- 0:01Speaker 1: You're listening to Bill Handle on demand from kf I
- 0:04Speaker 1: am six forty.
- 0:12Speaker 2: Amazon laid off three hundred thousand people, but right now
- 0:16Speaker 2: it's very good news for the administration in terms of
- 0:19Speaker 2: the economy.
- 0:21Speaker 3: Okay, Bill, this is saying that Amazon laid off thirty thousand,
- 0:25Speaker 3: not three hundred thousand.
- 0:26Speaker 4: All right, so I'm bad at decimal points. And now
- 0:30Speaker 4: Handle on the news, ladies and gentlemen. Here's Bill Handle.
- 0:37Speaker 4: It is Friday.
- 0:39Speaker 2: Yep, good morning. Everybody is raining too. Oh man, it
- 0:43Speaker 2: is uh but Thanksgiving. I think it's gonna be pretty
- 0:47Speaker 2: good unless you're flying and then back east and then
- 0:51Speaker 2: you're out of your mind. So let me say good
- 0:54Speaker 2: morning to everybody on a fly. Oh do we have
- 0:57Speaker 2: fun stuff to talk about this morning? Another chapter in
- 1:01Speaker 2: we have a president who is out of his mind,
- 1:04Speaker 2: if we'll talk about that.
- 1:05Speaker 4: A whole lot this morning.
- 1:08Speaker 2: And then a story about I'm gonna give you a
- 1:11Speaker 2: handle history story at a segment seven.
- 1:14Speaker 4: Twenty really really interesting.
- 1:18Speaker 2: Not only do I find it interesting, but I want
- 1:21Speaker 2: to tell you I find it interesting. All right, Good morning, Amy,
- 1:26Speaker 2: Hello Bill, Yes, okay, we need a mute somewhere they
- 1:30Speaker 2: are and hello Neil.
- 1:33Speaker 5: Good morning, Willie wolf Esquire.
- 1:35Speaker 2: Yes, sir, and there is the lovely Will Cole Schreiber. Hello, Will,
- 1:41Speaker 2: Good morning Bill. Who who boy?
- 1:43Speaker 4: Are you a radio pro? Oh I'm a little it's
- 1:46Speaker 4: a little stressful today being in traffic. Wasn't bad traffic today,
- 1:50Speaker 4: So everybody's spinning out. There's potholes, you know.
- 1:56Speaker 6: You know what.
- 1:57Speaker 4: I struggle with my commute too every morning.
- 2:01Speaker 2: Yeah, it's I have a thirty foot commute and you've
- 2:05Speaker 2: got potholes.
- 2:05Speaker 5: There's problems.
- 2:06Speaker 4: I have potholes.
- 2:07Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 2:07Speaker 4: If I have plotholder's serious problems.
- 2:09Speaker 2: All right, So there's and I said good morning to you,
- 2:13Speaker 2: and you have not good morning. Okay, good morning, and
- 2:16Speaker 2: Kono and the whole crowd is here all right, and
- 2:19Speaker 2: today is great fun. We have Foody Friday coming in
- 2:25Speaker 2: at eight o'clock, and at eight thirty of course has
- 2:29Speaker 2: candle anything, which I guess people are getting to know
- 2:32Speaker 2: a little bit about me and just what you guys
- 2:38Speaker 2: are about in our relationships, which is kind of neat.
- 2:40Speaker 2: And it all came out of the fact that I'm
- 2:45Speaker 2: always asked what you folks are about, Hey, what's Cobilt like,
- 2:49Speaker 2: what's Tim Conway like, what's Neil, like Cono, never anybody
- 2:53Speaker 2: ask about you and so certainly.
- 2:58Speaker 4: Not to me.
- 3:00Speaker 2: And so I thought, you know what, people say, what's
- 3:03Speaker 2: handle like, I thought we'd start that and it's we're
- 3:05Speaker 2: having a great time and it's always too humiliate me.
- 3:07Speaker 2: But that's at eight thirty. We'll do that, okay, And
- 3:11Speaker 2: of course foody Friday. We do have some Costco news
- 3:14Speaker 2: and some other stuff, all right, and we are almost
- 3:19Speaker 2: there well Thanksgiving, But it does anybody or do people
- 3:23Speaker 2: just at this point they're already into the Christmas season
- 3:27Speaker 2: and Thanksgiving just falls by the wayside.
