- 0:12Speaker 1: It's time from Welcome to the Nord even nice Show'm
- 0:18Speaker 1: your host from Shooter. It's Monday morning, which means our
- 0:20Speaker 1: dear friend Garrett Vogel joining says, hey, Garrett, are you there?
- 0:24Speaker 2: Bobby? Hello, good morning? There we go.
- 0:27Speaker 1: We are, Darling. We were flying blind for a moment.
- 0:30Speaker 1: I could hear you, but I couldn't see you. Now
- 0:32Speaker 1: I can see you in your lumberjack shirt, looking very
- 0:34Speaker 1: handsome on a Monday.
- 0:36Speaker 2: Thank you very much, you know, wearing my my chief's
- 0:38Speaker 2: colors as they head to the super Bowl to play
- 0:40Speaker 2: the Philadelphia Eagles. Last night, did you watch.
- 0:42Speaker 1: Something the Big first?
- 0:44Speaker 2: Respect?
- 0:45Speaker 1: Oh, I didn't watch it, but this morning I woke
- 0:47Speaker 1: up before the show. I always want to make sure
- 0:49Speaker 1: that our script is up to date. What we're going
- 0:50Speaker 1: to be talking about is the latest news, and it is,
- 0:53Speaker 1: so I put the show to bed the night before
- 0:55Speaker 1: I do the script, so we're up bright and early.
- 0:57Speaker 1: But any additions we can add before we tape. I
- 1:00Speaker 1: did notice a massive amount of Taylor Swift news, but
- 1:04Speaker 1: I didn't realize that it was so big because this
- 1:08Speaker 1: is going to take them to the super Bowl. I
- 1:10Speaker 1: just thought she was at another game.
- 1:11Speaker 2: Oh no, no, no, she will be at the biggest
- 1:14Speaker 2: game of all in You know what's interesting too, So
- 1:16Speaker 2: the Kansas City Chiefs going to the super Bowl where
- 1:19Speaker 2: they could break a record. If they win the super Bowl,
- 1:21Speaker 2: that means they've won the last three years in a row.
- 1:24Speaker 2: No one's ever done that. That's great. Oh but last night,
- 1:27Speaker 2: just like you, before I went to bed, I did
- 1:29Speaker 2: some research of my own. So as you know, the
- 1:32Speaker 2: Eras Tour went on last year and the Super bowls
- 1:36Speaker 2: happening in New Orleans. So me being the curiosity that
- 1:39Speaker 2: I that I have, I decided to look up the
- 1:42Speaker 2: most expensive ticket for the Taylor Swift's Eras Tour in
- 1:46Speaker 2: New Orleans was eleven thousand dollars. What as of last night,
- 1:53Speaker 2: after the super Bowl was set between the Chiefs and
- 1:55Speaker 2: the Eagles, the most expensive ticket to go to the
- 1:59Speaker 2: super Bowl in two weeks is eight thousand dollars. Just
- 2:04Speaker 2: to show you the power of Taylor Swift.
- 2:06Speaker 1: Right of Taylor Swift. That's a really good little bit
- 2:09Speaker 1: of trivia. You are smarty Pans Garret. Were you always
- 2:11Speaker 1: a curious devil? Some people say nosy, I say.
- 2:14Speaker 2: Curious, More nosy than curious.
- 2:16Speaker 1: I'm a nosy person. I always asked when I was
- 2:19Speaker 1: a little as, I'm so good at this because I've
- 2:21Speaker 1: always been nosey. Okay, let's jump into the show. What
- 2:23Speaker 1: Time is in My Friends? Is tea time? Big story
- 2:26Speaker 1: At the top of the show, Timothy shallow May hosted
- 2:28Speaker 1: Saturday Night Live over the weekend, and everybody was looking
- 2:31Speaker 1: for Kylie Jenner. Well, we actually did spot them together
- 2:35Speaker 1: leaving the SNL party. It was at the Pool, which
- 2:39Speaker 1: is a fancy restaurant in Midtown. I've been there. It's
- 2:43Speaker 1: very nice. Each week they change locations, so after after
- 2:46Speaker 1: the show ends, and it's in the week hours of
- 2:47Speaker 1: the morning, it's not like we'll meet for a party
- 2:50Speaker 1: at nine o'clock, ten o'clock, eleven o'clock is when the
- 2:54Speaker 1: party starts. So it's quite hard to find a restaurant
- 2:58Speaker 1: that wants to stay open two or three o'clock. Plus,
- 3:01Speaker 1: if it's a club on a Saturday night, they're already
- 3:03Speaker 1: going to be sold out, so they don't really want
- 3:06Speaker 1: the SNL cast there because they want a private party.
