- 0:00All men are created equal that they are endowed by their
- 0:04Creator with certain unalienable rights by.
- 0:09Liberty, if liberty means anything at all, it means right
- 0:17to tell people what they do not want to hear.
- 0:32Make America great. Again.
- 1:01Well, welcome back to the big big show.
- 1:03Of course I'm your host Lance Miliaccio with my Co host George
- 1:06Ballantine doing what we do because you know on this show
- 1:09it's tip of the spear edge of the knife because it's better to
- 1:12be hurt by the truth than comforted with a lie.
- 1:14You know the, the, our plan is always to educate you and unify
- 1:17the country, bring you the, the investigative material that we
- 1:21spend all day going through going into all our sorcerer's to
- 1:25authenticate it. Don't want to be mainstream
- 1:27media on this show because we're not liars and scumbags.
- 1:31We try to make sure that when we educate you that part of our
- 1:33plan is to unify the country because they don't want us to be
- 1:36unified. Let me be clear, they want us to
- 1:38be divided. And tonight's show will not be
- 1:41any different than the rest of them.
- 1:42Before we kick off, let's just thank our sponsorssat123.com.
- 1:47That's SAT 123.com. If you guys are looking for a
- 1:50satellite phone, bivy stick, Faraday bag, they've got stuff
- 1:54to buy for EMP Great company. They do a big volume got to be
- 1:59one of the largest in the country anymore.
- 2:01Which of course that volume allows them to sell satellite
- 2:03phones and the all the rest of the goods on their website for
- 2:07much less inexpensively than any other site.
- 2:11And believe me, satellite phones, I know years ago they
- 2:13used to be prohibitively expensive.
- 2:16The hardware and the minutes have gotten much cheaper.
- 2:18It's a great way to know that you're going to be able to
- 2:20communicate with your loved ones if the cellular network ever
- 2:22goes down. Same thing with the baby stick.
- 2:24At least you could send text messages.
- 2:26Inexpensive way to make sure there's always a way for people
- 2:28to reach you. You get them registered, then
- 2:30you just park them, put them in a Faraday bag and they're always
- 2:32there for you. Of course, original Glory beer,
- 2:35American Pilsner, American Light, and of course their new
- 2:38product, the flavored product, Cheer.
- 2:40Mike Sadler doing what he's doing.
- 2:42We'll have him on the show next week.
- 2:43He's kind of confirmed he's just looking for a date for me.
- 2:46He's got some updates for us on how they're going national, so
- 2:49if you haven't checked it out, you can look at that in our
- 2:51chat. You'll find information on it.
- 2:52But that's right, American Glory beer and of course Genesis Gold
- 2:57group. We love these guys.
- 2:58I'm holding up that 62.2g prepper bar perforated easily
- 3:02broken down. The great part about this is you
- 3:05got three different denominations on this.
- 3:06You can break off a piece, make payments.
- 3:08If the US dollar becomes under attack, you know we're going to
- 3:11digital currency. Don't kid yourself.
- 3:13You know that crypto is here to stay.
- 3:14You know that we're an administration that believes in
- 3:16crypto. You're going to want to have
- 3:18some alternative payment sources on hand always.
- 3:20You can get these in gold and silver.
- 3:22They're available right now. They're minded minted here in
- 3:24the US. You don't have to worry about,
- 3:26you know, counterfeit bullion. George makes it easy.
- 3:28The QR code will take you right to thebigmigbar.com.
- 3:32That's the bigmigbar.com. Just take a snapshot and go
- 3:35there afterwards. At least take a look.
- 3:36But you wouldn't want to take advantage of the discount right
- 3:39now. Prepper, all caps PREPPER.
- 3:43You can get 10% off on the silver, 5% off on the gold.
- 3:46That's a huge discount. They've never done it before.
- 3:48They're doing that exclusively for our listeners and
- 3:51subscribers. So that's at the Big Meat
- 3:52bar.com. Check it out, head over there
- 3:54and take a look. So tonight, let me just say
- 3:58this. You guys know that I am not a
- 4:01fan of the Department of Justice or the BLP, and in fact, on this
- 4:04show I've referred to them many times as a department of
- 4:08Injustice. There's a number of reasons I
- 4:10say that you got you, you, you. If you've watched the show at
- 4:14all, you know, I'm a little bit of a legal Beagle.
- 4:16I've got four different paralegal degrees.
- 4:18I read the law as a hobby, as sick as that sounds.
- 4:21I'm always looking at new case law, whether it's Chevron or
- 4:24another case. I'm always looking at what's
- 4:26going on and what they're doing. That system, the Department of
- 4:30Justice, has been weaponized. It's been used against American
- 4:34citizens non-stop. The BOP has done things that are
- 4:38incredibly, you wouldn't believe it.
- 4:40You would think we were living in a third world country with a
- 4:44Stasi style Republic if you knew what was going on there.
- 4:48Tonight, you're going to get to hear it first hand from AJ
- 4:50Sixer. That was all over the media.
- 4:52They attacked him in so many different ways.
- 4:54His name is Ryan Samsel. Before we fire up, I want to
- 4:57talk to George. Well, of course, there's the
- 4:58thumbnail, a picture of Ryan. He, you know, he his pot, I
- 5:02guess the media. The big thing was that he had
- 5:05supposedly pushed through one of the metal barricades.
- 5:08That was the big hype that supposedly he was, he was
- 5:11supposed to face 20 or 25 years because he was such an extremist
- 5:15and blah, blah, blah. Just a bunch of more garbage.
- 5:19You know, the J6 committee destroyed evidence that's called
- 5:22Giglione Brady material. We're going to get into some of
- 5:24that tonight. This is the the first chance
- 5:27Ryan has really been able to come out in public and defend
- 5:30himself. He's going to get to tell you
- 5:32things tonight that he could never say.
- 5:34He's going to talk about the BLP.
- 5:35He's going to talk about Ray Epps.
- 5:37That's right, Ray, the Fed apps and he's going to talk about the
- 5:42DOJ and you're going to get to hear first hand, you know, and I
- 5:46want to make it clear it's not just Ryan Samsel.
- 5:50It's not just the J Sixers this these administrations and the
- 5:56DOJ and the BOP under these previous administrations have
- 6:00been doing this to lots of defendants.
- 6:03And I'm talking about pretrial even when they haven't even been
- 6:06found guilty yet. You're going to hear some
- 6:08terrible things tonight. You know, I just want to
- 6:11forewarn you that some of it's not very good and it it may be
- 6:14it may actually shock you, but George, let me just check in
- 6:16with George. He's been busting his ass down
- 6:19there that he's down there in West Palm Beach, FL, working on
- 6:22our new studio for the crypto power hour.
- 6:24George, man, how you doing are you are you tired today?
- 6:27I just got to ask that up front because I know you've been tired
- 6:29on a couple of shows. I'm.
- 6:30Not tired today. Today I was just doing like
- 6:33light stuff, you know, like the. The punch list.
- 6:36Sort of. Yeah, you need me come down with
- 6:40some blue tape and just start marking everything.
- 6:42No, please don't come down, Lance.
- 6:46Actually, you know what I'm you can come down for two days
- 6:48because I'm leaving tomorrow. I'll be back here Sunday too.
- 6:50No. No, no, I'm coming there when
- 6:52you're there so I can just bust your balls.
- 6:54That's what I do. Nope, because if you come down
- 6:56this time I'm you're working. Yeah, it's like the work last
- 7:00time you didn't work last time. Yeah, please, we.
- 7:02Don't call that work. Yeah, I know you didn't call it
- 7:05that, but you know, knowing the whole situation, what I had to
- 7:08go through, I think you'd be shocked at what I was doing.
- 7:10All right, look, let's get to it.
- 7:11So let's not leave Ryan backstage.
- 7:13He's here now. Or what?
- 7:15Yeah, well, let's, but let's bring him in for this.
- 7:16At the mood. Maybe.
- 7:17Maybe he's even having trouble slowly, but he just got out.
- 7:20Congratulations on that. Hold on.
- 7:21Bring a minute and we'll do this.
- 7:23Welcome to the big, big show, Ryan Sampson.
- 7:25What's up, bro? Another fellow brother patriot
- 7:27from New Jersey. What's up?
- 7:31Brian, man, it's got to feel good.
- 7:34Fresh air, good food, None of that bullshit where they leave
- 7:37the lights on or the guards are harassing you or you're, you're
- 7:40hearing the worst of the worst. We're going to dig into it
- 7:43tonight with you. But man, congratulations on the
- 7:45presidential part. And that's like the Holy Grail
- 7:48for anybody that's incarcerated, right?
- 7:51Yeah, it's, it's a rare thing, and it's even rarer that it gets
- 7:55handed out to you in the beginning of an administration.
- 7:58They're usually handed out at the end.
- 8:00So it's that's the blessing. Yeah, no doubt, man.
- 8:04And I'm happy for you. And I want to say this, for any
- 8:06J Sixers out there, you guys know, you can always count on
- 8:10the big maybe we got your backs. And that goes for all the other
- 8:13people that are incarcerated. You know, I feel like there's so
- 8:16many guys sitting in federal prisons.
- 8:18I'm not going to say they're all innocent.
- 8:20I'm not going to say that even, you know, the majority of them
- 8:23innocent. But I think the excessive
- 8:25sentences done by the sentencing guidelines and the way the DOJ,
- 8:29because let's face it, any mathematician, I was just
- 8:31talking about this last night. Any mathematician would tell you
- 8:34it's impossible to get a 96 or 98% conviction rate without
- 8:38cheating. And I can tell you that the DOG
- 8:40cheats over and over and over and over again in so many cases
- 8:44across the United States and they never faced any
- 8:47consequences. Not only do the judges never
- 8:49face any consequences, none of the prosecutors face
- 8:52consequences because of a thing that maybe most people aren't
- 8:54familiar with called absolute immunity and qualified immunity.
- 8:58It's one of the things that allows them to, I believe,
- 9:01operate unconstitutionally non constant, crucially and above
- 9:04the law. They don't act like the
- 9:06supremacy clause exists. They don't talk about Title 2 41
- 9:09or Title 242 or miss prisons of a felony or anything else.
- 9:13It's what they do. I'm not saying there are some
- 9:15good judges. I'm not saying there are some
- 9:16good prosecutors. I'm saying that a lot of them
- 9:19are scumbags. All right, let's go ahead and
- 9:21set the mood. I found this.
- 9:23You know, we always want to take care of you guys.
- 9:25You know, emotionally, physically, mentally.
- 9:27Sometimes I see something about health.
- 9:28You know, George and I was looking at health.
- 9:30We're looking at sleep. We're talking about, you know,
- 9:32what you should be eating, what you shouldn't be eating because,
- 9:34you know, when you're in our business, sometimes you end up
- 9:36sitting a lot. George hasn't been sitting in
- 9:38the last couple of weeks, but you sit around, you're doing the
- 9:40research, you're on a computer, and you're just not as active as
- 9:43you would think you're being because it takes a lot of work
- 9:45to create these shows. Here's Joe Rogan talking about
- 9:47taking care of your sleep and how important it is with one of
- 9:50his guests. What is the effect of say, if
- 9:53you have three nights a week where you sleep 8 hours and then
- 9:57the next night 2 hours and then the next night 8 hours, How much
- 10:01of A bump or how much of A dip does that two hours give?
