.
- 52:23He's an unelected foreigner.
- 52:26He's not even from there.
- 52:28With powers no Bosnian citizen can check, and
- 52:31his legitimacy depends entirely upon Western political will.
- 52:37No law, nothing.
- 52:39He wasn't even appointed by law.
- 52:43So, I mean, why isn't the Western media
- 52:46discussing this?
- 52:47Well, I'll tell you.
- 52:48Sam, why aren't they talking about this?
- 52:51Well, here's your answer.
- 52:53Friends and neighbors, Western ownership of this institution,
- 52:57I mean, you'll never see this on CNN,
- 52:59BBC, any major European paper.
- 53:02Nobody will question this.
- 53:04Why?
- 53:04Because we own this.
- 53:07This is us.
- 53:08And it's so obvious too, the crap that
- 53:11we've done in there, nobody can deny it.
- 53:15This high representative is a creation of the
- 53:18West, and it is completely undemocratic, and it
- 53:22undermines the entire peace process that was established
- 53:27in Dayton.
- 53:29And it would look like their own confession,
- 53:33Marco Rubio can't confess that Bosnia is a
- 53:37protectorate and not a sovereign state.
- 53:39Maybe Donald Trump can, and I'm very curious
- 53:42to see if that's the case.
- 53:44The narrative control, how are you going to
- 53:47control the narrative if we say this?
- 53:49If the Western media frames Bosnia as at
- 53:53risk of Serbian separatism, you know, this is
- 53:58what we're saying right now.
- 53:59Serbia might want to get out.
- 54:01Yep, they really do.
- 54:02But the high representative is always, under this
- 54:06narrative, he's presented as a guardian of peace
- 54:10and order, making $48,000 a month, by
- 54:14the way.
- 54:15But he's never, ever, ever presented as an
- 54:19unelected foreign overlord, which is exactly what he
- 54:23is.
- 54:24And what do they paint Dodik as?
- 54:26A nationalist.
- 54:27What's wrong with being a nationalist?
- 54:30He's a nationalist strongman.
- 54:33So if they have a referendum, it'll be
- 54:35the exact same as they claim in Crimea,
- 54:40in any of the Donbass, in Zaporizhia, everywhere.
- 54:45The same old, this is the Western playbook.
- 54:49This is what we're watching, okay?
- 54:52So let's parallel this to Ukraine.
- 54:56If you admit, if the West admits that
- 55:00Bosnia is under external rule from somewhere else,
- 55:06it strengthens my argument and everybody else's who
- 55:11says this, that the West does the exact
- 55:14same thing everywhere else, in the Balkans, in
- 55:19Kosovo, which we'll get to in a minute.
- 55:22It interferes with their narrative and it overrides
- 55:27any sovereignty.
- 55:28The West, once again, is picking winners and
- 55:32nullifying elections or the voice of any people.
- 55:36This is not democracy.
- 55:39Western governments want to avoid Bosnia being discussed
- 55:43at all.
- 55:45And they sure as hell don't want it
- 55:47discussed in the same sentence or same Sam's
- 55:51show as Maidan in 2014 or Kosovo 2008,
- 55:56because it proves those two once again.
- 56:00And this one's happening right now.
- 56:03And there's also a fear of setting a
- 56:06precedent.
- 56:07If somehow people of right thinking mind delegitimize
- 56:13the high sparrow, the high representative, every other
- 56:18Western intervention model, let's talk about just a
- 56:24few of them.
- 56:25Kosovo's protectorate, which still exists, Iraq's CPA, Afghanistan's
- 56:31Board of Governors, even today's Ukraine oversight groups
- 56:35like that anti-corruption league start to look
- 56:40like colonialism, which is exactly what they are.
- 56:44So I said this could be bigger than
- 56:46Ukraine.
- 56:47Why did I say that?
- 56:49Well, in Ukraine, the West used NGOs, color
- 56:54revolution pressure, and international monetary fund loans.
- 56:58They kind of encourage people to go.
- 57:01But in Bosnia, they wrote the system.
- 57:05We're a foreign appointee.
- 57:07He ain't even elected by them.
- 57:11These are foreign appointee.
- 57:12And he gets to dictate law, fire elected
- 57:16leaders, and anything else he wants to.
- 57:19It is open colonialism dressed up like peacekeeping.
- 57:24You will do what we say, period.
- 57:28And the real kicker, Bosnia is an EU
- 57:31accession candidate.
- 57:33They want to get into the EU.
- 57:35But imagine being told, imagine a country being
- 57:45told that they have to join Europe while
- 57:49they're still under the thumb of a king
- 57:52who doesn't answer to its voters.
- 57:55So the king tells them they have to
- 57:57join Europe.
- 57:58They don't decide that themselves.
- 58:01Isn't that nuts?
- 58:03It's crazy.
- 58:04I mean, seriously, forget about Ukraine.
- 58:07In Bosnia, the West didn't just meddle.
- 58:09I mean, it rules.
- 58:11Christian Smith is the king.
- 58:13We need to put a crown on him.
- 58:15That's how it goes.
- 58:17So I thought it would be useful to
- 58:20go back into Kosovo, because Kosovo, this is
- 58:25still in place.
- 58:29This too is crap, right?
- 58:32And you want to know why Russians, Chinese,
- 58:36Indians, the rest of the world don't trust
- 58:39us?
- 58:40Listen up.
- 58:42Follow along here.
- 58:44And I admit this stuff is not easy.
- 58:48There's not going to be a test later
- 58:49or anything like that.
- 58:51But it's good to at least have an
- 58:56understanding of some of these things or a
- 59:01minimal, a basic understanding.
- 59:03And I mean, it took me four or
- 59:06five hours to get the understanding that I
- 59:09do have, and lots of cross-referencing and
- 59:13going back to find other stuff.
- 59:16So let's go back to Kosovo.
- 59:19We're going to look at the three.
- 59:21We already looked at the Bosnia deal that's
- 59:24coming up now, which I think we should
- 59:26pay attention to.
- 59:28We know quite a bit about Ukraine, because
- 59:31I talk about it all the time.
- 59:32But we'll go over Maidan in a little
- 59:34bit here as well.
- 59:36Nothing too detailed.
- 59:37But Kosovo, I want to tell you about.
- 59:42Here's how, and this is the prototype, the
- 59:45American prototype for a coup, for regime change.
- 59:50This is what we do.
- 59:52This is our international interference, which frankly, most
- 59:58of us, including me, by the way, and
- 1:00:01I like this stuff.
- 1:00:04And I still, who has time for it?
- 1:00:06Seriously.
- 1:00:07And so we let yahoos run the place.
- 1:00:11And what do you call it?
- 1:00:13Globalists take another country down, whatever path they
- 1:00:18wish to.
- 1:00:19And they just take it all, install their
- 1:00:24own NGOs, install Hunter Biden to run companies
- 1:00:28in these countries.
- 1:00:31All of their buddies get to dictate, the
- 1:00:34military goes over there, but they don't have
- 1:00:35any authority.
- 1:00:36They just have to do what they're told.
- 1:00:38They have authority, but only authority to do
- 1:00:40what they're told at the direction of somebody
- 1:00:42else.
- 1:00:43And NATO, same way.
- 1:00:45And I came across several of these.
- 1:00:46I wanted to do, in fact, until I
- 1:00:50started reading this yesterday, I had another one
- 1:00:53prepped to do a deep dive into, and
- 1:00:56I'm going to try to squeeze it into
- 1:00:57tomorrow night's hour and a half show.
- 1:01:00Or maybe I'll wait till Wednesday because the
- 1:01:02best day in radio land to do that
- 1:01:07day.
- 1:01:08And plus, these are things really, people need
- 1:01:15to know how wrong we have been.
- 1:01:19When are we going to change our approach
- 1:01:21and quit trying to take over the world
- 1:01:24and work with the world?