- 3:30Speaker 4: It's sort of it's here it We're to do it. Now,
- 3:32Speaker 4: let's do Christmas.
- 3:33Speaker 1: You know, Dean was on with Dean Sharp was on
- 3:36Speaker 1: with Conway last night. He said, his trees already up.
- 3:39Speaker 4: See I'm telling you that I.
- 3:41Speaker 5: Think they tie in. I think Thanksgiving and Christmas can
- 3:43Speaker 5: tie into each other.
- 3:44Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 3:45Speaker 2: You know what I used to do if I travel, uh,
- 3:48Speaker 2: and if I'm overseas, and I have been overseas during Christmas.
- 3:52Speaker 2: On Christmas, I try to go a mid I try
- 3:55Speaker 2: to go to a midnight Mass, which I've always really
- 3:59Speaker 2: enjoyed because they really pull out all stops of course
- 4:01Speaker 2: Christmas Eve, and I find I find it just beautiful and.
- 4:06Speaker 5: I miss I miss midnight Mass. Actually remember Catholic days?
- 4:11Speaker 4: Yeah, and I remember when was the last time I went?
- 4:14Speaker 4: It was? And uh.
- 4:17Speaker 2: The priests in many different languages welcomes people and talks
- 4:20Speaker 2: about Christmas and what it means. I remember the last
- 4:23Speaker 2: one where the priest talked about how Christians all over
- 4:27Speaker 2: the world were celebrating and how Jesus brought the word
- 4:34Speaker 2: to to the world, and they sing, GOI to the world.
- 4:39Speaker 5: Okay, it's joy. Oh, okay, where you mistake that?
- 4:47Speaker 4: Okay? Fair enough?
- 4:50Speaker 2: All right, someone doesn't have mute on that. Yeah, we
- 4:55Speaker 2: do this occasionally, like every morning, and that's not me,
- 5:00Speaker 2: is it? I don't think so maybe it is.
- 5:03Speaker 6: Well we're gonna blame it on Will today.
- 5:05Speaker 4: Okay, fair enough.
- 5:07Speaker 2: And the reason everybody has to be on mute because
- 5:09Speaker 2: we all talk to each other via zoom, and the
- 5:12Speaker 2: zoom is live as we're looking and staring at each other.
- 5:15Speaker 2: So if any of the mics, if any of the
- 5:17Speaker 2: zoom mics.
- 5:19Speaker 5: Are on, is your is your zoom on?
- 5:22Speaker 4: You see?
- 5:22Speaker 1: And because she looks displeased, I was just curious if
- 5:25Speaker 1: you could her her zoom is on.
- 5:27Speaker 5: Yeah, she wants you to move on.
- 5:29Speaker 4: I think is is that what she was?
- 5:31Speaker 5: Okay, hey, that's why we have the zooms. You can see.
- 5:33Speaker 5: End's faith's pleasure.
- 5:36Speaker 3: All right, fair enough, she starts giving you the same guy,
- 5:38Speaker 3: it's time to go.
- 5:39Speaker 4: Okay, all right, fair enough.
- 5:41Speaker 2: I just you know, wanted to get into Christmas and
- 5:43Speaker 2: Thanksgiving and all of that, and so we're gonna have
- 5:46Speaker 2: a good time. And December a second is pastapon at
- 5:49Speaker 2: the Anaheim White House. We'll talk about that, and uh
- 5:52Speaker 2: an appearance that Neil's gonna make tomorrow and Tim Conway tonight,
- 5:56Speaker 2: so all of that.
- 5:57Speaker 5: Tiffany Hobbes is joining us tomorrow too.
- 5:59Speaker 1: She's gonna broadcast right after us at the oh at
- 6:02Speaker 1: the Windy's there in Mission Viejo.
- 6:05Speaker 4: So that okay, that sounds like fun all the way around.
- 6:07Speaker 4: So let's do it. Handle on the news with Amy,
- 6:09Speaker 4: Neil and me. Sorry, you're still a trader.
