Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: Hi, everybody, Welcome to tea time with Amy and Bev.
- 0:05Speaker 2: Hello, Helluly Lou again again.
- 0:10Speaker 1: Oh hi, like the first time we've seen each other
- 0:13Speaker 1: this side.
- 0:15Speaker 2: That a minute, that's almost been like each other.
- 0:20Speaker 1: Yes, you mentioned something in the last video that I
- 0:25Speaker 1: kind of wanted to hit upon I thought might be important,
- 0:27Speaker 1: And you said something about when you share, when you
- 0:30Speaker 1: have an idea and you share it with other people,
- 0:33Speaker 1: they may not have the same level of excitement as
- 0:36Speaker 1: you do. Kind Of moving through this right now with
- 0:40Speaker 1: some family stuff and a big announcement for a person
- 0:48Speaker 1: in our in our life, in our family, calling everybody
- 0:52Speaker 1: to tell them their news, and probably on receiving and
- 1:01Speaker 1: not receiving the level of excitement that.
- 1:06Speaker 3: She would probably like to have.
- 1:10Speaker 1: And I will also share with this in the same respect.
- 1:13Speaker 1: So we you and I know that the universe brings
- 1:19Speaker 1: us gifts in so many ways. And I talk a
- 1:22Speaker 1: lot about like I find pennies and dimes and quarters,
- 1:27Speaker 1: and all the time I think, either dimes to me
- 1:30Speaker 1: is you know somebody in spirit that is connecting with me,
- 1:37Speaker 1: haymm with you also the coins representing abundance. So no
- 1:44Speaker 1: matter the case, I will always say thank you. Thank
- 1:46Speaker 1: you for being with me, Thanks for showing the abundance
- 1:49Speaker 1: in my life. I want more of this, please. And
- 1:55Speaker 1: the other day I put on a pair of hants. Now,
- 1:59Speaker 1: when you finding dimes and quarters and pennies, yeah, okay, right,
- 2:04Speaker 1: it's just like frequently, and I love it and I
- 2:08Speaker 1: appreciate it and I cherish it. But when you put
- 2:11Speaker 1: on a pair of pants you find a five dollars
- 2:13Speaker 1: bill in your pocket, yeah, I got excited, like, oh
- 2:16Speaker 1: my gosh, I got five bucks. Right, I was excited.
- 2:20Speaker 1: I went to work. I'm like, guess what I did
- 2:22Speaker 1: this morning? I said, you know, tell my story. Oh oh,
- 2:26Speaker 1: that's cool. And in me I'm like, but you don't
- 2:31Speaker 1: understand what this means.
- 2:36Speaker 2: Miss and the magic.
- 2:37Speaker 4: Yes, yes, And when you say that, what I feel
- 2:43Speaker 4: like is the person feels like not getting don't get
- 2:47Speaker 4: excited about things. It just reminds me of how I
- 2:49Speaker 4: used to be, not getting excited about things, not seeing
- 2:51Speaker 4: the magic in everything that's around us, because there's magic
- 2:53Speaker 4: in all the stuff, and that was exciting. That's to me,
- 2:57Speaker 4: that's exciting, that's pretty thripling. I get excited about stuff
- 3:00Speaker 4: like that. There's been a few times i've stuck my
- 3:02Speaker 4: hand in my pocket and then found something. I'm like,
- 3:04Speaker 4: wait a minute, I even have any cash or anything
- 3:08Speaker 4: like that, So it's it's that's fun.
- 3:10Speaker 1: And it wasn't because I typically will put put it
- 3:14Speaker 1: in money if I weren't put in my pockets on
- 3:16Speaker 1: a purpose specific side, and this was on the opposite side.
- 3:22Speaker 3: So I'm like, y'all, y'all playing with me, this is
- 3:25Speaker 3: so cool.
- 3:28Speaker 4: That's that's awesome. And also five represents change, yep.
- 3:32Speaker 1: Absolutely, and there's a lot of that happening right.
- 3:34Speaker 2: Now, so exactly.