- 1:01:28You know, I've said this quite a few
- 1:01:31times.
- 1:01:31I would just love Donald Trump.
- 1:01:33I think he could do it.
- 1:01:35I think he could say, you know what?
- 1:01:36We're not playing this anymore.
- 1:01:38You run your country.
- 1:01:39I'll run mine.
- 1:01:41And he can say what Jaishankar says in
- 1:01:43India, what Modi says in India.
- 1:01:45Look, you run your country as you see
- 1:01:48fit and what works for your people, for
- 1:01:50your culture, for the type of people you
- 1:01:52have.
- 1:01:53Quit trying to dictate what we will do
- 1:01:56in our country.
- 1:01:58We know what's best for our country.
- 1:02:00What is wrong with that approach?
- 1:02:02Seriously, what's wrong with that approach?
- 1:02:07If, for example, Russia, India, China, and the
- 1:02:12US all got together and didn't try to
- 1:02:16tell each other what to do, but instead
- 1:02:19say, why don't we tell our own countries
- 1:02:22what we're going to do?
- 1:02:24Focus on growth economically, spiritually, family, creating better
- 1:02:30places for other people, assisting other countries.
- 1:02:36But let those other countries be sovereign.
- 1:02:39Why do you think everybody's—again, I'm right back
- 1:02:41to multipolarity.
- 1:02:43They're tired of dominant and being told what
- 1:02:46to do by kings appointed by Europe and
- 1:02:50America.
- 1:02:52They're sick to death of it.
- 1:02:53Frankly, I wish I was paying better attention
- 1:02:56during Kosovo.
- 1:02:57You know, I'm not one of those guys
- 1:02:58to march.
- 1:02:59Here's my voice.
- 1:03:00I'll give you my voice.
- 1:03:01And I'm happy to learn if you disagree
- 1:03:04with me.
- 1:03:05You can call and tell me how wrong
- 1:03:07I am.
- 1:03:08And perhaps I'll listen, especially if you know
- 1:03:11more than me.
- 1:03:11I like to listen to people that know
- 1:03:13more than me.
- 1:03:14I like that.
- 1:03:15I want them to teach me things, but
- 1:03:17most time I can't believe all the crap.
- 1:03:20That's what I expect from the news.
- 1:03:22I expect them to tell me things that
- 1:03:25aren't twisted to make me think a certain
- 1:03:29way.
- 1:03:29And if you still believe you're not being
- 1:03:31twisted, I'm not trying to twist you, but
- 1:03:34I don't have anybody twisting me to twist
- 1:03:37you.
- 1:03:38But everybody, you know, all the major ones
- 1:03:40do.
- 1:03:41I know you know all that crap.
- 1:03:42I'm gonna, I'm gonna get back to this
- 1:03:44or I'll never get through.
- 1:03:45We got one more hour.
- 1:03:46We're halfway through.
- 1:03:48In fact, this deep dive.
- 1:03:50And I want to remind you that I
- 1:03:53am here in the Lake Ozark real estate
- 1:03:55of the art studio.
- 1:03:58If you are interested, you can email me
- 1:04:02while I'm on the air here and I'm
- 1:04:04trying to get used to looking at it
- 1:04:06live at damradio.com.
- 1:04:09You can phone in at 573-746-8020.
- 1:04:12I might take it if it's a brief
- 1:04:14call.
- 1:04:16And you can also send me personal emails
- 1:04:20at samuelt at internationalflavor.com.
- 1:04:26All of my former prior programs are also
- 1:04:30at internationalflavor.com.
- 1:04:34And I would love you to listen to
- 1:04:38them.
- 1:04:38It's good stuff.
- 1:04:44And some of the topics, you know, especially
- 1:04:46the deep dives, if you go into the
- 1:04:47Sunday deep dives, I try to come up
- 1:04:50with some pretty good stuff.
- 1:04:51So let's talk about Kosovo.
- 1:04:53And everybody's heard the name, everybody knows, you
- 1:04:56know, a little bit about it.
- 1:04:57But I don't think you understand.
- 1:05:01I know I didn't.
- 1:05:02And so that I did, but I didn't,
- 1:05:05you know, we've forgotten about this.
- 1:05:07We aren't paying attention.
- 1:05:09The new, you know, I'm like that.
- 1:05:12I'm like those dogs in that movie Up,
- 1:05:15the cartoon movie Up, where they talk and
- 1:05:17they're, well, no, we need to do this.
- 1:05:20We need to squirrel.
- 1:05:22They turn their heads and look for a
- 1:05:24squirrel.
- 1:05:25I'm like that guy.
- 1:05:26Sometimes I get distracted a little bit.
- 1:05:29So let's go.
- 1:05:31And you know what?
- 1:05:32We need to pay better attention to this
- 1:05:34because our country has taken us down a
- 1:05:36path that could lead to freaking war.
- 1:05:40And so it's important to at least consider
- 1:05:43these things.
- 1:05:45Let's talk about how this started in Kosovo.
- 1:05:48In the 1990s, NATO started bombing Serbia.
- 1:05:54Humanitarian intervention was their slogan.
- 1:05:58But the reality was that air war was
- 1:06:01started and it bypassed the UN Security Council
- 1:06:07completely.
- 1:06:09They just, the West, the US started bombing
- 1:06:12the crap out of Serbia.
- 1:06:14They didn't like what was going on in
- 1:06:16Serbia.
- 1:06:17So what we all jump in and start
- 1:06:19bombing, but who said they could not the
- 1:06:22UN Security Council.
- 1:06:23And so they had this agreement after they
- 1:06:26watched this go on for three years, this,
- 1:06:29this Dayton agreement in 1995, Bosnia was turned
- 1:06:34into what they call a Western protectorate.
- 1:06:38So basically what that means the next test
- 1:06:41tube for us to do whatever we want.
- 1:06:45After NATO's 1999 bombing campaign, Kosovo was placed
- 1:06:52under UNMIC, United Nations mission in Kosovo.
- 1:06:59But in practice, and this is still true
- 1:07:02today, NATO and Western diplomats call the shots.
- 1:07:07How about that?
- 1:07:09You don't have a free country.
- 1:07:11We're in charge.
- 1:07:12That's still going on today.
- 1:07:16Local Serb structures were completely hollowed out.
- 1:07:19Western trained Albanian political elites were empowered.
- 1:07:24They were put in charge of them.
- 1:07:26And then they played a trick.
- 1:07:28And this trick is and follow this because
- 1:07:32we keep on doing it.
- 1:07:34And I hope you understand how and why,
- 1:07:37and just watch for it.
- 1:07:38You'll see it again.
- 1:07:40So it's called the independence trick in 2008.
- 1:07:46Kosovo's Albanian leaders unilaterally.
- 1:07:51Remember, they were appointed by, by us and
- 1:07:55they unilaterally declared their own independence, even though
- 1:08:01there was a UN resolution that explicitly recognized
- 1:08:07Serbia's sovereignty, right?
- 1:08:11No referendum.
- 1:08:13They don't even have to have a referendum.
- 1:08:15There's nothing.
- 1:08:17You don't have to have a vote.
- 1:08:19You don't have to do anything.
- 1:08:20Just these Albanian leaders that were appointed by
- 1:08:23the West to go, guess what?
- 1:08:25We are independent.
- 1:08:28No referendum, no agreement with Belgrade, no consensus
- 1:08:32in the UN.
- 1:08:34But guess what happened?
- 1:08:37Immediately, Washington and Brussels recognized them as independent.
- 1:08:44They did it and we recognized.
- 1:08:46Okay.
- 1:08:47Something we'll never do in the Donbass regions,
- 1:08:52but how do you gain legitimacy?
- 1:08:55You know, is Crimea ever, I saw a
- 1:08:57map today of Ukraine for sale somewhere and
- 1:08:59it still shows Crimea as Ukrainian.
