Transcript
- 0:00Hello there! What does it mean to you to live life fully?
- 0:05I'm Kimberly Boyd, founder of Live Life Fully, and welcome to Candid
- 0:11Coach Conversations. Today I have two fantastic certified Live Life Fully coaches,
- 0:17Savannah Burke and Teresa Anderson.
- 0:18Hello.
- 0:20Hi.
- 0:20Hello, ladies.
- 0:21I'm so glad y'all are both here.
- 0:23So fun. I love when the three of us get together and
- 0:27So much so that I want to talk today about what does
- 0:32it mean to live life fully.
- 0:34I mean, I know I named the company this Live Life Fully
- 0:38because I realized in my own life, even though I lived a
- 0:42life that I wanted and I loved and enjoyed after a series
- 0:46of things, the cherry on top, I was like,
- 0:49want to live even more fully.
- 0:51And so no, I did not name it live life even more
- 0:55fully, because that's like a really long name.
- 0:57but I do think it's important.
- 0:59And then I get the question of well what does that even
- 1:02mean? So I thought it'd be fun if the three of us
- 1:06talked about what does it mean to live life fully.
- 1:09So let's jump in.
- 1:10To me, it means living for yourself and to help others and
- 1:14to enjoy being with others and showing others how to get the
- 1:18things that they want and the things that will help them grow
- 1:22in whatever it is they want to grow on or grow in.
- 1:26That could be business, that could be life, that could be family,
- 1:30that could be pretty much anything.
- 1:33Love it. What about you,
- 1:33I think
- 1:34Teresa?
- 1:34I think for me it's feeling alive.
- 1:37It's doing the things in my life that really genuinely make me
- 1:43feel alive. That's how I gauge living fully.
- 1:47So I love this and so I know you both have worked
- 1:51with coach, you're both coaching people.
- 1:53How does it show up or how did coaching I go let's
- 1:57start there. Like how did coaching or did it provide you an
- 2:01opportunity to live more fully?
- 2:03I think for me it made me become very cognizant of where
- 2:07I was not participating in my own life and making choices that
- 2:13really benefited the version of me that I was hoping to one
- 2:18day become.
- 2:18Hmm.
- 2:18So getting clear on what intentions do I need to have to
- 2:23have the version of life that I want.
- 2:26And sometimes that's small things.
- 2:28Sometimes it was habit stacking.
- 2:30Sometimes it was getting clear on how to make a plan from
- 2:34A to Z work the most.
- 2:36Provision, the most thought processing involved
- 2:40With me.
- 2:40to make it efficient and a lot easier, frankly.
- 2:44I guess sometimes it's getting in my own way, thinking about the
- 2:48end result, and not realizing I just needed first five I just
- 2:53needed the first five big moves, you know.
- 2:54Yes. Yes.
- 2:56Mm. Yes.
- 2:56The whole
- 2:57time I was thinking five moves, five moves, five moves, yes.
- 2:59Yes.
- 3:01And then even
- 3:02then it's like one step.
- 3:05What's one thing I can do?
- 3:08Right.
- 3:09Good.
- 3:09For me, it was the it was wanting to figure out a
- 3:13way to spend more time with my family and not take away
- 3:17from the other things in my life that I still wanted to
- 3:21do. So with that first counseling, I not counseling, that first co
- 3:24first coaching session, because it's not the same.
- 3:27I was reminded that how do I want to show up for
- 3:31my family? What does that look like?
- 3:33What does that mean? What do I need to do?
- 3:36And how do I go about doing that?
- 3:40And it started off with me, the the the three my goodness,
- 3:45I'm blanking on the name, the three words.
- 3:47Being up repeating
- 3:48Yeah, well the the
- 3:50up for yourself.
- 3:52Mm-hmm.
- 3:52Yes, I I'm blanking on the word, but it was the three
- 3:56words that I wanted how I wanted to show up, my motivation
- 4:00words. You know, for me it's kind, confident, and compassionate.
- 4:03I want to show up for my family that way.
- 4:06I want to show up for my my clients that way.
- 4:10And it was it was, I think with the first coaching client
- 4:14I had, it was so rewarding.
- 4:16when halfway through some of their goals that they had set for
- 4:21themselves had had come true.
- 4:22Yeah.
- 4:23And when that happened, I was like, I'm practicing what I'm I'm
- 4:27living what I'm what I'm saying.