- 3:08Speaker 1: So they found this venue and we did see Timothy
- 3:12Speaker 1: enter the venue by himself, but then shortly afterwards, after
- 3:16Speaker 1: not that long they left together, so they spotted leaving together.
- 3:21Speaker 1: They are a couple. They avoid the photographs, say they're very,
- 3:25Speaker 1: very private. We did see them canoodling a little bit
- 3:28Speaker 1: at the Golden Globes. I thought that was really sweet
- 3:31Speaker 1: when they sat at the same table. But these two
- 3:33Speaker 1: really keep this relationship under wraps. I don't think they're
- 3:37Speaker 1: embarrassed of one another. I don't think it's that they're
- 3:40Speaker 1: pretending they're not together. They're clearly together. I think that
- 3:44Speaker 1: they've decided, maybe because her family is so public, that
- 3:47Speaker 1: they want this relationship to be less public.
- 3:49Speaker 2: What do you think, Well, you know what, it was interesting.
- 3:51Speaker 2: I was thinking about it. I had two takes, so
- 3:53Speaker 2: I saw the pictures of them coming out of the
- 3:54Speaker 2: after party. And Kylie doesn't help the rumors by holding
- 3:57Speaker 2: the jacket the way she was holding it with her
- 4:00Speaker 2: two hands clutched together as she was holding it.
- 4:03Speaker 1: She knows what she's doing. She knows she.
- 4:05Speaker 2: Knows what she was doing there. But the other thing too,
- 4:07Speaker 2: It made me think of back in your day when
- 4:09Speaker 2: you were with Jessica and Nichola. She how what happened
- 4:13Speaker 2: with that relationship. Yes, they both thought that they were
- 4:16Speaker 2: you know, the King of pop, king or Queen of pop.
- 4:21Speaker 2: They were the most, they were more famous than the other.
- 4:23Speaker 2: So I can understand why Kylie and Timothy might decide
- 4:27Speaker 2: to go. You know what, let's just do our own thing.
- 4:29Speaker 2: We'll hang out in private and then you know, if
- 4:32Speaker 2: we're at an award show, so be it. But for
- 4:34Speaker 2: the most part, let's just do our own thing. But well,
- 4:37Speaker 2: you and I both know, just like you and I rob,
- 4:39Speaker 2: we don't. We don't flaunt our relationship, and.
- 4:41Speaker 1: I always hold my jacket like that when I'm with you.
- 4:43Speaker 1: To start the rumors, it is interesting, isn't it. I
- 4:45Speaker 1: hit the phones and I spoke to a really, really
- 4:47Speaker 1: smart source of mine, a top Hollywood publicist. He's still
- 4:51Speaker 1: a publicist, Yes, she's She's a good publicist, and she
- 4:56Speaker 1: told me it was very interesting that it's clear they're
- 4:58Speaker 1: a couple. How at least for the next three or
- 5:02Speaker 1: four weeks leading up to the Oscars. They want this
- 5:06Speaker 1: to be about his work, not her. And in Hollywood,
- 5:10Speaker 1: I hate to admit it, but it's true. Maybe true
- 5:12Speaker 1: in New York we do look down our nose a
- 5:15Speaker 1: little bit at reality stars. If he was dating Julia Roberts,
- 5:19Speaker 1: so if he was dating a really respected Meryl Streep,
- 5:23Speaker 1: let's say, then they wouldn't have to be quite as
- 5:25Speaker 1: subtle in their relationship. But I'm told that she knows,
- 5:30Speaker 1: she knows the level the fame the Kardashians have, and
- 5:35Speaker 1: any picture of them together, we're going to be looking
- 5:37Speaker 1: at her. And this is not her moment. He wants
- 5:40Speaker 1: that oscar. He has a chance of winning that Oscar.
