Latest / Worldview Matters With David Fiorazo / James Simpson: Part 2 - Responding To The ‘Manufactured Crisis’ In America
Transcript
- 0:00Hi friends, the book is called Manu-Factured Crisis
- 0:04from Investigative Journalist and Author James Simpson.
- 0:08We're going to talk a lot about DEI,
- 0:10the Cloud Pivot Strategy, and a whole lot more next.
- 0:16Welcome to World View Matters,
- 0:19discussing controversial issues,
- 0:21discerning current events,
- 0:23defending biblical Christianity,
- 0:26no topic off limits,
- 0:29and now, here's your host, David Firazzo.
- 0:33Thanks so much for tuning in,
- 0:35listening, watching, sharing the podcast.
- 0:37Let's bring in James Simpson, the website,
- 0:39crisisnow.net.
- 0:41That's crisisnow.net.
- 0:45So, Jim, this is part two.
- 0:48Welcome, brother. Good to see you.
- 0:50Great to see you, David.
- 0:52So, I want to remind people we did a podcast
- 0:54with you last month,
- 0:55and we started off by talking about your book,
- 0:58very important book,
- 1:00manufactured crisis,
- 1:02and we just could not possibly,
- 1:04I mean, it's almost 400 pages,
- 1:06not quite, but almost,
- 1:08we couldn't possibly,
- 1:10we just basically scratched the surface.
- 1:12So, it's such an important idea,
- 1:14it's not just an idea,
- 1:15it's what the left has been implementing in America,
- 1:18and we needed to give it another,
- 1:20at least another podcast.
- 1:22So, let's talk about what you've put
- 1:24right on the homepage of your website
- 1:26and your book.
- 1:27You talked about the Cloud Pivot Strategy,
- 1:30which we touched on in the previous podcast,
- 1:33and it says,
- 1:35the destructive Cloud Pivot Strategy explains
- 1:38how the Biden-Harris Administration
- 1:41was employing it
- 1:44before our very eyes
- 1:46in order to collapse America from within.
- 1:48So, that's key.
- 1:50And we've got enemies within America.
- 1:53This is not foreign entities,
- 1:55in most cases,
- 1:57but our own administration
- 1:59talked to us a little bit about that,
- 2:01because those are hard words for someone to hear
- 2:03who doesn't really understand their ideology.
- 2:07Yeah, yeah, no,
- 2:09and that's absolutely true.
- 2:11It's absolutely correct.
- 2:13You know, I used to drive me nuts
- 2:15when I would hear some commentator
- 2:18like Sean Hannity say,
- 2:20oh, what a stupid idea that is.
- 2:22And no,
- 2:24the ideas weren't stupid.
- 2:26The ideas were deliberately destructive,
- 2:30deliberately destructive.
- 2:32And that's because,
- 2:34well, today's Democrat Party has been
- 2:38become a wholly owned subsidiary
- 2:41of the American Communist Party,
- 2:43which is a wholly owned subsidiary
- 2:47of the international
- 2:49communist movement,
- 2:51led by China
- 2:53and Russia.
- 2:55And that's just the reality.
- 2:57And the Cloudward Piven strategy,
- 2:59you know, Richard Cloud
- 3:01and Francis Fox Piven
- 3:03were sociology professors
- 3:05at the Columbia University.
- 3:09And they were both radical,
- 3:11radical leftists.
- 3:13Piven even joined the students
- 3:16when they took over the administration building
- 3:19in a sixties protest.
- 3:21These were radical leftist professors.
- 3:25And they came up with this idea
- 3:30that if you overwhelmed the system
- 3:34with problems that you could collapse the system
- 3:38and in the Ash's imposed communism.
- 3:43And they've put it exactly in those words.
- 3:48In their article,
- 3:50they said,
- 3:52the idea is to pack the welfare rolls
- 3:55with every recipient
- 3:58to receive every single benefit
- 4:01that he or she possibly could.
