- 0:17Hello, and welcome to episode 117 of the All Systems Go sports
- 0:23Betting podcast powered by Rhythm.
- 0:26I'm your host, Josh Applebaum. What's going on, everyone?
- 0:33Happy Wednesday. We are halfway through our work
- 0:36week. We are one day closer to
- 0:38football coming back to us in terms of Thursday night showdown
- 0:42here. I'm already looking at Buffalo.
- 0:43Miami mentioned that little bit yesterday, but I'm leaning Miami
- 0:47here, going to give it another day.
- 0:48The open -2 one and a half, two, they're up to now, 2 1/2.
- 0:52You do have some some good angles here historically with
- 0:55Thursday night home favorites, which are cashing roughly 75% of
- 0:59the time straight up. So I'm leaning a little bit on
- 1:01Miami laying the points here. And I did notice really good
- 1:04bets put on Miami. Dolphins are only getting around
- 1:07half the tickets, but nearly 70% of money in their favor.
- 1:11So stay tuned. We'll have a full breakdown
- 1:13tomorrow. Probably have a player prop bet
- 1:15for you as well. But I'm leaning Miami early.
- 1:17And then we do have some college football for tomorrow, Arizona
- 1:21State, Texas State, we have some Friday Night Lights as well.
- 1:24I just mentioned yesterday's pod that I wrote an early sharp
- 1:27report for visen.com. We talked about a few games
- 1:30there that have already taken in some smart money.
- 1:32So it's kind of that midweek kind of doldrums waiting for
- 1:35football to return. We're only one day away here,
- 1:38guys. We're going to continue to keep
- 1:40our eye on the NFL Week 2 slate. I just produced or wrote my
- 1:45sharp report for NFL Week 2. So I want to hit on a couple
- 1:47early games that are catching my eye and kind of get into the
- 1:50kind of the metamorphosis, the daily and weekly routine of
- 1:53betting NFL in terms of locating early moves, tracking them all
- 1:57week, looking to see where the bet splits come down.
- 2:00Where the system matches. Week 2 is also known as
- 2:02overreaction week, where based upon how A-Team played in Week
- 2:061, either the betting public's going to want nothing to do with
- 2:08them because they look bad or they're going to want to ride
- 2:11A-Team because they look good. But we're going to kind of flip
- 2:13it the other way and maybe buy low on some teams that didn't
- 2:16play well because if you look at in particular, dogs coming off a
- 2:20loss in week one, they performed very well historically.
- 2:23They're cat. They're covering numbers upwards
- 2:25of 60%. So I'll give my early sharp
- 2:28report for NFL Week 2 and then we're going to get right back to
- 2:31some Major League Baseball. I have a three pack of sweats
- 2:34for you in MLB, seeing if we can go 2 and one and eke out a
- 2:37profit. Now, looking back toward
- 2:39yesterday, three and two won three of our 5 baseball bats,
- 2:43but because we laid some minus numbers, minus 0.2 units, so
- 2:47basically a wash here. But we did have some good wins,
- 2:50including the Arizona Snakes. Really wasn't much of A sweat
- 2:53there. Arizona came through for the
- 2:54team. 6 nothing. If you're paying attention at
- 2:57home, Those who are monitoring the win total here because like
- 3:01you, I have the over 83 1/2 wins for Arizona.
- 3:05Well, last night was their 81st win, so we need three more wins
- 3:08to cash that over. Also a Detroit with a rocking
- 3:10chair winner. 11 nothing good sharp steam in their favor they
- 3:13came through and then the Pittsburgh Pirates also had a
- 3:16big win for us six to four the losers unfortunately were
- 3:20Seattle good sharp move in their favor just couldn't do anything
- 3:23offensively San Diego got that one and then San Fran.
- 3:27I was hoping we might have a comeback in that spot beat the
- 3:30closing line got a plus one O 5 closed around even money, but
- 3:33they lost three to two couldn't get anything going with the bats
- 3:35there. So either way, guys, we're going
- 3:37to turn the page and see if we can have a winning baseball day
- 3:40and then talk a little bit about some early line moves in the NFL
- 3:43for Week 2. So without further ado, let's
- 3:45get right back to the Major League slate slate here for
- 3:48today because I found an early game that is catching my eye
- 3:513:40 PM Eastern Time looking at the Texas Rangers and the
- 3:55Arizona stakes. Arizona obviously had a big win
- 3:57for us last night and I'm going to keep riding them.