- 5:43Speaker 1: And so for the next couple of weeks at least
- 5:45Speaker 1: while the voting's going on, they're going to take their
- 5:47Speaker 1: foot off the gas of the publicity for their relationships
- 5:51Speaker 1: and focus it all on him. Plus, let's remember the
- 5:54Speaker 1: reason he did SNL was to win the oscar. He
- 5:57Speaker 1: sang two songs Bob Dylan songs Plugs the Bob Dylan
- 6:01Speaker 1: movie twice in the Cold Open.
- 6:05Speaker 2: Commercial and a commercial there. I didn't even know Bob
- 6:08Speaker 2: Dylan had had a museum in his hometown.
- 6:10Speaker 1: You know, I knew they had a museum, but I
- 6:11Speaker 1: didn't know they could have afford a commercial on NBC
- 6:14Speaker 1: that was about one hundred and fifty thousand dollars. That's
- 6:16Speaker 1: a lot of tickets to that little center. Although I
- 6:19Speaker 1: do want to go there, now, so this was all
- 6:20Speaker 1: about Bob Dylan, this is all about Timothy, This is
- 6:23Speaker 1: all about getting him an oscar. And you know who
- 6:26Speaker 1: could have stole all that thunder with one sexy dress? Yes,
- 6:29Speaker 1: Kylie Jenna. So I think here we have to give
- 6:32Speaker 1: a credit because Kim couldn't have helped herself. Kim would
- 6:35Speaker 1: have made it about himset herself where Kylie really really
- 6:39Speaker 1: did try hard. Which brings us though to our pole
- 6:41Speaker 1: question of the day, and it's a good question. Today
- 6:43Speaker 1: Kylie and Timothy were spotted sneaking out of the SNL party.
- 6:48Speaker 1: Our question is is he ashamed of her? Have you
- 6:51Speaker 1: ever been in a relationship, Garrett, where the person you're
- 6:55Speaker 1: with didn't really want your friend, his friends, her friends
- 6:59Speaker 1: to meet you. Have you ever been with somebody Garrett
- 7:02Speaker 1: high school you didn't want to introduce to your friends.
- 7:04Speaker 2: Maybe in high school, I can't really remember, I don't think.
- 7:09Speaker 1: So how about you, Oh, I'd show you off like
- 7:12Speaker 1: the doc who went to I.
- 7:13Speaker 2: Know you would. I would be that. I would be
- 7:15Speaker 2: your show pony, of course. But but but growing up too?
- 7:19Speaker 2: Or were you like hidden or did you hide anybody?
- 7:23Speaker 1: I'm robbed? I was the life and soul of the podcast.
- 7:26Speaker 1: I was a trophy. It was more difficult because that's
- 7:30Speaker 1: that's it's more difficult. So when I was growing up
- 7:32Speaker 1: being gay, it was not really that sort of celebrate.
- 7:36Speaker 1: And the time that I grew up in it was
- 7:38Speaker 1: long before gay used to hiding. Yeah, I was quite
- 7:42Speaker 1: used to hiding in the shadows. And it's not a
- 7:45Speaker 1: place I ever want to be again. Hey, go vote
- 7:48Speaker 1: on our Twitter page at not too Nice Rob. Our
- 7:50Speaker 1: facebook page is sure as to my road or here
- 7:53Speaker 1: your results. Hey Garrett, what are you working on?
- 7:56Speaker 2: Let's talk about Lizzo. So here's another interesting story and
- 8:00Speaker 2: I would love your take on it as a publicist.