- 4:04And the government would be unable to afford it all.
- 4:07And so the government would collapse.
- 4:10And then they could pose their solution
- 4:15which would be a guaranteed annual income
- 4:19for all Americans which in today's dollars
- 4:22would be between 40 and $80,000 per family of four.
- 4:27Now, if you think about it,
- 4:29even with the great expansion of the welfare
- 4:32that occurred in the 1960s
- 4:35with Johnson's President Johnson's
- 4:37Society program,
- 4:39which, by the way,
- 4:41was the brainchild of Richard Cloud
- 4:43most people don't know that,
- 4:45but I described it in my book.
- 4:47Even with that huge expansion of welfare,
- 4:51the using a national income,
- 4:54a guaranteed annual income,
- 4:56would be vastly more expensive.
- 4:58So you have to ask,
- 5:00how could you use a strategy
- 5:03to collapse this system
- 5:05and then impose a new strategy
- 5:07that would make things even worse?
- 5:10But that, in fact, is the true goal
- 5:13because the true goal of all these Marxists
- 5:16is to destroy capitalism,
- 5:18is to see our country totally destroyed.
- 5:22And that's what it's about.
- 5:24Now Johnson was all for it
- 5:26because he said in his kindly words
- 5:30that we'll have them
- 5:32and words voting for us
- 5:35for the next 200 years.
- 5:38And so a lot of the Democrats
- 5:40have that kind of totally self-serving
- 5:43political calculus in mind,
- 5:45but the thinkers behind it
- 5:49were all about destroying our society
- 5:52as we know it.
- 5:54Yeah, crush the system,
- 5:56overwhelm the system.
- 5:57And by the way,
- 5:58that relates also to immigration
- 6:00and you've got a chapter called Surge the Border.
- 6:03We talked a little bit about that last time,
- 6:05but let's go back to a quote
- 6:06and the idea that you just said,
- 6:08I mean, I just read that in your book last night
- 6:10from Lyndon Johnson,
- 6:11the great society,
- 6:12and he was a racist.
- 6:14He had anti-communist groups
- 6:16and non-profits coming out against him
- 6:18when he was campaigning.
- 6:20And that's where the Johnson Amendment came from,
- 6:22by the way,
- 6:23something to try to shut them up
- 6:24and silence his political enemies.
- 6:28But talk about the fact,
- 6:30because a lot of people
- 6:31are trying to hear what you're saying,
- 6:33James Simpson,
- 6:34and they're thinking,
- 6:35well, they really want communism
- 6:38in America,
- 6:39even though it's failed,
- 6:41and even though it's such a vicious and brutal system,
- 6:44can you explain for the average person
- 6:46that maybe doesn't know world history
- 6:48and doesn't understand
- 6:49this is an ideology,
- 6:51and it's not,
- 6:52I'll love also what you said,
- 6:54Hannity and others,
- 6:55their policies aren't stupid,
- 6:57they are systematically scheming this,
- 7:01doing this to on purpose.
- 7:04So share a little bit more about that,
- 7:06especially when it comes to welfare
- 7:07and blacks voting for Democrats.
- 7:11Yeah, well, you know,
- 7:14Johnson's program moved
- 7:18the remaining blacks
- 7:22who had historically actually
- 7:25before FDR voted Republican,
- 7:27because of course Abraham Lincoln
- 7:29was a Republican,
- 7:31but starting with FDR
- 7:33and the development that he
- 7:36brought, he centralized welfare.
- 7:39You know, people think,
- 7:41well, if we give up federal welfare,
- 7:44there won't be any welfare.
- 7:46Well, that's not true.
- 7:47There was always welfare.
- 7:49It was administered by the states,
- 7:51especially by churches and charities.
- 7:54And so the government under FDR
- 7:59centralized that under their control
- 8:03and really undermined churches
- 8:05as a big part of that.
- 8:07And then when Johnson greatly expanded
- 8:10a welfare, those blacks
- 8:14who were still Republican
- 8:16pretty much all moved over
- 8:18into the Democrat party.