- 1:09:02Why?
- 1:09:03Because the U.S. won't recognize it.
- 1:09:06Nobody will recognize it.
- 1:09:07And they won't recognize any of these other
- 1:09:09countries that are any of the others regions
- 1:09:11that have declared their own independence by referendum.
- 1:09:16Oh, geez.
- 1:09:17That's the way we don't recognize that.
- 1:09:19It's illegitimate.
- 1:09:20Why?
- 1:09:22Because you disagree with it.
- 1:09:24And that's really the only reason you disagree
- 1:09:26with it.
- 1:09:27You're influenced by those Russians.
- 1:09:30You know, those Russians influence you.
- 1:09:32Yeah.
- 1:09:32But yeah.
- 1:09:33But what about Kosovo?
- 1:09:35What about Bosnia?
- 1:09:36What about Maidan?
- 1:09:38You know, what about Afghanistan?
- 1:09:40Iraq?
- 1:09:41Let's keep on going.
- 1:09:42You know, what's going on in Syria?
- 1:09:44You know, nonsense.
- 1:09:47So in 2008, these guys just declare their
- 1:09:49independence.
- 1:09:50And then the U.S. says, yep, it
- 1:09:52manages.
- 1:09:53But why does this matter?
- 1:09:54Because once again, it breaks all principles of
- 1:09:59international law.
- 1:10:01What is Ukraine always complaining about?
- 1:10:04Borders are sacred.
- 1:10:07Our territorial integrity.
- 1:10:10What do you hear all the time?
- 1:10:12Territorial integrity, unless all parties agree.
- 1:10:16But no, not if you're in the West.
- 1:10:19It says if the West likes you, they
- 1:10:23let you secede.
- 1:10:25If Russia backs you, secession is illegal.
- 1:10:28Crimea 2014.
- 1:10:31Donbass and the other republics that are not
- 1:10:36republics, other regions in Ukraine that want to
- 1:10:39get out.
- 1:10:40Republic Serbs got today.
- 1:10:42They say they want out.
- 1:10:43They want to have a referendum.
- 1:10:44We've already rejected it.
- 1:10:47So back in Kosovo, a permanent NATO outpost
- 1:10:54was installed in the Balkans, a black hole
- 1:10:57of corruption, drug trafficking, mafia politics.
- 1:11:03But it's very strategically useful because guess what
- 1:11:06it did?
- 1:11:07Got rid of all Serbian and Russian influence.
- 1:11:13And it stays that way today.
- 1:11:17It's got a Western group of people, kings.
- 1:11:22We appointed our own.
- 1:11:24The only one that's really a king is
- 1:11:26the guy that they have in Republic Serbska.
- 1:11:33Well, Bosnia-Herzegovina, but he's over this Republic
- 1:11:38Serbska too.
- 1:11:41You can't call the king wrong.
- 1:11:44Sam, what are you doing?
- 1:11:46How can you do this?
- 1:11:47So let's throw some parallels.
- 1:11:50If you don't understand my Dan and how
- 1:11:53we did the exact same thing in Ukraine,
- 1:11:58following the exact same playbook, get this.
- 1:12:04Here's the setup, right?
- 1:12:05Victor Yanukovych, he's the elected president of Ukraine.
- 1:12:09He's elected and he was not a Moscow
- 1:12:13puppet.
- 1:12:14But what he wanted and talked about was
- 1:12:18neutrality.
- 1:12:20He wanted trade with both Europe and with
- 1:12:24Russia.
- 1:12:24He didn't want that.
- 1:12:27He wanted to balance EU trade with Russian
- 1:12:30ties, Russian free gas, Russian low cost everything
- 1:12:36and not be, he wasn't necessarily going to
- 1:12:40the European Union.
- 1:12:42They weren't there yet.
- 1:12:44He hadn't decided that yet.
- 1:12:46And so he wanted more of a balance.
- 1:12:48The West can't have that.
- 1:12:50So Brussels and Washington cannot accept neutrality.
- 1:12:55A buffer zone is not enough.
- 1:12:58We have to drag Ukraine Western.
- 1:13:00So what did they do?
- 1:13:03Tons of NGOs, tons of US Agency for
- 1:13:06International Development, Western media and American diplomats.
- 1:13:11Victoria Nuland had a famous phone calls talking
- 1:13:17about what she was going to do.
- 1:13:19She was going to help appoint the next
- 1:13:21leader.
- 1:13:22She had them, right?
- 1:13:24And they just basically poured gasoline into already
- 1:13:32bubbling street protests in 2013.
- 1:13:38And this protest turned into a coup.
- 1:13:42So the Maidan Square, and again, if you
- 1:13:44haven't watched a video by Oliver Stone, which
- 1:13:47everybody says, don't watch that, you need to
- 1:13:51watch it.
- 1:13:52That's the one you need to watch.
- 1:13:54The ones that say don't watch, definitely watch
- 1:13:57them, even just to get a different point
- 1:14:00of view.
- 1:14:00I don't care if you end up believing
- 1:14:01it or not.
- 1:14:03Very well done.
- 1:14:04And again, I don't think it's crap.
- 1:14:08Watch it.
- 1:14:09It's called Ukraine on fire or something like
- 1:14:13that.
- 1:14:13If I can recall, you can find it
- 1:14:15on YouTube.
- 1:14:17And so there were protesters that, guess what?
- 1:14:20We armed violent groups that were allowed to,
- 1:14:24you know, far right people like Ukraine's right
- 1:14:27sector, these Nazi and the SS symbol wearing
- 1:14:32people that are killing ethnic Russians and just
- 1:14:35offing people, you know, because they disagree with
- 1:14:39them.
- 1:14:40In February of 2014, there was a negotiated
- 1:14:43deal before Maidan, February 2014.
- 1:14:49A negotiated deal was signed between Yanukovych and
- 1:14:54the opposition.
- 1:14:55Guess who else signed it?
- 1:14:58Germany, France and Poland.
- 1:15:01But within 24 hours, the West tore it
- 1:15:06up, said, Nope, that's not effective.
- 1:15:08And armed groups armed by the West stormed
- 1:15:12government buildings and Yanukovych fled.
- 1:15:14He ran to Russia.
- 1:15:17Crazy.
- 1:15:18And what happened?
- 1:15:19We, Victoria Nuland, installed a new, openly pro
- 1:15:25-Western government with zero regard for any constitutional
- 1:15:31process.
- 1:15:32And immediately, Ukraine's new leadership started talking NATO,
- 1:15:37severing any trade with Russia, writing language laws
- 1:15:42against Russian speakers.
- 1:15:45It's Kosovo all over again, only much larger.
- 1:15:49And it was scaled upward to remove the
- 1:15:53anything neutral or pro-Russian.
- 1:15:56Any leader, any party member, any Verkhovna Rada
- 1:16:02member were gotten rid of.
- 1:16:04And they installed a compliant regime.
- 1:16:07And then they can call it democracy.
- 1:16:09Why does this matter?
- 1:16:11Why?
- 1:16:12Because Russia saw it as a violation of
- 1:16:17their red line.
- 1:16:20No NATO on its border.
- 1:16:22The Slavic Orthodox Church was being dragged into
- 1:16:27an anti-Russian project.
- 1:16:30The Crimea voted overwhelmingly, you know, that Russia
- 1:16:35stole from Ukraine.
- 1:16:37They voted overwhelmingly, something like 88 percent or
- 1:16:42something, to rejoin Russia.
- 1:16:46And the West started yelling, Illegal.
- 1:16:49But in Kosovo, there was never a referendum
- 1:16:53at all.
- 1:16:55And they had just added Maidan, an uprising,
- 1:16:59no referendum, nothing to get rid.
- 1:17:02No, no, no elections, no democracy, no nothing.
- 1:17:06Just the West going.
- 1:17:07So we recognize this new leader, period.
- 1:17:10We recognize the new leader.