- 4:29And I'm practicing what I preach, you know, I'm living what I'm
- 4:34saying though. And to see it manifest and to happen in others
- 4:38was so gratifying. And I knew I was on the right path.
- 4:42Mm-hmm.
- 4:42I knew
- 4:43I was where I needed to be.
- 4:45In terms of being a coach.
- 4:47Yes, absolutely, in
- 4:48Yeah.
- 4:48terms of being a coach.
- 4:50I love being a coach.
- 4:53It it has opened up doors and pathways that I never knew
- 4:58were out there for me, for my family, and has has brought
- 5:03so much more knowledge to to my life.
- 5:06Yeah. I love that. When I think about living life fully and
- 5:09what that means for me,
- 5:11It includes a bedtime.
- 5:14Yeah.
- 5:15it includes like really this I don't I don't even know how
- 5:20to describe it, but a different level of gratitude and for the
- 5:24big things, yes, and for little things.
- 5:27It is the the
- 5:29the deliciousness of iced tea and s not all tea is alike.
- 5:33I mean it's just not.
- 5:34Yeah.
- 5:35In fact
- 5:36there's this little restaurant here in town.
- 5:38Miss Jean's barbecue and I don't eat beef, y'all know that, but
- 5:41they have other things that I do eat there.
- 5:44I don't go there f really for the food.
- 5:46Their iced tea. So the last time another coach and I Guadalupe
- 5:49Bay we went to Miss Jean's.
- 5:51I was like, Have you ever been to Miss Jean?
- 5:53So let's go. So we went, we ordered a potato and tea,
- 5:56and I the tea is out of this world.
- 5:59And I'm like, What
- 5:59So good.
- 6:00brand is your tea? And they were like,
- 6:02Yeah.
- 6:03We don't know. It's whatever the machine is, it's that brand.
- 6:07And I'm like, can I come look at your machine?
- 6:10But it's that. Like that to me helps and contributes to me
- 6:13living life more fully because I have gratitude over this iced tea.
- 6:17Yeah.
- 6:17Also, like
- 6:18I said, a bedtime, a morning, okay, here she goes, y'all.
- 6:22A morning routine. That is me living life fully, is having a
- 6:27morning routine and really surrounding myself with people about to get tearful
- 6:32when I think about the people in my life.
- 6:36what? I'm so freaking blessed and fortunate.
- 6:39It it is such a fulfilling feeling to have people in my
- 6:44life that are so growth oriented, that are so willing to have
- 6:49bizarre conversations about iced tea.
- 6:51Ha ha ha.
- 6:53and really intentional about where I spend my time, who I spend
- 6:57my time with. I love what Bree Roberts Certified Live Life Fully
- 7:01coach, which she talks about in terms of others.
- 7:04It does go back to boundaries.
- 7:06It goes back to the self care piece.
- 7:08But like I wanna be around people, even those
- 7:12energy suckers. I think you referred to as energy suckers, Savannah, in
- 7:17a different episode.
- 7:17Mm-hmm.
- 7:18And so for Bree, she talks about, okay, do you know that
- 7:21when you're around this person or this p group of people, it's
- 7:25like energy being sucked right out of you.
- 7:28And so to identify like how much of me am I willing
- 7:31to give to other people, that has helped
- 7:33Mm-hmm.
- 7:34me live more fully.
- 7:36Mm-hmm.
- 7:37And I never Okay, tell me, I love that.
- 7:37I like what you said about the iced tea.
- 7:41Because I
- 7:42think
- 7:43What I heard was like making the ordinary beautiful, right?
- 7:47And I think that that's what feels so fulfilling.
- 7:51It's we often wait until the vacation, the celebration, the milestone to
- 7:56feel special or to celebrate each other.
- 7:59And in the moments of having lunch with someone that you love
- 8:03and absolutely and loving the tea, being
- 8:06Yes.
- 8:06able to sit in the beauty of the ordinary, you know.
- 8:10That is exactly it. And then when I think about you said
- 8:13T, when I think about people, so we have a sonic down
- 8:16the road and so I'll oftentimes
- 8:18Place the order on my app for that half price, which how
- 8:21come they took away the two to five?
- 8:23I don't know, but whatever.