- 8:21But the scheme behind it
- 8:25was not well,
- 8:27the practical purpose was to
- 8:31get a lot more Democrat voters
- 8:33and clouded in Piven
- 8:35admitted that publicly themselves.
- 8:38In the article they wrote about the crisis strategy,
- 8:41which anybody can read
- 8:43in the May 1966 issue of Nation Magazine,
- 8:46if you don't believe what I'm saying,
- 8:49they said at the time,
- 8:51we are trying to create a crisis.
- 8:54And it could be an institutional crisis.
- 8:57It could be a spontaneous street revolt.
- 9:01It could be anything.
- 9:03We have seen it all many times since then.
- 9:07But their whole agenda
- 9:13was not only to make
- 9:16blacks dependent on welfare,
- 9:20but it was also to prevent
- 9:24inter cities from really having
- 9:27the kind of resources they needed
- 9:30to provide good schools,
- 9:32provide good roads,
- 9:34provide good infrastructure,
- 9:36provide good police departments and fire
- 9:39to make these people feel
- 9:43even more ostracized
- 9:46in American society.
- 9:49And even more feel like
- 9:52this was a racist society
- 9:54and you know,
- 9:55intuitively racist.
- 9:57But the Democrats were
- 10:00the hard left among the Democrats.
- 10:04We're agitating for that
- 10:06since the 1920s,
- 10:09since the 1920s.
- 10:12And it was under the guidance
- 10:16of the Soviet Union
- 10:19because once it was founded,
- 10:24the Soviet Union quickly took control
- 10:28of all the communist parties
- 10:31of the world under what was known
- 10:33as the Communist International
- 10:35or the Common Turn.
- 10:37And so every communist party
- 10:40in every part of the world
- 10:42was getting their orders directly
- 10:44from the Soviet Union.
- 10:46So the Communist Party USA
- 10:48was really not a legitimate
- 10:51in any sense of the word
- 10:53opposition party in this country.
- 10:56It was a foreign entity
- 10:59controlled subversive group
- 11:02dedicated to the destruction
- 11:05of our society.
- 11:07And they targeted blacks
- 11:09right from the beginning.
- 11:11Right from the beginning.
- 11:13And this includes not only the NAACP
- 11:16but the ACLU
- 11:19and the NAACP,
- 11:21the one black person,
- 11:24all of the founders of the NAACP
- 11:27were white leftists,
- 11:28except for W.E.B. Degoy.
- 11:31And you know, he has his own stamp.
- 11:36You know, he's more famous
- 11:41than why Booker T. Washington
- 11:44who really did do a lot
- 11:46to help blacks
- 11:48get out of right after slavery
- 11:52get into integrate themselves
- 11:55into society and become
- 11:57productive members of society.
- 12:00Degoy, on the other hand,
- 12:03was he just wanted to blame
- 12:06the society as it was
- 12:08and tear it down.
- 12:10And he ultimately joined the Communist Party.
- 12:13And I'm glad you mentioned him
- 12:15because we've got a couple of minutes
- 12:17before we're going to take a quick break.
- 12:19But I remember reading about him
- 12:21when I was doing some research
- 12:23for a chapter on the buried history
- 12:25of the dark history of Planned Parenthood.
- 12:27He was working with the black community
- 12:30to sell up really population control.
- 12:33And this is a whole other issue.
- 12:36But I mean, this guy is evil roots
- 12:39go deep in so many different levels.
- 12:42But anything you want to wrap us up
- 12:44and when it comes to Du Bois,
- 12:46James and Sherry,
- 12:47a couple of things that people
- 12:49have probably have no idea
- 12:51because they just shared it
- 12:52and did such a great thing.
- 12:54And started the NAACP.
- 12:57And look at it now.
- 13:00Yeah.
