- 0:08Speaker 1: Advice.
- 0:10Speaker 2: Sure, it's time, Hell Low and Lollo, Welcome to the
- 0:17Speaker 2: Naughty but Nice shamby Hayes Storm Shooter. It's Wednesday, which
- 0:19Speaker 2: means our dear friend Donny Meacham joins us, Hey, Donnie,
- 0:22Speaker 2: are you there? Hell? Hello?
- 0:25Speaker 1: Wednesday? Wednesday, Wednesday. Oh my goodness.
- 0:30Speaker 2: Halfway through? Halfway through. Okay, let's jump into the show.
- 0:33Speaker 2: What time is it, my friends? It is tea time.
- 0:35Speaker 2: Big story. At the top of the show, Prince William
- 0:38Speaker 2: is furious as King Charles has brought Beatrice back into
- 0:42Speaker 2: royal life. Williams saying it's too soon. So Royal sources
- 0:46Speaker 2: tell me that William strongly opposed his father, the king
- 0:49Speaker 2: surprise decision to thrust Princess Beatrice back into the royal spotlight,
- 0:55Speaker 2: calling it too risky and too soon. So Beatrice, Mum
- 0:58Speaker 2: and Dad are the disgraced, Andrew no longer a prince
- 1:01Speaker 2: and Sarah Ferguson so a couple of weeks ago when
- 1:04Speaker 2: Andrew In fact, it was just about a week ago
- 1:06Speaker 2: when Andrew was stripped of all his titles Fergie two.
- 1:09Speaker 2: We thought the York Family would disappear, but now the
- 1:12Speaker 2: King is reaching out to Andrew and Fergie's daughters. Some
- 1:17Speaker 2: people are saying this is really nice because they did
- 1:19Speaker 2: nothing wrong. Eugenie and Beatrice, they cannot be blamed for
- 1:23Speaker 2: their awful parents. But at the same time they are
- 1:26Speaker 2: their parents. So when you see Beatrice out, when you
- 1:29Speaker 2: see Eugenie out, you do talk about stuff that William
- 1:32Speaker 2: would rather they did not. So the King, he's a
- 1:35Speaker 2: sentimental man. He has overruled his son, and despite concerns
- 1:40Speaker 2: from William, the King personally approved beatrice new rule with
- 1:45Speaker 2: a charity called Outward Bound, and has dispatched her to
- 1:49Speaker 2: a hospital visit in London this week. It's her first
- 1:53Speaker 2: major solo outing in years. He's done it on purpose.
- 1:57Speaker 2: This is not an accident. Just days after ha Dad
- 2:01Speaker 2: is really really pushed out the family for good. He's
- 2:04Speaker 2: no longer even a prince. The Jeffrey Epstein scandal is
- 2:06Speaker 2: discussing we don't want Andrew anymore. I'm not saying that
- 2:10Speaker 2: Beatrice and Eugenie should be punished for this DNA, but
- 2:14Speaker 2: I think sort of highlighting them, maybe be neutral for
- 2:17Speaker 2: a little bit, maybe just like not punish them, but
- 2:19Speaker 2: not promote them either. Just be neutral. No, the King
- 2:23Speaker 2: is pushing them out to work on behalf of the family.
- 2:26Speaker 2: What do you think, Ah, this is the.
- 2:28Speaker 1: Thing, This is what the Royal family has to understand.
- 2:31Speaker 1: The Andrews story is not gonna go away. It's not
- 2:34Speaker 1: going away. You can strip him of his titles, you
- 2:36Speaker 1: can do whatever. He allegedly still did what he did.
- 2:40Speaker 1: It doesn't It's not gonna go away. It's gonna take time.
- 2:45Speaker 1: But also I'm very torn because as long as you
- 2:48Speaker 1: know his daughters are out there, his name is still
- 2:51Speaker 1: gonna be floated around and it's still gonna be touted around.