- 3:59I'm going to Arizona again for today.
- 4:01So early matchup as I mentioned, 3:40 PM Eastern Time pitching
- 4:05match up here is Cody Bradford. He is going for Texas.
- 4:09He's five and two, 3.05 ERA. Merrill Kelly gets the ball here
- 4:13for Arizona. He's four and O of the 4.08 ERA.
- 4:16What have we seen across the market?
- 4:19Good sharp steam in favor of Arizona.
- 4:21Arizona open this game as low as a -, 135 home favorite.
- 4:25Now Arizona's up to around -150 -, 155 SA very clear one way
- 4:30line move good steam in favor of the snakes about $0.20 in their
- 4:33favor. Now Arizona's getting around 70%
- 4:36of bets but little more than 75% of dollars.
- 4:39So public as well as some smart money here pro and Joe in favor
- 4:43of Arizona. Now, couple things like about
- 4:46Arizona here in terms of system matches, classic interleague
- 4:49favorite, lack of familiarity, benefiting quote UN quote the
- 4:52better team, but in particular, interleague home favorites who
- 4:55made the playoffs the previous year, Interleague home fave.
- 4:58You got the last at bat, you got the crowd, you're the favorite,
- 5:00you're expected to win. Interleague lack of familiarity
- 5:03and you made the playoffs the previous year, which means
- 5:05you're probably a pretty good team.
- 5:07That system has been really good this year, 121 and 7063% with a
- 5:125% ROI. Also, Arizona is one of the
- 5:15better chalk teams in baseball. They are 48 and 2566% with a 12%
- 5:21ROI as a favorite, third best favorite in baseball.
- 5:24Now I'm going to bank on the offense of Arizona hopefully
- 5:26continuing to put up some runs like they did last night.
- 5:29They're hitting 262 as a team, 186 homers, 788 runs scored.
- 5:35You look at the Rangers, they're only hitting 238 with 151 homers
- 5:39and 606 runs scored. If you digging these pitchers a
- 5:42little bit more, Cody Bradford at home, he's been good 2.57
- 5:47ERA, but he's on the road tonight and on the road he has
- 5:49an ERA of nearly five. And the opposite for Meryl
- 5:52Kelly, he's got a 3.1 O ERA at home at home tonight versus 5.25
- 5:57on the road. So Bradford's been worse on the
- 5:59road, Kelly's been better at home, and that's where we are
- 6:02tonight with the game in the desert and also motivational
- 6:05angle. Obviously you're looking at
- 6:08Arizona right now holding down the number two wild card spot.
- 6:11So you got to keep winning. So they can basically secure
- 6:14that wild card spot versus Texas, who's pretty much out of
- 6:17it. I think there's seven games back
- 6:19and you know, time's coming up short at this point.
- 6:22Also home Rd. splits wanted to mention this, but Arizona 40 and
- 6:2531 at home, Texas just 29 and 41 on the road.
- 6:29So Arizona was a winner for us last night.
- 6:31They got good sharp steam with a lot of system matches.
- 6:33Today I'm going to ride the snakes and hope that we get one,
- 6:36one game closer, one win closer to catching that win total.
- 6:39Give me Arizona. I got Arizona at -155 keep on
- 6:44cruising. Another match up here from a
- 6:45team that came through US, came through for us yesterday.
- 6:48Let's see if they can do it again.
- 6:49Detroit Tigers, baby Tigers at home against Colorado.
- 6:53Detroit had again a great rocking chair winner for us
- 6:55yesterday 11 nothing and I'm seeing similar thing today here
- 6:59with some good steam on Detroit now pitching matchup.
- 7:02Let's get that out of the way. We have Tanner Gordon going for
- 7:05Colorado. He's O and five with a 7.55 ERA
- 7:09and this poor kid when I was looking at ESPN and looking at
- 7:13the game breakdown usually have the you know the photo, the bio
- 7:16picture of of the starting pitcher.