- 1:17:12Why?
- 1:17:12Because we installed him.
- 1:17:14Of course, we recognize him.
- 1:17:16This is this is our playbook everywhere we
- 1:17:20go.
- 1:17:21And it's always anti-Russia, always anti-China,
- 1:17:25you know, throw in India probably now.
- 1:17:28And and with any luck at all, Donald
- 1:17:31Trump is not this way.
- 1:17:35I'm not so positive about that.
- 1:17:37Listen to what Rubio said, because I don't
- 1:17:40know that Rubio would say that without the
- 1:17:43old Trumpsters say so.
- 1:17:46You know, I don't think so.
- 1:17:48But we'll see what happens come the 25th,
- 1:17:52because I think Trumpster unfortunately is finding out
- 1:17:56that he can't just.
- 1:17:59I think he can, but I'm thinking he
- 1:18:01that he can't do just what he wants.
- 1:18:06I don't know.
- 1:18:08The Don Bass war got ignited right after
- 1:18:11this because locals refused to recognize the coup,
- 1:18:17the takeover government.
- 1:18:19They didn't do a referendum to get out
- 1:18:21like like Crimea.
- 1:18:25But they said, we don't recognize you.
- 1:18:28Remember, they had agreements Minsk one and Minsk
- 1:18:31two that said your governors, like these governors
- 1:18:37that we were talking about earlier, your governors
- 1:18:39don't have to be appointed by Kiev.
- 1:18:42You can elect them and have some sort
- 1:18:45of autonomy on your own, that they aren't
- 1:18:47necessarily under us.
- 1:18:51You know, Minsk one and two were both
- 1:18:52supposed to do that.
- 1:18:53But those were just B.S. agreements signed
- 1:18:55for B.S. reasons.
- 1:18:59So Maidan became a textbook for how the
- 1:19:03West runs regime change, use protests to cover,
- 1:19:09you know, you get you pay people to
- 1:19:10prose.
- 1:19:11George Soros was very involved in this.
- 1:19:14You empower radicals.
- 1:19:16You bless the overthrow, recognize the new government,
- 1:19:20recognize the new territory, if you agree, and
- 1:19:23sanction anybody who objects.
- 1:19:26You're sanctioned.
- 1:19:28That's it.
- 1:19:28And that was actually my topic.
- 1:19:30I wanted to go into the history of
- 1:19:32sanctions.
- 1:19:33It's a it's an eye opener.
- 1:19:34Seriously, I think I can get that done
- 1:19:36in an hour and a half.
- 1:19:39I I.
- 1:19:41This is nonsense.
- 1:19:44This is the constant narrative from.
- 1:19:49Any realistic person's perspective, any anybody in honesty,
- 1:19:54if you look at this honesty, the pattern
- 1:19:56is clear.
- 1:19:59Any leader who tries to stay neutral and
- 1:20:03certainly if he's pro Russia, he's got to
- 1:20:07be removed.
- 1:20:09Serbia had Milosevic in the 90s when the
- 1:20:13Soviet Union was collapsing.
- 1:20:14They were very pro staying with Russia, trade
- 1:20:19with Russia, everything with Russia.
- 1:20:20He had to go.
- 1:20:22Yanukovych in Ukraine, Dodik in Republic Srpska today.
- 1:20:27Any leader that was in the Donbass, you
- 1:20:29know, any any anybody they what are they
- 1:20:34doing against people that are that are saying
- 1:20:38anything pro Russia today?
- 1:20:40You're going on a kill list.
- 1:20:42There was a story in the paper today
- 1:20:45that said there were their kids, their children
- 1:20:49now on this.
- 1:20:51What's the name of the list?
- 1:20:53Miratowicz list.
- 1:20:55And Miratowicz, I told you about that.
- 1:20:57And when Scott Ritter was when I did
- 1:20:59my interview with him that month ago or
- 1:21:02so, maybe a little longer, he said that
- 1:21:05he was on the Miratowicz list and was
- 1:21:07talking about it.
- 1:21:08It's basically a kill list.
- 1:21:10You know, people like Tucker Carlson, Charlie Kirk
- 1:21:12was on the I played that piece for
- 1:21:15you the other day that he was on
- 1:21:18kill list.
- 1:21:19And it's now they're they're putting kids on
- 1:21:24the kill list.
- 1:21:24Why?
- 1:21:25Because their parents are saying things and, you
- 1:21:30know, they're people who object and their kids
- 1:21:34go on putting generations on this list.
- 1:21:38And this is nonsense.
- 1:21:41It's crazy.
- 1:21:43No neutrality is allowed.
- 1:21:44No different approach is allowed.
- 1:21:47It's all got to be Western dominance, Western
- 1:21:52globalist rhetoric, all dollar, all NATO, nothing Russia.
- 1:22:01And there's you know, what what good has
- 1:22:04anyone said about Russia?
- 1:22:07They are they are trying to there was
- 1:22:10another article I read today that in a
- 1:22:12several Western, let's call them European places, they're
- 1:22:20banning Russian as well.
- 1:22:22Cab drivers, stuff like that can't speak Russian.
- 1:22:25They're trying to make it a law that
- 1:22:27you can't speak it.
- 1:22:29What are you going to do in America?
- 1:22:31I mean, I remember it, you know, but
- 1:22:34it was it was more facetious than anything,
- 1:22:36because, you know, I'm not sure we could
- 1:22:38put anything out there.
- 1:22:39But I remember when people go, don't speak
- 1:22:43Mexican, speak English, you know, and they're yelling
- 1:22:47at him and stuff like that.
- 1:22:49Nonsense.
- 1:22:49And you can't dictate what other people say,
- 1:22:54you know, what language they use.
- 1:22:56You can't you might be able to say
- 1:22:58our national language is X and we wish
- 1:23:02you to assimilate.
- 1:23:03I'm all for that.
- 1:23:04But don't tell me that in my own
- 1:23:06home, I can't speak Russian if I choose
- 1:23:08to, or if I'm in a cab and
- 1:23:11I'm a cab driver and I'm more comfortable
- 1:23:13in Russian than in English that I let's
- 1:23:17say the phone rings, you know, you ever
- 1:23:18been in a cab or an Uber and
- 1:23:20the phone rings for the guy driving the
- 1:23:22car and he starts speaking to somebody in
- 1:23:23a foreign language happens all the time.
- 1:23:26And, you know, whether it's Indian, whether, you
- 1:23:29know, they're speaking Punjab or whether they're speaking
- 1:23:31Chinese or whatever, Eastern European, they speak in
- 1:23:37another language where they're trying to make it
- 1:23:38a law that says you can't do that.
- 1:23:42I offended all those people in my tales
- 1:23:45that I was telling you about my Uber
- 1:23:48rides in Lithuania.
- 1:23:50They're nuts about it over there.
- 1:23:52They're crazy.
- 1:23:54And I mean, it's just nuts.
- 1:23:56Where are we going in this world?
- 1:23:58This complete inability to accept the differences in
- 1:24:04other people.
- 1:24:07I don't know.
- 1:24:08Crazy stuff.
- 1:24:09But the toolkit in our, in our takeovers,
- 1:24:14it's always media demonization.
- 1:24:18Media comes out and says, everybody's authoritarian, Dodick's
- 1:24:22an authoritarian, he's a national strong man.
- 1:24:25And they say the opposite of anybody the
- 1:24:28West throws over this king, for example, the
- 1:24:31king.
- 1:24:32Oh, no, no, no.
- 1:24:33He's a mediator.
- 1:24:34He's the good guy.
- 1:24:35He's the good guy.
- 1:24:37Everybody.
- 1:24:37Oh, Jesus.
- 1:24:38Russians.
- 1:24:38They're bad guys.
- 1:24:40You know, you ever see him on TV?
- 1:24:42There's never anybody.
- 1:24:43It's just a bay.