- 6:16Speaker 2: So yeah, it's a big time story that I love
- 6:21Speaker 2: this one. This is the president going on truth social
- 6:24Speaker 2: and just completely out of control. And I'm going to
- 6:27Speaker 2: talk a lot about this because I'm going to give
- 6:29Speaker 2: you the law, of which he is completely wrong about.
- 6:33Speaker 2: And I'm going to give tell you what the Democrats
- 6:36Speaker 2: said when they were telling troops you do not have
- 6:41Speaker 2: to follow illegal orders, which actually is the law. And
- 6:49Speaker 2: by saying what they did, they are not traders, they
- 6:52Speaker 2: are not guilty of sedition.
- 6:54Speaker 4: They cannot be executed.
- 6:56Speaker 2: And so I'll get into that because that's just fun,
- 6:59Speaker 2: fun stuff. Of course, what Caroline Levitt said the president,
- 7:04Speaker 2: she ignored.
- 7:05Speaker 4: That it's the Democrats.
- 7:06Speaker 2: That's whose fault it is, you know, but the President said,
- 7:09Speaker 2: to execute these people. It's the Democrats. It's the Democrats,
- 7:12Speaker 2: all right, how typical. I'm going to really get into
- 7:15Speaker 2: that and give you a little bit of the law too,
- 7:17Speaker 2: and then I'm going to give you a history of
- 7:18Speaker 2: someone who actually was convicted of sedition and treason back
- 7:23Speaker 2: out of World War Two. Great, great story I want
- 7:27Speaker 2: to share with you. So that's coming up at seven.
- 7:29Speaker 3: Okay, this looks like it was an accident waiting to happen.
- 7:34Speaker 3: Federal investigators have released photos from that ups cargo plane
- 7:39Speaker 3: crash in Kentucky that killed fourteen people, including the four
- 7:44Speaker 3: crew on board. They say that there was evidence of
- 7:46Speaker 3: cracks in the left wing's engine mount, and they released
- 7:50Speaker 3: some photos showing the back of the engine start to
- 7:53Speaker 3: detach before the engine flew up and over the wing
- 7:57Speaker 3: as flames erupted. The next picture shows the wing just
- 8:00Speaker 3: completely engulfed in fire as the burning engine flies above it,
- 8:04Speaker 3: and then the last one shows the plane just starting
- 8:07Speaker 3: to get airborne.
- 8:07Speaker 6: It didn't last very long.
- 8:08Speaker 3: It got off the ground and then almost immediately crashed.
- 8:13Speaker 2: And that's the connection. And it looks like it was
- 8:16Speaker 2: fatigue metal fatigue because.
- 8:20Speaker 1: It was always is that it wasn't scheduled for an
- 8:26Speaker 1: in depth inspection for another seven thousand takeoffs and landings.
- 8:33Speaker 2: Yeah, And the only way you can actually inspect that
- 8:37Speaker 2: particular problem at that particular preate place is with an
- 8:41Speaker 2: X ray, and they do x rays, but this one is.
- 8:48Speaker 5: They have to do it.
- 8:49Speaker 2: Yeah, well, I mean it's expensive and what parts of
- 8:52Speaker 2: it and what parts of the plane do you do
- 8:55Speaker 2: the X ray on, because there are so many parts
- 8:57Speaker 2: that fail now it all has to be X rayed.
- 8:59Speaker 2: When they redo a plane completely and tear it apart,
- 9:01Speaker 2: and they be basically rebuild the frame or rebuild a
- 9:05Speaker 2: plane from the frame from the studs.
- 9:07Speaker 5: But this was checked the motors, the engines.
- 9:10Speaker 4: Oh yeah, the motors are checked like crazy. Everything is checked.
- 9:12Speaker 4: So all right, all right, we knew one more.
- 9:15Speaker 5: Okay, this is bizarre, absolutely bizarre.
- 9:18Speaker 1: You've got the US Coast Guard will no longer classify
- 9:21Speaker 1: the swastika as an emblem of fascism and white supremacy,
- 9:27Speaker 1: inextricably linked to the murder of millions of Jews and
- 9:31Speaker 1: the deaths of more than four hundred thousand US troops
- 9:35Speaker 1: who died fighting World War Two. Also, it will just
- 9:38Speaker 1: be seen as potentially divisive. Also, the Confederate flag and
- 9:46Speaker 1: the news.