- 7:18Tanner Gordon doesn't have a photo.
- 7:19It's just the Colorado logo. So let's let's light up this
- 7:22poor kid tonight, but he's O and five 7.55 ERA Casey Mize, the
- 7:27former top pick for Detroit. He's two and six 4.3 O ERA going
- 7:31for the Tigers. But First off, big move toward
- 7:34Detroit. Detroit open this game as low as
- 7:36a -, 175 home favorite. Now they're upwards of -185 -,
- 7:41190. So good sharp steam in favor of
- 7:43Detroit. Now they're getting around 85%
- 7:45bets, but 90% dollars. So they're good low bets, higher
- 7:49dollars bet split pro and Joe in favor of Detroit.
- 7:52Detroit would match a couple systems here in terms of a non
- 7:56division favorite or inter league favorite.
- 7:58Lack of familiarity again benefiting quote UN quote the
- 8:00better team. Also you have a favorite low
- 8:02total correlative betting play. Detroit is a big favorite here
- 8:06getting closer to -200 and the total in this one is 8.
- 8:09So if your amount of expected runs scored more likely to come
- 8:11from quote UN quote that better team.
- 8:14Last 10 games. Colorado is only hitting two O 4
- 8:16with an ERA of four point O 8. Last 10 game for Detroit they're
- 8:20hitting 235 with a 2.12 ER. They really pitched very well.
- 8:24Colorado's God awful on the road. 22 and 54 were second
- 8:28worst Rd. record in baseball. Only the White Sox are worse and
- 8:32Detroit 36 and 34 at home. They have been profitable at
- 8:35home. Digging into these pictures a
- 8:37little bit. Tanner Gordon at home 5.56.
- 8:40ERA on the road, 8.69 and KC Mize at home, 3.67.
- 8:45ERA on the road, 5 point O 5. So we got Mize at home, Gordon
- 8:49on the road. That's been the angle to play
- 8:52this year. And then also the bullpen,
- 8:54Colorado's bullpen, 5.44 ERA, the worst in baseball.
- 8:58Detroit's bullpen is the 6th best.
- 9:00And you also have Detroit fighting for a playoff spot.
- 9:02So another kind of motivational angle there.
- 9:05But either way, guys, good, good sharp steam here on Detroit with
- 9:09a bunch of good system matches. So I'm going to go with the
- 9:11Tigers two days in a row. Give me the Tigers.
- 9:13I got them at -190 last butt of the night, another kind of semi
- 9:18early game, 6:45 PM Eastern Time between the Atlanta Braves and
- 9:22the Washington Nationals. Now looking toward last night,
- 9:25guys, we had the Braves bust out the brooms 12 nothing win.
- 9:29Bats got going and had an easy cruising to a win there against
- 9:32Washington. Atlanta in that game was around
- 9:34a -, 145 road favorite. So for the rematch here for
- 9:37tonight, we have the Braves going with the lefty Max Freed.
- 9:41He's nine and eight with a 3.35 ERA.
- 9:43He'll be opposed by Jake Irvin, the ready for Washington.
- 9:46He's 9:00 and 12:00 with a 4.28 ERA.
- 9:49What have we seen across the market here?
- 9:51Good steam in favor of Atlanta. The Atlanta Braves open this
- 9:54game listed as low as a round of -160 Rd. favorite.
- 9:58Now they're up to -175 excuse me, some shops even closer to
- 10:02-180 So good line movement in their favor.
- 10:05They're getting upwards of 90% of bets in dollars.
- 10:07So once again, a pro and Joe bet split Publix probably just
- 10:10saying right, Atlanta fade Washington, whereas wise guys
- 10:13kind of saw the value of that number early on when it was
- 10:16closer to -161 thing I like about this one favorite low
- 10:19total. So this total is 8, maybe going
- 10:22down to 7 1/2 if your amount of expected run score more likely
- 10:25to come from again, quote UN quote that better team.
- 10:28And then a lot of system matches with Atlanta road favorites this
- 10:31year are 57% Rd. favorites getting steam $0.10 or more are
- 10:3564% with a 6% ROI. And when you're a road favorite
- 10:39with steam playing a team who missed the playoffs the previous
- 10:41year, that system is 61 and 2968% with a 12% ROI.