- 1:24:44They're bandits.
- 1:24:45Every one of them's abandoned, right?
- 1:24:48Has to be.
- 1:24:48That's what's on TV.
- 1:24:50That's what's in every movie from Hollywood.
- 1:24:52You ever see a Russian as the good
- 1:24:54guy ever?
- 1:24:56It just don't exist.
- 1:24:59Then what else do we do?
- 1:25:00What else is in our toolkit?
- 1:25:02Media demonization, sanctions on family and inner circle
- 1:25:06of anybody that objects.
- 1:25:09You empower and give huge money to NGOs
- 1:25:12to fund private, let's say podcasters all over
- 1:25:19Ukraine.
- 1:25:20We're getting tons of money from where the
- 1:25:25United States to broadcast this stuff all over.
- 1:25:28They wouldn't give me a nickel.
- 1:25:29I'll tell you that because I won't be
- 1:25:32bought, you know, and just say, whatever.
- 1:25:35That's probably not true.
- 1:25:37Somebody want to buy me, call, give me
- 1:25:38some money and we'll talk.
- 1:25:40We'll see.
- 1:25:42If protests don't topple the leader you're trying
- 1:25:46to get rid of after you've paid for
- 1:25:48them and media got them into a frenzy
- 1:25:51and had George Soros send over millions, you
- 1:25:54then create a legal crisis through courts that
- 1:25:57you control and international overseers that you appoint,
- 1:26:04then bomb them until they accept your international
- 1:26:08overseers, make them create an agreement that you
- 1:26:11never intend to honor Dayton Minsk one Minsk
- 1:26:17to any of them, just pick them, send
- 1:26:2150 lawyers afterward to argue about particular terms
- 1:26:24and say, we don't recognize the spirit of
- 1:26:27the treaty.
- 1:26:28You got to have the words of every
- 1:26:30single thing, even though we said in other
- 1:26:32memorandums of understanding, we would do this.
- 1:26:36That don't count.
- 1:26:37We didn't put it in the treaty, tricked
- 1:26:39you.
- 1:26:40We tricked you.
- 1:26:41That was only in the memorandum.
- 1:26:43It didn't end up in the final language.
- 1:26:45It's on you, not us.
- 1:26:46So nobody trusts us because you can't deal
- 1:26:50with them.
- 1:26:51If that still fails, you threaten financial collapse.
- 1:26:56We're going to sanction you boy.
- 1:26:58You better use, you better use our stuff.
- 1:27:00Those aren't working by the way.
- 1:27:03And the justification is always, always these high
- 1:27:07-minded slogans like European values.
- 1:27:12What are European values?
- 1:27:15What is it?
- 1:27:16Transgender, you know, rainbow coalition.
- 1:27:21We tell you what to do so you
- 1:27:23don't have to think that kind of thing.
- 1:27:26They say we're protecting minorities and guaranteeing human
- 1:27:30rights, but they don't have any protections in
- 1:27:33their own countries and no human rights.
- 1:27:39But the underlying rule is even more simple.
- 1:27:42No country on Russia's border is allowed to
- 1:27:47be neutral.
- 1:27:48You got to be anti-Russia.
- 1:27:50How come the West can't admit this?
- 1:27:53Why?
- 1:27:53Why is it that they can't admit it?
- 1:27:56If the Western media ever called the high
- 1:28:01representative, this Christian whatever, Schmidt guy, if they
- 1:28:05ever called him a king, or if they
- 1:28:08ever admitted that Maidan was a coup, or
- 1:28:12if they ever said that Kosovo broke international
- 1:28:15law, everything we have done as a U
- 1:28:20.S. post-cold world order looks like one
- 1:28:27long colonial project.
- 1:28:31Doesn't it?
- 1:28:33Bosnia, a protectorate with a foreign king.
- 1:28:38Kosovo, a NATO colony.
- 1:28:41That's what it is.
- 1:28:42And Ukraine, our beloved Ukraine project.
- 1:28:46Project Ukraine is a regime change experiment.
- 1:28:51Instead, we repeat the same line over and
- 1:28:57over and over.
- 1:28:59Russia interferes.
- 1:29:01Russia destabilizes.
- 1:29:04Russia provides disinformation.
- 1:29:07Russia threatens democracy.
- 1:29:10That's what we say.
- 1:29:12The reality is the West has been interfering
- 1:29:15so aggressively that even being neutral toward Russia
- 1:29:21is regarded as treason.
- 1:29:23You're not allowed to do it.
- 1:29:25You have to be removed.
- 1:29:26You're getting thrown in prison.
- 1:29:28Dodik, he's going to go, and he can't
- 1:29:31be elected for six years.
- 1:29:33They're doing the same thing all over Europe.
- 1:29:37It's pretty sad when you've got to go
- 1:29:39for your bastion of hope to Xi Jinping,
- 1:29:42Modi, and Vladimir Putin.
- 1:29:44We're supposed to be the good guys.
- 1:29:48We are not.
- 1:29:50And we just aren't.
- 1:29:53So Bosnia today looks like Maidan before it
- 1:29:57exploded.
- 1:29:58But they already have a king sitting on
- 1:30:01the throne.
- 1:30:01They don't have to wait for Victoria Nuland
- 1:30:04to appoint one.
- 1:30:06I mean, they don't, because they're already there.
- 1:30:10We've done it, right?
- 1:30:14Oh, crazy stuff.
- 1:30:18So these regulations from Kosovo, the International Civil
- 1:30:26Administration and the security presence, the so-called
- 1:30:30KFOR, which came up after NATO bombing, it
- 1:30:34reaffirms the sovereignty of the country and its
- 1:30:37own territorial integrity and says substantial autonomy for
- 1:30:43Kosovo.
- 1:30:45What does this translate to?
- 1:30:47Autonomy inside of Serbia, but no independence.
- 1:30:53Nothing.
- 1:30:54Who runs Kosovo, really?
- 1:30:57The UN Secretary General Special Representative, SRSG, Special
- 1:31:03Representative Secretary General, heads this United Nations mission
- 1:31:09in Kosovo.
- 1:31:11And he too is kind of a prototype
- 1:31:14king.
- 1:31:15And he can issue his own regulations, run
- 1:31:17the courts and the police, and he's been
- 1:31:19doing it ever since.
- 1:31:21That's what's happening.
- 1:31:22So, isn't that crazy?
- 1:31:26The unilateral declaration of independence that happened in
- 1:31:302008.
- 1:31:31Kosovo's assembly declared independence unilaterally, zero referendum, zero
- 1:31:37United Nations Security Council.
- 1:31:41It contradicted their own sovereignty language, which was
- 1:31:45appointed in the UN.
- 1:31:46Serbia told the council it was illegal and
- 1:31:50asked them to nullify it.
- 1:31:52But what did they do?
- 1:31:53They got the International Court of Justice to
- 1:31:56say, no, no, it's okay.
- 1:31:59And then the West goes, well, we got
- 1:32:01a ruling.
- 1:32:03But Russia and China have been screaming about
- 1:32:05it forever.
- 1:32:07And India has too, for that matter, but
- 1:32:09less vocally, because they didn't guarantee it.
- 1:32:12They aren't on the Security Council, which is
- 1:32:14a big complaint that they have as the
- 1:32:17largest population on the planet.
- 1:32:22And instead, who's on there?
- 1:32:24Tiny little countries in Europe.
- 1:32:27But Russia immediately condemned this as a flagrant
- 1:32:31violation in Kosovo, and a precedent that shreds
- 1:32:36the Security Council's authority, but nobody pays any
- 1:32:39attention.
- 1:32:41But nothing, they just completely ignore it.
- 1:32:44You only ignore it if it's coming from
- 1:32:48China or Russia, which is why, where are
- 1:32:51they going, friends and neighbors?
