SPEAKER_00: And we're gonna start with left off yesterday, which is about eight lines from the top of Khurtcha Vov Ahmud Alif.
• 0:09
SPEAKER_00: So we had Sheita Sabyyasi yesterday.
• 0:11
SPEAKER_00: As we know, there's a lacha by tumma, specifically tumma's ha mace, then it's metama be oyo, as we know.
• 0:16
SPEAKER_00: Now there's something called tummah bhikas be oy, which means that if the mace is not contained in its own oyel, which means it has a tefach of its own space, rabanut coffins, then it's bhikas bi oyla.
• 0:28
SPEAKER_00: If it's compact and that's it, then it's uh then it's uh what's it called?
• 0:33
SPEAKER_00: Then then it goes uh it's bhikasve oyla.
• 0:35
SPEAKER_00: If there's no room on top of the mace itself, or the piece of the mace, whatever part of the mace is being uh metame, then uh then we are uh then it's gonna be then then it's gonna go straight through.
• 0:45
  SPEAKER_00: Ada Shamaim.
• 0:46
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna go until uh until it has a Peseh Tefach and another oil being on it properly, then above that thing is gonna be tar.
• 0:53
SPEAKER_00: But otherwise it breaks through anything, rocks and dust and whatever you want, whatever you put on top of it.
• 0:57
SPEAKER_00: If there's no room of a tabach, it's bikas by the straight up.
• 1:00
SPEAKER_00: Rabyosi we saw yesterday, is a sheeta that holds that he does not hold to that.
• 1:03
SPEAKER_00: Tumuratsutsa, which means rutsuza, it's compact.
• 1:06
SPEAKER_00: There's no room in the bikas.
• 1:07
  SPEAKER_00: It's not bakas.
• 1:09
SPEAKER_00: And on that the Gemara starts off that veromi the Rubyisi at Rabiyosi.
• 1:12
SPEAKER_00: You just told me that Rabbiasi holds that toma is not by casve oil.
• 1:16
  SPEAKER_00: By a maze.
• 1:17
SPEAKER_00: I'll bring you a stira within Sheeta's Rubyasi, where it sounds like he holds that tomorrow tsutsa is bikasve oila.
• 1:23
SPEAKER_00: What is this uh stero?
• 1:25
  SPEAKER_00: It's none, we have a Mishnah.
• 1:28
SPEAKER_00: So you have a dog that ate dead meat, a dead person's meat, which is Metame Ba oil.
• 1:33
SPEAKER_00: So it's still within three days, where we have to assume that the meat is still inside this dead dog.
• 1:37
SPEAKER_00: So you have human busser, it's because I have a bus or human, it's gonna be metabe.
• 1:41
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be metama oil as well.
• 1:42
SPEAKER_00: But it's inside this dog right now.
• 1:44
  SPEAKER_00: Um, this dog died.
• 1:46
SPEAKER_00: Umutullah, and he, where did he die?
• 1:48
SPEAKER_00: He's like on the front porch of a house.
• 1:50
SPEAKER_00: He's on this front uh deck area of the house that had that's also roofed in kind of outdoor uh not a sickle porch.
• 1:57
  SPEAKER_00: But Lamaisa, it's uh he's he's over there.
• 2:00
SPEAKER_00: So mayor Amir says, so how do we look at the whole house?
• 2:02
SPEAKER_00: Meaning he's dead, and inside of him he has Basar of a mace.
• 2:06
SPEAKER_00: That should be metame the aisle.
• 2:07
SPEAKER_00: So if he's under the thing and he's other things are under the same aisle, then they're all gonna everything is gonna be tame.
• 2:11
SPEAKER_00: So remember, I'm a few sheet is over here.
• 2:13
SPEAKER_00: Rameer says, Im yeah pseach tefah.
• 2:15
SPEAKER_00: We look at the neck.
• 2:16
SPEAKER_00: If he has in his neck a poiseh tefah, a tefach wide, then maybe a satoma.
• 2:22
SPEAKER_00: Then he's gonna be maybe toma the t the toma's gonna be able to go out, and uh it's gonna be metame.