- 8:24If you get it on the app, this is a little thing
- 8:27for Sonic, but
- 8:27Mm-hmm.
- 8:28you can get the half price tea.
- 8:30Anyway, so the Sonic down the road.
- 8:32Y'all, there is a lady.
- 8:33I don't know. I want to say she's in her 60s, maybe
- 8:37even her 70s. And when she comes out, if she's the one
- 8:40bringing my tea, I cannot tell you the joy I feel.
- 8:43This woman has a smile on her face.
- 8:45It's a million bazaars.
- 8:46Bazillion degrees, or maybe that's a bazillion million degrees.
- 8:49I don't know which one comes first.
- 8:52But anyway, hot outside. And here she comes out that door carrying
- 8:56my tea. And she is always so kind and bubbly.
- 9:00I'm gonna take
- 9:00Mm-hmm.
- 9:01her a bottle of bubbles.
- 9:02Anyway, that's a different episode.
- 9:04She I feel so much joy when sh I see her coming.
- 9:07And so day before yesterday, maybe it was yesterday.
- 9:10I don't know. I went to get some of the work.
- 9:13no, it was just training.
- 9:15The people that are working on the building, I went to get
- 9:18them slushy things from Sonic because it's hot and the air conditioner's
- 9:21Mm-hmm.
- 9:21not
- 9:22turned on in there yet.
- 9:23So I go and I see that she's working.
- 9:25I'm giddy. I'm like, I'm so excited.
- 9:27I can't wait for her to bring my stuff.
- 9:29And it wasn't her. This young guy,
- 9:30Dang it.
- 9:31I know, this young guy comes to my window, and so when
- 9:34I saw him carrying all these slushy things, I was like, dang
- 9:38it, dang it.
- 9:39really wanted to spare her because she really does bring joy to
- 9:41my heart. Anyway, he gets to the window and I roll the
- 9:44window down and I said, Hey, how are you?
- 9:46And he goes, I'm good, ma'am.
- 9:48How are and he was so joyful and I'm like, there's another
- 9:50one.
- 9:51It's so 'cause some of the Sonic workers are not always so
- 9:57No. No. That's how I feel about
- 9:58joyful. Anyway, so that to
- 10:01the greeters at Walmart. The ones that hey, how you doing?
- 10:04I'm like, you're the one that was on the commercial, aren't you?
- 10:08It's the little things in life that just bring that joy.
- 10:11Yes.
- 10:12Yes.
- 10:12Yes, there's a particular one at our Walmart over here in Atasca
- 10:16Cita that I every time he I walk in, he is just,
- 10:20hey, I'm like, hey. It yeah, and you just kind of bebop
- 10:24right on in.
- 10:25Yes.
- 10:26And it makes
- 10:27the whole experience so much better.
- 10:29So much better. Your joy goes up.
- 10:31So yes.
- 10:34It's like people who expand you, right?
- 10:37Who let you exhale or let you smile, who ignite the
- 10:40Mm-hmm.
- 10:41joy. And it's so automatic.
- 10:43Like it just happens in a moment's instance.
- 10:45And that's what I think is beautiful about it.
- 10:48And Teresa, I
- 10:49Yes.
- 10:49have to say that's what I love about hanging around you.
- 10:54We laugh so much. And we we I
- 10:58Yeah.
- 10:58just yes, I I and we laugh about things that we we're
- 11:02like, okay, why are we laughing?
- 11:03Yeah. Just for the sake of laughing.
- 11:04It's just funny. It is.
- 11:06It's for the sake of that that
- 11:09dopamine. You know, Dr. Eamon talks about dripping the dopamine instead of
- 11:14dumping.
- 11:15You're definitely a drip of dopamine for me.
- 11:17Yeah.
- 11:18Both of you are. You you drip that dopamine in and
- 11:20Thank you.
- 11:22and it it it brings a lot of joy.
- 11:25Be the DDs. Dopamine drip.
- 11:26A lot of joy. Do I?
- 11:28We're gonna be the DDs.
- 11:30Dopamine drip. We're gonna be the double D's.
- 11:31There you go.
- 11:34Tap me up.
- 11:36That's right.
- 11:36Absolutely.
- 11:37Yeah.
- 11:39Ha ha
- 11:40That is funny.
- 11:41Yes.
- 11:42Yes, to excale,
- 11:43In
- 11:44to laugh, to dream, to tell stories, right?