- 2:53Speaker 1: But I just I'm a big opponent of the daughters
- 2:58Speaker 1: shouldn't have to say suffer for what the dad did.
- 3:01Speaker 2: They didn't do anything. It's not that we know of.
- 3:04Speaker 1: We don't know how much they knew. We don't know anything.
- 3:07Speaker 1: But the kids should never have to suffer for your parents' mistakes.
- 3:11Speaker 2: Yeah, I agree here. So William wants the Yorks out
- 3:14Speaker 2: of sight until after the King's next health update, but
- 3:19Speaker 2: his Majesty's insisting that he thinks the family need to
- 3:22Speaker 2: heal in public. So you could go either way on this.
- 3:24Speaker 2: As a former pr professional, I can see both sides
- 3:26Speaker 2: of this. Keeping quiet is often a very very good response.
- 3:30Speaker 2: But also to marching forward and actually proving that we
- 3:34Speaker 2: are united, that is good too. So the King's marching forward,
- 3:38Speaker 2: William wants to be a little bit more subtle with this.
- 3:40Speaker 2: I think the reason William and people are so concerned
- 3:44Speaker 2: is that Charles had years to deal with Andrew and
- 3:46Speaker 2: he didn't. He passed it on like a hot potato.
- 3:51Speaker 2: We all knew who Andrew was, We've known for some time.
- 3:54Speaker 2: His mother didn't really want to deal with it, and
- 3:57Speaker 2: some argue she left her son a ticking time bomb.
- 4:00Speaker 2: Charles really dragged his feet. In fact, just a few
- 4:03Speaker 2: months ago we saw that really awkward interaction between William
- 4:07Speaker 2: and Andrew at a funeral, at a royal funeral. People
- 4:11Speaker 2: were shocked that he was there. Last Christmas, we saw
- 4:13Speaker 2: Andrew walk with the family to the church. It's not
- 4:16Speaker 2: going to happen this year. So people already believe, already
- 4:20Speaker 2: think that Charles has been very soft on the Yorks,
- 4:23Speaker 2: and so to give this to one of Andrew's daughter
- 4:26Speaker 2: just this week, just days after his strip to the title,
- 4:29Speaker 2: has certainly raised eyebrows. You know what there is here,
- 4:32Speaker 2: There's no right way and wrong way there's difference of opinions.
- 4:38Speaker 2: I think I would have gone the William route here
- 4:41Speaker 2: and not cut them off and not kick them out
- 4:43Speaker 2: the palace, not strip them of their titles, but certainly
- 4:45Speaker 2: said for the time being, let's pull back. The King
- 4:49Speaker 2: is the opposite. He is pushing forward, pushing the daughters out,
- 4:52Speaker 2: which must be uncomfortable for them. But let's find out
- 4:55Speaker 2: what you think. Let's go to our pole of the day.
- 4:57Speaker 2: William is furious as the King has pushed Beatrice back
- 5:01Speaker 2: into royal life. Is it too soon? And it was
- 5:04Speaker 2: just last week that her dad lost his prince title.
- 5:08Speaker 2: Is it too soon to be out there working on
- 5:10Speaker 2: behalf of the royal family, going to a charity, going
- 5:13Speaker 2: to a hospital. I also feel bad for the charity here.
- 5:16Speaker 2: You don't want the Yorks around. The whole thing is
- 5:20Speaker 2: just so messy, and it has no fault on Princess Beatrice.
- 5:24Speaker 2: But I'm afraid here this is a reality of life.
- 5:27Speaker 2: You have certainly benefited because Andrew is your dad. There's
- 5:31Speaker 2: no dads about it. You wouldn't be a princess if
- 5:34Speaker 2: he wasn't your dad. So maybe you gotta pay some
- 5:37Speaker 2: of the costs when your dad turns out to be
- 5:39Speaker 2: a stinker. Maybe, hey, go vote what do you think?