• 2:26
SPEAKER_00: Vem laf, we're assuming the case is where the the head of the dog is in the doorway of the house.
• 2:33
SPEAKER_00: The head of the dog is in the doorway of the house, so it's bringing the toma into the house, and the body's not.
• 2:37
SPEAKER_00: That's what it sounds like from this law like this.
• 2:38
SPEAKER_00: So in the oh there was an opening of a tatach in the neck of this dog, then maybe a tummy, then it's gonna transfer the tumor right out of it.
• 2:46
SPEAKER_00: Vem lav, and if not, in a maybe a saddam.
• 2:48
SPEAKER_00: It's not going to be metamerabi.
• 2:52
SPEAKER_00: And this is the main sheet that we need right here to ask the steering.
• 2:56
SPEAKER_00: We look at whatever is canegana mashka valifanim, whatever's on the inner part of the doorway over here.
• 3:02
SPEAKER_00: So me caneganamashka valifnah I buy his stomach.
• 3:05
SPEAKER_00: Anything that's inside, meaning I don't care the head of the dog, the the tail of the dog, the body of the dog, the we what we care is where on the dog the piece of meat is.
• 3:14
SPEAKER_00: So if it's in his stomach right now, this piece of busser of a mace, if it's in the dog's stomach, where is the dog's stomach?
• 3:21
SPEAKER_00: Then it's gonna be stomach.
• 3:25
SPEAKER_00: If it's outside the doorway, the his stomach, then where the piece of meat is, then again.
• 3:29
SPEAKER_00: What does that show us?
• 3:29
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 3:30
SPEAKER_00: Because it goes straight up.
• 3:31
  SPEAKER_00: It's by casma'ala.
• 3:32
SPEAKER_00: This is where we clearly already see the steroid and then sheetas of Jesi.
• 3:36
SPEAKER_00: Since we look at exactly the place of the meat where it is within this dog, it's by Kasma'a straight through the dog, because the dog doesn't have a tamaff of space in but inside of him that's uh being Megan over this piece of meat, right?
• 3:45
SPEAKER_00: So he so it's by Kasma'ilah straight up, and therefore wherever that is, if it's minashakavalf name, the bias is gonna be tame.
• 3:51
SPEAKER_00: If it's mean canaga shakavala chutz on the outside of the doorway, then it's gonna be tar.
• 3:54
SPEAKER_00: The bias is gonna be tar.
• 3:55
SPEAKER_00: Riblez or mbelez says piv a bias tar.
• 3:58
SPEAKER_00: So let's tell something else.
• 4:00
SPEAKER_00: That if the dog's mouth is inside, then the bias is tar.
• 4:03
SPEAKER_00: This is just the opposite of a remershita.
• 4:05
SPEAKER_00: Why we're gonna see in a second.
• 4:06
SPEAKER_00: If the mouth is towards the inside, the bias is gonna be tar.
• 4:09
SPEAKER_00: Pivlachutz, the mouth is towards the outside, then it's gonna be tum, the bias is gonna be tame.
• 4:13
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 4:13
SPEAKER_00: Ivanisha Tume Yoitsi Dereh Shula.
• 4:15
SPEAKER_00: What was the reason that we said when the mouth is on the inside?
• 4:17
SPEAKER_00: The oza, Pasech Tefach, right?
• 4:19
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 4:19
SPEAKER_00: Because we saw the swara yesterday that since it's derech lotses, it's gonna go out of there one day.
• 4:24
SPEAKER_00: We had the case of the box at the end of yesterday's doth.
• 4:26
SPEAKER_00: So we have this box, and since it's gonna come out, even though it has a tefach inside, apparently it's gonna be Metame the Baez.
• 4:33
  SPEAKER_00: Right?
• 4:33
SPEAKER_00: Not according to Avrichita, but there's this Svaro of came on the dark lotsis.
• 4:39
SPEAKER_00: It's going to come out, so we look at it in Xera Drabanan as if it came out already.
• 4:42
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, this is what Rabalaz is saying that I don't care about the mouth.