- 11:46It's just these little moments where you let yourself be free enough
- 11:51to open up and to expand in the space of others.
- 11:55And I think that is living life fully.
- 11:56Yes. Yes.
- 11:57Absolutely. Yeah.
- 11:58Surrounding yourself with the people that are like-minded and that are positive.
- 12:03And again, it goes, you know, like I was saying earlier with
- 12:07Dr. Eamon, he he taught us something about hope that I've been
- 12:11using with a lot of my coaching clients, that it can be
- 12:15taught, it can be learned.
- 12:17And one of the things that he told me that made my
- 12:21jaw drop and
- 12:23And Kimberly and I were talking about this as well is the
- 12:27the when you sit next to people that are productive, that are
- 12:32innovators, and all of that, your product productivity goes up by 15%.
- 12:37And when you surround yourself by people who are low motivators who
- 12:42don't have a lot of productivity, your productivity, your energy goes down
- 12:47by 30%. And that is just jaw-dropping.
- 12:49Very much so.
- 12:51when I heard that statistic, I was like, are you kidding me?
- 12:55I immediately wrote that down.
- 12:57I was like, I've got to share this.
- 12:59Because who wants to go down by 30%?
- 13:02I want to be the one that is pumping everybody up that
- 13:0615%. Come sit next to me.
- 13:08Let's do this. Come sit
- 13:09Yeah.
- 13:09next to me. I will pump you up by at least 15,
- 13:13if not more percent. And I want to be next to people
- 13:17who do the same thing.
- 13:19Yes.
- 13:19Who have that same drive,
- 13:21that same dream, those same goals, because
- 13:23Mm-hmm.
- 13:24that is definitely living life more fully because you're expanding outward and
- 13:28learning more things and doing more things.
- 13:31Because you learn from each other.
- 13:33It is kind of a hive mind.
- 13:35You kind of learn from each other, especially those that are doing
- 13:40things that you want to do.
- 13:42Yes, I love that you brought that up, Savannah.
- 13:44And I know I what I think I heard was same ideas
- 13:48and same goals. And I guess I what I want to clarify
- 13:52is we don't have to have the exact same goals.
- 13:54No.
- 13:55Like you could have a goal of writing a book and I
- 13:59could have a goal of planting trees.
- 14:01Mm-hmm.
- 14:01I don't know where planting trees came from.
- 14:03Maybe because I need to plant some.
- 14:04Planting seeds.
- 14:05I don't
- 14:05Planting seeds, trees,
- 14:06know. there.
- 14:07Yeah, you know, something
- 14:07But he sees.
- 14:07elephant ears.
- 14:09Yes, yes, yes. So
- 14:11Mm-hmm.
- 14:11I want I just I think I want people to like recognize
- 14:15that you don't have the exact same goal.
- 14:17You don't both have to want to write a book.
- 14:20You don't both or five
- 14:20Mm-mm.
- 14:21or however many people have to want to plant trees.
- 14:24Although that could be very fun.
- 14:25It is that are they goal driven,
- 14:28And I'm not s even suggesting that it's work, work, work, work,
- 14:32work. Because that is not living life fully.
- 14:32Mm mm. No.
- 14:34Mm.
- 14:34That is sucking
- 14:35the life out of yourself.
- 14:37Mm.
- 14:39so I think what I as you were talking, Savannah, and then
- 14:44Teresa, when you were talking earlier, what I'm hearing is this increased
- 14:48awareness of self. And
- 14:49Mm-hmm.
- 14:50Really holding yourself responsible and knowing what you are responsible for, that
- 14:54whole ability to respond, and that level of accountability.
- 14:57I do not want to be, just like you said, Savannah, I
- 15:01do not want to be a person that does not have motivation
- 15:05or this internal
- 15:06Sense of drive that would lower somebody else's productivity.
- 15:11Right.
- 15:12No.
- 15:12Mm-hmm.
- 15:12And I am around
- 15:13Lot of growth-oriented people again makes me tearful when I think about
- 15:17how fortunate I am. We don't all have the same goals.
- 15:20And we can be in the same room working on things.
- 15:23Somebody could be working on a book, I could be working on
- 15:26curriculum, whatever it is. We're not even speaking to one another.
- 15:29We're all working, we're quiet.