- 10:04You in your overall health. It's bad, It's bad.
- 10:08Today, both you and I have produced cancer cells in our
- 10:11body. What prevents those cancer cells
- 10:13from becoming the disease that we call cancer is, in part,
- 10:16these natural killer cells. And after one night of four
- 10:19hours of sleep, that is a remarkable state of immune
- 10:22deficiency. And that's one of the reasons
- 10:24why insufficient sleep predicts cancer.
- 10:27In the spring. When we lose an hour of sleep,
- 10:29we see a subsequent 24% increase in heart attacks.
- 10:33What in the fall, in the autumn, when we gain an hour of sleep,
- 10:37there's a 21% decrease in heart attacks.
- 10:40So it's bi directional that's. How?
- 10:42Fragile and vulnerable your body is to even just the smallest
- 10:46perturbation of sleep. One hour, 1 hour is.
- 10:49That's insane. I wonder if they're ever going
- 10:52to get rid of the time change crap.
- 10:54I mean, you know, I don't like, you know, daylight savings time.
- 10:58I've never really liked it. I don't like the darkness.
- 11:00You know, I'd rather just have my natural clock set itself.
- 11:03I don't like them screwing with my rhythm.
- 11:05Sometimes I feel like they've done it intentionally.
- 11:07I always wonder what the real intent was behind it.
- 11:10Why did they do it? You know, how does it benefit?
- 11:12I know it was supposed to make sense.
- 11:13I don't think it makes any sense.
- 11:14And I think many Americans don't like it either, you know?
- 11:18All right, So Ryan, let's dig in here a little bit.
- 11:20I just want to show, you know, I, I, I created a bio.
- 11:23I went over and looked at you. I didn't get a bio from you.
- 11:25So I looked around. I didn't like what was on
- 11:27Wikipedia. As usual, bunch of trash at the
- 11:30very top of it. But you know, you're a political
- 11:32activist. You were January 6th defendant.
- 11:34You gained a lot of national attention for your roles on what
- 11:37they call the Capitol breach. Lot of allegations, a lot of
- 11:40different things that happened. Of course that barricade is what
- 11:44they try to link that you. The cause and effect of what
- 11:47happened is somehow you were responsible for much more than
- 11:50what really went on. And that was always the
- 11:52narrative because they wanted to hit you guys with excessive
- 11:54sentences because the Fed's surrection is what we call it on
- 11:58this show. We know that the Feds had fully
- 12:01infiltrated the crowd. And if anybody knows that you
- 12:04know it first hand. I guess what I would like to
- 12:06start with is let's just go over when you heard that number 122
- 12:12events, you heard Donald Trump might have been shot.
- 12:15I don't know how much the information was passing through.
- 12:19When you guys heard that, there had to be that moment of like,
- 12:21oh God, they didn't kill him, did they?
- 12:24Did you hear it? Were you watching TV?
- 12:25It was ATV room on fire when they said they tried to assassin
- 12:28and what happened? Are you?
- 12:30You're talking about just the recent one.
- 12:32Yeah. Butler, PA.
- 12:34Believe it or not, when I was getting my hair cut on the block
- 12:40and one of the guys come running up to me and he said, Ryan, you
- 12:44ain't going to believe what happened.
- 12:45They just tried to assassinate Trump.
- 12:48And there's a misconception that the people in prison don't like
- 12:53Trump. Let me tell you something.
- 12:55They love Trump. They consider him a boss.
- 12:57They think that, you know, this is what what, what the African
- 12:59Americans would say, the black community, they would say
- 13:01Trump's the blackest president that we had because he's now a
- 13:06felon. And I guess they could relate to
- 13:08that. When when that happened, there
- 13:12was a lot of people that were sick that were, were pissed off.
- 13:15In fact, there was a fight that broke out on the block That one
- 13:19one of the kids was cheering some skinny liberal looks like
- 13:23he ate vegetables and only vegetable like he never ate a
- 13:25piece of meat in his life. You know, he has some wise
- 13:30comments and he end up getting, you know, handled because the,
- 13:35the things he was saying, people, people respect Trump and
- 13:38people actually love Trump and, and, and, you know, it was
- 13:42pretty discouraging. But you know, when he when he
- 13:45sit up and raises his first, when we got a chance to watch
- 13:48the whole block was cheering. You know, a lot of people have,
- 13:53Kim Kardashian did that first step act and Trump passed it and
- 13:56it gave people a little more hope than what they had when it
- 14:00comes to the sentencing that gives them up to 65% of good
- 14:04time if earned. So a lot of people in behind
- 14:09bars and behind the wall, we call they, they love Trump.
- 14:12So people are pretty pissed off about that.
- 14:15You know, that doesn't surprise me, but the course the media
- 14:18wants to paint that as if there's this big wide, you know,
- 14:23MAGA only style acceptance of Trump that somehow Maga's
- 14:27racist. They, they try to, you know,
- 14:28again, because the left's tool and George, you and I have
- 14:31talked about this so many times, division and chaos are their
- 14:36main tools. They have to keep us divided.
- 14:38They don't want 300 + 1,000,000 Americans unified against them
- 14:42because they know that the consequences of that wouldn't be
- 14:46good for the deep state. It isn't.
- 14:48It isn't that kind of thing. And we never call for violence
- 14:49on this show. But at the end of the day,
- 14:51you're talking about unifying a country.
- 14:54And that's why Maggot's never been racist.
- 14:57But but, but of course, the media says that.
- 14:59They say that the people in prison don't like Trump.
- 15:01But George, your thoughts? Well, you have people that
- 15:04pretend to be patriots, pretend to be MAGA, that are that act
- 15:07racist, that that cause division and chaos.
- 15:10Some of them have shows. I'm not going to say their
- 15:12names. We all know who they.
- 15:13Are. But there there are out there,
- 15:16and they do try to make us look bad.
- 15:18Because you can't, and it wouldn't be surprised if they
- 15:20were paid. You can't be for one person and
- 15:22then all of a sudden now go against them for no, no apparent
- 15:25reason. It's only because you're getting
- 15:26paid. But like, it's like you said in
- 15:28the beginning, like the J Sixers, Thank God you guys are
- 15:31all finally out. We've been everybody's been
- 15:33fighting for you guys. And you said something, Ryan,
- 15:36that, you know, usually presidents pardon people at the
- 15:40end. Well, if Trump didn't pardon you
- 15:43guys in the beginning, it wouldn't have been good for him
- 15:46because that was one of his things.
- 15:48He's going to pardon you guys from the get go because it would
- 15:50make no sense to pardon you guys at the end because you you're
- 15:52doing enough waste of time with your lives over nothing.
- 15:56Yeah, and the J6 committee committed so many crimes against
- 16:00American citizens that I believe they committed treason and
- 16:03sedition. And it's clear that even Joe
- 16:06Biden recognize what they did with these blanket pre emptive
- 16:10pardons that he gave so many people that had committed crimes
- 16:13against American citizens. Doesn't matter what's Doctor
- 16:15Fauci or Liz Cheney or General Miley, there are people that
- 16:19should have faced the consequences for the actions.
- 16:21Maybe the states will still do something about it.
- 16:23But I I want to start with Ryan, just because I want to set the
- 16:26tone here with the audience. And then we're going to get into
- 16:28your case itself. We'll talk about the BOPI want
- 16:32to talk about that that when the guards assaulted you and what
- 16:37we'll I want to lead up to the let's start with January 6th
- 16:40itself. I know you had a lot of, you
- 16:43know, some interaction with Ray Epps on this show.
- 16:47We have always talked about Ray Epps as because we know that he
- 16:50got such a sweetheart deal on that misdemeanor that he got
- 16:55that. We know that that was because he
- 16:58was he was he was working with them.
- 17:00They had to do something because everybody had gone up in arms
- 17:03and said, well, how can you do this to Ryan Sam so on.
- 17:05How can you do this to the other J Sixers?
- 17:07But now Ray Epps, who was clearly vocal, calling for
- 17:11violence, calling for actions, inciting the mob, he was doing
- 17:14all that, then all of a sudden nothing happens to him.
- 17:16So they had to kind of throw out a sacrificial lamb case.
- 17:19It was a phony case. Tell me about to the audience
- 17:23because I think this is the first time you're probably able
- 17:25to talk about this completely honestly.
- 17:27Let's talk about Ray Epps. Tell me your take on it, the
- 17:30interaction that day and what you think his plan was as you
- 17:33because you got a chance to observe him up close.
- 17:36Yeah, sure. So let me give you a little
- 17:37background that through my discovery that I still not
- 17:40allowed to have that the government refused to whenever I
- 17:43got a chance to see discovery, which is like it for people that
- 17:46don't know it's, it's your whole case and everything surrounding
- 17:49it. It's usually put on a disk.
- 17:53So I would only be able to go through that with with my
- 17:56attorney. I wasn't able to go through it
- 17:57by myself because they said there was sensitive material in
- 18:00there. So the sensitive material is Ray
- 18:04UPS actually took a plane down to from Arizona to Washington,
- 18:10DC 3 three days or four days prior to January 6.
- 18:16He was in restricted areas. Remember it was COVID back then
- 18:19and he and his interview with the FBI that I got a chance to
- 18:23listen to. He was in restricted government
- 18:26buildings. I I don't know if he was there
- 18:29meeting somebody, but he, he was definitely there the night
- 18:35before he was out there telling keep on on January 5th, you
- 18:40know, we got to go into the building.
- 18:41We got to do this. So during his interview with the
- 18:45FBI, that was after January 6th, I heard everything when the FBI,
- 18:49the FBI was first sweet to him when they, when they were when
- 18:53they were talking to him, they said, you know, tell us and they
- 18:56were to lead them the whole time.
- 18:57They're like, you were just kidding that time, right?
- 18:59You know, you're joking. His lawyer, no coincidence, was
- 19:03a former FBI agent and worked out of the Arizona field office.
- 19:09And Ray OPS was just pretty much saying, yeah, yeah, I was
- 19:12joking. And right after that, he was
- 19:16taken off the watch list. Now when I got arrested on
- 19:20January 29th, the FBI had an armored video go out front of my
- 19:24house and about 20 agents, local and federal kicked in my door,
- 19:29ripped the sheetrock off my walls, tore my bed apart and
- 19:33caused about $15,000 and and and damage had the homeowners
- 19:37insurance wanting to cover when I was when I was getting
- 19:43dressed, it gave me a chance to get dressed.
- 19:45When I was getting dressed, the one guy who was part of the
- 19:48terrorist task force came down and said, hey, we're taking you
- 19:52to a station. When we take you to a station,
- 19:54there's going to be a gentleman when I, when I ask you what he
- 19:59says in your ear, we're, we're going to call him the voice of
- 20:01reason. Now, Grant, I didn't know what
- 20:03the hell was he talking about because I'm like, what?
- 20:06Whisper in my ear? I, I don't remember what he's
- 20:09talking about. I, I had no idea because
- 20:10there's, I had so many interactions that day.
- 20:12I didn't know what he was talking about until I seen the
- 20:14picture. So I'm in the beginning.