- 5:42Speaker 2: Is it too soon? Go vote on our Twitter page
- 5:44Speaker 2: at Naughty and nys rob Our facebook page is Naughty
- 5:47Speaker 2: Gossip and be sure to check back to morrow to
- 5:50Speaker 2: he at your results. Hey, Toney Radio, that's Dotty's email?
- 5:56Speaker 2: What are you working on?
- 5:59Speaker 1: A billionaire has been snowed? So you know Jeff Bezos
- 6:05Speaker 1: and Lauren Sanchez they hosted Chris Jenna's seventieth birthday part.
- 6:09Speaker 1: Everybody was there, Honey, it was oh Bro, it was Mariah,
- 6:14Speaker 1: it was Bieber, it was Zuckerberg, it was Harry and Meghan.
- 6:19Speaker 1: Although it seems that they Megan might have gotten raised
- 6:23Speaker 1: from I'm there's something happening there. Maybe you can clear
- 6:26Speaker 1: that up. One person not invited, mister Elon Musk. You
- 6:30Speaker 1: know why Elon has We don't get political on the show.
- 6:35Speaker 2: We do not do that. He a little fringe therefore political.
- 6:40Speaker 2: But he has been political, and so I can understand
- 6:43Speaker 2: why a lot of Hollywood are like, we don't want
- 6:45Speaker 2: to get involved in that.
- 6:46Speaker 1: Yes, especially because look the Kardashian Jenner's they are known.
- 6:50Speaker 1: They're pretty liberal people. As we all know, they're pretty
- 6:54Speaker 1: liberal people. So for them, they just they don't want
- 6:57Speaker 1: Elon Musk around right now because I'm a big thing
- 7:00Speaker 1: of anywhere that he's going to be is going to
- 7:04Speaker 1: turn the event political. There's going to be political talk.
- 7:08Speaker 1: You know what. This is a non political event.
- 7:11Speaker 2: It is a birthday party. Keep it away, Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 7:14Speaker 2: absolutely done. If we welcome to Trump or a Kennedy
- 7:17Speaker 2: on this podcast, it would turn political just by nature.
- 7:21Speaker 2: One of my neighbors here in my building is Jack Schlosberg.
- 7:25Speaker 2: He is JFK's grandson. His grandmother was Jackie. Oh. I mean,
- 7:29Speaker 2: it's pretty amazing. I know him. We talk all the time.
- 7:31Speaker 2: If I sent to Jack, do you want to do
- 7:33Speaker 2: my podcast, he'd probably say yes. But then having a
- 7:35Speaker 2: Kennedy on the show changes the whole show. So that
- 7:38Speaker 2: is an example of what's going on here. If you
- 7:40Speaker 2: invite Eli Elon Musk, it doesn't matter where your politics are,
- 7:43Speaker 2: it becomes a very political event. He also to his
- 7:46Speaker 2: toxic He's just not the nicest person. It's a lot
- 7:50Speaker 2: of personality, it's a lot of attention, it's a lot
- 7:53Speaker 2: of needing us. There are a lot of stars in
- 7:55Speaker 2: that room, and I don't think they needed. He's drama
- 7:59Speaker 2: is nons so probably a good idea here. It just
- 8:02Speaker 2: goes to show you when you're too much of a
- 8:05Speaker 2: pain in the bottom the invites do stop coming, be nice,
- 8:09Speaker 2: Be nice, and you'll be invited to all the phone parties. Okay,
- 8:11Speaker 2: moving along, We told you first. Did he? His meltdown
- 8:14Speaker 2: in prison is continuing as he thinks he is above
- 8:17Speaker 2: the law. Sean did He Holmes is proving that old
- 8:20Speaker 2: habits die hard, even behind bars. So just weeks after
- 8:25Speaker 2: entering Fort Dix Federal Correction Institution, sources say the hip
- 8:30Speaker 2: hop model is already bending every rule in the book.
- 8:34Speaker 2: Just last week there was reports that he was drinking.