- 15:31And then after an hour, two hours, whatever, we're like, holy
- 15:35Even have to cheer each other on.
- 15:37Mm-hmm. Yes.
- 15:38It's that energy that's created in the room.
- 15:41I
- 15:41mean.
- 15:42That's living.
- 15:44Mm-hmm.
- 15:44Absolutely. I think the gratitude of that, right?
- 15:47To be able to sit around in silence, comfortable silences, even working
- 15:51on different dreams,
- 15:52Mm-hmm.
- 15:52different goals, different aspirations. Some of it might be big and huge,
- 15:57like I wanna create a curriculum or write a book.
- 16:01And somebody might be like, I really need to figure out how
- 16:05to sleep more regularly
- 16:06Amen.
- 16:07and have a better diet, right?
- 16:09But to be able
- 16:09Mm-hmm.
- 16:10to sit in a space where everybody is considering growth.
- 16:14Some
- 16:14Level of growth that inspires us to be the people that we
- 16:18genuinely want to be. Because I think we're when we're not paying
- 16:21attention to where we want to be, we have this like guilt
- 16:24process that's actually running in the background.
- 16:26I should have done this, I should have done that, I should
- 16:30have, should have, should have.
- 16:31And I know we know we don't like people shoulding all over
- 16:35themselves around here. But
- 16:35Mm mm mm.
- 16:36that is the process, you know, of that thing that I want
- 16:40to do that I'm not doing.
- 16:42That is the wage.
- 16:44Of not moving into growth-minded expansion.
- 16:46And I think when we get in rooms where we're surrounded by
- 16:51people who are thinking this way, it's a vibration.
- 16:55There's a frequency in the space.
- 16:58And it feels like it pulls you into the desire for the
- 17:03future, into the desire for the higher self, into living life more
- 17:07Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.
- 17:08fully, you know.
- 17:10Yes.
- 17:11Agreed.
- 17:12Does
- 17:12Yeah.
- 17:13make me think about the Live Life Fully Club.
- 17:16Like, wow.
- 17:17The club, in my opinion, is out of this world.
- 17:20So, and for those of you that don't know about the Live
- 17:23Life Fully Club, I didn't even know this was gonna come up
- 17:26today. but as I was listening to Teresa, I'm like, yeah, that's
- 17:30what happens in the club.
- 17:31But we have coaches that have individual communities.
- 17:33So, Teresa, I know you have a community and we can definitely
- 17:36talk about that. But several coaches have communities within the club.
- 17:39And if you are a Live Life Fully Club member, this is
- 17:42the part I love, you don't
- 17:44have to pick well I want Teresa's community.
- 17:47I w you get all of our communities.
- 17:49So there's at
- 17:50Mm-hmm.
- 17:50least five. I know that there's another one coming.
- 17:53That's a lot. And so what it is is so for example
- 17:57with my community, I go live on the first Friday of every
- 18:01month and mine is called the Life Accelerator Community.
- 18:04I actually partner with another coach, my Lee.
- 18:06The two of us do that on the first Friday of every
- 18:10month, and we have an hour and a half long session.
- 18:14And if people can't join for whatever reason, great.
- 18:17All communities by all coaches are recorded and club members have access
- 18:21to the port.
- 18:22portal and they get to watch all of our communities and comment
- 18:26and leave remarks, interact with the coaches through the messaging on the
- 18:31portal. I just think it's fantastic.
- 18:33Mm-hmm.
- 18:35I love jumping in when I can go to a community call,
- 18:38jumping in on that community call.
- 18:40And then if not, going back and watching.
- 18:42Mm-hmm.
- 18:42Because I'm learning
- 18:43every day. I'm learning from the coaches.
- 18:45Mm-hmm.
- 18:45I'm learning about myself. And you would think at 55 I would
- 18:49know about myself. And I'm still learning new things all the time.
- 18:53Mm-hmm. Absolutely. You
- 18:54And I love it, which means I'm alive.
- 18:55Ha ha ha.
- 18:57never want to stop learning.
- 18:59Whether regardless if it's a new a new activity or a new
- 19:04hobby or learning learning about your spouse, learning about your friends.
- 19:09Yeah.
- 19:10to getting around people who have those nuggets.
- 19:13Like somebody will say something and it'll just like whoa like you've
- 19:17heard these things before but in the right moment at the right
- 19:20Yes.