- 20:19I thought the FBI was. Well, Biden, I, I, I didn't
- 20:24think too much of them, you know, I, I, I, I felt they were
- 20:26the cops who made sure that the cops did their job, you know,
- 20:30and when I'm driving there, the guys that, that, that he says
- 20:36here, I know you chew mint tobacco.
- 20:38And I'm like, man, how the hell does he know that?
- 20:41And he gives me a can of chill and he says, remember the voice
- 20:44of reason. And so when we get to the police
- 20:47station, they sit me down and they miss they, they, they
- 20:51misquoted everything I said and, and pass it on to the New York
- 20:54Times. But that was later during the
- 20:57interview when he shows me things, he says, what did this
- 20:59guy say to you right here? And I, at that point in time, I
- 21:04look and I stop and I didn't, really didn't want to say
- 21:07nothing, but I, I felt pressured.
- 21:09And I said he just told me to calm down.
- 21:10And then he said it again. He said, that's the voice of
- 21:12reason, right? And I see how you could say
- 21:16that. So they started getting further
- 21:18into the conversation of questioning and that's when I
- 21:23stopped and I said, hey, look, I don't want to go any farther
- 21:25without a lawyer. I don't want to incriminate
- 21:26myself. And he said, look, Ryan, we're
- 21:28not looking to indict you. Don't worry about it.
- 21:31You can get your way out of this.
- 21:33When he said that, look, I come from a Polish and Italian
- 21:35family. And when he said that I, you
- 21:37know, being being a rat in an Italian family, it's just not a
- 21:41good thing. And I said, wait a minute.
- 21:42Not that I even had anything that I thought the rat on.
- 21:45So I don't want a 5K1 plea deal, which is a cooperation plea deal
- 21:49because in my neighborhood it's just you're not going to get any
- 21:53respect from anybody. So I said I prefer to talk to a
- 21:57lawyer. I get, I get transferred to FTC
- 22:01Philadelphia, they give me a motorcade and they drive me the
- 22:07next day straight to DC through red lights each.
- 22:13The state police would what when we would travel through the
- 22:15state would would, you know, lead to convoy of the kind of we
- 22:21get to the DCJI get put on a block with the rest of the guys,
- 22:24you know, and about a week and I would say about a week or maybe
- 22:2810 days in, they come down without even a COVID test and
- 22:32say, oh, you tested positive for COVID.
- 22:35We got to take you to a block. When I, when I go to this block
- 22:37that nobody was on, I mean, it was an empty old block.
- 22:42And I, I said, man, this, this doesn't feel right.
- 22:44Something's wrong. Here comes an officer.
- 22:47An officer says, Hey, do me a favor, write down the whole
- 22:50situation that happened that day.
- 22:53And I, I thought that was odd because that's, that that's
- 22:55never happened before. And I said, I don't know this
- 22:58guy. I'm not writing nothing down.
- 23:00Two days later, I get put back onto the block with the Janus
- 23:04Sixers. That day, an officer walks on a
- 23:08block that says, and he makes a big announcement in front of
- 23:11everybody. Everybody can testify this I'm
- 23:14here to raise the bar. I have orders from above to
- 23:17raise the bar. You guys don't want to
- 23:19cooperate. This is what's going to happen.
- 23:22He took Jake Lang, went to Jake Lang.
- 23:25So I put Jake Lang in, saw one, which was off the camera.
- 23:28I believe Jake was sprayed with Mace.
- 23:31I, I, I don't really know because I couldn't see.
- 23:33Then they came to my cell, they handcuffed me, brought me all
- 23:37the way back to the the end cell, then took the handcuffs
- 23:40off me and put me left me later. I, I, I when the camera's
- 23:47spinning, I, I've seen the cops walking along the door because I
- 23:52was looking out the window and a cop came up to my cell and he
- 23:55says, Ryan, put your hands behind your back.
- 23:57He zip tied me turn me around. When I turn around, I, I seen a
- 24:02white flash boom. That's, oh, I remember, I woke
- 24:07up, I would say about four hours later and I remember I, I, I
- 24:11yorned myself, I, I peed myself and I was sore all over.
- 24:17So I shuffled my hands to the front and I saw the zip ties off
- 24:21me using the, the chair. They have a metal chair like a
- 24:25stool. And then I, I kind of saw the
- 24:27zip ties off me the next day, Dominic Pizzulo, one of the
- 24:34Proud Boys to come up and say, holy shit, dude, your face is a
- 24:37mess now. There was no mirror in the cell,
- 24:39so I, I couldn't tell, but I could feel my face was messed
- 24:41up. I couldn't close my jaw.
- 24:43And when I was pitying, it was blood coming out.
- 24:47So Dominic says, right, you need medical attention.
- 24:51I didn't want to make a big stink about it.
- 24:53So I I tried to hide myself. Well when they do body count on
- 24:56Monday, this assault happened on a Friday.
- 24:58On Monday when the Sergeant came around you see my face called
- 25:03Nawan and I was immediately placed in ICU and come to find
- 25:07out I had acute kidney damage, broken nose, dislocate jaw,
- 25:11broken orbital and zygomatic bone along with bruising on my
- 25:18back with boot marks. I get out of the hospital they
- 25:22take me to Virginia. Now they, they put my case under
- 25:25seal and I'm still not indicted. Now, now we're over the 30 day
- 25:29mark, which the the government only has 30 days to indict you.
- 25:33Hey, let me stop you just for a minute, Ryan.
- 25:36How many guards do you think beat you?
- 25:39Do you have any concept? Do you have any names so we can
- 25:41drop their Dave's on here and put them on, Put some sunlight
- 25:44on them? I don't because they're wearing
- 25:45Gator masks and they have, they have Gator mask goggles, you
- 25:50know, and I, I, I don't know. Has your attorney demanded the
- 25:55surveillance video from the security cameras?
- 25:57As far as I know he she did not and I and I fired her
- 26:02immediately after and I end up going through 7 attorneys
- 26:05through that whole ordeal at that point has.
- 26:08Anybody demanded that a special master be appointed or anybody
- 26:12else to investigate your claims and to demand that that video be
- 26:16provided? No, I, I do know that when the
- 26:21video surveillance, so I, I, I remember this, I remember
- 26:25hearing on the cops radio them saying go and like they were
- 26:30communicating because like you can hear the, the chatter
- 26:33because they had the radios up. I believe that somebody in
- 26:36control was telling them because we, we calculated that the
- 26:39camera rotated one full rotation per minute.
- 26:44It's a pretty slow moving camera.
- 26:45What I think they're doing is, is running behind the camera and
- 26:50and that's a technique that they got, you know, that these people
- 26:52know the insurance and outs of the things so that they they say
- 26:54that I was in the cell by myself, but everybody on the
- 26:57block seeing the guards running onto the block, I mean of.
- 27:01Course. And of course, the boot marks.
- 27:03You guys probably weren't wearing boots.
- 27:04I'm not sure of the issue. Now let me make this clear to
- 27:06the audience. Lance, hold on.
- 27:08This isn't in ADC County Jail. Yes.
- 27:12Yeah. Now let me add this for the
- 27:14audience. Let me let me just make a point
- 27:16here. Remember, he hasn't even been
- 27:18indicted yet. He was arrested for a warrant
- 27:22and hasn't gotten a full indictment.
- 27:24So you're talking about an individual that's innocent at
- 27:26this point based on our laws, innocent until proven guilty as
- 27:30how the laws work in our system. So here's a guy that isn't even
- 27:33convicted yet and now raise the bar.
- 27:36Now think about what that means when a guard comes into a unit,
- 27:40A commander, a Lieutenant or anybody else and says, we've
- 27:43been told to raise the bar on you guys.
- 27:46That is threat, bribery and coercion.
- 27:51It's misuse and malfeasance of a government official.
- 27:53And there's so many other crimes you have no idea.
- 27:56So here's a guy that basically at this point is innocent
- 27:58because he's hasn't even charged yet and he's getting beaten by
- 28:02federal BOP guards. How many guards you think you
- 28:06guys this this is the kind of stuff you hear about supposedly
- 28:08only happens to Russia? Go ahead, George.
- 28:09I didn't mean to step on. You guards, you think it was
- 28:11that beat you up? I'm going to guess and say about
- 28:153 or 4. Doug Jensen said that he's seen
- 28:174 guards and so did 1. Jessica Watkins.
- 28:22They said they seen 4 guards. I I was knocked out unconscious
- 28:26so I I don't want to give a misleading fact because in case.
- 28:31They zip tied you while they beat you up.
- 28:34Yeah, I was hip tied behind my back.
- 28:35And were you the only one that got beaten that night, or were
- 28:38there others? That night I was the only one,
- 28:40but there were other Jan Sixers that got assaulted.
- 28:45I. Got to tell you if if they were
- 28:47to pull shit like that with me when I was able to get the phone
- 28:50I would have called some people and I don't care.
- 28:53Hit go guard by guard, find them and beat them.
- 28:56Give them a fucking beaten in the streets.
- 28:58Well, it it, you know, the problem is the thing that they
- 29:01and I agree with you, George, I agree with what you're saying.
- 29:03But, but, but here's what's awful about it.
- 29:05The awful part about it is that the people on the outside hear
- 29:10all this garbage from the scumbag mainstream media, right?
- 29:13They have to paint a narrative that that Ryan Samsel's a bad
- 29:16guy and he deserved it. And they're going to even claim
- 29:19that, oh, he, well, he smarted it off to the guards or he tried
- 29:22to assault a guard or they'll, they'll come up with all this
- 29:24bullshit because that's the problem.
- 29:26There is no accountability and consequences.
- 29:28These people inside the BLP are straight up criminals.
- 29:32Many of them are total gangsters.
- 29:34They will violate prisoners rights at a whim.
- 29:38And it doesn't matter whether it's sleep deprivation, it
- 29:41doesn't matter if it's intentionally feeding people
- 29:43inferior food and nutrition. I mean, let's face it, if you
- 29:46talk to some guys that were housed in the federal system, 20
- 29:50years later, you can see that their mental capacity has been
- 29:53reduced because the nutrition provided in the facilities.
- 29:56They'll tell you, oh, it's calorically sufficient.
- 29:59Remember the, the, the punishment isn't being beaten
- 30:03up. It isn't violating people's
- 30:05rights while they're in jail. The punishment is being
- 30:07sentenced to being away from from your family, your lifes
- 30:10impacted. You now have a, you know, felony
- 30:13of a felony. Is it in your history?
- 30:15Which makes it difficult to get a job.
- 30:17You know, it's so at the end of the day, this kind of stuff.
- 30:20Absolutely. And every one of these guards
- 30:22should face the most severe consequences.
- 30:24And yeah, of course, me. I think part of their
- 30:26consequences should be getting an equal beat down.
- 30:28You know, I think it's an eye for an eye.
- 30:30I'm, I'm a biblical guy. I believe an eye for an eye is
- 30:33necessary in these situations. But go ahead, George.
- 30:35I have AI have a question for you, Ryan.
- 30:37How many? Yeah, on the day you got
- 30:38arrested for this, how many days was it until you got indicted?
- 30:4413 months later. 13 months later.