- 1:32:54Shanghai Cooperation Organization, which I talked about last
- 1:32:57Sunday, the RIC, Russia, India, China group that
- 1:33:02leads that, just like the same group leads
- 1:33:04BRICS.
- 1:33:05And Jaishankar says things like, look, it's multipolarity.
- 1:33:09That's what the world's about right now.
- 1:33:10Run your own country, work well with others,
- 1:33:13get along with others, just like your mom
- 1:33:15told you.
- 1:33:16But not on a world level.
- 1:33:19The U.S. just can't do it.
- 1:33:20We can't do it.
- 1:33:24This resolution that ended Kosovo, or started it,
- 1:33:30it promised autonomy in Serbia, and the West
- 1:33:33delivered independence without the Council.
- 1:33:37The Council didn't get a vote.
- 1:33:39That's why Russia, just like the other times,
- 1:33:42just like in Ukraine, just like when, well,
- 1:33:48hell, just like now, that when they're talking
- 1:33:50about Republic Srpska, and then they kept the
- 1:33:54power inside, you know, the West kept the
- 1:33:57power inside of Kosovo.
- 1:34:02Isn't that crazy?
- 1:34:061244 reaffirms integrity, but we twist it.
- 1:34:14Russia says flagrant violation, recognize it, and you
- 1:34:19normalize imposed solutions to ethnic conflict.
- 1:34:25China says unilateral action compromises the Security Council.
- 1:34:30But in the West, we always bypass the
- 1:34:34UN Security Council if Russia and China object,
- 1:34:38always install a crown, whether that's United Nations
- 1:34:42mission in Kosovo, whether it's this High Sparrow
- 1:34:46guy, Schmidt, and then you get the locals
- 1:34:51to legislate until you agree to what you're
- 1:34:55asking for, until their new law matches what
- 1:34:59you are seeking.
- 1:35:00Then you declare facts, seek legal cover letter
- 1:35:03through the ICJ, which you also control, and
- 1:35:08then you control the narrative the rest of
- 1:35:09the time.
- 1:35:10Independence is always about your, what you want,
- 1:35:14human rights, nationalism.
- 1:35:16Jeez, you can't have that nationalism.
- 1:35:18We want nationalism in United States.
- 1:35:20Why can't they have nationalism where they are?
- 1:35:25Nonsense, dictatorial, colonialist, and there's plenty of people
- 1:35:32still talking about it inside of Kosovo, okay?
- 1:35:37Plenty of them.
- 1:35:39KOSSEV, for example, it's an independent Kosovo-Serbian
- 1:35:44portal in English.
- 1:35:47Recent items show community talking about pushback and
- 1:35:51daily friction, police action, UN beating up on
- 1:35:55people, these peacekeepers, corruption everywhere.
- 1:35:59It was hard not to get stuck in
- 1:36:03there and keep on reading and trucking.
- 1:36:07It's very interesting.
- 1:36:09There's a thing called Radio Contact Plus.
- 1:36:13They do field reporting.
- 1:36:16There's a bunch of stuff, and nothing has
- 1:36:20changed since 1999.
- 1:36:22Nothing.
- 1:36:23Nothing.
- 1:36:24It's still basically controlled by us.
- 1:36:29Kosovo has a crown.
- 1:36:34In Kosovo, the West doesn't call the shots.
- 1:36:37They even kept the whistle.
- 1:36:40They run everything in there.
- 1:36:43It's just beyond belief to me that we're
- 1:36:51still here with the U.S. running absolutely
- 1:36:55everything.
- 1:36:56Now, you've got to keep your acronyms.
- 1:36:58There's so many acronyms that come out, it's
- 1:37:00kind of hard to keep track.
- 1:37:02Take your time when you get there.
- 1:37:06I want to bring this back to the
- 1:37:09king who's right now on the throne again,
- 1:37:12and Lavrov and Donik, and why this is
- 1:37:16important.
- 1:37:17Remember, their meeting, or Russia's takeover, if you
- 1:37:22will, presidency of the UN Security Council is
- 1:37:24coming up in October.
- 1:37:26They're having that UN Security Council meeting they
- 1:37:29like to do every year.
- 1:37:31I'm 90% certain that Lavrov will be
- 1:37:35the one doing it.
- 1:37:37He's announcing now, a month in advance, before
- 1:37:44these referendums take place.
- 1:37:47People will ignore him.
- 1:37:48They always do.
- 1:37:49They did last year.
- 1:37:51They ignore him.
- 1:37:52In Bosnia, there's already a king on the
- 1:37:54throne.
- 1:37:56This Dayton thing is going to be a
- 1:37:59big deal.
- 1:38:00With this agreement that came out in 2005,
- 1:38:02the bond that the crown was forged, because
- 1:38:08it wasn't supposed to be.
- 1:38:10The bargain was just for a mediator, for
- 1:38:13a negotiator.
- 1:38:15Two years later, unilaterally, the crown was created.
- 1:38:21Remember, imposing laws, dismissing officials.
- 1:38:24Then the reign of the king, this current
- 1:38:28king, Christian Schmitt, he was appointed, but not
- 1:38:32endorsed, not properly appointed.
- 1:38:37If you're the US and EU, you can
- 1:38:40declare him to be in office and pay
- 1:38:41him 50,000 a month anyway.
- 1:38:46What has Schmitt done himself?
- 1:38:49He struck down Republic Serbska laws enacted.
- 1:38:53He declared himself, all by himself, no court.
- 1:38:59He declared Dodik was guilty of criminal offenses
- 1:39:03because he refused the orders of the king.
- 1:39:08Then he threatened prison for any other official
- 1:39:11who disobeyed him.
- 1:39:14In Bosnia, one unelected German has the authority
- 1:39:22to crown and decrown the president.
- 1:39:25What did Russia and China?
- 1:39:27Russia refuses to recognize Schmitt.
- 1:39:30They call him an imposter.
- 1:39:32They insist this office of the high representative
- 1:39:37must be closed.
- 1:39:39They assert totally, and they're right, that the
- 1:39:43United Nations Security Council has the sole authority
- 1:39:47to approve the high representative under this Dayton
- 1:39:53Agreement.
- 1:39:54China echoes Russia absolutely.
- 1:39:59No legitimacy without the UN approval, UN Security
- 1:40:04Council approval.
- 1:40:06And both of them argue that Bosnia is
- 1:40:09a sovereign country under the Dayton Agreement, and
- 1:40:15that the high representative is a Western cudgel
- 1:40:19to strip the Serbs of any rights.
- 1:40:25And so this Dodik, I suppose you could
- 1:40:29call him a, I mean, that's a patriot.
- 1:40:34Here's another guy getting ready to go to
- 1:40:36prison.
- 1:40:38He's been ordered a year in prison.
- 1:40:42In six years, he can't run for office,
- 1:40:45stripped of any title.
- 1:40:47Anything he's done, the high sparrow is basically
- 1:40:49turned over, and he refuses to recognize these
- 1:40:53decrees.
- 1:40:55That's Donald Trumpian, in my view.
- 1:40:58He was convicted for ignoring Schmitt.
- 1:41:01His crime is disobeying the king.
- 1:41:04That's it.
- 1:41:05That is it.
- 1:41:07The Central Election Committee annulled his election.
- 1:41:12No, I'm sorry.
- 1:41:15Schmitt says you broke the law, and Schmitt's
- 1:41:19the king, so there you go.
- 1:41:21The RS Assembly is backing him, though.
- 1:41:24RS, Republik Srpska.
- 1:41:25Their assembly is, they're backing him.
- 1:41:30They have this referendum for October 25th.
- 1:41:33Remember that date.
- 1:41:35Voters will say whether they recognize Schmitt, the
- 1:41:39court, or Dodik.
- 1:41:42It's likely that no is, Dodik's removal, I
- 1:41:46mean.