- 3:36Speaker 4: And then so for me, my change might show up
- 3:38Speaker 4: as the pereguine falcon or you know that it lets
- 3:41Speaker 4: me know, like brace yourself, that there's something that's about
- 3:44Speaker 4: to shift.
- 3:45Speaker 2: Because we were looking for the messages all the time.
- 3:47Speaker 4: We're looking for the magic because the magic's always been there,
- 3:49Speaker 4: the miracles have always been there.
- 3:51Speaker 2: But are we allowing ourselves to experience that?
- 3:55Speaker 4: And I would say for me, for the longest time,
- 3:56Speaker 4: I was not allowing myself to experience that.
- 3:59Speaker 2: If I got excited about it, then you know.
- 4:01Speaker 4: It's then you're always waiting for the shoe to drop,
- 4:04Speaker 4: the other shoe to drop, or you know those kind
- 4:05Speaker 4: of feelings the comer rug.
- 4:06Speaker 2: Being pulled out from any of you.
- 4:08Speaker 4: And I don't feel that way anymore because I because
- 4:10Speaker 4: I'm not pulling the rug out from under me anymore.
- 4:13Speaker 2: You know what I mean.
- 4:13Speaker 4: It's it's so now I'm looking at this stuff like, Okay,
- 4:16Speaker 4: we're going through some change. This is going to be exciting,
- 4:19Speaker 4: right right, team going in direction and we're going to
- 4:23Speaker 4: find fun and all this stuff, because that's the important
- 4:26Speaker 4: and that's it.
- 4:27Speaker 2: That is exciting.
- 4:27Speaker 4: But it is also when you say that is when
- 4:30Speaker 4: we were talking about the last video, it is sometimes
- 4:33Speaker 4: it's just we shared with and sometimes you could share
- 4:35Speaker 4: the same thing with me and now I'd be like, oh, yeah,
- 4:37Speaker 4: that's cool. And it's like wait a minute, because I'm
- 4:40Speaker 4: not saying that the other person was right or wrong
- 4:42Speaker 4: or anything like that.
- 4:43Speaker 2: But sometimes I'm in that space too. Yeah, I'm in
- 4:46Speaker 2: my own stuff.
- 4:48Speaker 1: And as you're talking, is like, that was a gift
- 4:51Speaker 1: for me, and it was for me to celebrate and
- 4:54Speaker 1: relish in it and embrace it and know what it
- 4:57Speaker 1: meant to me. And other people don't have that level
- 5:01Speaker 1: of excitement for something as simple as a five dollars bill.
- 5:05Speaker 3: Yeah, because They don't.
- 5:06Speaker 1: They don't understand what I'm associating it to within myself
- 5:11Speaker 1: and my belief system and what I practice, and they
- 5:15Speaker 1: just see it as they probably thought that their thought
- 5:19Speaker 1: process could be, Oh, well, you wore those pants before
- 5:22Speaker 1: and you put a five dollars bill in it.
- 5:24Speaker 4: Yeah, the logic's right, go back into the mind and
- 5:27Speaker 4: it's it's actually expanding and going further than that, and.
- 5:30Speaker 1: It's like, okay, yeah, could have and we also know
- 5:36Speaker 1: things manifest and so I want to be on the
- 5:39Speaker 1: playful end.
- 5:40Speaker 4: Yeah, I like it. I like them were playful and
- 5:43Speaker 4: believe I will.
- 5:44Speaker 1: Tell you I will intentionally I have done this. I
- 5:48Speaker 1: will intentionally leave money in my coat pockets. I do that,
- 5:53Speaker 1: and I know I do that because when I when
- 5:56Speaker 1: you know season's over, I don't think about it. And
- 5:59Speaker 1: then when you go to put on a jacket or
- 6:01Speaker 1: coat the next time it gets cold and you put
- 6:03Speaker 1: your hand in your pockets, you're like, oh look, and
- 6:06Speaker 1: it's just fun to be like, oh, I got mine.
- 6:09Speaker 1: But this this was different. This was this was different
- 6:14Speaker 1: because I checked my pockets before I take my pants off.
- 6:19Speaker 3: That is a habit for me, because I put chapstick
- 6:21Speaker 3: in my pocket.