- 8:36Speaker 2: Now this reports that he illegally used a tailorphone. So
- 8:40Speaker 2: you are allowed to use phones within the facility. You
- 8:43Speaker 2: can't have three way calls. So he was on the
- 8:45Speaker 2: phone with a woman, that's all we know, and they
- 8:47Speaker 2: conferenced in his pr guy, and he's testing the limits here.
- 8:52Speaker 2: They don't allow you to do that because they don't
- 8:54Speaker 2: want you organizing crime from jail. You can't get on
- 8:57Speaker 2: the phone with all your mobsters or your friends if
- 9:00Speaker 2: you're in prison, so you're not allowed to confront somebody
- 9:03Speaker 2: else in did He's people did, Let's blame them instead
- 9:06Speaker 2: of Diddy. Although did he knew this was going on?
- 9:09Speaker 2: It just feels Donny big picture here. All the details
- 9:11Speaker 2: are important, but big picture, it feels as if he
- 9:15Speaker 2: thinks he's above the lord, that the rules just don't
- 9:19Speaker 2: apply to him.
- 9:20Speaker 1: Well, that's the thing though, when you're a celebrity, somebody
- 9:23Speaker 1: who is was at the caliber that did he was
- 9:27Speaker 1: before you know, all this stuff went down. He got
- 9:30Speaker 1: away with doing anything. I mean, he got away with
- 9:34Speaker 1: his actions for years in years in years, and when
- 9:38Speaker 1: that happens, you become emboldened. It's almost like, how dare
- 9:45Speaker 1: you tell me I can't do something? So he's going
- 9:48Speaker 1: to continue to do it, And sadly it's because it's
- 9:51Speaker 1: all he knows. He only knows did He's way, and
- 9:55Speaker 1: so now he's not used to it. I though, take
- 9:58Speaker 1: a little side about this whole king thing. But then
- 10:01Speaker 1: his rep came out and go, he is a model
- 10:03Speaker 1: prisoner and sober. For me, I almost took it as
- 10:08Speaker 1: they were using that as a way just to put
- 10:11Speaker 1: out that he was sober and that he was a
- 10:14Speaker 1: model prisoner. So it's almost like a double handed, they're
- 10:17Speaker 1: trying to make it better.
- 10:19Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, Well he did tell the judge though, before
- 10:21Speaker 2: he was sentenced that he is now sober for the
- 10:24Speaker 2: first time in his life, so he did make a
- 10:26Speaker 2: big deal of that. Clearly enough. If they're making moonshine,
- 10:30Speaker 2: is that's what it's called, like bad toilet moonlighting twin
- 10:34Speaker 2: his toilet moonshine in jail. And if they're having three
- 10:39Speaker 2: way phone conversations did it I worked with today?
- 10:42Speaker 1: I know?
- 10:43Speaker 2: Did you did? He doesn't believe that. I mentioned that
- 10:46Speaker 2: a few times. Did he did? He doesn't believe the
- 10:50Speaker 2: rules apply to him. They never have. And get this,
- 10:53Speaker 2: he's always been right until now. He's always got away
- 10:57Speaker 2: with it. For twenty thirty years. He was a bad boy,
- 11:01Speaker 2: and we turned a blind eye. Finally, finally we have
- 11:07Speaker 2: caught up with him. The system has caught up with him.
- 11:09Speaker 2: And I'm not surprised that he finds it very hard
- 11:12Speaker 2: to believe that he finds it very hard to adjust.
- 11:16Speaker 2: On a very different note, but they are related. The
- 11:19Speaker 2: housewives we've met, Donnie, they are rewarded for bad behavior,
- 11:24Speaker 2: and that's why they're always so awful, because they have
- 11:27Speaker 2: been taught year after year, the more outrageous, the more nasty,
- 11:32Speaker 2: the more shocking they are, the higher their paycheck gets.