- 10:48Also, if you look at the offense here, much more explosive for
- 10:51Atlanta. They've hit 186 homers, 622
- 10:54runs. Washington's hit only $1.20
- 10:57homers 600 and four runs. The Atlanta Braves are
- 11:00profitable on the road. 39 and 35.
- 11:03Washington just 32 and 38 at home.
- 11:05Last 10 games. Atlanta much better on the bump.
- 11:091.56 ERA. Washington 6.27 ERA.
- 11:12And if you dig into these pitcher pitchers a little bit
- 11:15more, Max Freed at home, 3.58 ERA on the road 3.19.
- 11:20He's actually been better on the road than at home and at night.
- 11:232.93 ERA in the day 4.46. So he's been better at night.
- 11:28This is a night game obviously. And digging into Jake Irvin a
- 11:31little bit. I want to bet against Irvin.
- 11:32He posted a 6.61 ERA and six August starts and in his last
- 11:37two starts, last one came in the month of September Here, he's
- 11:40given up 13 runs in his last two starts.
- 11:44His ERA at home is 4.83 versus 3.94 on the road.
- 11:47And in the day he's been pretty good 3.1 O ERA at night, 5.34.
- 11:52So there's a lot of angles here to bet against Irvin.
- 11:55And then lastly, again, motivation.
- 11:58You know, whether it's Arizona, Detroit here, Atlanta, Atlanta's
- 12:01a team that's tied with the Mets right now for the second wild
- 12:03card spot. So they got to continue to win
- 12:06to keep pace and and earn that playoff berth.
- 12:08We Add all up guys, good sharp steam, a lot of system matches.
- 12:11I'm going to back the Braves tonight, so shop round, give me
- 12:14Atlanta. Got the Braves at -175.
- 12:18Now over to the NFL because again, today's a Wednesday.
- 12:21No football for today, but it all comes back for us tomorrow.
- 12:25But I did write a sharp report for visen.com and I wanted to
- 12:27mention a few early games that caught my eye.
- 12:30So mention Buffalo, Miami again. I'm leaning right now toward
- 12:33Miami on the money line with that line move -1 1/2 - 2 now up
- 12:37to 2 1/2. Thursday night.
- 12:38Home favorites have done very well, but here's a few others
- 12:41that caught my eye. One, I don't typically love
- 12:43laying big spreads, but I did notice Baltimore Ravens getting
- 12:47hammered at home against the Vegas Raiders.
- 12:49The Ravens open this game listed around a 7 1/2 point home
- 12:53favorite. Now they're up to 9 and a half
- 12:55and they're getting as of right now, 84% of bets, 94% of
- 12:59dollars. So I'm wondering if we get to
- 13:01the key number of 10, will there be buy back on Vegas plus 10?
- 13:05But the early move was laying it with Baltimore.
- 13:07Now a couple things like about Baltimore would be a rest first
- 13:10tired advantage. Remember Baltimore's awful loss
- 13:12because you know luck Luckily for us, likely's foot hit the
- 13:16hit the white line if you're AKC better like me in the opening
- 13:19night game. But they played on Thursday.
- 13:21Baltimore did Vegas played Sunday.
- 13:23So Baltimore's rested ready to go coming off a loss.
- 13:26That's a good rest first tired motivational play.
- 13:29Also West Coast team going east for a 1:00 game.
- 13:32It's always a difficult spot in terms of the body clock for NFL
- 13:35players having to travel cross country, play games earlier than
- 13:38they're used to. That's typically a fade
- 13:40situation. And Lamar Jackson six and three
- 13:43against the spread when he's a favorite at home of 9 1/2 points
- 13:47or more. So when he's expected to cover
- 13:49these big numbers at home, typically he does.
- 13:51And also keep an eye out for the over here or sorry for the for
- 13:55the under. I should say it open at 43.
- 13:58It's down to 41 1/2. Only 33% of bets, but nearly 70%
- 14:02of money is going under here. So is this, I don't know, 24 to
- 14:089 game in favor of Baltimore, something like that.