- 1:41:46All three of those are likely no, that
- 1:41:50the Republic Srpska, the leadership, this Dodik, and
- 1:41:54the assembly will claim a popular mandate against
- 1:41:58the king, against King Schmitt.
- 1:42:03And West amendments, Western diplomats, I mean, are
- 1:42:06already calling the illegal.
- 1:42:10But according to the Republic Srpska, they see
- 1:42:13it as their only democratic answer to remove
- 1:42:16the king.
- 1:42:17So, once again, no neutrality is allowed.
- 1:42:22You certainly can't lean toward Russia.
- 1:42:25And obviously, Dodik leans Russia because he was
- 1:42:28meeting with Lavrov, right?
- 1:42:30And they refused to sanction Russia.
- 1:42:33They haven't done that.
- 1:42:35So, they have to be punished.
- 1:42:38And how do you punish them?
- 1:42:40Schmitt.
- 1:42:41He's unelected, foreign.
- 1:42:43What's the legal fig leaf, though?
- 1:42:46West says, well, wait.
- 1:42:47We gave him powers in Bonn.
- 1:42:49That makes it legal.
- 1:42:51But Russia says Dayton didn't allow that in
- 1:42:53the agreement.
- 1:42:54So does China.
- 1:42:55So do I.
- 1:42:58And so, instead of storming the squares in
- 1:43:01Maidan or bombing campaign headquarters in Kosovo, like
- 1:43:05we did last time, Bosnia coup comes just
- 1:43:08straight up royal decree.
- 1:43:10The royal decree, the king said, you can't
- 1:43:12do that.
- 1:43:14And so, why is it that Bosnia today
- 1:43:18equals Ukraine 2014?
- 1:43:21Like I say, this is what I say.
- 1:43:24In Ukraine, the West used a street coup
- 1:43:27to get rid of a neutral leader.
- 1:43:30You had to get rid of him.
- 1:43:31Yanukovych, we can't have him.
- 1:43:34He's not trying to drag Ukraine into the
- 1:43:37EU.
- 1:43:38And he's not trying to drag him into
- 1:43:39NATO.
- 1:43:40And we've already started buying all the land.
- 1:43:44We've given it.
- 1:43:45We've already given that land to BlackRock.
- 1:43:48And we've already told them they could have
- 1:43:50it.
- 1:43:50And they're waiting to come in and buy
- 1:43:52that land.
- 1:43:54And we have Joe Biden and his son
- 1:43:57ready to get rich.
- 1:43:59We can't have that.
- 1:44:02He can't have a neutral leader.
- 1:44:04So you sign an agreement one day, tear
- 1:44:05it up the next, have a coup, replace
- 1:44:08him and go, that's a good person.
- 1:44:11That's Ukraine.
- 1:44:12And here it is.
- 1:44:13And we're going to do the exact same
- 1:44:14thing in Bosnia.
- 1:44:16Exact same thing.
- 1:44:17The West is going to use a court
- 1:44:19coup.
- 1:44:20We already said he's guilty of not following
- 1:44:22the high sparrow.
- 1:44:24And then we've already said he's got to
- 1:44:27go to prison for a year because he
- 1:44:28won't obey our orders.
- 1:44:30And in both cases, the enemy is not
- 1:44:33the dictatorship.
- 1:44:34It's not these people.
- 1:44:36It's not the fact that Ukraine or Bosnia
- 1:44:42wants to have elections or doesn't.
- 1:44:44It's that these particular leaders, Yanukovych and Dodik,
- 1:44:49are neutral toward Russia.
- 1:44:53You cannot be neutral toward Russia.
- 1:44:57You have to hate them.
- 1:44:59You have to want to destroy them.
- 1:45:03You can't call them the good guys.
- 1:45:06They're all mafia drug dealers, just like in
- 1:45:09American movies.
- 1:45:11They're all killers.
- 1:45:16According to Hollywood and according to the US
- 1:45:21government and all of NATO and security council.
- 1:45:28You ever hear anything good said about them
- 1:45:30ever?
- 1:45:33Lots of acronyms in that one too, but
- 1:45:35I won't go through them.
- 1:45:39I mean, it was kind of interesting to
- 1:45:42go through this.
- 1:45:45I would say this.
- 1:45:47The crown always comes with recognition.
- 1:45:54You got to recognize this crown.
- 1:45:57And you have to recognize, the West has
- 1:46:01to recognize, this is how they win.
- 1:46:04Every time, this is how they do it.
- 1:46:08We recognize it, therefore it is.
- 1:46:13We don't recognize it, that means illegitimate.
- 1:46:17And somehow our voice is the most powerful.
- 1:46:21Why?
- 1:46:22Because historically, we have the deep state, we
- 1:46:25have globalism.
- 1:46:27So, if we install the king, like in
- 1:46:31Kosovo, the installed king was the UN mission
- 1:46:35in Kosovo.
- 1:46:36In Ukraine, we installed the Maidan Western Envoys
- 1:46:42and IMF overseers to make sure that the
- 1:46:46new leadership post Yanukovych did what we wanted
- 1:46:50them to do.
- 1:46:51We had Joe Biden over there giving money.
- 1:46:54We installed this new government and they had
- 1:46:57to be anti-Russia.
- 1:47:00They didn't necessarily have to be pro-US,
- 1:47:03but that was very helpful too, because that's
- 1:47:05how they shared in the money that they
- 1:47:07gave to Joe Biden and his son.
- 1:47:10I mean, in Bosnia, Schmidt, an unelected German,
- 1:47:14rules by force and rules by decree, just
- 1:47:16like a king.
- 1:47:18That's the first part.
- 1:47:19You install the king.
- 1:47:20The second part, part two of our playbook,
- 1:47:23break neutrality.
- 1:47:25Like I said, any leader that refuses to
- 1:47:28sever ties, if Yanukovych was anti-Russia, they'd
- 1:47:32let him stay.
- 1:47:34That wouldn't have happened, no doubt.
- 1:47:37If Kosovo was anti-Russia, wouldn't have happened,
- 1:47:41no doubt.
- 1:47:42Bosnia, if Dodik is anti-Russia, he's not,
- 1:47:46but if they could somehow buy him, this
- 1:47:49wouldn't happen.
- 1:47:49He'd be legitimate.
- 1:47:51No doubt.
- 1:47:53Then what do you do?
- 1:47:54You break their neutrality.
- 1:47:56You have to get rid of the ones
- 1:47:57who won't.
- 1:47:58You get rid of them.
- 1:47:59First the king, then the no, get rid
- 1:48:01of neutrality, make everybody live with it.
- 1:48:03The last one, you recognize.
- 1:48:05In Kosovo, unilaterally declared independence.
- 1:48:09West recognized it the next day, even though
- 1:48:12the UN resolution forbade that.
- 1:48:15They couldn't do it, but we did it
- 1:48:16anyway, because rules for thee, not for me.
- 1:48:20In Ukraine, Yanukovych was basically chased out, and
- 1:48:24the West recognized the coup, the new government,
- 1:48:27the next morning.
- 1:48:28Immediately, we recognize it.
- 1:48:30Victoria Nuland helped appoint them.
- 1:48:33Then Bosnia today.
- 1:48:35Schmidt has already called Dodik's referendum illegitimate, and
- 1:48:39he's the high sparrow, but if anybody defies
- 1:48:42him, West will simply recognize the institution and
- 1:48:46officials who obey the king, and they will
- 1:48:48refuse recognition to those who don't, no matter
- 1:48:51what Lavrov says.
- 1:48:52So let's get back to the Lavrov conference
- 1:48:55with Dodik on May 9.
- 1:48:58Both of them, as I told you earlier,
- 1:49:02laid it out completely.
- 1:49:04Bosnia is ruled by an imposter king, a
- 1:49:08high sparrow who was imposed without the UN
- 1:49:12Security Council as required under the Dayton agreement,
- 1:49:16and it undermines the very agreement that the
- 1:49:20West signed.
