- 2:28Speaker 2: For what?
- 2:29Speaker 4: So for doing all that traveling harness to a prisoner,
- 2:32Speaker 4: you sure don't get a chance to enjoy the countryside margin, But.
- 2:35Speaker 2: There's so much country side around here to enjoy it.

- 3:19Speaker 2: Ah huh. Now he's in bad trouble. I'm bound to
- 3:22Speaker 2: agree with that. I left him at the jail, Morley.
- 3:25Speaker 3: If you want to see him, oh, I'm not wanting
- 3:27Speaker 3: to see him, Marshall, not tonight.
- 3:30Speaker 2: I want you to get him released for me. Boy's
- 3:33Speaker 2: being held for murder.
- 3:35Speaker 3: Brother Reed didn't do that thing. I didn't arrest him
- 3:38Speaker 3: without a reason. Nobody with the name of Morley would
- 3:42Speaker 3: kill a woman.
- 3:42Speaker 2: Marshall. Your brother will be tried. He'll have his say.
- 3:47Speaker 2: You'll be testified, won't you. I'll be testifying.

- 4:07Speaker 3: brother Reed doesn't walk out of that court house a
- 4:09Speaker 3: free man, you won't live to see him hung. Marshall,
- 4:13Speaker 3: billing Huh, don't threaten me.
- 4:18Speaker 2: Morley. Why I'm not threatening you, Marshall.
- 4:21Speaker 3: This is just a simple appeal to your sense of
- 4:24Speaker 3: justice and honor. That's all, a sense with which I
- 4:28Speaker 3: know you are highly endowed. Good evening gentlemen.
- 4:36Speaker 4: Well now, just what did you think of that?
- 4:39Speaker 2: Not Muchchester? Come on, that's got some sleep.
- 4:57Speaker 4: You don't, don't That place where staying at ain't one

- 5:33Speaker 4: Well, no, sir, I was hungry. But I'll tell you something.
- 5:37Speaker 4: Back at del Monico's, they really know how to fry
- 5:40Speaker 4: up a piece of me.
- 5:41Speaker 2: That's not the way you talk back in Dodge Chester.
- 5:44Speaker 4: I guess here and I've been thinking about damage.
- 5:45Speaker 3: John.
- 5:46Speaker 2: I'm sorry to hear that.
- 5:47Speaker 4: I guess it must be all this traveling around the
- 5:50Speaker 4: country that we do up the lawn at Old Hayes City,
- 5:53Speaker 4: all the way here to witch Toad. What about it, Well,
- 5:56Speaker 4: it just kind of teaches a fella about things in
- 5:58Speaker 4: the world, makes him really pretty a place like Dodge City.
- 6:01Speaker 2: Oh, eat up, Chester and let's get out of here.

- 6:21Speaker 2: hoping that you worry about it. Marshall.
- 6:24Speaker 3: I told you not to get it my way. Well,
- 6:27Speaker 3: now I wouldn't want to. This is just a a

- 6:34Speaker 3: be here until after the trial is over tomorrow. You'll
- 6:38Speaker 3: listen to me, Marley. I'll be listening tomorrow at the trial.
- 6:43Speaker 3: And I just know that Judge is gonna set brother
- 6:45Speaker 3: Reed free. I I feel it in my bone.
- 6:47Speaker 2: He'll set him free if he thinks he's innocent. Marty.
- 6:50Speaker 2: That's the only way.
- 6:51Speaker 3: Oh. I know that, Marshall, I know it, just like
- 6:54Speaker 3: I know that brother Reid couldn't have done that terrible thing,
- 6:58Speaker 3: just like I know that you wanna go on living.
- 7:05Speaker 2: Marley. I'm through warning you.
- 7:11Speaker 3: Now.
- 7:11Speaker 2: You to stay out of my sight starting right now.
- 7:14Speaker 2: I'll see you at the trial. Good day, gentlemen.
- 7:23Speaker 4: That's where he's acting clear crazy about all this. It
- 7:25Speaker 4: ain't cure, Paul, if that boy gets yourself hung.
- 7:27Speaker 2: No, it isn't, Chester, but Marley thinks it is. That's
- 7:31Speaker 2: enough for him, and.
- 7:32Speaker 4: I don't have to be enough for you.
- 7:33Speaker 2: But you're doing and I hope you're right Chester.
- 7:56Speaker 5: What time I have it?
- 8:00Speaker 2: I sorry I made the trip for nothing.
- 8:05Speaker 3: Many Yeah, Well, Old Bower's never has been a hanging judge.
- 8:10Speaker 2: I thought this case had hold up. Though I was
- 8:12Speaker 2: sure the boy was guilty. I don't think my testimony
- 8:15Speaker 2: was much help to you. You couldn't help that, Matt.
- 8:18Speaker 2: You weren't even in on it til a week after
- 8:20Speaker 2: the murder. All you did was make the arrest when
- 8:22Speaker 2: we asked you to.
- 8:23Speaker 3: Uh And he didn't have any evidence on him.
- 8:28Speaker 2: I hope he didn't do it. A law says he didn't.
- 8:31Speaker 2: That's all we have to worry about. There's still a
- 8:34Speaker 2: woman's death unanswered for it, sure there is. They meet again, Marshall.
- 8:41Speaker 3: Stand aside money, Well, now that's not very manly of
- 8:44Speaker 3: You're pushing the side of a man who's come to
- 8:46Speaker 3: thank you. I don't want any thanks from you, but
- 8:49Speaker 3: you've got thanks coming to your Marshall, Dillon brother Reed's
- 8:52Speaker 3: a free man, and in the name of the family,

- 9:04Speaker 3: Nothing incriminating in it at all.
- 9:06Speaker 2: Yes, so we are all great.
- 9:08Speaker 3: I want you to get something straight. What I told
- 9:10Speaker 3: the court was just exactly what I know about this case,
- 9:13Speaker 3: no more, no less. You didn't influence me, and I
- 9:16Speaker 3: didn't try to influence the verdict in any way. Of
- 9:18Speaker 3: course not, Marshall, of course not. We're just glad to
- 9:22Speaker 3: see that you believe in brother reeds innocence like we do.
- 9:25Speaker 3: I don't, well, I don't believe in your brother's innocence.
- 9:29Speaker 3: Already's guilt any more than I did before. But the
- 9:32Speaker 3: judge says he's not guilty, so that's all there is
- 9:34Speaker 3: to it.
- 9:38Speaker 2: You get out of my way.
- 9:40Speaker 3: I don't take kind No listen to what you'll take
- 9:43Speaker 3: kind of mushet, and if you know what's good for you,
- 9:51Speaker 3: you'll stay out of my sight.
- 9:54Speaker 2: Want me to lock him up, Matt disturbing the piece?
- 9:57Speaker 2: You know what you want, Tom, it's your tongue.
- 10:00Speaker 3: But I just let him lie there. It may do
- 10:03Speaker 3: something for his family honor.
- 10:20Speaker 6: Oh, I guess you're right, son, But I ordered some
- 10:23Speaker 6: more glasses.
- 10:24Speaker 2: I swear I thinks I just got some. Though. Customers
- 10:28Speaker 2: ain't very gentle with him, kiddy. That's the fact.