- 6:22Speaker 1: I put stones in my pocket, like I put things
- 6:25Speaker 1: in my pockets. I love pants with pockets, so I
- 6:29Speaker 1: checked them. So in my playful world, the universe sent
- 6:36Speaker 1: me a gift and I receive it one thousand percent
- 6:41Speaker 1: because it was so fun.
- 6:43Speaker 4: Yeah, and I even like that you're putting money in
- 6:45Speaker 4: your jacket. It's almost giving your future self a gift.
- 6:47Speaker 1: I mean, it really is, dude, I was I put
- 6:49Speaker 1: one hundred dollars bills.
- 6:50Speaker 2: And yeah, yeah, that's fun to me.
- 6:55Speaker 4: That's just being more playful with it and being and
- 6:57Speaker 4: also reminding your future self how abundant they are.
- 7:00Speaker 2: Look at holl but I know we are. That's awesome.
- 7:03Speaker 1: I like just that a thought I should I should
- 7:06Speaker 1: uh hide a hundred or put one hundred dollars bills
- 7:08Speaker 1: in my husband's coat pockets and stuff, so when he
- 7:12Speaker 1: goes to put them on this winter.
- 7:15Speaker 2: That would be fun.
- 7:16Speaker 1: He'd be like, yeah, and I guarantee you probably never
- 7:20Speaker 1: tell me like.
- 7:22Speaker 4: Which would be perfectly fine until we look back to
- 7:25Speaker 4: look at the videos later on.
- 7:26Speaker 2: They'd be like, wait a minute.
- 7:28Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, you know that was the angels and it
- 7:33Speaker 4: was an angel.
- 7:35Speaker 3: That's that sounds like something fun to do. I think
- 7:37Speaker 3: I might do that.
- 7:38Speaker 2: That does sound fun. I like it.
- 7:42Speaker 1: But being playful and enjoying the these moments like that
- 7:47Speaker 1: is so worth it. Now I will share this which
- 7:51Speaker 1: is is interesting because in the bathroom at work, it's
- 7:59Speaker 1: a multi sto old bathroom, and there was a time
- 8:05Speaker 1: just recently where I looked down, like next to the toilet.
- 8:15Speaker 3: Now, we keep a fairly clean facility.
- 8:19Speaker 1: I really love our work environment, and so sometimes not always,
- 8:27Speaker 1: but sometimes most of the time, I will if there's
- 8:30Speaker 1: remnants of paper on the floor, I'll pick it up.
- 8:35Speaker 1: But anyway, there was this piece of toilet paper. It
- 8:38Speaker 1: was clean, it looked like it was just dropped that
- 8:41Speaker 1: I I saw it, and so I finished my business.
- 8:45Speaker 1: And when I bent down to pick it up behind
- 8:48Speaker 1: the toilet on the floor was a quarter. Okay, now,
- 8:54Speaker 1: you can't make this stuff up, right, So that was
- 8:58Speaker 1: that was a little bit back well, just recently within
- 9:01Speaker 1: the last thirty days, same thing, doing my business.
- 9:05Speaker 3: Look down, there's pay. I'm like, jeez.
- 9:07Speaker 1: So when I bent down to pick it up, I
- 9:11Speaker 1: kind of looked and there was cash on the floor
- 9:17Speaker 1: like kind of in the next doll and nobody was
- 9:21Speaker 1: in the bathroom. Nice, and when I looked at it
- 9:24Speaker 1: was like twenty two dollars. Now, the level of excitement
- 9:31Speaker 1: about the five dollars bill that was in my pants pocket,
- 9:35Speaker 1: I was very joyful that just happened.
- 9:37Speaker 2: Just the other day.
- 9:39Speaker 1: But the twenty two dollars. Can you guess what my
- 9:42Speaker 1: thought process was about that?
- 9:46Speaker 4: Well, I would assume that you added up at the
- 9:47Speaker 4: twenty two two four, but twenty two no, not even
- 9:52Speaker 4: all that.