- 9:48Speaker 2: This is new policy down from Pete hegsith, Wow, we
- 9:53Speaker 2: should God name would never be we should be, but
- 9:58Speaker 2: he said, we should be great for that. We're not
- 10:01Speaker 2: supplanting the American flag with a swastika on the tails
- 10:05Speaker 2: of our airplanes.
- 10:08Speaker 1: There is nothing you can I don't care if you're
- 10:11Speaker 1: conservative or what your political beliefs are, there is nothing
- 10:14Speaker 1: that justifies this as reasonable in any way, shape or form.
- 10:18Speaker 2: Yeah, and we'll see how many Republicans start screaming about this.
- 10:26Speaker 4: The most you're going to hear is that's unfortunate. That's it.
- 10:30Speaker 2: That's all you're gonna hear much like what Trump said
- 10:35Speaker 2: in his post. You don't hear one Republican say he
- 10:38Speaker 2: is out of his mind. That is simply not true
- 10:43Speaker 2: what he've said. No, that's unfortunate. I wouldn't use language
- 10:47Speaker 2: like that. Okay, I'm going to talk a lot about this.
- 10:51Speaker 2: And now the swastika is it's no longer basically a
- 10:56Speaker 2: hate and death. I mean, come on, I don't even
- 11:01Speaker 2: know what you do with this stuff. I do not
- 11:03Speaker 2: know what you do with this.
- 11:05Speaker 5: I'm gonna cut off your head and flush it down
- 11:07Speaker 5: a toilet. And now that's divisive.
- 11:09Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 11:09Speaker 6: Oh, and it's my turn. The buses got booted. The
- 11:13Speaker 6: LA Lakers have fired Jesse and Joey Buss.
- 11:15Speaker 3: Name sound familiar well. Their dad, Jerry Buss, owned the team.
- 11:19Speaker 3: Jesse Buss was the Lakers assistant GM. Joey was described
- 11:23Speaker 3: as a vice president of research and development. Jeanie Bus,
- 11:28Speaker 3: their sister, is going to be remaining in her role
- 11:32Speaker 3: as primary governor, at least for now. The ouster the
- 11:35Speaker 3: Bus brothers comes on the heels of that blockbuster agreement
- 11:38Speaker 3: to sell the family's majority ownership share to billionaire Mark Walter,
- 11:42Speaker 3: who also owns the Dodgers and the Sparks, and also
- 11:47Speaker 3: has ownership in the Premier League soccer club Chelsea FC.
- 11:51Speaker 2: Now she actually ran does run the Lakers. I mean
- 11:54Speaker 2: she is it, isn't she she? Yeah, she was the
- 11:58Speaker 2: haun show, the primary governor, got it?
- 12:01Speaker 4: Governor of a team?
- 12:02Speaker 1: All right, fair enough, all right, today's the day Trump
- 12:07Speaker 1: meets with Mom Donnie and they're gonna do it at
- 12:10Speaker 1: the White House.
- 12:10Speaker 5: Of course. He is New York City mayor elect.
- 12:14Speaker 1: And he made a direct appeal to President Donald Trump.
- 12:17Speaker 1: He said, since I know you're watching, and I love
- 12:19Speaker 1: that what he was talking on TV. I know you're watching.
- 12:23Speaker 1: I have four words for you. Turn the volume up.
- 12:29Speaker 2: They were going, it's good. I should be a very
- 12:31Speaker 2: interesting meeting. Trump said he's not going to give New
- 12:34Speaker 2: York any money or reduced the amount of money because a
- 12:38Speaker 2: communist is now a is the mayor and so he's.
- 12:42Speaker 6: A democratic socialist.
- 12:44Speaker 4: But yeah, so he's not a communist.
- 12:46Speaker 6: Well he's no.
- 12:47Speaker 3: But he wants to take away private ownership and wants
- 12:49Speaker 3: state run and grocery stores and wants don't you think.
- 12:51Speaker 2: He wants to take private ownership? I mean, what companies
- 12:54Speaker 2: is he arguing to take. Now, sometimes utilities I have
- 12:58Speaker 2: been taken, but mostly misfat immunists own you know, they
- 13:01Speaker 2: do own the utilities. I think he wants minimum wage,
- 13:04Speaker 2: he wants free rent, he wants free bus rides.