- 13:01And you know,
- 13:03there are a number of former black communists
- 13:07who have come forward
- 13:09to say just how bad things were
- 13:12and just have subversive
- 13:14those organizations were.
- 13:16And that they served the purposes
- 13:20of the Soviet Union.
- 13:22They served the Soviet before in policy,
- 13:25which was to divide our country
- 13:28into warring fragments.
- 13:31And you know, when you talk about Margaret Sanger,
- 13:34that's included in a chapter
- 13:36that's called minimum wage eugenics.
- 13:41And a lot of the liberals at the time
- 13:45were opposed to the minimum wage
- 13:48because they felt
- 13:50that there were groups of people
- 13:53who were unworthy
- 13:56of earning money
- 13:58and taking the job
- 14:00from normal people.
- 14:02And guess who those unworthy people were?
- 14:05In Margaret Sanger's own words,
- 14:07they were the blacks.
- 14:09But there were also anybody
- 14:11who was disabled in any way.
- 14:15And it's incredible.
- 14:17They were opposed initially
- 14:20to the minimum wage
- 14:22because they thought it was going
- 14:25to provide a better income
- 14:28for blacks and disabled people
- 14:31and other undesirables.
- 14:34They later got in behind it
- 14:37because it was a benefit to unions.
- 14:40But then again unions
- 14:42also were very bigoted
- 14:46in the way they chose their membership.
- 14:50Okay, friends.
- 14:51We've got to take a brief pause.
- 14:52The book is phenomenal,
- 14:53manufactured,
- 14:54crisis available on Amazon
- 14:56and also at James' website,
- 14:58crisisnow.net.
- 15:01We come back.
- 15:02We're to talk about that surge
- 15:04that we're hearing so much about at the border.
- 15:07And also DEI and the weaponization of culture,
- 15:11that and more up next.

- 15:40Hey, friends.
- 15:47Thanks to you.
- 15:48And of course, praise God.
- 15:50Our episodes recently have been surging
- 15:53and we've been averaging a quarter
- 15:55of a million views,
- 15:56listens and downloads per podcast
- 15:59I've been told.
- 16:00That's across our various platforms
- 16:02and they're implementing a new strategy
- 16:04to get it out there behind the scenes.
- 16:06I'm not doing it,
- 16:07but it's getting out there
- 16:08and you're helping as well.
- 16:10So praise God.
- 16:11Thank you for your prayers,
- 16:12your donations,
- 16:13and of course for sharing the podcast.
- 16:15Back to James Simpson,
- 16:16manufactured crisis.
- 16:18Let's jump right into DEI.
- 16:20James, President Trump signed an executive order
- 16:23trying to get rid of this.
- 16:25This is so deeply rooted
- 16:28in all of our institutions,
- 16:30especially in academia.
- 16:32Corporations, some of them may be reversing,
- 16:35but it has been entrenched.
- 16:38So let's talk about how important this is
- 16:40and at least he's raising awareness,
- 16:42although one executive order
- 16:43is not going to get rid of it.
- 16:45Go ahead.
- 16:46So, you know,
- 16:47and a lot of that really ramped up.
- 16:50I don't think it was initiated,
- 16:52but it ramped up under President Obama
- 16:56when they decided that
- 16:59institutional racism
- 17:04was defined by any organization
- 17:08that did not have
- 17:12a population of employees
- 17:15that exactly reflected
- 17:18that population's proportion in society.
- 17:22So in other words,
- 17:24every engineering school
- 17:26because blacks represent 13% of society
- 17:30had to have 13% blacks
- 17:33or women or gays
- 17:36or whatever group you choose.
- 17:41And that was a very, very dangerous precedent
- 17:45in really in the development
- 17:48and institutionalization of DEI.
- 17:52Because of course, you know that
- 17:55DEI has nothing to do really with equity.
- 17:59I mean, if you think about how well Asians do,
- 18:04you know, in math
- 18:06and in engineering
- 18:08and in things like that,
- 18:10and yet
- 18:13their population isn't equally, you know,
- 18:16representative, represented relative
- 18:19what their total population is in the country.