• 4:47
SPEAKER_00: Meaning I care about the mouth for Tahara purposes.
• 4:48
SPEAKER_00: If the mouth is to the inside, the bias is tar.
• 4:50
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 4:51
SPEAKER_00: Because it doesn't come out the mouth.
• 4:52
SPEAKER_00: It came in the mouth, where is it gonna go?
• 4:53
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna go out the back.
• 4:54
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, Rimanesha Toma Yatzar Shula, since it's gonna go out the back, it's dark alotes from the back.
• 5:00
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, I look at it as if it already came out, since it would have, again, it's a it would have come out through the back, so that's where we well, that's why we care according to Rabbi Lazar where the back is, not where the front is, and pivot by star, pivlachuts, if the mouth is to the outside, but the back is to the inside, then tame yotzidar chulub.
• 5:20
SPEAKER_00: Argues across the board, and he says that the bias is Tame Rashi brings uh Rashid explains about what one of the points are because uh because sometimes it comes out the front, sometimes it comes out the back, it doesn't matter which way the animal's faced, the bias is going to be Tame across the board according to the Biyuda Mimiseira.
• 5:37
SPEAKER_00: But either way, what do we see from this brice?
• 5:38
SPEAKER_00: So what do we need from this mission over here?
• 5:40
SPEAKER_00: Sorry, what do we need from this Mishnah?
• 5:42
SPEAKER_00: We brought a steering Riyasi, Rubesi said yesterday that that uh that Tumma is bike is not by Kasva Isla.
• 5:49
SPEAKER_00: We saw Shita Surbasi that Tumma is not Bikaswa, and we saw clearly over here what did Rabyasi say I care about where the dog is.
• 5:54
SPEAKER_00: Is mean as a wherever the piece of flesh, the bus or mace is inside this dog, look up.
• 6:00
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 6:01
SPEAKER_00: Because it's by Kasva Isla.
• 6:02
SPEAKER_00: So that's how we understood Rubyasi over here.
• 6:04
SPEAKER_00: So yesterday we saw Rubyasi doesn't know that it's by Kasva, and clearly over here he holds that it is the Kasva.
• 6:08
SPEAKER_00: So the Gemaris um lays it out for us that my lava in the tzabar pasach tefach, this is only gonna work, by the way.
• 6:13
SPEAKER_00: If you tell me that in this mission or Byyasi Sheetah is, that we're talking about a case where the dog does not have a peseh tefach in its tzabar.
• 6:20
SPEAKER_00: So the neck wasn't the tefach big, we're not looking at it as uh dark alatz is gonna come out of there, and therefore, if talking about a case where the tzabar did not have a pseih tefach koid, like that's the case he's talking about, then what?
• 6:35
SPEAKER_00: Then why would he say we'd look at wherever it is?
• 6:38
SPEAKER_00: Obviously, the only reason is we don't care about it coming out this way or that way, that's not what we're looking at.
• 6:42
SPEAKER_00: It's not about dark alats, it's not about any tulam of the rabbanaal, it's about toma blaz ba'llah.
• 6:46
  SPEAKER_00: That's where it is.
• 6:47
SPEAKER_00: We look at exactly where it is, because the only thing that matters is not about its mouth, not about a tefah, not about the back, it's about where it is, it's blah spa'llah, straight through the dog, and it goes up.
• 6:55
SPEAKER_00: And clearly we hold, right?
• 6:57
SPEAKER_00: And again, my love doesn't isn't Rabyesi going on a case that I'm tabar to say, Taba koi Rubysi, Rebes is going on that Shmami not Thomas Toma Baikaswa'.
• 7:05
SPEAKER_00: We clearly say that Toma is boikas ba'la according to Shetas Rabesi, which is our stira, because yesterday we saw that Rubesi, we tried saying holds, that he holds Toma is not Baikasva'ala.
• 7:14
SPEAKER_00: So Amar Rabbah, Raba explains.
• 7:16
SPEAKER_00: No, you understood, you misunderstood Rubyesi in the Mishra.
• 7:19
SPEAKER_00: When Rubyisi said that Royan, we look at the animal, see it's a Kneganashakh over the kneem, canegada shakh over the chut.