- 9:53Speaker 1: It was, Oh, somebody lost this. I bet it fell
- 9:58Speaker 1: out of somebody's pocket. I bet this might have meant
- 10:01Speaker 1: a lot to them. Yeah, right, And then the guilt
- 10:05Speaker 1: I found this, but it's not mine. And but you
- 10:10Speaker 1: think I feel like a quarter behind the toilet and
- 10:12Speaker 1: a public bathroom. No, you think a dime in the
- 10:15Speaker 1: in the parking lot, No, But twenty two dollars was
- 10:18Speaker 1: a whole other level.
- 10:22Speaker 2: So to me, the message.
- 10:23Speaker 1: Yeah, and so I let people know in the building, Hey,
- 10:26Speaker 1: I found this cash, and if somebody says they lost it.
- 10:30Speaker 1: I didn't say the amount. I said I found some
- 10:33Speaker 1: cash in the bathroom. Nothing was ever said, but it
- 10:38Speaker 1: was it was like a well, like a guilty feeling
- 10:42Speaker 1: that I found this and if I keep it is
- 10:45Speaker 1: that right. It was a different mindset because of the amount. Yeah,
- 10:53Speaker 1: so I was like, wow, what if the universe gave
- 10:57Speaker 1: me a gift similar to the the five dollars came afterwards.
- 11:01Speaker 1: Five dollars in my pants part came afterwards. But the
- 11:07Speaker 1: universe provides us gifts and then we question it or
- 11:12Speaker 1: the worthiness, We question our worthiness of receiving it.
- 11:18Speaker 2: Is.
- 11:18Speaker 1: It is quite interesting the process I went through.
- 11:21Speaker 2: With that nice. It's good though. See that's just another
- 11:25Speaker 2: way going back to the last video.
- 11:27Speaker 4: That's another way of how it shows up, and it's
- 11:29Speaker 4: more subtle, and we can still learn lessons from all that.
- 11:32Speaker 4: There's still so much to gain from just that little
- 11:36Speaker 4: I mean, really it's nothing, not this day and age
- 11:39Speaker 4: twenty two dollars.
- 11:40Speaker 2: Maybe a long.
- 11:41Speaker 4: Time ago it would have been something. But and it's
- 11:45Speaker 4: just it's nice to recognize those things. Just like when
- 11:47Speaker 4: we talked about before, or we've heard before, if you
- 11:50Speaker 4: want to manifest something, they'll manifest something so big that
- 11:53Speaker 4: you you can't even believe it.
- 11:56Speaker 2: Because then you'll.
- 11:57Speaker 4: Automatically put pick up, you know, you'll find ways to
- 12:00Speaker 4: negate it, to stop the flow of it. And so
- 12:04Speaker 4: that's just another interesting process to notice that how we
- 12:07Speaker 4: can stop the flow of it by those thoughts.
- 12:10Speaker 1: But if somebody, you know, I'm I'm better at this.
- 12:13Speaker 1: If somebody if we go to if we go to
- 12:15Speaker 1: lunch and and and the other person buys, I'm okay
- 12:19Speaker 1: with saying thank you, Whereas before my old behavior would
- 12:23Speaker 1: be I was super guilty, now gonna now gonna pay
- 12:26Speaker 1: him back somehow. And usually it's okay, Well, next time,
- 12:30Speaker 1: I'll buy lunch, or or I'll to you know, let's
- 12:33Speaker 1: go to coffee, I'll buy or something like. Right away
- 12:36Speaker 1: we start processing how we can repay them. But it's
- 12:40Speaker 1: it's okay to say thank you and not feel like
- 12:44Speaker 1: you owe them anything in return.
- 12:47Speaker 4: Yeah, And that's been something I've been learning too, because,
- 12:51Speaker 4: like I talked about before, going through some of the
- 12:54Speaker 4: child that the stuff's going on as a child, it
- 12:57Speaker 4: makes you feel like everybody wants something from you, so
- 12:59Speaker 4: they who are obligated. So when someone that does something
- 13:02Speaker 4: nice for you, now you feel like you have to
- 13:04Speaker 4: do something nice for them or vice versa. And for me,
- 13:07Speaker 4: I can, as we're talking, I can go all the
- 13:09Speaker 4: way back to that timeframe, and I know I have
- 13:15Speaker 4: a feeling or that knowing inside of me.