- 18:24And their grades,
- 18:28they're graded on a different curve.
- 18:31I mean, it really is designed
- 18:36to put people in place
- 18:40based on this DEI notion
- 18:45rather than on their abilities and competence.
- 18:50And we've seen the consequences of that
- 18:54in many situations,
- 18:56most recently I believe
- 18:58with that crash that occurred
- 19:01at Washington National Airport
- 19:04where the helicopter,
- 19:07the Black Hawk helicopter,
- 19:10flown by a woman who
- 19:12was an outspoken person
- 19:16on behalf of the Biden administration,
- 19:19lying right into this other plane.
- 19:24But there's so many other examples.
- 19:28I remember I went to this health facility
- 19:32once my wife and I did,
- 19:34when I was married,
- 19:36back in the early arts.
- 19:39And this was, you know, one of these health farms
- 19:41where you spend a week or two
- 19:43and you're supposed to get all well.
- 19:46Well, there was this young Black girl.
- 19:50She was under 30.
- 19:53She was about 28,
- 19:55if I remember correctly,
- 19:57but certainly no older than that.
- 20:00And she had been
- 20:03the vice president
- 20:07in one department
- 20:10of American Express.
- 20:13She had been the vice president
- 20:16of a major component
- 20:18of American Express.
- 20:20Now, you know,
- 20:21how many employees does American Express have?
- 20:24100,000, 50,000?
- 20:26I don't know.
- 20:28But she had quit
- 20:30because she was so discouraged
- 20:33because she knew she was so deeply
- 20:38over in over her head.
- 20:41Now, she couldn't take it.
- 20:44And she was so discouraged about life
- 20:47because this was obviously
- 20:50a DEI higher.
- 20:52You know,
- 20:53what could be better than to put
- 20:55a young Black woman
- 20:58in this very, very important,
- 21:02very high-paying position?
- 21:05For no other reason
- 21:07that she can check a few boxes.
- 21:13And so, you know,
- 21:15that was one very up close
- 21:17and personal example.
- 21:19But we see it in everything.
- 21:22And it mischaracterizes society.
- 21:26And it is not of any benefit
- 21:29to the people who get jobs
- 21:32based on those concepts
- 21:35in many cases.
- 21:36They're not ready for it.
- 21:38They're not competent for it.
- 21:40You know, in engineering,
- 21:42they can't get 13%
- 21:45of the school's population
- 21:48to be Black
- 21:49because 13% of the Black population
- 21:52doesn't happen to want to be engineers.
- 21:56You know, it's amazing.
- 21:59And so they have to twist
- 22:02and turn to make all these things work.
- 22:05And then it creates serious problems
- 22:09throughout our society.
- 22:11Yes, it does.
- 22:12It can create a crisis.
- 22:14I mean, I think about the medical community.
- 22:16I don't care.
- 22:17I want the best qualified doctor or nurse
- 22:20to take care of me.
- 22:22And if it's a fire at the house,
- 22:25you want the best,
- 22:26strongest, most capable firefighter
- 22:29is probably not going to be a young woman.
- 22:32But so let's move on, James.
- 22:35I've got really going to get to this chapter
- 22:37and surge the border before we run out of time.
- 22:40And you wrote about this in 2019
- 22:42in a book called The Red Green Access.
- 22:45And it described the problems
- 22:46with immigration,
- 22:48refugee resettlement,
- 22:49and these migrant caravans
- 22:51were already surging at the border.
- 22:54And there was a warning from 2015
- 22:56over in Africa in the Middle East
- 22:58that has now reshaped Western Europe
- 23:01and its skyrocketed Islamic terrorism.
- 23:04We're seeing rapes,
- 23:05we're seeing gangs,
- 23:06we're seeing drugs,
- 23:07all kinds of stuff.
- 23:08And we can't be so naive
- 23:10that that wouldn't happen to America.