- 30:46So Lance, correct me if I'm wrong, so can he now like try to
- 30:52find a lawyer and actually go after these bastards and sue
- 30:54him? 100% here.
- 30:56Here's the deal. You might have a because you
- 30:58might have a chance because you have a different Justice
- 31:00Department coming. In well, but but here's the
- 31:01problem you've got and I agree with you George and that's what
- 31:04should happen but the but the complication comes that you've
- 31:07got to get this evidence right because they're going to claim
- 31:09that Ryan provoked them and he did this and blah blah blah
- 31:13they're going to lie and he just crazy they.
- 31:14Still have to indict you. The speedy trial rights in this
- 31:18particular situation were extremely violated.
- 31:21You have a right to a speedy trial.
- 31:23Getting arrested is supposed to be accompanied by the indictment
- 31:26in the federal system. So what happens is they would
- 31:29have done a sealed grand jury on Ryan.
- 31:30The process would be they've got Ryan in photos.
- 31:33We'll make something up. Ryan, you know, broke one of the
- 31:36podiums in the Capitol rotund. They said he broke federal
- 31:39property and a federal property he was trespassing.
- 31:42Let's not even go to and do it in a real case.
- 31:43We'll just make something up. What happens is they go to the
- 31:45grand jury and they present the evidence in a SEAL grand jury.
- 31:49Because at the end of the day, in my opinion, one of the
- 31:51biggest flaws in our criminal justice system is that the grand
- 31:54jury testimony doesn't come in your discovery.
- 31:57You never get it. So you don't know what kind of
- 31:59bullshit or lies they told the grand jury.
- 32:01You don't know if they lied about the presentation of the
- 32:04confidential informants or the witnesses or the video was
- 32:07altered. You have no idea.
- 32:09And they don't give it to you. And they claim that they can't
- 32:11give it to you because you know there's confidential informants
- 32:14in it. They make up all this crap.
- 32:15I think everybody should get their grand jury testimony.
- 32:17Let me ask you, Ryan, you never got your grand jury testimony
- 32:20correct. No.
- 32:21Okay, and that's the same answer that I would bet if we asked 100
- 32:25federal inmates in federal prison, I'd love to go into some
- 32:28of the Super Maxes and talk to these guys to hear the real
- 32:31stories of what happened with their cases.
- 32:33But here's the point, what what they do is they don't give you
- 32:36that. Now what should have happened,
- 32:37The indictment's already been issued.
- 32:39It's a sealed indictment. Then they unwrap the indictment
- 32:42the morning of when they go to arrest Ryan.
- 32:44Of course, in his case, they probably wanted to have press
- 32:47there and they wanted to hype it up.
- 32:48And then they're going after, I think about what they did with
- 32:50him, the the fact that they had him in this convoy with state
- 32:54troopers and everything else. They wanted it to seem high
- 32:57profile, right? Because they got the Suburbans,
- 32:59they got everybody following each other.
- 33:01They're making it seem like they're moving bin Laden around
- 33:03the state. That's part of the picture
- 33:05because if if he forces them into a jury trial, they want to
- 33:08make sure they've already compromised the jury trial.
- 33:11And when it comes to Ryan's discovery, what they call
- 33:14discovery in the federal prison system, when you get your
- 33:16discovery, they always call it. They don't call it, but this is
- 33:19what smart people call it. Well curated, a well curated
- 33:24discoveries discovery that's been gone through and all the
- 33:28beneficial material, the stuff that helps Ryan form a defence,
- 33:32the Giglio and Brady material, the exculpatory evidence going
- 33:35to help him fight his case. All that stuff's cleaned out of
- 33:38there. So anybody that says the DOJ
- 33:40fights fair, no, they're a bunch of dirty low lifes.
- 33:43OK. And that's my opinion.
- 33:44And I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll go right to the the wire with it
- 33:47with any inmate I talk to, I can dialogue with him.
- 33:49And I bet you I can go look at his case and say, well, this
- 33:51isn't right, this isn't right, this isn't right.
- 33:53They should have done this because I think there's no
- 33:55reason they shouldn't give people the that material.
- 33:57But Ryan, let's go back to you. So you get beat up.
- 34:00Now, how long were you in medical healing from these
- 34:02injuries? And in that time, did they try
- 34:04to get you to sign a release or make a statement that they could
- 34:08use against you? You're saying, well, you know,
- 34:10you had this coming, Ryan. Did they say anything to you
- 34:12like that when you were in medical?
- 34:13Yeah, so I I want the medical and the guards with inside I
- 34:20guess knew who the guards were because they those guards who
- 34:24did that were not allowed around me.
- 34:27So what they did then was they they were put me in different
- 34:30prisons and I was getting moved every 30 days when I would show
- 34:33up to the the jail. I was going right to the medical
- 34:36healing and, and what when I finally got to Warsaw, now my
- 34:44lawyer did file at Warsaw, VA and won the guard.
- 34:48I was handcuffed and he came in there and he put his hand on me
- 34:52around my neck and he he, he, he just went crazy.
- 34:57A far left, he ended up getting fired for this.
- 35:00He quit or he fought. He got fired.
- 35:04I want to say his last name was Taylor at Warsaw, VA.
- 35:07When he punched me, they immediately fired him and they
- 35:12took me to the hospital. And that's when the government
- 35:15said, hey, look, we don't want to indict him at this point.
- 35:20Let's work a deal out. Let's get him to cooperate.
- 35:23And at that point, like, even if a person, I, I never had no
- 35:29intentions to cooperate. But that's, I tell you right
- 35:32now, that's not how you get somebody to cooperate because it
- 35:35builds so much anger and frustration that you, you want
- 35:39to take these people out, You know, legally, you, you, you
- 35:42want to show the public the truth.
- 35:44Because I'm not the only one that goes through this.
- 35:46This is the gross treatment inside these places.
- 35:52You know, it's disgusting. You're right.
- 35:55The punishment wasn't the assaults.
- 35:57I went through two assaults. That's not the punishment.
- 35:59The punishment is the PTSD that, you know, I, I, I have dreams
- 36:05that I'm that I got to return back to jail.
- 36:07I only been out a week. I understand, but even in jail,
- 36:11I have dreams of of the guard. Whenever I would hear a guard's
- 36:14keys after that, I, I would immediately get this feeling
- 36:19inside my stomach like, like, like I was on a roller coaster.
- 36:22And it was a feeling of anticipation that people don't
- 36:27pay attention to those small things.
- 36:28You constantly think that you're going to get in trouble for
- 36:31something and it, and it's a horrible way to live, you know,
- 36:36and all this was for me not to go out and, and speak on Ray
- 36:40Epps. And you know what?
- 36:42That's, that's, that's what I want to do.
- 36:44That's my goal. I, I, I want the Gen. 6
- 36:47committee to ask me and I want to take a polygraph test,
- 36:51although I know they're not an accurate.
- 36:52I, I would be willing to take as many polygraph tests as they
- 36:56want through as many different people.
- 36:59They would all be conclusive. Did, did the same.
- 37:01And I want him to take one and let's see who's telling the
- 37:04truth. I want the FBI agents to take
- 37:06one if the if. What is Ray?
- 37:08Hold on. And then you go ahead, Joanne.
- 37:10Hold on. Before we talk about Ray Epps,
- 37:11we're going to take a break and when we come back, we're going
- 37:14to we're going to start talking about Ray Epps.
- 37:16You're going to reveal to us what that POS said, but we'll be
- 37:19back in a few minutes. Don't go nowhere.
- 37:22Stay for us. If we lose freedom here, there
- 37:27is no place to escape to. This is the last stand on earth.

- 39:28They would run up to the bamboo fence and they would be shooting
- 39:32between the bamboo at the buildings, you know, just
- 39:34shooting inside. The Wanted man is Joseph Kony,
- 39:38charged with abducting huge numbers of children, forcing
- 39:42them to kill and mutilate innocent victims.
- 39:45Somebody had to pay the price, Sam.
- 39:47Did that Sam children's never stopped because.
- 39:51The bad things never stop. There is only one Sam Childer.
- 39:54There is no one else like him in the world.
- 39:57And I said to him, I said, would you go now to get Kony in the
- 40:01Congo? He says.
- 40:02Without a doubt in a second. Now it's the DRC.
- 40:05Tell us what's happening to children in the DRC.
- 40:07You have ISIS there, you have Islamic State and you have ADF.
- 40:11Hey, Sandy. Joseph Kony's still alive.
- 40:13He's in the Congo. And now God has me in the Congo,
- 40:17you know, So hopefully we'll meet up one day.
- 40:21But maybe I can lead him to the Lord or send him there.

- 40:59uncertainty. And Trump, Trump's people just
- 41:01said the other day, it's going to take time to fix what Biden
- 41:05did as a disaster. So you could still take time and
- 41:11support for yourselves and have some financial freedom.
- 41:16You know the feds, they just printed trillions of dollars in
- 41:18a few short years. Taxes have been going up.
- 41:21Hopefully Trump's going to fix that.
- 41:23U.S. dollars the less value. What we need to return to

- 42:27Take a screenshot, save to your files, QR code, take you right
- 42:30to the gold site. All right, Samson, Samson,
- 42:35sorry, it's a ride. Let's get let's let's talk to
- 42:39nitty gritty because I know Pocahontas would love to hear
- 42:41this about Epps. I know everybody would love to
- 42:43hear this about Epps because he because it's crazy how he just
- 42:47gets to walk away on a with a not even a slap on a wrist.
- 42:51What do you get like six months probation or something?
- 42:52I don't even know but. Yeah, you got a misdemeanor.
- 42:55The dude was up front telling people, you know what, I'm going
- 42:58to let you tell us. So, you know, we're at the
- 43:03Ellipse. We can't hear what Trump's
- 43:04saying. A big group breaks off and as
- 43:10we're walking down, because Trump said we're going to meet,
- 43:12I'm going to meet you at the Capitol.
- 43:14And we go down there, there's two, there's two barriers and
- 43:20we're being funneled into it. What looks like a cul-de-sac.
- 43:22They call it the peace monument. On the way there, I see this guy
- 43:26on the corner saying the capital's this way.
- 43:29He I don't believe that he ever even attended that the actual
- 43:33rally. So I didn't know DC.
- 43:36So I'm like, all right, well, I guess I'll go down the street
- 43:39and I'll go to the capital. So I'm going down there.
- 43:42When we get down there, I noticed the bike racks.
- 43:45There was somebody there cutting off the zip ties.
- 43:49So another kid comes up to me and he was like everybody at the
- 43:53front We got, you know, we got to go up to the front.
- 43:55So I opened up the, you know, I didn't have to, I just pushed
- 43:58open the the bike rack. I walked up to the police
- 44:01officer and I said, you know, bro, I said, look, we have a
- 44:04right to be here, man, and I said the president told us that
- 44:06he's going to go and talk right on that stage over there.
- 44:10And he says back to F up. The president ain't coming
- 44:13nowheres and I said what? So out of frustration, I pulled
- 44:18the gate towards me. So when I did that, the
- 44:21accomplished his hands up like this and he says, I'll knock you
- 44:24to F out. And that's that's in the video.
- 44:26If anybody wants to watch it, you could watch it and and you
- 44:29know, people don't pay attention.