- 14:11But early move is toward the Ravens laying it.
- 14:13And again, if they're 9 1/2, can you take him down to 3 1/2?
- 14:17You know, is that a teaser play? You can also consider that as
- 14:20well. You even though it only goes
- 14:21through one key number of seven. Next one here, The Jets and the
- 14:26Titans. So these are two teams that I
- 14:27hate because I bet on both and they both failed to cover for me
- 14:30in Week 1. But anyway, Jets on the road to
- 14:32Titans seeing some sharp money. Take the tech Titans and the
- 14:36points this open jets -4 on the road and the public saying give
- 14:41me The Jets bounce back spot Aaron Rodgers even though they
- 14:44got rolled by the Niners, they'll handle the the Tennessee
- 14:46Titans, right? However, currently you are
- 14:49getting across the market 78% of spread bets laying it with The
- 14:53Jets. Yet The Jets fell -4 down to -3
- 14:561/2. So classic reverse line move in
- 14:59favor of Tennessee only getting 22% of bets.
- 15:01Get the line moved in their favor.
- 15:03Here's a system to remember Week 2 when 2 winless teams play each
- 15:07other. The dog is 45 and 23 against the
- 15:09spread, 66% with a 28% ROI since 2005.
- 15:14That's a pretty good sample size.
- 15:16Week two home dogs getting +6 or less, 18 and eight against the
- 15:20spread, 69% since 2018. Titans also have some
- 15:24correlative betting value. We saw this total drop 41 1/2
- 15:27down to 40 and that is a good sign for a dog because low total
- 15:31makes it harder for the favorite to cover the number.
- 15:33Tennessee does have a rest first tired advantage.
- 15:35Jets on a short week having played Monday night.
- 15:37Tennessee with that 17 nothing lead blowing it against Chicago,
- 15:41but they did play Sunday. So again, one day advantage and
- 15:44mention that total could be a lower scoring game.
- 15:46It fell 41 1/2 down to 40 1/2. But I was looking at the bet
- 15:50splits and this one jumped out to me. 59% bets, 95% money
- 15:56money, money money is on that under.
- 15:57Looks like a lot of under money with the Titans and Jets.
- 16:01Next one. This one goes out to my guy
- 16:03Devin Fernandez because he said are you really going to make me
- 16:06bet the Giants? I may make you bet the Giants.
- 16:08Anyway, Giants are on the road at Washington.
- 16:11Both teams. Oh, and one, both teams look
- 16:13terrible in their opener. But what's interesting here is
- 16:17the public is all over Washington.
- 16:18Washington open as a 2 1/2 point home favorite.
- 16:21Some shops even open. Washington -3 and everyone's
- 16:24betting the Jaden Daniels and the Commanders. 86% of spread
- 16:28bets are going Washington. I kind of view this as a lesser
- 16:31of two evils. Play 2 bad teams take the home
- 16:33favorite. However, despite 86% of bets on
- 16:37Washington guys, this line has moved toward the Giants.
- 16:41Giants went from plus 2 1/2 + 3. Now the line is down to plus 1
- 16:451/2. Why is the line going to the
- 16:46Giants if everyone's betting Washington?
- 16:48Dead giveaway here. That looks like pros took the G
- 16:51men. They would match as First off.
- 16:53One of the top contrarian plays of the week.
- 16:55Only 14% of bets on the G men. I don't blame him and I don't
- 16:59want to bet him either, but as a data-driven person, I got to
- 17:01admit they're sharp. 2 endless teams take the dog.
- 17:05Divisional dogs. 54% against the spread overall.
- 17:08Not just week 1, but overall since 2020.
- 17:11Scott Novak, the lead ref, he's been really good to the road
- 17:14team. 60% against the spread. And if you are like if like if
- 17:18you like the line, move toward the giants.
- 17:20I don't know how you can't. It's so gross, which makes me
- 17:22like even more, but maybe you don't want to just take the 1
- 17:251/2. Well, maybe you tease the Giants
- 17:27up 1 1/2 to 7 1/2. That way you go through the
- 17:30three, you go through the seven. That'll be a long teaser
- 17:32opportunity. Also, this total really jumped
- 17:35out to me, a contrarian overplay.