- 13:07Speaker 4: That's not taking over the buses.
- 13:09Speaker 2: That's freeze rent right again, But that's not private ownership.
- 13:14Speaker 1: That is just not private ownership. Or buildings aren't private ownership.
- 13:19Speaker 4: Yeah, that he is not saying he's taking over.
- 13:24Speaker 2: He's not nationalizing effect or city.
- 13:28Speaker 4: No.
- 13:29Speaker 2: I think he's a little far out, do you Yeah,
- 13:33Speaker 2: I think he's a lot far out. I mean, how
- 13:35Speaker 2: you get free rent? I mean or rent stabilization? I know, sorry,
- 13:40Speaker 2: how to get rent stabilization? So how about landlords? What
- 13:43Speaker 2: do they do? And how about running running free buses?
- 13:47Speaker 2: Where does that money come from? That's the point, all right?
- 13:51Speaker 3: Moving on, Well, the vice president has stepped in it
- 13:55Speaker 3: with the Indian people.
- 13:56Speaker 6: Apparently when JD.
- 13:57Speaker 3: Vance told a stadium of thousands that he hold his
- 14:00Speaker 3: wife would one day be moved by the Christian gospel
- 14:03Speaker 3: the same way he was, he apparently ticked off a
- 14:06Speaker 3: lot of Indians. Vance converted to Catholicism in twenty nineteen.
- 14:11Speaker 3: His wife, Usha was raised in a Hindu household, and
- 14:16Speaker 3: he said, like many people of an inner faith, marriage
- 14:18Speaker 3: though he hopes his wife may see things as he
- 14:20Speaker 3: does one day, but will continue to support her regardless.
- 14:24Speaker 4: And she's not even talking about becoming a Christian. She
- 14:28Speaker 4: is a Hindu.
- 14:29Speaker 6: And matter of fact, she said, she's kind of agnostic.
- 14:32Speaker 2: Oh yeah, but she's not about to switch. And when
- 14:35Speaker 2: she's he said that, of course, he said. She said
- 14:38Speaker 2: to him, well, how about Vishnu? And what did he say?
- 14:42Speaker 4: Neil nothing, Vishnu with you exactly.
- 14:46Speaker 2: Vishnu Vishnu with you, all right, a joke that I
- 14:50Speaker 2: have used for years and still does not work.
- 14:52Speaker 4: Oh, people, give me.
- 14:53Speaker 3: That was the first time I've ever heard it, is it? Yeah,
- 14:56Speaker 3: I've also been working with you for two years.
- 14:58Speaker 4: Vishnu Vishnu you? Okay?
- 15:03Speaker 5: Oh boy, okay.
- 15:04Speaker 1: So evacuations at the COP thirty, you have the climate
- 15:08Speaker 1: talks going on in Brazil, and there was a fire
- 15:12Speaker 1: and so what I read there's still not a reason
- 15:18Speaker 1: for it. But you got to understand there's a lot
- 15:20Speaker 1: of these canvas, like little sectionals that separate people and
- 15:25Speaker 1: stuff like that, and apparently this fire briefly spread through
- 15:28Speaker 1: the pavilion that was being used there for the UN
- 15:31Speaker 1: Climate talks there in Brazil's.
- 15:34Speaker 4: What actually happened. Okay, they were talking about global warming
- 15:38Speaker 4: and wanted to prove a point. I've lit this style.
- 15:43Speaker 1: Watch, I bet you this will bird. So thirteen people,
- 15:47Speaker 1: unfortunately were treated for smoke inhlation. But other than that,
- 15:50Speaker 1: no one else was harmed. It was controlled in six
- 15:53Speaker 1: or seven minutes. But yeah, just huge flames on one
- 15:59Speaker 1: of the pavilion.
- 16:01Speaker 4: People running around, running around videoing.
- 16:04Speaker 2: It's always a lot of fun before you see everything
- 16:06Speaker 2: on video these days.