- 8:02Speaker 2: But we have we're starting to see a little bit
- 8:04Speaker 2: more of Lizzo out on social media. No music just yet,
- 8:08Speaker 2: but more social media. And she said she's slimmed down,
- 8:11Speaker 2: hitting her her weight loss goal. She hasn't seen this
- 8:14Speaker 2: number since twenty fourteen. She posted a picture she goes
- 8:17Speaker 2: I did it in her caption and rocking a dark
- 8:21Speaker 2: red two piece workout set, and you could see that
- 8:25Speaker 2: she definitely has lost weight. And she said, today when
- 8:28Speaker 2: I stepped on my scale, I reached my weight release goal.
- 8:32Speaker 2: I haven't seen this number since twenty fourteen, which congratulations
- 8:35Speaker 2: to her. She lowered her BMI, which is so hard
- 8:38Speaker 2: to do like a man woman whoever, it's hard to do,
- 8:42Speaker 2: by almost by ten point five points, and reduced her
- 8:46Speaker 2: body fat. To listen to this sixteen percent, I mean
- 8:50Speaker 2: congratulations to Lizo right there.
- 8:52Speaker 1: Wow. Wow. I don't really know what any of those
- 8:54Speaker 1: numbers mean, like sixty, they sound good, I don't really know,
- 8:57Speaker 1: but I know that she's celebrating it. It's tricky here
- 9:01Speaker 1: because we really fell in love with Lizzo as a
- 9:05Speaker 1: certain type of person physically, and now that she's changed,
- 9:09Speaker 1: I want to be happy for her, but I don't
- 9:11Speaker 1: want to encourage people to just be skinny. I want
- 9:14Speaker 1: to know that love and body and people we exist
- 9:19Speaker 1: in all different sizes. I was a little bit disappointed
- 9:21Speaker 1: when Adele got super skinny. It was just a new
- 9:24Speaker 1: Adele for me to fall in love with. I did
- 9:26Speaker 1: very very.
- 9:26Speaker 2: You've been skinny yourself.
- 9:28Speaker 1: I did get skinny myself, and it took me a
- 9:30Speaker 1: minute to fall in love. I've got to admit, though,
- 9:33Speaker 1: I do feel better skinny, and it's because I feel healthier.
- 9:37Speaker 1: It's not necessarily about the tighter pants, or the abs
- 9:42Speaker 1: or the lack of a double tin. Although I do
- 9:44Speaker 1: appreciate all three of the above, I just feel better.
- 9:48Speaker 1: And I think that's what Lizzo is saying here too.
- 9:51Speaker 1: It's tricky for her, though, because Lizzo for a long
- 9:54Speaker 1: time said she felt great being a plus size person.
- 9:58Speaker 1: She really enj herself and embraced her curves. And so
- 10:04Speaker 1: the question is, well, Lizzo, why di you to change now?
- 10:07Speaker 1: Maybe a doctor said to her, you know your blood
- 10:09Speaker 1: pressure health wise, you will be better off if you
- 10:12Speaker 1: lose a little way. I try not to go overboard
- 10:16Speaker 1: when friends lose a lot of weight. I try not
- 10:19Speaker 1: to rush up to them and say you look great,
- 10:21Speaker 1: you look great, because you're sort of implying that you
- 10:24Speaker 1: didn't look great before. Garrett. Your weight can fluctuate. I've
- 10:28Speaker 1: seen skinny Garrett. I've seen Garrett that isn't so skinny.
- 10:31Speaker 1: Are you happier when you're thinner and you're bigger? What
- 10:34Speaker 1: about you?
