"What Is A Wildman?!" - Marc Mero on why his WWF Character Failed
Marc Mero debuted in the World Wrestling Federation alongside then-wife Sable in early 1996 - a huge talent acquisition from WCW in the early days of the 'Monday Night Wars'. Unable to bring his popular Johnny B Badd character with him, however, Mero would be repackaged as 'The Wildman' - and he would face an uphill battle in the company from day one. In this short clip from Marc Mero's guest appearance on 'Wrestling Life with Ben Veal', the former Intercontinental Champion explains why the 'Wildman' character failed and what hampered his success in the WWF.