- 44:31That's what he said. At that moment, I kind of turn
- 44:33around, look behind me because I hear it.
- 44:35Somebody with a rowdy voice saying, I'm a Marine, I was in
- 44:39the Marines, don't worry, I'll handle this.
- 44:41And he, I just was like, who the hell is saying that?
- 44:45So when he came up to me, he whispers in my ear and says,
- 44:48hey, dude, I got people with me. Don't pull.
- 44:51Wait until I say and we push. And it wasn't that he was
- 44:56whispering, it was that he was loud or that it was so loud down
- 44:59there that he you know that he he was yelling at.
- 45:01So my Co defendant, James Grant actually heard the same thing
- 45:04that that later came out and he just posted on X.
- 45:08So he rate UPS one of the one and as he said one and he got
- 45:13the two on the left. Everybody pushed past the the
- 45:16bike racks. I, I noticed an officer to my
- 45:20right, I had fallen. I ran by, I picked her up.
- 45:23I didn't want to, I didn't want to see her get, you know, I
- 45:25walked on by an exceeding crowd because everybody's pushing
- 45:28everybody's backs. So I see she dropped her beanie.
- 45:32I picked the beanie up. I handed to her up at further at
- 45:35the stage when I'm at this stage, Ray UPS came up to me.
- 45:39He patted me on the back and he said, look, man, I want to tell
- 45:42you that that was a good job. You're a good patriot.
- 45:44And he asked to exchange phone numbers.
- 45:47I never gave him my phone number and I I just told him my name.
- 45:50I say, hey, man, you could just follow me on Instagram or
- 45:52something like that. And that was that.
- 45:56I noticed in all the pictures that I have, he was around me
- 46:01and he approached me a couple times that day and he's always
- 46:04in it within 10 to 15 feet. And I seen him there encouraging
- 46:10people. Now you remember the kid, Josh
- 46:13Black that got shot in the face while I was patching Josh Black
- 46:18up. I was pouring powder on him.
- 46:19I'm patching him up when the cop came over and grabbed Josh
- 46:24around the neck. I put my arm around the cop and
- 46:26I told the cop, I see, oh man, get the F off him.
- 46:28And I heard Ray Epps in the background scream, He's one of
- 46:33ours, not one of yours. And then I don't know when the,
- 46:37the, the tone changed because I, I, I left not too long after
- 46:41that. But I see all these videos of
- 46:43him saying, you know, calm down. Where's the videos of him
- 46:49telling everybody, push forward. We got to push forward.
- 46:52We got to go into the capital because he sticks out like a
- 46:56sore thumb. The guy's like 66 and he had,
- 46:59and I'll never forget his voice to this day, I'll never forget
- 47:02it. He has, he has like a Southern
- 47:03drawl and I remember him screaming it.
- 47:07We got to go into the capital. This is our country.
- 47:09We got to go in there. It was odd.
- 47:13And Troy Nells made a pretty good point when he questioned,
- 47:19when he questioned the head of the FBI, Christopher Wray.
- 47:24Rachel Janko was down there with me that day and she ended up
- 47:29getting charged and the FBI wanted her to say that Ray EPS
- 47:35whispered for me to calm down. Well when she refused to do that
- 47:40they they end up charging her. So Troy Nell's question
- 47:44Christopher, why was Rachel Janko charged but right up's
- 47:48not? The very next day, Rachel Janko
- 47:51was hit with additional charges after Christopher Ray was
- 47:55berated on that now let. Me hold you for a minute there.
- 47:57So just for the audience, so they understand this is standard
- 48:01operating procedure in every criminal case.
- 48:03When you don't cooperate, when you don't comply and and you
- 48:07won't even go along with their lies, because I'm going to ask
- 48:10you this in a minute, Ryan, what they do is called a superseding
- 48:13indictment. And they use that as leverage.
- 48:16So they go to Ryan and say, Ryan, if you cooperate, we're
- 48:20going to help you out. We're going to give you a
- 48:21sweetheart deal. But you have to admit that Ray
- 48:23Epps told you to calm down and you're going to have to do it on
- 48:26the stand and you're going to have to do it or you're going to
- 48:28have to do it in this deposition we're going to have with you
- 48:30tomorrow. If you don't do that, we're
- 48:32going to supersede and diet you and you're going to get 50 or
- 48:34100 years. Now, this is threat and coercion
- 48:37and bribery by the government official.
- 48:39They are not supposed to do that, but it happens in every
- 48:42single case. The superseding indictment is
- 48:45one of the biggest hammers the Department of Justice has on
- 48:48people. You're already incarcerated.
- 48:49You're already getting threatened.
- 48:50In the case to Ryan, he's getting beat up.
- 48:52They've deprived of him his rights.
- 48:54He doesn't have a speedy trial. He was held for 13 months, which
- 48:57is a violation of his speedy trial rights.
- 48:59He got arrested with no indictment.
- 49:00All there was was a warrant, I guess, for his arrest.
- 49:02But that's not enough. You're supposed to have an
- 49:04indictment, an indictment that's executed by a judge.
- 49:07So in fact, even that arrest was flawed.
- 49:09He's got so many errors in his case.
- 49:11Now, Ryan, I'm going to ask you this.
- 49:12Did Ray Epps ever once say to you, calm down?
- 49:16Never, never. You heard that?
- 49:19Repeat that for the audience. Did Ray Epps ever tell you or
- 49:22anybody around you to calm down? Absolutely not.
- 49:26Did he ever do anything other than incite the entire crowd to
- 49:29try to get them intentionally to behave in a manner that would
- 49:32have been considered threatening towards police officers, like
- 49:36pushing away the barriers? Did he do anything besides that?
- 49:40Yeah, he was. He was like, besides that, Yeah,
- 49:43he was down there, yeah, motivating people.
- 49:46So no, actually, no, he didn't do anything besides.
- 49:49All he did was incite the crowd. You know he's going to capital
- 49:52or it's, it's, it's Fed EPS. It's not Ray Epps.
- 49:55Go ahead, George. I'm sorry.
- 49:56Did he go into capital Ray EPS? Here's here's no, he did not go
- 50:01into capital, but I I will tell you this, the FBI withheld this
- 50:05because I got a chance to review a lot of his stuff.
- 50:09He immediately call or text his nephew and said, hey, I
- 50:13orchestrated to 1st breach that that later came out.
- 50:17He he admitted to orchestrating it and then he didn't even leave
- 50:21until next. And then he lied to, to Congress
- 50:24underoath and said that he gave somebody aid and ran away at a
- 50:30certain time and then they they later showed it.
- 50:33None of that was true. He didn't do anything.
- 50:35He was lying to Congress. And and and again for the
- 50:38audience, how does this guy, how does Ray Epps get a misdemeanor?
- 50:42You know that they were talking about if Ryan had gotten a
- 50:44sentence. You were looking at how much
- 50:45time Ryan 2025 years. In between 20 to 25 years.
- 50:49Yeah, but Ray Epps, who did way more than Ryan, who clearly was
- 50:54an operative within the crowd. At this point, there's many
- 50:57questions. Buddy would did he gets a
- 50:59sweetheart deal for a misdemeanor.
- 51:01Wait. Well, meanwhile, look at a
- 51:03grandma in 25 years. Well look at a grandma that
- 51:05parade and got sent to prison. Yeah, well, well, look at.
- 51:09Look at Ray UPS. He runs when the cop fell to the
- 51:11ground he had no intent to to help her.
- 51:14Why I stopped to pull her to safety.
- 51:16Why he ran raped past her. She was throwing the ground and
- 51:19he runs raped past her. Is that a video?
- 51:22You pulling her to safety. Yeah, yeah, it's on video.
- 51:24Yeah. And then when the cops came.
- 51:26Can I ask you a question though, in your discovery, was that
- 51:28video in your discovery of you helping that police officer?
- 51:31No, they cut that part. They cut that out.
- 51:34OK, wait a minute. That's what I'm talking about.
- 51:37That's well curated discovery because they don't want to show
- 51:43Ryan in a positive light. They don't want to show him
- 51:45helping a police officer as on the ground or handing a hat or
- 51:49maybe helping one of those other guys or stopping somebody from
- 51:51doing. That's not the Ryan Sam still
- 51:53they have to portray. They have to portray this ultra
- 51:56violent extremist, right? That's the attempt.
- 51:59You have to realize that that's right there.
- 52:01That material they cut out of there, that's considered giggly
- 52:04on Brady material. That's just culpatory evidence.
- 52:07That's the evidence you would use.
- 52:08It's not the inculpatory, it's the evidence that proves you to
- 52:10be innocent. You can't form a defense and the
- 52:13Constitution says that for you to form a defense, a fair
- 52:16defense, you're the people provided all the evidence in
- 52:19your case so that you can defend the indictment, You can defend
- 52:22what the grand jury has determined on you.
- 52:24You can defend yourself immediately.
- 52:27Not only they beating up somebody that hasn't even been
- 52:30indicted yet, not only they violating his rights, including
- 52:33his speedy trial rights. Now they're curating the
- 52:35evidence and now they're also threatening him, saying, well,
- 52:38if you cooperate, we won't do this.
- 52:39And they're threatening the people around him in the same
- 52:42manner. Now, this is not exclusive to J
- 52:44Sixers. This is your Department of
- 52:47Injustice in full operation. This is your Bureau of Prisons
- 52:50coordinating with them. Now, I'm going to tell you that
- 52:53I don't believe it's the US Marshals in most cases that are
- 52:55guilty of this. It's the prison guards, it's the
- 52:58DOJ, it's the FBI. They'll bring you into hearings,
- 53:01they'll bring you into meetings. You get threats.
- 53:03They talk about indicting your family.
- 53:04They talk about seizing more of your assets for people that have
- 53:07houses and otherwise. They want to make sure that they
- 53:10drain in their law fair against you, that they drain all your
- 53:13resources and your money. Ryan, go from there.
- 53:16Yeah, so you're right. I was actually indicted 8 times.
- 53:20Every single interview and offer that I got, I will get it
- 53:24immediately indicted right after.
- 53:28Another superseding indictment. Yep, I got indicted so each.
- 53:31Time you didn't accept the deal that they were forcing you and
- 53:33you got another indictment. So see, that's how the system
- 53:36works. You guys, You're hearing it from
- 53:37the horse's mouth here. Ryan, in my opinion, has a
- 53:41massive civil tort claim against the United States government.
- 53:44And let me say this to you, This is what Pam Bondi and Cash Patel
- 53:49need to get on top of because these guards, these prosecutors
- 53:53in the DOJ, the judges, they all need to face criminal charges.
- 53:58They're all responsible for what happened to Ryan Samsel.
- 54:00All of them are guilty of it and they should all face criminal
- 54:03charges. So to give you a heads up, So
- 54:06what what the prosecutor was doing?
- 54:09So they were leaking and misleading information to the
- 54:14New York Times. So what would happen is the
- 54:17prosecutor in my case, Karen Rocklin would call the New York
- 54:21Times, they would smear my name and, and, and, and, and lie
- 54:25because they said Ronnie Sampson has a warrant for a rape charge
- 54:29out of New Jersey. And then it turned from a
- 54:32warrant to an allegation to now it, it doesn't show.