- 13:17Speaker 2: That that's where some of this stuff comes from. And
- 13:19Speaker 2: so see, it can be something so subtle.
- 13:21Speaker 4: Like this to be able to process and let go
- 13:24Speaker 4: of it, and then it could be heavy too, But
- 13:27Speaker 4: this is the end, This is the opposite side of
- 13:29Speaker 4: all the heaviness. So now I can still process. I'm
- 13:31Speaker 4: still going to be processing stuff. I just don't have
- 13:34Speaker 4: to have the emotional attachment that I had to it before, yeah,
- 13:40Speaker 4: which is huge.
- 13:41Speaker 1: Yeah. And it's just interesting how we store again and
- 13:46Speaker 1: to store these things, these belief systems, these mindsets in
- 13:49Speaker 1: our body, that.
- 13:54Speaker 3: How we process guilt.
- 13:58Speaker 1: And well, if I keep it now, I feel ashamed
- 14:02Speaker 1: because it's somebody else's and I don't have the right
- 14:04Speaker 1: to keep it because it's not mine. And we were
- 14:06Speaker 1: taught that as a kid, right, it's not yours. So
- 14:12Speaker 1: if I take that money and not tell anybody, that's
- 14:16Speaker 1: my choice. I took the money, but I told people
- 14:20Speaker 1: I found it and if anybody says anything, which felt
- 14:24Speaker 1: good to me, and here we are, like two weeks,
- 14:27Speaker 1: three weeks later and nothing, So I'm just like, well,
- 14:30Speaker 1: it's mine now, But or I take it and I
- 14:34Speaker 1: put in an envelope and I put found in bathroom
- 14:38Speaker 1: on an date and it sits there, I give it
- 14:43Speaker 1: to somebody. Let maybe i'd give it to the receptionist, say, hey,
- 14:47Speaker 1: who's to say she doesn't take that? Nope, nobody ever
- 14:50Speaker 1: claimed it. Yeah, so many scenarios that could happen with this,
- 14:54Speaker 1: but the idea of how am I processing it and
- 14:58Speaker 1: what am I doing with that information?
- 15:00Speaker 2: Good?
- 15:00Speaker 4: Bad?
- 15:01Speaker 1: Right? Wrong? It's for each individual person to decide. Yeah,
- 15:07Speaker 1: and people and people could could listen to this and
- 15:10Speaker 1: judge me for keeping the money, and that's okay, but
- 15:17Speaker 1: understanding every not everything, but a lot of things that
- 15:22Speaker 1: I process in finding that amount of money. Whereas in
- 15:28Speaker 1: the same vicinity not too long before that, I found
- 15:31Speaker 1: a quarter and was fine with picking up a quarter,
- 15:34Speaker 1: cleaning it off. I washed it, but cleaning it off
- 15:37Speaker 1: and putting it in my pocket. I was like, thank you
- 15:40Speaker 1: Universe for that. But when it was over twenty bucks, what.
- 15:47Speaker 3: Do I do with this?
- 15:51Speaker 2: I think it's awesome.
- 15:52Speaker 4: I think it's awesome and I and from my perspective,
- 15:55Speaker 4: the way that I felt how everything was. It felt good.
- 15:58Speaker 4: It felt honest, really all of it did. And it's
- 16:01Speaker 4: like if someone else perceives it in any other way. Well,
- 16:04Speaker 4: like you said before, it's it's really on them, but
- 16:06Speaker 4: it's an opportunity because it's triggering them for something inside
- 16:10Speaker 4: of them that doesn't it's from their programming.
- 16:13Speaker 2: It has nothing.
- 16:14Speaker 4: It doesn't mean anything is right or wrong. It's just
- 16:17Speaker 4: old programming. That's all that it is. Even I mean,
- 16:22Speaker 4: you're talking about all this stuff, and it's like I
- 16:24Speaker 4: even wrote on my left release guilt, It'll be one
- 16:26Speaker 4: of the things I'll burn today.
- 16:27Speaker 2: It's releasing. It's just letting go of those things.