- 10:34Speaker 2: You know, it's funny you really don't see it until
- 10:36Speaker 2: you look at photos. You know what I mean? Like
- 10:38Speaker 2: not to say like if you throw on you know,
- 10:41Speaker 2: you throw on ten pounds here, you know, twelve pounds,
- 10:44Speaker 2: fifteen pounds, like you don't see it until you see
- 10:46Speaker 2: a photo, but and then you think about it. It's
- 10:49Speaker 2: like you lose the weight and you feel good. So
- 10:51Speaker 2: it's kind of it's kind of it's kind of like
- 10:53Speaker 2: a weird thing because you don't know when you are
- 10:57Speaker 2: versus when you're not, you know what I mean. That's sorry,
- 10:59Speaker 2: come yeah, so so it's weird. But but but for you,
- 11:03Speaker 2: I mean, I've watched your journey over the last what
- 11:06Speaker 2: two three years of just getting your butt outside and
- 11:10Speaker 2: literally walking all of Manhattan on any given day rain
- 11:14Speaker 2: or snow, ladies.
- 11:15Speaker 1: I'm not the post office sleep snow, rain can't stop me.
- 11:18Speaker 2: Here's a little thing, you think. Rob Shooter just sits
- 11:21Speaker 2: in his sits in his his closet, no pun intended,
- 11:25Speaker 2: and works all day, night and day. Gets on TV
- 11:28Speaker 2: in the UK and Japan. The man puts on his
- 11:33Speaker 2: jacket literally every day, no matter what the temperature, what
- 11:38Speaker 2: season it is, and he just walked. He forrest, gums it,
- 11:41Speaker 2: he walks until he goes I cannot walk anymore. And
- 11:43Speaker 2: you think I'll go home.
- 11:45Speaker 1: Now, I've literally walked my ass off. Literally, I literally
- 11:49Speaker 1: have walked I feel good though, Okay, moving along. This
- 11:52Speaker 1: story is so interesting Angelina Jolie. We spotted her on
- 11:55Speaker 1: a grocery run. It's very rare that you spot Angie
- 11:58Speaker 1: going to get groceries because I don't think she goes
- 12:01Speaker 1: that often. Fresh direct Angie, you can get it delivered,
- 12:03Speaker 1: and she does have staff. However, Angie made a point
- 12:06Speaker 1: of going guys being photographed with her son. This was
- 12:09Speaker 1: just after her oscar snub. People are saying she's devastated
- 12:13Speaker 1: by this. Sources are telling page six, she's really really upset.
- 12:16Speaker 1: She wanted this oscar. She did a ton of pressure.
- 12:18Speaker 1: Normally doesn't do that much publicity. She did late night shows,
- 12:21Speaker 1: she did magazine covers, she did a ton of award shows,
- 12:24Speaker 1: and she didn't get nominated. It's interesting because you think
- 12:27Speaker 1: that somebody like Angelina Jolie, someone that famous, that beautiful,
- 12:31Speaker 1: that rich, they wouldn't care. They always care. People like
- 12:34Speaker 1: it's nice to be told that your work is good,
- 12:37Speaker 1: that you're being appreciated here, and so do you sometimes
- 12:40Speaker 1: forget that garret with celebrities you actually think, oh, maybe
- 12:44Speaker 1: they do get upset about stuff like this.
- 12:46Speaker 2: I think they do, but I also it's like it's
- 12:48Speaker 2: so weird and it's like, oh, we spotted her out
- 12:50Speaker 2: on a grocery run. The woman needs food, especially when
- 12:53Speaker 2: she's with children, you know what I mean, Like like
- 12:57Speaker 2: it wasn't like as calculated as it feels like. I
- 13:00Speaker 2: also you view it as, oh, man, we got to
- 13:02Speaker 2: go to the store, like and and it just so
- 13:04Speaker 2: happens that she just got snubbed, you know what I mean.
- 13:06Speaker 2: It wasn't like she was planning planning this of like,
- 13:09Speaker 2: all right, win or lose. If I if I win,
- 13:11Speaker 2: I'm not going to the grocery storey, you know what
- 13:13Speaker 2: I mean, Like like not you know, Knox might have
- 13:16Speaker 2: needed some lucky charms for God's sake, you know what I.
- 13:19Speaker 1: Mean, Like you might. You're right. Maybe then we're not
- 13:21Speaker 1: exactly connected, but we did it in any case. Okay,
- 13:24Speaker 1: quickly before we get a break, break a new picture.