• 7:25
SPEAKER_00: We're not looking at exactly where it is.
• 7:26
SPEAKER_00: This is what Rabesi is saying.
• 7:27
SPEAKER_00: Royan is halal toma ketoni.
• 7:30
SPEAKER_00: He's saying we look at the chalal of the toma.
• 7:33
SPEAKER_00: The entire where's Rashi over here?
• 7:37
SPEAKER_00: Um He's looking at the entire halal, not just the tzavar that's a full tefa of thickness.
• 7:44
SPEAKER_00: We look at the halal of the tzavar itself, the empty space within the tzavar.
• 7:48
  SPEAKER_00: Why does that matter?
• 7:48
  SPEAKER_00: Because Rabbiasi Batarti following.
• 7:50
SPEAKER_00: Rabbiasi is arguing on two things.
• 7:51
SPEAKER_00: We can't relate our mary, he's telling her Mary, the comments, first of all, that that you said, first of all, the ki yesh bitzavarapseh tefach, maybe it's a tomo.
• 7:59
SPEAKER_00: When it has on the tzavar uh the when the neck is uh tefah thick, then it's gonna be maybe the tomo.
• 8:04
SPEAKER_00: And an basar chalalalas lean on first of all, we don't go after the thickness of the neck, that has nothing to do with it.
• 8:09
SPEAKER_00: We go after the khalal, the empty space of the neck.
• 8:13
SPEAKER_00: If there's empty space of a tefach, that empty space is what's gonna matter, not the thickness of the neck of the camera, and that that you said, that kulaitame, that the bias is gonna be kula etame, it's inside the it's gonna be top meaning and it doesn't matter, you were being mashed this outer porch exactly like the bias, and even if it was on this uh this uh scofa, we look at the entire thing like it's the same thing.
• 8:33
SPEAKER_00: Both the outer porch and the inside bias, it's all one thing.
• 8:36
  SPEAKER_00: That that you said.
• 8:36
  SPEAKER_00: No, no, no.
• 8:37
SPEAKER_00: We don't so uh that that's not what I hold.
• 8:38
SPEAKER_00: Mikaneganashango with a fnabaias tame if it's from the doorway and inside to the actual house, then the bias is gonna be tome.
• 8:45
SPEAKER_00: Mikanegana shanga with a hotabais tar.
• 8:46
SPEAKER_00: If it's on the outside of the doorway, then it's gonna be tar, because again, it's not gonna be the considered the same exact roof, um, you know, between the ascofa roof and the roof of the actual house, and therefore the the doorway actually matters.
• 8:58
SPEAKER_00: But and again, we're not looking at it being like has the illustrated animal.
• 9:03
SPEAKER_00: We do care about where the mouth is.
• 9:04
SPEAKER_00: It's just that we don't care about the fact that it's a tefach thick, we need a tefah of actual halal, an actual empty space within this uh dog, and and when he says, he's making a distinction between this outside porch and the inner house that it's not gonna be considered necessarily one oil.
• 9:23
  SPEAKER_00: Ravah Raba Masilabah.
• 9:25
SPEAKER_00: Ravach Rabbah had this actually mefora, she learned this, mefor shabra, that's halal ha toma.
• 9:32
SPEAKER_00: Now what do we look at?
• 9:32
SPEAKER_00: The khalal atuma, the actual empty space, the actual uh how big is the halal of the of the neck?
• 9:38
SPEAKER_00: Is it uh is it a tafach or not?
• 9:40
SPEAKER_00: If it's a tafach, then you're gonna have uh toma, and if not that.
• 9:43
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara.
• 9:44
SPEAKER_00: Umantana, but but really he's gonna tell you like we saw yesterday that Toma is not like continues the Gemara.
• 9:49
SPEAKER_00: This is going back on something we learned yesterday.
• 9:50
SPEAKER_00: Umantana the Palagalah, who is arguing on him?
• 9:53
SPEAKER_00: So what are we talking about?
• 9:54
SPEAKER_00: We saw yesterday that according to the way we explained uh I believe Rubysi Shita was that we explained that he holds that oil is called Nagiya sometimes, right?