- 11:36Speaker 2: And that's what did he has learned too, Donnie. You
- 11:39Speaker 2: pointed that out. He has. He's been a bad boy.
- 11:42Speaker 2: He's got away with stuff for years, so it's almost
- 11:44Speaker 2: unrealistic to expect it to stop. Now. I'm not excusing it.
- 11:48Speaker 2: I think it's disgusting and the law is the law,
- 11:50Speaker 2: and nobody is above it except did he thinks he
- 11:55Speaker 2: is okay? Quickly, before we get a break there is
- 11:57Speaker 2: major breakup news that we're going to correct right now, Donnie.
- 12:00Speaker 2: One am I talking about? Oh boy?
- 12:03Speaker 1: Look everyone speaking of the Kardashian a Jenner a birthday
- 12:08Speaker 1: bash that mister Elon Musk was not invited to.
- 12:10Speaker 2: Don't get it back there.
- 12:11Speaker 1: There's a lot of talk now that Timothy Chlamy and
- 12:15Speaker 1: you know, Kylie are not together anymore because he skipped
- 12:19Speaker 1: the bash. No, they're still together. This is the thing
- 12:24Speaker 1: about Timothy though, which is surprising that he's with Kylie
- 12:28Speaker 1: because Kylie is very public figure. Timothy is not. Timothy
- 12:32Speaker 1: is a very private individual.
- 12:33Speaker 2: It's just not his vibe, it's not his thing.
- 12:35Speaker 1: He just doesn't want to do it. I don't blame him.
- 12:37Speaker 3: And you know what's actually cool about it.
- 12:39Speaker 1: Kylie's okay with that, and I think that that is
- 12:42Speaker 1: what's beautiful. They're still together. He just didn't want to go.
- 12:45Speaker 1: He didn't want to be bothered.
- 12:46Speaker 2: Not as that simple. Yeah, it's that simple. Like when
- 12:49Speaker 2: you see people not at parties together, you jump to conclusions.
- 12:53Speaker 2: But they have gone through this for years, and now
- 12:54Speaker 2: they've not been together for weeks. They've been together for years.
- 12:57Speaker 2: They know they drill. He doesn't want to be part
- 12:59Speaker 2: of this. He hates big events, he hates these Kardashian extravaganzas.
- 13:03Speaker 2: So he's not asking his girlfriend. He's not asking Kylie
- 13:07Speaker 2: not to go. He's saying, you go, and I don't
- 13:09Speaker 2: want to. I think it's really healthy. Bruce and I
- 13:11Speaker 2: have many, many different interests, and the mistake couple's make
- 13:14Speaker 2: is trying to do everything together. You don't need to
- 13:17Speaker 2: do everything together. Certain I love an action movie. I
- 13:20Speaker 2: love me a Mission Impossible. I don't think Bruce really
- 13:23Speaker 2: likes them, so I don't go with them to that.
- 13:25Speaker 2: I like to go shoping, shoes shopping, Clothes shopping not
- 13:28Speaker 2: Bruce's thing, so I don't take it with me. So
- 13:30Speaker 2: I think this is actually not a sign that they
- 13:33Speaker 2: have broken up. In fact, the opposite. I think this
- 13:35Speaker 2: is a sign of how healthy they are. That they
- 13:37Speaker 2: know each other's whims, they know each other's likes, pleasures, dislikes,
- 13:42Speaker 2: and they honor them. He would have hated this. We've
- 13:45Speaker 2: seen the pictures, we've seen all the people, we've seen
- 13:48Speaker 2: all the drama. It's just not who Timofy Shalamei is. Now.
- 13:52Speaker 2: Is it weird that they are a couple at first sight? Yes,
- 13:56Speaker 2: but Kylie is the most private of this family. If
- 13:59Speaker 2: he was Kim, I'd say, holy moly, that's not going
- 14:02Speaker 2: to work. But Kylie actually is. The exception shows her
- 14:06Speaker 2: sister Kendall the two youngest ones. I'm not chow ponies
- 14:09Speaker 2: like the three eldest. So I don't think there's any
- 14:12Speaker 2: surprise here that she's with Timothy shallow may All. My
- 14:15Speaker 2: sources say they get along really well. They're still young.