- 16:30Speaker 4: It's like it releasing, don't there's the white habits because
- 16:34Speaker 4: it just keeps you in a space of no growth
- 16:37Speaker 4: as far as I'm concerned.
- 16:38Speaker 2: In that moment, it just keeps you into a space
- 16:40Speaker 2: of victim. So when they were.
- 16:41Speaker 4: Talking about that, I have a client that's also family member,
- 16:45Speaker 4: basically that the week before last I said a message like, hey,
- 16:50Speaker 4: you on your way because it's like it was like
- 16:52Speaker 4: one oh two, it was whatever, a couple of minutes
- 16:54Speaker 4: after their appointment time to be there. Yeah, I'm on
- 16:56Speaker 4: my way, and then they show up fifteen minutes later.
- 17:00Speaker 4: Okay for me, it was honoring my time.
- 17:03Speaker 2: So this next.
- 17:04Speaker 4: This past week, the same thing happened again. I didn't
- 17:08Speaker 4: send a message, the person didn't show up, so the
- 17:10Speaker 4: person doesn't get seen that whole week.
- 17:13Speaker 2: And then what happened.
- 17:13Speaker 4: I started feeling guilty, Well, what if they forgot? What
- 17:16Speaker 4: if I didn't do something? You know, I started looking
- 17:19Speaker 4: at all things for me, and it's like, no, when
- 17:21Speaker 4: my initial response was my time matters.
- 17:25Speaker 2: My time matters.
- 17:27Speaker 4: It's not equated by the dollar, because my time's more
- 17:30Speaker 4: valuable than a dollar can ever possibly be. And it's
- 17:33Speaker 4: not okay for me to sit in a space with all.
- 17:36Speaker 4: So then I go through the guilt. So I'm releasing
- 17:38Speaker 4: that guilt.
- 17:39Speaker 2: So what did I do? I send a message yesterday.
- 17:41Speaker 4: So now that this person has this the next date
- 17:44Speaker 4: in their phone with my message, and they can show
- 17:46Speaker 4: up or not show up, I'm not reminding. It's I
- 17:48Speaker 4: don't feel that it's my job to remind people for
- 17:50Speaker 4: their appointments.
- 17:51Speaker 2: They can show up or don't show up, and that's
- 17:53Speaker 2: their opportunity.
- 17:54Speaker 4: But I will tell you on the other side that
- 17:56Speaker 4: I'm recognizing that there's been more my regulars that aren't
- 17:59Speaker 4: showing up for their appointments, and it's the Universe's way
- 18:04Speaker 4: of letting me know this is not my path anymore.
- 18:08Speaker 4: It's not and it's not to take it personal because
- 18:11Speaker 4: it's not personal because everybody has life stuff going on.
- 18:14Speaker 4: And also to recognize that there's not a resonance, so
- 18:17Speaker 4: there wouldn't have been a residence on those days, and
- 18:19Speaker 4: so I could get pissed off and try to force
- 18:21Speaker 4: the issue and get you know, and then it doesn't
- 18:23Speaker 4: do any good. And because I didn't notice that I
- 18:25Speaker 4: had done that. In the last few months, I had
- 18:27Speaker 4: a few people regulars I've been seeing for years just
- 18:32Speaker 4: not show up for their appointment.
- 18:33Speaker 2: And then why why was I upset? Because I had
- 18:36Speaker 2: an attachment to an outcome.
- 18:37Speaker 4: I knew that there was a certain dollar figure that
- 18:40Speaker 4: was coming in for that time spot, and now I
- 18:42Speaker 4: don't have enough time to fill that spot again. And
- 18:44Speaker 4: so because of all that I've even released, even released
- 18:47Speaker 4: the way I was not allowing abundance and stuff to
- 18:51Speaker 4: come into my experience to where recently I'm actually applying
- 18:55Speaker 4: for grants and stuff now. And it was so because
- 19:00Speaker 4: I sat down and I start typing this stuff out,
- 19:02Speaker 4: and it's like I don't even know where this information
- 19:04Speaker 4: is coming from I didn't.
- 19:06Speaker 2: Know what I wanted to do next, and now I
- 19:07Speaker 2: know it is. It is to be that guide.