- 16:07Speaker 3: All right, Uh, looks like something that's snuck in is
- 16:10Speaker 3: going to be taken out. Well, maybe remember when they
- 16:14Speaker 3: passed the bill to open the government up again, there
- 16:18Speaker 3: was a provision put in there that would allow senators
- 16:21Speaker 3: to sue the Justice Department for seizing or issuing subpoenas
- 16:24Speaker 3: for their data without notifying them. So the House voted
- 16:30Speaker 3: on Wednesday night to repeal that provision. They wanted to
- 16:34Speaker 3: take it out the language drafted in response to Special
- 16:38Speaker 3: Council Jacksmith's investigation into President Trump's involvement in the January
- 16:41Speaker 3: sixth attack on the Capitol. The FBI got phone data
- 16:45Speaker 3: from at least eight Senators and one House member from
- 16:48Speaker 3: the days before and after the attack without them knowing
- 16:52Speaker 3: about it. So the provision was in there, the House
- 16:55Speaker 3: took it out. Now it goes to the Senate. What
- 16:57Speaker 3: happens there, we don't know.
- 17:02Speaker 5: Oh you no comment?
- 17:04Speaker 4: Huh okay?
- 17:06Speaker 5: All right?
- 17:06Speaker 1: So Trump, they continue to try to put a bit
- 17:09Speaker 1: in this man's mouth. The federal judge there in Washington
- 17:13Speaker 1: temporarily blocked the Trump administration yesterday.
- 17:17Speaker 5: This has to deal.
- 17:18Speaker 1: With maintaining more than those two thousand members of the
- 17:22Speaker 1: National Guard there in Washington, d C. They believe the
- 17:28Speaker 1: court believes that the city was likely to succeed in
- 17:33Speaker 1: arguing the deployment was illegal, so put a block on Trump.
- 17:39Speaker 2: For Yeah, there are a couple things about that. First
- 17:41Speaker 2: of all, bringing in a national guard from other states.
- 17:45Speaker 2: There is an issue there declaring the what was happening
- 17:51Speaker 2: in DC and other cities a national emergency, and the
- 17:57Speaker 2: court saying, come on, you can't declare everything a national
- 18:01Speaker 2: emergency to justify bringing in troops, which you're not, under
- 18:05Speaker 2: the law allowed to do unless there's a national emergency.
- 18:09Speaker 2: And this will go up Supreme Court. And I do
- 18:11Speaker 2: believe the court will give the Trump administration, and we'll
- 18:14Speaker 2: say to Donald Trump or any president, whatever you say
- 18:18Speaker 2: is a national emergency, is a national emergency under any circumstances.
- 18:22Speaker 4: You call it. If you build it, they will come.
- 18:25Speaker 4: So we'll see what happens.
- 18:31Speaker 3: Nanoplastics are nasty. A recent experiment involves some mice who
- 18:36Speaker 3: were fed small amounts of polystyrene for three months tasty.
- 18:40Speaker 3: Right after that time, the mice had damaged intestinal aligning
- 18:43Speaker 3: and higher liver inflammation. That inflammation can lead to Parkinson's disease.
- 18:48Speaker 3: So scientists have issued a warning after discovering that even
- 18:54Speaker 3: low dose exposure to the nanoplastics can cause Parkinson's.
- 18:59Speaker 4: And how do you lower your exposure to uh, nanoplastics.
- 19:02Speaker 6: Don't eat polystyrene.
- 19:04Speaker 4: That's what If you even know what polystyrene is?
- 19:08Speaker 6: Well, isn't it the styrophone cups?
- 19:10Speaker 4: I guess it is? That what it is?
- 19:11Speaker 2: I don't even know because all these uh, these products
- 19:15Speaker 2: have totally different names, by carbonates and by I don't
- 19:17Speaker 2: I don't even know, Yeah.
- 19:18Speaker 5: In different Oh, I use this stuff all the time
- 19:21Speaker 5: in my shop. It's uh.
- 19:23Speaker 1: I use a denser version of it. But yeah, it's uh,
- 19:27Speaker 1: it's out there already.
- 19:29Speaker 6: Uh.
- 19:30Speaker 1: CDC website has going through some change. Uh, the scientific
- 19:34Speaker 1: information in the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's website.