- 17:37It open at 41 1/2, it's up to 44.
- 17:40That's notable because the over is only getting 36% of bats, but
- 17:4472% of money. So public's going under get this
- 17:48thing rose. I kind of like that.
- 17:49Giants, Washington over 44. Good sharp contrarian overplay.
- 17:54Last one for you in terms of the early games that caught my eye,
- 17:58the Rams and the Arizona Cardinals.
- 18:01So this one opened with the Rams listed as a short favorite.
- 18:04They're about -2 1/2 on the road and the public's going Rams. 70%
- 18:09of bets are on the Rams, but this is dog to fave in favor of
- 18:12Arizona. Arizona went from getting 2 1/2
- 18:14to now laying one, and it's juiced up in some shops.
- 18:17Even went to -1 1/2. So if 70% of bets are on the
- 18:21Rams, why is line going to Arizona?
- 18:24Well tells me smart money came in on Arizona dog to fave line
- 18:27move. They're only getting 30% bets
- 18:29but 70% of dollars. Great bet split.
- 18:33John Hussey the lead ref. He's a good home ref 60%
- 18:35historically, but also big injury angle here for the the
- 18:39Rams. Puka Nakua got hurt note boom
- 18:42and then someone else think 2 of their lineman are hurt as well.
- 18:46But Nakua is obviously the big one with this line going toward
- 18:49Arizona. Again, is it injury?
- 18:51Is it smart money? Maybe it's a combination of
- 18:53both. But Arizona's gone dog to fave
- 18:55and have seen that total drop. This total open at around 50.
- 19:00It's down to 49. The under is only getting 39%
- 19:03bets, but nearly half the money. And John Hussey, the lead ref,
- 19:06is pretty good to the under, historically 56%.
- 19:09So that is another game that caught my eye.
- 19:11But again, a lot of games on the board here.
- 19:14But to me, when I'm looking at early line moves, I kind of try
- 19:17to identify them, put a pin in it, you know, check off the, you
- 19:21know, the game box here so I can just monitor it.
- 19:23Because when I think when you're betting NFL, there are games
- 19:26early that are obvious and there are games that are kind of later
- 19:28in the week that catch your eye. And also I would mention so far
- 19:33we have favorites. Let's see nine and seven against
- 19:37the spread and overs are nine and seven.
- 19:39So the public had a good week, 1 favorites and overs.
- 19:42I think you're in for a good spot.
- 19:44Overreaction week where hopefully dogs and unders come
- 19:46through for us, but that's something that I'll be
- 19:49monitoring just generally speaking.
- 19:51But that about does it guys. Another pod here in the books
- 19:54talk some MLB talked an early opening sharp report here for
- 19:58NFL League 2. Tomorrow we'll have of course
- 20:01Thursday Night Football and then after tomorrow it's Friday and
- 20:04we'll get right back to UFC biting as I'm already looking at
- 20:08some sharp line moves. Hopefully that will they'll be
- 20:11kind of, I don't know, further confidence when I get that bet
- 20:15Split data for my buddy John Ewing.
- 20:17But either way, guys, kind of the low part of the week here,
- 20:20but get ready. We're about to ramp up and
- 20:22that's football season. It's the roller coaster UPS, ups
- 20:24and downs. But we're hopefully going to set
- 20:26ourselves up for a positive week too.
- 20:29Now with pod #117 in the books, this is the part of the pod
- 20:33where I leave you with a few things.
- 20:35Number one, I'm going to ask you a favor.
- 20:37Could you please give this podcast a five star review?
- 20:41If you're listening on Spotify or iTunes, you have the option
- 20:43to click five stars and maybe leave a a nice little comment.
- 20:46That'll be great as well. But the the five star review
- 20:49goes a long way to rising up the ranks, you know, gaining some
- 20:53credibility. If you want to recommend the pod
- 20:55to a friend, word of mouth is always great if there's an
- 20:57option to click follow that way as soon as the pod drops, you
- 21:00get alerted to it, that'll be fantastic as well.