- 19:09Speaker 4: It is to be that guide for children and for adults,
- 19:12Speaker 4: because when we say, if I say that I'm working
- 19:15Speaker 4: with children, I'm working with your inner child, because everybody
- 19:18Speaker 4: has that child that still has the old programming that
- 19:21Speaker 4: they don't recognize that. We have so many different tools
- 19:23Speaker 4: to share with people. So it's like I can see
- 19:25Speaker 4: where the universe is pulling me. I even have my
- 19:27Speaker 4: life purpose cards pulled cards. The first thing that comes
- 19:30Speaker 4: out is you're gonna be working with children.
- 19:32Speaker 2: And I understand that. I understand that to a point.
- 19:36Speaker 2: My point being now.
- 19:37Speaker 4: That my grandkids are getting a little bit bigger, they're
- 19:39Speaker 4: coming out and they're getting a little bit bored with
- 19:40Speaker 4: stuff because we're not they're.
- 19:42Speaker 2: Not that little kid anymore. And I know how to
- 19:44Speaker 2: be with that little kid.
- 19:45Speaker 4: I know how to play like that, and now I'm
- 19:48Speaker 4: having to learn how to how do you.
- 19:50Speaker 2: Be with an eight or nine year old? You know,
- 19:52Speaker 2: how do you be with.
- 19:54Speaker 4: Them and have experiences and do fun things. And so
- 19:57Speaker 4: now it's looking a little bit different, looking like, okay, well,
- 20:01Speaker 4: then my grandson's riding on my lap and we're driving
- 20:03Speaker 4: around and picking up all kinds of big rocks and
- 20:05Speaker 4: throw them in the back of my truck and I'm
- 20:06Speaker 4: bringing back. And then he's out there hustling to make
- 20:09Speaker 4: sure that he does it all to line my path.
- 20:11Speaker 4: So he's doing it all by himself to do these things.
- 20:13Speaker 4: And it's because he's a they like doing things. And
- 20:16Speaker 4: so now it's I'm having to learn new stuff because
- 20:19Speaker 4: I don't know what to do.
- 20:21Speaker 2: I don't know what to do with the kid.
- 20:23Speaker 4: Remember a long time ago, you were talking about like
- 20:24Speaker 4: being around these individuals at certain ages, and it's like,
- 20:29Speaker 4: if you're not in that space all the time, you wouldn't.
- 20:31Speaker 2: Know what to do. I wouldn't know what to do
- 20:32Speaker 2: with those ages. With older ages.
- 20:34Speaker 4: I have no clue because I haven't been in that experience.
- 20:37Speaker 4: I couldn't be with anybody at that age. I didn't
- 20:41Speaker 4: have the tools for myself, and nobody had the tools
- 20:44Speaker 4: for me at that time. So I'm gaining this stuff,
- 20:47Speaker 4: and it's remembering to just go from the space of love.
- 20:50Speaker 4: It's from that heart, because the heart's gonna guide. And
- 20:53Speaker 4: so when I get into a space and I'm not
- 20:55Speaker 4: sure what to do. I'm having to go into the
- 20:58Speaker 4: heart and also recognizing being exhausted.
- 21:00Speaker 2: We've talked about that, and it's like honoring ourselves.
- 21:04Speaker 4: If you listen to a lot of stuff, they say
- 21:05Speaker 4: it's ascension symptoms, they say all these other things lots
- 21:09Speaker 4: of people are going through, but like just feeling like
- 21:11Speaker 4: exhausted for no reason, which put me into a space
- 21:14Speaker 4: of I thought was great.
- 21:16Speaker 2: I started fast the night.
- 21:19Speaker 4: Well, I'm on like thirty six hours right now, so
- 21:22Speaker 4: it's like going on a fast too. I'll do it
- 21:25Speaker 4: for seventy two hours of just drinking. I just drink
- 21:28Speaker 4: water and I don't have a couple of codfish liver
- 21:32Speaker 4: or a codfish oil, and so that's it. So it's
- 21:36Speaker 4: like it's just going through this whole process which is
- 21:38Speaker 4: clearing out the body, and it's just cleansing. So it's
- 21:41Speaker 4: like it goes along with everything that I've been doing.