- 19:21time the right nugget is like fire.
- 19:25It will literally light you up.
- 19:27Yes. Yes.
- 19:27Yes,
- 19:29Okay.
- 19:30yes.
- 19:30Do you remember this was I don't know how long ago and
- 19:34the time doesn't matter, I guess.
- 19:35I don't know, maybe it does.
- 19:37We'll decide. Y'all decide. I don't know.
- 19:39For me, the time is not going to matter at this moment.
- 19:42But do you remember we all got together and I think we
- 19:44called it like a writing weekend at the lake?
- 19:46And we were out on
- 19:46Mm-hmm.
- 19:47the back patio and we had the dryer sport out there and
- 19:51we were coming up with ideas and how to create so and
- 19:54so's community or their curriculum for their community.
- 19:56And so people came with the intention of, yes, I want to
- 20:00write a course, I want to maybe it was write a book,
- 20:03whatever. And other people came with no intention of doing
- 20:07anything at all except being present.
- 20:08And I do remember Brie, she was working on her course, her
- 20:12motherhood course, and she
- 20:13Mm-hmm.
- 20:13had been stuck on a particular chapter for a while.
- 20:16So we're all out there on the back porch.
- 20:19like I said, y'all remember this.
- 20:21Dry eraseboard. We're
- 20:21Mm-hmm.
- 20:22drawing it out. And Brie's like
- 20:25Can I go into the house and to another room and just
- 20:28be by myself? And I'm like, yes.
- 20:30No one ever has to ask that.
- 20:32Go take your time. And whatever happened, just the energy, none of
- 20:36us were talking about motherhood.
- 20:37The energy on the patio, and of course the water of the
- 20:41lake, she it unlocked for her.
- 20:43And she got it done.
- 20:44And the other thing I remember, and Teresa, you might have been
- 20:48one of did not come with the planned thing and yet created
- 20:51it on the board.
- 20:53Yeah. That was me.
- 20:56And I honestly
- 20:56I think
- 20:57think that that was probably the beginning structure that helped me when
- 21:00I wrote the table, thinking back on some of those moments and
- 21:03some of those things that we talked about, like how to open
- 21:06this up. I'd never written a book in story form before.
- 21:10I was a huge poetry writer.
- 21:11So for me to have to change the gears, I had to
- 21:14get a little bit more specific.
- 21:16And the way that you were breaking things down on the board,
- 21:19what are three things? What are what is this?
- 21:22What is that? It really helped me even in my future endeavor
- 21:25to write.
- 21:26So yeah.
- 21:27And
- 21:28Which is an amazing book, go get it.
- 21:28yes, I no, I was gonna say
- 21:31to our listeners, the book is out.
- 21:33Mm-hmm.
- 21:34Go buy the book. It's on our website.
- 21:36You can purchase through the website.
- 21:39you can purchase through Amazon, Teresa, or there are other platforms where
- 21:43they can purchase. But if you search Teresa Anderson, the table, you'll
- 21:47find it. And again, you can go to the website, llfully.com, and
- 21:51the book is there available in the shop.
- 21:53Amazing.
- 21:54Yes.
- 21:54Perfect.
- 21:55Amazing.
- 21:56And she's got more stuff.
- 21:57Grab some Kleenex.
- 21:58By the end of it, though, you're going to want to grab
- 22:00your armor.
- 22:01Ha ha.
- 22:01Ha ha
- 22:01ha
- 22:03So those moments though, like getting together and doing those things and
- 22:06letting just letting it permeate the way that it did, I think
- 22:10it it helped all of us that were there that day.
- 22:13We need to do that again.
- 22:13Simply being with
- 22:15all of y'all is and it doesn't and it I think we
- 22:20all wind up finding community and and coming together when we're all
- 22:26together because we feed off of each other in a great way.
- 22:32We have a really good energy and it's it's one of those
- 22:37My husband makes fun of me because I say, Okay, I'm going
- 22:41out to Kimberley's for an LLF meeting.
- 22:43And my husband's like, Okay, are you gonna be back sometime this
- 22:47week? Or I'm like, I'm like, shut up.
- 22:49I said, Yes, I'll be back later this afternoon.
- 22:52And this afternoon comes and I'm like, I don't wanna go home.
- 22:56I wanna stay here. You know, I mean, as adults we do
- 23:00have sleepovers, we just call them corporate meetings, you know.