• 10:06
SPEAKER_00: When we said MAGA, we really meant oil.
• 10:08
SPEAKER_00: And we said since it's called one thing, so it's really the same shame.
• 10:12
SPEAKER_00: If it's the same shame, it could be mitzarif, even if you're touching half his eyes and you're being mild on half his eyes.
• 10:17
SPEAKER_00: Since oil is the same shame of Nagiya, and oil and and and nage really comes from chadshmohu, it's one shame, so therefore it could be mitzvarius.
• 10:24
  SPEAKER_00: That's an afkamina.
• 10:25
SPEAKER_00: It can be mitzav to be metamiyu, even though it's coming from two different things.
• 10:28
SPEAKER_00: Says the gimmir mantana the bogana.
• 10:29
  SPEAKER_00: Who is the tanah?
• 10:31
SPEAKER_00: That doesn't hold that, and holds that oyel and magah are not khadchimah.
• 10:35
SPEAKER_00: What would be the nafkamina if they're not chatshima?
• 10:36
SPEAKER_00: If they're not chatshemah, then they're not gonna be mitzarif, right?
• 10:39
SPEAKER_00: If you're touching a half zayas of basr, that's maga, and then you're being mild on another Khatzi Zayas of Basar, it's not gonna be mitzarif.
• 10:45
SPEAKER_00: If you hold this two different shamus, because we saw yesterday, it could only be mitzarif if it comes from one of the same shame.
• 10:50
SPEAKER_00: If it doesn't come from the same shame, it's not gonna be mitzaref.
• 10:52
SPEAKER_00: So who's the tanah that holds that oyel and magah are not from the same shame?
• 10:56
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, we tried proving yesterday, right?
• 10:58
SPEAKER_00: We saw many times where really it says uh magah, but it meant oyel, and it's real, that's when we know it's really one thing.
• 11:02
SPEAKER_00: But who's the tanah that doesn't hold this and holds that it's not gonna be mitzaref because it's actually two different shame, Mr.
• 11:07
  SPEAKER_00: Bshimyi?
• 11:08
SPEAKER_00: It's the shit of Srib Shimon.
• 11:09
SPEAKER_00: Titan you waved Raiser Ribsh and I'm Ribshim says, Sholosh Tumas Porshes Minamase.
• 11:13
SPEAKER_00: There are three types of tuma that come from a mace, a dead body.
• 11:16
SPEAKER_00: Now, there are there are more than three Rashi brings.
• 11:18
SPEAKER_00: Rashi says right away, Tumas Harbe Porshmanamais.
• 11:20
SPEAKER_00: There are many different types of tuma.
• 11:22
SPEAKER_00: What's the different types of tumma?
• 11:23
SPEAKER_00: Each item, each thing that comes from a mace has a different shear, right?
• 11:26
SPEAKER_00: There's Kazaias Basar, Kazai's Basas is different from a mace is gonna be matama, the shadra, the guglas, the shadra, the spine by itself, the shalai husra that if it's not hassra, if it's a the full aven, some balitabraqev that we had yesterday, the etzum kisar, minion, the abinyan, all these different types of uh combinations are gonna be metame from the mace.
• 11:43
SPEAKER_00: So, what do we mean that there's shallahumas parsam in a maze?
• 11:46
  SPEAKER_00: There are three things.
• 11:48
SPEAKER_00: Three types of tumas that come from a mace.
• 11:50
SPEAKER_00: We mean that there are three types of tumas that come from a mace that have the following thing in common.
• 11:56
  SPEAKER_00: That what?
• 11:56
SPEAKER_00: That shthaim mecholachas, eyebohein, that by these three types of tumah, they're only mitame two out of the three ways of oy.
• 12:05
SPEAKER_00: We said yesterday that what uh, or rather, what no, toma tomas mace regularly as we know, can be mitame in one of three ways.
• 12:12
SPEAKER_00: Maga, masa, and oyo, right?
• 12:14
SPEAKER_00: So those are the three ways uh that tomace can be mitame.