- 13:26Speaker 1: Kim Kardashian and North and now I think by the
- 13:29Speaker 1: same heights.
- 13:30Speaker 2: I did not realize this, you know, until you see
- 13:32Speaker 2: the photo. It's official. So Northwest is is catching up
- 13:36Speaker 2: to mom Kim very very quickly. So, uh, Northwest, who
- 13:41Speaker 2: is eleven is five to two, and she was spotted
- 13:44Speaker 2: with her mom, and they were just having some you know,
- 13:46Speaker 2: and and when when you're that age, you're kind of
- 13:49Speaker 2: like it's like a goal you want to you want to,
- 13:51Speaker 2: you know, reach your mom or dad's height as quickly
- 13:53Speaker 2: as possible, just to say, all right, now I'm in charge,
- 13:56Speaker 2: you know what I mean? Like right, So you could
- 13:58Speaker 2: see that they're they're very close, which also made me think,
- 14:01Speaker 2: I mean for North to be five to Kim, Kim
- 14:05Speaker 2: looks taller than she she she's tiny's I know she's
- 14:09Speaker 2: a tiny but you know what I mean, Like she.
- 14:11Speaker 1: Ses she's bigger than life, she's larger than life. The
- 14:14Speaker 1: image of Kim Kardashian on TV is larger than life,
- 14:16Speaker 1: but when you actually meet her in person. The first
- 14:18Speaker 1: time I met her, I was shocked. She's tiny, tiny.
- 14:21Speaker 1: Jlo It has the same curves as Kim, but Jlo
- 14:25Speaker 1: is as a larger person. She's taller, taller is Kim's tiny,
- 14:31Speaker 1: but her waist too. You think Kim has curves until
- 14:33Speaker 1: you actually meet her, she does like she's really really
- 14:37Speaker 1: really tiny, but we love her all the same. Oh,
- 14:39Speaker 1: We've got to do this story quickly because I need
- 14:41Speaker 1: to get your opinion. Vanna White is puzzled why people
- 14:44Speaker 1: are calling her sunny co a first trap. We did
- 14:47Speaker 1: this story. Remember they posted a video and they were
- 14:49Speaker 1: trying to do a cooking segment, but all anybody was
- 14:51Speaker 1: talking about was her hot sun He's thirty years old.
- 14:53Speaker 1: They were in the kitchen and he was wearing a
- 14:55Speaker 1: very tight T shirt. Well, now she's saying she just
- 14:58Speaker 1: doesn't see it as a pair. I guess you don't,
- 15:01Speaker 1: ye see what would you unless you beautiful people? Yeah,
- 15:06Speaker 1: it can't be like wow, you look wow.
- 15:08Speaker 2: Unless you're watching SNL this weekend and saw one of
- 15:11Speaker 2: the skits that they had about about giving an edible
- 15:13Speaker 2: arrangement to your mother and falling in love with her,
- 15:17Speaker 2: which was super creepy. But I get it, like why, Like,
- 15:20Speaker 2: do you honestly think Rob your mom? Your mom would
- 15:25Speaker 2: be like, oh, I see it. He is so hot,
- 15:28Speaker 2: Like she would say you're beautiful.
- 15:30Speaker 1: My mom would say that I was handsome. Robert, you
- 15:32Speaker 1: look that's yeah, that's the first thing. Maybe you're right,
- 15:35Speaker 1: Maybe you're right. Okay, we're gonna take a quick break
- 15:37Speaker 1: and it will be right back. Welcome back to the
- 15:41Speaker 1: Naughty but Nic Show and rosh to with mydear friend, Garrette. Garrett,
- 15:44Speaker 1: let's get to the polls. Last show it took about
- 15:47Speaker 1: Camilla Cabello hitting the stage to a nearly empty stadium.