- 14:17Speaker 2: Could they break up, Yes, couples break up all the time.
- 14:20Speaker 2: But to say he wasn't at a birthdy party and
- 14:23Speaker 2: that means they are not together just not true. You
- 14:27Speaker 2: can trust to see her and the naughty but niceer
- 14:30Speaker 2: will always always set you right. Hey, we're going to
- 14:33Speaker 2: take a quick break and we will be right back.
- 14:38Speaker 2: Welcome back to the naughty but nice Chay Hairstraw shooting
- 14:40Speaker 2: with their dear friend Donny Meecham. Hey, Donnie, let's get
- 14:44Speaker 2: to the polls. Don't thank you, darling. Last year we
- 14:48Speaker 2: talked about Megan and Harris awkward night out. They were
- 14:50Speaker 2: at that birthday party and nobody knew who invited them.
- 14:53Speaker 2: Everyone's looking around saying, did you at that? There's a
- 14:55Speaker 2: six Why who invited? Jeff Bezos didn't invite this? Maybe
- 14:59Speaker 2: O for Oprah inviting Gail? Did christ Jenner? No, I
- 15:02Speaker 2: don't think Chris about it. Would you turn up for
- 15:05Speaker 2: a party without an invite? Let's have a look. Sixty
- 15:08Speaker 2: percent said yes. That used to be b Donnie. I
- 15:12Speaker 2: would crash. Crashes too vulgar a word. I would emerge
- 15:17Speaker 2: into a party I wasn't necessarily invited to, maybe ten
- 15:21Speaker 2: years ago. Now, if I'm not invited, I don't go.
- 15:23Speaker 2: What about you, Donnie? Do you go to party? Is
- 15:24Speaker 2: that you're not exactly invited to?
- 15:27Speaker 1: I mean to be honest, I don't go to parties.
- 15:28Speaker 2: I'm invited to don't you don't live the house. This
- 15:30Speaker 2: is not my vibe.
- 15:31Speaker 1: I'm I'm Timothy shall me guy would I'm a show pony,
- 15:34Speaker 1: but I'm not that it's a different kind of show.
- 15:36Speaker 1: But it's Chris Janner's birthday. You best believe if I
- 15:40Speaker 1: heard about it through a text, I saw it on
- 15:42Speaker 1: somebody's phone.
- 15:44Speaker 3: Just what.
- 15:45Speaker 2: I'm sure that it's Chris Jenner's birth party. Oprah's there there.
- 15:49Speaker 2: Don't forget to vote. To go to our Twitter page.
- 15:51Speaker 2: I had not a nice rob. Our Facebook page is
- 15:53Speaker 2: naughty gossip. I'm sure to check back to my here
- 15:56Speaker 2: your results are now. Oh, this could be controversial, but
- 15:59Speaker 2: we're gonna do This is the nicest of the day
- 16:02Speaker 2: and nicest of the day. Let's hope we can all
- 16:05Speaker 2: get along. What is it, donnae? Well?
- 16:07Speaker 1: I mean, look, if you asked me last year, I
- 16:09Speaker 1: never would have said Marjorie Taylor Green anywhere.
- 16:12Speaker 2: Was the nicest of the day the show.
- 16:14Speaker 1: I don't know what's going on with her, but she
- 16:16Speaker 1: has kind of done a.
- 16:17Speaker 3: Little bit of a shifty and she was on the View,
- 16:21Speaker 3: and she was on the View for election day, and
- 16:24Speaker 3: you know, they had a little bit of a fiery debate.
- 16:26Speaker 3: They had some good talking, but now sourcers are saying
- 16:28Speaker 3: that her and Sunny Houston are little text buddies.