- 23:12But the open borders were
- 23:14to manufacture this crisis
- 23:16to overwhelm the system.
- 23:18It has been by design.
- 23:20Here in America,
- 23:21go ahead, four minutes, James, your thoughts.
- 23:23So absolutely,
- 23:25it has been by design.
- 23:27And of course,
- 23:28like everything else,
- 23:29its proponents calculate
- 23:33the different ways
- 23:34that can be a value to them.
- 23:36Of course, the practical way for Democrats
- 23:38is that if they can get these people in,
- 23:41they can either amnesty them
- 23:44or figure out a way
- 23:45to allow them to vote illegally,
- 23:47which they already are doing.
- 23:49And if they get enough people to do that,
- 23:52they could win elections permanently
- 23:56into the future.
- 23:57And we would no longer have
- 24:01a pluralist political system
- 24:06we would be ruled by tyrants.
- 24:10So that's one element of it.
- 24:13And the other element is
- 24:15to flood our society
- 24:18with overwhelming problems.
- 24:20And to me,
- 24:23even though Cloud and Piven
- 24:25didn't articulate it
- 24:27as a way to
- 24:31promote their crisis strategy,
- 24:33it has become the greatest,
- 24:35greatest crisis strategy of all
- 24:38because we are letting terrorists,
- 24:41we are letting murderers and rapists
- 24:45and other countries
- 24:47are emptying their prisons
- 24:49and sending their worst people to us
- 24:52and overwhelming our city
- 24:56governments, overwhelming public schools.
- 24:59As I said in my 2019 book,
- 25:01there's over 400 languages
- 25:03spoken in public school today.
- 25:05How do you ever manage that
- 25:08and still allow children
- 25:11to learn what they need to learn?
- 25:13You can't.
- 25:14And these are all by design
- 25:16because the ultimate goal
- 25:18is to collapse our society
- 25:20as it is so they can take over.
- 25:23And serves the border,
- 25:25I use that quote
- 25:27because that's what Joe Biden said
- 25:29they were going to do
- 25:31as soon as he took office.
- 25:33Isn't that amazing?
- 25:34He took the quiet part out loud
- 25:36and he wasn't even ashamed of it.
- 25:38Wow.
- 25:39So friends,
- 25:41there's so much that you need to understand
- 25:43if you are not familiar with the Cloud and Piven strategy,
- 25:45James has written a lot about that
- 25:47but I also want to talk about the influence
- 25:49of communism and Marxism
- 25:51and I just want to mention his previous book
- 25:53called Who Was Karl Marx?
- 25:55The Men Motives and Menace Behind Today's
- 25:57Ram Paging American Left.
- 25:59You can get that at crisisnow.net
- 26:02and James, just a couple of years ago,
- 26:04we talked to Dr. Robert Marbot.
- 26:05He's with this new documentary
- 26:07called Fentanyl Death Incorporated
- 26:10on the fentanyl crisis.
- 26:11That and the border crisis
- 26:13that they go hand in hand
- 26:15and I hope and pray.
- 26:17I'm not hugely optimistic
- 26:19but I hope and pray more Christians
- 26:21and more Americans will wake up
- 26:23and understand what's happening,
- 26:25discern what's happening in our own country,
- 26:27who our enemies are
- 26:29and what the Trump administration is doing.
- 26:31They're not perfect
- 26:32but what they're doing is trying to undo a lot of evil
- 26:35that has been entrenched for decades.
- 26:37Your final thoughts in 45 seconds, James?
- 26:40Yeah, no.
- 26:42And they've got a big job ahead of them
- 26:44and we have a very big job ahead of us.
- 26:46The say we start by praying for our country
- 26:50and then we follow that
- 26:54by getting right to work
- 26:58in helping and supporting the president
- 27:02and everything he's doing
- 27:04as best as we can.
- 27:06Amen, brother.
- 27:07Friends, go to worldviewmatters.tv