- 19:40Speaker 1: Just this Wednesday they did a little update there and
- 19:42Speaker 1: now it has the anti vaccine talking points that it's
- 19:47Speaker 1: kind of weird the way it's worded there, but it
- 19:49Speaker 1: doesn't rule out a link between vaccines and autism, even
- 19:54Speaker 1: though there's an abundance of evidence that says there's no connection.
- 19:57Speaker 1: They have these bullet points on there.
- 20:00Speaker 4: Yeah, we have a.
- 20:03Speaker 2: Health in Human Services secretary who believes in his heart
- 20:07Speaker 2: of hearts that vaccines do cause autism. And so now
- 20:14Speaker 2: on the CDC information page where the website, we are
- 20:21Speaker 2: not saying that it doesn't even though science says it doesn't.
- 20:25Speaker 5: You can't prove a negative. What you do it's correct?
- 20:28Speaker 2: Yeah, well, no, what's going to end up happening? And
- 20:31Speaker 2: this is just me and I'm guessing, okay, this is
- 20:34Speaker 2: me prognostic. Prognosticating is the next missive will be that
- 20:41Speaker 2: vaccines do cause autism as a matter of medical certainty,
- 20:47Speaker 2: and we are going to make vaccines illegal and anybody
- 20:51Speaker 2: actually putting a vaccine into their kids will go to
- 20:54Speaker 2: prison for five years. Maybe I'm exaggerating here, Maybe there's
- 20:59Speaker 2: a little high superbly here.
- 21:01Speaker 1: I think they should do a study on why Kennedy's
- 21:03Speaker 1: get weirder and weirder looking as they get further away
- 21:06Speaker 1: from the sixties.
- 21:07Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean, just.
- 21:08Speaker 5: Size are too close. He's an odd looking fellaw.
- 21:11Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 21:12Speaker 3: The Vice president says we all need to pack our patients.
- 21:18Speaker 3: Vice President Vance acknowledged the Trump administration is facing growing
- 21:22Speaker 3: skepticism over its economic record and says, you know what,
- 21:27Speaker 3: we all need to have a little patients ahead of
- 21:29Speaker 3: what is predicted would be an eventual economic boom.
- 21:32Speaker 4: A point to be made.
- 21:35Speaker 2: Let's say President Trump was visiting southern California and he
- 21:39Speaker 2: points outside and says, the sun is shining.
- 21:44Speaker 4: Now.
- 21:45Speaker 2: The fundamental Magas supporters would tell you the sun is shining.
- 21:50Speaker 2: Even walking outside and getting drenched, it's still the sun
- 21:52Speaker 2: is shining. The President said, prices are down. Prices have
- 21:59Speaker 2: gone down. I'm guessing that fundamentalist MAGA supporters agree prices
- 22:06Speaker 2: are down. Now for the rest of us, we find
- 22:10Speaker 2: prices a little more expensive, less down, less down, you
- 22:15Speaker 2: bet you? And Vance said, Okay, maybe prices aren't down,
- 22:20Speaker 2: They've gone up, but have patience.
- 22:22Speaker 4: And of course, what is the reason for all this.
- 22:24Speaker 4: You kick it all back to Biden.
- 22:27Speaker 2: It's it's Biden's fault and naturally, but anyways, it's first
- 22:32Speaker 2: time the administration has actually recognized that prices have.
- 22:37Speaker 4: In fact increased.
- 22:38Speaker 2: I think President Trump a few weeks ago said we
- 22:42Speaker 2: need some patience, but he didn't come back and say
- 22:44Speaker 2: prices were up. I think it had to do with
- 22:48Speaker 2: tariffs more than anything else. So just a quick word,
- 22:52Speaker 2: even amongst you MAGA supporters, and I know you, I
- 22:56Speaker 2: know you don't believe me.
- 22:57Speaker 4: It's raining outside moving on.
- 23:04Speaker 5: Nope, that's the sweat from Democrats as they sweat Trump
- 23:08Speaker 5: so much.
- 23:09Speaker 2: It is.
- 23:09Speaker 1: That's true, all right, on that very note, What is up?
- 23:14Speaker 5: What is down?