- 15:50Speaker 1: It's about only thirty percent fall. I blame her management team,
- 15:54Speaker 1: her agent. She was just booked in a venue that
- 15:56Speaker 1: just is too big for her. But she did the show,
- 15:58Speaker 1: and a lot of people are saying that that's a
- 16:00Speaker 1: good thing to do. The people that bought tickets wanted
- 16:02Speaker 1: to see her, and she put on a show. However,
- 16:05Speaker 1: it is a bit weird. Have you ever been to
- 16:06Speaker 1: a pop concert where it's just empty? Should she have canceled?
- 16:10Speaker 1: Some people are saying she should have canceled. Let's have
- 16:12Speaker 1: a look. Ooh should she have canceled?
- 16:14Speaker 2: Wow?
- 16:15Speaker 1: Only twenty percent said yes. If you sell tickets, you
- 16:18Speaker 1: can't punish the people that bought the tickets because a
- 16:21Speaker 1: lot of people did not. Yeah, I think I agree
- 16:24Speaker 1: with this, Garrett. If I'd say on Tuesday night, I'm
- 16:27Speaker 1: gonna come, I'm doing the rub Shooter Show, and then
- 16:30Speaker 1: I don't turn up because there's not enough people there, No,
- 16:33Speaker 1: it doesn't feel right. I think she did the right thing,
- 16:34Speaker 1: even though now these pictures are gonna last forever.
- 16:38Speaker 2: They will those pictures though, but no one talks about
- 16:41Speaker 2: the weather in Atlanta that night. There was snow in
- 16:43Speaker 2: Atlanta that night, you know what I mean. So pictures
- 16:46Speaker 2: could be so deceiving. You know, it's easy for her
- 16:48Speaker 2: to cancel, But I think it's one of those things
- 16:49Speaker 2: where you and I both know schedules probably could not
- 16:53Speaker 2: permit for her to come back or wherever they So, yes,
- 16:57Speaker 2: could she canceled? Probably? I think it might have been
- 17:00Speaker 2: a better look. But whoever took that photo which looks
- 17:02Speaker 2: like it's from the back of the stage, so someone
- 17:04Speaker 2: in house.
- 17:04Speaker 1: It just looks like, yeah, it looks like it's someone
- 17:06Speaker 1: on her tamp. It doesn't look like it's a fan.
- 17:08Speaker 1: It's really really, really cruel, right, I think she did
- 17:12Speaker 1: the right thing. Okay, don't forget to vote on today's pole.
- 17:15Speaker 1: Got a Twitter page at norety nice Rabat facebook page
- 17:17Speaker 1: is noughdy garciap and be sure to check back down
- 17:19Speaker 1: my router here at your results. And now it's time
- 17:23Speaker 1: for the nicest.
- 17:24Speaker 2: Yes, and Ron sure to get ready for a review
- 17:27Speaker 2: after this story. So and let me know if you
- 17:29Speaker 2: saw a said person in this story. So, Ryan Reynolds
- 17:32Speaker 2: actually showed up and quote unquote surprised his best friend
- 17:35Speaker 2: Hugh Jackman at his opening night of his Radio City
- 17:39Speaker 2: residency here in New York City. And all this while,
- 17:42Speaker 2: as you know, in the background, the Justin Baldoni drama
- 17:46Speaker 2: going on with Clake Lively and Ryan Reynolds. I'm surprised
- 17:50Speaker 2: Justin Baldoni hasn't thrown Hugh Jackman in there yet. I'm
- 17:53Speaker 2: sure time will tell you that. But Hugh has a
- 17:56Speaker 2: huge show, and he was doing this Hugh and A segment.
- 18:00Speaker 2: Get it Q and A instead of Q and A
- 18:01Speaker 2: because it's Hugh. Jerry and Ryan stood up and talked
- 18:06Speaker 2: how much he admires, loves, and how great of a
- 18:10Speaker 2: person Hugh Jackman was. Now, Rob, I know you were
- 18:14Speaker 2: in the audience. Did you enjoy the show? I was there.
- 18:18Speaker 2: I was there.
- 18:19Speaker 1: He's great. He's old fashioned entertainment. He's a song and
- 18:22Speaker 1: dance man that just doesn't exist anymore. He's from the
- 18:25Speaker 1: school of Neil Diamonds, from the school of Billy joel Like.
