  SPEAKER_05: But we're gonna go do a little history of Bel Air House before we get into that night, and Aaron will take that away.

  SPEAKER_07: Okay, so Bel Air House is in Bel Air, Ohio.

  SPEAKER_07: It is literally on the border of West Virginia and Ohio.

  SPEAKER_07: It has a lot going for it.

  SPEAKER_07: If you actually go to their website, there is a really good history that I've taken a lot of my information from.

  SPEAKER_07: A couple of things right off the bat.

  SPEAKER_07: The house where it's built, it's built near a sacred Shawnee burial ground.

  SPEAKER_07: So you have that going for it.

  SPEAKER_07: It's built on a ley line.

  SPEAKER_07: When we're talking about ley lines, we're talking about lines that intersect throughout the world of you know prehistoric buildings or just different geographic areas.

  SPEAKER_07: The other thing is with the river, the Ohio River runs right through there.

  SPEAKER_07: And because you have that constant movement, you have that constant energy.

  SPEAKER_07: It is just it is a portal, basically, is what they've broken it down to.

  SPEAKER_07: The other cool thing about Belair House is if you're outside, you can literally see alignments.

  SPEAKER_07: So you can clearly see planetary alignments of Mars, Saturn, Mercury, Venus, and Jupiter along with the different constellations.

  SPEAKER_07: I know I tried looking while we were out there, but there was just too much light at that time when we got there.

  SPEAKER_07: There are rituals that have been held by Native Americans in this area, so there's a lot of energy coming that way.

  SPEAKER_07: They've had a bishop in, um, they've done a lot of cleansing and Catholic rituals to try to get the bad out.

  SPEAKER_07: So there are a bunch of things that give Bel Air House its reputation.

  SPEAKER_07: Um, the river, the constant flow of water, which creates the energy.

  SPEAKER_07: This house was also uh built on the French and an area of the French and Indian wars.

  SPEAKER_07: It was a stop on the Underground Railroad.

  SPEAKER_07: So that's a big, a big thing there.

  SPEAKER_07: That's a lot of energy.

  SPEAKER_07: Um, and then there was the coal mine.

  SPEAKER_07: So directly under the house was coal mine number one.

  SPEAKER_07: I believe it was like 20 or 21 men had died.

  SPEAKER_07: So you have all of that energy.

  SPEAKER_07: Um, I talked about the constellations and the um the planets above.

  SPEAKER_07: Apparently, there are supposed to be 17 portals that are open in this house from all of the rituals and all of the seances that have been done.

  SPEAKER_07: Um, there have been deaths inside the house, and there's a lot of the residual energy.

  SPEAKER_07: Residual energy from the deaths, from the ground, you know, being stained by whatever blood had been shed, um, the residual energy of the uh the rivers in that area.

  SPEAKER_07: So this house literally hits almost all of the boxes when you're talking about an area that's gonna be really hot for uh paranormal activity.

  SPEAKER_16: The other places that I've been to with you guys, I never felt anything personally um as strong as I did there.

  SPEAKER_03: Um there was a lot more energy in the house than um I don't know, I'd gone to Fairfield with you guys.

  SPEAKER_03: Um it was reminiscent of being in the basement or the grave room, I think we called it, at the seminary.

  SPEAKER_03: And then that started from as soon as we walked in the front door, like even the area where we were congregating, uh just it had a lot of energy, a lot of I don't know, just it always felt like something was looking at you from somewhere.

  SPEAKER_07: While we were in the house, there are times where you have like your quote unquote safe zone.

  SPEAKER_05: So I mean, I think you brought an interesting point of like we've done other places and we got evidence and we felt stuff, but I think the lairhouse was it was more personal.

  SPEAKER_05: Like you felt more emotional, more connected to the spirits in a good way or a bad way.

  SPEAKER_05: It did feel a little, like a little uneasy.

  SPEAKER_05: Yeah, there was an uneasy feeling when you hit the ground floor.

  SPEAKER_05: It almost felt like you were walking slightly off kilter.

  SPEAKER_03: It always felt like something was coming from where I was standing, it would have been behind Bird.

  SPEAKER_03: It always felt like something was creeping up behind him, but can't see when it's you can't see your own hand in front of your face.

  SPEAKER_05: That's one thing we didn't do, which we should have, is checked the EMF as by the furnace.

  SPEAKER_05: Now obviously Bird had an EMF detector one in that room, but and you shouldn't really, and he wasn't picking anything up that rough, so you shouldn't really feel anything.

  SPEAKER_05: But when you go back to that room, if it's very high EMF, you're gonna get freaky feeling.

  SPEAKER_05: So, Aaron, Nikki, you guys were in the attic, besides being 125 degrees up there.

  SPEAKER_07: Well, when we first went up there, we all were, it was myself, Nikki, and Tegan.

  SPEAKER_07: We were all sitting near the one window, and we had set up the cat balls all over the place.

  SPEAKER_07: And we talked for a little bit, uh, asked a few questions.

  SPEAKER_07: And then I said, Let's split up each one of us in the nooks.

  SPEAKER_07: I had it shut all the way down because it was buzzing, and I was like, I don't want to have that interfering.

  SPEAKER_07: And then the cat ball over in the corner by where you were sitting.

  SPEAKER_16: And this was after we had decided that we were leaving.

  SPEAKER_16: And as soon as we said we were going to leave, I went to pick up the cat ball and it went off.

  SPEAKER_16: And we even tried to get it to go off after the fact that it would not go off.

  SPEAKER_16: Right at the top of the stairs as we were trying to leave.

  SPEAKER_07: And each time I noticed each time the three of us tried to leave this place, things would start to happen.

  SPEAKER_07: And it seemed a little bit more targeted at us three than the guys.

  SPEAKER_05: And like we talked about, like we go to Madison, we go to Fairfield, there's always like a ready room, and it's pretty much a safe haven.

  SPEAKER_05: Belair House, our ready room was the Seant Room.

  SPEAKER_05: There's really no like, okay, this is like our safe haven.

  SPEAKER_05: We can, you know, decompress a little bit, then go, it was the Seyant room.

  SPEAKER_05: As long as we had the lights on, I think we were fine.

  SPEAKER_05: But a lot of shadow figures still on there.

  SPEAKER_05: So we did decompress a little bit, talked about our experiences a little bit, so we don't want to like I guess lean forward like for the guys gonna act and like oh they felt this, so we're gonna feel the same thing.

  SPEAKER_05: Then we decided, oh, the living room, that should be nice and quiet, you know.

  SPEAKER_05: If you guys don't know what SS method is, is you put noise canceling headphones on with a spirit box and you blindfold yourself so all your senses is just concentrating on your hearing.

  SPEAKER_03: Or it was like we went as a group and uh we felt some of the places out, and we're like, ah, that feels this room feels that way, or that room feels that way.

  SPEAKER_03: Whereas I felt like it was like as soon as you stepped in the house, it was like you were knee deep.

  SPEAKER_03: And there was no there was no stepping back until you got out of the house and off the porch and towards the road.