• 12:16
SPEAKER_00: So there are three types of tomasamaze, there are more, Tomas Harbi has told us, but there are three types that are gonna be confined by this rule that they're only gonna be mitame two out of the three ways.
• 12:25
SPEAKER_00: Maga, masa, and oil, only two out of those three, they're gonna be mitame, but not more.
• 12:29
SPEAKER_00: So three again, three of the types of toma are only mitame two out of the three ways.
• 12:33
  SPEAKER_00: What are these things?
• 12:34
SPEAKER_00: Mishnich Zeman, they're not gonna have the third.
• 12:36
SPEAKER_00: What are these three things?
• 12:37
SPEAKER_00: These three types of tomas.
• 12:38
SPEAKER_00: Malitar Vidraqev, that's a full s that's a spoonful of corpse dust, basically, as we saw yesterday, and therefore, that is mitameh, as we're the gammar's gonna speak it out, so we'll just wait for it.
• 12:49
SPEAKER_00: But it's only mitame two out of the three in terms of oil, maga, and masa.
• 12:53
SPEAKER_00: Okay, the etzum kisaira, also uh etum a bone, that's a sa'ara's uh a size of a sa''ira, the gailal vidaifik, and the kail vedaifik is the cover and the wall of a coffin.
• 13:03
SPEAKER_00: So these three things, these three types of tumas, again, mali tarbid rakem, etcum kisarra, and gail of daifik, these three things are only mitame, meaning these are shalish tumas parches metamis that are each only gonna be mitame two out of the three ways.
• 13:16
SPEAKER_00: Either, either uh one of the combinations of two out of the three of magamasa and oyo.
• 13:20
  SPEAKER_00: And the Gamar explains.
• 13:22
SPEAKER_00: Mali tarbid raka mitame bim masa uve oy, mitame bi maga.
• 13:26
SPEAKER_00: As it released a spoonful of corpse dust, that's gonna only be mitame.
• 13:29
  SPEAKER_00: We had this yesterday.
• 13:30
SPEAKER_00: It's only gonna be mitame bim masa uve oyo.
• 13:32
SPEAKER_00: Only bimasa carrying it, or b oyo if you're under the same oil or the other types of oil, right?
• 13:36
SPEAKER_00: V aina mitame maga, but it's not going to be mitame bimaga.
• 13:40
SPEAKER_00: Why is a spoonful of corpse dust not metame bimaga?
• 13:43
SPEAKER_00: Because it's impossible to touch every single grain of dust over here, right?
• 13:46
SPEAKER_00: You could carry it, you're carrying the whole thing.
• 13:48
  SPEAKER_00: That's masa.
• 13:49
SPEAKER_00: You could be under the same oil, that's under the same eye of the whole thing, and therefore it's tomato's oil.
• 13:53
SPEAKER_00: But you can't touch, you can't maga every single piece.
• 13:55
SPEAKER_00: Ah, you're gonna tell ask me by any piece of meat's ready, because I is bust, you're not touching every part of it, but it's one hepsa, right?
• 14:00
SPEAKER_00: So if you have corpse dust, it's a bunch of it's millions of different chatsa, and therefore it's not necessarily that's the one thing that you're touching the whole thing, you're not touching the whole thing, and that's why it's not gonna be.
• 14:08
  SPEAKER_00: I think it's pasta.
• 14:09
SPEAKER_00: I didn't see that, but that's uh I think the pasta says you're not touching every single piece of this, and therefore the magga doesn't apply.
• 14:16
SPEAKER_00: Okay, that is as it relates to Mali Tabu Dreck.
• 14:18
SPEAKER_00: Metam masub vain maga, vehican bagoi.
• 14:21
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so where do you have tomas maga by uh tame mace?
• 14:24
SPEAKER_00: That's machas man, that's the other types of toma that comes from mace.
• 14:27
SPEAKER_00: Because I is both or you have tomas maga.
• 14:29
SPEAKER_00: Etim kisahra, what about that?
• 14:30
  SPEAKER_00: Metame bim masumba maga.