- 23:15Speaker 1: You've got the Justice Department, you know, looking over thing
- 23:18Speaker 1: and insisting that the Komi indictment was properly approved, trying
- 23:23Speaker 1: to keep this case afloat. Handle's been covering this quite
- 23:28Speaker 1: in depth about the issues that it has. So this
- 23:30Speaker 1: is a day after the Justice Department acknowledged to a
- 23:34Speaker 1: federal judge that the full grand jury hasn't even reviewed
- 23:37Speaker 1: the final indictment.
- 23:39Speaker 5: A former FBI direct.
- 23:40Speaker 4: It's in trouble. Yeah, the indictments in trouble.
- 23:42Speaker 2: I think the judge is going to dismiss it out
- 23:44Speaker 2: right because and the attorney who's representing the government, who
- 23:48Speaker 2: is basically had no idea what she's doing. Lindsay Halligan
- 23:52Speaker 2: has never prosecuted a case ever. And even when she
- 23:56Speaker 2: went in front of the grand jury to indict, you know,
- 24:00Speaker 2: she practiced and practiced and practiced, and had senior prosecutors
- 24:06Speaker 2: of the DOJ work with her and work with her.
- 24:09Speaker 2: It was a rehearsal. And now the judges going, well
- 24:13Speaker 2: how about this, and the answer it's a good answer
- 24:16Speaker 2: that the government had, Uh is not.
- 24:22Speaker 5: I mean I'm sure that happens quite a bit.
- 24:24Speaker 4: No, not with senior No, not with senior DOJ attorneys.
- 24:28Speaker 2: No rehearsal. You just go in and do the indictment
- 24:31Speaker 2: because their experience, this is what they do. Anyway, the
- 24:34Speaker 2: point I'm making is this is a political appointment and
- 24:38Speaker 2: this is going to fail completely because they didn't do
- 24:42Speaker 2: what they have to do.
- 24:44Speaker 4: Didn't follow the rules.
- 24:48Speaker 3: Moving on, can't we all just be a little nicer
- 24:52Speaker 3: to each other. The Department of Transportation is urging air
- 24:55Speaker 3: travelers to be nice and be civil as we head
- 25:00Speaker 3: into what's expected to be a record setting holiday travel season.
- 25:04Speaker 3: The Department of Transportation says it hopes that people will
- 25:08Speaker 3: restore courtesy and class to air travel, things like dressing
- 25:12Speaker 3: with respect, helping elderly people lift their bags, keeping kids
- 25:16Speaker 3: under control, saying please and thank you, especially to flight attendants.
- 25:22Speaker 3: I agree with this, but you know that there were
- 25:25Speaker 3: twenty ninety six separate incidents involving unruly passengers just last year.
- 25:31Speaker 5: Isn't that insane?
- 25:32Speaker 2: Yes, I got some feedback. Last time I traveled. I
- 25:36Speaker 2: had a very heavy bag that I turned to someone
- 25:38Speaker 2: who is eighty five years old to say, hey, pick
- 25:40Speaker 2: this up for me.
- 25:41Speaker 4: This is heavy as hell. Okay. By the way, there's
- 25:48Speaker 4: more truth to that than not.
- 25:52Speaker 5: No one's doubting you.
- 25:54Speaker 4: Okay.
- 25:55Speaker 2: So anyway, a little more civility, you know, at one
- 25:57Speaker 2: point and on worse, talking about going back sixty years,
- 26:02Speaker 2: people used to dress coat and tie, oh yeah, and
- 26:05Speaker 2: hats to go on an airplane and women would be
- 26:07Speaker 2: in dresses.
- 26:08Speaker 6: And now they wear pajamas.
- 26:10Speaker 2: And my daughter does that. My daughter when she flies
- 26:14Speaker 2: wears pajamas. Yeah, why she goes shopping in pajamas because
- 26:19Speaker 2: she's a slob.
- 26:20Speaker 4: That's why I.
- 26:22Speaker 1: Don't think Pamela has ever been out of pajamas.
- 26:26Speaker 4: I don't think she ever has. You're right, I've never
- 26:27Speaker 4: seen her in pajamas.
- 26:28Speaker 6: The most costable in America.
- 26:30Speaker 2: Yeah, if she, I'll tell you at her wedding, she's
- 26:33Speaker 2: going to be wearing pajamas. Okay, we're done, guys, we
- 26:37Speaker 2: are completely finished.