- 21:03Secondly, if you enjoy these breakdowns, data-driven
- 21:06breakdowns based upon what the market is telling us, trying to
- 21:10put together different context clues to make the smartest bet
- 21:13that we can. If this style of betting appeals
- 21:16to you, sharp contrarian data-driven betting, then guess
- 21:19what? I wrote a book about data-driven
- 21:21betting. So if you want to learn more or
- 21:23if you want to support the team or let me know you appreciate
- 21:25the hard work that I put in grinding and hosting this pod
- 21:28each day, then go buy my book. It's only about 20 bucks, might
- 21:31even be a little cheaper than that 18 bucks or something.
- 21:35You can get it at Barnes and Noble, but easiest way to do it,
- 21:37just go to Amazon.com, type in the Everything Guide to Sports
- 21:41Betting. Pick one up for you or for a
- 21:43friend. It's got everything I've learned
- 21:44in the industry, how lines are set, how and why they move, how
- 21:47to read line movement, how to locate sharp action, how to
- 21:50place a bet in person or online, how to shop for the best line,
- 21:53how to set up a bankroll management plan.
- 21:55It's all included in the Everything Guide to Sports
- 21:57Betting. So pick one up when I see at the
- 21:59book, bring my book to the book. I'll sign it for you.
- 22:02I'll buy you a beer or ginger ale next.
- 22:05Have you downloaded and started your 7 day free trial of Rhythm
- 22:09and Juice Reel? My two favorite data-driven
- 22:12analytics sports betting apps? Rhythm is obviously fantastic
- 22:16for their data-driven player prop predictions.
- 22:18Had a good one with Breece Hall the other night going over 28
- 22:21and half receiving yards, but also game predictions, game
- 22:24models as well as Juice Reel with their Robo Jackson best bet
- 22:28picks, the AI driven recommendations, sharp mush
- 22:32system matches, arbitrage bets, syncing up your sports books,
- 22:36getting a running record of your performance.
- 22:38I love Juice reel, I love rhythm and I know that they helped me
- 22:41win and they can help you win. So I want you to go sign up by
- 22:43doing it specifically this way. Click the custom link that's
- 22:47located in the bio description of this podcast and you should
- 22:50see a link there to sign up for Juice Reel and Rhythm.
- 22:53Of course. Lastly, guys, whether I see you
- 22:55at the Borgata in Atlantic City, Twin River in Rhode Island, the
- 22:58Brooklyn, New Hampshire, Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun down in
- 23:00Connecticut at the Encore in Boston or Plain Ridge Park
- 23:03Casino or MGM Springfield in my neck of the woods in
- 23:06Massachusetts or out in the desert where the true grinders
- 23:08get down or Billy Walters sends his number runners with lowest
- 23:12use possible is found at the South Point or Sweat and Sharp
- 23:14can train plays jumping in the stadium swim pool.
- 23:17When you cash a big ticket, wherever it may be, you're going
- 23:19to walk up to me. Show me a couple good winners
- 23:21from last night. Diamondbacks, Tigers, Pirates.
- 23:25Guess what? First one's on me, next one's on
- 23:27you. We'll post about the book.
- 23:28Sweat sharp, contrarian plays all night long.
- 23:31So wish the best luck everyone. Have a great Wednesday.
- 23:34Be right back at it with Thursday Night Football
- 23:36tomorrow. But as always, stay sharp, stay
- 23:38contrarian, bet against the public, place yourself on the
- 23:41side of the house. Always be with the smart money,
- 23:43never against it. Will smart money win every time?
- 23:46Of course not. Sometimes the sharp play loses,
- 23:49but doesn't mean you want to go against the sharp plays because
- 23:51more often than not they're going to win long term.
- 23:53So we can bet with our head and not our heart against the
- 23:56public, with the house, with the pros, flat bet, avoid parlays,
- 23:59get that CLV. If we can do that long term,
- 24:02we're going to be successful sports bettors.
- 24:04So have a great Wednesday, everyone.
- 24:06Be back at it tomorrow for a big Thirsty Thursday with some
- 24:09Thursday Night Football on tap. That'll be episode 118 of the
- 24:13All Systems Go Sports Betting podcast.
- 24:16I'll see you guys tomorrow. Have a good night.