- 21:43Speaker 4: Not only do we purge and I'm jumped again, but
- 21:48Speaker 4: not only are we purging, Like I'm writing letters and
- 21:51Speaker 4: purging that way and crying and sneezing and coughing and yawning.
- 21:55Speaker 4: My god, I must have yawned a thousand times during
- 21:58Speaker 4: two people the other day, like I've I mean, I
- 22:00Speaker 4: was at the point where I feel like I could
- 22:02Speaker 4: just I could probably.
- 22:03Speaker 2: Pass out while I'm doing this massage. And I wasn't
- 22:05Speaker 2: fasting then.
- 22:07Speaker 4: But this is just another form of just like releasing
- 22:09Speaker 4: stuff that no longer serves, doesn't serve my body, I'm
- 22:12Speaker 4: giving my body the opportunity of new. Everything is new,
- 22:15Speaker 4: and as I'm stepping into everything's new. So with the
- 22:19Speaker 4: grand back to the grand kids, it's all new, and
- 22:21Speaker 4: it's learning. We don't know where we're going, and ask
- 22:24Speaker 4: what gets scary sometimes because it's all unfamiliar. It's that
- 22:27Speaker 4: wait a minute, I don't have any programming for this.
- 22:29Speaker 4: I don't know what am I supposed to do with it.
- 22:32Speaker 4: I'm a toddler right now, so sometimes I'm probably going
- 22:34Speaker 4: to make mistakes in somebody else's life. But that's the
- 22:37Speaker 4: way that I learned, and that's how I evolve and
- 22:40Speaker 4: find new tools in different ways of reaching our youth,
- 22:45Speaker 4: our children, and our children within.
- 22:49Speaker 2: Love.
- 22:49Speaker 3: It so.
- 22:53Speaker 1: Learning to process events and gifts, just allowing the process
- 23:01Speaker 1: of moving through those stages or sensations of feeling guilty,
- 23:08Speaker 1: learning to receive in the different ways without feeling guilty
- 23:15Speaker 1: doing self care and like Bev's time is valuable to
- 23:21Speaker 1: her as is mine and holding people accountable for their
- 23:28Speaker 1: own responsibilities without me or her or anybody else feeling
- 23:33Speaker 1: guilty about it. So take some time. If you are
- 23:38Speaker 1: a person who is influenced by feeling guilty about things,
- 23:43Speaker 1: that's a pattern. It really takes some time to look
- 23:46Speaker 1: at that and process it and see if you can
- 23:49Speaker 1: get a different perspective about it. So again, we're a
- 23:54Speaker 1: big fan, Bev and I are big fans of pen
- 23:56Speaker 1: and paper, and just start writing things out. Write out
- 24:00Speaker 1: what contributes to you feeling guilty, write out the belief
- 24:05Speaker 1: systems or where were you taught on feeling guilty about things,
- 24:10Speaker 1: and start changing that, change your mindset about it, because
- 24:15Speaker 1: that could be one of the biggest things that will
- 24:18Speaker 1: keep you stuck, is feeling guilty about receiving gifts along
- 24:26Speaker 1: the way or standing up for yourself and feeling guilty
- 24:30Speaker 1: about it. And a lot of times that guilt is
- 24:33Speaker 1: associated to not feeling worthy or deserving of good things
- 24:39Speaker 1: or feeling important. So just take some time. Bev and
- 24:44Speaker 1: I come have these conversations. They help us and so
- 24:47Speaker 1: we share them out there into the ethers and whoever
- 24:50Speaker 1: sees it, here's it. We hope it's beneficial for you.
- 24:54Speaker 1: If it is, be sure to share what you're learning
- 24:56Speaker 1: other people want to hear it and sourceful. You can
- 25:00Speaker 1: share our content or any other speakers, teachers, influencers with
- 25:06Speaker 1: their podcasts or books or whatever it is you like,

- 25:16Speaker 1: podcast Addicts, Spotify, and Speaker so we're out there. Any

- 25:26Speaker 1: else is going to do it for you. That's right,