- 54:38First of all, if I've never been charged with rape, nor do I have
- 54:41warrants to New Jersey, if I had warrants in New Jersey, I was
- 54:45released out in New York, they would have come immediately and
- 54:47pick me up because Trump doesn't have the pardon power over the
- 54:50states. It's a lie.
- 54:53And, and what they, they, what they'll do is they'll try to
- 54:55smear names so much so now they'll try to weaponize the
- 54:58inmates because when you're in prison, you know, somebody
- 55:01Googles your name and says you're, you're, you're a sex
- 55:04offender or something like that. Or you're, they even put that I
- 55:07was cooperating. They said that a cooperating
- 55:10witness with the FBI has rape charges.
- 55:14Now they, they, they take that down.
- 55:16Wikipedia changes its thing and they, they reword everything.
- 55:20It, it people have to understand that the, the system, the core
- 55:25of public opinion is by far more important than the court of law.
- 55:30Because if you think that a juror, I would, I could have
- 55:32never went to a jury trial. They would have convicted me.
- 55:35They would have stoned me to death as soon as I walked in
- 55:37there. The things they said, they said
- 55:39I beat up my pregnant girlfriend.
- 55:40I don't have kids and where the hell are my kids?
- 55:44If I if I beat my pregnant girlfriend, where the hell are
- 55:46my kids at? I mean I would have a 15.
- 55:50Year old and let me stop once again, I want to say.
- 55:52Listen, George, he said something I want to ask him.
- 55:54You said you said something about pardoning powers with the
- 55:57state. Would you?
- 55:59Yeah, Trump doesn't have the power.
- 56:00So if I had no. It's only federal.
- 56:02Yeah, it's only. Federal, only federal.
- 56:03So if I had these crazy phony warrants, I wouldn't have walked
- 56:08up. They would have had to have held
- 56:09me and New Jersey would have come pick me up.
- 56:11Yeah, you would have been walking out the door and New
- 56:13Jersey would have been there arresting you.
- 56:15But that's the point. They didn't want you to be in a
- 56:18position because they knew you were you.
- 56:20You clearly weren't going to turn into a snitch.
- 56:22You weren't going to cooperate because you didn't have any
- 56:24reason to cooperate because you didn't believe you were guilty
- 56:26of any of these actions. They were threatening you.
- 56:28They, they, they did more than threaten you.
- 56:30They bodily harmed you. They they committed massive
- 56:33injuries. You now have incredible amounts
- 56:35of PTSD, which I think is unbelievable that you should
- 56:38have to suffer these consequences.
- 56:39And then that prosecutor should be charged.
- 56:43They're not supposed to leak information to the press and
- 56:46they're sure as hell not supposed to slander and liable
- 56:49you to the press with phony accusations.
- 56:51Because there's no possible way for you to have a jury of your
- 56:54peers that are independently going to look at Ryan Samsoul as
- 56:58not guilty. You know, you know, innocent
- 57:01till proven guilty. So you would have never gotten a
- 57:03fair jury trial because now you're the pregnant girlfriend
- 57:06beating scumbag who has multiple offenses all over the place.
- 57:10And that's what it comes down to.
- 57:12And that's intentional for, you know, for people that haven't
- 57:14faced this, You have to realize this is not just Ryan.
- 57:19Our Department of Justice is fully corrupted across the
- 57:23country. They are cheating in nearly
- 57:25every single criminal case they bring forward.
- 57:28And I'll go on the record for that.
- 57:29I'm sure somebody will say, oh, that's not true.
- 57:30It is true. I can tell you this.
- 57:32They even lie on the paperwork. I can tell you how they lie on
- 57:36the paperwork when they they lie about the law.
- 57:38When they file replies, they will twist the law, they will
- 57:41change the judicial quotes, they will change the judicial
- 57:44rulings. They will do all of it.
- 57:47I haven't even gone public with all the information I've got on
- 57:49them. I've got so much stuff that if
- 57:51anybody wants to get serious about this, I I can probably
- 57:54single handedly take down the entire DOJ, honestly, because
- 57:57that's how much information I have on them because I believe
- 58:00them to be fully corrupted. Because at the end of the day,
- 58:03everybody gets an attaboy. All they want is convictions.
- 58:06You can't get into a conviction rate of 96 or 98% legitimately.
- 58:10It just wasn't possible because it doesn't happen in the state.
- 58:13Let's face this, if Ryan was facing state consequences here,
- 58:17the state prosecutors would have dropped the entire case after
- 58:19this beating in jail. It would have been over with.
- 58:22But they couldn't do that because the Fed surrection and
- 58:25the J6 community wanted to fear monger.
- 58:28They wanted to make sure American citizens couldn't
- 58:30peacefully protest because they're afraid of them, because
- 58:33they're afraid of unification. And I'd say to the entire
- 58:35public, it's time to unify. This is a criminal justice
- 58:38system that needs to be incarcerated.
- 58:41And there are many people. I'm not saying there aren't some
- 58:43good people. Let me emphasize there are some
- 58:45good judges. There are some good prosecutors,
- 58:48but again, if somebody wanted to do a clip of me, they would just
- 58:51take me acting like everybody's a bad guy.
- 58:53They're not all bad guys. But the problem is the system,
- 58:56This protection of absolute immunity and qualified immunity,
- 59:00it needs to go away. If you want the freaking job,
- 59:02then take your chances. If you're going to be a scumbag,
- 59:05face the consequences, Ryan. Go ahead, man.
- 59:08Yeah, I, I agree. There's a lot of guys that I
- 59:11that I came across in jail. And one guy, he was a alleged
- 59:18mob guy. He was a white collar guy.
- 59:20And when he didn't want to cooperate with the FBI, what the
- 59:23FBI did to him, His name was Joey, Kate.
- 59:26And I, I asked if I could release his name.
- 59:27He said he was fine with it. The FBI took the messages and
- 59:33handed it off to the mob thinking because they're so
- 59:36blind to reality, they don't even live in reality.
- 59:39They took, they took his text messages and, and, and did an
- 59:43accidental release. And it went to all these
- 59:46different mob guys to try to get this kid killed, to pressure him
- 59:50in the turn. When I was in jail, they, they
- 59:55would do things on purpose. So there was a a kid that got
- 59:57locked up for BLM protest. There was 97 cells in solitary
- 1:00:03confinement because I would have to be put in the hole.
- 1:00:05After they would do a hit piece on me, they would put me in a
- 1:00:09hole for my protection. Well, they would always put me
- 1:00:13in the worst of the worst cells. So they thought the one time
- 1:00:15we're going to put them in a cell, we're going to keep them
- 1:00:17handcuffed and we're going to put them in a cell.
- 1:00:20When I went to the cell, believe it or not, when we would listen
- 1:00:25to the conservative radio, this young black kid, he totally,
- 1:00:28after being in a hold with me for about two months, he was
- 1:00:33totally disgusted with Joe Biden.
- 1:00:35He he and he ended up becoming a huge conservative.
- 1:00:40When he was released, he was writing me letters and he was
- 1:00:43saying the same thing. Like, yeah, we, we have a, a
- 1:00:46common enemy, right? We, we have to unify.
- 1:00:49His name was Kushner McBride. And we do have to unify.
- 1:00:52We, we all, whether you're Republican or Democrat or
- 1:00:56independent, let me tell you something.
- 1:00:58The Justice Department doesn't have a party and they will
- 1:01:01prosecute you. They don't care.
- 1:01:04They, they will, they will weaponize.
- 1:01:05They will weaponize whatever side is strong they'll use.
- 1:01:09And they want us divide it. I, I couldn't agree with you
- 1:01:11more, Vance. And if we showed unity, they
- 1:01:14wouldn't have a leg to stand on. They really wouldn't.
- 1:01:16And and that's something that we need to outreach is, is unity.
- 1:01:21So I agree with that a lot, Vince.
- 1:01:24Well, you know, we need accountability and consequences
- 1:01:26for all government agents that have violated the law and
- 1:01:29especially in your case, what they did to you is criminal.
- 1:01:33If any one of us, if George Valentin or myself had assaulted
- 1:01:36an individual, had assaulted a congressional member or somebody
- 1:01:39else like this or had assaulted somebody, we would be facing
- 1:01:42criminal charges at the highest level.
- 1:01:44And especially for somebody that hadn't even been indicted yet.
- 1:01:48This is incredible. You should have been out on
- 1:01:50bond, but they withheld bond on you guys.
- 1:01:52They didn't let you have the discovery in a proper manner.
- 1:01:55Because at the end of the day, let's talk about a few things
- 1:01:57for the audience. Let's just go on.
- 1:01:59Let's talk about the food in, in the Bureau of Presents.
- 1:02:01They claim that everything is nutritionally sufficient that
- 1:02:05they've mentioned the calories. I there's a menu that gets, did
- 1:02:08you ever see the menus by the month of what you're supposed to
- 1:02:11be eating on a certain day? Did they ever provide that to
- 1:02:12you guys? And it doesn't match so.
- 1:02:15It doesn't. Wait, wait, wait.
- 1:02:16That's what I'm saying. So to meet the calories, they're
- 1:02:19supposed to match this. A nutritionist that works for
- 1:02:21the BLP creates the national menu.
- 1:02:24It's supposed to have so much protein, so many carbohydrates,
- 1:02:27so much fiber. It's supposed to have so many
- 1:02:29fruits and vegetables. Did the did the menu ever match
- 1:02:33what you guys got served? Never.
- 1:02:36I would say it never matched it. Never.
- 1:02:39Tell the audience about the maggots.
- 1:02:41So, so we were getting you could actually look it up.
- 1:02:45It was done in a New York piece, Google MDC Brooklyn maggots and
- 1:02:49food. You were forced to eat it
- 1:02:52because the comments are you can only order once every two weeks
- 1:02:55and you were given a limit $60.00 every two weeks, 120 a
- 1:03:01month. And the national limit, just so
- 1:03:03we're clear, they had them on the restrictive commissary, the
- 1:03:05national limit is 300 and change, but they were penalizing
- 1:03:08them by giving them a limited limit.
- 1:03:09And I can tell you this with the prices and commissary, there's
- 1:03:12no way you can get enough calories with that food.
- 1:03:15You're going to lose muscle, your your testosterone is going
- 1:03:17to go in the basement. There's all kinds of things.
- 1:03:19How about the deprivation? Let's do this, the food, let's
- 1:03:22go back. Did you guys see rats and mice
- 1:03:25in the facility ever? Did you have those rats?
- 1:03:26Because rats and mice are common in all the prison facilities in
- 1:03:29the federal system all over the nation.
- 1:03:31Vince, I, I, I do, but you just hit a key point.
- 1:03:34I want to, I want to, I want to say something on that.
- 1:03:36So I just had my blood work done.
- 1:03:37I was supposed to get a surgery that they denied me.
- 1:03:40So my blood work showed when I went into the BOP, my
- 1:03:44cholesterol was 180. It's now 2240.
- 1:03:50And my test, my testosterone levels were extremely low.
- 1:03:55As far as the rats, rats and mice are a common thing in
- 1:03:58there. But I, I, I want to touch on on
- 1:04:01what the food did to me. If you look at the pictures of
- 1:04:03me before I went to January 6th, I was in tip top shape.