• 14:32
SPEAKER_00: Etum kisahira is only metame bimasa and maga, but it's not vain oil, it's not gonna be metame b oyo, and it's a Xer Sakas, I'm pretty sure.
• 14:41
SPEAKER_00: So where is Mace Mitame oil?
• 14:43
  SPEAKER_00: Other types of tummas.
• 14:44
SPEAKER_00: Goid of Doifik, the the cover and the wall of uh coffin, mitame bim maga b oil, it's metambi maga and oil.
• 14:52
SPEAKER_00: I believe it's also where is mace metama bim masa, imach man, the other types of tumma.
• 14:58
SPEAKER_00: For example, Mali Tarbidraqiv can very much be Metame de Masa.
• 15:02
SPEAKER_00: Kulis Nevela de Kulisha Sharon, so the Gamar just ends off of here.
• 15:05
SPEAKER_00: That we saw in the Mishnah, as it relates to a bone, uh Kulis is specifically a thigh bone, or for our purposes, any bone with marrow inside.
• 15:13
SPEAKER_00: It has marrow, which has a din of buster, because that is a buster is metame from a mace, as we know.
• 15:17
SPEAKER_00: But now we moved on in the Mishnah and started talking about a uh uh coolis from a nevela.
• 15:21
SPEAKER_00: Nivela is not metame but oyo, right?
• 15:24
SPEAKER_00: So, and therefore we already have a difference.
• 15:25
SPEAKER_00: But kulis nevela, but cheritz.
• 15:27
SPEAKER_00: Vahula, what do we say?
• 15:28
SPEAKER_00: We said if it has holes in it, then it's gonna be metame maga.
• 15:32
SPEAKER_00: If it's completely enclosed, then it's not.
• 15:35
SPEAKER_00: And on that we have a braisatara bana veneblaso.
• 15:37
SPEAKER_00: The braisa by the postuk by Thomas Navela says veneblaso.
• 15:41
SPEAKER_00: What does that teach me?
• 15:42
  SPEAKER_00: It's a miot.
• 15:42
  SPEAKER_00: Veloi bikulistuma.
• 15:44
SPEAKER_00: Only it's if it's an avail and it's open, but not kulistuma.
• 15:46
SPEAKER_00: A kulistuma that's completely enclosed and doesn't have holes in it, it's not gonna be metameh.
• 15:50
  SPEAKER_00: Yochala filunic.
• 15:51
SPEAKER_00: Well, I would think maybe even if it has holes in it, it's not gonna be metame.
• 15:54
  SPEAKER_00: Tama lamer, anagaya yitma.
• 15:55
SPEAKER_00: It says anagema, which is now a reboy to be marred by a case where it does have holes.
• 15:58
SPEAKER_00: You're gonna be come tame.
• 15:59
SPEAKER_00: Eschaf liga, which teaches me after liga, sorry, anage teaches you the following lima.
• 16:05
SPEAKER_00: Ascha eftriga tameh, what you're able to touch, then you're gonna be tame even if you don't, right?
• 16:11
SPEAKER_00: Even if you touch this coolest that's uh whatever, that's uh stuma, but it has holes because you're able to touch it.
• 16:15
SPEAKER_00: Then shiya shaliga tar, and if you're not able to touch it because it's completely stuma and has no holes in it, then it's gonna be tar, it's not gonna be metame.
• 16:24
SPEAKER_00: So, according to this, then behema but are tameh.
• 16:27
SPEAKER_00: Then a behema in its full state, right?
• 16:29
  SPEAKER_00: Let's say behema died.
• 16:30
  SPEAKER_00: It's a neva.
• 16:31
  SPEAKER_00: Died shalid shita, it's a neva.
• 16:33
SPEAKER_00: So it shouldn't be metame.
• 16:34
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 16:34
  SPEAKER_00: Because it's wrapped in its r.
• 16:36
SPEAKER_00: There are no holes randomly in the in the skin of the animal, and therefore if an animal died kemai shahi, then it's uh it's surrounded by its own r.
• 16:44
SPEAKER_00: You're not able to touch the actual busar, and therefore it should be it should be tar, it shouldn't be mitame.