- 18:28Speaker 1: He comes out like Elton. He comes out and he
- 18:30Speaker 1: tap dances, and he smiles, and he sings and he dance,
- 18:33Speaker 1: does lots of Standards, New York.
- 18:35Speaker 2: Do you want to jump rope like him? Now? Did
- 18:37Speaker 2: you see him jump rope?
- 18:38Speaker 1: He did jump rope, so that was cute too. He
- 18:40Speaker 1: had his trainer come out and he jumped rope with
- 18:42Speaker 1: his trainer. It was really, really cute. He hired this
- 18:45Speaker 1: guy who I know, Ashley Wallen. Let me give him
- 18:47Speaker 1: a shout out. He was the choreographer for the Greatest
- 18:50Speaker 1: show Man. Oh, he's so talented, and they recreated about
- 18:54Speaker 1: five or six numbers from there. It felt like I
- 18:56Speaker 1: was watching The Greatest show Man? Where is the five
- 18:58Speaker 1: or sixth numbers from The great to Showman?
- 19:00Speaker 2: Where is that show?
- 19:01Speaker 1: Should be going to do it in London? I think, first,
- 19:04Speaker 1: you know you can make a lot of money doing
- 19:07Speaker 1: The Greatest Showman and brought it, although he's probably making
- 19:10Speaker 1: more money doing The Greatest Showman by himself at Radio
- 19:12Speaker 1: City where he doesn't have to split the money with
- 19:14Speaker 1: anybody else. I'd nicest of the day now and nought
- 19:16Speaker 1: is the day. Naughty, naughty, naughty. Melissa Gilbert, who you
- 19:21Speaker 1: know from Little House on the Prairie, has ditched Hollywood
- 19:24Speaker 1: because it's not a safe place for her to age.
- 19:26Speaker 1: She's not the naughtiest of the day. La is so,
- 19:29Speaker 1: she said, growing up in Hollywood. When she turned sixty,
- 19:32Speaker 1: she realized that the city's obsession with youth oh made
- 19:35Speaker 1: it an unbearable place for her to embrace growing older.
- 19:40Speaker 1: I've been to La many, many, many times, and I
- 19:44Speaker 1: feel it. I feel like Grandpa Moses in LA. When
- 19:46Speaker 1: I was twenty. In La it was more funny. Really
- 19:49Speaker 1: really does judge. It's a town. I don't feel it
- 19:52Speaker 1: in New York. We all feel it a little bit.
- 19:54Speaker 1: Growing gold anywhere is never really embraced. Let's be honest.
- 19:57Speaker 1: It's a youth culture wherever you live. However, New York
- 20:00Speaker 1: I just don't feel it like I did do when
- 20:03Speaker 1: I visited La. So Melissa got out. Go live somewhere
- 20:07Speaker 1: that makes you happy, I think is the conclusion here.
- 20:09Speaker 1: Let's end with her moment. This isn't really easy today.
- 20:14Speaker 1: It always seems impossible until it's done. Think of all
- 20:17Speaker 1: the things that you've done that you just never thought
- 20:19Speaker 1: you could. You did it. I read a book, I
- 20:22Speaker 1: got a podcast. My friend Garrett's on the number one
- 20:25Speaker 1: radio show in America, The Morning Show. You did it, Garrett.
- 20:28Speaker 1: It must have felt impossible until it was done. Hey,
- 20:31Speaker 1: that is it for today. Thank you so much for listening.
- 20:34Speaker 1: So they're not even nice with Robin Garrett Show, a
- 20:36Speaker 1: production of iHeartRadio. Don't forget to subscribe on the iHeartRadio
- 20:39Speaker 1: Apple podcast for any listen, leave us a review if
- 20:42Speaker 1: you can, and remember all together now, if you're going
- 20:46Speaker 1: to be naughty.

- 20:48Speaker 1: Let me hear you nice, take care of everybody. Pep
- 20:52Speaker 1: pep pick.