- 1:04:06I went to the gym, I took care of myself.
- 1:04:08I'm now awaiting two different surgeries because the BOP denied
- 1:04:12to do the the surgeries and they're the ones who caused the
- 1:04:15issue when when I sued them, I filed a suit against them.
- 1:04:19You can Google Ryan Sampson versus MDC Brooklyn and it will
- 1:04:24pop right up. They denied me my surgery on on
- 1:04:28three different occasions through the grievance process.
- 1:04:30So I filed what's called a habeas corpus means to produce
- 1:04:34body. The judge not only denied the
- 1:04:36habeas corpus without 'cause she just denied it and said no
- 1:04:40refrain. Back to the grievance system.
- 1:04:43When I finally seen an outside doctor, the outside doctor said
- 1:04:47that my testosterone levels were at the at at the point of a 80
- 1:04:51year old male. Yeah.
- 1:04:53And that's because. Hold on.
- 1:04:54So but. They denied you 2 surgeries but
- 1:04:57if you wanted a sex change surgery they would have gave it
- 1:04:59to you. That's how fun and they do sex
- 1:05:01change. I know that's all screwed up
- 1:05:02there. Let me ask you a question.
- 1:05:04Because you're a Barber, were you even able to cut hair and
- 1:05:06hair since we make some canteen off that way?
- 1:05:09So they, they, what they would do is once a month they'll bring
- 1:05:12Clippers to us and we're not, we're allowed to do non styled
- 1:05:16haircuts, which is why I usually have my hair like you.
- 1:05:20But This is why I'm walking around like a concentration camp
- 1:05:23member. Yeah, so non styled haircuts,
- 1:05:27but let's go on here for a minute.
- 1:05:28So, so you guys, so anybody out there, if you meet a person that
- 1:05:33served a major amount of time in the federal system and you
- 1:05:35actually engaged them in a conversation, you would feel you
- 1:05:37would recognize that they had tremendous mental issues.
- 1:05:42So not only is it from the nutrition that the BOP lies
- 1:05:44about, because the guards are constantly stealing, some of
- 1:05:47them have been charged, but not enough.
- 1:05:49They steal still food in high quantities out of the kitchens.
- 1:05:53Then they take it home. I don't know whether they sell
- 1:05:55it. I don't know if they sell it to
- 1:05:56the restaurants. I have no idea.
- 1:05:57But that's why there's a shortage in the kitchens.
- 1:05:59They don't care. There are very few facilities
- 1:06:01that protect the the inmates when it comes to the food.
- 1:06:04You'll find mice and rat feces in the food.
- 1:06:07You'll find black mold in the kitchens on the ceilings.
- 1:06:10Let's talk about the water in your cell.
- 1:06:13Were you, were you dealing with facilities where it was brown
- 1:06:16water coming out of the sink and, and and the and and other
- 1:06:20problems with the plumbing? So, yeah, that's, it's, it's
- 1:06:23amazing that you even brought that up.
- 1:06:25So, yeah, the, the sinks were the, the pipes were so old when
- 1:06:32New York with the the facility I was at, New York was built on
- 1:06:37old lead pipes. Now they, yeah, they, and
- 1:06:41there's a, there's a lawsuit that, that, that this, I guess
- 1:06:47the Barrow sued the city. They said that the, the way the
- 1:06:50infrastructure is, they couldn't change the pipe, so they only
- 1:06:54did it for the residents. But anything that was
- 1:06:56institutional, including some of the hospitals in the in the
- 1:07:01prisons would not change because the infrastructure was too big
- 1:07:04or the facilities were too old and they were outdated and it
- 1:07:07would have cost too much money. But.
- 1:07:10So you're drinking brown water out of lead pipes?
- 1:07:13That's a fact you can go. That's nice.
- 1:07:15It's nice how they treat the inmates, you know, even the guys
- 1:07:18that aren't guilty yet. The pre and remember, this is
- 1:07:20pretrial detainment. We're not even talking about the
- 1:07:22federal facilities at this point.
- 1:07:23So let's go on with this. How about hygiene?
- 1:07:26How often were you allowed to shower?
- 1:07:29You get a shower once every three days if you're all locked
- 1:07:33down, which was constant when I was in MDC Brooklyn.
- 1:07:35There was approximately 3 murders in the last year, so we
- 1:07:39would be locked down for sometimes three to four months
- 1:07:42at a time, usually once every 10 days.
- 1:07:45Once every 10 days? How about nail Clippers?
- 1:07:47How often are you allowed to clip your nails in there?
- 1:07:49Now never. So you, they were, you never
- 1:07:52supplied nail Clippers whatsoever, No.
- 1:07:54So even on hygiene day when they, they offered you razors to
- 1:07:56cut hair, they, there was never an opportunity to cut your
- 1:07:59nails. No, you know, and, and, and
- 1:08:01think about, these are just things you, you know, for the
- 1:08:04audience and, and the public. Sometimes you go, oh, he's a
- 1:08:06felon, he deserves it or he's a criminal.
- 1:08:08He deserves it. You guys don't realize the
- 1:08:10injustice. No, I know but but you
- 1:08:14understand in the with the press that they did do him.
- 1:08:17They're acting like he had other cases.
- 1:08:18He's never had a felony. So they said, oh, he beat up his
- 1:08:21girlfriend. He's a violent he's a snitch.
- 1:08:23He said this it's all about painting the picture.
- 1:08:25They're denying rights here and and and my problem is is that I
- 1:08:29want to know when the guards, when the wardens, when the
- 1:08:32assistant wardens, when the supervisors, when the
- 1:08:34lieutenants, when the captains are going to face consequences
- 1:08:37for this. I want to know where the
- 1:08:38American public is going to stand up and stop them from
- 1:08:40treating inmates like this because just because somebody
- 1:08:43makes a mistake, and I'm not talking about career criminals,
- 1:08:46I'm not talking about somebody that has a rap sheet that's 30,
- 1:08:49you know, felonies, deep, yadda, yadda, yadda.
- 1:08:51I'm talking about individuals maybe made one mistake.
- 1:08:54They want to fix their life. I know you made a comment.
- 1:08:55I get a second chance at life and I don't intend on wasting
- 1:08:58it. Even.
- 1:08:59This is a quote you made in the paper and you also said I don't
- 1:09:02want to embarrass Mr. Trump by ever getting myself in trouble.
- 1:09:04The point of the matter is you respect Donald Trump.
- 1:09:07You respect who he is. The people in jail respect him
- 1:09:09because now he's one of the first presidents.
- 1:09:11I don't know how many presidents ever had felonies that actually,
- 1:09:13you know, ended up being elected.
- 1:09:15I respect him for it. I respect what he did with you
- 1:09:17guys. But this system needs an
- 1:09:19overhaul. American public, you need to
- 1:09:22tell your senators and congressmen, I don't care
- 1:09:23whether you're liberal and non partisan or conservative.
- 1:09:26You need to raise it to the Raptors because you're going to
- 1:09:28find out that if I had, if I put interviews on George and I for
- 1:09:32the next 15 days, I would bet that the interviews that we're
- 1:09:36doing with Ryan right now and we'll talk about a wide
- 1:09:39diversity of convicted felons. I'll bet you that we would to
- 1:09:43care. Even worse stories.
- 1:09:44Ryan's are horrendous, but we hear him worse.
- 1:09:46I mean, George, am I right? Don't you think we put 15
- 1:09:48interviews on a row with guys that had federal cases and we're
- 1:09:51now out? They would all have horrendous
- 1:09:53stories about what happened. I think we might be ending up
- 1:09:56getting federal cases if we did that.
- 1:09:59Yeah, no kidding. They would.
- 1:10:00They don't even want us to do what we're doing right now.
- 1:10:02We've been attacked enough. We get death threats.
- 1:10:04We get told all sorts of things in our DMS.
- 1:10:06I mean, I don't know if I don't get a death threat a week or
- 1:10:09somebody telling me I'm a piece of shit or a scumbag, you know,
- 1:10:12at least a couple times a week. I don't even feel like we've
- 1:10:14done our job. But it's disgusting.
- 1:10:16I don't think we should even have to talk like this.
- 1:10:18I think there are plenty of people that would do the job.
- 1:10:19There are plenty of people that would be guards in a jail, and
- 1:10:22there are plenty of people that could be Warrens or plenty of
- 1:10:24people that could be prosecutors that would follow the law.
- 1:10:26I don't think we have to have these lowlifes in there.
- 1:10:28And that's why this system is the way it is.
- 1:10:31Let's talk about the the, the the law library, how
- 1:10:36insufficient the law library is in federal prisons.
- 1:10:39What was your law library like? Because they alleged that we've
- 1:10:41got all the resources and all the access to defend ourselves,
- 1:10:45that they give us all the tools. How is the law library in jail?
- 1:10:48So, so first of all, if it's on a tablet or it's on a computer.
- 1:10:52So it depends what jail you're at.
- 1:10:54So if you're in, if you're in MDC Brooklyn, there's four
- 1:10:58computers on a block that you would have to be trained on to
- 1:11:02know how to log into it. There's no law books and you got
- 1:11:08196 a 198 inmates per block that are pretrial and you have to
- 1:11:16sign up. You get 45 minute timeline on a
- 1:11:19computer to use the law library. Now it it's nearly impossible.
- 1:11:25And when I was in DC you have what's called a, it's a Securus
- 1:11:30tablet. The Securus tablet you would log
- 1:11:33in and they would have a local library on this tablet.
- 1:11:37Now The thing is you would have to be there at least nine months
- 1:11:43to a year to go on the list to get a tablet.
- 1:11:46Once you're on the list to get a tablet, you you better hope that
- 1:11:51you can charge it because if you're locked in that you're not
- 1:11:54able to even charge a tablet. So it it it's, it's impossible.
- 1:12:00And Securus, it's funny you said that and I told you this
- 1:12:03earlier. Securus Technologies have been
- 1:12:05accused of eavesdropping on defendants, you know,
- 1:12:10attorney-client privilege communications all across the
- 1:12:12country. It started with US versus Novak
- 1:12:14in 2006 in Boston, MA. It's come forward and these
- 1:12:18cases are coming out again and again.
- 1:12:20And I wouldn't be surprised that if you did get logged into the
- 1:12:22Securus tablet and you were looking up case law, I wouldn't
- 1:12:25be surprised if the prosecutors even get access to that, that
- 1:12:29they know what you're looking at to try to defend yourself.
- 1:12:32I know that the legal system, Lexus, Nessus, others, they have
- 1:12:35the inferior version in most jails, if they even had some of
- 1:12:39the jails. They have law libraries that
- 1:12:41include books, but they're they're, they're incomplete.
- 1:12:45They don't have the newest law. They don't have Chevron or
- 1:12:47anything else. They don't get updated enough.
- 1:12:49I don't know what the secure system looks like, but I would
- 1:12:51have to guess it's inferior to what a prosecutor or anybody
- 1:12:55else. And that isn't a fair defense.
- 1:12:57That isn't the right to defend yourself fairly.
- 1:12:59They want to keep it insufficient.
- 1:13:01That's why they never let you on a bond.