- 16:32Speaker 1: Oh. Also, I will say this, Marjorie. When I found
- 16:37Speaker 1: out that the Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, had
- 16:40Speaker 1: was retiring and not announcing it, Donald Trump called her
- 16:44Speaker 1: a nasty woman. Marjorie Taylor Green said, I respect what she's.
- 16:48Speaker 2: Done for the first woman ever had to have that job.
- 16:51Speaker 2: She was really respectful about it. This is an example,
- 16:54Speaker 2: LAUGHTI were not a political share. We're not doing that.
- 16:56Speaker 2: But you can disagree with people and be friends with them.
- 16:58Speaker 2: I'm text friends with George Santos, the distrassed congressman that
- 17:04Speaker 2: went to jail. He just got a pardon. I saw
- 17:06Speaker 2: him last week. I disagree with him on everything politically. However,
- 17:11Speaker 2: we can still get a drink. We can still gossip
- 17:13Speaker 2: about Kardashians, we can still talk about our favorite shoes.
- 17:16Speaker 2: You don't have to cut people off when they don't
- 17:19Speaker 2: agree with you. Maybe this is a little bit of
- 17:21Speaker 2: a shining light for all of us. Sunny and Marjorie
- 17:25Speaker 2: and now text buddies and now I naughties of the day,
- 17:28Speaker 2: Naughty naughty noughty. This is a personal one. Stone Wall
- 17:31Speaker 2: veterans slamming ken Burns's new doctor and Mentori call and
- 17:36Speaker 2: gets straight Washington American history. So ken Burns is in
- 17:39Speaker 2: hot water. He's accused of raising gay heroes from his
- 17:43Speaker 2: new The American Revolution series. The stone Wall veteran Mark
- 17:48Speaker 2: Siegel spoke to me. He's also the founder of Philadelphia
- 17:51Speaker 2: Gay News, very respected, and he said that this absolutely
- 17:55Speaker 2: eraises gay people from history. There are a lot of
- 17:58Speaker 2: gay people that were involved in the Revolution, some of
- 18:02Speaker 2: them like couldn't be openly gay at the time. That
- 18:06Speaker 2: was very, very hard. But it is clear that historians
- 18:09Speaker 2: agree they were gay, and to not mention them and
- 18:12Speaker 2: to sort of have a cheap dig at them, which
- 18:15Speaker 2: unfortunately ken Burns does, that's not history. That is an insult.
- 18:20Speaker 2: And my friend Andy Harm I host Gay USA with
- 18:23Speaker 2: Andy every so often. He does it every week, but
- 18:25Speaker 2: when Anne's away I jump in. He said that maybe
- 18:28Speaker 2: this is about their donors. They don't want to upset
- 18:30Speaker 2: people who fund PBS, but it is twenty twenty five.
- 18:35Speaker 2: LGBTQ history is American history. If you're listening ken Burns,
- 18:42Speaker 2: I think it's time that you head back to the
- 18:45Speaker 2: edit bay and naughtyus their day. Let's end with the
- 18:47Speaker 2: murmur of Rob rub If your piece depends on everything
- 18:52Speaker 2: going right, then that's not peace, it's control. Real piece
- 18:55Speaker 2: is learning to be steady in uncertainty. The truth is,
- 19:00Speaker 2: peace isn't something that just happens to you. It's something
- 19:03Speaker 2: that you have to practice. It's choosing to breathe when
- 19:07Speaker 2: you might want to panic. It's trusting yourself when the
- 19:10Speaker 2: outcome is unclear. It's saying I can't control everything, but
- 19:15Speaker 2: I can control me. That's real peace, being centered when
- 19:20Speaker 2: the world isn't. Once again, if your peace depends on
- 19:24Speaker 2: everything going right, that's not peace, that's control. Hey, that
- 19:29Speaker 2: is it for today, my friends. Thank you so much