- 23:02Yeah.
- 23:03So or in
- 23:04We call it living
- 23:04our case
- 23:05life fully. Kimberly's
- 23:05Live life fully moody.
- 23:07Exactly. That is that that's our sleepover just as adults.
- 23:12I do, I do think it's important to have an awareness of
- 23:16who you're surrounding yourself with and like Bree says, like who has
- 23:19access to you and how much
- 23:21Mm-hmm.
- 23:21access are you willing to give?
- 23:24And it definitely has helped me live a more full life.
- 23:28Mm-hmm. All goes back to boundaries.
- 23:30I mean, it all does.
- 23:30That would
- 23:32You have to have those boundaries for yourself and you can't quit
- 23:37on yourself. You can't give up on yourself.
- 23:41You can't cancel. You have to have that accountability for yourself to
- 23:46be open, to go, okay, yes and yes.
- 23:49Yeah. Important.
- 23:49Or yes and. So not everybody
- 23:52gets that. Yeah.
- 23:54And for anybody that does struggle with the word boundaries, because I
- 23:58know it can be a touchy word,
- 24:00Mm-hmm.
- 24:00change it to opportunity. Like what opportunities can you give yourself and
- 24:05what opportunities
- 24:05Mm-hmm.
- 24:06can you put in place?
- 24:07Mm-hmm. I get to
- 24:09I like that.
- 24:10do this. I'm looking I I get to do that.
- 24:15I want to do this.
- 24:17I choose to do this.
- 24:17Mm-hmm.
- 24:20Gosh, choosing is so important.
- 24:22Mm
- 24:23mm. Yes.
- 24:23Mm-hmm. I prioritize.
- 24:25Yeah.
- 24:28Yes.
- 24:29So good.
- 24:29Yes. Prioritize
- 24:31yourself because you matter just as much as everybody else that's wanting
- 24:35your time, wanting your energy and all of that.
- 24:38You matter just as much, if not more in some cases.
- 24:43And I do love what you said earlier, Savannah, like hope can
- 24:46be trained. We can learn
- 24:47Mm mm.
- 24:48to have more hope.
- 24:50Mm.
- 24:51Mm.
- 24:51Yes.
- 24:52And
- 24:53so if if the listeners, if you do want more information about
- 24:57hope and how can hope be trained, go to the website.
- 25:01Again, I'm going to refer you to the website.
- 25:04But pick a coach, any coach.
- 25:06Do one with each coach.
- 25:08Have a 20-minute clarity call with each and every coach if you
- 25:12want to. It's free.
- 25:13Mm mm.
- 25:13Yeah.
- 25:14So click schedule a complimentary call, schedule it, their schedule will pop
- 25:18up. It's 20 minutes. If you like that call, fantastic.
- 25:22Next step is you will work with that coach to schedule a
- 25:27strategy session. That's a full hour.
- 25:30Free.
- 25:30Mm-hmm.
- 25:31That's an hour and 20 minutes of working
- 25:34Yes.
- 25:34with a certified Live Life fully coach.
- 25:37And after that, then you can make a decision or not.
- 25:41But give yourself the opportunity to live life
- 25:43Mm-hmm.
- 25:43a little more fully. So, ladies, if you wanted to leave something
- 25:47with our listeners today, what would it be?
- 25:50I think I would say living fully isn't about filling every moment.
- 25:57It's about actually being inside the moments that fill you.
- 25:59Say that again.
- 26:00I don't know if I can follow that up.
- 26:02my
- 26:03goodness. Yes.
- 26:03Come on, say it again.
- 26:05Living fully,
- 26:06I'm gonna go one more.
- 26:09Living fully isn't about filling every moment.
- 26:12It's about actually being inside the moments that fill you.
- 26:16Yes.
- 26:17Yeah.
- 26:18my goodness. my goodness. I don't even know what to say after
- 26:23that. Ditto, that what she said.
- 26:25Savannah says, hey listeners, listen to her.
- 26:27Well
- 26:30Live l yes, live more fully in the moments and create the
- 26:35moments that bring you joy.
- 26:37Yeah, so
- 26:37Yeah.
- 26:38beautiful.
- 26:39Feel authentic and and live your authentic self.
- 26:41So good.
- 26:42Mm-hmm.