- 1:13:02Clearly they held him for 13 months without an indictment,
- 1:13:06even if he had charges coming. They don't even arrested him
- 1:13:10with no indictment. You understand how illegal that
- 1:13:12is. They're supposed to have the
- 1:13:13charges you're guilty of and you should have been out on bond.
- 1:13:17They should have given you even even a, you know, a a personal
- 1:13:20recognizance bond. I think this is just this is
- 1:13:23just more garbage. Oh, and over and over again.
- 1:13:26Can I say one thing? Please man.
- 1:13:28So when I was at USP Lewisburg, the doctor there, I said that my
- 1:13:36medical conditions were so horrific that because I have
- 1:13:41also blood clots from the assault that lead to the heart
- 1:13:44that now are lifelong because they never, they went unnoticed.
- 1:13:49I didn't even know I had blood clots that were deep inside.
- 1:13:54So he wrote the government a letter himself.
- 1:13:57He went out and did this himself and asked that I be released
- 1:14:00because there he went on the record.
- 1:14:05Two days later, he changed his opinion.
- 1:14:07So when we questioned him why, you know, with the thanks of
- 1:14:10Sidney Powell, she got me a really good lawyer.
- 1:14:12The lawyer said why did you change your opinion?
- 1:14:16And he said on the record that he got a phone call from the
- 1:14:19government and he said it was a firewall phone call saying not
- 1:14:23to release me and to change his opinion.
- 1:14:25He said that in court to Judge Jaya Cobb.
- 1:14:30So within 48 hours, without even an evaluation, he changed his
- 1:14:36medical opinion without and without a full medical work up.
- 1:14:40So that's what they do. Yeah, you know Ryan, man, all I
- 1:14:45can tell you is, you know George.
- 1:14:48Is there anything George, you want to comment before I say,
- 1:14:50man, it's been enough. Yeah, man, I'm sorry what you
- 1:14:54went through. You didn't deserve it.
- 1:14:57I think we should have been allowed to peacefully protest.
- 1:14:59I don't think we should have had people like Ray Epps in the
- 1:15:01crowds. I don't think we should have had
- 1:15:03all the feds in the crowds like that.
- 1:15:05I think we have a corrupt institution of government, a
- 1:15:07deep state. I can you just share with the
- 1:15:09audience? I understand you told me before
- 1:15:12the interview that Donald Trump assisted you with legal defense.
- 1:15:16Can you just tell the audience about that?
- 1:15:17Because a lot of times those stories, you know, Trump, I got
- 1:15:20to give it to him. You know, I've heard a lot of
- 1:15:22stories from friends of his about what a good man he is and
- 1:15:26how many people he's helped that he never goes public with,
- 1:15:28whether he helped people financially, helped him with
- 1:15:30attorneys. He, he, he uses, he puts his
- 1:15:33money where his mouth is. And he doesn't promote himself.
- 1:15:36So most of the time, nobody hears about it.
- 1:15:38Can you tell the audience what Donald Trump did for you?
- 1:15:41So in Arizona in 2022, he gave a speech, and in his speech he
- 1:15:47talked about Ashley Babbitt being murdered.
- 1:15:51Right after that he said, there's a gentleman and he
- 1:15:55described my assault. And he said, why don't we start
- 1:15:58helping these people out? What do you say?
- 1:16:00And not three days later that I get a phone call from Sydney
- 1:16:07Pell. And she said, hey, look,
- 1:16:09somebody paid for your legal defense fund.
- 1:16:12I just can't really tell you who without words being said.
- 1:16:19I, you know, I pretty much know who it was.
- 1:16:22And, you know, she, you know, I, he, I know it was him.
- 1:16:27I know he had a big part of it. And so did she.
- 1:16:29And because of that, I had a really good attorney named
- 1:16:31Stanley Woodward, Julia Howard and Sydney Powell assisted them.
- 1:16:36And it was all because of Donald Trump, you know, giving us
- 1:16:40speech and I think giving money behind the doors that he just
- 1:16:44didn't want the credit for. And that's the kind of guy he
- 1:16:47is. And I think that was important.
- 1:16:48He did that. I hope you're going to get some
- 1:16:50additional legal help. I know you and I'll be
- 1:16:53communicating more. I want to talk to you about that
- 1:16:55person you told me about. I know you just filed a new
- 1:16:58brief. Just give everybody you know a
- 1:17:00quick Cliff notes of what that brief entails and why you filed
- 1:17:04it. So it's a state brief.
- 1:17:07It, it was one of the attorneys that I had he, he took a lot of
- 1:17:14my money that that was debrief and he come to find out he
- 1:17:18wasn't even a lawyer and he did jail time before and he miss
- 1:17:23misrepresented me by telling me that he was an attorney and he
- 1:17:28stole $45,000 from me. So I unfortunately have to try
- 1:17:32to sue him in civil court and that that's what that brief was.
- 1:17:36What was his name? Sam Mangle, he was actually
- 1:17:40arrested for for this before. He told me he was going to get
- 1:17:46me medical doctors, that he was going to help me get all this
- 1:17:50stuff and he so I gave him $40,000.
- 1:17:53When I wasn't able to call him, he reached out to my family and
- 1:17:55said, hey, Ryan said give me $5000 more.
- 1:18:00My family didn't even have the money.
- 1:18:01So they gave they, they, they, you know, got the money somehow
- 1:18:05on how gave them the $5000. And he was supposed to be a
- 1:18:08sentencing specialist. I never got sentenced.
- 1:18:11He kept the money and that's it. So I had to file a, a suit and I
- 1:18:16had to file it myself because I, you know, I don't have the funds
- 1:18:19right now. I just got out.
- 1:18:20So I filed it myself and I I'm waiting on a court date right
- 1:18:24now. Where is he practice law?
- 1:18:27He doesn't practice law. He practices whatever he
- 1:18:31practices out of Florida. He's not even a, he's not even a
- 1:18:33attorney. So that was a that was, it was a
- 1:18:36lie he misled. You know, that's even worse.
- 1:18:38The people that I think try to take advantage of inmates with
- 1:18:41all these promises of being experts in some field and
- 1:18:44they're usually just some scammer.
- 1:18:46Ryan, look, you know, I think you, you, you need to get some
- 1:18:49more legal counsel. I think you have a massive case.
- 1:18:52I think you should start Foying every facility you were ever in
- 1:18:55for all your records. Use the presidential pardon as
- 1:18:58justification that they have to supply everything that they have
- 1:19:00to comply under FOIA laws. Even if they don't comply,
- 1:19:03that'll be additional evidence. I think you should FOIA for all
- 1:19:07sorts of stuff. And, and, and you, you need to
- 1:19:09look at a thing called a writ of quorum Novus.
- 1:19:11It's post relief. I don't know how the
- 1:19:13presidential pardon effects that, but it might be something
- 1:19:15you want to investigate. It's called a writ of quorum
- 1:19:17Novus. I take a look at it.
- 1:19:18Cindy Powell knows about it, but one of my friends got her some
- 1:19:22information about potentially using that.
- 1:19:24That's before you guys got pardons.
- 1:19:26But it's a great post remedy. But at the same time, you're
- 1:19:29going to need to file tort claim because a lot of people violated
- 1:19:32your rights in many ways. I believe they owe you millions
- 1:19:34of dollars. And I think what the most
- 1:19:36important thing is you have to shine light on this because
- 1:19:38there's a lot of guys that are still in jail that have been
- 1:19:41taken advantage of, that this government is intentionally
- 1:19:43screwed. This Department of Justice needs
- 1:19:45a major overhaul. You know, I have some stuff that
- 1:19:49I haven't even given to them yet, but I'm going to try to
- 1:19:50connect with Pam Bondi, our friend Cash Patel, and many
- 1:19:53others. Well, if I get into any of these
- 1:19:55dialogues, I will directly bring you up.
- 1:19:57I promise you that. I appreciate the interview
- 1:19:59tonight and I appreciate how candid you were, man.
- 1:20:01And I'm sorry what you went through.
- 1:20:03But I guess maybe it's all for a reason and maybe you're going to
- 1:20:06be able to make a difference for other people, George, without
- 1:20:08any other comments you want to make.
- 1:20:09I'm sorry for what you went through and all the J Sixers.
- 1:20:12I hope you guys all get justice and whatever we could do to help
- 1:20:16you guys get the word out. Please let us know because this
- 1:20:19shit's got to stop. It has to end.
- 1:20:22And I've been saying this in Atlanta, we talked about this
- 1:20:24and saying it's a lot of shows. If Trump, we got four years to
- 1:20:28get all this stuff fixed DOJFBI, if he doesn't get it done, we're
- 1:20:31screwed. Well, George and I are in
- 1:20:33dialogues with a lot of people within the.
- 1:20:35Administration this time, and I got to tell you, the gloves are
- 1:20:39off for what's going to happen here.
- 1:20:40We're going to make sure some people fake consequences for
- 1:20:42what they did because I think that's the only way we fix it.
- 1:20:45You know, they want to put fear into the American public.
- 1:20:47They need to have some fear of their own when it comes to our
- 1:20:49legal system. They have to realize that the
- 1:20:51rule of law, the protection under the law, equal application
- 1:20:54of law, those things matter, as does the Constitution.
- 1:20:57So, all right, listen for the audience.
- 1:20:59Don't forget we've got the Global Finance Forum on Friday.
- 1:21:03I may have a guest. You know, George and I weren't
- 1:21:05completing the swings of some of the guest stuff.
- 1:21:07I'm still closing, as I did tonight with Ryan, getting him
- 1:21:10on here. I just want to say tomorrow,
- 1:21:12George, we're off, correct? Yeah.
- 1:21:13No show no more. George is flying tomorrow.
- 1:21:15Yeah, George is flying from. Getting back to New Jersey for a
- 1:21:18couple days. And he'll be back in Florida,
- 1:21:19but we will have a show on Friday.
- 1:21:21So we've got the Global Finance Forum on Friday, we've got the
- 1:21:24regular show on Friday. And of course, we've got the
- 1:21:26nationally syndicated radio show, The Big, Big Talk Oreo
- 1:21:28show on the weekend, Saturday and Sunday, airing on Liberty
- 1:21:31News Radio Network. You can check us out over there.
- 1:21:34Let me say this to you guys. Don't stay on the sidelines.
- 1:21:36You're hearing this. This is going on and on and on.
- 1:21:39And you can say, oh, that'll never happen to me.
- 1:21:40I never violate the law. You'd be surprised.
- 1:21:43You could do something as innocuous as not correctly
- 1:21:46reporting on your federal income tax.
- 1:21:50Trump hasn't made federal income tax an exception yet.
- 1:21:52You never know when this could happen to you or a loved one.
- 1:21:55You're going to want to put an end to it.
- 1:21:56Ryan Samsel, thank you so very much.
- 1:21:58Stick around for a minute. I want to talk to you backstage.
- 1:22:00God, country, family, that's what this show is all about.
- 1:22:03We're always bringing it. You know it.
- 1:22:04Come here every single time. The big league show.
- 1:22:07We're going to open up your eyes.
- 1:22:08We're going to educate you so we can unify the country.

- 1:24:25shooting inside. The Wanted man is Joseph Kony