- 1:49:21Once again, we sign agreements we have no
- 1:49:25intention of following, or somebody changes office, and
- 1:49:32they'll say, well, geez, that guy's not around
- 1:49:33anymore.
- 1:49:34You know, sorry.
- 1:49:36And Russia has promised to raise this issue
- 1:49:39at the UN in October.
- 1:49:41Doubt it'll do him any good, but it
- 1:49:42chairs the council, so it at least gets
- 1:49:44to bring up the topics, and it's going
- 1:49:47to defend the principle that Dayton, the agreement,
- 1:49:51and not the king, defines Bosnia's sovereignty.
- 1:49:55And Dodik himself has said the referendum is
- 1:49:57the people's shield, a democratic answer to the
- 1:50:02king's rulings and decrees.
- 1:50:06Before a single ballot has been cast, Schmitt
- 1:50:09has declared the referendum illegitimate, as has Marco
- 1:50:13Rubio, as I told you earlier.
- 1:50:16Same part of the script.
- 1:50:17You can't vote against the king.
- 1:50:19If the referendum goes forward and voters reject
- 1:50:23Schmitt, the West will do what it always
- 1:50:26does, ignore the result, call it anti-Dayton
- 1:50:30agreement, and only recognize those who kneel to
- 1:50:33the crown.
- 1:50:36Kosovo, Maidan, Bosnia, three crowns of different types,
- 1:50:44same kingdom.
- 1:50:46The throne is in Brussels and in Washington,
- 1:50:52not in Kosovo, Maidan, or Bosnia.
- 1:50:56Recognition is what they use, the scepter, to
- 1:51:00whoever the West anoints and blesses.
- 1:51:03They are legitimate.
- 1:51:05Anybody who defies them, Putin's a criminal.
- 1:51:09You're a criminal, right?
- 1:51:10You're a nationalist.
- 1:51:11You're a separatist.
- 1:51:14You're a name.
- 1:51:15We're going to call you a name, but
- 1:51:17if you're anointed, you are blessed.
- 1:51:20You are sacred.
- 1:51:22What Lavrov said last week on Thursday, I
- 1:51:25think it was Thursday, whatever the ninth was,
- 1:51:27with Dodik, was pretty blunt.
- 1:51:31Destroy Dayton, crown your king, you invite not
- 1:51:36peace, but another Balkan war.
- 1:51:41That's sad, sad, but true.
- 1:51:46That is very sad, but true.
- 1:51:50And that, my friends, is my thought on
- 1:51:57this.
- 1:52:03Bosnia doesn't really have a president anymore.
- 1:52:06It's got this high representative.
- 1:52:08Sounds nice, doesn't it?
- 1:52:10Sounds like Dungeons and Dragons character.
- 1:52:18He punishes people who he doesn't want.
- 1:52:23And that is a wrap of the story
- 1:52:26a few minutes early.
- 1:52:28There's a couple of things I wanted to
- 1:52:30to also tell you about, if I can
- 1:52:33pull them up real quick.
- 1:52:36Let me see, because there have been some
- 1:52:39other occurrences, and quite a few of them,
- 1:52:44in fact, that have occurred.
- 1:52:47And I wanted to tell you also about
- 1:52:53my show for, I can't decide, and I
- 1:52:57think I'm going to do it on Wednesday,
- 1:53:00on this sanctions history.
- 1:53:03I thought about doing it tonight, and I
- 1:53:06knew I wouldn't be able to get this
- 1:53:09one done in an hour and a half.
- 1:53:13I thought I could get it done in
- 1:53:14two hours.
- 1:53:15Looks like God's right.
- 1:53:16But I may be able to get my
- 1:53:18thoughts on these sanctions and the history of
- 1:53:23sanctions.
- 1:53:25Package number 19.
- 1:53:27Here's another package of sanctions.
- 1:53:29Package number 19 is coming up.
- 1:53:32And I want to talk about it again,
- 1:53:34and in detail.
- 1:53:36Admittedly, you've got to be interested in this
- 1:53:38stuff.
- 1:53:40But you should probably pay attention to it,
- 1:53:43because this is important.
- 1:53:44I found that article I was going to
- 1:53:47tell you about on the Ukrainians adding a
- 1:53:50three-year-old, a three-year-old, to
- 1:53:53their kill list.
- 1:53:55A group of Russian children, the youngest of
- 1:53:58whom is three years old, has been targeted
- 1:54:02by the very controversial Muratvorets website, which really
- 1:54:07means peacemaker, which publishes personal details of individuals
- 1:54:12it labels as the enemies of Ukraine.
- 1:54:16Some people call it the kill list.
- 1:54:18According to an entry added on September 13,
- 1:54:23a child born April of 2022 is accused
- 1:54:29of conscious violation of the state border and
- 1:54:34encroachment on sovereignty.
- 1:54:36On the same day, five other minors aged
- 1:54:405, 9, 10, 12, and 16 were also
- 1:54:45blacklisted for similar offenses.
- 1:54:49Earlier this week, a five-year-old and
- 1:54:52several 11-year-olds were added.
- 1:54:55Russia's envoy for humanitarian issues, Rodion Miroshnik, he's
- 1:54:59interesting to listen to, he's always angry, condemned
- 1:55:02the targeting of these children, accusing Kyiv of
- 1:55:07sowing discord and hatred to incite hostility.
- 1:55:12And I liked what he said here, I
- 1:55:14want to make sure to read it.
- 1:55:15The Ukrainian Reich, the one instead of the
- 1:55:19Third Reich, is the Ukrainian Reich, is declaring
- 1:55:21toddlers enemies of the state, he said.
- 1:55:26The radicals and Nazis who rule the ball
- 1:55:29in Ukraine today harass not only politicians or
- 1:55:32military personnel, but their children, their close or
- 1:55:37distant relatives, seeking to sow the seeds of
- 1:55:41hatred as deeply as possible into the shattered
- 1:55:45consciousness of Ukrainians.
- 1:55:50Wow.
- 1:55:51Launched in 2014, then it tells you about
- 1:55:53the list, I'm not going to read that
- 1:55:54to you.
- 1:55:55I listened to something, I saw a debate,
- 1:56:02and it was pretty short, and it'd be
- 1:56:05fun to play it for you.
- 1:56:07And I may actually do that one time
- 1:56:09this week, it's certainly in my playlist, and
- 1:56:13I might play it.
- 1:56:16It's Henry Kissinger on a TV show, a
- 1:56:2360-minute sort of program, with a college
- 1:56:31professor talking about NATO, talking about NATO expansion
- 1:56:38with maps in the 90s.
- 1:56:44And I found it pretty enlightening, I talk
- 1:56:49about that on a regular basis.
- 1:56:52And I found it enlightening, especially because they
- 1:56:58somewhat agreed with some of the things that
- 1:57:01we were stating.
- 1:57:02Now, back in 2018 or so, there was
- 1:57:05several articles and several TV shows.
- 1:57:11I hope I don't have that year wrong,
- 1:57:13but I think he was still alive.
- 1:57:16And they were quoting him, and I think
- 1:57:21he was on another TV program.
- 1:57:23But I don't remember the dates of it.
- 1:57:25I'll have to pull that together, because they
- 1:57:28said that he, at that time, was for
- 1:57:33Ukraine joining NATO, said it was part of
- 1:57:38it.
- 1:57:38But he was, I don't want to say
- 1:57:40against, but he questioned the necessity of doing
- 1:57:46it back in the 90s when the Soviet
- 1:57:50Union collapsed.
- 1:57:51And he outlined some of the things that
- 1:57:54are occurring today.
- 1:57:56So there you have it.
- 1:57:57Well, that's the end of that, my dear
- 1:58:02friends and neighbors.
- 1:58:04And now I'm going to give you a
- 1:58:06what's up coming this week, if we go
- 1:58:12to our damn radio schedule, and discuss what