• 16:49
SPEAKER_00: So you answer the back.
• 16:49
SPEAKER_00: Puk chazi coming and come, Yeshba, what are you talking about?
• 16:52
  SPEAKER_00: There's no holes.
• 16:52
SPEAKER_00: Go and see how many holes a full animal has.
• 16:54
SPEAKER_00: There's the eyes and the ears and the nose.
• 16:56
SPEAKER_00: There's uh comes along with a lot of different holes in the animal, and that's why it's not a question.
• 17:05
SPEAKER_00: A kidney that comes along in its chalev, in its fat.
• 17:09
SPEAKER_00: So a kidney, when you take it off, it's wrapped completely in like the kidney fats and the fats around it.
• 17:15
SPEAKER_00: So the kidney in its chalev shouldn't be metame.
• 17:18
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 17:18
SPEAKER_00: Because it's wrapped completely and therefore it's e after ligaba.
• 17:21
SPEAKER_00: If it's e after ligaba, according to the drusha we just said, learned from the words of uh of uh Hanagea Yitma, which teaches me you have to be able to touch it so that you're not able to touch the kidney, and therefore it shouldn't be metameh.
• 17:32
SPEAKER_00: So he answered it back.
• 17:35
SPEAKER_00: Come and see how many chutin, literally strings, but come and see how many strings of kidney and boss are are coming out into the into the khaleav, into these fats that's mamish intertwine one thing, and therefore when you touch this khale, your mamash touching the kidney because there's all these uh zachen coming out of it, and it's definitely not uh completely wrapped onto its own.
• 17:52
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara Baidra Vyoshi or Baikha asks the following, Khishabal Naikvah, what if you have this again?
• 18:00
SPEAKER_00: We're talking about a coolist, and this coolist of an available is completely uh completely engulfs all the butter and uh the mayach that might be inside there.
• 18:09
SPEAKER_00: And you want to make holes.
• 18:10
SPEAKER_00: Now you want to make holes and that's gonna be that's gonna bring it out.
• 18:13
SPEAKER_00: So, khishabala naikva al-nikvah, what if you planned on?
• 18:16
SPEAKER_00: You planned on being naikva, you planned on making holes in it, but you didn't.
• 18:19
SPEAKER_00: Is the maqshava enough now to say that it's gonna be Muhammad as if you did?
• 18:23
  SPEAKER_00: Well, that's the question.
• 18:24
SPEAKER_00: Mao, Mikhusr Nikiva Kimhutr Maïsadami, is Mikhusr Naqiba the fact that you didn't actually make the hole yet, is that Kimihutz or Maisa?
• 18:30
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, we considered that 100% machud maïsa.
• 18:32
SPEAKER_00: You didn't do anything and therefore it's still tar?
• 18:33
SPEAKER_00: Oh you like, or maybe not, and therefore, as long as you had a maqshava, if you're gonna tell me that you planned on making a hole, so it's not Kemachhusr Maïsadami, we consider it as if you already did the Maisa, and therefore it should be Matami because this is what you're planning to do.
• 18:46
SPEAKER_00: Your Maqshava could very much have a khalight, as we know.
• 18:48
SPEAKER_00: And Hodr Pashthah, he answered it after he asked it, this is Rabajya, and Hodar Pashta after he asked this question, he answered it, and Machudsur Nikaiva, Lav Kimakhir Maïsadami.
• 18:57
SPEAKER_00: If you didn't puncture it yet, but you thought you will, you had a maqshava too, it's Lav Kimchutr Maisa.
• 19:03
SPEAKER_00: It's not like you're lacking a Maisa, it's as if you did the Maisa.
• 19:05
SPEAKER_00: And just the Maqshava alone that you're gonna make a hole in it, is if it's as if there is a hole in it already, and even if there's not, you planned on doing it.
• 19:12
SPEAKER_00: Now all of a sudden it's like it's done already, it's not Machudsur Maisa, which means it's going to be Metame, this regular coolest novela, as if a regular already had in the covenant and we'll hold it over there.
• 19:19
  SPEAKER_00: Good.
